McDonald's in Karlsruhe

We ordered here again today and unfortunately a not insignificant amount of the food was missing. We are currently at three deliveries with at least two items missing out of five deliveries. Unfortunately, the employees don't answer the phone, so the missing items can be credited back. This is very unsatisfactory. This cannot be achieved in the long term. It's very expensive then. We have been ordering from this branch for years and it has been the case from time to time in the past. Over the last year, incomplete delivery motives have increased. These are not sauces but rather burgers or nuggets hot items that also have a certain price. I can only recommend unpacking everything immediately, even if the driver is still there, and checking whether the things you ordered are there.

Terrible! For the 3rd time in a row, the food didn't arrive completely (ordered through liederando).. 2 menus were ordered. Only half arrived.. only the fries...!! Then they called and said that apparently there were no more burgers... in a burger restaurant?? Then you probably call and let them know, right? No, our money was ripped off for almost €30 and we didn't have any food in the middle of the night. The delivery also took a whole 2 hours. Ordered at 7:30 p.m. and it arrived at 10:01 p.m. We will never go there again.

I went to McDrive and got chicken nuggets and e Ordered in Royal TS in a menu. I trusted you, that was my mistake. I got 6 chicken nuggets and in the box where the Royal TS was supposed to be there were also nuggets and the disgusting planted ones. From now on I'll always check the bag, but I'll probably go to Burger King instead

Always check, there is usually something wrong with the orders. This works better at other McDonalds

Everything was pretty dirty, tables were dirty. There are remnants of the previous ones everywhere on the floor. The food was all just lukewarm.

Of course the kids are always happy and you can do that every now and then 😉

My food was very tasty and everything was ok. Unfortunately, the meat in my husband's burger was a little too dry. The service was great and the food was brought to the table and the lady was very nice. I liked the atmosphere.

In my opinion this is one of the better McDonald's in the area. I get what I expect. Things have improved significantly there.

We were there around 9:00 p.m. and had to wait quite a long time for our food (about 45 minutes). We ate there and we constantly heard very annoying beeping and short melodies.

We were very very disappointed our nuggets were disgusting. I complained and haven't received any response to date. We actually like this MC best, but we don't like it anymore. Maybe something is happening here!!!

Food (breakfast) was good as usual. There was a small mistake in the preparation and I had cheese in my MCWrap even though I ordered without, it was re-prepared at my notice and apologized several times. It was just very cold in the branch itself.

A regular McDonald's. Despite the huge rush, I received my order relatively quickly. Ordering at the terminal was easy. Food was typical fast food.

Ordering to take away always takes a long time, between 15 and 20 minutes. Sorry, unfortunately that's anything but almost!

Never seen such a disorganized McDonald's. The staff was very unfriendly, had poor knowledge of German and couldn't even prepare a McSunday properly. The toilets are also in a miserable condition...

Not enough sauce on the MC R.I.P.

Ordered an Iced Coffee Shake Caramel in the drivethrough (best drink ever), drove home and only then realized that it was a regular iced coffee. So you can return it again and exchange it without any problems. Of course I learned and tried it straight away. Unfortunately this time there was a shake, but no coffee in it. So went back in and asked for an exchange. Was then greeted with an eye roll and said it was what I ordered. I asked her again to make a new one because there was no coffee in it. The lady then mixed together caramel sauce, vanilla milkshake and cream and was convinced that it was somehow an iced coffee shake. I think it's a real shame that it's so difficult to prepare this actually really delicious drink. I now paid €4.19 for a vanilla milkshake with caramel sauce :(

There are enough parking spaces. Staff polite and friendly and helpful. Except those who bring the food should consider whether they want to continue doing so. A little loud, but that's normal. Food is hot and tasty

When ordering in the drive through, the employees didn't understand us at all. Apart from that, we were later missing ALL sauces, chicken nuggets and a cola. When we wanted to describe this there, the employees, who didn't speak German, didn't understand us, so we just left. So all in all, the food was normal as always but the staff were very bad.

Despite misunderstandings during the drive order, the staff handled the situation very politely and courteously and responded very well. Unfortunately, I only gave the service 4 stars because a cheeseburger was missing. But otherwise only recommended from the polite point of view

I visited your restaurant on Monday at 11:30 p.m. I ordered a burger with bacon (menu). The sauce was bitter and so was the bacon. After that I had diarrhea and vomiting the next day. The ingredients listed were spoiled. What are you doing? Poison people? The doctor told me I had food poisoning. This was my last visit to McDonalds. Never again. I will report the case to the sanitary inspection.

Good in itself, food quality actually too. BUT out of 5 visits I had a large chunk of ice in my drink each time.

Unfortunately one star is too many… half the order wasn't received. When you told the waitress, you had to wait for half an eternity to be told that another employee had already given you the things... apparently everyone there had no idea what to do... just sad that you can't even expect that little from the employees

The food wasn't as fresh as I'm used to. The waitress forgot several little things, so I had to ask several times. It's probably due to relatively large crowds, but I would continue to work on the quality and service if I were the person in charge.

Despite lunchtime and good activity in the restaurant, there wasn't a long wait. Waited less than 5 minutes for the order. He was also clean. Otherwise there's nothing to say about McDonald's, food as usual... Unhealthy but ok every now and then.

Very fast, everything was fresh and the table service was very polite and the branch is generally very quiet, the operation in the kitchen was also quiet and without stress, although there is still some work to be done on the higijene.

Drive-thru crew is always friendly and professional. They were so fast, I couldn’t even finisht this review between paying and receiving my order. Thanks for providing us with late night and last minute food. 😁

Very centrally located fast food restaurant not far from the B10 with McDrive, free parking and a kind of play castle for kids

Food was as you would expect at McDonalds. The small playground outside makes it super relaxing to eat there with children. The waiting time was about three quarters of an hour for a fast food restaurant, which was unreasonable!

Ordered with the app, fast delivery directly to the table. Always clean and tidy.

For the Mc Rip 2 fresh towels with the napkins, which was also urgently needed but is no longer available at many other MV Donalds. For me, a bad McDonald's I didn't want to order at the terminal but directly at the counter. We're not actually McDonald's guests. Unfortunately there were no tables there for the food and drinks available. There were about 4 men on staff standing behind the counter and chatting. Apparently no one wanted to serve me until I made it clear that I wanted to order. Since we were there with 3 grandchildren but were otherwise inexperienced, we ordered the dishes individually. There were no menu boards on display. So I paid over 60 euros for us. When ordering, there wasn't even a hint that entire menus of the same dishes were much cheaper. When we arrived at the table, the ketchup was missing. I had to get it again at the counter and of course pay again. No mention from the man at the counter that this was missing from my first order. No toilet paper or paper towels in the men's toilet. The electric hand dryer is defective. There was a slide outside the playground, but it was closed by the operator. All in all, a very bad and disappointed visit to this operator in all respects. Not again so soon.

When I came in it smelled rotten, the employees don't speak German and for €4 curly fries I was only served 8 fries, I find this really outrageous. I wouldn't recommend anyone in their right mind to wander in here. I'm shocked to the core...

I can't say anything about the restaurant inside because I haven't been there yet. Things progressed relatively normally at the drive in. The staff was friendly and nothing was forgotten. Having it delivered was super quick! My girlfriend and I found it very good. The food delivery person was also very friendly. And nothing was missing there either 👍🏼 We are satisfied. By the way, props to the BMW driver with a Romanian license plate who let me in on Monday evening, January 31st, 2023 (silver VW limo) even though he would have been first. Mulțumesc mult.

I was here on the way through with my child, the staff was so friendly and we felt very well looked after here. The staff approached us in an active and friendly manner. We would like to come again. Only the air conditioning was a bit cold. :)

Nobody understands German, I wanted a burger without bacon, but I got it with bacon. Both people at the counter at the drive-in were so unfriendly, something should definitely be changed.

Cappuccino was mild. Curly fries were warm but looked like they were fried the second time before serving. But anyway, I was hungry and it was near the petrol station, so all good :D

Alles super war , immer bringen McDonalds stile

Leider verkommt der Mcs hier auch immer mehr zur Ranzbude. Wartezeit auf essen zwischen 15-20 min bei leerem Restaurant…. Bei vollem sind 30 min keine Seltenheit. Angestellte halten lieber Small Talk und witzeln rum, statt sich um die Gäste und ihr Essen zu kümmern. Ich würde Bredberg mal dringend das Franchise entziehen…oder mal Abmahnen. Von dem „Tür Zuschließen“ ab 22 bzw 23 Uhr reden wir mal nicht.

Was soll ich sagen. Fast Food. Etwas Wartezeit. Essen im Außenbeleuchtung erlaubt. Abholung innen. Ansonsten wie immer.

Wir haben auch einen MCDonald in Ettlingen. Aber der MC Donald in Karlsruhe-Bulach (beim Media Markt)ist wirklich Spitze. Die Mtarbeiter sind immer sehr nett und es ist sauber. Was mir besonders gut gefällt ist, dass die Pommes immer knusprig sind. Auch die Burger sind immer frisch zubereitet. Parkplätze sind vor dem Gebäude und der Eingang ist barrierefrei.

Essen wurde vertauscht und war trocken, Bedienung kam nicht hinterher obwohl das Restaurant und drive in sogut wie leer waren
