Peach Sandy very Good. Potatoes mixed with other kind. Very slow attention. Ask for big menú and came with small coca-cola. Needs more people working here.

Yesterday I ordered a cappuccino with lactose-free milk and waited an unbelievable 30 minutes for it. When I saw that my order was being processed, I saw that an employee made my cappuccino with normal milk instead of lactose-free milk. I then pointed out to the employee that it was not lactose-free milk. The employee then discussed it with me and said that it was lactose-free milk. The employee even showed me the packaging, but I said that there was nothing about the milk packaging saying it was lactose-free. He noticed this after a discussion and then made me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk. Terrible.

Unfortunately, service at breakfast was very poor. First things were forgotten, then they never came because the devices for them had since been switched off. In addition, there was a film of grease on the floor of the entire restaurant and people were constantly slipping.

Food acceptable, hygiene a disaster, everything sticks, outside and inside and the toilets are even worse than we're used to at other McDs.

So as others have already written here ✍️, this McDonald's is the dirtiest I know. We were there today around 7 p.m. It was unbelievable how it looked there. It was probably a child's birthday party and all the garbage was still lying around. , I don't understand why you can celebrate with children there. The children's area right in front of the toilets is so uncomfortable and desolate. Then all the tables were dirty, but really dirty. We had to wet napkins to clean the table. Drinks were dumped on the floor, everything was sticky and dirty. Looks like the store hasn't been wiped for weeks. Disgusting... trash cans all full. Garbage on the floor. Outside area just as dirty, disgusting. And that wasn't the first time it looked like that. Whenever we're there it looks like this. Employees are standing there talking about why things aren't being cleaned. They could learn to be friendly again. In general, the whole store seems totally uncomfortable, so we should urgently come up with something. Or close the thing if you can't manage it properly. O stars 🌟 It's not worth more. Food is no longer what it used to be.

Another location of the well-known burger joint chain. Of course in Hamburg also with Franzbrötchen in the McCafé. However, I only had a savings menu. Since there was nothing going on, things happened quickly. The machine didn't print out a receipt, but that wasn't a problem. It was clean quiet.

Mcrib too salty and the onions aren't what they used to be either! The only thing that tasted good were the fries! Store dirty!

We just got there at around midnight and pre-ordered in the app in the parking lot. Then we drive to the counter and the employee says we're out of fries... like McDonald's doesn't have any more fries??? Yes, they don't have any fries anymore, ok, it's ok if they pack us a phirsich bag for it! If we didn't want to, we paid almost €30 for two people for a menu where we only had the burger and the drink. Absolute disgrace! The employees probably don't feel like making new fries anymore.

Truly disgusting. Stopped here for a quick meal after checking out the car. First went to the toilet and almost fainted there. I've seen train station toilets that were nicer. Everything is full of piss, sticky, dirty, as if nothing had been cleaned here for a month. Even the hand dryer was completely dirty. When ordering at the TouchAutomat 3 out of 4 functional, you first stood in line. I politely asked if the fourth machine could be reactivated; the prompt answer: yes. The man continued with his work... I asked again and pointed. The man replied again: yes, yes and went back to the kitchen. Of course nothing happened. The entire front staff seemed to understand and speak only a little German. An employee wanted to make it clear to me in English that there was no more Cola Zero... There was also total chaos in the store and overflowing tray trolleys. I often visit various McDonald's branches in Germany/Europe/worldwide and I can sadly say that this was really the worst of the estimated 80 branches visited so far. Absolutely, I won't go in here again. I was really horrified. There's one star on top because the food itself was okay. Unfortunately, the other star is always there. Please hire proper staff here who can see the dirt and then act. There was enough staff in the store (approx. 7 people were visible).

Very dirty toilets and train station toilet smell

Food is MCD standard. We waited over twenty minutes for two menus. About the ambience: unbelievable 🤯 dirt and I would only enter the toilets with full vaccination protection.

This McDonalds is also just a shadow of its former self. The tables are not clean and are not cleaned sufficiently. The toilets are a tragedy. Parts of the ice cream machine are cleaned in peace and quiet on the serving counter. And the staff seems unmotivated and not interested in customer satisfaction. The food took a really long time in the fast food store and was just the normal standard.

Food was ready quickly and, as usual, good. I was very satisfied for my needs.

Relatively small, but fast. The pedestrian and cycle path in the entrance and exit is for both directions!

Dirty store doesn't accept the coupons

Was there early Sunday evening. Unfortunately, the store has changed a lot for the worse. The staff in the kitchen, including the store manager, are having fun and throwing fries at each other. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed that two other customers had received the wrong food and an out-of-home order from Lieferando wasn't delivered after two hours. The customer then came over in person in an angry manner. In addition, the store was beyond dirty, the trash carts were so full that people were rightly leaving their trash on the tables. Tables that are full of soap are also not wiped down regularly. Some of the staff seem very unmotivated and listless and look annoyed. Nobody seems to want to clean up the trash. The toilets are disgusting too. Food was ok, but not really warm either. It's a really poorly run store at the moment. Everything was better before. All readers here should know this.

Terrible service! Many devices are broken, no milkshakes, no ordering possible at the counter, no display of orders, no receipts for terminal orders because there is all paper! It beeped incessantly!!! There was no information as to whether the order had been received and absolutely no help! Employees who were totally overwhelmed! After waiting for three quarters of an hour, I complained to the shift manager, who said he would also like to quit! Great statement and really helpful!

McDonalds, always good and top, we were there after a long walk and were very hungry so we opened and bought coupons, got full and didn't even get poor so super satisfied. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, all in all I would say you can do it, that's why 5 stars in all areas, stay as you are

Worst service ever… waited an hour in a half empty store…

Arrived at 11:10 p.m., order was ready in 5 minutes. I noticed that the lady said to the customers in front of me that they were only giving out takeaway food because they were about to close! The door says open until midnight. When I asked, the lady told me they would close at 11.30 p.m. and there were still a few customers coming after me!! I said we'd be able to eat in 15 minutes, then the apparently unmotivated young employee said, "You're not allowed to eat here anymore, we'll close in 15 minutes!" ... So we have to take our food with us to the hotel, which is still a long way away - conclusion: soggy burgers!!!! Absolutely customer-unfriendly! The sanitary facility is unreasonable and unusable, it stinks to the point where it can no longer be felt. Parking lot not lit, absolutely dark.

Yesterday at 00:45 they told me they only sell ice cream or drinks from real juice shops I think the fat branch manager ate all the burgers so next time please remember to eat everything after work so that you can still offer food at 00:45

Ordered the food for €30 which isn't worth €30 at all, see photos, take a look at it and it's supposed to be a hamburger just like the other burgers, all cold, all pressed together and with fries were even missing And I live 2 minutes away from McDonald's and the food is still cold and I specifically told a counter to please make the food hot or fresh

This branch is a disaster. The floor was dirty, the tables weren't wiped down and the toilet probably wasn't cleaned at all that day. There was no toilet paper and one of two toilets was broken. About the food: the cheese on our burger wasn't melted and one of two cola tasted very watery. We got a new Coke without any problems, but the waitress didn't understand what we meant. Unfortunately not German speaking. In general, this branch is not recommended.

Incompetent staff without knowledge of German

During our last visit the branch was "greasy" and "dirty". We received NO receipts from the self-service terminals and did not receive ANY from the employees when asked. So it is of course difficult to give verifiable feedback.

The food and ambience are standard McDonald's. But the staff is simply incapable of packing the correct take-out order. Either something is packed incorrectly or something is simply missing. Cola absolute disaster, simply inedible!

Here you can redeem every offer and every coupon you can find in the McDonald's app. All dishes are available or can be ordered and even during special promotions they have a very good stock, so that even if you are a late bloomer you won't go away empty-handed. The shop is well maintained and the employees are friendly, the food was prepared and served quickly. There's definitely a lot going on at McDonalds! The large play area invites you to let off steam and is always a cool highlight for the kids. Also ideal for celebrating children's birthdays there. 🥳🍔🍟

The McDonald's branch near me is simply great! The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is always delicious. My personal favorite is the Hamburger Royal with cheese - simply delicious! The fries are always nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned. The cleanliness and ambience in the branch are also commendable. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to everyone!

Stood in the drive-in counter at 12:45. No reaction despite all the lighting in the drive as on all the signs. At the second window, an employee went into the closed serving window and tried to talk to me. Why are there opening hours please? Will avoid this McDonalds!!! The staff was also very rude.

The seating area was so dirty it was unbelievable, the tables were sticky, the flooring in front of the MC Cafe counter was loose and curled. The fries weren't fresh. We each ordered 1 Coca Cola and 1 Coca Cola Zero. When we brought the tray, they couldn't tell us which one was which. They both tasted equally bad. I think with one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Unfortunately quite dirty. Nuggets were very good, burger (BigMac) tasted a bit old. The children's play area was totally dirty and dusty.

Porcelain cups - apparently just decoration. Staff probably overwhelmed if the store is not empty. You get paper cups for your coffee in the house, although the porcelain or ceramic cups wait peacefully on the coffee machines. They suggest decanting upon request. Waste avoidance at Mc Do? Not a real issue at the moment... Addendum: “Reusable”* cups, i.e. containers for drinks or ice cream that require a deposit, are often not available. But that's no better given the corresponding competition. Everything is still designed to be thrown away, apparently. Only controls can help... *) If you hope to get the coffee in porcelain cups, you can't select "reusable" because that will be a plastic cup (if available).

It really wasn't particularly pleasant to have something to eat there as a quick stopover... The order was incorrect; among other things, the toys and the sauces were completely forgotten. The staff seemed completely unmotivated. A guest spilled something, spoke to an employee and the employee "SWOVE AWAY" the spill or spread it on the floor. The tray return containers were so full that individual trays slipped down when they were returned. People don’t want to talk about the toilets in public; it was just a state... The fairly spacious climbing area for the kids is actually quite acceptable, BUT: It feels like it hasn't been cleaned for several weeks and since it was already dark outside, functioning lighting in the climbing area would have been desirable. Once and never again!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty, small, loud and completely overwhelmed staff. Half of the orders were missing, the floor and furniture were stuck and the toilet was the highlight. Worse than any highway toilet. Even the food tasted worse than in other branches and you have to get that right with the same ingredients. Bah, never again.

So disappointed with the drive in...sometimes the milkshake machine doesn't work, sometimes there's no apple turnover, sometimes there's no that...sometimes something from the order has been forgotten, which is annoying when you keep driving. In the store you only have to order yourself at the order column, huge effort if you want to use the coupons. When asked, only ignorance from the employees. After all, a hamburger always works...

The dirtiest McDo we've ever been to. The floors were so much covered with fat that became dangerously slippery. The garbage stations were overloaded so ppl had to put garbage on the tables nearby. Plus all the employees (8 or so) were painfully slow. We got 2 extra apple pies as excuse but it's rather a flaw (extra kcal).

It's well located and I recommend everyone to create an account on their app because the discounts are simply wonderful

Curly fries missing, wrong sauce and everything completely cold.

Very disappointed, first of all my curly fries were cold and I was missing a whole pack and the sauces were also wrong. As a surprise, there was the big mac, which was cold and soggy, it absorbed cold, what was also cold was the milkshake, which is hard to believe that ice cream and the like even exist. After one good thing comes something bad again. I wanted chocolate sauce in my shake, which of course was forgotten.

It should be a short stopover. The strawberry milkshake was white and didn't taste like strawberry, even after requests and two new attempts by the employee it didn't get any better. The strawberry cake was cheap frozen food and tasted bland. The chicken nuggets were very good!

McDonald's halt, leider liefen hinter der Theke einige in Straßenkleidung Rum, was irgendwie nicht passent war. Ich persönlich mag die Einrichtung nicht, aber das ist Geschmack Sache. Der angebaute Kinderteil 8st super, da können die rum toben und wir in Ruhe essen.

Помещение чистое, много свободного пространства, приятное обслуживание. Самое главное, в этом Макдональдсе я ни разу не видел нелициприятных, агресивных людей, что безусловно делает времяприпровождение в нём очень приятным.

Sauber und freundlich. Zumindest zur Mittagszeit.

Ich wollte an der Theke bestellen, wurde aber gleich unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen das Bestellungen nur über die Elektronischen Displays möglich sind, davon gingen nur 3 von 4 und eine Warteschlange stand davor. Danach dauert es eine Weile bis ich an der Theke bezahlen konnte, da mich niemand beachtete. Die Burger lagen dann lieblos verrutscht in ihrer Packung. Dazu waren die grössen der Burger doch kleiner geworden. Mit Fastfood hatte es nichts mehr zu tun und meine "Älteren" guten Erinnerungen waren damit verflogen. Der Laden war aber voll darum dann Essen im Auto.

Der Umbau ist Mc D typisch recht schön geworden und sieht sehr modern aus. Leider hilft kein Umbau dieser Welt, wenn man dann trotzdem im Mc Drive 20 Minuten auf 2 Menüs wartet.....

Mc Donald halt . Service ging sehr schnell. Pommes ohne Salz . Na ja und Sauberkeit geht. War vor corona auf jeden Fall besser.

Wir waren um 23:40 Uhr dort an einem Freitagabend. Laut Internet hat dieser McDonalds bis 1:00 Uhr auf. Uns wurde beim Betreten direkt mitgeteilt, dass sie gleich schließen und nur noch zum Mitnehmen essen anbieten. Als wir dann unser Essen bekommen haben und rausgehen wollten, war die Tür verschlossen und wir kamen nicht raus. Kam mir alles etwas merkwürdig vor. Welcher Laden macht um 23:45 Uhr seine Türen zu, vor allem wenn Kunden vor Ort sind.

Alles super. Bin immer mit vollem Bauch raus 😊

Nichts aufregendes aber auch nichts falsch gemacht. Die Lieferung zum Tisch hat jedoch auf fällig lange gedauert

Essen war kalt es fehlte die Hälfte Die Toilette ist nicht behinderten gerecht musste 4 mal zum Tresen laufen und die fehlenden Sachen holen

Die ersten beiden Male konnte man noch am Schalter bestellen. Beim dritten Mal hieß es, nur am Terminal bestellen. Es gibt Menschen die wollen und können nicht am Terminal bestellen. War das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Laden. Halte lieber wieder in Bockel an. Hier geht man auf den Kunden ein.

Wir besuchen des öfteren die McDonalds Filiale in der Stader Straße 256, 21075 Hamburg. Mein Sohn liebt es dort - gerade auch wegen dem PlayPlace (vor vielen Jahren ein echtes Highlight!) Aber EIGENTLICH dürfte man sein Kind dort gar nicht mehr reinlassen. Es ist so unfassbar dreckig da drin. Der Boden - und gerade die Ecken! Da hat seit Wochen keiner mehr durchgewischt. Alle Kinder gehen extra ohne Schuhe dort rein - aber wie die Socken hinterher aussehen: keine Worte.... Und die Toiletten... Katastrophe für ein "Restaurant". Ich musste meinen Sohn 1x umziehen und habe dafür den Klodeckel runtergeklappt, um ihn drauf zu stellen (auf Socken, versteht sich). Dahinter: alles staubig, dreckig und voller Haare! Auch der Boden in den Toiletten absolut abartig. Die eigentliche Toilette auch wirklich dreckig. Da wischt höchstens einer alle paar Stunden 1x mit dem selben Lappen über alle Klobrillen. Wirklich gesundheitsgefährdend, meiner Ansicht nach. ...

Bestellt über die App, das mit den Personalisierten Burgern müssen sie aber noch lernen, alles was ich ausgeschlossen habe war trotzdem auf den Burgern drauf! Nicht schlimm aber wozu anbieten wenn mans nicht einhalten kann

Toller Mc Donalds mit großem Indoor-Spielbereich. Freundliche Mitarbeiterin im Service, die trotz Stress freundlich blieb.

Dieser McDonalds hat um kurz vor 00:00 Uhr die Türen des Restaurants geschlossen, obwohl das Ladenlokal bis 01:00 Uhr geöffnet haben sollte. Die Mitarbeiterin konnte uns nicht erklären, warum dies so ist. Auf Nachfrage ob es denn noch einen McFlurry gebe, kam nur ein sehr kurz angebundenes: "Die Maschine ist defekt. Es geht nur Joghurteis." Das würde nicht für einen Defekt der Eismaschine sprechen - am Ende hat ein Mitbesteller sogar ein Schokoladeneis bekommen. Die Sauberkeit der Küche und des "hinter-Tresen-Bereichs" lies leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Ein wenig Dreck, der zusammengefegt in einer Ecke liegt wäre ja noch hinnehmbar, dass aber anscheinend eine kleine Portion Pommes über dem Boden verteilt lag machte jetzt keinen Vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck. Alles in Allem hatte man heute Abend den Eindruck, man sei nicht gern gesehen und es war kaum zu erwarten, dass man das Restaurant wieder verlässt. Das Essen hatte McDonalds-Standard Qualität und bedarf keiner weiteren Wertung. Dem Service und der Sauberkeit würde ich bei einem weiteren Besuch eine neue Chance geben.

Alhoewel het gebouw je doet denken aan een zwembad ongeveer 30 jaar geleden, is het eten echt top en de keuze reuze. Het interieur is onberispelijk. Ik beveel het aan, het is een ware wolf in schaapskleren.

Ein MC Donalds wie viele andere auch. Hatte meine Bestellung to Go. Als ich rein kam und meine Bestellung am Terminal abgab, bezahlte ich zügig in Bar. Wärend ich wartete dachte ich, ich schau nicht mehr richtig. Sehr junges Personal die am rumalbern sind und spaß haben. Dagegen ist nichts einzuwenden, absolut nicht, sofern die Arbeit dabei nicht drunter leidet. Und dann Personal ohne Dienstkleidung. In Longshirt und Jogginghose😱 Dienstkleidung ist in der Gastro nicht nur ein Aussehens Merkmal sondern hat gerade in der Küche auch ein Sicherheits und Hygienegrund! Sollte man eigentlich durchs Gesundheitszeugnis gelernt haben und ist auch vom Gesundheitsamt so vorgeschrieben. Naja. Nach 5 min warten, was OK ist, nahm ich meine Bestellung (2 Double Chili Chees Burger, 1 Chicken Burger) und fuhr weiter. Unterwegs sah ich dann das meine Bestellung falsch war. Die Anzahl der Burger wurde vertauscht. An ein stressigen Tag kann das passieren, aber da war nichts los, wurde rumgealbert.... traurig.
