Employees were a bit unmotivated at the weekend. Otherwise everything was fine

The food was lukewarm or even cold. The Mc Crunchy the bread was dry and too much sauce to compensate for it. You could slap someone in the face with it. The service well the man spoke so fast it was almost incomprehensible, it smelled like urine inside, absolutely disgusting. A pungent smell. Tables were wet or even sticky. It's a one-time visit. If you want to get sick, this location is the place to be. Terrible.

A somewhat outdated little McDonald's. But very nice crew and clean

So if you feel the need to freeze while eating and also want to have that swimming pool feeling, you've come to the right place, the employees look very grim and don't seem to be interested. The packaging had stains and stuck. The fries were cold and flabby. NEVER AGAIN!

Just cheeky at the counter, you wait for 10-15 minutes while there's hardly anything going on and then the food arrives after it's dried out (chicken burger) already flattened like a biscuit, not recommended

Stopped in for breakfast. The Temple of the Golden Arches opened its doors at 10 sharp, yes, exactly. The order went flawlessly and the desired item was quickly put on the tray. With this wall decoration nothing stands in the way of the slogan Make it Great again. And now for the fries. 😁😜✌️ Meal

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. This McDonald's is very far from hygienic. It's a shame because the food wasn't actually bad at all.

One of the slowest “fast food restaurants” I have experienced… The employees aren't the friendliest either and instead of going to McDrive I would have taken the train to Rewe, bought some minced meat and rolls and fried my burger myself... I hope something changes in the store soon because they obviously haven't optimized the processes or the employees are untrained. The place needed a renovation again. The store almost counts as retro.

Totally unhygienic, the checkout area and the kitchen, in my opinion, have never been cleaned. Under the shelves on the floor there are all sorts of leftover food, just like the seating area, there is no place where the floor was clean, I don't even want to start

Where is Team Wallraff when you need them?

By far the unfriendly service in a long time. The McFlurry is only available in the original ice cream and the cup is only half filled. Overall, it's dirty here - the toilets are definitely not recommended.

For me, the restaurant type is definitely ok. I'm only there for a quick meal about every other place! Everything is ok.

Delicious McFlurry even if not all toppings were available. We had to wait a bit. The McDonald's is a little smaller. Unfortunately there are too few parking spaces.

We're standing in the parking lot of this McDonald's... And I'm probably getting hit... What's happening here is terrible! “Fast food”? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that. You wait longer at the drive-thru than if you're pregnant! We also wanted to scan our coupons and had to drive up to do so. At first we were ignored by the staff after a few questions and then each coupon had to be scanned individually and paid off directly, which explains the long wait. In the end, the coupons apparently didn't work, which is why the employee sold the same thing twice... in the end the driver was very annoyed that she didn't even want a Mcflurry anymore.. 🙄🙄🙄

If I order three different menus... using three different codes and come home with three Big Mäc menus, I wonder whether the person at the drive-in counter was even present with his head. The service here is getting worse and worse

The burger didn't taste good at all. I'm not used to this from McDonald's. Was very disappointing

The order was somehow disorganized and the employees had a really unpleasant tone, almost annoyed.

I just wanted to order my food via the Mc Drive, but I had to wait over 5 minutes because no one answered. I then decided to go to the counter because I thought the device was broken. When I was with the employee at the counter, he asked me in a very cheeky and insulting manner, asking why I didn't wait at the voice box and why he didn't have to serve me anymore. Of course I don't allow myself to behave like that and told him not to speak to me in that tone and that it wouldn't be a problem to take my order now because no one answered my voicemail. He said I should talk to him again in that tone then we have a problem. Really first class staff. I've been coming to this McDonald's for 20 years and have never experienced such poor staff and food. The “ambience” is still the same as it was 20 years ago. I was there on July 3rd, 2024 around 2:30 p.m. In my opinion, this employee should be fired! I'm definitely not coming back!

I liked that despite our instructions, onions were put into the burgers, extremely cold fries and stale drinks were served without a lid.

Drove through the MC drive and ordered a big tasty bacon! At home I opened the bag and there was a Big Mäc in it... Dude, you had a task at the counter and you couldn't handle even that Never again

I like eating burgers and thought to myself “try out the new Big Mac”. And for comparison, a cheeseburger. I don't understand why burgers are degraded to "food" when every chip shop now produces a comparable number of delicious burgers. McDonalds just doesn't make an effort. Huge advertising promises without corresponding implementation. I'd rather go to Burger King or another burger place. The employees can't do anything about it...

I always eat the Royal TS as a menu. The burger is delicious and the fries are crispy. Staff friendly and the store clean.

The worst McDonald ever This is now the third time in a row that I have had to complain about my order. The Big Rösti and Big Tasty were a bit dry, probably under the warming plate for too long. Fries cold. I pay a lot of money for that It would be interesting if Team Walraff uncovered something. Disaster of the store. Normally no stars

It turned out that we were here three times in a row. And EVERY time something was missing from the order. I advise you to check the things you receive carefully! Apparently people are a bit uncoordinated here in the branch. Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant and there wasn't a long line outside at the drive in, we really had to wait a relatively long time. If something is still missing... well... The employees didn't seem particularly open-minded or motivated. You can actually sit outside. There are no order counters. Update: Our orders were complete. Once a pot of sauce wasn't enough - but you don't turn around on the highway because of something like that... You are the only customer in the store and there is no one in front of the drive-thru - but small orders like a Happy Meal and a milkshake still take a relatively long time. You had to wait just to be able to order. But if you have time and go in, everything is fine. There was lettuce lying around everywhere outside - but that doesn't really bother me in the winter, it just doesn't make a good impression.

The waiting times are now unbearable at almost any time of the day. 10 to 15 minutes are not uncommon and then various components of the order are often used up and have to be fried again... It's a shame.

Essen, wie erwartet... Aber man muss es ja alle Jahre wieder probieren. Ambiente gibt es nicht und der Service, wenn man davon überhaupt reden kann, wird immer schlechter. Bereits die Essensbestellung gestaltete sich schwierig, da der Mitarbeiter nicht verstand oder verstehen wollte. Das gleiche Spiel war der Nachbestellung... Unterirdisch!!!

Empfehlung auch wenn es immer schmeckt bei MC Donalds in Amsterdam. Empfehle ich stattdessen die Örtlich umliegenden Reseraunts.

Kann zum Essen selbst nichts sagen, da der McDonald's bereits kurz nach Mitternacht geschlossen war, obwohl auf Google steht, er habe bis 1 Uhr nachts auf. Es gehört im Jahr 2023 zu einem Business dazu, auf Google Maps die Öffnungszeiten aktuell zu halten, insbesondere, wenn man vorgeblich zu Zeiten geöffnet hat, an denen Leute kommen, die sich darauf verlassen können müssen, noch sehr spät etwas zu essen zu kriegen. Zwei Sterne deshalb, weil mir dadurch, dass der Laden bereits geschlossen war, offenbar schlechtes Essen erspart geblieben ist, jedenfalls den vielen anderen negativen Rezensionen nach.

Idk why everyone is dunking on this mcdonalds. It’s not gourmet food people…it’s totally fine for a mcdonalds.

Etwas älterer McDonald's. Bietet oft nicht alle specials an. Burger sehr unterdurchschnittlich und fettig. Pommes labrig und nicht lecker. Einzig gute sind die späten Öffnungszeiten und der Lieferservice, zumindest wenn man kalte Burger mag. Benötigt dringends eine komplette Renovierung.

Der Mitarbeiter war nicht richtig eingearbeitet. Er war total überfordert. Er hatte bei der Bestellung eine Tüte Pommes und eine Majo vergessen. Der Hamburger Royal TS war sehr trocken. Beim Kunden vor mir war bei der Bestellung alles durcheinander, was zu einer Ewigkeit führte. Abhilfe wäre bestimmt eine bessere Einarbeitung.

Keine Bestellterminals.Älteres Ambiente jedoch auch O.K.Besonders durch den Schulbus fühlt man sich nin Amizeiten versetzt.

Das Essen war immer auf normalem, guten Mc-Niveau. Allerdings keine Bestell-Terminals und lange Wartezeiten. Punkte einlösen geht ebenfalls nicht aufgrund alter Technik. Das ist echt schwach. Ambiente durchschnittlich, bisschen enger als andere Mc's. 3 von 5 Sterne.

Im großen und ganzen ist es halt McDonalds. Schnelles Essen für geringes Geld und davon viel. Allerdings sind die Burger immer sehr herzlos belegt und rutschen halb auseinander. Wenig Soßen darauf. Das Ambiente ist auch eher meh. Der Innenbereich wird stets abewischt, doch der Außenbereich ist eigentlich ich dreckig auf den Tischen. Meine Empfehlung ist daher eher morgends zu kommen.

Wir wurden heute Abend an der Kasse von einem sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mann mit Brille bedient. Pommes, Plant Nuggets und Burger waren lecker und Wartezeit gering.

Hatte nach dem Big Mac zwei Tage extremste Magenproblene!

Einzig Nachteil, das dieser Ort nicht in App verbunden ist und im App vorbestellen nicht möglich ist und nur vor Ort zu bestellen ist. Das muss verbessert werden! Ansonsten ist essen lecker schmecken.

Sehr schlechtes Deutsch am Drive Through. Extrawünsche werden abgelehnt. Tomaten auf dem Hamburger Royal einfach vergessen. Ewige Wartezeiten, obwohl fast nichts los war.

Älterer McDonald's. Bestellung nur an der Kasse, kein Terminal vorhanden. Bei der Zubereitung wird glücklicherweise nicht gespart.

Essen ist wie bei jedem McDonalds, nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Außenbereich leider eine Katastrophe. Hauptsache es ist Zeit für eine Zigarettenpause!!

Eine sehr in die Jahre gekommene Filiale. Macht von außen einen etwas herunter gekommenen Eindruck. Der Mitarbeiter am Drive-In Schalter war der deutschen Sprache so gut wie nicht mächtig. Bei der Essensausgabe musste ich an die bestellte Cola erinnern. Als ich dann auf dem Parkplatz den Tüteninhalt geprüft hatte musste ich feststellen, dass die Saucen gänzlich fehlten. Bin dann wieder in die Filiale gelaufen und habe mir die Saucen geben lassen - ein Wort der Entschuldigung gab's auch nicht. Wieder zurück ist mir aufgefallen, dass nicht eine einzige Serviette beigelegt wurde. Ich bin dann nicht nochmal in die Filiale gelaufen sondern habe meine Taschentücher und Handdesinfektion benutzt. Der äußere Eindruck hat bei meiner Erfahrung mit dieser Filiale also nicht getäuscht. Ich werde dort nicht wieder essen.

Sagen oft die nehmen keine Gutscheine oder Coupons an! Sehr schade

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Mcdonald’s ist sehr veraltet Coupon konnte am Drive nicht durchgegeben werden, erst durchs Scannen Getränke die leer gehen werden mit Wasser gestreckt, bzw. durch Wasser ausgetauscht.

Könnte alles etwas schneller und besser funktionieren in diesem Restaurant. Vieles geht mit der App nicht. Drive In dauert meist ewig und sehr oft fehlt was. Sonderwünsche am Besten erst gar nicht. Personal soweit ganz ok aber wohl nicht so bemüht wie das sein könnte. Einer der hinteren Mc Donalds in der Umgebung.

Ein kleiner, familiär gemütlicher Mc Donald. Auch oldschool genannt. Inkl. Terrasse, McDrive Schalter und als besondere Kinderattraktion ein US Schulbus zum feiern. Was es dafür nicht gibt sind die modernen Sachen wie Touchscreen zum Bestellen oder auch ein eigener Schalter zum bezahlen. Auch gibt es keine Nummer unter der man am Bildschirm aufgerufen wird. Hier wird allles von einem Menschen aus einer Hand geliefert. Und ein richtiges WC gibt es auch. Das alles ist ebenerdig erreichbar. Und das Design ist auch einheitlich.

Leider wird im McDrive oft etwas vergessen, Burger liegen oft schon lange, Pommes sind matschig, ungepflegtes Ambiente und häufig dreckige und klebrige Tische. Die Fanta war wässrig - hier stimmt das Mischverhältnis Sirup/Wasser nicht.

Seit Jahren das schlechteste McDonalds in der Umgebung. Man wartet ewig. Das Essen ist dann teilweise kalt. Beim Einwickeln gibt man sich keine Mühe...

Habe ausnahmsweise bekommen was ich bestellt habe.

Alles gut, aber noch veraltet, nur Bestellung an der Theke ohne Terminal. Ansonsten alle sehr nett und Essen schön heiß!!

Im McDrive gibt es oft Verständigungsprobleme. Im Innenbereich wäre es am Besten es gebe die Terminals an denen man seine Bestellung selbst aufgeben kann, dann gäbe es weniger Mißverständnisse
