Relatively good BK with screens, the food was just standard BK I would generally recommend BK to change the nuggts, for example, they taste much better from MC

Every now and then you can have the soft rolls, otherwise it's always the same, there are always not enough cash registers, fast food only when eating, slow food when ordered, very poor service, sometimes things are forgotten when ordering.

Taste is fine but the prices are way too high for what you get 😞

Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star for service, although that is really too much. When ordering 1x Churros with chocolate sauce, 1 King Shake and 1 King Sunday, first read over the King Sunday and then say you didn't order it! Then we saw that the churros didn't have chocolate sauce... we supposedly only ordered them with cinnamon and sugar. The employee was really annoyed and pissed off... I gave her the receipt to read, but she didn't want to read it! I calmly said that she should leave out the sauce if she didn't want to and she snapped at me: "Now don't be so cheeky!" 🤬😡 Sorry, but leave out 50% of 3 pieces because you can't read the order... So unfriendly and incompetent!!!

There were three of us here today. All fries were inedible, as if baked in old fat. Burgers were ok. Staff behind the counter visibly overwhelmed. Orders incomplete. Several guests next to us had to complain because things were missing. The continuous beeping of the deep fryers can be heard constantly. No need to repeat.

The food was as expected – typical Burger King.

Half of the order was forgotten, but of course everything was paid for. Ordered king shake baklava style and got a normal chocolate shake.

I was at Burger King today and was really pleasantly surprised, the preparation was super quick. As soon as I ordered, I already had my food in my hand. Nice, rather smaller Burger King branch. Parking lot is not too big, but sufficient. Card payment was only possible at the terminal, unfortunately not at the front counter. The burgers and fries were very fresh and tasted very good. Staff was very nice, polite and accommodating. Everything worked out 👍

Lunchtime stress, but it still went relatively quickly. So everything corresponded to expectations.

Staff was very nice. After something wasn't quite right with my husband's burger bun, it was exchanged immediately without any problems and also very friendly. He had a plant-based chicken nugget burger as a non-vegetarian and was really amazed and thrilled. I had a mystery burger which was very tasty.

I've never experienced anything like that... Whopper menu with cheese and bacon ordered and paid for. First burger: no cheese and no bacon on it. Second attempt after complaint: now with cheese but the bacon was missing again! Third attempt: Employee unfriendly, annoyed, asks me who made the burger (I don't know, I can't see either) Whopper was cold, bacon looked strange (colorless, cold, not crispy like other branches). I complained about this and was ignored. I have always been friendly and expect the same from my counterpart! Very bad service, I will definitely not go there again!!! Everyone makes mistakes, no problem. But I have never experienced such listlessness and incompetence!! I threw away the burger, it didn't taste good at all. So far in other branches everything has always been fine, I almost always eat a Whopper.

Waited a long time at the drive-in, but then the worst thing happened....we didn't get one drink enough....just closed the glass door at the serving hatch. Whether this is the iced tea or the Fanta? And last but not least, a burger was missing! Guys, finally hire staff who can handle your job!!!!!!!

I don't know if the employees are simply poorly trained or if there is a communication problem. Wanted to order with coupon numbers from the app (which is up to date and has often been used to redeem coupon numbers). Was not accepted. Even when the employee at the counter was shown the app with the redeemed coupon and voucher number, she said it didn't work. Very friendly Indian saleswoman. That's the positive. We were happy that the long Texas barbecue is back in the program. For 6.50, not exactly cheap. Once we had it in our hands, we were very disappointed. The burger has noticeably shrunk, becoming shorter and narrower, and the patties (generally) are wafer-thin. But what really annoyed us was the stinginess with the BBQ sauce. What's the point at that price? Both were dry and we had to repair them with our own. The cheese was also nicely placed on the paper instead of on the burger. We generally noticed the stinginess with the sauce in this branch, it was our last visit here. Maybe we'll generally remove Burger King from our list, the price-performance ratio simply doesn't fit at all anymore.

The BK we trust :) We visit the drive thru almost every time we stop by. The employee Frank does a great job. He's always super nice, even when it's really crowded. A suggestion for improvement: Recently there has been an employee (not Frank!) who tells us that we should park somewhere else to wait. He's just always dissatisfied with where we park. Once we parked in the parking lot, but he then complained to us that he had to walk so far. The next time we parked in the drive thru exit, he didn't like that either. It would be great if the employee could phrase his criticism a little more nicely.

The burgers are mostly OK... the staff can be expanded... the last four times everything was very long... it just takes forever even though there is often very little activity. If you have to wait 25 minutes for a Whopper = borderline... you definitely have to look closely at what you get and what is forgotten... the Fili ale once had the best employee (an older woman) It's somehow missing from the branch...

We were passing through and wanted to have a quick bite to eat. I have NEVER had to experience such a bad BK. - cold interior temperature (so that guests probably don't stay longer than necessary) - 1 switch was defective, there was no receipt on ours because the paper was empty - we have 25 minutes. Waited for two citizens' menus and onion rings. After 25 minutes. The burgers were ready and the onion rings took another 5 minutes. lasted. The burgers and fries were cold, one burger was missing ingredients. After a complaint about the burger, for example, the cheese was simply placed on the cold burger, which of course no longer melts. When we ordered there were a maximum of 3 orders in front of us, when our food was ready there were more than 12 orders in the waiting list and they also waited up to 30 minutes. This BK absolutely redefines “fast food”. The staff as a whole was extremely unmotivated. At least this BK was relatively clean. The toilets were also clean, but unfortunately there was a disgusting smell of urine due to the waterless urinals. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews beforehand, otherwise it wouldn't have been a BK. There is obviously a lack of appropriate shift management and controls by the regional management or franchisee. Please find another store to eat at. We wanted to eat here on Saturdays. Ordered a Plant based Long Texas BBQ and a Plant based Long Texas BBQ Chicken. After 25 minutes of waiting, the food was ready. Unfortunately we got two Plant based Long Texas BBQ Chicken. We then returned the one with chicken and got the “real” burger. When we asked whether the burger was really plant-based, we got a “yes”, but in the end the burger was made with meat. It's a shame that you have to wait so long for your food and then it's still made wrong twice.

It's quicker at lunchtime, but in the evening it's really up to the employees how quickly you get your food on the drive. Sometimes you wait 30-45 minutes for normal orders (2 people) at peak times. Even 15 minutes would be too much here. Internal processes are getting worse and worse. If you have problems training the staff then please at least automate the ordering process and put 17 people in the kitchen as far as I'm concerned. Or use electric shock collars (fun). Food was good, only one of two side dishes was packaged incorrectly. It's not as dramatic as forgetting it, but it just speaks for the abysmally bad service. By the way, I highly doubt that you will pass on your feedback in a meaningful way, so I will forego your standard answer: “Thanks for your feedback, we will pass this on internally”.

Terrible visit!! Waited 45 minutes for food which was cold. The service staff has lost their calm and is dawdling around. You can tell she's keen to work. There was a lot of criticism on site and some people wanted their money back!! The store is an absolute disaster!!

Went to Burger King last night for something to eat. The branch is closer to us than the one on Durmersheimer Straße. We also like this branch better than the other one. Our order was ready and ready for pickup in under 10 minutes. The branch was clean and tidy. The food tasted fresh and was hot, as it should be. The employees do their job very well. That would make me very happy as a boss. We also like the “new” bonus system with the crowns and the voucher. The only thing missing is that Burger King will soon also offer Coca-Cola glasses. After the food finally came and we were already on the way home, we noticed that both the Coke and Fanta we ordered were missing. So we came home frustrated and thirsty. Even though the employee was visibly trying and was clearly under stress, the entire process seemed extremely disorganized. It's understandable that mistakes can happen and the seller really made an effort. However, the visit overall was very disappointing. While the Burger King in Rastatt has noticeably improved, this location is a negative counterexample. In addition, the burger seemed rather carelessly “slapped together”. In summary: the service was chaotic, the food was incomplete and the entire experience was frustrating. Better management and a more efficient organization are urgently needed here.

Then, of course, little things get upsetting: no ice cubes in the drink, cutlery for the salad is missing and a squeeze in the children's menu instead of the ice cream that was ordered. This was my second time here and the second time I left with a stomach ache. The service was good, the staff friendly, but the food didn't convince me.

Long waiting time and wrong food

So, we've been to a worse BK before, but this one definitely won't be our favorite BK. The floor and tables were quite dirty. Lots of staff but a long wait for the order. Order didn't match what was ordered. The drink cups were not filled to the top, but significantly below. The tone between the staff was very unfriendly and that in front of the customer. Everyone has to decide for themselves, but apparently this internal feedback doesn't help. Too bad

What a mess. Kitchen dirty, waiting times over 40 minutes, food cold and order not complete. Also, if you touch the food with your fingers without gloves, go somewhere else!

Not much going on, but the wait was extremely long. On site I noticed that instead of the big Whopper only the small jr was packed (she then gave me one but said she had packed the big one) a small one. I hadn't ordered. Unfortunately, I didn't check completely... when we arrived where we ate, there were no onion rings... instead of 2 cheeseburgers there were 2 chicken burgers... instead of long chicken there was a chili burger. (wrong packaging).. everything was already cold due to the long waiting time. No...no more visits from us!

I waited at the counter for 20 minutes until my order (fries, hamburger, coke) was finally "processed". All employees move in slow motion. Collaboration in a team is non-existent. Everyone does their own thing. They obviously weren't hired to think.

The ordering process here appears to be broken...so my family used the inside kiosk to enter and pay for our food order. The menu allows you to remove or add toppings such as mayo/mustard etc but apparently all toppings are not shown on the menu or the cook staff does not know which toppings to put on the orders. I say this because for example, we ordered two Whopper Jrs. and went thru the add/remove menu and there was no mayo option even listed there. So we did not expect mayo on the sandwiches. Well, the staff added mayo to the burgers. Which ok, people make mistakes, but when we brought this up to the guy at the cash register (seemed like a manager based on how he was running around doing things at all stations but I do not know). Anyway, we mention this and he says we should have come up to the cashier and told them not to add mayo before the order was made. lol, how are we supposed to know the cooks would put mayo on the order when there is a MENU on their own kiosk that allows customizing and does NOT even list mayo? Do not act like I am the idiot for not assuming the cooks cannot prepare sandwiches based on the customer input from the kiosk. Why even have the kiosks lol? The burger assembly instructions the cooks use should MATCH the options on their kiosk menu, this is just common sense.

Today I ordered in the drive on Boschstrasse in Karlsruhe. When I wanted to eat the burger, I opened it first to see if everything was topped correctly, then I saw a rubber part in the meat (see photo) how can that be? I'll never eat at BK again!!! Will inform the health department.

Better vegan and vegetarian options and with more choice than the big competitor.

For the AGAIN TIME the order was completely incorrect. Really don't recommend anyone to go there, worst BurgerKing ever There are always products missing, at least one, and the rest are often diced. Today's example: You order fries (mayo), 2 chilli cheese burgers and 2 Whoppers, 6 nuggets Receives: fries (ketchup), 4 cheeseburgers, no nuggets congratulations

Disaster. Never again. Always just trouble. You don't get what you ordered and you have to wait forever. Any normal restaurant is faster.

The user experience of the ordering terminal is terrible. It couldn't be worse. I'm not vegan, but the plant based Whopper tastes really great. However, they take quite a long time.

Yesterday my son (8 years old) and I (40 years old) went to this Burger King. My son really wanted to go to the BK because he had recently been to another BK with his aunts. OK, let's go. Right in the parking lot, the large slide tower catches the eye. This appears to be in the shape of a church and looks great. Unfortunately my son couldn't test it because it was locked. Probably because of the rainy weather. There's not much to say about the ambience of the restaurant. A fast food shop as we know it. There are several displays for orders right at the entrance. We already know the competitor with the golden “M”. However, I find the displays at Burger King more confusing. It took us a while to find our way around because we weren't familiar with BK's names yet. Payment is made by card or cash at the checkout. Unfortunately there is no table service. So you always have to pick up your order. It's a shame, I liked it better with the golden "M". The restaurant was clean, apart from a few crumbs. The golden “M” looks much dirtier. That's why I give it 3 good stars for the ambience. When it came to service, I noticed that the employees were very stressed, even though there weren't actually that many customers in the restaurant and drive-thru. Unfortunately, this meant we waited a very long time for our food. I can't say for how long, but at some point my son started whining... I also noticed that as soon as food was ready to be picked up, a very loud and high-pitched ringtone sounds. This means that no one can actually miss their meal. But why the sound has to be so loud that even the person sitting in the farthest corner has to hear it is a mystery to me. Dear BK team, you have to change that. This was extremely annoying, especially when you were eating and the sound was ringing every minute. That's why I only give the service 3 stars. Let's get to food. My son had 2 hamburgers, a small fries and Fanta. There was nothing to complain about either. My son really enjoyed it. I myself had the Big King XXL menu. I immediately noticed that the food was hot!!! Not warm or lukewarm, as you would expect from fast food shops, but hot! As if it was just on the grill/stove! I've never experienced that before, great, thumbs up. Big compliments to the BK team!! The fries tasted good. They were hot, salted (but not oversalted). But the highlight was the Big King itself. Damn, it was so delicious!! I think it was the best burger I've ever had in a fast food shop. Really great!! Therefore a full 5 stars for the food. My suggestions for improvement: offer table service, make the displays for ordering a little clearer and, above all, come up with something different than that extremely annoying ringing sound when the orders are ready. Otherwise, keep it up BK team, you are on the right track.
