McDonald's: sometimes you're in the mood for it, but you usually regret it afterwards. However, I would like to mention the extremely friendly employees I encountered at this branch!

McDonald's... You know what you're getting... even if you're hungry again an hour later 😁

Beware of rip-offs! Always pack too little. Be sure to check that everything that was ordered is there.

The food was as I remembered, although poorly presented. Burger halves were stuck crookedly with the cheese. Service was quick, but without motivation. I didn't like the atmosphere or the ordering columns. Had someone there who knew their stuff. Personally, I prefer talking to people.

Everything that is in the other comments is correct. Great cold food, whether burgers or fries. Really dirty and the service was unhygienic. Felt like I was in a gutter and no McDonalds. I can advise you against traveling and eating.

After almost 30 minutes, the order was only processed upon request. Burger lukewarm, fries missing once. Garbage on the floor everywhere, tray carts totally overflowing, dirty tables. Disaster!

Got cold and partially frozen fries even though crispy chips were ordered. Burgers were only lukewarm and in individual pieces in the package. The only positive thing was the relatively quick preparation of 5-10 minutes. It's better to try everything when the bags are handed over instead of getting upset about frozen fries in the car 3 minutes later. You have to know.

McDonald's on Werler Straße..... Communication between customer and employee leaves a lot to be desired. However, the employees are very goodwill, great.

As soon as it gets a little full, parts of the order are forgotten or you get something different than what was ordered.

We drove through the drive, the employee at the first counter was nice. What should definitely be mentioned positively is that there was a drinking straw with the Fanta! But that was about it as far as positive things were concerned. My girlfriend and I's food was carelessly prepared, the meat on my burger was far too dry and the curly fries were totally soft. One of the worst McDonald's branches I've ever been to!

When I visit this McDonald's, it's only through the drive-thru. The waiting time is short to acceptable. The food is McDonalds, like everywhere else. Unfortunately, it has happened repeatedly recently that parts of the order were forgotten. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. So unfortunately I have to rate the service negatively.

Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald's was disappointing. I ordered a large latte macchiato with oat milk, but only received a regular one. The waitress was also unfriendly and wore a jacket, which didn't leave a professional impression. Another negative point: the Monopoly stickers had already been removed, which is unacceptable as they are part of the promotion. Overall very poor service today.

If you order twice for €60 you can expect it to be delivered warm. It wasn't the driver's fault, he could drive in Formula 1 as he came into the yard. Just lousy performance. Happy New Year!!!

McDonald's as you know it - food and service are fine and orders are ready quickly. However, the parking situation is really problematic. Spaces are often at a premium and entrances and exits are narrow, making parking difficult, especially at peak times. That could really be improved.

Unfortunately, once again the order was incomplete. (Applies to drive-in) Food topic: Burgers are simply thrown together and fall apart when you look at them. Other branches do it better.

Update November 3rd, 2024: And yet another failure, pre-ordered via the app, picked up at the drive-thru, luckily noticed during acceptance that the children's books weren't there. We were handed them over, but unfortunately we didn't pay attention to what they were. Of course both were wrong despite the selection in the app, but what do I expect. As a "compensation" this time the whole family had a lot of digestive problems, both kids were sick and we also had a pretty restless night due to stomach pain and nausea, everyone can imagine the rest for themselves...

This branch is simply catastrophic!! Staff not even able to pronounce the order numbers correctly. Very simple orders - regularly incorrect contents in the bags (2 double cheeseburgers + 1 chicken burger) (you then have 3 chicken burgers in the bag) Burgers are basically cold. So 1-2 times can accept something like that. But now it's enough. I'd rather drive 4 km further to the next restaurant. And invest my money more wisely.

Recently ordered from the competition. Once again something was missing when ordering from McDonald's today. And here too something was missing from the order. Either I'm the only one unlucky, or there's a method. I will simply order from my regular pizzaria again in the future and give these burger shops a wide berth.

Location Hamm Werler street. Of course, not everything is included when ordering with the app. Then we called and they were only semi-intelligent that we could go back and get the things. Well, it's my second visit after the renovation. It's more curiosity than craving for fast food. It is in the eye of the beholder or in this case the taste of the eater or consumer. Make your own impression and let the customer know. Have fun being curious about what there is in the world.

Preferably no star! Constant problems paying with Paypal etc! I almost didn't get my food because apparently the bill didn't come even though everything was paid..... A reasonably competent employee had to come so that I could get my food. The employees lack any knowledge of German or math, which is not exactly an advantage. Unfortunately, when you drive through the drive, you have to expect that an employee who is working there on his very first day will do everything wrong because he is completely alone at the first counter!! Is there no more training period??? When I worked there 30 years ago, initially you were ONLY allowed to work in the kitchen with several colleagues. Should definitely be reintroduced!!!

Unfortunately I can hardly give any stars here. The food and service have really deteriorated. Some of the fries are undercooked and taste really sticky. With Big Mäc, the lettuce is spread around the burger and not on top of it. The drink was already running down the outside of the cup. Of course, when you picked up the cup, everything was already sticky because of the sweet drink. All in all, not as recommendable as it once was.

One of the slowest branches in the area. Constantly changing staff and also unfriendly. Exceptions prove the rule, but they usually disappear quickly. Orders are 90% incorrect and incomplete. This is simply incredible. Nobody answers the phone

I would prefer not to give a star for the rude treatment by the incompetent employees here. If you want to be insulted and made fun of, you've come to the right place! Something was always missing from three deliveries, and the last one never arrived at all. Conclusion: rarely experienced such a bad McDonald's, sad actually!

40 minutes of waiting for one chickenburger...

We were at the drive in the evening and there was a cockroach in our fries. We called and the phone was simply hung up in our face by rude employees

Not that great. Orders are often wrong or something is missing. Staff don't understand a lot of what you say to them and some burgers taste like they were left somewhere for hours to be warmed up at the last minute. It used to be better, it's no longer true and it's unhealthy anyway.

Everything happened very quickly, as it should. I emphasize this because I have had to wait over 15-20 minutes several times in other branches, even though they were empty. It was tidy and clean. There were 2 trays on the cart and they were immediately removed. I know that differently too. There are then 6 full trolleys there and you can't dispose of your rubbish and the employees didn't want to. Everything seems to be ok here in Hamm. Friendly, clean as it should be.

During my visit, I only went to the drive-thru and only ordered two strawberry milkshakes. The taste of the milkshake has not changed since it was introduced.
