McDonald's in Karlsruhe

Of all the McDonald's I've eaten at, this is the worst. The food is almost cold when it arrives. The second floor is locked even though the first floor is completely full of customers. Access to the restroom is blocked so you can't use it. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone.

So, my girlfriend and I wanted to order and when we got it, the fries tasted like dish soap, so really disgusting.

Solid. Nothing more, nothing less.

Disrespectful behavior from employees When I tried to sit down, I was told off for not doing so. I was threatened with the boss. When I asked to speak to him, he just pointed at other employees who were making fun of me.

The tables hadn't been cleaned, so there were wet surfaces and crumbs. I think this McDonald's is theoretically okay. I would even recommend it, but you should be prepared for the food to be lukewarm.

Many items were out of stock, but it was possible to order, which then blocked the order. A huge thank you to the manager (or the employee with a microphone) who speaks German, English, and French and was able to resolve the issue with my order! Quiet restaurant, excellent caramel latte.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to describe an unpleasant experience we recently had at one of your restaurants. We ordered two coffees, which were prepared but left unattended by the employee while he attended to other tasks. By the time we finally received our drinks, they were almost cold. Furthermore, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. Overall, it appeared that the employees were not optimally deployed or trained for this situation. I would appreciate it if you would investigate this incident internally so that such situations can be avoided in the future and the service meets the usual McDonald's standards. Service that deserves less than 5 stars doesn't warrant any stars at all.

The manager there should be fired immediately. He treats customers disrespectfully, gets personal, is completely incapable of communicating, and makes the whole place feel like a pigsty. Furthermore, people wait up to 50 minutes for their orders – that's completely unacceptable.

This McDonald's was pretty clean and the service was fast too. I enjoyed some products that I haven't saw at any McDonald's in Romania, like the Mango Pie, the Sakura Sprite flavorur and fries with Cheeseburger flavour! It was an amazing experience to try these things.

We had the world tour menu three times. The burgers were actually quite tasty. Because the lattice fries were probably forgotten when checking the order, which meant they were then remade, and all the other items were left unfinished, the whole meal was cold, not even lukewarm. The Coke tasted a bit weak. And that for €38.66. The restaurant was hardly busy at that time. But I found it quite clean. Complaining is a tricky thing at the Golden M!

My smoking buddies and I dined at this wonderful establishment. We were there to satisfy our hunger with food and drink.
