Burger King in Karlsruhe

Das Mehrwegesystem hier bei BK ist ja leider sehr umständlich. Immer muss der Schichtleiter kommen, die Becher zählen und das Pfand ausgeben - egal... Aber heute musste ich mit der Schichtleiterin streiten um das Pfandgeld richtig ausgezahlt zu bekommen! An Ende verlangte sie sogar die Kassenbons! Zum Glück war der Tablettwagen noch nicht abgeräumt. Und ich konnte anhand der Bons beweisen welches Pfandgeld ich bezahlt hatte. Am Ende nicht mal ein versöhnendes Wort.

Wie immer war alles einfach fantastisch. Die Managerin und der junge Mitarbeiter, der am Samstag, den 4. Juli, um 13:30 Uhr gearbeitet hat, waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider versuchte ein Gast, die schöne Atmosphäre im Restaurant zu stören. Doch die Managerin hat die Situation äußerst professionell gemeistert. 👏🏻 Meinen größten Respekt an diese Managerin!

Wollte den neuen Matcha Erdbeer ausprobieren, bestelle ihn an Terminal, stellte sich heraus dass der nicht mehr verfügbar war..... AmexKarten wird auch nicht akzeptiert obwohl es eine Aktion bei American Express gibt im Burger King zu promoten 🫣

Beim letzten Besuch war die Innentemperatur deutlich über der Außentemperatur (35°C)!

Der letzte Dreckladen. Einmal wurde meine Bestellung doppelt abgebucht, trotz Beschwerde bei burgerking und einreichen meines Kassenzettel keine Erstattung. Heute obwohl ich nicht mehr bei diesem Unternehmen einkaufen wollte doch noch einmal dort gewesen. Burger nachgezählt schien zu stimmen und Zuhause festgestellt statt Big King XXL wurden Wopper eingepackt. Wieder beschissen worden. Das Thema Burger King hat sich für mich ein für allemal erledigt.

Der Burger King liegt direkt in einer Ausfallstraße in Karlsruhe (Knielingen) Circa 50 Parkplätze und ein Drive in Innen geschätzt 70 Sitzplätze und im Außenbereich 40 Das übliche Angebot eines Burger King mit allen Aktionen, große Tablets zur Bestellung Durch die Standardisierung schmeckt das Essen ja eigentlich überall gleich und ist bei mir immer nur ein Notbesuch; wenn ich nichts anderes finde. Personal war ok, Deutsch schwierig

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Beide Burger wurden uns kalt serviert – und zwar nicht nur etwas abgekühlt, sondern wirklich kalt. Da wir selbstverständlich für warmes Essen bezahlt haben, haben wir dies reklamiert. Statt einer freundlichen Entschuldigung wurde uns jedoch vorgeworfen, wir hätten vor dem Essen zu lange herumgetrödelt. Das entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Die Verantwortung wurde auf uns abgewälzt. Fehler können passieren, aber der Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik macht den Unterschied. Kaltes Essen zu servieren ist schon ärgerlich genug, Kunden anschließend noch so zu behandeln, ist jedoch eine Frechheit. Service und Kundenorientierung sehen anders aus. Für uns leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Auch wenn ich Burger King mag und er unweit meines zu Hause ist, gehe ich kaum noch hin. Die Wartezeiten sind für mich nicht akzeptabel.

Statt wie bestellt Planed Based wurde uns ein Double Steakhouse mit echtem Bacon geliefert! Ja, ein Burger der von Burger King explizit als "Planed Based" und damit vegan deklariert wird wurde mit einem Fleischprodukt an den Kunden herausgegeben. Nach Rückfrage wurde nur zögerlich auf das Problem eingangen und auch eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Uns würde interessieren wie die Strukturen sind, dass es zu einem solch gravierenden Fehler kommen kann. Vermutlich steht diese Filiale nur stellvertretend dafür. Wer bewusst pfalnzliche Alternativen sucht und sich darauf verlassen möchte, dass er auch pfalnzliche Produkte erhält, der sollte einen großen Bogen um Burger King machen!!!

Dass Burger King aktuell mit einigen Herausforderungen zu kämpfen hat, ist bekannt – dennoch war ich überrascht, wie deutlich sich dies in meinem Besuch widergespiegelt hat. Für lediglich einen Crispy Chicken und einen Milchshake musste ich rund 20 Minuten warten. Der Burger wurde nur lauwarm serviert, doch die größte Enttäuschung war der Milchshake: Der Geschmack wirkte sehr künstlich und die Konsistenz war mit einem undefinierbaren Schaum sowie kleinen Stückchen äußerst unangenehm. Insgesamt leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – für mich war es der letzte Besuch.

Alles war in Ordnung – der Raum ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und der Service solide. Ein großer Nachteil ist jedoch, dass es im Objekt überhaupt keine Klimaanlage gibt. An heißen Tagen ist es drinnen sehr warm und stickig, was den Aufenthalt deutlich weniger angenehm macht. Schade, denn eine Klimaanlage würde den Gesamteindruck erheblich verbessern.

Whopper ist halt Whopper. Ein Klassiker unter den Fastfood Ketten.

Toller Service. Ich weiss nicht was alle haben aber der Service ist bemüht jeden zufrieden zustellen! Wegen des Geschmackes wie immer halt wie über all das gleiche. Top! Eis aber auch sehr sehr geil

Mit Abstand der schlechteste BK was den Service angeht. Teile der Bestellung hat gefehlt, Wartezeit unterirdisch. Das Essen bekommt man auf die Theke geknallt und auf ein Guten Tag und auf Wiedersehen kann man vergebens warten. Ergo, leider wieder eine Enttäuschung. Neuer Besuch. Katastrophe

Für diese Filiale ist selbst 1 Stern zuviel. Heute ein Xtra Chillo long Chicken geholt ... Ich habe schon lange nichts mehr gegessen was so Matschig Lauwarm und Ekelhaft war. Meine Empfehlung da sollte mal der WKD ein Auge darauf werfen...

Fast Food Ist was anderes wobei die Betonung auf Fast liegt. Das kann man hier getrost abschreiben alles was mehr ist wie ein Menü dauert und wehe man bestellt als Gruppe, dann wartet man bis zu 30 Minuten, da kann man dann in ein Restaurant gehen da wird man schneller bedient.

Order two portions of fries and you'll see which one is fresh. If you're not quick enough, the burger will get cold (the staff told me!). The tables often aren't wiped clean. I have the feeling it's just as cold inside as it is outside. Otherwise, why is everyone (including me) wearing their thick jackets?

WARNING - No discipline, no hygiene! They top their burgers however they like. They don't adhere to standards. The food looks old and rancid. This is the third time I've been there in a year. Please do not visit Fileale. I got food poisoning! WARNING!

I just got a kebab-style burger and there was no kebab meat on it. And then I got a KitKat ice cream where they forgot the scoops (pops). There were five of us behind the counter and it was practically empty. WRONG!

Very fast service, food is always fresh, tasty, reasonable prices.

I paid for ice cream that was supposed to have Oreos, but I got them without. Of course, the staff argued with me that you have to pay extra for Oreos, when the website clearly states they're standard. If I wanted plain ice cream, I could have bought another one for 2 euros cheaper!

Standard Burger King, even. It has the same decor as the other branches, and the food is the same quality and taste.

On Saturday, I witnessed a burger (which was already outside the restaurant) being exchanged. The returned burger was placed back on the hot shelf by a Burger King employee. That's completely unacceptable in my opinion! In my son's Big King XXL, in addition to the two regular patties, there was also half a torn patty. The salad on veggie burgers always tastes like it's been sitting in a bag for a long time and is past its best. And while I'm writing, I'd like to point out that the tables are always dirty. I always have to clean them myself beforehand, and I've seen other guests also get soap from the restrooms and clean the tables.

This was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten.

A younger employee was always very friendly to me, as were the other female employees. Unfortunately, one employee is always very unfriendly to me, but yesterday topped it all! I wanted to redeem my crowns (chocolate shake), but after paying, he said they only had vanilla. Alternatively, I wanted a burger for exactly the same crowns. But he just said he could only cancel it. But my crowns were gone, too. He didn't really put himself in my shoes. When I finally got the food and drink, another employee said they had a chocolate shake too! But that wasn't possible anymore. Very sad. You spend a lot of money on "fast food" and then get treated like this. What a shame. One reason for me not to come back.

There have been positive developments regarding waiting times. Orders are currently being processed promptly, warmly, and error-free.

At the drive-thru, they're unable to take or process orders properly. Instead of Spezi, they offered apple juice. Instead, they served Spezi diluted with so much water that it was transparent. One burger was fine, and we paid for the other, but half the toppings were missing. Instead of fries with mayo, despite repeated reminders, they served curly fries with their disgusting sour cream.

The vegan burgers and vegan items are simply the very best at Burger King

This was by far the worst burger I've ever eaten. The meat was dry, the bun was soggy, and the toppings tasted stale. A complete disaster! But that's not all: Not a single table was clean – there were crumbs, stains, and old dishes everywhere. The whole atmosphere was just filthy and disgusting. I seriously wonder if this place ever gets cleaned. It's unbelievable that a place like this is even allowed to be open. The health department should urgently take a look! For me, one thing is for sure: Never again!

Dirty tables, cold cheese sauce on the burger. Orders that weren't available because they weren't on offer, even though they were listed on the order display. The cleanliness of the tables had already been an issue.

I ordered regular torrilla crispy chicken. I got it with jalapeños. I can't stand spicy food. Because the place is completely sealed, I couldn't see that my order hadn't been prepared the way I wanted. At the checkout, they first wanted to see my receipt to rule out the possibility that it was my mistake. After I was able to prove that Burger King had made it incorrectly, they made me a new one. I felt I should have been more grateful that my order had been prepared accordingly. I'm still waiting for an apology. Some people have intolerances—you should read orders more carefully.

Exorbitant prices, unbelievably expensive, and the quality of the food doesn't even justify it. Another customer complained about partially forgotten food, and waited almost 20 minutes for her missing burger. I also had to wait a good 20 minutes. Stupidly said, but I'd rather drive the less than 2 km further to the competitor at Mühlburg train station.

3 out of 4 ordering machines were broken. Tables weren't clean. There was paper in the burger. Staff wasn't particularly friendly.

Something's missing from every order, and it's really frustrating because you get rushed out of the drive-thru window and don't have time to check. We come here very often because it's the most convenient store for us, but so often something's missing or there's something wrong... please, please be more careful. As a family, it's so annoying to realize it at home or have to go back in! Plus, there's no diaper changing facilities :(

I was annoyed today at Burger King on Durmersheimerstrasse in Karlsruhe...I've always been there with my dog, a regular customer, so to speak. Today, I was immediately asked to leave, no dogs allowed!!! So off to McDonald's Karlsruhe on Pulverhausstrasse, where dogs are allowed... Sign: I'm allowed in here! Great! Every now and then you can have the soft rolls, otherwise it's always the same, there are always not enough cash registers, fast food only when eating, slow food when ordered, very poor service, sometimes things are forgotten when ordering.

I was driving through here on my way to vacation and decided to stop spontaneously. The ladies serving were super quick and friendly. The "restaurant" is neat and tidy. The restrooms are clean. At Bergleuch with other BKs I usually go to, it was really great here.

I recently visited Burger King in Karlsruhe and tried the current "King of the Month" – the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken. The burger was okay: crispy chicken fillet, marinara sauce, and mozzarella on a brioche bun. Nothing earth-shattering, but absolutely fine for a quick snack.  The service deserves special mention: the staff was very friendly and attentive. My food was prepared quickly, and the burger and fries were hot and fresh – just as they should be. Overall, a pleasant experience for a quick snack. If you're craving fast food, this location is a good choice.

The food was very tasty. The floor was a bit dirty. The offer of free Doritos with the Whopper should explicitly state when ordering that if you choose NOT to order the Whopper as part of the meal, i.e., separately, the Doritos and drink pictured are NOT included, or the Whopper should only be shown separately. This is very misleading. Because how are you supposed to know they aren't included if you can't somehow see it before ordering? There's a need for action here.

We ordered a Big Mac from the drive-thru on our bikes and were served with a sense of humor. All in all, a fantastic experience. They truly lived up to their reputation as the king of burgers. I even came home with a crown as a gift. The explosion of white sauce from my taste buds caused it to squirt out from everywhere else.

The employees have no system. One of them looks like he's about to fall asleep. Something's always being forgotten. The drive-thru takes way too long.

Better than MCD, I've been here several times. Overall, everything's okay - just a BK. I made a mistake with my order once, but other times the employees were noticeably trying to provide a good experience. The ambiance is rather boring, due to the building and branding. Unfortunately, there's no refill machine.

The Burger King was empty and we still had to wait 25 minutes for our order. If you look at the employees, that doesn't surprise me either. No motivation at all. Soon falls asleep while walking. This is not a service. Never again

The food is okay, but please check each order. They always manage to do something wrong. It's especially a shame if you only notice it at home.

Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star for service, although that is really too much. When ordering 1x Churros with chocolate sauce, 1 King Shake and 1 King Sunday, first read over the King Sunday and then say you didn't order it! Then we saw that the churros didn't have chocolate sauce... we supposedly only ordered them with cinnamon and sugar. The employee was really annoyed and pissed off... I gave her the receipt to read, but she didn't want to read it! I calmly said that she should leave out the sauce if she didn't want to and she snapped at me: "Now don't be so cheeky!" 🤬😡 Sorry, but leave out 50% of 3 pieces because you can't read the order... So unfriendly and incompetent!!!

There were three of us here today. All fries were inedible, as if baked in old fat. Burgers were ok. Staff behind the counter visibly overwhelmed. Orders incomplete. Several guests next to us had to complain because things were missing. The continuous beeping of the deep fryers can be heard constantly. No need to repeat.

The new ordering method is not for everyone.

It can't be normal that everyone at Burger Kings processes it in the kitchen without gloves. It's very disgusting, you immediately lose your appetite. You should send the health department over and do a hygiene check

I was at Burger King today and was really pleasantly surprised, the preparation was super quick. As soon as I ordered, I already had my food in my hand. The team was really friendly and had everything under control despite being busy. As always, burgers are delicious, fresh and just the way I like it. Clear recommendation for a quick, uncomplicated visit

Nice, rather smaller Burger King branch. Parking lot is not too big, but sufficient. Card payment was only possible at the terminal, unfortunately not at the front counter. The burgers and fries were very fresh and tasted very good. Staff was very nice, polite and accommodating. Everything worked out 👍
