The food is typical McDonalds quality. The service was bad in the sense that the wrong thing was brought to the table and there was no real response when asked. The ambience with the view of Kaiserstrasse is actually quite nice, but there was no music playing in the branch and the tables/benches/chairs weren't really clean

Ich gehe einmal in der Woche zu McDonald's und zu McDonald's Karlsruhe Marktplatz heute war ich obere Etage essen weil unten alles voll war oben war alles dreckig die ganze Tische klebrig und dreckig und ich komme da oben vor wie einen kindergarten da hocken Jugendliche rum Essen und trinke nichts bis jetzt die ganze Tische heute hat es nicht gefallen bei McDonald's Karlsruhe Marktplatz hoffentlich verbessert sich das mit dem jugendlich da oben dass sie sich anständig benehmen und nicht aufenthaltsraum sondern ein Restaurant mcDonald's ist das meine Meinung und frech sind auch noch mehr dazu möchte ich nicht sagen reiner kindergarten McDonald's Marktplatz obere Etage eine kindergarten Gruß Sascha aus Karlsruhe

Ich hatte das günstigste Menü mit den Cheeseburgern. Wenn man Pfand zahlt, bekommt man als Getränk auch Apfelsaftschorle in der Flasche. Zudem gab es als Aktion Pizzaecken. Also wenn man einfach nur Hunger hat und schnell essen will eine prima Sache.

Ein durchschnittlicher McDonald's im Zentrum der Stadt. Nicht besser aber auch nicht schlechter als andere. Leider ist es hier oft überfüllt und die Wartezeiten dadurch eher hoch. Zu essen gibt es Fast-Food, aber was anderes erwartet man ja auch nicht bei McDonald's.

Mitarbeiter war nett, musste aber 20 min für 9er Chicken Nuggets und für eine apfeltasche warten. Wie kann man so lang dafür brauchen?

Ich habe dort eine Stunde lang zu Mittag gegessen, während dieser Zeit lag dort viel Müll und niemand hat ihn aufgeräumt. Gibt es in dieser Einrichtung eine Putzfrau? Das ist nicht normal

Все было вкусно. Непонятно только, почему здесь берут деньги за посещение туалета? У меня редко бывают наличные, потому как оплачиваю везде картой. В этот раз у меня не оказалось мелочи и ребенок не смог сходить в туалет. Очень неприятная ситуация.

Das Essen ist Super zubereitet und der Service ist auch Top und schnell. Die Aussicht ist sehr eingeschränkt, da viele Gebäude im weg sind. Über die Preise kann man natürlich streiten aber wenn man nur ein oder zwei mal im Monat zu McDonalds geht, dann geht es echt klar! Das gute bei dem McDonalds hier ist auch, dass alle Produkte verfügbar sind nicht so wie bei paar anderen McDonalds wo dann ein paar Produkte so gut wie nie verfügbar sind, deswegen ist dieser McDonalds eine klare Empfehlung von mir!

Essen Matschig und Kalt, Bestellung dauert ewig. Es werden irgend welche Nummern auf dem Display angezeigt die vorne und hinten nicht stimmen, angeblich fertige Bestellungen dauern noch mehrere Minuten.

Das Personal ist schnell und freundlich. Zu Stoßzeiten muss man leider mit etwas Wartezeit rechnen, da immer mal eines der Selfservice Terminals ausfällt, welche ich ausschließlich nutze. Die Sauberkeit ist mal besser, mal weniger gut, aber auch das ist in den Stoßzeiten begründet, vor allem nach Schulschluss. Das Personal scheint aber bemüht dem bei zu kommen. Einziges Manko, ab und an konnte ich die gewünschte Gratisbeigabe nicht bekommen, da sie nicht mehr verfügbar war. Beispielsweise die bunten Gläser in der gewünschten Farbe. Alles in allem ein guter MC Donalds.

Eine Mc Donald Filliale direkt in der Innenstadt. Service ist hilfsbereit. Vorallem wenn die Fortbewegung kompliziert ist, z B. Wegen Krankheit, Gepäck, oder ähnliches. Das Angebot entspricht dem üblichen dieser Kette. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine relativ kleine Anzahl an Plätzen. De Filiale verfügt allerdings auch noch über ein Obergeschoss. Dort befinden sich auch die WC. Det Aufzug der Filialen ist leider seid einiger Zeit dauernd ausser Betrieb.

Не нравиться здесь. Всегда грязно, душно, тесно. Нужно менять помещение на более просторное. Еда обычная, забегаю иногда, по пути.

Їжа як і крізь. Це звичайний фаст-фуд. Але, самообслуговування є на всіх мовах, а чому не добавити ще й українську. Не дуже чисто. А про туалет взагалі мовчу. Так він ще й платний.

Hier wird an Wochenenden und Feiertagen unbedingt Securitypersonal gebraucht! Das Klientel hier ist echt unterirdisch. Hier wird herumgeschrien, mit Tabletts umher geworfen und teilweise geprügelt. Man weiß eigentlich wie es an freien Tagen in der Innenstadt abgeht aber man lässt das Personal trotzdem mit den bekannten Problemen alleine. Es kann nicht sein, dass der Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke den Job eines Sicherheitsbeauftragten erledigen muss. Zudem finde ich es wirklich traurig dass dieser McDonalds zu einem angsteinflössendem Ort wird. So etwas darf einfach nicht sein. Zum Essen selbst, kann man nur sagen dass unsere Doppelcheeseburger vor Fett trieften und das Brötchen vom BigMac ziemlich dunkel war. Aber auch da kann ich der Küche keinen Vorwurf machen, da sie ja mit der Schlichtung der Ausseinandersetzungen beschäftigt sind.

Wenn das Personal sich nicht mit den Bestellports auskennt ist das nicht besonders toll. Weil, wenn soll man denn Fragen wenn nicht das Personal 🤔

Wurde anmiaut. Meine Bestellung lief nach FCFS-Scheduler im System. Ich musste also auf eine Sprite warten während mehrere Burger von null gebaut wurden, da einfachere Bestellungen nicht priorisiert werden. Das System könnte in meinen Augen durch einen Three-Level-Scheduler der Bestellungen verbessert werden.

Würde nie zu Stoßzeiten hingehen, denn da ist der Käse auf den Burger nicht mal angeschwollen, wie denn auch wenn der Patty in der Mitte noch kalt ist. Vieles hängt davon ab welche Schicht da ist, ich hab da schon richtig gut gegessen und paar mal, das Essen, gar nicht angerührt, weil es nicht fertig war

Die Arbeiter sind nicht freundlich 6. Die Arbeiter können nicht wortwörtlich erklären, warum wir für die Toilette bezahlen müssen. Ich empfehle nicht dorthin zu gehen!

In dieser Filiale weren sogarKinder die zum Händewaschen die Toilette aufsuchen von einem dunkelhäutigen unverschämten Herrn zu einer Zahlung genötigt. Nie mehr dahin.

Unverschämt,unfreundlich und patzig.Nachdem 2 Mitarbeiter auf die Maskenpflicht hingewiesen und die Erklärung eines ärztliches Attest widerwillig akzeptiert haben,einer sogar einen Sitzplatz anbot,kam wenige Minuten später der Filialleiter. Dieser war sich bereits zu einem „hallo“ zu fein und verwies uns milde gesagt sehr unfreundlich des Restaurants. Das Angebot ihm das ärztliche Attest zu zeigen,interessierte ihn nicht im Geringsten.Personen die aus gesundheitlichen Gründen keine Masken tragen DÜRFEN sind in diesem „Restaurant“ wohl nicht willkommen. In anderen Restaurants war dies übrigens noch nie ein Problem.
