Why does this always take so long?

Drove through the drive-in yesterday around 8:30 p.m. The tall gentleman with a strong build was so unfriendly, I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time! Then another meal was forgotten (which can happen) and I was able to drive back. Complaints inside the restaurant didn't go any better. No apology from him, just unfriendly and stroppy answers again, the same way he treated other customers, noticed it when I waited until it was finally my turn. Absolute impudence, the gentleman, more likely to be out of his job. No longer interested in going there again!

The best Burger King in the Karlsruhe area. Nice service, no long waiting times. BUT.. How much the food costs now gives you a lot to think about.

Worst Burger King in the world! I've never been so annoyed and disappointed at a fast food restaurant. There were 2 cars in front of us in the drive-in but as soon as we ordered at the counter you could tell that the employees were overwhelmed and incompetent. We ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes! This has absolutely nothing to do with fast food! We would have preferred to leave again. When we were supposed to pay and the bag was already there, we still had to wait. It feels like there are only 2 employees in the entire store doing 10 jobs at the same time. How is that supposed to work?! Unfortunately, we were once again disappointed with the food. The burgers were cold and soggy. The fries (if you can call them that) were anything but edible. Food for the bin! Absolutely no recommendation.

Somehow I don't think it tastes as good as it used to. I go less and less 🤷

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Eternal waiting times, substandard service, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired and the food is cold and doesn't taste good. And the whole thing has been like this for several years with no prospect of improvement. Sad.

This is not a fast food restaurant...in total we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. I've never experienced this in all of Europe and America. The staff wasn't too nice either.

Such a chaos. Because they don't know what they're doing.

Fast food is something different. I've never been to a slower fast food restaurant

Tip: When picking up, unpack the entire bag and check it individually. If items are missing, according to customer service, it's the customer's problem and you just have to check it straight away.

Underground experience in all areas. 1. The order via the app was not accepted into the on-site system. 2. Ordering at the machine on site was very confusing and no coupons available. 3. Food preparation took about 15 minutes. (The rest of the squad was finished when it was finally finished) and last but not least. 4. Half of the fries didn't end up in the bag. So the large fries I ordered and paid for were at most a small one... That was the second bad experience in this branch. And definitely my last visit there.

I'm not vegan, but the plant based Whopper tastes really great. However, the orders take quite a long time.

Food is important but service is everything! What an impudence I don't live by the motto customer is king, but I find this behavior brazen. I come almost every day and add chili cheese fries to my order. The employee on February 18, 2024 at 12:22 a.m. with a strong build and a face mask. He refused me the order, but after discussion he apparently wanted to approve it. But before paying, I asked if there were chili cheese fries included. He suddenly emphasized no again and actually wanted to cash in on me anyway so that I would be trapped in the purchase contract. Unbelievable, I always get my chili cheese fries and a quick meal. Thank you very much, I hope that this review has an impact so that future customers can have fun ordering again.

Here you basically have to check your order every time because something is always done wrong or forgotten. I can't remember ever leaving here without a complaint. It's not so bad if the error is simply corrected in a friendly manner. On our last visit, a burger was missing from our order. So we went back to the counter and complained, whereupon the shift manager (?) indirectly assumed that I was lying about the missing burger because it would otherwise have to be on the shelf if it was missing. But he didn't want to look into our bag like I offered him. Instead, after the insinuation, he felt he had to say "he's not going to discuss it now." Just in the time we were waiting for our order, several people came back to the counter and complained about errors and missing parts of their orders. The food is typically Burger King OK. And the store itself looks pretty clean for a fast food restaurant. But if you keep making mistakes, you shouldn't accuse customers of dishonesty when they haven't even left the store.

BurgerKing is no longer what it used to be. Taste bland (BigKingXXL), portion of fries seems puny and with the cola you probably save on the syrup... The prices have risen sharply. 12.50€ for such a “menu”...

Normal Burger King. Often busy and therefore waiting times are usually a bit too long. But occasionally you can go there. Tastes just like you would expect from fast food.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for the food. The employees couldn't even read the numbers on the order correctly. That was the last time here.

Advance orders via app are not possible in this branch. Hence a small deduction. Otherwise we are talking about a completely ordinary Burger King. Food is standard. Prepared with little love, but quickly. I come here every now and then on my lunch break. Vegetarian products available.

For whatever reason, the burgers at Burger King seemed bigger to me than at McDonald's. The taste was positive. As usual: Free customer parking spaces in front of the house. There is a drive in counter.

Just had a Big King xxl menu. The burger was good. But the potatoes were tasteless and greasy. Not nice. I didn't get the extra curry dip at all and I only got the potatoes after I had already eaten the burger.

Unfortunately one of the worse Burger King branches. Here you regularly wait a long time for your food, despite the low rush. Today the receipt roll at the order terminal was empty. I reported this to two employees, neither of them itched. The tray delivery was full to the brim and no one cared either. We then left the trays at the table. In the men's toilet, the water pump in the sink was broken, rattled/beated very loudly 24/7 and the water came in spurts. Apparently no one cares either. Bottom line: juice shop. If my colleagues didn't want to come here so often, I would never visit this branch again.

Bad drive in too long waiting time. Had to drive off without my order... Thanks for the lesson. Never with you again.

Wir erhielten kein Rückgeld. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde dann die Kasse gezählt und tatsächlich war zu viel Geld in der Kasse.. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts

Das Essen bei Burger King war gut, die Bedienung freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist etwas eng. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung, daher 4 von 5 Sternen.

Erlebnis der anderen Art. Rückgeld waren 40 Euro zuwenig... Kasse musste gezählt werden, ich musste 10 min auf das Essen warten, es war dann auch kalt. Keine Entscheidung kein Einsehen...

Egal wieviel los ist, man wartet nie lange auf sein Essen. Restaurant ist sauber, Essen immer top, und Parkplätze gibt's auch genug.

Leider wurde der Hot Brownie bei zwei Besuchen zweimal vergessen. Erst bei Nachfrage bekamen wir diesen. Essen war okay, Drive In dauerte etwas.

Waren auf der Durchreise und haben hier angehalten. Essen war Burger King typisch gut. Was wir besonders gut fanden das die Toiletten sehr sauber waren.

Es ist einfach immer kalt hier!!! Wie wär es mal die Heizung an zu machen. Kein Wunder geht jeder zu McDonald’s

Das Essen wie gewünscht bekommen extra Zutaten alles wie bestellt geliefert. Zubereitung Zeit deutlich zu lange da in der Filiale keine Kunden waren auch im Drive In war nichts los . Es sollte mal ein Konzept erstellt werden wie bediene ich einen Gast wäre vielleicht hilfreich;-)

Leider habt ihr verkackt, wir wollten zwei Menüs, ihr habt zweimal ein halbes, ein Getränk zu viel und ein Eis geliefert. Ich habe meine 2 fehlenden Burger zwar noch bekommen, aber das habe ich noch nicht gesehen und erlebt hahahaha und die 5 Sterne gebe ich euch nur zur Motivation und weil ich kein Ar***** sein will.

War alles gut. Also nix besonders schlecht, aber auch nichts extraordinär gut. Einfach alles gut.

Essen war schnell und einfach bestellt. Leider nur 1 Person an der Theke, diese aber in Topform und schnell. Gesamtes Restaurant machte einen sauberen Eindruck, Parkplätze genug vorhanden. Toiletten ebenfalls sehr sauber

Einer der besten und Schnellste Fastfood Restaurant überhaupt Man muss nur wenige Minuten warten und wird anschließend bedient. Probieren es aus !!!

Sehr lecker und meistens frisch zubereitet auch das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Saubere Filiale, essen war gut wie erwartet. Ambiente nicht so super (draußen) da sich nebenan eine Tankstelle befindet.

Tolles Fastfood Restaurant, obwohl ziemlich außerhalb, immer wieder ein Trip wehrt

Scheint mir eines der besseren Franchises zu sein, wohlgemerkt Wartezeiten sind relativ lang aber als jemand, der selbst 2 Jahre Systemgastro gemacht hat, auch in einer Führungsposition, ist teils klar warum. Personalkosten werden gesenkt und dann müssen Online-Bestellungen, Drive-in, Terminal-Bestellungen und Kassen von relativ wenigen Mitarbeitern bedient werden. Sauber ist es dort meiner Auffassung nach fast immer, Burger sind warm und ich habe bis jetzt keine "dreckigen" Burger wie in manchen anderen Filialen gehabt. Mitarbeiter sind *meistens* freundlich, aber wenn es voll wird stoßen auch sie an ihre Grenzen. Alles in allem ok, klar geht's immer besser, aber wenn man Fine-Dining will, was zum Geier sucht man dann in nem Burger King?! 😅

Schrecklich. Das benehmen der Mitarbeiter vor den Kunden ist wirklich Unterste Schublade. Ich wurde am Drive In rotzfrech angemacht, weil die Dame am Headset mich nicht richtig verstanden hatte, obwohl ich mich 3 mal klar und deutlich ausgedrückt hatte, was ich wollte. Typisch, die Dame konnte anscheinend kein richtiges Deutsch. Jedenfalls war das auch mein letzter Besuch.

Kein Mitarbeiter versteht deutsch.habe am computer unser Essen bestellt, nach 15 Minuten warten(von wegen fastfood) kam dann ein Menü obwohl ich ein einzelner burger bestellt habe . Keiner konnte mir ne Antwort geben ,niemand hat irgendwas verstanden .Nie mehr in diesen drecksladen

Wir waren im Drive-In und haben 2 Menüs bestellt. Zuhause musste ich leider feststellen, dass mal wieder etwas fehlt. Ziemlich ärgerlich.

Wir wollten am Freitag Abend noch etwas essen und haben die o.g. Filiale aufgesucht, sind bis nach vorne an den Bestellschalter gegangen und haben gewartet. Die Mitarbeiterin nahm eine Drive In Bestellung auf und wir dachten das auch wir irgendwann einmal nach unserer Bestellung gefragt werden. So weit alles gut. Nur sie nahm noch eine Bestellung und noch und noch und noch auf. Die Kunden an der Theke hat sie komplett ignoriert. Selbst die Versuche sie anzusprechen hat sie komplett ignoriert und scheinbar sind wir als Kunden dermaßen unwichtig das sie es noch nicht einmal für nötig hielt in irgend einer Weise zu reagieren. Mittlerweile standen dann außer uns noch weitere 6 Personen in der Reihe aber nach wie vor keine Reaktion der Mitarbeiterin. Nach eine Wartezeit von knapp 20 Minuten sind wir dann gegangen und haben eine anderes Restaurant besucht (an dieser Stelle wird der ortskundige auch wissen welches). Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin war schlicht und einfach unverschämt. Abgesehen davon das sie noch nicht mal ein Guten Abend über die Lippen gebracht hat hätte Sie die Situation lösen können und vielleicht etwas sagen können wie "ich komme gleich" aber nein ... Bei einem Autofahrer entschuldigte sie sich weil sie erst frische Pommes machen musste. Die 8 wartenden Personen an der Theke wurden weiterhin ignoriert. Klares Fazit: Nie wieder dieser Burger King.

Der Wahnsinn 15 Minuten warten auf unser Menu aus dem Grund gibt es mehr Mc Donalds in Deutschland als Burger King.
