I think it's more of a shame that Burger King Wedel is closing. This is absolutely incomprehensible. I've never had a bad experience there. The food was always fresh and tasty, the staff was always nice and friendly and the shop was always clean and tidy. Wedel needs Burger King. Not everyone likes McDonald's. Please don't close the store. My friends and colleagues were always regular customers there. It's also not nice for the employees to simply be transferred somewhere else. Please think again.

Why should this beautiful restaurant disappear from Wedel? We are very happy with Burger King Wedel. Things always run smoothly here, we receive great service and everyone is very friendly. I'm not prepared to drive to Osdorf or Tornesch. And yes Not at all in competition with the M! Please support its continued existence! Thank you

Hi, we have been regular guests since the branch opened and have built up a very friendly and warm relationship with the employees and the restaurant manager, which we owe primarily to our daughter. We are very sad to learn from the entire team that she are closing this branch and hope that with this heartfelt letter from our family they will reconsider their plan and not move to Osdorf. Only Citizen King and McDonald's in the immediate vicinity work, that's how they set up the system. We don't want our Burger King From Wedel goes but stays but stays. Delicious food and good location

Very tragic that this restaurant will be closing on 7/1/24. The nearest BK is too far away.

Waited 40 minutes for 4 people in front of us and 20 minutes for a normal order. And that on a rather empty Sunday evening. Food otherwise okay but still a shame to wait 1 hour for a fast food restaurant.

Trust always Burger King Bock bad

It feels like it's hardly visited. Now i know why. I had to drive in 20! Waiting minutes for my order. There were people walking around in the kitchen area who obviously didn't belong there. I took one bite of my order and discarded the rest because it just didn't taste typical like I know it from other branches. There was also some trash on the floor behind the counter. Never again BK Wedel.

Workers are pretty rude but food was alright

First entry 2 weeks ago and addendum from today, at the end: I don't know what was "going on" yesterday... my 'junior burger' was missing the tartar sauce and it tasted spicy... as if jalapeños had been swapped for cucumbers . The Big King was ok though. Staff didn't smile. 'I'm full...' (3 stars only for the Big King). (May 11th) - I would have liked to get something today, it was on the corner. But due to the last experience, I distanced myself. This is how you lose customers! WHAT IS THAT... : Resolution = a Whopper Jr.! Something's missing. Just like the Big King: there was only 1 patty on it. That's not possible! Now it's finally over, this last chance of mine was also "wasted". (04/20/2024)

We were in this branch for the second time and were really impressed again. The food was freshly prepared, which is why it isn't quite as "almost", but it's perfectly fine if it's perfectly fresh! We were welcomed in the most friendly and personable manner by the employee (wearing round, frameless glasses). During the cashier there was an incident technical errors during the payment process. This didn't bother the employee and she called the internal technical hotline. She also “reassured” us that our order was already being prepared despite everything (great communication!). During the phone call, which she conducted in a goal-oriented manner, she took additional orders at the same time. You could tell that she multi-tasked and always had an overview. A big compliment to the employee! Burger King can be really proud to have such an employee on their team! The branch is very well maintained and the food was again excellently prepared. We particularly like the huge selection of plant-based products. Almost every burger is also available in a vegetarian version. McD can learn a lot from this.

The food gives you bad diarrhea

Saturday lunchtime 12:30 p.m. I was the only guest. Burgers were freshly prepared but were only lukewarm when eaten in the restaurant. The fries were fresh and hot. The restaurant was super clean and tidy.

The employees were very unfriendly and only spoke very poor German, which made communication much more difficult. This resulted in a frustrating wait and marred the entire dining experience. It is unfortunate to see such shortcomings in an established company like Burger King. Burger King in Wedel ist nicht überfüllt. Großer Vorteil, denn die Pommes & Burger werden ganz frisch zubereitet und sind dadurch echt heiß und lecker

Mein absoluter lieblings Burger King im Kreis Pinneberg direkt vor den Toren Hamburgs. Mega nette und sehr kompetente Bedienung, alles sauber und das Essen kommt schnell und entspricht den Burger King Standard so wie es sein soll. Sehr saubere Toiletten und eine tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Ein klasse Team, was ich in mein Herz geschlossen habe.

Essen ist in Ordnung, geht mittlerweile auch zügig. Das Problem, dass ich immer mal wieder auf fehlende Bestandteile in meiner fertigen Bestellung hinweisen muss, hatte ich jetzt auch schon länger nicht mehr. Lediglich das Erscheinungsbild und die Qualifikation des einen oder anderen bei der Bestellannahme sind verbesserungswürdig.

Mega netter Kassierer und war sehr lecker und heiß. Ging sehr schnell und waren alle sehr freundlich. Würde es immer weiter empfehlen.

Burger mindestens zwei Stunden alt, in der Mikrowelle heiß gemacht!! Einfach ungenießbar! Wenig Besucher und noch ca. 50 fertige Burger. Dort werde ich wohl nie wieder hingehen.

Bei meinem ersten Besuch im Drive in bediente mich eine sehr unfreundliche und wortkarge Mitarbeiterin. Es wurde ein Menü bestellt. Es wurde weder nach einem Getränkewunsch noch nach Soßen zu den Beilagen gefragt. Nach etlicher Wartezeit wurde uns die fertige Bestellung ohne ein Wort in die Hand gegeben und das Fenster zugeknallt. Ein Burger fehlte, es wurde irgendeine Soße mit rein gelegt, die nicht bestellt war und es gab eine Cola anstelle einer Fanta. Die Mitarbeiterin reagierte auf klopfen am Fenster nicht, um die Bestellung zu korrigieren. Als ich zum zweiten Mal durch den Drive in fuhr, war wieder ein sehr langsamer Mitarbeiter am Schalter, der aber stets bemüht mit der Bestellung war. Wieder nach langer Wartezeit fehlte trotz allem zum Menü die Beilagen Pommes, die mit abgerechnet wurden. Und ein kleines Getränk fehlte zusätzlich. In Zukunft werde ich diesen Burger King in Wedel nicht mehr besuchen, weil bei jedem Besuch, sei es im Laden oder im Drive in, unfreundliche, überforderte Mitarbeiter sind oder es jedes Mal Probleme bei der Bestellung gibt.

Noch NIE habe ich solch ein Burger King gesehen! Ich stimme der Vorgängerin zu! Der Service war sehr langsam und sehr unfreundlich! In dem Laden will man überhaupt nicht Essen! Ich fahre lieber nach Hamburg rein, um dort ein Burger King zu besuchen, anstatt meine Füße in den Laden zusetzen! Eindeutig Daumen runter!
