Unfortunately there are no bathrooms or to wash your hands. One girl wanted to go to the bathroom and there is none available. The staff are not friendly

This is horror and not a restaurant.

We had a longer stay at the station due to a delay. Mc Donals was normally full for a fast food restaurant. The order took 35 minutes to arrive, which gave us interesting observational insights into the operational processes. The team processes the orders (kitchen, service) in a completely chaotic manner. An unfriendly tone towards the guest when accepting the order and paying is a long-established and well-maintained practice. In particular, the older employee at the checkout, who has already achieved film fame (!) with the reviews here, makes the customers clearly feel that they are unwanted and shoots the bird with her incompetence. The customers seem to be rather annoying to her. Since Germany's European Championship game against Spain was just starting, the rush of customers could have been used for a "bomb" deal: "Perhaps you would also like to try our delicious offer... Now new...". The boss repeatedly intervened to bring order when the chaos became too great and employees were shouting at each other or standing around lazily or striving away from the workplace, simply leaving the waiting customers uninterested. The boss seemed intelligent, but also deeply resigned and probably didn't know what to do in this chaos team. But after finally 35 minutes we had enough of the spectacle and asked for the money for our milkshake, which had not been made available for collection. It then took another moment and we were able to leave. If you want to learn how to work inefficiently in the catering industry in a non-customer-oriented manner, even though you could work really well and achieve economic profit with a lot of personal fun and satisfaction, you have absolutely come to the right place! Welcome! And if the food still comes - bon appetit!

If you order plant based nuggets as a vegetarian and are then given real nuggets. If you bite into it as a vegetarian, you'll be in for a nasty surprise. This is just an absolute disgrace! Added to this are the endless waiting times. At a train station where you don't have much time anyway, that's absurd. To the vegetarians/vegans, pay close attention and look closely at your food. I bought 2 double chilli cheeses today and none of them had jalapenos on them. There was a lot going on but it's not good to forget both of them.

One of the worst branches ever! There's just nothing wrong here! Lots of crowds, certain clientele… My order was picked up unnoticed by other people (are there order numbers?) When I asked politely where my order was, they just said: “It's gone, not my problem.” The exact same thing happened to two people next to me, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated case. If such a problem is already known, you should pay more attention to the order number, right? Overall employees extremely arrogant and rude. Not only are they extremely incompetent, they also become very cheeky... After another order at my expense, the fries were extremely soggy, most of them not even cooked. Restaurant stinks, is very loud, no toilets in the restaurant.

Air conditioning doesn't work, it's too hot to die for! Toilets are closed, you have to run to the station toilet which is at the other end of the hall. A NOGO!!! Between the normal fries we ordered we had curly fries! What's that supposed to mean? Never again!

Instead of large fries, I got a medium one. Yet again. After complaining, I received a half full large fries. Super unfriendly staff and mega lame (not so great at a train station). If you want to lose interest in McDonald's, you have to go there. Then you save money.

We wanted to eat at this McDonald’s branch on May 31st. Unfortunately, the incredibly incompetent and unfriendly team in this branch was unable to allow us to eat because our order was completely ignored for around 10 minutes. We ordered and paid at the machine, no proof of purchase came out. No information as to whether the order was transferred. To eat something at the train station is quite acceptable but otherwise nothing at all

The young, friendly manager with the long braid had the store under control during the busiest times. I had to get on the train and she immediately prepared my food for me and also managed the crew in a positive way. That really impressed me. Unfortunately no toilet. Otherwise great

Schlechtester MCs in dem ich je war. Schmeckt räudig, quali räudig und der Milchshake war absolut ekelhaft. Er war schleimig und nicht mal mit den üblichen Eiskristallen drin geschweige denn nur ansatzweise Eis.

One of the worst McDonald's restaurants in terms of organization. You should only eat here if you have at least an hour to spare. The employees are completely confused, without any system. Everything takes forever. The crowning glory of this branch is definitely the lady from the early shift (curly, shoulder-length hair, glasses), who is extremely unfriendly, disrespectful and rude. And incredibly slow at that. I've had breakfast here in the restaurant 6 times. Every time the lady was there. Placed order (2 breakfast menus) and waited 45-60 minutes each time. In addition, she is sulky and constantly complains about her employer and her boss instead of working. Well-intentioned advice to Ms. Aidari (spelled correctly?): Have a serious conversation with the lady or get rid of her. The other guests present are also regularly completely annoyed by the lady. No toilet for customers - very annoying. I can understand the reference to Sanifair, but a solution has to be found here. According to restaurant law, there are clear requirements. Where is the restaurant supervisor? Or is it just opened or the broom taken away when the office comes? If you order at the terminal for cash payment you will wait forever, it will be noted that longer waiting times are given, but it is a system. You order Mc Cafe filter coffee served in a real cup and you receive machine coffee from the central delivery point for take away, while the Mc Cafe station renains closed. Dirty seating area and restrooms out of service complement the bad experience.

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. I ordered the smart menu (1 cheeseburger, 1 chicken burger, fries and drink). I waited 20 minutes without anything coming. Then I asked if I could cancel because I had to get to the train. The waitress only said if I had time to refill something for 10 minutes. Since I didn't have that, I handed the waitress the piece of paper and told her to give it to someone who was homeless. This McDonald's is really cruel. If I knew that the food would actually end up with a homeless person, then perfect. Otherwise it makes me angry. Bad shop!!

Ordered hot chocolate with oat milk at the terminal, got black coffee delivered “no chocolate today” - no money back was offered, at least not milk with it + long waiting time for something like that

Service underground communication very difficult. Waiting times are very long, which can be explained by the number of people. Yesterday, February 17th, 2024, McDonald Karlsruhe main station again. It was quite crowded. Waited 1 hour (no, not kidding) for my order. When I asked, I was simply ignored by an employee. Multiple. Another employee then took care of my problem. Arrived home...no sauce on McRib. No tomatoes on Hamburg TS. Padies completely dried up. Fries 🍟 clearly taken out of the fat too early. It can't get any worse. It has become very expensive - but the quality is subpar. 0 stars would be appropriate. It's a shame, I always enjoyed getting something to eat here after work. Now definitely not anymore. been to McDonald Central Station again. 11:35 p.m. All order terminals off/deactivated. There were no more fries!!! The staff visibly had no desire to work anymore. Also very unfriendly. The restaurant was untidy. No longer recommended.

The food itself is good. The service is rather unfriendly and indirect towards the customers, sometimes coming across as very dismissive. For orders that require table service, it takes an incredibly long time for the food to arrive. Waiting times of 20 minutes or more are not uncommon here. A no-go in a “fast food” restaurant.

We wanted to get an ice cream during our 40 minute transfer...the McSundae had already melted into a liquid because it sat on a counter for 20 minutes while we waited for our number to be called. The McFlurry (now extremely expensive) was only half full. When we asked, the employee explained to us: It's ALWAYS done that way now. After 25 minutes of waiting in this rancid-smelling restaurant, we almost missed our train. In short: we'll avoid all McDonald's branches in the future!

Es ist super voll gewesen heute morgen: vier Leute sind angestellt, aber nur die Frau arbeitet. Ein Typ steht die ganze Zeit mit seinem Handy hinter der Theke und lacht über die Sachen, die er dort sieht, während die Frau sich vor den Kunden rechtfertigen muss und zwischen beiden Theken hin und her springt. Unglaubliche Arbeitsweise. Und die arme Frau !!!

Dieser Mc Donalds ist dazu gedacht sich vorm Einsteigen in den Zug noch etwas mitzunehmen. Zeitdruck hat also fast jeder. Hier sitzt kaum jemand, sondern fast alle stehen ungeduldig wartend im Eingangsbereich bis ihr Gericht kommt. Ich habe einen einzigen Hamburger bestellt und habe 15 Minuten warten müssen. Gäste, die nach mir kamen und deutlich mehr bestellt haben, sind vor mir dran gekommen. Bin daher zu der Mitarbeiterin gegangen und habe nachgefragt ob ich vergessen wurde. Ihre Antwort war ein patziges Nein. Doch 1 Minute später war mein Burger dann fertig. Also wohl eher doch vergessen... Ansonsten ist der McDonald wie jeder andere auch. Gut finde ich die Anzeigetafel auf denen nochmal die Ankunft und Abfahrt der folgenden Züge steht mit einer kurzen Einschätzung, ob es noch reicht für einen kurzen Imbiss beim Mc. Negativ ist, dass das WC im Mcdonals geschlossen ist (obwohl es eines hat!) und auf das kostenpflichtige WC in der Bahnhofshalle verweist, das pro Toilettengang einen Euro verlangt. Daher kann ich nur 3 Sterne geben.

die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr dunkel gewählt, es war im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen sehr dreckig, es gibt keine Toiletten im Restaurant, hierfür muss man dies verlassen und in den Bahnhof raus. Essen und Service waren wie gewohnt ok aber wollte hier jetzt nicht nochmal hin.

Der wohl widerlichste, unfreundlichste und dreckigste Laden, den ich seit langem erlebt habe. - Die Hälfte der Bestellterminals defekt. - viele Artikel nicht verfügbar. - Essen vor Ort: Man bekommt kein Tablett sondern die Sachen in Mitnehmtüten auf den schmutzigen Tisch geknallt. Somit muss man auf den schmutzigen Tischen auch noch ohne Unterlage essen. - Burger "lieblos" in die Box geknallt, Reihenfolge der Zutaten stimmt nicht. - Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, sprechen / verstehen kein Deutsch - gleicher Mitarbeiter, der "serviert" bearbeite - ohne Hände zu Waschen - auch Müll.

Nr 1 Service unter aller würde nacht 15 minuten warten an der Kasse um zu bezahlen keine Reaktion nach mehrmals fragen dann deutsch Kenntnis absolut schlecht keine richtige Verständigung möglich da der Service gebrochen deutsch spricht. Küche sieht aus wie sau überall essen auf dem Boden wie auch überall Fett auf dem Boden, absolut verdreckt der Laden, das Personal ist ungepflegt kann kein richtiges deutsch und ist unfreundlich werde das WKD einschalten das das mal kontrollieren sollen

Ein Mc Donald direkt im Hauptbahnhof, für einen McDonald ist diese Filiale recht groß. Das Essen ist das übliche. In letzter Zeit ist der Service deutlich besser geworden. Ein junger Mann bringt wenn erwünscht das Tabet an den Tisch. Wenn man fertig ist wird das Tablet auch abgeräumt, und wenn es gerade passt gibt es sogar noch Kleinigkeiten geschenkt. Und wie mal ein Mann gesagt hat, eine Tomatenscheibe ist es egal ob sie auf einem Burger liegt oder auf einem Salat. Sie ist immer gleich gesund. Das einzige was nicht so gut ist, ist der Standort der Toiletten. Die befinden sich nähmlich erst gegenüber im Bahnhof.

Ein relativ großer McDonald's im Karlsruher Hauptbahnhof mit den üblichen Fast Food Angeboten. Sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Personal war freundlich und ganz schön "fix" und relativ gelassen, obwohl "ganz schön was los war". Habe über Selbstbedienung-Terminal bestellt und nicht lange warten müssen. Man kann sich allerdings die Bestellungen auch an den Platz bringen lassen. Alles in allem und wer Fast Food mag, schon eine Empfehlung wert. P.S. Keine Toiletten oder Waschgelegenheiten. Da muß man schon in die Bahnhofshalle in die Öffentlichen ......

Mein Menü beim Mitarbeiter bestellt, Zettel bekommen mit Hinweis Nummer steht auf Bildschirm wenn fertig. Nach 20min mal gefragt wann es fertig sei, dann stand es schon auf Theke ohne Aufruf , dass alte System ging war viel besser und schneller

Ich bin öfter hier wenn ich längere Umstiegszeiten am Hauptbahnhof habe. Leider dauert hier alles viel zu lange für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant. Aus meinen Erfahrungen kann sagen, dass man bei einer Bestellung zum Mitnehmen mindestens 15 min, bei einer Bestellung zum dort essen 20 min einplanen - egal ob man einen Burger oder etwas aus dem McCafe bestellt. Auch bekommt man nie so viele Monopoly-Sticker wie beworben wird. Bei einen Grande Kaffee bekomme ich mal Sticker, mal nicht. Double Hamburger Royal TS bekommen eigentlich auch Sticker, bei mir nicht. So auch der Orangensaft. Hier wird scheinbar willkürlich entschieden, wer Sticker bekommt und wer nicht. Sobald die DB Lounge im Hbf öffnet, sieht mich der McDonald’s hier nicht mehr so schnell.

Ein großer Mc Donalds innerhallb des Bahnhofs hat viel Personal, dass auch bei großem Andrang zügig die Bestellungen abarbeitet. Der RöstiBurger könnte etwas wärmer sein, der Salat frischer, die Curlyfries waren ok.

Ich habe online bestellt hab dann die Hälfte der Bestellung falsch bekommen und als ich der Kassiererin das sagte und zeigte meinte sie nur sehr frech ich liege falsch und das das so stimmt wie sie das macht …. Naja war es nicht
