The tables and floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Our order took forever: The trays were initially brought out with only a portion of the food, and the fries didn't arrive until five minutes later. By then, the rest was already cold. That evening, several guests complained that our €65 meal was cold. I tried to address the issue, but communication was difficult – it wasn't until the store manager arrived that things got somewhat resolved. It's a shame that the entire process was so chaotic and didn't go smoothly at all.

Dear Sir or Madam, Today I was at your KFC branch in Harburg (Stader Straße) when I experienced an incident that left me very upset and disappointed. I was at the self-checkout counter, putting together my order – my shopping cart was already quite full. I noticed that an employee – presumably the store manager – was deactivating the other self-checkout counters. I wanted to politely approach him to ask a question about the Twitter rap. But before I even had a chance to ask my question, he interrupted me, didn't listen to me, and without warning, also deactivated my cash register – even though I was in the middle of ordering. When I confronted him and asked what he was doing, he rudely ordered me to "go to the front of the checkout." I explained that I already had many items in my shopping cart, to which he simply replied, "You can remember that – go to the front." His behavior was not only disrespectful, but also completely inappropriate for me as a paying guest. I expect respectful and professional behavior in a customer-facing environment—especially from management. I therefore ask you to review the incident and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent such behavior in the future.

The food was okay. The staff were bored and annoyed by customers. Restrooms were clean.

Unfortunately, this is the worst KFC I've ever been to. All the chicken products sit on display for far too long. Everything is dry and sometimes not even piping hot. I've never experienced this before, and KFC should investigate this, because they're not adhering to franchise guidelines. For this price, you should expect much more. I love KFC, but this place is disgusting.

Absolute Katastrophe, Verständigung mit dem Personal nur sehr schwer möglich! Beherrschen ihr Kassensystem augenscheinlich überhaupt nicht. Nach dem dann knapp 70€ mit Karte bezahlt wurde, hieß es mit einem Mal, das einiges der Bestellung „ausverkauft“ war und anderes mindestens 20 min. Dauern würde. Es wurde dann versucht mir diverse „Ladenhüter“ aufzuschwatzen. Daraufhin die ganze Bestellung storniert, dies gestaltete sich dann noch schlimmer. Die Frage nach dem Storemanager wurde komplett ignoriert, stattdessen waren letztendlich 2 völlig überforderte Mitarbeiter damit beschäftigt die Kasse zu bearbeiten ohne Erfolg. Der mit Karte bezahlte Betrag wurde dann letztendlich in Bar wieder erstattet, was ein deutlicher Verstoß gegen das Geldwäschegesetz darstellt. Alles in allem definitiv und absolut NICHT zu empfehlen.

So the KFC at that location is good. The other branch in Harburg, next to the cinema, is catastrophic. Toilets stink extremely and feel like they're just a construction site. Food extremely dry, the fries were so bad I can't put it into words. The chili cheese sauce in the burger also tastes extremely artificial... Feels like nail polish. Please don't go.

We recently went to the drive-thru at KFC and unfortunately it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience. The burger was disappointing in terms of taste – dry and somehow carelessly prepared. The chicken pieces were okay, crispy and flavorful, but nothing special. But what really annoyed us was that my husband and I had severe stomach problems shortly after eating - including diarrhea. Of course, this reflects poorly on the hygiene or freshness of the products. It's a shame, we were actually looking forward to the food. Unfortunately we won't be back that quickly.

This needs to be cleaned up. Some of the chairs are sticky and the floor is dirty

Waited 30 minutes for a bucket because the order was forgotten to be taken. The boy at the front of the checkout was obviously overwhelmed and the whole store was run by 3 people at the time. I'm convinced that this wasn't just due to understaffing, KFC has really slacked off on quality control over the last few years and I don't know how people can still accept this food, especially these days, for the price. We got the food, which was very mushy, both the chicken and the fries. We had to put it back in the oven ourselves so that it was edible, no wonder that every KFC in Hamburg is below average when it was already like that in at least 3 branches we visited.

You can place your order yourself at the terminals. The food we ordered was fresh and hot.

Once a highlight for us, today it's unfortunately rather disappointing. The breading is twice as thick as the meat and very coarse. The wrapped coleslaw is no longer as tasty as it once was. And as for the prices...well, they've gone up quite a bit. What a shame.

The food tastes quite good but unfortunately I often didn't get the full order. Always check everything.

The dishes are freshly prepared and, above all, hot. Delicious fries. However, eating chicken more than 2-3 times a month is more than enough. Recommended.

Was there twice. Once inside and once at the drive-thru. Every time the sauce was forgotten. Every time they weren't friendly, every time I had a stomach ache after eating. I'd rather leave it alone in the future. Inside, the store is like a lost place, shabby and old.

Food was ok. Won't go there again. There are fines for parking too long. €35 fine, KFC definitely makes money from that...

I find it impossible that the service staff hide behind the ordering machines and tell you that they do NOT accept orders. That's really a disgrace.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. Just disgusting and outrageously expensive! 4 people €80 for cold food and stomach ache. Not worth it! The toilets are also completely disgusting!!! There is a sign there that says great importance is attached to hygiene. It stinks and was probably last cleaned a week ago.

Breading limp. Fries cold. Only received a straw when asked. Refill unfortunately abolished. Restaurant not clean, seats worn out. Coleslaw was the only tasty thing. Next time I'd rather eat half a chicken at Kalli's!!!

Been to KFC for a long time. Prices have increased significantly over the years. I ordered a burger menu with fries and Pepsi and three hotwings. Ordering only possible on the giant smartpad. Payment possible by card at the pad or in cash at the front cash desk. Food was put together quickly. Unfortunately, the cheese on the burger doesn't melt, but the quality has remained good over the years.

The service is always okay, but honestly you could pay more attention to the burgers and not be so stingy with the meat. It has happened several times now that I only got a small piece of chicken fillet, photo is attached.

We went to KFC for the first time and were really excited to see how the people there tasted but I have to say it wasn't that good at all. The citizens that we ordered and received had absolutely nothing to do with the citizens in the pictures, there were so many ingredients missing from the pictures, it looks delicious with lots of sauce, salad etc. We were shocked, even the drinks were not carbonated. So never again KFC😒

It was actually our favorite shop, the food is a little more expensive in comparison, but the difference is also noticeable in the food. However, you can no longer refill the drinks, which was pretty much the best argument for it. Please bring this back! The experience is definitely less worthwhile than before

Good fried food, fast ordering computers and clean sanitary facilities

KFC is not what it used to be! Mashed potatoes a small ball and cold. In the past there was always a bag of butter and a bag of salt with the corn on the cob, but now you pay 0.50 cents for butter and just salt if you ask. No more wet wipes or they simply weren't given to us. Overpriced and for the price it's not that special. Too bad

The food was great. However the lady, specifically the manager of KFC was very rude to me. She said i need to stop taking pictures of the place. I was taking pictures of my little nephews. Everyone was looking and she made an terrible scene. Obviously, I'm never going to have a lunch here never again thanks to the manager.

Lime any KFC outlet, this one too maintains the quality. Good place, ample seating space too. The exit from the parking is a bit confusing as it passes through a car wash shop.

The food was delicious, service worked great, only the toilets were a bit unclean but ok.

Hot wings are super tasty and crispy, but I would never want to use the large chicken pieces again because, in my opinion, they are dripping with fat. Everything with lots of crispy breading is naturally full of fat, I rarely eat it. When you think of chicken, the first thing that comes to mind is that it's not as fattening and is lean meat, unlike beef or pork, but because of the amount of breading, I think that no fast food is as slimming as this one. The coleslaw is super tasty and the Twister (for me without cheese and without tomatoes) was also very good. Overall, a bit too expensive for me and not something I would use often, otherwise I wouldn't be able to fit through the door.

I haven't been to KFC in years and yesterday's visit reminded me why. Breaded offal with salt in an antisocial atmosphere. The toilets smell like old train station toilets. In order for urine to smell like that, it has to be moldy for at least a day. Service was ok, employees were nice. The fact that the store stinks so much is also the fault of those who refuse to hire more people to relieve the burden on those who earn the management's fortune for starvation wages. Almost trash and slavery.

Dirty and without atmosphere restaurant, and could only order via column, but there were no loose drinks on it. Coincidentally, all the less unhealthy stuff was also gone.

We did drive in and the counter guy was very helpful he even changed the order, so we could get 2 drinks on top of order, instead of the way we ordered. Smart guy!

So now the cabbage is fat. Today 08/30/24 and was the 2nd time that a menu was forgotten when ordering (to take away). Or intentionally? Unfortunately, I had confidence that everything was correct and didn't check it on site. At home, with my wife and children, I noticed that something was missing. The half hour drive was too much for me. So at THE store, everyone should check carefully to see if everything is there. No wonder people are becoming more and more suspicious.

Empty parking lot, no one was standing in front of the ordering items, food was served about 20 seconds later after ordering, toilets were clean. The whole thing on a Friday afternoon in August. What more do you want?

As is usual at KFC, the food was prepared quickly and tasted good too. The staff was friendly and correct. The prices are of course a little higher than at other fast food chains, but they also keep you full for a little longer.

Nice and empty, toilets were clean. The wings went very quickly.

I used to go there more often, but I don't go there anymore. Only order at the terminal, so no arrangement possible. If there are several, it can take a really long time until everyone has something. The drinks don't work at all. Either everything is light or set incorrectly.

No milkshake machine. Very big disappointment. Cola tastes terribly bad, the ratio of syrup and water doesn't work at all.
