Best MD I've visited in a long time. Food super fresh and not sticky. Super friendly staff, not disappointed even the second time👍

It is recommended to check the food when ordering take away. I ordered extra bacon and unfortunately only noticed when I got home that there was NO bacon on it. But I paid for it... I think my review won't be published.

Fries taste like they've been eaten before... subterranean. The fact that you can sell something like that... DON'T buy fries. Usually very full, unfortunately something from the order is often missing. So it's better to check before you drive home. EXPENSIVE. Ice cream is delicious.

It's a nice, newly built McDonald's, but when I ordered I had to complain three times before I got the right one. Among other things, the machine for mixing drinks was defective. There wasn't much to do at lunchtime. The employees were standing around, but the tablets for the already finished customers were not put away. That ruined the ambience

First the fries were cold. There were new ones without any problems, I have to say really clean, great atmosphere, quiet and cozy, I felt very comfortable, there was something for everyone

As soon as we entered the restaurant, everything was dirty and everything looked like a huge garbage bag had burst. The restaurant wasn't our choice that day either. Tables and teenagers hanging around throwing trash around the place are not what I need when eating.

Today I was in this McDonald's to eat breakfast with my gf what we saw it was horrible the guy in the kitchen who prepared the food without gloves ! he took salat domate etc just with his fingers like he was preparing this for his family, and when we told them why without gloves they said this is normal that's how we do I recommend this McDonald's- 5 stars 🌟. That was disgusting 🫣. So please people look at them how they prepare food before you eating . Kind regards.

It's a spotless place. The crispy chicken burger and double espresso tasted delicious. The staff is very polite.

You actually stand at the McDrive for 10 minutes until you are told that it will take a moment. After that, nothing at all for an eternity.

I was in McDonalds today around 2 p.m. I've never seen such a cheeky employee at the checkout and really disrespectful I was really upset because I wanted to talk to the boss. He was a very nice man but he was really very rude. I explained the situation to him and he understood me straight away I ask that the McDonalds branch in Ludwigshafen Mannheimerstrasse hire employees where they want to work and are friendly. Average. There are far better McDonslds outlets, but for lack of replacement it's acceptable. Food didn't taste good. It wasn't spoiled, but unfortunately it wasn't far from it. Employees were all overwhelmed, and during the time we spent there, every order was complained about because the orders were incomplete or incorrectly put together. Too bad.

Outrageous! Officially open until 1 a.m. but only the drive in. After they watched us calmly as we ordered and paid at the terminal (11:59 p.m. 2 grams of chai latte and a burger) they suddenly said that there was no more chai and that they were closed have. We were offered (after loud protests) 2 grams of coffee as a replacement, which was half the price! There was no money back either! No recommendation

I recently ordered from McDonald's via their delivery service and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The food arrived incomplete - several items were simply missing. When I called customer service to report the problem, I was rudely told there was nothing they could do. Instead, I should order again, but pay the minimum order value of €10 + service and delivery costs, just so that they would then deliver the missing food to me. This is completely unacceptable! Instead of correcting the error, I was given an outrageous offer that would have only meant additional hassle and expense for me. This type of customer service is absolutely disappointing and not what you would expect from such a large chain. Customer friendliness and problem-solving skills definitely look different. I will think twice before ordering from here in the future!

All protective measures were adhered to, as only the Mc Drive is open....always a visit... It's been a long time since it was just great (9/2024)

The food isn't bad, the coffee is good, but the beeping noises always make me happy to be able to go out again. I don't envy those who have to work there, I think I would go crazy under the stress. We ordered food or coffee to go.

When I ordered I had to wait at least 15 minutes for the food and I also had a hair in the net potatoes. Never again here in Ludwigshafen! The food was also cold.

Food as usual, nicely decorated and clean too. Cozy coffee corner and the play castle for children is also great.

Ordered breakfast online and already paid for it. Then the door won't be open for another hour because of work. So money just gone. Some employees are also unfriendly. Otherwise, eat everywhere as usual.

McDonald's is now offering to leave out or add ingredients for citizens. (lettuce, cucumber, etc.) Unfortunately, the staff didn't get the message; despite entering it correctly, the wrong delivery was made, only noticed at home and the children didn't eat it. Very annoying.

Food is okay for a McDonald's branch, only the hygienic condition of the disabled toilet is a disaster. I went in with a wheelchair after I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the key. If I had to really push, it would have been a mess, and then I almost got stuck with my e-wheelchair, so catastrophe to the power of 30. This branch should learn to clean. I suggest a basic course in cleaning products and cleaning!!!

Bottomless! Simply closed the lobby even though it should still be open. Repeated event...

I was just there and wanted something to eat...then the woman asked me if I had already ordered..I answered no and she directed me to the strange machines that would be easier...I suffer from an anxiety disorder and I'm happy if I can order simple ones at the checkout as always...I left without saying anything...I won't be coming back

Unfortunately there was no ice cream. I don't buy the myth that the ice cream machine is defective. You're just too careful to clean the machine. Next time it will be 5 stars again when I get my beloved soft ice cream.

Fries super hot straight from the deep fryer! That's how it has to be! Fish burger was delicious, unfortunately Cola had no ice. There was no drinks machine.

Unfriendly staff, so you immediately lose your appetite. When I asked whether the item I ordered was actually vegan, I received a shrug of the shoulders and a listless “I have no idea”. The employee then walked away and simply left me with the item - which was NOT vegan, by the way. It turned out that the item wasn't vegan after all when I asked another employee, who was just as unfriendly. They took away the non-vegan item without comment, slapped the vegan one on the counter and that was it. Not even a friendly smile - by the way, that doesn't cost ANYTHING... you could perhaps tell the employees there.

I've ordered takeaway here several times and most of the time the order was incorrect. That's what you should expect when you've paid for it.

Replace the incompetent staff once. Even if there is an older employee behind the counter, work is intentionally slower and more comfortable. The food is then correspondingly cold and inedible. As soon as the employee is no longer there, the open orders can be processed quickly and the food is still warm. The disabled parking space alone is constantly used by delivery cars or employees who want to park there. The parking spaces should be better signposted.

I ordered online for pickup. When I got to the drive counter, no one responded. After 5 minutes I drove up to the counter to check. I saw an employee there, but he didn't think it was necessary to pay attention to me. Only after honking several times did he open the window and tell me it was closed because of the time change. Ordered via Lieferando. Food arrived ice cold. 2 MC Flury were missing. Packaging totally rubbish. You can't reach anyone on the phone to complain. It's good that we wanted to pay for it with Klarna. So they definitely don't see a cent. Never again !! Absolutely impossible

Mcdrive was really quick. You could hear the microphone and speakers very well. The employee was on point.

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star. This branch deserves NO star. Something is always missing or there is something wrong in the bag. Even if there is no stress because you are alone on the drive. If you complain you will be treated like a fool. I will avoid this branch, there are others.

Selber bestellt, Personal war freundlich, Pommes waren nicht knusprig und haben nach Fisch geschmeckt. Milchshake statt bestellter Vanille, Schokolade. Veggie Burger war ok. Nicht das beste Mal bei McDonalds :-(

Wie üblich, alles frisch und schnell zubereitet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Teilweise werden die Tische nicht abgeräumt, Trinkhalme bekommt man auch nicht mehr, nur noch bei Shakes. Das eine mal haben wir 17 min auf eine Bestellung gewartet und es war nix los in der Filiale. Schlimm das man so lange auf eine Bestellung warten muss. Tablettes werden zwar sauber gemacht aber so nass dem Kunden übergeben das das Papier was da drauf liegt total durch genässt ist. Vielleicht sollte die Filialleitung mal mit den Mitarbeitern ein ernstes Wörtchen reden. Weil der Service ist echt miserabel

An diesem Tag war es sehr voll,es dauerte mindestens 10 Minuten bis die Bestellung bearbeitet wurde. Der Burger war in der Verpackung verrutscht lag fast alles einzeln darin Gemäß dem Kundenaufkommen war auch der Gastraum sehr schmutzig. Viel Personal wenig Effizienz

Viele Sachen leer. Cola Zero, Bounty, Teilweise Saucen und auch Serviettenspender leer. Lauwarme Burger dafür trotzdem drauf warten müssen.

Noch nie solche unfreundliche Personal gesehen, total aggressiv! mir wurde einfach ein falsches Eis gegeben und wurde dafür auch noch dumm angemacht zudem liegt überall Müll rum und ist schmutzig.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich als ich am 3. 7.23 um 13 Uhr dort war .Habe gefragt ob es keine Nummern gibt für Tisch Service da ich einen gebrochenen Fuß habe und gerade aus der BG Unfall Klinik kam.Da hieß es das müssen sie sich selbst mit an den Platz nehmen. Ein junger Mann war so nett und hatte es mir dann mit seinem Essen an den Platz getragen. Obwohl 7 Leute hinten drin standen. So eine unfreundliche MC Donalds Filiale habe ich noch nie gesehen. Werde da auch nicht mehr hin gehen.
