The staff tries hard. On some tables there are still trays or leftovers from the previous guests' food. Parking lots available. Good location. Opposite the airport. Particularly good when there are events there like the airport festival. The staff at Burger King on Dortmunder Straße are friendlier (I have to say). There is also more attention paid to cleanliness. P

So, I'm aware that I'm ordering from a fast food chain! And it's also clear to me that I can't expect a 3 star menu 🤷 It's just fast food, greasy and good 😅. But hey delivery time 1.5 hours......... .... Everything is cold....... And the worst damn thing, I called 4 times for 3 minutes each time .... and no one answered the phone ..... Sorry customers respect ( I'm not talking about service, just respect) equals 0!!! Unbelievable... This company makes billions 🤨🙄

The 2 burgers were cold and so bulky wrapped in paper that you had to check whether it was even a burger. The fries were also cold. Taste was just like fat. You then have to pay over €25 for this. Cheeky. I've never seen anything so carelessly put together. Then I went to the restaurant to complain about the things. I noticed the tables in the restaurant that were overflowing with trash. A lot of things became clear to me then. I'd rather make the burgers myself in the future. Update: After another visit, in my personal opinion, it got even worse. Half a salad stalk on the burger. Cheese wasn't even melted and was cold. It tasted nothing at all. Every snack bar does this better. I won't be coming back!

Well, I really enjoy eating there, but when you hire staff, they should have some knowledge of the products and not wake people up to something you don't want and don't understand. By far the slowest Burger King I've ever seen.

So let's be honest, they have improved so much that I can really say, perfect, damn good burgers, extremely well prepared and they look like in the picture, fries, drinks are great ✌️ everything has become extremely tasty, even if they are a little more expensive As MCs it's worth it and also 1000 times better than McDonald's because at least the burgers here look like they're supposed to. mega

You were only allowed to sit downstairs. There was only one toilet that was incredibly dirty. Nothing in these fast food joints is good enough to make you go there again

Total disaster! Tables dirty and floor full of leftover food. There was a guy walking around in the kitchen area with long hair without a net. Really never again!!

Such rubbish was eating as always... It was the last time I was there... Even the cola tastes like dishwashing liquid... If I have a stomach ache afterwards there will be consequences for everyone... One of the nastiest Burger Kings I've ever been to. So if you've been here, every other Burger King seems like a star restaurant 😅 You come in, it's dark, uncomfortable and the seats are dirty. You wait a long time for your food, but at least you think that's why it's fresh... well, the burgers were cold, the cheese didn't even melt and I wouldn't have preferred to look at the patty... - it looked absolutely unappetizing, but I got it Of course I still ate it because I paid for it 🫣 If you happen to be in Hamm, definitely save yourself a visit there and go to the restaurant at the airport opposite. Lavish, tasty portions and extremely nice staff 😊

I wasn't there because of Drive In. But I can say that the service was very friendly, I had to wait because everything was freshly made. 👍 Everything tasted great 😊👍 I would be happy to do it again

All in all a good fast food restaurant. Fully satisfied our expectations. I think unisex toilets are a good idea when there is little space available.

Boy boy is it dirty there, far too few staff, cold fries and the place was really extremely dirty. If you don't know the counter people, it's difficult to get to them...people come in and are served immediately and others stand and wait. There's no way anyone will see me there again.

Food is clear - fast food, which is known. However, the store is simply dirty. The drinks machines stank and were sticky and there was overflowing rubbish. This impression was created as soon as you entered the restaurant, as everything is right in the entrance area. The service was sloppy, not to us, but to other guests who apparently didn't like it (party-loving young people).

There is systematic fraud here when you pick it up in the store Almost every time there was at least one missing ingredient. In order to make a complaint about defects, the telephone will be consistent disregarded, so that you either give up or do another one Sometimes I have to make my way to the store. So check all the goods you have paid for on site every time.

Gute Auswahl an vegetarischen Burger

Essen war typisches BK Essen. Mussten extrem lange warten (~20 Minuten). Total dreckig und versiffter Laden.

Solide. Am WE leider nicht immer eine Wohlfühl-Oase aufgrund des gemischten Publikums, aber zumindest auch kein gefährlicher Ort ;)

Extrem kalt im Laden . Alle saßen mit aufgesetzten Kapuzen und Handschuhen beim Essen. Extrem ungemütlich.

Es könnte Sauberer sein. Trotz wenig Betrieb alles Kassen geschlossen,somit muß man an den Terminals bestellen. Mach ich grundsätzlich nicht,bin dann durch den Drive In gefahren Nächstes Mal geht's gleich zum goldenen M.

Burger nicht schlecht etwas zu kalt dafür daß es relativ voll war. Leider keine Servietten nachgefüllt,sonst aber OK.

Haben bestellt und fehlt ein Burger an sich nicht schlimm aber wenn man versucht anzurufen bekommt man keinen Kontakt. Vor allem es Klingelt und Klingelt und Klingelt aber abheben tut da niemand.

Ich gehe hier einmal bewusst nicht auf das Essen ein, vielmehr auf das Ambiente und die Kundschaft. Ab 18 Uhr nur noch Halbstarke die herum rennen als sei es deren Gebäude und sich vorkommen als wären sie der "King". Testosteron wird überschattet von zu viel Deo. Es ist laut und wie bei einem Kindergeburtstag der außer Kontrolle ist. Vor Ort also nicht zu empfehlen (zumindest ab 18 Uhr) 🫤

Schon wieder Pflanzen Nuggets bekommen obwohl eindeutig Chicken Nuggets bestellt wurden.

Ich war heute Mal wieder bei dem Burger King aus meiner Kindheit und muss sagen, er hat sich sehr verändert, leider ins Negative! Wieso ich das so sage, ist ganz einfach. Weil, es damals noch ein Kinderspielplatz gab. Was es jetzt nicht mehr gibt. In dem Restaurant halten sich viele Jugendliche und eher weniger Kinder auf und das finde ich richtig blöd. Aber jetzt kommen wir zu meinem Essen, dem Service und zu der Ambiente. Dem Essen habe ich 2 Sterne gegeben, weil die Tomaten, der Salat und das Brötchen etwas verwelkt waren und ich das Gefühl hatte, dass ich ein Burger von vor ein paar mehreren Stunden bekommen habe. Die Pommes waren lauwarm (schon fast Kalt) und schmeckten wie Halb Rohe Kartoffelstangen. Mein Getränk war sehr Köstlich, aber die Eiswürfel darin schmeckten nach Verdorbenes oder leicht vergiftetes Wasser. Ich kann es nicht genau beschreiben, deswegen, wenn ihr eure Meinung dazu abgeben wollt, dann tut es und sagt, was ihr zu dem Geschmack der Eiswürfel denkt. Ich hatte nicht Mal die Sprite leer, dann kamen schon die ersten Übelkeit Symptome. Und ich hatte nicht viel gegessen! Jetzt kommt der Service. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr eingespielt in dem System, aber sie haben sich während der Arbeitszeit mit Kumpels unterhalten und das finde ich total asozial. Denn dadurch bekommen andere Kollegen mehr Arbeit und kommen, dann nicht mehr ihren eigentlichen Aufgaben hinterher. Die Ambiente ist toll, es sieht modern aus, total anders von innen, aber wie schon gesagt, eher nach Jugendtreff. Gesamtergebnis: Man kann da hinfahren, würde ich jetzt aber nicht mehr machen wollen. Das finde ich schade 😔 Ich hoffe, ihr könnt was mit dieser Rezension anfangen.

Wir haben drive in genutzt, leider war es wohl ausgerechnet an diesem Sonntagabend sehr voll und das Personal überfordert. Um an das Fenster zu kommen dauerte es schon 20 min. um an die Bestellung zu kommen nochmal eine halbe Stunde. Die Küche war wohl unterbesetzt und und konnte die Bestellungen nicht schnell abarbeiten.

Schließt schon um 0:30 die türen

Truppe vor Ort so langsam dass es gruselig ist. Einen Tag ohne Schlange am Drive gibt es nicht. Mehrere Autos die flott abgearbeitet werden? Pustekuchen.

Essen wird teurer und immer kleiner Pommes zu viel Salz

Leider waren die Tische äußerst klebrig. Auch wurde uns auf Nachfrage kein Beleg gegeben.

Die Renovierung des laden war ein Reinfall. Man könnte meinen den Besitzer ist mitten in der Renovierung das Geld ausgegangen. Kann man kaum beschreiben. Müll. Tabletts gibt es nicht mehr und über all fliegen die Tüten rum. Der Laden hat stark nach gelassen.

Es ist halt eine Burger King Filiale. Die Angestellten hatten keine Lust, die Innenräume waren dreckig, die Toiletten fast alle defekt und das Essen war kalt.

Super sauberer Laden. Nette Mitarbeiter und auch immer frische Burger . Nur zum empfehlen

Der Laden wirkt sehr schön nach dem Umbau. Essen war frisch und heiß und die Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Bei meinen letzten zwei Besuchen waren die Tische leider sehr verdreckt, obwohl sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt wenig Gäste hier aufhielten. Die drei Mitarbeiter quatschen hinter der Theke. In der Zeit, hätte man mal über die Tische wischen können.

Lieferzeiten mega lang essen schon Kalt die Cola hat gefehlt genauso wie die Pommes ans Telefon geht auch keiner Nochmal bestelle ich nicht von dort sehr schade ☹️
