Ordered 1 cheeseburger! Waited 10 minutes and still left without a burger because I had to get on the train. McDonald’s isn’t fast food even for a cheeseburger. Should rethink their algorithm for the packaging order - greedy, SPT or priority algorithms would be better than this randomized slow queue.

Unfortunately you always have to wait a long time. And when we pick them up we often only eat lukewarm.

Actually, I've always been happy at McDonald's, but in Karlsruhe on Kaiserstrasse something is always missing from the order. Today I had a larger order to take away and a citizen and nuggets were missing. It's just very annoying because that person was responsible the one it was intended for got nothing.

For me, McDonald's has been the last place for many years where I want or need to use a vending machine to consume low-quality food at high prices...

I ordered 4 drinks 30 minutes ago. Two of them were cola, one was completely transparent and white, the other was brown, a light black. Taste wise they were absolutely terrible. I cannot recommend this place, especially not with this service.

Outrageous value for money on the McFlurry – Disappointing! I'm usually a big fan of McDonald's, but my last visit left me more than disappointed. I ordered a McFlurry for €3.99, and what I received was simply a disgrace: the cup wasn't even half full! For this price I really expected more. It is well known that the production costs for a dessert like the McFlurry are minimal. A little ice cream, a few toppings - that's all. Nevertheless, the price continues to increase and the result becomes increasingly poor. It feels like McDonald's wants to achieve maximum profit with minimum performance with this practice. Of course I understand that fast food chains have to work economically, but here the customer is clearly being exploited. If I'm paying almost four euros for a small cup of ice cream, I want to at least get a decent portion and not feel like I'm just paying for air. My suggestion to McDonald’s: rethink your portion sizes and pricing! Customers want to feel like they are getting something for their money. In any case, this experience completely spoiled my desire for McFlurry - and perhaps also for further visits to you.

But what I experienced here on 2 visits is not possible at all, but as I can now see from the reviews, that's probably normal here. Sent down 3 times with small children. If neither the branch nor the shift manager have any idea about their work, someone else should really get involved and close the store. On that day we had to deal with 5 employees, 4 of whom were unfriendly and some were extremely aggressive. By the way, the cleaning staff at the toilets should probably... Also do the things you get paid for and don't just sit on your cell phone (even my 6 year old child noticed this) but nothing here surprises me anymore after what I've experienced and now read.

Es ist unzumutbar, wie mit dem Essen und mit den Kunden umgegangen wird. Dass Essen wir einem Kalt und teilweise gefroren serviert , wenn man es reklamiert , wird das Essen zurück in den Wärmebehälter geworfen und man muss sich noch unverschämt behandeln lassen . Das Essen ist trotz Gutscheinen immer noch teuer , aber so behandelt zu werden , geht gar nicht .Wie wir erfahren haben , haben viel Freunde auch sehr schlechte Erfahrungen in der Filiale in der Kaiserstrasse in Karlsruhe erlebt . Früher ging es noch , aber es wird immer schlimmer !!! Wir werden diesen MC Donalds mit Sicherheit nicht mehr besuchen !!!! PS: Er ist auch schmudelig und sehr schmutzig und unhygienisch!!!
