McDonald's in Hamm

How should I describe the food at MC.D, well, it used to be better. Service, Ulala, they should improve the atmosphere. I dropped my cup at the table and told them that the drink was on the floor. No interest there and then they asked me if they wanted the cup filled and I said sure, they wanted another €4.60. I just spilled 500ml, cheeky, any other shop would have filled it up for free. They want to earn customers, not scare them away. That was the last time I was here, never again.

Relatively clean...but there were a few tables where you could see the daily menu. The staff was friendly, and the menu was as usual.

On every(!) visit I've made so far, the ice cream machine has been out of order :( Otherwise, there have been long waits because there aren't enough staff for the number of customers.

What a disgusting place. Nothing decent, some of the food is cold, and the burgers don't have proper salad and taste bad.

I've been here three times in a year: Burger - DerM is always delicious. French fries are also top notch.

Rude and rude staff. Poor customer service. They told me to hurry up to the counter because the person was moving too slowly. They literally said, "Come on, hurry up." I thought I was hearing things. It was really rude. The manager was standing right there. I wasn't affected, but I felt sorry for the person. What's wrong with these people? I understand it can be busy there. But this is just not acceptable!!!

Toilets downstairs. You need to turn on the left inside. Of course you need to pay. For disabled is upstairs.

The redhead in glasses is a boor, I don't recommend it, the toilet at the gas station stinks, and the parking lot is filthy and stinks all over.

The hygiene is hazardous to health and the statements of the employees are unconstitutional

Wir wollten heute den 03.05.2025 um 17:45 Uhr an der Raststätte bei Mc Donalds bestellen. Vor uns standen noch andere Kunden und hinter uns auch. Als wir dann an der Reihe waren und bestellen wollten, sah der Mitarbeiter uns an und sagte, dass sie wohl nun schließen… 1. was sind das für Schließzeiten an einem Samstag? Im Internet steht, dass bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sei & vorallem hört man nicht mitten in der Schlange auf die Gäste zu bedienen sondern nimmt diese noch an bevor man dann um so eine frühe Zeit schließt. Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten der Mitarbeiter. Wahrscheinlich wird hier geöffnet und geschlossen wann es einem gefällt.

20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers is really a disaster. This is not fast food! Still nice employees.

Super nice MC Donals, rarely seen one like this. The boss served us himself, very friendly and tidy. He even went to the warehouse to see if there were any Minecraft figures left for the Happy Meal.

I'm just waiting for nuggets for over 10 minutes while a friend ordered nuggets after me and got it before me! Much too small a shop with only 2 overcrowded ordering terminals, definitely not recommended. It's better to keep driving until the next one, it's worth it!

The food was disgusting. When I bit into the burger, it had a horrible aftertaste. 12 euros were gone. When I looked at the meat, it was rotten and strange. I'll never go there again.

Service is very bad. Amex is not accepted and the employee just laughs about it. The ordering terminals and two monitors at the counter are out of order and the speed leaves something to be desired. Ok, hunger is pushing it...

Warm and good food, next time I'm passing through I will definitely stop by, I recommend it :)

McDonald's already has a ridiculous plant-based offering, but not even McPlant here. So off to BurgerKing, it tastes better there anyway.

not good food when you go there, that the burger is full of lumps of flour and you don't want to replace it

Order machines very slow. The employees aren't exactly friendly. But the food was fresh and tasty, the seating area outside and inside was clean.

Order machines don't work, service isn't good either, no hello and thank you, no smile. At least have a good appetite. In addition, priority will be given to others who are known to the employee. You stand in line and that means others are pushing ahead.

They only made half an mc flurry

The food was good and it was served very quickly. Portions could be bigger.

I've never had to wait as long for food at McDonald's as I did here - even though there wasn't much going on. Burger was very carelessly prepared. Then it's better to go directly next door to the North Sea.

Very good and tasty food, but close very early for a McDonald's rest stop.

Not a McPlant but looked nice. Bill and Tom Kaulitz would be disappointed.

After a long time a McDonald with very good and friendly service. The colleague at the issue/order desk really had fun and enjoyed her work. Very nice, I would like to stop here again.

Ich habe das smart menue cheeseburger & chickenburger gekauft und ganz ehrlich: es war wirklich unterirdisch. Keinen einzigen Punkt wert (geht ja leider nicht). Bun, dazwischen mickeriges patty und 8 Minikrümel Zwiebeln festgeklebt mit einem Ausrutscher Ketchup an Gummikäse; der chickenburger "glänzte" alternativ mit etwas schärferer roter "soße" und definitiv zusammengebasteltem Fleischdings. Das dürfte nicht als Essen bezeichnet werden. Für mich: niemals wieder.

Just like McDonalds is. So mostly good. McCrispy was cool but the sauce didn't taste good at all. It tastes like wasabi that has gone bad... but McCrispy without sauce.

We thought we would finally eat something. The rest stop came in very handy. Simply order at the terminal and get our food quickly. Had plenty of space to sit.

Sehr lustiges Team, angeführt von Jens mit einer humorvollen Art undweise, gute Stimmung im gesamten Team, interessante Raststätte /Location mit offenem Konzept. Das Essen ist halt McDonald's, sollte bekannt sein. Wurde schnell und frisch hergestellt.

Sehr schönes McDonald’s zum rasten ideal auch Nordsee und Balzaccoffee ist innen drin. Draußen wie auch innen sehr schönes Ambiente. Auch kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder ist hier vorhanden. Nebenan befindet sich noch eine Unterkunft für die jenigen die eventuell noch etwas sich ausruhen möchten.

Halbe Stunde Wartezeit muss man mit rechnen.. geht gar nicht, für ein schnell Restaurant..

Schlichtweg das laute, schmierende Publikum ist ein Abzug

Das beste an der Raststätte war Frau Rose, die hat sich um alles gekümmert und war zu und super freundlich

Es waren leider sehr lange Wartezeiten verbunden mit falscher Bestellung. Im Happy meal wollten wir ein anderes Spielzeug und statt einem Milchshake wurde uns eine Cola untergejubelt. Leider alles in allem keine schöne Erfahrung.

Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben, aber das Essen.... Servicekräfte hinter der Theke total überfordert und das McFlury hatte nichts mit Eis zu tun eher mit Wasser

Wie kann ein McDonald's Restaurant an einer viel befahrenden Autobahn erst um 10:00 öffnen? Merkwürdig denn die Gastronomie darum herum hat geöffnet 🤷‍♂️

Alles eigentlich OK. Aber leider meine Royal TS vergessen. Bei dem schnellen Hunger natürlich besonders ärgerlich!

Der beste Mc Donalds den ich je besucht habe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und vorbildlich. Der Restaurantleiter ist der Wahnsinn und macht wahrlich eine Party mit den Gästen und sorgt für Unterhaltung mit permanent guter Laune. Man erinnert sich sogar noch an die Kunden, die zuletzt vor einem Jahr zu Besuch gewesen sind. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort zu speisen. Wir sind restlos zufrieden.

Typischer Autobahn-McD. Nix besonderes aber auch nichts zu meckern.

Zuviel Ketchup auf den Burgern und der Eiskaffee wurde ordentlich mit Eiswürfeln verdünnt.

Mehrere Plätze zum Verweilen und es waren zwei Kassen auf und man muss nicht lange warten.

Ich mag die Verkäufer dort. Die scherzen immer mit meinen Kindern. Ansonsten ist es halt eine McDonalds Filiale
