McDonald's in Karlsruhe

Nuggets and fries soaked in burnt oil. Disgusting. No atmosphere, a mess everywhere. The worst MC I've ever been to.

The parking lot doesn't have an electric charging station. However, you can charge at the nearby ATU supermarket. One of the restrooms was broken. My friend waited 20 minutes for his food because his order was simply lost in the system. The burger was outrageously prepared. The ingredients were just thrown together. The place was very warm and humid.

McDonald's isn't haute cuisine, of course, but it's still my favorite among fast food restaurants. This branch always has friendly and fast service. My favorite burger is the Big Tasty Bacon 😃

Friendly staff, employees have often held the door open for me when entering and leaving the store. 👍🏻 With my last two orders, I even got free curly fries. Really great.😊

It's my habit to stop at McDonald's every now and then at the end of my regular walk. I know what standard to expect, namely good fast food quality at an affordable price in a familiar atmosphere. Friendly, prompt service and quick preparation are a given. As a slightly older person, I also adhere to the nutritional advice rules here. I eat salad first because the fiber causes my blood sugar levels to rise slowly. If I e.g. For example, if I have a mixed salad as a complete meal, a McSmart meal and a McSundae cup for dessert, I'm at around €10. Given the rise in food and restaurant prices, I find this very acceptable.

Like any other McDonald, there isn't much difference. Staff was nice and helpful. It's fine

The staff is rude and not polite, we waited an hour for an order, when we went to them and asked when the order will be ready we were rudely told that they don't know and that we should wait! Our burgers were great, had the i like it loud, my husband was also enthusiastic about the chips or whatever they were called, they were too hard for me. The chris p sauce was super tasty. Nice staff and great service the food was brought to the table. Gladly again.

I visit McDonald's every now and then as it is a quick and easy way to eat. However, there are a few points that disappoint me and spoil the experience. A big problem is that the portions are not always what you expect. I often notice, especially with the large fries, that the packaging is not completely filled. For the price you pay, that should actually go without saying. Another point that bothers me is the temperature of the food. Unfortunately, especially with Chicken McNuggets, it often happens that they are no longer hot, but only lukewarm or even cold. This takes away a lot of the flavor and enjoyment of the dish. However, I find it positive that the staff is mostly friendly and tries to process orders quickly. The selection of food and drinks is also diverse, so there is actually something for everyone. The restaurants are also generally clean and easily accessible, which makes the stay pleasant. Nevertheless, the problems with freshness and portion size are serious. McDonald's is a restaurant that should be known for consistent quality, and that's exactly what I expect. Overall, I give it 3 out of 5 stars and hope that more attention will be paid to such details in the future.

We ordered here again today and unfortunately a not insignificant amount of the food was missing. We are currently at three deliveries with at least two items missing out of five deliveries. Unfortunately, the employees don't answer the phone, so the missing items can be credited back. This is very unsatisfactory. This cannot be achieved in the long term. It's very expensive then. We have been ordering from this branch for years and it has been the case from time to time in the past. Over the last year, incomplete delivery motives have increased. These are not sauces but rather burgers or nuggets hot items that also have a certain price. I can only recommend unpacking everything immediately, even if the driver is still there, and checking whether the things you ordered are there.

Terrible! For the 3rd time in a row, the food didn't arrive completely (ordered through liederando).. 2 menus were ordered. Only half arrived.. only the fries...!! Then they called and said that apparently there were no more burgers... in a burger restaurant?? Then you probably call and let them know, right? No, our money was ripped off for almost €30 and we didn't have any food in the middle of the night. The delivery also took a whole 2 hours. Ordered at 7:30 p.m. and it arrived at 10:01 p.m. We will never go there again.

I went to McDrive and got chicken nuggets and e Ordered in Royal TS in a menu. I trusted you, that was my mistake. Everything was pretty dirty, tables were dirty. There are remnants of the previous ones everywhere on the floor. The food was all just lukewarm.

In my opinion this is one of the better McDonald's in the area. I get what I expect. Things have improved significantly there.

We were there around 9:00 p.m. and had to wait quite a long time for our food (about 45 minutes). We ate there and we constantly heard very annoying beeping and short melodies.

Not enough sauce on the MC R.I.P.

Ordered an Iced Coffee Shake Caramel in the drivethrough (best drink ever), drove home and only then realized that it was a regular iced coffee. So you can return it again and exchange it without any problems. Of course I learned and tried it straight away. Unfortunately this time there was a shake, but no coffee in it. So went back in and asked for an exchange. Was then greeted with an eye roll and said it was what I ordered. I asked her again to make a new one because there was no coffee in it. The lady then mixed together caramel sauce, vanilla milkshake and cream and was convinced that it was somehow an iced coffee shake. I think it's a real shame that it's so difficult to prepare this actually really delicious drink. I now paid €4.19 for a vanilla milkshake with caramel sauce :(

When ordering in the drive through, the employees didn't understand us at all. Apart from that, we were later missing ALL sauces, chicken nuggets and a cola. When we wanted to describe this there, the employees, who didn't speak German, didn't understand us, so we just left. So all in all, the food was normal as always but the staff were very bad.

I visited your restaurant on Monday at 11:30 p.m. I ordered a burger with bacon (menu). The sauce was bitter and so was the bacon. After that I had diarrhea and vomiting the next day. The ingredients listed were spoiled. What are you doing? Poison people? The doctor told me I had food poisoning. This was my last visit to McDonalds. Never again. I will report the case to the sanitary inspection.

Very fast, everything was fresh and the table service was very polite and the branch is generally very quiet, the operation in the kitchen was also quiet and without stress, although there is still some work to be done on the higijene.

Very centrally located fast food restaurant not far from the B10 with McDrive, free parking and a kind of play castle for kids

Food was as you would expect at McDonalds. The small playground outside makes it super relaxing to eat there with children. The waiting time was about three quarters of an hour for a fast food restaurant, which was unreasonable!

Ordered with the app, fast delivery directly to the table. Always clean and tidy.

For me, a bad McDonald's I didn't want to order at the terminal but directly at the counter. We're not actually McDonald's guests. Unfortunately there were no tables there for the food and drinks available. There were about 4 men on staff standing behind the counter and chatting. Apparently no one wanted to serve me until I made it clear that I wanted to order. Since we were there with 3 grandchildren but were otherwise inexperienced, we ordered the dishes individually. There were no menu boards on display. So I paid over 60 euros for us. When ordering, there wasn't even a hint that entire menus of the same dishes were much cheaper. When we arrived at the table, the ketchup was missing. I had to get it again at the counter and of course pay again. No mention from the man at the counter that this was missing from my first order. No toilet paper or paper towels in the men's toilet. The electric hand dryer is defective. There was a slide outside the playground, but it was closed by the operator. All in all, a very bad and disappointed visit to this operator in all respects. Not again so soon.

I can't say anything about the restaurant inside because I haven't been there yet. Things progressed relatively normally at the drive in. The staff was friendly and nothing was forgotten. Having it delivered was super quick! My girlfriend and I found it very good. The food delivery person was also very friendly. And nothing was missing there either 👍🏼 We are satisfied. By the way, props to the BMW driver with a Romanian license plate who let me in on Monday evening, January 31st, 2023 (silver VW limo) even though he would have been first. Mulțumesc mult.
