The food came after almost two hours and was cold and not nice to look at. In addition, the lettuce on ALL burgers was already completely wilted and yellow and looked best on the burger in the picture. After unpacking, I packed it up again and brought the food back myself. The restaurant kindly disposed of the food for me. However, I'm still waiting for my money. Conclusion, never again!

“King”-wise disappointing! Waited 2 hours for “fast” food delivery only to have a cold Whopper nightmare. After 1.5 hours I wanted to “cancel” the order, but the “Royal” phone number was incorrect. In the end I threw the “King’s Menu” straight into the trash. This is definitely not how you become a “Burger King”!

After many similar experiences at this Burger King, here is my first review. I ordered 3 Whoppers via the app and ordered cheese for all Whoppers at the counter, "no problem". When asked about mayo or ketchup with the fries, I ordered mayo for the 2 portions included in the menu. Based on past experiences, we checked whether the number of burgers and fries was appropriate, which was the case. When I unpacked it at home, the mayo was missing and there was no cheese to be found on any of the Whoppers, even though "cheese" was written on one Whopper. In this store you really have to check every little thing, we've probably never received an order here as ordered.

No cheese on the burger again and mayo was missing again. This isn't normal anymore!

DON'T GO THERE! I was there with my daughter and she wanted a Jr bag. She was asked in the normal way what she wanted in it. I then got a chicken burger. But when we got back home, my daughter didn't get a toy or sauce. The fries were just thrown in and were cold! I got a chili burger instead of a chicken burger. The tables and toilets there are all dirty. There was also hair in the bag when we ordered. This really shouldn't be called eating. Please do yourself a favor and go EAT somewhere else.

Looks completely different than the pictures (much smaller) but still tastes better than the competition. The place is clean too.

Just ordered food and it wasn't delivered. Called the club 20 times without success. Afterwards someone answered annoyed and said something about 10 minutes. That was an hour ago. Absolutely the last store, will never order from there again and can't recommend it

Garbage always forget the sauces

Nice, friendly service. But the "food"... used to be a top shop, always fresh and tasty, I liked being there. But today... while I was eating it dripped out of the bottom of my burger. The drops later stained the table white.So it was pure fat! I threw away the soggy bun. It was a waste of money.

A burger, fries and nuggets were forgotten during delivery. The highlight, however, was that the “vegetarian” burger was not vegetarian. When I called, a woman on the phone promised to take care of a new delivery soon. This delivery never arrived and calls about it were consistently ignored. It's an absolute disgrace, due to the situation I will withdraw my payment (€40) and file a complaint, it may be that you forget something, but packing a meaty burger in vegetarian packaging and selling it as vegetarian, borders on bodily harm. My recommendation is to only eat this in extreme emergencies.

Biggest rubbish BK in Hamburg, I really don't understand how the staff barely understands German and can make so many mistakes. I'm stunned the store was empty and still mistakes happen. This is unacceptable.

The toilets would definitely not be cleaned for months. The store itself was also very dirty. There was hardly anything to do and all the tables were dirty. One star is even too many, there should be minus stars here!!

Mitarbeiter müssen mal auf Freundlichkeit. Geschult werden, essen solala, Laden sehr klein, wenn die Lieferando nicht hätten könnten die hier zu machen. Ich kann diese Filiale nicht weiterempfehlen

Also ich war heute nach dem letzten negativ Bericht Mal wieder im Burger King Hamburg Steilshop.Ich gebe jedem eine Chance,aber das essen heute war das schlechteste was ich bis jetzt in 10 Jahren hatte.Alles lau warm Pommes kalt wie Gummi,die Burger fast kalt schicken kalt ,das beste war die cola.ich bin nicht der anspruchsvolle was essen angeht,aber das geht nicht.🤦

Einfach ekelhaft. Kalte Burger und kalte Pommes zu vollkommen überhöhten Preisen. Gegensprechanlage am Drive Inn funktionierte nicht. Nicht nochmal.

Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit von Bestellungen sind Pflicht. Tipp: Bestellt mit Sonderwünschen damit frisch zubereitet werden muss.

Die sind immer gut aber seit über 3 oder 4 Jahren die bieten kein milkshake,,,und die gaben immer verschiedene ausrede🤔🤔🤔

Puh, unsere Bedienung war suuuper unfreundlich. Die Kinder waren richtig eingeschüchtert, weil sie sich nicht getraut haben was falsches zu sagen. Extrawünsche (zB. BACON) wurden zwar berechnet, aber nicht ausgeführt. Reicht wenn man einmal da war.

Typisches Burger-King-Restaurant mit Tankstellenanbindung. Da das Restaurant nicht so groß ist, fällt die typische "Hallen-Atmosphäre" nicht ganz so auf.

Überraschend gut, nachdem ich vor Kurzem in einem anderen Burger King ziemlich enttäuscht war. Hier wurden die App-Coupons sofort akzeptiert, die Bedienung war super freundlich und der Burger wurde wirklich frisch und schnell zubereitet. Alles zufriedenstellend was man von einem Fast Food Restaurant erwarten kann👍

Sehr netter und freundlicher, gut gelaunten Mitarbeiter hat mich am Schalter bedient um 22 40 Uhr am Freitag .RESPEKT.

Da waren nur 2 Mitarbeiter. Der eine hat in der Küche gestanden und seine Kollegin hat den drive und den Innentresen bedient. Die Konzentration der beiden Mitarbeiter hat schon nachgelassen. Wie kann man so einen großen Laden, nur mit 2 Leuten führen, was sind das zu Kollegen die ihr Kollegen an solchen Tagen alleine lassen. Viele Gerichte konnte man nicht erwerben, da nicht mitgeliefert oder zu wenig bestellt worden ist. Ich wollte einen Schokoladeshake haben, musste auf eine Sprite ausweichen. Das Gerät für die shakezubereitung ist defekt..... ein Schild davor wäre gut angebracht.... mit den Satz... leider defekt...

Längere Wartezeiten, obwohl kaum jemand ansteht. Essen war zum Teil bereits kalt bei Ausgabe. Nicht besonders sauber (Keine Ausnahme!), Tabletts stehen mit Essensresten auf dem Tisch und unter den Tischen sieht man, was die Vorgänger gegessen haben.

Super Burgerking mit sehr freundlichen personal (vor allem die Dame mit den kurzen blonden Haaren). Da kommt man wirklich gerne wieder. :-)

Also wir waren zufrieden mit der gelieferten Ware, es hat gut geschmeckt, alles knackig , heis und frisch!.Die Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert und der Fahrer war super nett und freundlich !.👍👏👏👏

Mein Review war vorher 1 Stern setidem ist 1 Jahr vergangen und es hat sich viel gebessert wie zum Beispiel die Mitarbeiter. Sie sind aufmerksam hören zu und Sprechen auch mit mir wenn ich sie anspreche

Ein kleines Schnell Restaurant. Nur für den dringenden Hunger. Insgesamt sauber aber in keiner Weise ansprechend oder gemütlich. Ei geschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten. Komisches Publikum.

Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind zumindest zu mir immer freundlich und bemüht. Ernähre mich vegetarisch und bin mir sehr sicher, dass mir hier min. ein mal ein angeblicher „Plant Based“ Burger mit Fleisch verkauft wurde. Auf nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es definitiv ein veganer Burger sei.

Los trabajadores parecen que tuvieran sueño somos los únicos que estamos en el restaurante y se olvidaron de ponernos dos cosas, nos dieron solo una salsa de tomate para 4 combos . Ein klassischer Burger King, aber sehr gut gelegen und zu erreichen. Und Er ist nicht so stark besucht das man lange anstehen muss oder am Drive-In warten muss

Konnte dort nicht essen. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich... Wenn ich die letzten Bewertungen so lese hab' ich wohl nochmal Glück gehabt.

Lust zu arbeiten? Pommes ware lecker, der Plant Chicken noch nicht durch. Karte oder Bar? Pfandfrage? Nur Barzahlung möglich. Nach Payback wurde nicht gefragt.

King des Monats Crispy Chicken bestellt und Chicken Nugget Burger erhalten. War bestimmt schon mehrere Tage alt und musste weg. Total trocken und hart. Besser sofort Bestellung prüfen. Nie wieder Burger King !

Bei einer bestellung über lieferando alles falsch gemacht wie kann man so arbeiten habe whopper menü mit käse ohne gurke bestellt und bekomme nen stinknormalen whopper ohne Käse aber auch ohne Gurke und auf dem papier steht Whopper mit Käse. dann 2 cheeseburger ohne gurke bestellt und 2 Hamburger mit Gurke bekommen

Der letzte Dreck Bedingung versteht kein Deutsch die Hälfte der Bestellung hat gefehlt. Bürger waren richtig trocken.

Die Bedienung war megaunhöflich. Erst zu meinem Vorgänger und als ich dran war zu mir.Für mich Grund genug zur Konkurenz zu gehen.

Vi var nødt til at spise på burger king denne aften. Selvom jeg ikke er den store fan af at spise sådanne steder på min ferie. Men i Tyskland tager de nærmest ikke dankort eller visa. Så burger king it is. Men magen til service. Vi blev betjent af manageren i hvid skjorte ig virkede virkelig træt af hans arbejde. Jeg ville have sparkling water men fik still water min kæreste der ville have Fanta i stedet for Cola, som bare blev slået ind, var vi nødt til tre gange at sige Fanta. Hvilket jo er rimelig internationalt. Generel en meget lad holdning. Ja det er en burger king men synes godr man må oppe sig lid. Fortryder inderligt at vi ikke fik hævet flere penge så vi kunne få en lækker salat eller en kebabrulle med lidt mere kærlighed. Derudover var burger kold. Generel dårlig oplevelse. Håber ikke det er sådan hver dag.

Das Restaurant ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles wird frisch gemacht und schmeckt appetitlich. Wir haben den King des Monats und den neuen Long Cheeseburger gehabt. Die Pommes sind der Hit.
