Sauberer Laden und Warmes Essen. Update von 2026: Man sollte wenn man hier was zu essen holt nicht zu Wählerisch sein, damit ist gemeint das wenn man zum Beispiel keine Sauce haben will, damit rechnen sollte das Sauce drauf ist... Leider wurde selbst als ich als einziger Kunde da war meine Bestellung verhauen und das nicht zum 1 und auch nicht zum 10 mal...

Klare nicht Empfehlung an Veggie lovers und Veganer. „Plant Based“ Nuggets und „Plant Based“ Nuggets Burger werden als solche ausgegeben, sind aber in Wahrheit Fleisch. Habe gestern dort bestellt und Fleisch bekommen obwohl auf der Bestellung Plant Based stand, einfach ekelhaft!!!

Sehr freundliche und kompetentes Personal - auch an Tagen wie heute mit 35 Grad. Essen war frisch. Restaurant sauber.

Ravi ist der beste! 2 Minuten vor Feierabend wurden wir absolut freundlich empfangen. Man hat keinen Groll gehegt und alle unseren, von Alkohol getriebenen, Wünsche erfüllt.

Nach all den Jahren die ich zu euch komme, muss ich euch ein Lob aussprechen. Ihr seid immer alle freundlich und flott. Eure Burger schmecken frisch und geschmacklich toll. Bisher wurde nur einmal in den Jahren ein Burger vergessen aber mir sofort ohne wenn und aber erstattet. Macht bitte weiter so. Ein großes Lob geht besonders an die nette Dame mit den Kürzeren Haaren. Immer gute Laune, selbst an Feiertagen und Co. Danke!!!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern vergeben, pure Abzocke bloß vermeiden. Haben über Lieferando bei dieser Filiale bestellt. Essen ist nie angekommen, obwohl der Fahrer laut Tracking zur Adresse kam. Nie geklingelt, nie angerufen und einfach den Status auf ''geliefert'' gesetzt. Nachdem ich im Restaurant anrief, wurde man unhöflich abgewimmelt. Beim 2ten Anruf war niemand mehr erreichbar. Habe lieferando sofort alles gemeldet, keine Reaktion. Erst nach dem 3ten Anlauf kam eine Rückmeldung, man könnte das Geld nicht erstatten, da der Fahrer mehrfach angerufen hatte, was eine absolute Lüge ist. Trotz mehrfachen Versuchen keine Chance. Da hilft nur noch der Käuferschutz. Bitte Vorsicht mit dieser Filiale, absolut unseriös.

Im Bundle sollten Nuggets dabei sein.Wurden aber nicht mitgeliefert. GELD bekommen wir nicht zurück erstattet über Ubereats

Der Service vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist auch gut. Kann man weiter empfehlen. :)

Wir wurden von Jacques bedient. Sehr freundlich, schnell und kompetent. Beim Essen stimmte auch alles.

Schmeckte nicht und schlechter Service

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren erst 15 min vor Schluss dort und durften trotzdem noch in Ruhe drinnen essen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Essen war nach nicht mal 2 min fertig. Kommen gerne wieder 🙃

Ein sauberer Burger King mit sehr freundlichen Angestellten, die sich um unsere Belange kümmern - dazu gibts auch viele Sitzplätze im Laden. Bestellt habe ich den Plant-based Long Chicken, hat top geschmeckt! Würd wieder kommen, besonders nach einem Besuch in der Gemeinde in der Evangelischen Stadtmission an der Steilshooper Allee 382✌️

King Fusion war nur das Eis und Oreokeks, hab nach Schokosauce gefragt und der Service war echt super nett!

Kurze Wartezeiten, saubere Tische und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Leider keine Bestellterminals man kann aber seine Codes an der Kasse scannen. So kann man auch einen kleinen Plausch halten.

Der Laden riecht wie eine stinkende öffentliche Toilette (und das ist noch nicht mal der Eingang, geschweige denn die Toilette selbst, wo man fast erstickt vor Ammoniak). Man kann mit Coupons bezahlen, aber es gibt keine Selbstbedienungsautomaten. Die Kassiererin zeigte wenig Interesse am Kundenservice, und die Speisekarte bot eine chaotische Auswahl an Soßen und Getränken – Strohhalme gab es keine; die musste man sich selbst holen. Das Restaurant war im Winter wegen fehlender Heizung geschlossen, was einfach nur absurd war. Der Burger King ist schwach, das einzig Positive ist die Bedienungsgeschwindigkeit. Für Drive-in-Kunden mag der Service okay sein, aber nicht für die Gäste im Restaurant.

Ich besuche die Filiale in Steilshoop regelmäßig. Stets freundliche Mitarbeiter, die ihre Stammkunden kennen und nett begrüßen. Die Arbeitsabläufe wirken strukturiert und man wird schnell bedient und muss nicht mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen.

Ich habe zwei Menüs bestellt und ein Chili Cheese Pommes, Kassenbon hab ich beigefügt. Das Essen richtig kalt zum wegwerfen. Bin richtig sauer, weil bei Eine Menü, das große Pommes fehlte. Zum kotzen. Burger King im Steilshooper Allee hat nicht mal eine Stern verdient. Respektlose Service. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal. Auf der Seite steht eine Rufnummer da geht auch keiner dran.

Der Laden ist tiefgehend dreckig, die Angestellten unprofessionell und unhöflich und geschmacklich ist dieser Burger King auch weit unterm Franchisedurchschnitt. Es gibt in der Nähe eine andere Burger King Filiale die viel besser ist, geht da hin.

5 Minuten vor Ende wollten Sie meine Bestellung nicht annehmen, obwohl ich ganz normal Hinter einem Auto gewartet habe, sagt sie zu mir, Im Drive in dass sie geschlossen haben, Schreib doch im Internet, dass du bis 2255 auf habt und nicht 23:00 Uhr stellt man sich auch nicht mehr an. Frechheit

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt. Mein Essen kam nicht an, und als ich in dieser Filiale anrief, hieß es, wir hätten es geliefert und es ginge uns nichts mehr an. Es tut mir wirklich leid, dass Sie keinerlei Verantwortungsgefühl für das Problem Ihrer Kunden zeigen und sich nicht zur Rechenschaft ziehen. Ich hatte dasselbe Problem schon einmal woanders. Dort rief ich an, und der Restaurantbesitzer kümmerte sich umgehend darum. Hier hingegen übernimmt niemand die Verantwortung. Das Geld wurde von meinem Konto abgebucht, ich habe aber kein Essen erhalten, und niemand ist verantwortlich.

BITTE FINDE WEG nach ich da etwas bestellt habe, ich habe ne stärkere Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen ich habe viel Geld ausgegeben nur um Medikamente zu kaufen. Etwas lauft komplett schief da. Bitte nicht hin gehen denk mal an eure Gesundheit

Je nach Lust und Laune, wird dieser Burger King geöffnet. Letztes mal standen die Uber- Fahrer - wieder mal - vor verschlossener Tür. Ich habe kein Essen, und der Uber- Fahrer geht finanziell voll ins Minus. Ohne Ankündigung, ohne Mitteilung (zb hier bei Google oder sonstwo) dass wieder mal geschlossen ist. Mir tun die Mitarbeiter leid, der Filialinhaber nicht, der nur Gewinne einsammelt ohne einen Cent in den Standort zu investieren (siehe kaputtes Fenster beim Drive- Inn). Obwohl die Lage sehr gut ist und mehr Umsatz generieren könnte.

Der Laden sollte lieber zu machen. Die haben mal auf und mal nicht. Angeblich wegen Heizungsausfall geschlossen. Die haben wohl kein Bock zu Arbeiten dort. Ständig immer mal wieder geschlossen und unfreundlich das Personal. Und Burger zusammenlegen können die auch nicht, der Burger sieht aus als ob er aus dem Müll kommt! Das Gesundheitsamt sollte mal vorbeischauen (Ohne Anmelden) An den Inhaber! Schämen solltest du dich!

Leider keine Bestellterminals - dafür außergewöhnlich freundlicher Service. Essen wie erwartet. Kartenzahlung möglich. Leider knappe Öffnungszeiten.

Seit längeren mal wieder richtig Heißhunger auf BPC doppel wopper pommis cola und nugget 9er .tja leider nicht in die tüte vor ort geschaut , zuhause ausgepackt leider die long pommis nicht reingepackt ebenso kein stohalm .were der laden voll ok aber mit 3 gästen und sonst auch keine weiteren Personen mehr echt entäuschend .

We ordered from this Burger King via Lieferando. We've ordered from there several times, and sometimes the food has been good, sometimes bad. Once we waited three hours for our food. Once there was lettuce and a hair in the nugget burger, which was really disgusting, and today it was a complete disaster. We ordered three Bacon King burgers and one Long Chicken burger and got three Big King XXL burgers instead of the Bacon King burger. Neither the restaurant nor Lieferando could be reached by phone, so I gave both of them a bad review via Lieferando. My partner somehow managed to contact Lieferando, and we got our money back. Funnily enough, Burger King couldn't answer the phone, but then called us and called us after we had cleared things up with Lieferando. BK said they had delivered Bacon King burgers. But we sent photo evidence to Lieferando that it definitely wasn't Bacon King burgers. There was no bacon on them, but tons of lettuce, which has no place on Bacon Kings. It's really a disgrace to be unreachable and then to tell lies and try to excuse yourself. In the photo the "Bacon King"

I like to stop for a snack. And you can always find something. The terminal took a bit of getting used to, but once you've got the hang of it, it's great.

Summary: A small, almost inconspicuous Burger King with charm and the friendliest Burger King staff you could wish for! A branch that listens to its customers! Great! We're actually a big fan of this little branch - we used to be. For a long time, they served the Country Burger, or later called Veggie King. Suddenly, unfortunately, they stopped serving it, and only these plant-based patties remained, which we, as vegetarians, don't like at all... But at least you could always get the chili cheese nuggets there after shopping... Suddenly, the opening hours were moved from "until 11 p.m." to "until 10 p.m." Today, we were shocked to discover that the branch has recently started closing at 8 p.m. Sad. We have a feeling things are going downhill. We want the Country Burger back and opening hours until 11 p.m.! The service staff, however, are all VERY, VERY nice! We also found the restroom a bit dirty, but yes, the store has charm, and we hope for better times!!! Addendum end of September 2025: Thank you so much for the feedback! What I experienced on my four consecutive visits: Positive: + Air-conditioned + Delicious Negative: - Server simply walks away in the middle of ordering - No card payments - Broken fryer - Adulterated soap - Employee rudely insulted me for a simple question (at least that's how I felt) There won't be a fifth visit.

I'd rather give no stars! I've ordered three times via Uber Eats, and my order was canceled twice by the restaurant for inexplicable reasons. They don't want to prepare my third order because the first two orders were already on their way to me via delivery. That's not true, though. The order was ultimately canceled, and the order was aborted. I never received my order. My calls weren't answered, and I was hung up. I then contacted the driver via Uber Eats and was transferred to the restaurant, as the driver was there to pick up my order. The employees are very rude and not customer-oriented. They didn't help me, just told me there was nothing they could do and that they had plenty of other things to do in the store. I now doubt the employees even processed my order! That's a really poor performance. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with many other reviews about this Burger King branch... I will never order from there again.

Today it happened again. We had the best employees Burger King probably has to offer! Unfriendly, rude, didn't understand what you wanted, and well, I could think of even more things that I don't want to publish here. The food was abysmal! The fries were cold and oversalted, and the burger was a disgrace. It was truly the very last time we visited this fast-food chain. Just a quick word about the atmosphere: it stinks of old grease. G. Wallraff definitely needs to go back and clean up. The bad reviews for this place aren't enough.

Let's start with the dining room. The place is showing its age, and it shows. But an empty dining room should also be clean. In my case, many tables weren't wiped down, and fries were lying on the floor. The staff seemed rather listless, playing on their smartphones instead of taking care of important things like cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The food used to be much better there, and the burgers are dressed up with lots of sauce. The drinks are served with lots of ice, which is already considered intentional fraud. A 0.4l Coke comes with two-thirds of its capacity filled with ice. And no, I didn't order ice. I spoke to staff and explained that I didn't get what I paid for. No understanding, no compromise. Only... they complain to head office. It's incomprehensible how the place is still going. By the way, we ate there for €34, which was definitely the last time we'll be there.

Once we start with the food, it's usually cold and old, the service is very bad, rude, and impolite. The place is dirty, and the restrooms are dirty. I thought I'd made that mistake before. Give it another chance, but you can forget it.

17 years ago, this branch was the best – today it's the worst!!! The burgers are almost always cold, the meat smells rotten and disgusting! Almost every takeout order is missing at least two or three items – and no, they don't give you anything extra. Something is simply missing, and you have to drive back to complain. On July 16, 2025, I ordered a Whopper and a Big King – an absolute disaster! The Whopper was ice cold and covered in sauce, as if I'd ordered sauce with a hint of burger. The Big King was simply disgusting – too much disgusting, unsightly sauce and lettuce, the piece of meat tiny, cold, smelly, and hidden somewhere in this disgusting mess. The quality is abysmal, the prices are skyrocketing, but the portions and quality are declining rapidly! This branch should either be inspected by the health department or boycotted by customers. It's a shame to still call something like this a "restaurant."

What kind of place is this, anyway? Every time they go, either the restrooms are broken or there's no drink available. There's always something missing. It's really annoying!

Unfortunately, the ice cream machine hasn't been repaired for months. Perhaps the employees just don't feel like cleaning it all the time. It's a shame...

The food at Burger King is good, like all other restaurants in the chain. The chicken wings are the best in Hamburg. The service is good and friendly, very child-friendly, and the advice is really good. The atmosphere is unfortunately sad; the place smells strongly of grease, as the filter system has probably been broken for years. Perhaps Burger King should invest in a new exhaust system.

I have to say, Peter really has it. Super friendly and attentive, something you don't get that often in a fast food restaurant. I also observed him being very kind and helpful to a guest in a wheelchair. There's nothing wrong with the food either, it was very tasty. Thank you Peter, you made my day, simply because you were genuinely kind.

I'm horrified... bought 3 citizens. Crisby Chicken, Big King and a whopper.. I threw away 2 citizens. The chicken patty was hours old, dried out and rock hard...and the "salad" was just a mushy mass...the Big King parties were so old and cold that the cheese didn't even melt...so it was "raw"... But the best thing is that you can't even complain because no one answers the phone (once you find out the right number... The one in the app isn't taken!!!)

The food came after almost two hours and was cold and not nice to look at. In addition, the lettuce on ALL burgers was already completely wilted and yellow and looked best on the burger in the picture. After unpacking, I packed it up again and brought the food back myself. “King”-wise disappointing! Waited 2 hours for “fast” food delivery only to have a cold Whopper nightmare. After 1.5 hours I wanted to “cancel” the order, but the “Royal” phone number was incorrect. In the end I threw the “King’s Menu” straight into the trash. This is definitely not how you become a “Burger King”!

After many similar experiences at this Burger King, here is my first review. I ordered 3 Whoppers via the app and ordered cheese for all Whoppers at the counter, "no problem". When asked about mayo or ketchup with the fries, I ordered mayo for the 2 portions included in the menu. Based on past experiences, we checked whether the number of burgers and fries was appropriate, which was the case. When I unpacked it at home, the mayo was missing and there was no cheese to be found on any of the Whoppers, even though "cheese" was written on one Whopper. In this store you really have to check every little thing, we've probably never received an order here as ordered.

DON'T GO THERE! I was there with my daughter and she wanted a Jr bag. She was asked in the normal way what she wanted in it. I then got a chicken burger. But when we got back home, my daughter didn't get a toy or sauce. The fries were just thrown in and were cold! I got a chili burger instead of a chicken burger. The tables and toilets there are all dirty. There was also hair in the bag when we ordered. This really shouldn't be called eating. Please do yourself a favor and go EAT somewhere else.

Just ordered food and it wasn't delivered. Called the club 20 times without success. Afterwards someone answered annoyed and said something about 10 minutes. That was an hour ago. Absolutely the last store, will never order from there again and can't recommend it
