15 Minuten in der Schlange vor dem MC Drive gewartet nur um 3 Minuten vor der Schließzeit abgewiesen zu werden. Anscheinend hat man es nicht nötig sich an die Öffnungszeiten zu halten.

Lieblos, dreckig. Toiletten absolut nicht Nutzbar und verschmutzt. Parkplatz verdreckt. Über all Zigarettenreste

Ich habe eine ganze Stunde auf meine Bestellung gewartet, und das ist keine Übertreibung. Ich kam um 23:00 Uhr zu diesem McDonald's, und die Schlange war so lang, dass sie bis nach draußen reichte. Es dauerte ewig, nur um meine Bestellung aufzugeben. Ich bekam lediglich 20 Chicken Nuggets und eine kleine Portion Pommes – das war alles. Dann wartete ich weitere 20 Minuten auf das Essen. Meine Bestellnummer blitzte für einen Sekundenbruchteil auf dem Bildschirm auf und verschwand sofort wieder. Nach einer Weile sprach ich einen Mitarbeiter an und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Er sagte mir nur, ich solle weiter warten. Zehn Minuten später sprach ich ihn erneut an. Er versuchte, mir etwas zu erklären, beruhigte mich und sagte mir, ich solle mich einfach an einen Tisch setzen und warten. Letztendlich passierte nichts, und meine Nummer erschien nicht wieder. Schließlich sprach ich eine Mitarbeiterin an und erklärte ihr alles noch einmal. Etwas genervt stellte sie meine Bestellung in nur zwei Minuten zusammen. Ich habe eine ganze Stunde meiner Zeit verschwendet, und zu allem Überfluss waren die Nuggets auch noch total altbacken. Leider ist das kein Einzelfall. Dieser Laden ist generell schmutzig – überall liegen Essensreste auf dem Boden, und die Tische sind immer dreckig. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was die Atmosphäre unerträglich macht, und man muss sowieso meistens ewig auf seine Bestellung warten. Außerdem ist das Essen hier oft geschmacklos und kalt, und es fehlen ständig Zutaten. Wenn man etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt, merkt man erst später beim Öffnen der Tüte, dass etwas fehlt – und das passiert viel zu oft. Ich verstehe, dass das Personal unter großem Druck steht und Fehler passieren, aber als Kunde finde ich es wirklich ärgerlich, dass so etwas regelmäßig vorkommt. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Wir hatten dort mit der McDonalds app am Platz bestellt. Laut App wird das Essen zum Platz gebracht, uns wurde dann gesagt, bei uns gibt's diesen Service nicht. Zum Essen: wenn ich in der App oder dem Display vor Ort mir einen Burger zusammenstelle und bezahle,dann gehe ich davon aus,dass die Mitarbeiter diese Bestellung auch richtig ausführen, es kam dann aber der Standard Burger und man mußte reklamieren um das bezahlte Essen zu bekommen, inzwischen waren dann die Beilagen wie Pommes kalt. Service ist definitiv nicht nach dem Konzept des Konzern und sollte mal ordentlich geschult werden und leider keine Seltenheit bei den McDonalds Filialen.

Wir sind 1 mal im Monat gast hier , es ist leider immer das selbe Problem , die Pommes bekommst du ums verrecken nicht heiß gebracht, egal ob der laden voll oder leer ist . Dieses Mal haben sie den Vogel abgeschossen, draußen sind es 37 grad , ich hab höflich gefragt ob sie vielleicht vergessen haben, die Klimaanlage anzumachen, daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass es zu heiß in der Küche ist und darum die Klimaanlage das nicht schafft, so eine Aussage kann nicht richtig sein. Es gibt so viel McDonald’s, und alle McDonald’s sind einfach runtergekühlt, um in Ruhe zu essen, ohne dass man im eigenen Saft sitzen muss. Sowas muss einfach nicht sein!!!

Also die Pomes sind nicht mein Fall. Zu klein.Mehlig. Schlecht gewürzt. Ansonsten die Burger super vorbereitet. Hatte mir gleich zwei bestellt. Die Toiletten sauber.

Haltezeit der Apfeltasche wurde unerlaubterweise verlängert. Als ich das reklamierte wurde mir eine frische neue angeboten. Dennoch unsaubere Praktik. Freundliche Mitarbeiter im Systemdruck...

Als wir gekommen wir haben 1 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Als wir sie darauf angesprochen haben, haben sie uns einfach ignoriert.

Während wir auf unsere Bestellung warteten, brachte ein Mitarbeiter das Essen von jemandem an den Tisch und hustete dabei einmal darauf. Igitt!

Hatte einen „Büschel“ mit Haaren auf meinem Burger. Ist für mich ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt. Service war immerhin ganz ok

Einer der besseren McDonalds in der Region, aber man darf natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten. Leider funktionieren seit Monaten die Bestellterminals nicht richtig.

Absolut letzter Schuppen überhaupt

Für ein McDonald's war es okay, aber das Essen war etwas seltsam. Ich hatte einen Chickenburger bestellt und der hatte Salat und Tomatenketchup drauf?! Der Cheeseburger war wie erwartet. Ich würde nicht unbedingt wieder hingehen, aber ehrlich gesagt bin ich sowieso kein großer McDonald's-Fan. Ein Kollege wollte hin, also bin ich mitgegangen.

Ich bin fassungslos über den Zustand dieser Filiale. Es ist mir unbegreiflich, wie ein Weltkonzern es nicht schafft, sein Standard-Sortiment anzubieten. Wichtige Teile des Menüs, die überall sonst selbstverständlich sind, fehlen hier einfach komplett. Die Organisation ist ein einziges Chaos. Durch diese Inkompetenz wurde mir die gesamte Laune verdorben – mein Tag ist gelaufen und meine Stimmung ist auf dem Nullpunkt. Wenn man Hunger hat und sich auf etwas Bestimmtes freut, nur um dann vor leeren Anzeigen zu stehen, fühlt man sich als Kunde einfach nur verarscht. Spart euch den Weg und geht lieber woanders hin, wo man den Gast noch respektiert und die Logistik im Griff hat. Diese Filiale ist eine absolute Zumutung und definitiv keinen Besuch wert. Einmal und nie wieder!

Bei jeder Bestellung fehlt was! Am besten direkt vor Ort kontrollieren! Schade ist die schlechteste Filiale die ich kenne!

Eigentlich bin ich kein Freund von Fast Food, aber meine Kinder und Enkelkinder sehen das gaaaanz anders. Was mir aber bei jedem McDonald's bisher aufgefallen ist, ist das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die große Auswahl und der Super Service. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter ist etwas ganz besonderes.

Freundliches Personal, zu stoßzeiten wie zb zwischen 12 und 14 Uhr viel los. Oftmals funktionieren die Coupons in der App nicht. Ansonsten das was man von McDonald's gewohnt ist

Was soll man sagen. Mal so mal so, hängt wohl von der Tagesform und Ambition der Mitarbeiter ab.

Viel zu voll und seltsame Menschen die sich dort aufhalten. Das ist wohl der Grund das es hier nun einen Türsteher gibt, der aber , das muss man zugutehalten, sehr freundlich wirkte. das Essen: ich hatte einen Hamburger TS der "früher" für mich ein Maßstab war. Tatsächlich schmeckte der nun aber fast nach nix... Eher wir Pappe mit viel Majo... Viel zu viel Majo. Kein Vergleich zu B. King..wo alles wesentlich besser schmeckt und schöner zubereitet wird. McDonald's hat's für mich verdienter Massen vergeigt in Sachen Burger essen.

Sauber, schneller Service, freundlich

Immer wieder alles ausverkauft!! Sehr oft schon Sachen in der Bestellung gefehlt.. Mitarbeiter die kaum deutsch sprechen können.. Und das ist nicht die einzige Filiale die so ist.. keine richtig funktionierende app seit Jahren.. Ich werde keine einzige Filiale mehr aufsuchen, die Kette hat sich so verschlechtert in den letzten Jahren...

Ich habe 27 Minuten gewartet!!!

Der Typ am Drive-In Schalter arbeitet schon seit Jahren hier und ist immer noch nicht in der Lage 2 verschiedene Bestellungen von einer Person aufzunehmen. Außerdem brüllt er immer brutal laut ins Mikrofon.

Katastrophe unfreundlich und essen war kalt

der sauberste Mc Donalds, den ich kenne. hier wird stets auf gründliche Reiningung geachtet, Tische sofort abgewischt und such Stühle bzw Bänke. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend! Weiter so!!! 😃

Heute waren die Burger lieblos zusammen gesetzt, beim Hamburger Royal TS haben die Zwiebeln gefehlt. Beim MC Crispy war eine Scheibe Bacon dazwischen wo er nichts verloren hat und Salat gab’s wohl im Sonderangebot und bei der Bestellung hat mal wieder ein Burger gefehlt der dann anstandslos gebracht wurde

Am Sonntag dort gegessen weder davor noch danach etwas anderes konsumiert. Und Sonntag Nachmittag Fieber bekommen. Kommt von einer Lebensmittelvergiftung. Leute wirklich bleibt weg von diesem Laden. Bin das erste Mals wir vielen Jahren dort gewesen und direkt bereut. Es ist wirklich Müll was die euch geben.

Bitte markiert die Behindertenparkplätze vor dem Restaurant. Solange das nicht passiert, bleibt meine Rezension bei 0 Sternen.

Der Big Rösti war falsch zusammengebaut und leider keine Servietten bei Lieferung. Habe mir dann meinen Mund mit ner Unterhose abgewischt.

Die barrierefreie und kinderfreundliche Toilette ist abgeschlossen, und das Personal weigert sich bewusst, den Schlüssel an Bedürftige herauszugeben. Stattdessen werden Ausreden wie ‚Der Schlüssel ist verloren‘ oder ‚Der Schlüssel ist beim Filialleiter, und er ist gerade nicht da‘ gemacht. Das ist bereits mehrfach vorgekommen.

Das Personal ist völlig inkompetent und hat keine Ahnung, was es tut. Die Wartezeit aufs Frühstück betrug fast 30 Minuten, obwohl der Gastraum fast leer war. Das McDonald's-Fenster war unbesetzt, und am Tresen stritten sich die Leute. Geht bitte wieder an die Arbeit! Es war wirklich widerlich mitanzusehen; allen im Restaurant war es peinlich. Ein großes Lob an das Personal! Es war einfach nur furchtbar.

Unfortunately, the service here is terrible. I ordered food through the app with table service. After a long wait, the staff finally called out across the restaurant that I should pick up my order at the counter. The food had obviously been sitting there for a while and was no longer hot. I explained that I had ordered with table service, to which I was told that they didn't offer it. The shift manager I asked to speak to was also unfriendly and said that table service was no longer available after 10:00 PM. I asked where that was stated, and he simply walked away. Either you have staff for table service or disable the feature in the app! This is simply awful service. Go to another branch or the KFC across the street instead.

I enter McDonald's. There are many self-service kiosks where you can order your meal. At the counter, I'm served by a man who doesn't speak German. I'm 69 years old. McDonald's seems to cater only to young customers, even though we are an aging society. The fries are too thin and tasteless. Not recommended.

The taste was awful and dry, never again.

Today was just bad luck, the ordering machines weren't working properly, the ordered coffee was missing and the food wasn't good (cheeseburger was cold, paper was stuck to the bread, etc.). We won't be coming back, what a shame!

We just had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee. She gave us a really nasty reprimand when my son asked about the toy. She didn't even know what it was about and became completely unfriendly. She entertained the entire store with it; everyone was staring at us. Very unpleasant. We didn't want anything specific. Her behavior was unacceptable. Another employee in the service department laughed at us after the other colleague told her something. We are truly shocked by this behavior. Luckily, the KFC just opened across the street, so you don't necessarily have to go there anymore...considering the location. That was really nasty. 😟

Long wait, poor service, the food was NOT fresh! How can they serve old fries and then claim they're fresh? There seems to be a new manager. We'll NEVER be back! For 15 euros, we got two old chicken sandwiches and cold fries!

Very unfriendly staff, so many staff there, all annoyed, customers treated very badly, at the end the burgers and fries were cold, I couldn't even eat them and left everything away, cleanliness was very bad, dirty, the tables are all filthy.

We had a McRip meal, which was delicious and hot. My husband had a spicy dip challenge, and we were really surprised that the dips were really hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly and we got our food delivered to our table. We'd be happy to go again.

If I had to choose between this branch and the one at Mühlburg train station, I definitely wouldn't choose this one. Reasons: worse service, longer wait times, small entrance for the drive-thru (the queue often backs up all the way to the street), limited opening hours. On top of that, I ate the worst 20 nuggets of my life here – something I'm not used to at McDonald's. They were hard as rocks. All in all, just a stopgap. Fresh from September 18, 2025: I've been there twice now, within three days. Both times, I was ripped off by the shift manager at the drive-thru. Both times, I ordered two apple turnovers, among other things, and he slipped me the current lemon-flavored promotional bag. No one wants to try those, so they deliberately deceive, or in this case, literally fool, the customer. The look on his face when he handed me the bag at the counter was more than suspicious. He knew what he was doing. Actually, it's almost worth advertising. Let's imagine I'm allergic to this exotic promotional version of a lemon pie...

I ate there shortly before midnight and forgot to order a burger. At 12:05 a.m., I quickly tried to reorder at the terminal. Instead, a short-tempered employee yelled at me that they were already closed – and she simply turned off the ordering terminal herself, even though I was in the middle of ordering. What's particularly annoying is that according to Google, the restaurant is open until 1:00 a.m. To be turned away so rudely at 12:05 a.m. is absolutely disappointing and unprofessional. The tone and manner in which I was treated as a guest here is completely unacceptable.

I always go there with my disabled mother. We really like it there. But there are no disabled parking spaces. That's a real problem for us.

Unfortunately, the parasols outside aren't opened, even when it's warm and sunny and you politely request them. Even worse is that smoking is allowed outside, even though there's a children's playground there! The ashtrays aren't exactly appetizing anyway. Otherwise, the place is clean and easily accessible.

Service. It's not normal for one person to be in charge of the drive-thru at the same time. The woman at the register was completely disoriented. She was pacing around, not knowing what to do. You can't move that slowly when there's so much to do. I'll never set foot there again.

My order was a total disaster. Instead of an iced matcha latte, I got a Grimace Shake; the 6-pack of garlic pepper nuggets were just three regular nuggets and three plant-based nuggets (?!); the McFlurry Mango Boba was just a regular McFlurry, the fries were completely unseasoned, the Philly Cheese Stack came without cheese sauce, and instead of a pineapple turnover, there was an apple turnover. Almost everything was wrong—really disappointing.

I can't recommend this place. The app doesn't work properly. Tables are dirty. Slow and sluggish staff.

It's crowded and hard to park! It's cramped, and on top of that, customers at McDrive have to wait in line in the parking lot, making parking very difficult.

For the first time in my life, someone opened the door for me at a fast-food restaurant. It was very pleasant and unusual. The employee who opened the door for me is named Dean. If I were the restaurant manager, I would give this employee (Dean) a bonus or promote him. He's generally very friendly. If only everyone were like him.

Absolutely terrible! I was there quite late last night to eat a burger, and maybe that was the reason for the poor quality, but it's still just not acceptable. The burger, a Big Tasty Bacon BBQ, was almost cold and thrown into the box so carelessly that half the topping and cheese were scattered all over the box. It was also completely dry because there wasn't enough sauce on it. I bought it takeout and was so annoyed that I even took pictures. The tomato, by the way, was also lying around in the box; I had already put it back on. But see for yourself. It's not acceptable! Actually, I should say thank you, because this experience is leading me to completely ignore McDonald's in the future. It's healthier anyway...

Nuggets and fries soaked in burnt oil. Disgusting. No atmosphere, a mess everywhere. The worst MC I've ever been to.

The parking lot doesn't have an electric charging station. However, you can charge at the nearby ATU supermarket. One of the restrooms was broken. My friend waited 20 minutes for his food because his order was simply lost in the system. The burger was outrageously prepared. The ingredients were just thrown together. The place was very warm and humid.

Passed through. The restrooms are terrible, the outside area is dirty. The service was okay, though.

McDonald's isn't haute cuisine, of course, but it's still my favorite among fast food restaurants. This branch always has friendly and fast service. My favorite burger is the Big Tasty Bacon 😃
