So now the cabbage is fat. Today 08/30/24 and was the 2nd time that a menu was forgotten when ordering (to take away). Or intentionally? Unfortunately, I had confidence that everything was correct and didn't check it on site. At home, with my wife and children, I noticed that something was missing. The half hour drive was too much for me. So at THE store, everyone should check carefully to see if everything is there. No wonder people are becoming more and more suspicious.

Empty parking lot, no one was standing in front of the ordering items, food was served about 20 seconds later after ordering, toilets were clean. The whole thing on a Friday afternoon in August. What more do you want?

As is usual at KFC, the food was prepared quickly and tasted good too. The staff was friendly and correct. The prices are of course a little higher than at other fast food chains, but they also keep you full for a little longer.

Nice and empty, toilets were clean. The wings went very quickly.

I used to go there more often, but I don't go there anymore. Only order at the terminal, so no arrangement possible. If there are several, it can take a really long time until everyone has something. The drinks don't work at all. Either everything is light or set incorrectly.

This kfc is quite okay. The screens at the terminals and at the drinks dispensers need to be cleaned from time to time. They're pretty greasy.

A restaurant on the B73. There was surprisingly little going on. Ordering on the screen went without any problems. The waiting time for food was also short. Considering the price, there was very little on the plate (or in the bag). And the fries were pretty bland. Well, I was hungry... whatever. At least you can refill your drink at the machine. So overall nothing special, but quite ok.

I wanted to eat something there on 7/9/24 and ordered at the checkout! While ordering I was interrupted and asked to order at the terminal! I refused because it takes up too much time, it's probably too complicated for me, and it's just annoying and impersonal! The employee went away briefly and fetched what was supposed to be a supervisor, who also explained to me that I had to(!) order at the terminal! I refused for the reasons mentioned and then had to leave! The food could have been ready twice during the discussion! Terrible experience! This increasing paternalism from service providers is exhausting!

Somehow there is always a problem with the service here. Today the automatic display for the food provided did not work. That's why the numbers were called out, which hardly anyone heard or understood. I ordered take-away from the machine and was handed a tray with the food on it. I asked to have it packaged to take away. The food was then poured into other boxes and then into the large bag. As a result, the food had already cooled down significantly. It's all on the printed pieces of paper that the employee takes out of the machine, you just have to read it. The competition can do this much better. But the food tasted good.

It was even nicer here about 2 years ago. Clean and the team was hardworking. Unfortunately, the service here isn't that great anymore.

I think this KFC is the runtiest we've ever eaten at. The tables and PVC upholstered benches are rocked down and sticky, the toilets smell musty and the staff is listless to grumpy at the start. Things used to be different - maybe this needs to be renovated, then we'll be happy to come back.

After a very long time, we went to KFC again to get a snack. So if you like breading, you'll get your money's worth, which makes the chicken pieces appear extremely large. Because you get so much breading and relatively little meat, the price is too high compared to other fast food chains. The terminals are clear and easy to use. We each took a menu, which unfortunately only offered Pepsi Cola, 7up, Marinda Pepsi Cola Light (everything was endlessly sweet), but no water, whether carbonated or not. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff was nice. Conclusion: We don't regret our decision to go to KFC for a snack, but we won't be going there again anytime soon. Then, for example, it's better to go to Burger King or McDonald's, although those aren't exactly our favorites either, but they're more food than breadcrumbs. P.S.: Oh yes, the fries on the menu were soft and flabby, so not crispy and the burger had no taste (equivalent to a €1 burger at McDonald's at the time, only instead of a beef patty it now had a chicken part and breading). Lettuce on the burger or tomatoes are in short supply. The mayonnaise is spoiled and smells like yeast, they keep all the mayonnaise sachets near the ovens in the heat, instead of keeping them in the fridge. The potatoes are dry. I ate in the evening at 21:00 before closing and they still had around 15 kg of roast meat, most likely they serve it to customers in the morning. I do not recommend at all. Take care of your health

I enjoyed being a guest here, but today it took my shoes off. Ordering is only possible via panel. The lady helped me, but sorry, it couldn't be more impersonal. When I got home I was looking forward to my two pieces of chicken. (Walk 2 min.) What I found were 2 dark brown and extremely dry parts. “Everything used to be better” applies here. And again one less guest.

We were really looking forward to the restaurant, we come from the Stade area and don't go there regularly anymore. But since it was no longer possible to order from the employee, the store was closed. We then drove on to an MC store, where we had nice service without having to go to the terminal. Unfortunately, Kentucky lost a customer in Harburg today. After speaking into the intercom several times, there was no answer. 6 x Double Crispy Chicken (mit Salatsauce und Salat) am Drive In bestellt 6 x 3.49 Euro bezahlt. Es wurde gesagt " dauert etwas".....nach 2 Minuten Tüte durchs Fenster gerreicht bekommen. Zuhause dann ausgepackt und siehe da, bekommen 6 x Cheese Crunch für je 1,99 Euro (mit Ketchup und ekeliger Käsesause). Telefonisch niemand erreichbar.

Eating out at KFC used to be special, but now it's only mediocre at best. 30 to 40% overpriced, always takes too long and is never on point even when freshly made. Wings juicy but too dark, chicken part too dry. I've known the branch for over 20 years and it gets worse with every visit. Something is always broken, this time the ordering terminals.

So sorry, it doesn't even deserve a star. Staff stands there as ordered and is not picked up instead of cleaning the tables or disposing of everything that is on the floor downstairs, really bored and unfriendly and we happened to be nearby and my son was hungry. We first had to clean the tables ourselves because I don't know how long these leftover food had been there and it was sticking endlessly. It stank to no end so I'm really sorry but that's not possible.

Sorry, but it's not mine at all. There was a double cheese and bacon something on the menu. Your fries are really, really soggy. The burger was ok, but it fell apart at the first bite. Not your fault, I'm probably just too stupid for double burgers. There were also chicken wings... I have a bit of a mixed opinion here. The meat was super juicy and tasty, but the breading... the first bite was always a bit weak and then there was some spiciness afterwards. Takes getting used to. You're definitely not the cheapest either. You can probably get drinks as often as you like, so in the end it gets a few stars 🌟 🌟

Essen war Standard für KFC. Personal unfreundlich, unmotiviert. Ich habe eine 0.5 Liter Cola bestellt und 0.3 Liter erhalten. Die Tische kleben und sind mit Essensresten beschmiert. (Zwischen Durch mal sauber machen tut da wohl keiner) Wenn viel Stress wäre hätte ich es verstanden. Wir waren die einzigen.

Man gibt ja gern mal eine zweite (dritte, vierte) Chance... aber manchmal sollte man es auch lassen. So hier. Ich wollte eigentlich dem plant-based Zeug mal eine Chance geben. Also rein zu KFC, dem FastFood-Restaurant, das es - ungelogen - in meinem Fall noch nie geschafft hat, eine Bestellung einwandfrei abzuwickeln. Aber hey, heute wollte ich ja nur ne Kleinigkeit zum Probieren. Was kostet die Welt? Genau 5,99 Euro, jedenfalls preiste das Plakat an der Wand den "Classic Veggie Burger" so aus. Ja, bestellt, als ich dann endlich dran war. "6,49 Euro, bitte." Ich so: "Gute Frau, der Burger steht da für 5,99 Euro." - "Ja, ist jetzt mit Käse." - "Ja, aber den hab ich nicht bestellt. Ich hätte gern den Burger da, der da als Classic Veggie beschrieben wird und der 5,99 Euro kostet." Dann kam jemand dazu, ich nehme an, der Schichtleiter oder so. Jedenfalls wer Wichtiges. Der erklärte mir dann, dass der Preis auf dem Plakat "der alte Preis" sei. Was KFC daran hindert, das unzutreffende Plakat zur Vermeidung von Methoden unlauteren Wettbewerbs rinfach abzuhängen oder gar gegen ein aktuelles zu ersetzen, ist mir schleierhaft. Nicht, dass ich an 50 Cent verarmen würde. Aber so ist es einfach nicht in Ordnung. Ich bin dann ohne Burger aus der Filiale gegangen. Aber ich möchte Euch davon wissen lassen. Der Service dort ist enttäuschend, u d das, wie gesagt, nicht zum ersten Mal.

Würde am liebsten gar keine Punkte vergeben. Burger kalt, trocken und matschig. Ebenso die Hänchenteile und Pommes. Schlechtester KFC Besuch den ich je hatte. Absolut grauenhaft.

Ich habe noch nie die Qualität des Essens bei KFC kritisiert, bin schon in sehr vielen Filialen gewesen, aber dieses Mal war es absolut enttäuschend. Das Fleisch schmeckte laff und die Panade war viel dünner und (vielleicht deshalb) weniger würzig. Im Gravy auf dem Kartoffelpüree war deutlich zu viel Pfeffer.

Ich fand es hier ganz ok...das Menü auf dem Plakat...entsprach nicht so dem mir dann vorgesetzten Ergebnis...aber es war warm und genießbar. Die Schlange vor der einen Kasse, die geöffnet war, war mir persönlich zu lang. Der Drive Inn hatte wohl Priorität. Das Personal war freundlich und korrekt.

Wie jedes Fast Food Restaurant, allerdings bei diesem sind die Parkplätze nicht viel vorhanden und dicht an einander gelegt.

Sehr schmutzige Toiletten und schlechter Service . Das Personal versteht nichts von "fast" ... einer arbeitet und alle Anderen schauen zu. Ansonsten hatte das Essen den typischen Kfc flair.
