Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hamburg

Laden ist gar nicht klimatisiert, alle Gäste verlassen den Raum weil es im Laden durch die Hitze gar nicht auszuhalten ist!!!

War schon mal leckerer. Die Pommes waren labberig und fast kein Salz. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sieht gut aus

Leider waren die Pommes ungenießbar. Chicken ok aber....auch zu teuer.

Gestern war ich nach langen wieder dort essen. Hatte eine Bestellung von 70 € Insgesamt. Erst mal zu dem Hähnchen Es war sehr geschmacklos auf jeden Fall nicht mehr so wie früher mittlerweile schneiden die ein Hähnchenschenkel in zwei Teile, um zu sparen beziehungsweise die Hähnchenteile werden immer kleiner… Zu Hause dann wurde mir sehr schlecht und ich habe mir meine ganze Seele ausgespuckt Ich hatte starke Bauchschmerzen und leuchten Durchfall bekommen am Abend! Nie wieder gehe ich dort essen!

Wurde eingeladen. Als wir da waren, wurde noch umgebaut (modernisiert). Hatte ein Menü bestellt: Chicken Burger, Pommes+ Getränk.

Das Personal war sehr respektlos, ich glaube nicht, dass ich jemals wieder dorthin gehen werde.

Es stinkt und das Personal ist unbepflegt und unfreundlich. Bevor man erstmal bedient wird dauert es. Man wird ignoriert und für die Kinder ist es lebensgefährlich. Beim Eingang ist eine Baustelle nicht abgesperrt richtig nicht weiter so empfehlen und das Essen dauert lange 30minten gewartet

Klar, der Laden ist gerade im Umbau, aber auch dann kann man mit etwas Wollen ein halbwegs gemütliches Ambiente zaubern. Gleichzeitig gab es ein nahöstliches Kollegengespräch in aller Länge, während drei Kunden auf ihr Essen warteten.

KFC Drive: Pommes, dunkel, fettig, ungenießbar, Der Hühnchenbürger mit Fleischpampe in der Mitte war Brechreiz erregend, 1x abgebissen und Mülleimer. Pfui Deibel! #Nie wieder KFC ,NO way

Ein Stern ist eigentlich schon viel zu viel leider kann man keine Minus-Sterne vergeben. Dieses KFC sollte man wirklich weiträumig meiden. Wir haben Fleisch bekommen, das einfach nur gestunken hat. Schon beim Öffnen der Verpackung kam uns ein so widerlicher Geruch entgegen, dass einem sofort der Appetit vergeht. Als wir das Essen zurückgebracht haben, wurde uns zuerst gesagt, dass der Geruch „normal“ sei. Der Mitarbeiter hat zwar angeboten, uns etwas anderes zu geben, aber ehrlich gesagt hatten wir nach diesem Geruch komplett den Appetit auf IHR Fleisch verloren und haben dankend abgelehnt. Wenn DAS für sie normal riechendes Fleisch ist, möchte ich gar nicht wissen, was dort für Fleisch verwendet und den Leuten serviert wird. Dazu kam noch, dass es dort extrem schmutzig war. Überall Staub und Dreck. Es wird dort gebaut, überall ist Baustaub – und gleichzeitig wird dort Essen zubereitet. Ganz ehrlich: Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie das Gesundheitsamt so etwas überhaupt zulassen kann. Sehr enttäuschende und wirklich ekelhafte Erfahrung.

Essen hat sehr widerlich geschmeckt nach kotze, es war nicht richtig durch und total fettig!!🤮

Die Leute in der Filiale sind sehr schlecht. Ich komm mit einer Bekannte Angebote und sie sagen nein hier gilt die Angebote nicht.😤 Ich empfehle andere Filialen gut, dass die Leute nett und freundlich sind😒

Aus Nostalgiegründen mal wieder dort gewesen. Ich hatte mir ja schon gedacht, dass der Laden über die Jahre nicht besser geworden ist, aber ich war von der Verschlechterung schon sehr überrascht. Ich habe das Gefühl der "Gastraum" wird nicht mehr gepflegt, die Getränkestation wurde abgebaut und es standen provisorische Heizlüfter auf dem Boden (warm war es allerdings dennoch nicht). Das Essen wirkte lieblos und von geringer Qualität - selbst für FastFood.

Enttäuschender Besuch in der KFC-Filiale in Harburg in der Nähe des Cinemax-Kinos. Im Restaurant selbst zu essen, schien in Ordnung, aber Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen wurden schlecht abgewickelt. Meine Bestellung war falsch, und die Qualität des Essens war deutlich schlechter. Der Zinger-Burger war achtlos in die Tüte gepackt und sah lieblos und unordentlich aus. Das Personal war zudem unhöflich. Ich werde diese Filiale nicht mehr besuchen.

Nie wieder werde ich dort etwas essen, das Hähnchen war zwar soweit so gut, jedoch ist es nur Umsatz und keine Qualität, habe mir eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen!!!

vor Ort Essen ja, Zum mitnehmen hingegen lieber nicht. Es kann nicht sein das fast bei jeder Bestellung etwas falsch oder einfach nicht mit eingepackten wird. Wahnsinn. Anstatt 6 Filet bites , einfach nur 3Hotwings mitgegeben. Muss ich jede Bestellung vor Ort öffnen?

Pommes war ekstrem salzig kann man nicht essen schade

Normaler KFC, Hähnchenteile und Pommes könnten knusprigen sein, kein Getränke Refill mehr.

Der korpulente Mann hinter der Theke ist sehr unhöflich und ungeduldig. Dieses Verhalten ist wirklich peinlich für eine große Marke wie KFC

Wenn man mal sich mal das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis reinzieht, sollte man merken, dass hier völlig überteuertes Essen angeboten wird. Drei (!) Chicken Wings für rund 6€ sind einfach nur eine Frechheit, Panade und Geschmack hin oder her. Das ist im EK nicht mal der Preis für ein kg ! Für mich nie wieder KFC

Bei unserem Besuch waren die Räumlichkeiten viel zu kalt, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm gemacht hat. Zudem konnte das Essen qualitativ nicht mehr an frühere Besuche anknüpfen. Schade

Sehr nettes Personal, man versucht einen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und sehr freundlich zu einem. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Danke für alles, ich komme gern wieder.

Essen lecker aber zu teuer. Ambiente eher billig. Krönung ist das Herrenklo: Keine Wasserspülung für das Urinal - Raum fast nicht betretbar vor Uringestank! Unglaublich

Ich habe mein Essen schnell bekommen, der Service war sehr nett nur ich habe allgemein etwas anderes an Auswahl erwartet. Bin nicht oft bei KFC.

Das Essen war wie immer lecker, aber etwas teuer. Die Fliesenlegung auf dem Boden fand ich allerdings nicht sehr ansprechend.

Essen war top. Allerdings darf man die Herrentoilette nicht nutzen, wenn man noch weiter Essen möchte. Es riecht mehr als unangenehm dort.

Bestellen geht schnell Abholen an der Theke auch schnell Auswahl an Essen in Ordnung Thekenpersonal hat geraucht, ist wieder reingekommen und hat sich OHNE Händewaschen wieder hinter die Theke gestellt An sich ein netter Laden aber das war wohl jetzt das letzte Mal dass ich da essen war

Das Essen war alt, nichts war frisch, die Angestellten waren unmotiviert und die harten Kartoffeln schmeckten nach nichts. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen!

Man bekommt nicht das Gefühl als zahlenden Kunde willkommen zu sein...Freundlichkeit würde ich anders definieren...aber die Chicken schmecken gut

Bei meiner 70€-Bestellung vor Ort fehlten Produkte im Wert von ca. 10€. Ich habe 3 Kindermenüs bestellt und nur 2 Spielzeuge bekommen. Zu Hause ist ein Krieg deswegen ausgebrochen! Zusätzlich haben 4 von uns 6 seit 2 Tagen leichten Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen.

Extrem langsame Bedienung. Die Mitarbeitenden stehen in Grüppchen zusammen und unterhalten sich, ohne sich primär um ihre Kunden zu kümmern. Essen hat 20 Minuten gedauert.

Entweder hat KFC den heiligen Gral der Fleischalternativen und niemand weiß es oder uns wurde Fleisch mitgegeben. Konnten also nur die Pommes essen. Die waren erstaunlich schlecht.

Wär okay, aber haben sehr lange auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Zudem waren die Pommes etwas labberig im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants der Kette.

Very tasty but the waitress made a face as if someone had died.

We were at the drive-thru for lunch. I have to say the lady had trouble understanding us, but it could also have been the technology. The fries were excellent. Super fresh, hot (!), and seasoned really well. The bites were a bit pale but still delicious.

The fries weren't crispy enough, and some of the chicken pieces could have been a bit crispier. Otherwise, typical KFC quality.

KFC always serves solid food (and this one is no exception). But the store is really run down, and ordering at the drive-thru is a complete disaster. The intercom system desperately needs replacing.

They kicked us out for no reason and at Essen there was harre geh nie here the man called hamed

It was very good, and ordering was very easy. I like the system where you order, pay, and the delivery is super fast. The quality of the food was very plentiful and good.

Hello KFC Team, I really enjoyed my visit to your restaurant, especially during my visit to the south of Hamburg. It's the perfect place to eat and the location is great. Best 😘

The tables and floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Our order took forever: The trays were initially brought out with only a portion of the food, and the fries didn't arrive until five minutes later. By then, the rest was already cold. That evening, several guests complained that our €65 meal was cold. I tried to address the issue, but communication was difficult – it wasn't until the store manager arrived that things got somewhat resolved. It's a shame that the entire process was so chaotic and didn't go smoothly at all.

Dear Sir or Madam, Today I was at your KFC branch in Harburg (Stader Straße) when I experienced an incident that left me very upset and disappointed. I was at the self-checkout counter, putting together my order – my shopping cart was already quite full. I noticed that an employee – presumably the store manager – was deactivating the other self-checkout counters. I wanted to politely approach him to ask a question about the Twitter rap. But before I even had a chance to ask my question, he interrupted me, didn't listen to me, and without warning, also deactivated my cash register – even though I was in the middle of ordering. When I confronted him and asked what he was doing, he rudely ordered me to "go to the front of the checkout." I explained that I already had many items in my shopping cart, to which he simply replied, "You can remember that – go to the front." His behavior was not only disrespectful, but also completely inappropriate for me as a paying guest. I expect respectful and professional behavior in a customer-facing environment—especially from management. I therefore ask you to review the incident and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent such behavior in the future.

The food was okay. The staff were bored and annoyed by customers. Restrooms were clean.

Unfortunately, this is the worst KFC I've ever been to. All the chicken products sit on display for far too long. Everything is dry and sometimes not even piping hot. I've never experienced this before, and KFC should investigate this, because they're not adhering to franchise guidelines. For this price, you should expect much more. I love KFC, but this place is disgusting.

Absolute Katastrophe, Verständigung mit dem Personal nur sehr schwer möglich! Beherrschen ihr Kassensystem augenscheinlich überhaupt nicht. Nach dem dann knapp 70€ mit Karte bezahlt wurde, hieß es mit einem Mal, das einiges der Bestellung „ausverkauft“ war und anderes mindestens 20 min. Dauern würde. Es wurde dann versucht mir diverse „Ladenhüter“ aufzuschwatzen. Daraufhin die ganze Bestellung storniert, dies gestaltete sich dann noch schlimmer. Die Frage nach dem Storemanager wurde komplett ignoriert, stattdessen waren letztendlich 2 völlig überforderte Mitarbeiter damit beschäftigt die Kasse zu bearbeiten ohne Erfolg. Der mit Karte bezahlte Betrag wurde dann letztendlich in Bar wieder erstattet, was ein deutlicher Verstoß gegen das Geldwäschegesetz darstellt. Alles in allem definitiv und absolut NICHT zu empfehlen.

Attention: For months, an outdated price list has been hanging at the drive-thru, and the new prices are being charged at the checkout. Management says, "That's the way it is. I don't have to provide current prices." Thanks for the deception; you won't see me again under these circumstances.

So the KFC at that location is good. The other branch in Harburg, next to the cinema, is catastrophic. Toilets stink extremely and feel like they're just a construction site. Food extremely dry, the fries were so bad I can't put it into words. The chili cheese sauce in the burger also tastes extremely artificial... Feels like nail polish. Please don't go.

We recently went to the drive-thru at KFC and unfortunately it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience. The burger was disappointing in terms of taste – dry and somehow carelessly prepared. The chicken pieces were okay, crispy and flavorful, but nothing special. But what really annoyed us was that my husband and I had severe stomach problems shortly after eating - including diarrhea. Of course, this reflects poorly on the hygiene or freshness of the products. It's a shame, we were actually looking forward to the food. Unfortunately we won't be back that quickly.

Waited 30 minutes for a bucket because the order was forgotten to be taken. The boy at the front of the checkout was obviously overwhelmed and the whole store was run by 3 people at the time. I'm convinced that this wasn't just due to understaffing, KFC has really slacked off on quality control over the last few years and I don't know how people can still accept this food, especially these days, for the price. We got the food, which was very mushy, both the chicken and the fries. We had to put it back in the oven ourselves so that it was edible, no wonder that every KFC in Hamburg is below average when it was already like that in at least 3 branches we visited.

You can place your order yourself at the terminals. The food we ordered was fresh and hot.

Once a highlight for us, today it's unfortunately rather disappointing. The breading is twice as thick as the meat and very coarse. The wrapped coleslaw is no longer as tasty as it once was. And as for the prices...well, they've gone up quite a bit. What a shame.

The food tastes quite good but unfortunately I often didn't get the full order. Always check everything.

March 16, 2025 It was definitely the last time there. Dirty, poor service, food made me sick... unbelievable! How small should the bucket be????? Oh okay, the price has gone up for that. Sorry, but if it continues like this, people won't buy there anymore. Quality is quite decent...

The food doesn't taste good, it's cold in the store and the decor is uncomfortable. You order food only to be told they can't do it.

The mashed potatoes were delicious as always, the burgers were completely dry and there was absolutely no ketchup or anything on them. The chili cheese burger tasted like vomit! Bad KFC in Hamburg after the one at the HBF

The dishes are freshly prepared and, above all, hot. Delicious fries. However, eating chicken more than 2-3 times a month is more than enough. Recommended.

Was there twice. Once inside and once at the drive-thru. Every time the sauce was forgotten. Every time they weren't friendly, every time I had a stomach ache after eating. I'd rather leave it alone in the future. Inside, the store is like a lost place, shabby and old.

Food was ok. Won't go there again. There are fines for parking too long. €35 fine, KFC definitely makes money from that...

Unfortunately, the free choice of soft drinks is no longer possible.😔

I find it impossible that the service staff hide behind the ordering machines and tell you that they do NOT accept orders. That's really a disgrace.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. Just disgusting and outrageously expensive! 4 people €80 for cold food and stomach ache. Not worth it! The toilets are also completely disgusting!!! There is a sign there that says great importance is attached to hygiene. It stinks and was probably last cleaned a week ago.
