Actually, no stars. Because the wait was at least 20 minutes, and the burger was exactly as pictured. It couldn't be worse 😡

Everything was very clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

The interior is not air-conditioned, which is too hot considering it is very hot outside, and it is not possible to use your French account to continue your loyalty, which is a shame.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a McDonald's, it's very clean (dare I say spotless!), calm environment, the staff was polite and attentive as if you were at a normal restaurant, and service was very fast, 10/10! Plenty of parking spots outside.

Sometimes the wait times are far too long. More than 10 minutes for a small burger is not acceptable.

Phew... so, the burger was unfortunately cold. After I politely pointed this out to the waitress, I was treated like a toilet brush in the bathroom. They simply left it there. When I asked again about the replacement burger, I was shamelessly accused of being a liar. After clarification and back and forth, I decided to forgo the burger, and Mc Donalds made a profit of €10 just like that. But I don't care anymore.

I ate there for the first time today. It's a nice restaurant, though it was incredibly hot inside, but you could sit outside. The location was also great. The cashier was really friendly. We sat outside because it was way too hot inside. The food came really quickly and was good, but there was a giant rat crawling around our table right next to the bushes. It was there the whole time, lurking around. My daughter was terrified, and it just didn't give a cozy feeling to eat there.

It actually used to be really great. But today for the second and certainly last time. Large Samurai Mac meal with lattice fries and an extra McRip. It's a disgrace to offer a burger like that for that price, a normal hamburger, they forgot the cheese, with onions and Asian ketchup, that's all there was to it, for just under €10 and about 10 lattice fries. A BIG meal. The McRip practically came in a kit, with more sauce distributed in the box than on it and individual pieces like cucumber and meat were also in there. All in all, the employee was in normal clothes and had a serious face when serving. Sure, it's a Sunday, it's busy, maybe stressful, but doing a bit more for your job would be great. But yes, I won't be noticing any changes as I'm going to avoid this MC.

We were just at the drive-thru and picked up food, including a Happy Meal. The menu was supposed to include a toy... and of course, there wasn't one, and anyone with children knows there's nothing worse than sad children's eyes...

We were really disappointed 😞 It was barely busy at 3:30 p.m., and we were served lukewarm, messy food. The tables were sticky, and the overall impression was not pleasant.

Arrived at the ordering terminal at 7:25 PM. Order completed, table service at 7:28 PM. We had decided to sit outside. Since a thunderstorm was already moving over Karlsruhe at around 5:30 PM, all the tables were wet and dirty. After briefly asking an employee if he could clean the tables, he came back a short while later and said he only had wet wipes and couldn't dry them. So my husband went to the car and got a car wipe so we could sit down. At 7:50 PM, we asked where the food was. It finally arrived at 8:05 PM. Unfortunately, almost everything was cold... the wrap wasn't rolled properly... it was more like stuffed into the packaging. The service hadn't been this bad in a long time.

Yesterday, eight of us, including four children, went there for a "quick" bite to eat. We waited 70 minutes for our food. That's nothing like a fast-food restaurant. Everything was dirty and disgusting, even the chairs were sticky, but because we ordered via the app, we didn't want to just leave. The health department really should take a look! Strangely, the people who ate here vomited, got diarrhea, or felt nauseous during the night. Never again!

We placed two orders. One arrived after 10 minutes, the other after 30 minutes, and we had to ask twice. The first time I asked at the cashier, I was asked if I didn't see how busy it was. The second time I asked, they treated us more kindly and explained that it was probably something to do with the system. The nuggets were definitely older, and so were the lattice potatoes. The rest was okay.

After having to wait almost an hour or more for our order today, we canceled it after a long discussion. It's not our problem if you can't get the whole thing under control. Then get more employees or change something in your process. We won't be back.

Worst McDonald's After midnight, you can't go in. People were pushing in front of the queue to order. And the employees didn't say anything. I think the employees aren't human, they're puppets.

Update 2025: Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating. Something has happened to the store. Everything has gotten significantly worse. The tables are constantly dirty, the floor sticky. A coffee creamer wrapper ended up in my latte macchiato. The drink was served in a way that made you suddenly have the plastic in your mouth. Twice, my companion and I also felt nauseous after eating and later had diarrhea. We complained immediately. The store manager contacted us and asked us not to file official complaints, but to contact her directly at the store. We did receive a free meal, but still: The hygiene standards have dropped significantly, and that shouldn't be happening. Overall, you just don't feel as comfortable as you did five or six years ago. You also get the impression that the employees aren't particularly happy. It's a shame. I hope the store puts more emphasis on the things that led to its long-standing good reputation (by McDonald's standards). Post from 2019: The usual quality, typical of McDonald's.

I actually really like going to McDonald's here. I live nearby and have never been disappointed. Today, a lady was there who was quite rude to me, even though I only wanted to buy some more mayo. I wasn't stressing or anything, but she said, "because I was looking in" or "if everyone just wants a quick bite," etc., as she also said. And I just asked politely, "I'd just like to quickly buy some mayo for my fries, I forgot it." I also told her that I've never had such a negative experience here. And she just said, "It's always the first time." I think that's a shame!

Basically a normal McDonald's restaurant. However, the fact that they don't provide straws when asked and the response is rather unfriendly is rather below average.

We have already tried to contact your customer service by email, but unfortunately, we have not received a response yet. Several items were missing from our order, worth over €40 – including several products from Thomas Rose's order (six times). To date, we have not received the missing items or received any feedback regarding our concern. Our concern is not about a single portion of fries, but rather that this unfortunately does not seem to be an isolated incident. Upon pickup, the food is simply packed into bags without any way of checking whether everything is complete. This is frustrating, especially with larger orders. This rating refers to the location and the garden outside where you can eat in a pleasant atmosphere. The problems are probably with the staff, and therefore a bit with hygiene. Standard problems of Mc restaurants.

This McDonald's is good, but...the water to syrup ratio with the Coca-Cola is just not right. It's always under-carbonated and too sweet. Perhaps they're a bit too generous with the Coke syrup?...otherwise, it's clean, tidy, fast, and friendly. Update: The Coke issue has been resolved. Everything's fine.

Really sad. Ordered two Caesar salads. Today, May 16, 2025. They got giant cucumber slices, no tomatoes, no cheese, nothing. Just lettuce and cucumbers, and very little meat.

Always okay for quick hunger pangs. You can eat there, parking and drive-thru are available. There isn't much to say about the food either. It served its purpose. You sit outside right next to an S-Bahn station and occasionally hear a DB train coming and going, city noise, cars, etc. You are at least somewhat isolated from trees so that in Karlsruhe you don't sit so openly on the main road.

Was here with my husband for a spontaneous lunch. The staff and service was great but the cleanliness was sickening. Toilets were clogged and dirty, everything on the tables was greasy and sticky, there was some chocolate and food leftovers everywhere on the floor. And the worst thing for us is foreign hair in our food. We won't come here anymore.

Unfortunately, it ranks among the more average branches. Everything is just so-so. It's unbelievable that someone doesn't take adequate care of their franchise and that the Provider doesn't monitor it and doesn't mind. You have room for improvement.

With two children I was only allowed to order one Minecraft menu. I asked twice more because we couldn't believe it. What kind of marketing campaign is this? After eating the cheeseburger from the Minecraft menu, which our child said tasted strange, the child suddenly developed a high fever, watery diarrhea and stomach cramps. It's not a good feeling going there anymore.

Finally a McDonalds where all order terminals work without any problems. The order was completed quickly and we were able to enjoy our lunch. The parking situation was also quite relaxed on Sunday afternoon.

I was in Karlsruhe for a short visit on Friday, March 28, 2025, and I ate at this McDonald's. The restaurant is quite remote and therefore very quiet. The McDonald's has modern decor and also has an LCD table where children and adults can play games. There's not much to say about the food; everyone should know McDonald's. But in short, definitely one of the better branches.

Disgusting! I had to wipe the table myself. A very long wait. Running a McDonald's with two people was impossible. There was only coffee, no cappuccino, nothing...🤢

Impossible behavior today. First, my companion, as a vegetarian, gets real nuggets instead of plants nuggets as ordered. When the nuggets were brought, they asked whether they were plants because of the packaging. And just said, think so. When it was noticed that there were no plants, my companion was informed that the plants were not vegetarian but only plant-based. When the replacement came, the plants tasted like old fat, whereas the ones before didn't taste like that. I suspect that the plants just stood there too long. Then the woman (presumably the shift leader) complains loudly that we complain again. And that as a customer you wouldn't be able to distinguish between the nuggets that were presented to you, and they would all come from the same compartment anyway. Everything would be made with the same fat, which is something she wouldn't eat as a vegetarian. She didn't respond to the complaint properly, but instead became loud and stroppy. None of us were loud when we complained about the food, but complaining loudly to our colleagues when I left is an absurdity and an impudence. This is not how to deal with customers. Making you look stupid that you couldn't tell the difference between the nuggets and had no right to complain. So you can probably assume that customers don't always get what they ordered. We should be ashamed of this woman, she casts a very bad image on McDonalds and the way they handle their food. You don't get what you order.

Today, as a vegetarian, I ordered McPlant nuggets, as usual. When the table service arrived, I had the packaging for regular nuggets, so I immediately asked if these were definitely the vegetarian ones. (It could have just been the packaging that was wrong; that has happened before.) I was told they were. When I bit into them, I realized they definitely weren't vegetarian. I did get new ones, but when I said, "It's a bit stupid when a vegetarian gets meaty ones," I was only told, "They're plant-based." I didn't say anything else; after that, I got vegetarian ones that tasted three days old. When my companion tried to complain about them, they got loudly angrily told me that I was complaining again. The store management apparently didn't take the fact that I was a vegetarian seriously and wanted to make me look stupid. The comments: 'It all comes from the same drawer anyway, we make it in the same fat, but as a vegetarian I wouldn't eat it and how would you know whether you had vegetarian nuggets or chicken nuggets.' Even though the other employee confirmed this with the chicken nuggets. Extremely disrespectful & then they want to tell you what the hell is going on, but not even a sorry that as a vegetarian you had meat in your mouth. From now on I'll just go to Burger King a few streets away, they have vegetarian products too!

Branch looks dated, branch manager is rude and it is right next to train tracks which makes it way too noisy and regularly feels like an earthquake

Food like it is at MCD. Cleanliness, well. Had food brought to the table. Duration, 40 minutes. So it's no longer a fast food restaurant. A Coke was forgotten, but it was uncomplicated. It's stupid that you can only redeem one coupon. At Burger King this works without any problems. Especially since there were four of us there.

A pretty bad McDonald's: Dismal. Our food wasn't brought to our table because something went wrong with the ordering process. This was evident at the counter and also the number of the person on the table. Nobody cared, and even when we first asked, we were put off. Then, after more forceful questioning, they admitted that something had gone wrong with the order, and we had to repeat our order, and the food, which had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes, was served to us half-cold. The cappuccino we ate was served in a plastic cup instead of a mug. The one star is for the fact that they gave us two apple turnovers and an extra French fry as compensation. I'm still very disappointed!

The atmosphere for railway enthusiasts (right next to the tracks with train traffic and a view of neighboring companies that were currently being delivered goods by train) didn't make up for the unsalted fries. So much for the food and the atmosphere. The service was neither particularly good nor particularly bad—just average. I would come back for a coffee or something similar for a few hours, but not for the food. Although even with coffee, I might bring my own spoon. The one I was served with it didn't give the impression that it was properly cleaned.

Hello everyone, Last week I was on a business trip and on my way back I stopped at this McDonald's. The McDonald's is conveniently located near the highway and is therefore very easy to reach. The restaurant itself is set up like any other McDonald's and is functional. At the time of day we were there, it wasn't very busy. However, we had to wait quite a while for our food. On top of that, it was served lukewarm. Unfortunately, the tables hadn't been cleaned properly, or at all, by the staff after use. There were crumbs, ketchup, and grease residue on the tables.

Yesterday I went to the store with my father to get 2 Happy Meals. Hardly anything going on. Waiting time almost 30 minutes. I wanted to exchange the toys but was ignored by the staff. Then I gave it up. One cola was fresh, the other was stale. Will avoid this branch in the future.

Friday evening around 9:30 p.m. Theoretically a nice restaurant in a central location. Unfortunately, the floor, the tables and the chairs are not clean, although there are many free seats and there is not that much going on. Otherwise the service is friendly. Price performance would be okay.

The food is quite ok for McDonald's. The burger came to me smashed, but the nuggets were slightly cold, but it was so crowded, I'm not surprised that the employees couldn't work out. Lots of people and few self-service stands plus general crap. Waiting time 20 minutes which is a bit ridiculous. A nice location is definitely a plus. However, I recommend checking everything when you take it away because My coffee was like water, someone added just ice and whipped cream. But I was already taking this away and didn't pay attention.

I am very rarely b. McDonald. Went to the McDrive today: the lid of the Cola cup wasn't closed, so all the sauce was in the car ;-((. The second one wasn't closed either, but it was still saved. No excuse. Cheeseburger blank. I still rarely go to McDonald go to this NEVER again.

Was there today on October 16th, around 5 p.m., what can't you do for the children. I asked to please make my burger without onions. The shift manager, who actually has the role model position, was really unfriendly and “shitty at me”. The employee at the checkout was very friendly and apologized several times for his behavior. That can't be true?!

Unfortunately, the person at the Mc Drive counter on Sunday didn't understand what I wanted. The staff in the restaurant the evening before were very helpful and friendly.

Ordered today via the app, delivered in the drive through. So far so good. But then we didn't get a drink and brought this to the gentleman's attention. The language was probably not that easy to understand, a bit rough, wasn't it? What is missing? came back. Said, got. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we discovered that the child's entire Happy Meal was missing because he had only looked in the bags for burgers, fries and nuggets. Likewise, half of the sauces are missing. Today there is probably no insight at all among the employees on this shift (10/28/24/~6:00 p.m.) Too bad!

I ordered this M burger as a menu. Unfortunately a meatball was missing from the burger?!?! The burger was just slapped down somehow. The fries were only half full, which I've never experienced before. Drive in was quick and friendly but there was a lot missing. I also checked on site to see if everything was in there, but I can't look into the burger box straight away
