Everything is pretty good so far, except for the toilets, which have to be used.

Very bad service, and I also think their foreman is a real bum, the question would be how would she be employed there

McDonald's as you know it - food and service are fine and orders are ready quickly. However, the parking situation is really problematic. Spaces are often at a premium and entrances and exits are narrow, making parking difficult, especially at peak times. That could really be improved.

Unfortunately, once again the order was incomplete. (Applies to drive-in) Food topic: Burgers are simply thrown together and fall apart when you look at them. Other branches do it better.

Like everywhere else when you go to eat at the Golden Seagull 😅

The food as always, i.e. if you take the food with you, everything is ok. If you want to eat on site: Very crowded. Extremely dirty: food leftovers everywhere Never again.

Check your order immediately after acceptance, regardless of whether you go through the drive-thru or are delivered. I don't know whether it's part of the business model or whether there's just chaos in the workforce, but basically at least one or two burgers, nuggets or even a Happy Meal are missing... Update March 22, 2024: Today it was that time again, after we hadn't ordered anything there for a long time, we wanted to try it again and were once again not disappointed, this time the nuggets were missing, but at least the sauce was there... Update November 3rd, 2024: And yet another failure, pre-ordered via the app, picked up at the drive-thru, luckily noticed during acceptance that the children's books weren't there. We were handed them over, but unfortunately we didn't pay attention to what they were. Of course both were wrong despite the selection in the app, but what do I expect. As a "compensation" this time the whole family had a lot of digestive problems, both kids were sick and we also had a pretty restless night due to stomach pain and nausea, everyone can imagine the rest for themselves...

This branch is simply catastrophic!! Staff not even able to pronounce the order numbers correctly. Very simple orders - regularly incorrect contents in the bags (2 double cheeseburgers + 1 chicken burger) (you then have 3 chicken burgers in the bag) Burgers are basically cold. So 1-2 times can accept something like that. But now it's enough. I'd rather drive 4 km further to the next restaurant. And invest my money more wisely.

Recently ordered from the competition. Once again something was missing when ordering from McDonald's today. And here too something was missing from the order. Either I'm the only one unlucky, or there's a method. I will simply order from my regular pizzaria again in the future and give these burger shops a wide berth.

Nice staff, but often not very competent. Something gets forgotten sometimes...

Unfortunately the toilets were terribly dirty. Unfortunately there is no cleaning lady to clean in between.

I don't give it a star 🌟 because I'm really disappointed 😞 with the food. I don't know if it's normal to eat food cold, whether it's fries, hamburgers or chicken nuggets. Whether mine, my husband's and even my granddaughter's, it was cold. Even after complaining, it was cold too. Well, maybe it has to be that way....

Food like in every McD. However, the waiting board worked poorly and didn't show the current list. Restaurant was normally clean, nothing bad but not super tidy either. The order came quickly, but 1-2 parts were missing and the sauce was mixed up.

Ordered 3 times in a row via Lieferando, got a confirmation that it was now being prepared... 1 hour later I got the message "order canceled" and that 3 times in a row... are you just so tired of your job or what? In addition, when the food arrives it is cold and half of it is missing. I don't understand how there are so many complaints here and nothing is happening? I hope they are all fired, even with all my heart

Location Hamm Werler street. Of course, not everything is included when ordering with the app. Then we called and they were only semi-intelligent that we could go back and get the things. But the fact that you spend who knows what time, that you waste gas for nothing and that you had sad children didn't matter. What a disastrous load. I can't understand the setting. Sad. You should think about it.

Well, it's my second visit after the renovation. It's more curiosity than craving for fast food. It is in the eye of the beholder or in this case the taste of the eater or consumer. Make your own impression and let the customer know. Have fun being curious about what there is in the world.

Preferably no star! Constant problems paying with Paypal etc! I almost didn't get my food because apparently the bill didn't come even though everything was paid..... A reasonably competent employee had to come so that I could get my food. The employees lack any knowledge of German or math, which is not exactly an advantage. Among other things, a lack of concentration at work! Talk about private topics IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS WHO ARE WAITING TO PAY. IMPOSSIBLE THE STORE!

Very long waiting time. Cold burgers, fresh fries. A plus for the man who constantly keeps the tables clean.

Unfortunately, when you drive through the drive, you have to expect that an employee who is working there on his very first day will do everything wrong because he is completely alone at the first counter!! Is there no more training period??? When I worked there 30 years ago, initially you were ONLY allowed to work in the kitchen with several colleagues. Should definitely be reintroduced!!!

McDonalds insists that food that is not sold after 10 minutes must be thrown away! Not here - customers are served cozy and cold food! Never again!!! The cockroaches in the reviews here speak volumes!

Unfortunately I can hardly give any stars here. The food and service have really deteriorated. Some of the fries are undercooked and taste really sticky. With Big Mäc, the lettuce is spread around the burger and not on top of it. The drink was already running down the outside of the cup. Of course, when you picked up the cup, everything was already sticky because of the sweet drink. All in all, not as recommendable as it once was.

I would prefer not to give a star for the rude treatment by the incompetent employees here. If you want to be insulted and made fun of, you've come to the right place! Something was always missing from three deliveries, and the last one never arrived at all. Conclusion: rarely experienced such a bad McDonald's, sad actually!

One of the slowest branches in the area. Constantly changing staff and also unfriendly. Exceptions prove the rule, but they usually disappear quickly. Orders are 90% incorrect and incomplete. This is simply incredible. Nobody answers the phone

40 minutes of waiting for one chickenburger...

We were at the drive in the evening and there was a cockroach in our fries. We called and the phone was simply hung up in our face by rude employees

I waited 20 minutes for my BASIC order. At the end I was told that there was no reason to wait long, just ask. And at home I discover a fried cockroach :) thanks :) I called and said so and they hung up on me :))) A FRIED COCKROACH

Already received cold food several times. The restaurant itself is neither inviting nor clean. Also it is very loud. Constant beeping (lieferando?!) and the numbers are constantly being shouted throughout the store. Complaints, conversations, etc. are rather difficult due to the employees' lack of language skills.

Since Tharan is no longer there, it is no longer what it used to be. Never come back.

McDonald’s, where supervisors should pay attention to the service and the food preparation process. Change your approach to improve your rating. We waited too long to order and not all the dishes we ordered and paid for were served. After a complaint, the missing dish was added to the order. The fries were tasteless, unsalted and undercooked. The cola didn't really resemble cola. Only one napkin was provided for two people. The only positive thing that can be mentioned is the atmosphere in the restaurant. Will I visit this place again? Ambience nice and clean. Since self-service customers were introduced, service has hardly been any more, but then it has been friendly.

You have to order at the machine. But it works well. Toilet clean but smelly.

Not that great. Orders are often wrong or something is missing. Staff don't understand a lot of what you say to them and some burgers taste like they were left somewhere for hours to be warmed up at the last minute. It used to be better, it's no longer true and it's unhealthy anyway.

Everything happened very quickly, as it should. I emphasize this because I have had to wait over 15-20 minutes several times in other branches, even though they were empty. It was tidy and clean. There were 2 trays on the cart and they were immediately removed. I know that differently too. There are then 6 full trolleys there and you can't dispose of your rubbish and the employees didn't want to. Everything seems to be ok here in Hamm. Friendly, clean as it should be.

The staff doesn't speak German, the food was delivered incorrectly twice and the standard of hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Can't recommend anyone eating here unless you're no longer attached to your life.

During my visit, I only went to the drive-thru and only ordered two strawberry milkshakes. The taste of the milkshake has not changed since it was introduced.

The new Bic Mac sauce is so disgusting. Smells funny and tastes totally different than the old one. Can be completely forgotten. Never again. I tried it again after 2 years or so. No thanks

Ordered Big Tasty without bacon a week ago. Arrived, there was a note “without bacon” on it. However, there was bacon on the burger. I don't eat pork. A week later, same game. Bacon in the burger again, this time even bitten into, it was hidden nice and deep. I think there are probably employees there who have something against Muslims or something like that. This really can't be a coincidence. The owner probably has absolutely nothing under control there. Incidentally, the complaint was also sent to McDonald's headquarters. I won't accept that.

Two stars just because the service was okay. The food was a disaster hamburger and cold fries. Usually things like that come back to me. But my sugar level was so low that I had to eat something. Never again.

We ordered for 6 people (4 of them children) at the terminal. We love these. We used table service. After about 25 minutes we were puzzled as to why we weren't getting anything. We asked and lo and behold, we were forgotten. They told us they would hurry up now. When the food was brought to us, half of the order was still missing. And a shake was wrong. We had to go to the counter several times and laboriously collect everything that was missing. Finally, the little one noticed that his toy was missing. That was very annoying. At least the staff apologized for the inconvenience.

Bestellt über Terminale, 15 min gewartet, mein Mann fragt nach, Antworte: „müssen sie warten“, nach 5 min auf der Anzeige: Essen abholbereit, aber nix, Bestellung ist noch nicht mal angefangen worden, nach weiteren 15 min warten und immer noch kein Essen. Haben dann unser Geld zurück verlangt. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein!!!

It was okay for a fast food restaurant.

The dirtiest MC Donald's I've ever seen. The service was overwhelmed... behind the counter there were leftover food and cutlery everywhere that had fallen down during the day. I don't understand why someone didn't sweep something up in the 25 minutes we waited there. We then canceled the ordering process and went to McDonald's in Rhynern at the rest stop. A completely different feeling

Just got a Caramel Frappuccino with no taste at all. The most you could say is that it tastes like watery milk. Paid €4 for this. From now on I will really never come to you again.

Seen this way, it is a completely normal and very descriptive McDonald's. The only drawback is the toilet. It stinks as soon as you enter the anteroom. And clean is something else too.

Food quality and service as it should be at McDonald's. Unfortunately, the guests all left their leftovers behind and the men's toilet smelled very strongly of urine. Really a shame.

Totally overcrowded and totally overwhelmed staff. I waited in line at the personal service counter only to be directed to the self-service terminals and line up again. A personal order is not possible. Absolutely ridiculous and customer unfriendly! We won't eat there anymore.

Incompetent employees can't get anything done

Sick of how bad a store can be, they don't even answer the phone because they probably know that you're only calling with criticism. I order nuggets, I don't get any sauce, it just wasn't packed, then I just make a burger, half of the bread is somewhere else, there's no point in this place going bankrupt And eating tastes disgusting

Since the new boss came in, the cleanliness and speed have decreased significantly. It is also questionable that the boss only seems to hire people of the same background.

You eat something and are no longer hungry. Calling the mush food is an insult to the word. I still go there every now and then because it quickly relieves hunger. Anyone who goes there voluntarily shouldn't complain, so 3 points for service and ambience. As long as the first item queries "food", it remains at 1 *

Joa..Eine MC Donalds Filiale eben..Das Essen und der Service sind okay..Das MC-Cafe,kann ich leider nicht so empfehlen.. zumindestens nicht,wenn man Wert auf sauberes Besteck legt..

Hatte zwei Cheeseburger, beide kalt und einer sah aus als wäre er vom Vortag die Qualität der Bürger ist ja nie sehr gut aber zumindestens warm sollten sie sein.

Als das Essen nach 20 Minuten da war fehlte die Hälfte Dann haben wir es noch mit Kaffee versucht Wartezeit 30 Minuten für einen Kaffee Wahnsinn

Der McFlurry wurde nicht durch gemischt, die Buger sind kalt und katastrophal durcheinander belegt.

Tische waren nicht sauber,man musste erstmal einen so halbwegs sauberen Tisch finden,und dort auf den Sitzen waren auch noch Essensreste,hinzu kommt noch das, das bestellte Essen kalt war,dieses wurde dann zurück gegeben. Anschliessend wurde Ersatz gebracht mit 3 Servietten umpackt,dann stellte ich mir die Frage was für ein Aufwand???Denn diese Burger waren genauso kalt,ich war sehr sehr verärgert darüber,muss ich denn bei einem Smart Menü davon ausgehen das man es kalt serviert bekommt????Ich mag es überhaupt nicht wenn das Essen kalt ist.

Leider fehlen immer wieder Dinge bei den Bestellungen. Manchmal hat man nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, manchmal welche die man gar nicht versteht und manchmal welche die den Anschein machen, dass die gar kein Bock haben zu arbeiten... An sich ist das Restaurant offen gestaltet, hell, das Ambiente ist ganz nett, man kann dort schon gut sitzen und in Ruhe essen.

Service unterirdisch. Bestellt über Lieferando. Erst wird was vergessen, beim Anruf wird erklärt dass man anrufen soll beim nächsten mal und dann kommt es mit. Wenn man dann aber anruft, schon keiner ran geht und dann auch noch das Telefon ausgestellt wird, dann reicht‘s.

Für Familien mit Kindern ideal Spielplatz klein aber schön.

Ich finde die Einrichtung richtig einladend. Die Zubereitung der Bestellung hat schnell geklappt und auch der Tischservice war zuverlässig Wenn Couponzeit ist komme ich immer wieder gern!

Soweit ok, Tische und Stühle könnten durchaus mal gereinigt werden. Wir hatten sogar 2x in Folge im ersten Anlauf die komplette Bestullung ohne fehlende Artikel ... abegesehen vom fehlenden Käse auf dem Cheeseburgern🤷‍♂️
