McDonald's in Karlsruhe

Friday evening around 9:30 p.m. Theoretically a nice restaurant in a central location. Unfortunately, the floor, the tables and the chairs are not clean, although there are many free seats and there is not that much going on. Otherwise the service is friendly. Price performance would be okay.

It's all ok. Food would be forgotten. But that's what happens

Since when are you no longer allowed to order at the checkout? I just wanted to have a fries and was then sent to the machine with the words “cash register is only for paying”.

Good McDonald's. Sometimes it takes a little too long because it's not really full. The rest is like any megges.

I am very rarely b. McDonald. Went to the McDrive today: the lid of the Cola cup wasn't closed, so all the sauce was in the car ;-((. The second one wasn't closed either, but it was still saved. No excuse. Cheeseburger blank. I still rarely go to McDonald go to this NEVER again.

The food is quite ok for McDonald's. The burger came to me smashed, but the nuggets were slightly cold, but it was so crowded, I'm not surprised that the employees couldn't work out. Lots of people and few self-service stands plus general crap. Waiting time 20 minutes which is a bit ridiculous. A nice location is definitely a plus. However, I recommend checking everything when you take it away because My coffee was like water, someone added just ice and whipped cream. But I was already taking this away and didn't pay attention.

Very nice atmosphere. The food I ordered arrived promptly and tasted good. Keep it up.

Ordered takeout. Waited 30 minutes. When I asked, an employee found my bag (it was already finished, but no one said anything). The food was completely cold and they forgot to pack everything. Worst McDonald's in Karlsruhe. Never again.

Almost no one speaks German, so you're surprised that something other than what was ordered comes along. Only the fries and the drink were okay.

Was there today on October 16th, around 5 p.m., what can't you do for the children. I asked to please make my burger without onions. The shift manager, who actually has the role model position, was really unfriendly and “shitty at me”. The employee at the checkout was very friendly and apologized several times for his behavior. That can't be true?!

Unfortunately, the person at the Mc Drive counter on Sunday didn't understand what I wanted. The staff in the restaurant the evening before were very helpful and friendly.

Ordered today via the app, delivered in the drive through. So far so good. But then we didn't get a drink and brought this to the gentleman's attention. The language was probably not that easy to understand, a bit rough, wasn't it? What is missing? came back. Said, got. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we discovered that the child's entire Happy Meal was missing because he had only looked in the bags for burgers, fries and nuggets. Likewise, half of the sauces are missing. Today there is probably no insight at all among the employees on this shift (10/28/24/~6:00 p.m.) Too bad!

I ordered this M burger as a menu. Unfortunately a meatball was missing from the burger?!?! The burger was just slapped down somehow. The fries were only half full, which I've never experienced before. Drive in was quick and friendly but there was a lot missing. I also checked on site to see if everything was in there, but I can't look into the burger box straight away

There was almost nothing about it. We ordered with table service. Well, if we had ordered takeout and sat down like others did, it would have been quicker. Waiting half an hour at FAST Food is a complete impudence.

Was my favorite shop for years. When I had cold burgers and frozen fries for the first time today and complained about them, I was told that they were not frozen. It's a shame, I won't come anymore. Thanks colleague.

I've been to many McDonald's branches in my life - all over Germany! I've never experienced a drive-in as slow as this one. 7 cars were in front of me, after 30 minutes and 4 cars in front of me I left the queue because someone has to work sometimes even if they don't do it here.

Some of the tables were not cleaned and were smeared with grease. When I contacted an employee, they didn't even respond. Even when I reported this matter to the food being served, there was no reaction whatsoever.

Very nicely located at the train station. Beautiful outdoor area with lots of seating and a children's playground. Shady with big trees. Restaurant is also big inside and McDonalds standard. So great.

The atmosphere is nice with a direct view of a regularly used railway line and the industrial area in the background. Service and food are standard compared to surrounding franchise restaurants. Only the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Sticky tables, dirty toilets,...

Unfortunately I ordered food but I got the wrong order and then the wrong one again and unfortunately the employee was disrespectful and I canceled the order. I hope that the employee can be even more respectful of you, the customer

McDonald's. The food tastes like warm cardboard and there is no other way to describe it. Even the fries, which were the only ones that were good, are no longer crispy but limp. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they go south.

A former train station as a restaurant, clean, spacious, nice shady seating outside too.

I was taken for a ride. The 20 nuggets were missing from the distribution and the employee insisted that they were there, but where did I put them? I was still at the counter I won't let McDonald's fool me anymore and will share my experience with this store everywhere. 07/28/24 8:15 p.m

The food is very good. However, it often happens that the ordering machines are broken or do not print receipts. The design from the outside is okay and the inside is very modern. You can feel comfortable.

The food is just so edible. Service couldn't be worse. Would advise anyone not to visit. Never again

Waited 15 minutes to place an order even though I was the only customer inside at the time. All employees and management ignored me - even when I asked if I could order. Was then referred to the machine. After I ordered there, I had to wait another 10 minutes until my 2 McFlurries were ready because the employee didn't think she was responsible for it and waited for her colleague who finally served me. Construction site around it and limited parking options do the rest... I was here for the last time.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It used to be a really neat McDonald's restaurant.

This is my first time facing such a situation. Today I had a coupon for a Mac’Sunday. I told the employee that I had a coupon. She saw him, didn't react to it and told me de I'm facing such a situation for the first time. Today I had a coupon for a Mac'Sunday. I told the clerk that I had a coupon. She said, "Are you serious?", took the phone from my hand, threw it in my face, said nasty words that I can't say here because of Google's policy, and closed the window. I don't know why she did that. When the manager came to see what was going on, I tried to understand the situation. The problem, however, is that I am a Canadian citizen and came to Germany for health reasons. I don't speak German, so the manager doesn't speak English either. He couldn't understand me and tried to calm the situation and gave me the order for free. But the problem is not the order. The problem is, how can you allow such a person to work for you? I think you should step in front of the camera and see what happened because if you see her throwing the phone in my face just because I have a coupon and for no other reason, I'm sure she won't be for you anymore work. I thank you for your understanding.

Happy Meal ordered with the request to get a specific animal and we were promised that the animal would be available. When I wanted to exchange it afterwards because it was of course the wrong one, I was yelled at: “It’s no longer available.” When I also told a service employee that I was missing a small chip, he cheekily claimed. I wouldn't have ordered it at all and it's not my table number. I had a receipt with it written in black and white. Customer service is simply a -100…

I won't write anything about it, it would really be too long. I'm just mad that I spent so much money on it.

We had breakfast at the above-mentioned branch this morning around 9:45 a.m. Unfortunately, today's visit was extremely unsatisfactory. My daughter and I ordered different products. Unfortunately, both products I ordered for myself (McWrap Scrambled Egg Cheese and Big Morning Egg) were both wrong: 1. The scrambled eggs were missing from the McWrap Scrambled Egg Cheese. 2. When I unpacked the Big Morning Egg I ordered, it had chicken on it and no egg. Both times I went to the issue to complain. Unfortunately, for both complaints there was no word of apology or any other gesture that the service staff were sorry - very unfriendly and unmotivated! However, the waitress in the kitchen claimed that I had ordered a 'chicken' even though I presented the receipt as proof - all loudly over the counter between the kitchen and the checkout area. When the fresh Big Morning Egg was brought, it was a McMuffin Egg (which also costs €1 less)!!! A completely different burger than what was ordered! After complaining again, the chef, who apparently also has a problem with women, continued to claim that I had ordered the chicken, even though it clearly said Bon Egg on my plate! Then I got pretty angry and said that when you ordered, the kitchen would probably say whether you ordered chicken or eggs. The service worker then said that the kitchen worker couldn't read - I won't say anything about that now. After constant back and forth, I finally got the right burger that was prepared “with a lot of love” (see photo).

We went there for breakfast today. Of the two things my mom ordered (McWrap Scrambled Egg Cheese and Big Morning Egg) both were wrong. The scrambled egg was missing from the scrambled egg wrap and when I unpacked the Big Morning there was chicken on it and no egg. After complaining, the chef claimed she ordered it with chicken even though she had the receipt with her. When the new burger came to us it was a McMuffin Egg (which also costs €1 less). After another complaint, the chef claimed again that she had ordered the chicken and that was what it said on the receipt. Afterwards the service person said that he couldn't read either. After constant back and forth, she finally has the right burger in front of her, but it also looks like someone drove over it. So we definitely won't go here for breakfast anymore.

We ate Hamburger Royal TS with cheese in the menu. The meat was black, almost burnt, very dry and the cheese was cold and almost solid again. When I asked the waitress I was just shouted at. This 🍔 wasn't worth the money!!! I didn't eat it! 🤢🤮🤮🤮

Very lousy store with an unfriendly branch manager, the staff is treated like in former Egypt without a whip. 30 minutes of waiting and didn't even get the money back. I'm with the BG now hahahaha

What kind of snoring noses are at work there 🙈 the store was really almost empty, maybe 10 customers spread out. The toy was missing from our happy meal bag (our granddaughter had to get it) the cola glass was completely forgotten in my menu (we didn't notice until we got home...) The cola was also missing, came with ice when requested, was ordered without - so another attempt. If the store had been full, I would have understood, but with a really empty McDonald's in the afternoon. Work commitment looks different and is really not a showpiece!

Got the wrong food after a very long wait. Instead of 6 burgers and 4 fries, I have 2 burgers and 5 fries. Not worth going back to. I only saw home.

A McDonald's like you're used to (at least when it comes to food). Here, too, by default the ice cream machine is occasionally not ready for operation and the quality of the food is always consistent. What's special about this McDonald's location is the outdoor area. This is located in a small green corner and therefore offers a very pleasant ambience. The food here is very good to eat in summer.

Eating the wrong food. Instead of vegetarian nuggets there were regular nuggets. When I asked the staff, they tried to explain to me that they were vegetarian nuggets, although it was obvious and clear from a taste test that they were normal nuggets. The employee in question then stood next to me pissed off and made insulting comments. The ambience itself is nice, but you have to pass the garbage on the way to the toilet.

Well, maybe some of the employees were new. In any case, almost 35 minutes at the drive in even though there was only one car in front of us was quite intense. I would happily give 4 stars for previous visits there.

Ein klassischer McDonalds mit nettem Personal und McCafe. Als besonderes Schmankerl hat diese Filiale eine Fensterfront direkt an den Eisenbahnschienen. Wer Glück hat, kann während des Essens einen Regionalzug vorbeifahren sehen!
