Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hamburg

The dishes are freshly prepared and, above all, hot. Delicious fries. However, eating chicken more than 2-3 times a month is more than enough. Recommended.

Was there twice. Once inside and once at the drive-thru. Every time the sauce was forgotten. Every time they weren't friendly, every time I had a stomach ache after eating. I'd rather leave it alone in the future. Inside, the store is like a lost place, shabby and old.

Food was ok. Won't go there again. There are fines for parking too long. €35 fine, KFC definitely makes money from that...

Unfortunately, the free choice of soft drinks is no longer possible.😔

I find it impossible that the service staff hide behind the ordering machines and tell you that they do NOT accept orders. That's really a disgrace.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. Just disgusting and outrageously expensive! 4 people €80 for cold food and stomach ache. Not worth it! The toilets are also completely disgusting!!! There is a sign there that says great importance is attached to hygiene. It stinks and was probably last cleaned a week ago.

Breading limp. Fries cold. Only received a straw when asked. Refill unfortunately abolished. Restaurant not clean, seats worn out. Coleslaw was the only tasty thing. Next time I'd rather eat half a chicken at Kalli's!!!

Been to KFC for a long time. Prices have increased significantly over the years. I ordered a burger menu with fries and Pepsi and three hotwings. Ordering only possible on the giant smartpad. Payment possible by card at the pad or in cash at the front cash desk. Food was put together quickly. Unfortunately, the cheese on the burger doesn't melt, but the quality has remained good over the years.

Typical Kentucky Fried Chicken branch that unfortunately looks a bit run down from the outside. There are now no ordering terminals, the staff is friendly and competent. Conclusion: Okay, there is still room for improvement in the external presentation.

We went to KFC for the first time and were really excited to see how the people there tasted but I have to say it wasn't that good at all. The citizens that we ordered and received had absolutely nothing to do with the citizens in the pictures, there were so many ingredients missing from the pictures, it looks delicious with lots of sauce, salad etc. We were shocked, even the drinks were not carbonated. So never again KFC😒

It was actually our favorite shop, the food is a little more expensive in comparison, but the difference is also noticeable in the food. However, you can no longer refill the drinks, which was pretty much the best argument for it. Please bring this back! The experience is definitely less worthwhile than before

Good fried food, fast ordering computers and clean sanitary facilities

KFC is not what it used to be! Mashed potatoes a small ball and cold. In the past there was always a bag of butter and a bag of salt with the corn on the cob, but now you pay 0.50 cents for butter and just salt if you ask. No more wet wipes or they simply weren't given to us. Overpriced and for the price it's not that special. Too bad

The food was great. However the lady, specifically the manager of KFC was very rude to me. She said i need to stop taking pictures of the place. I was taking pictures of my little nephews. Everyone was looking and she made an terrible scene. Obviously, I'm never going to have a lunch here never again thanks to the manager.

Has turned into a vending machine restaurant with poor touch displays, defective hardware, strange user interface. Then there’s that too Incompetent, unfriendly staff who are overwhelmed not only due to language deficits. High prices, no service - that seems to be the new motto. Lime any KFC outlet, this one too maintains the quality. Good place, ample seating space too. The exit from the parking is a bit confusing as it passes through a car wash shop.

The food was delicious, service worked great, only the toilets were a bit unclean but ok.

Unfortunately our visit wasn't all that nice. The staff was absolutely overwhelmed and the store was only half full. The tables and floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The order took forever, the tablets were put out with the first things to eat until the fries were added 5 minutes later, the rest were already cold and various people complained in the evening. The branch management was hopelessly overwhelmed by the situation. Our meal, worth €65, was cold. I then tried to communicate, but unfortunately it wasn't that easy until the branch manager came along and things went somewhat smoothly. All in all, Kentucky is not the cheapest fast food place out there. And then to do so poorly and have such poor service is almost sad. When our food actually came warm and everything came together a second time, the quality and the food itself were very tasty. Unfortunately, things didn't work out at all.

Hot wings are super tasty and crispy, but I would never want to use the large chicken pieces again because, in my opinion, they are dripping with fat. Everything with lots of crispy breading is naturally full of fat, I rarely eat it. When you think of chicken, the first thing that comes to mind is that it's not as fattening and is lean meat, unlike beef or pork, but because of the amount of breading, I think that no fast food is as slimming as this one. The coleslaw is super tasty and the Twister (for me without cheese and without tomatoes) was also very good. Overall, a bit too expensive for me and not something I would use often, otherwise I wouldn't be able to fit through the door.

It was late. Whether you then have to turn off the light instead of saying we want to close. The food was just sold. Total failure of service, food was OK.

I haven't been to KFC in years and yesterday's visit reminded me why. Breaded offal with salt in an antisocial atmosphere. The toilets smell like old train station toilets. In order for urine to smell like that, it has to be moldy for at least a day. Service was ok, employees were nice. The fact that the store stinks so much is also the fault of those who refuse to hire more people to relieve the burden on those who earn the management's fortune for starvation wages. Almost trash and slavery.

Dirty and without atmosphere restaurant, and could only order via column, but there were no loose drinks on it. Coincidentally, all the less unhealthy stuff was also gone.

We did drive in and the counter guy was very helpful he even changed the order, so we could get 2 drinks on top of order, instead of the way we ordered. Smart guy!

So now the cabbage is fat. Today 08/30/24 and was the 2nd time that a menu was forgotten when ordering (to take away). Or intentionally? Unfortunately, I had confidence that everything was correct and didn't check it on site. At home, with my wife and children, I noticed that something was missing. The half hour drive was too much for me. So at THE store, everyone should check carefully to see if everything is there. No wonder people are becoming more and more suspicious.

Empty parking lot, no one was standing in front of the ordering items, food was served about 20 seconds later after ordering, toilets were clean. The whole thing on a Friday afternoon in August. What more do you want?

As is usual at KFC, the food was prepared quickly and tasted good too. The staff was friendly and correct. The prices are of course a little higher than at other fast food chains, but they also keep you full for a little longer.

Nice and empty, toilets were clean. The wings went very quickly.

I used to go there more often, but I don't go there anymore. Only order at the terminal, so no arrangement possible. If there are several, it can take a really long time until everyone has something. The drinks don't work at all. Either everything is light or set incorrectly.

This kfc is quite okay. The screens at the terminals and at the drinks dispensers need to be cleaned from time to time. They're pretty greasy.

A restaurant on the B73. There was surprisingly little going on. Ordering on the screen went without any problems. The waiting time for food was also short. Considering the price, there was very little on the plate (or in the bag). And the fries were pretty bland. Well, I was hungry... whatever. At least you can refill your drink at the machine. So overall nothing special, but quite ok.

I wanted to eat something there on 7/9/24 and ordered at the checkout! While ordering I was interrupted and asked to order at the terminal! I refused because it takes up too much time, it's probably too complicated for me, and it's just annoying and impersonal! The employee went away briefly and fetched what was supposed to be a supervisor, who also explained to me that I had to(!) order at the terminal! I refused for the reasons mentioned and then had to leave! The food could have been ready twice during the discussion! Terrible experience! This increasing paternalism from service providers is exhausting!

Somehow there is always a problem with the service here. Today the automatic display for the food provided did not work. That's why the numbers were called out, which hardly anyone heard or understood. I ordered take-away from the machine and was handed a tray with the food on it. I asked to have it packaged to take away. The food was then poured into other boxes and then into the large bag. As a result, the food had already cooled down significantly. It's all on the printed pieces of paper that the employee takes out of the machine, you just have to read it. The competition can do this much better. But the food tasted good.

I think this KFC is the runtiest we've ever eaten at. The tables and PVC upholstered benches are rocked down and sticky, the toilets smell musty and the staff is listless to grumpy at the start. Things used to be different - maybe this needs to be renovated, then we'll be happy to come back.

After a very long time, we went to KFC again to get a snack. So if you like breading, you'll get your money's worth, which makes the chicken pieces appear extremely large. Because you get so much breading and relatively little meat, the price is too high compared to other fast food chains. The terminals are clear and easy to use. We each took a menu, which unfortunately only offered Pepsi Cola, 7up, Marinda Pepsi Cola Light (everything was endlessly sweet), but no water, whether carbonated or not. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff was nice. Conclusion: We don't regret our decision to go to KFC for a snack, but we won't be going there again anytime soon. Then, for example, it's better to go to Burger King or McDonald's, although those aren't exactly our favorites either, but they're more food than breadcrumbs. P.S.: Oh yes, the fries on the menu were soft and flabby, so not crispy and the burger had no taste (equivalent to a €1 burger at McDonald's at the time, only instead of a beef patty it now had a chicken part and breading). Lettuce on the burger or tomatoes are in short supply. Typical KFC, but 1 hour before closing time they shut down and everything is slowly shut down or up. The terrace is only ok because freight trains and subways pass by every minute.

The mayonnaise is spoiled and smells like yeast, they keep all the mayonnaise sachets near the ovens in the heat, instead of keeping them in the fridge. The potatoes are dry. I ate in the evening at 21:00 before closing and they still had around 15 kg of roast meat, most likely they serve it to customers in the morning. I do not recommend at all. Take care of your health

I enjoyed being a guest here, but today it took my shoes off. Ordering is only possible via panel. The lady helped me, but sorry, it couldn't be more impersonal. When I got home I was looking forward to my two pieces of chicken. (Walk 2 min.) What I found were 2 dark brown and extremely dry parts. “Everything used to be better” applies here. And again one less guest.

But since it was no longer possible to order from the employee, the store was closed. We then drove on to an MC store, where we had nice service without having to go to the terminal.
