The burgers are mostly OK... the staff can be expanded... the last four times everything was very long... it just takes forever even though there is often very little activity. If you have to wait 25 minutes for a Whopper = borderline... you definitely have to look closely at what you get and what is forgotten... the Fili ale once had the best employee (an older woman) It's somehow missing from the branch...

We were passing through and wanted to have a quick bite to eat. I have NEVER had to experience such a bad BK. - cold interior temperature (so that guests probably don't stay longer than necessary) - 1 switch was defective, there was no receipt on ours because the paper was empty - we have 25 minutes. Waited for two citizens' menus and onion rings. After 25 minutes. The burgers were ready and the onion rings took another 5 minutes. lasted. The burgers and fries were cold, one burger was missing ingredients. After a complaint about the burger, for example, the cheese was simply placed on the cold burger, which of course no longer melts. When we ordered there were a maximum of 3 orders in front of us, when our food was ready there were more than 12 orders in the waiting list and they also waited up to 30 minutes. This BK absolutely redefines “fast food”. The staff as a whole was extremely unmotivated. At least this BK was relatively clean. The toilets were also clean, but unfortunately there was a disgusting smell of urine due to the waterless urinals. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews beforehand, otherwise it wouldn't have been a BK. There is obviously a lack of appropriate shift management and controls by the regional management or franchisee. Please find another store to eat at. Feedback on your feedback: What could be “unfair” about it if, based on my experience, I have to advise potential visitors to go to another store? Instead of calling this unfair, you should urgently improve your service, then such advice is unnecessary. A rating of 3.4 speaks for itself and the pos. Reviews were either fake or people were simply lucky with the staffing. But I just want to eat something and not gamble.

We wanted to eat here on Saturdays. Ordered a Plant based Long Texas BBQ and a Plant based Long Texas BBQ Chicken. After 25 minutes of waiting, the food was ready. Unfortunately we got two Plant based Long Texas BBQ Chicken. We then returned the one with chicken and got the “real” burger. When we asked whether the burger was really plant-based, we got a “yes”, but in the end the burger was made with meat. It's a shame that you have to wait so long for your food and then it's still made wrong twice.

It's quicker at lunchtime, but in the evening it's really up to the employees how quickly you get your food on the drive. Sometimes you wait 30-45 minutes for normal orders (2 people) at peak times. Even 15 minutes would be too much here. Internal processes are getting worse and worse. If you have problems training the staff then please at least automate the ordering process and put 17 people in the kitchen as far as I'm concerned. Or use electric shock collars (fun). Food was good, only one of two side dishes was packaged incorrectly. It's not as dramatic as forgetting it, but it just speaks for the abysmally bad service. By the way, I highly doubt that you will pass on your feedback in a meaningful way, so I will forego your standard answer: “Thanks for your feedback, we will pass this on internally”.

Went to Burger King last night for something to eat. The branch is closer to us than the one on Durmersheimer Straße. We also like this branch better than the other one. Our order was ready and ready for pickup in under 10 minutes. The branch was clean and tidy. The food tasted fresh and was hot, as it should be. The employees do their job very well. That would make me very happy as a boss. We also like the “new” bonus system with the crowns and the voucher. The only thing missing is that Burger King will soon also offer Coca-Cola glasses. Disorganized processes and disappointing service Unfortunately, my visit to this location was anything but satisfactory. There were problems right from the start: the first counter didn't work and there was a sign saying "cash register closed". That can happen, so we moved on. However, at the next counter we were told we should have waited at the original position. We explained that we had done that but had decided to move on based on the tip-off. There were two cars waiting in front of us, which isn't a problem in itself, but the food was a long time coming. First we got our ice cream - unfortunately without the caramel sauce we ordered. After this was corrected, we had to wait significantly longer for the rest of our food. Meanwhile, it was difficult for us to stay in line as there were other cars trying to get through behind us and we still didn't have any food. In addition, there was no possibility to park anywhere. After the food finally came and we were already on the way home, we noticed that both the Coke and Fanta we ordered were missing. So we came home frustrated and thirsty. Even though the employee was visibly trying and was clearly under stress, the entire process seemed extremely disorganized. It's understandable that mistakes can happen and the seller really made an effort. However, the visit overall was very disappointing. While the Burger King in Rastatt has noticeably improved, this location is a negative counterexample. In addition, the burger seemed rather carelessly “slapped together”. In summary: the service was chaotic, the food was incomplete and the entire experience was frustrating. Better management and a more efficient organization are urgently needed here.

Big catastrophe. No joke - 28 minutes for the menu to be ready. Then, of course, little things get upsetting: no ice cubes in the drink, cutlery for the salad is missing and a squeeze in the children's menu instead of the ice cream that was ordered. The employee just stands there for minutes as if she had fallen asleep, even though many open orders are visible. The containers for the trays are overfilled, and some packaging falls on the floor. Find it an impertinence. There were also so many young men who wasted their lunch break waiting there. This has nothing to do with fast food.

Not much going on, but the wait was extremely long. On site I noticed that instead of the big Whopper only the small jr was packed (she then gave me one but said she had packed the big one) a small one. I hadn't ordered. Unfortunately, I didn't check completely... when we arrived where we ate, there were no onion rings... instead of 2 cheeseburgers there were 2 chicken burgers... instead of long chicken there was a chili burger. (wrong packaging).. everything was already cold due to the long waiting time. No...no more visits from us!

So, we've been to a worse BK before, but this one definitely won't be our favorite BK. The floor and tables were quite dirty. Lots of staff but a long wait for the order. Order didn't match what was ordered. The drink cups were not filled to the top, but significantly below. The tone between the staff was very unfriendly and that in front of the customer. Everyone has to decide for themselves, but apparently this internal feedback doesn't help. Too bad

The ordering process here appears to be broken...so my family used the inside kiosk to enter and pay for our food order. The menu allows you to remove or add toppings such as mayo/mustard etc but apparently all toppings are not shown on the menu or the cook staff does not know which toppings to put on the orders. I say this because for example, we ordered two Whopper Jrs. and went thru the add/remove menu and there was no mayo option even listed there. So we did not expect mayo on the sandwiches. Well, the staff added mayo to the burgers. Which ok, people make mistakes, but when we brought this up to the guy at the cash register (seemed like a manager based on how he was running around doing things at all stations but I do not know). Anyway, we mention this and he says we should have come up to the cashier and told them not to add mayo before the order was made. lol, how are we supposed to know the cooks would put mayo on the order when there is a MENU on their own kiosk that allows customizing and does NOT even list mayo? Do not act like I am the idiot for not assuming the cooks cannot prepare sandwiches based on the customer input from the kiosk. Why even have the kiosks lol? The burger assembly instructions the cooks use should MATCH the options on their kiosk menu, this is just common sense.

Edit summer 2024: In fact, I rarely go to the BK anymore; This is not because of the food, but because of the now extremely slow service if you want to eat in the restaurant. Waiting times of 17 minutes for 2 special burgers plus a soft drink are definitely not acceptable... I'm especially surprised that the employees already go on break during peak hours at 1 p.m. when the store doesn't open until 11 a.m. (Sunday) - plus maybe an hour of preparation time, but no labor law provides for it after 3 hours. that there is already a break....

Yesterday my son (8 years old) and I (40 years old) went to this Burger King. My son really wanted to go to the BK because he had recently been to another BK with his aunts. OK, let's go. Right in the parking lot, the large slide tower catches the eye. This appears to be in the shape of a church and looks great. Unfortunately my son couldn't test it because it was locked. Probably because of the rainy weather. There's not much to say about the ambience of the restaurant. A fast food shop as we know it. There are several displays for orders right at the entrance. We already know the competitor with the golden “M”. However, I find the displays at Burger King more confusing. It took us a while to find our way around because we weren't familiar with BK's names yet. Payment is made by card or cash at the checkout. Unfortunately there is no table service. So you always have to pick up your order. It's a shame, I liked it better with the golden "M". The restaurant was clean, apart from a few crumbs. The golden “M” looks much dirtier. That's why I give it 3 good stars for the ambience. When it came to service, I noticed that the employees were very stressed, even though there weren't actually that many customers in the restaurant and drive-thru. Unfortunately, this meant we waited a very long time for our food. I can't say for how long, but at some point my son started whining... I also noticed that as soon as food was ready to be picked up, a very loud and high-pitched ringtone sounds. This means that no one can actually miss their meal. But why the sound has to be so loud that even the person sitting in the farthest corner has to hear it is a mystery to me. Dear BK team, you have to change that. This was extremely annoying, especially when you were eating and the sound was ringing every minute. That's why I only give the service 3 stars. Let's get to food. My son had 2 hamburgers, a small fries and Fanta. There was nothing to complain about either. My son really enjoyed it. I myself had the Big King XXL menu. I immediately noticed that the food was hot!!! Not warm or lukewarm, as you would expect from fast food shops, but hot! As if it was just on the grill/stove! I've never experienced that before, great, thumbs up. Big compliments to the BK team!! The fries tasted good. They were hot, salted (but not oversalted). But the highlight was the Big King itself. Damn, it was so delicious!! I think it was the best burger I've ever had in a fast food shop. Really great!! Therefore a full 5 stars for the food. My suggestions for improvement: offer table service, make the displays for ordering a little clearer and, above all, come up with something different than that extremely annoying ringing sound when the orders are ready. Otherwise, keep it up BK team, you are on the right track.

Drove through the drive-in yesterday around 8:30 p.m. The tall gentleman with a strong build was so unfriendly, I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time! Then another meal was forgotten (which can happen) and I was able to drive back. Complaints inside the restaurant didn't go any better. No apology from him, just unfriendly and stroppy answers again, the same way he treated other customers, noticed it when I waited until it was finally my turn. Absolute impudence, the gentleman, more likely to be out of his job. No longer interested in going there again!

There were 2 cars in front of us in the drive-in but as soon as we ordered at the counter you could tell that the employees were overwhelmed and incompetent. We ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes! This has absolutely nothing to do with fast food! We would have preferred to leave again. When we were supposed to pay and the bag was already there, we still had to wait. It feels like there are only 2 employees in the entire store doing 10 jobs at the same time. How is that supposed to work?! Unfortunately we were once again disappointed with the food. The burgers were cold and soggy. The fries (if you can call them that) were anything but edible. Food for the bin! Absolutely no recommendation.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Eternal waiting times, substandard service, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired and the food is cold and doesn't taste good. And the whole thing has been like this for several years with no prospect of improvement. Sad.

Underground experience in all areas. 1. The order via the app was not accepted into the on-site system. 2. Ordering at the machine on site was very confusing and no coupons available. 3. Food preparation took about 15 minutes. (The rest of the squad was finished when it was finally finished) and last but not least. 4. Half of the fries didn't end up in the bag. So the large fries I ordered and paid for were at most a small one... That was the second bad experience in this branch. And definitely my last visit there.

Food is important but service is everything! What an impudence I don't live by the motto customer is king, but I find this behavior brazen. I come almost every day and add chili cheese fries to my order. The employee on February 18, 2024 at 12:22 a.m. with a strong build and a face mask. He refused me the order, but after discussion he apparently wanted to approve it. But before paying, I asked if there were chili cheese fries included. He suddenly emphasized no again and actually wanted to cash in on me anyway so that I would be trapped in the purchase contract. Unbelievable, I always get my chili cheese fries and a quick meal. Thank you very much, I hope that this review has an impact so that future customers can have fun ordering again.

Here you basically have to check your order every time because something is always done wrong or forgotten. I can't remember ever leaving here without a complaint. It's not so bad if the error is simply corrected in a friendly manner. On our last visit, a burger was missing from our order. So we went back to the counter and complained, whereupon the shift manager (?) indirectly assumed that I was lying about the missing burger because it would otherwise have to be on the shelf if it was missing. But he didn't want to look into our bag like I offered him. Instead, after the insinuation, he felt he had to say "he's not going to discuss it now." Just in the time we were waiting for our order, several people came back to the counter and complained about errors and missing parts of their orders. The food is typically Burger King OK. And the store itself looks pretty clean for a fast food restaurant. But if you keep making mistakes, you shouldn't accuse customers of dishonesty when they haven't even left the store.

Unfortunately one of the worse Burger King branches. Here you regularly wait a long time for your food, despite the low rush. Today the receipt roll at the order terminal was empty. I reported this to two employees, neither of them itched. The tray delivery was full to the brim and no one cared either. We then left the trays at the table. In the men's toilet, the water pump in the sink was broken, rattled/beated very loudly 24/7 and the water came in spurts. Apparently no one cares either. Bottom line: juice shop. If my colleagues didn't want to come here so often, I would never visit this branch again.

They are definitely slow during peaks but they do try a lot to keep such a big store clean with constant foot traffic. Would definitely estimate an extra 15 mins for a takeaway order unless it's a dead time. They don't have working toilets. The seating options are decent. Inside the station superstructure. Don't need to wander out into the element if you're trying to find a cheap fix. Loads of other options if quality and health are on your mind.

I don't think I've ever been to a worse McDonald's... tables all dirty, floor sticky and dirty and the toilets are an absolute disaster! I hardly dared to wash my hands, let alone touch the toilet handles. Regarding service: I came in, not a good day. Just a sticking out, wagging tongue from a gentleman who was on a video call. That was very unsavory... The two men who were standing behind the counter fled when they saw me and so I waited for a few minutes until someone finally came from behind. The Filet-o-Fish we ordered was also a disaster. I've never had such a terrible filet-o-fish! The edges are all already dried out (about 1cm all around). I don't even want to know how long it had been there... fries were ok. In short: Next time I'll get a sandwich from the gas station 🙈

The store deserves negative points... the rancid grub (that you actually pay money for...) is substandard and disgusting. Not only do you have to wait over 30 minutes for 6 plant nuggets - no... some creep mixes in meat nuggets. The “store” should be sued for this impudence. I won't set foot in there again and will pass this on to the health department. You disgust me.
