I don't understand how your employees are constantly incompetent at handling reorders properly, yet again they get the burger as it is, even though they should have just put the patty on a dry bun. Sorry for the comment, but some of the employees have no brains or can't read.

The store has its air conditioning on in mid-October, with an outside temperature of 7°C. You can only eat there if you're wearing a jacket. The staff is completely overwhelmed, the food is misplaced and cold. People in their privates are milling around behind the counter, using the ice cream and soda machines. On top of that, the store is absolutely filthy.

The employees are weird and throw food around. My friends always go first, then me, even though I ordered in advance. The fries were blue and green. The tablets were dirty, too. The sauces were expired. The same goes for the tables, of course. Disrespectful treatment of customers. Never again

These days, you have to unpack the entire bag at the drive-thru to make sure nothing's missing. It makes you feel stupid! And yet something's always missing, literally ALWAYS! Paying for food but not getting it. And driving back again after opening the bag at home, no thanks!

I ordered 5 ice creams but unfortunately there were only 4.

I also ordered a single burger which was completely missing, so it was extremely bad. I didn't think it was good that 2 of 4 people are sitting here without food and all without the toy.

I ordered 3 King Junior meals for myself and my siblings. 2 orders were OK but the toy was missing, which made my siblings sad. For the other one we actually ordered a hamburger, but there was a cheeseburger in it, so my sister couldn't eat any of it and there were no toys in it. I ordered a crispy chicken burger for myself, which wasn't included, which is why I couldn't eat anything, so I spent 8 euros for nothing.

0 points! We were here for the first time today and that's enough for this life. Very long waits, the Coke from the self-service machine was undrinkable - much too sweet (the ratio must be set correctly!), burgers were cold, fries were OK. On top of that, I've never seen a BK so dirty in my life. The tables and floor were sticky, there was rubbish on the floor, and the tables were covered in trays and bags. It's a real shame, as I'm used to something different from BK. Head office should definitely put pressure on the franchisee. This branch is truly a worst example. I won't be spending any more money here. I wouldn't recommend it!

I waited 2 hours for my order. Nobody answers the phone, and when they do, they lie to me coldly (it said it would arrive in 10 minutes, but it was 2 hours). The burgers were ice cold and inedible, a waste of money. I'm not optimistic about the future of this Burger King store.

At the drive-thru, the display is broken, or rather, just an empty glass box. Hanging a sign would be too much work... I then drove to the counter. There were two cars ahead of me. After waiting 15 minutes, the unfriendly employee told me that I hadn't ordered anything and that she had seen it on camera. I asked why she hadn't told me if she had seen it. I would have liked to give 0 stars. I got very bad acute diarrhea because of the food. I am very robust when it comes to these things, but you topped everything. The citizens look disgusting, just like your cooking and way of working. Anyone who treats hygiene like that belongs in prison!

The food was a disaster: fries with old oil, cold and fried several times, and the burgers were fried several times, so the color was very dark and tasted old! Milkshakes are not recommended!!! Four, I assume EMPLOYEES, are chilling out their lives behind the counter and serving the guests at the same time. Smart sayings from the people in front of the counter, who are probably also employees. You couldn't really tell because everyone was wearing street clothes and no one had the usual BurgerKing dress code. Work is work and leisure is leisure. Unprofessional.

Terribly rude and unfriendly service!!!!!! As with all other reviews, I forgot 2 sauces at the checkout and asked in a friendly manner with a receipt and the staff reacted extremely unfriendly and then threw ketchup at me after a long discussion. Such personnel should be fired.

Very untidy. The alarm in the toilet was only responded to after 5 minutes, so that all guests were disturbed by the sound. The ordering computer doesn't work properly either, at least they still have a refill machine for the drinks.

The shop was completely trashed. The trash cans outside were overflowing. Because of this, the tables were full of garbage and leftover food.

On April 13th Ordered at the drive-thru around 4 p.m. A burger was forgotten - so I drove back another 4 km. On site they just said: “I put 2 Chilli Cheese”, but there were 3. After 5 minutes of waiting, I got an ice-cold burger with the comment “That’s just how it is” – and the employee simply continued talking to the next customer. The other burgers were also cold. Who likes cold fast food? Unfortunately no receipt was received, therefore no order number - but the experience speaks for itself. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this store. Many of the employees behave disrespectfully and often appear to be in a bad mood. Last night I was insulted in a racist manner by an employee. Because I was driving and currently suffering from the flu, I was a bit hoarse when I ordered - then the employee told me that my pronunciation was bad and that I should speak better German since I live in Germany. Who gives him the right to speak to me like that? I have dark skin and the employee even started telling me stories about black people - completely inappropriate and discriminatory. Such statements are not only rude, but simply racist. This wasn't the first time I've had a bad experience there. My order has often been incomplete, which I only noticed when I got home. I definitely won't visit this store again and can't recommend it to anyone.

What a shit shop... ordered via Lieferando. More than an hour after the specified time (over 2 hours in total) the driver finally came. Nobody can be reached by phone. And then another burger was forgotten. The food that was delivered was cold. Really pathetic. Never ordering there again.

The checkout employees Zhaklin and Milica were more than friendly and accommodating, even though I was a bit annoying, they remained very friendly and helpful. The food was prepared very quickly despite the large crowd. All in all a very good experience.

I think it's one of the dirtiest places I've ever seen. The service is very poor. There was no tray. There was a hair in the potato. They burned the dessert I ordered and didn't take it back. I think you should be careful when eating here.

The food is good as always. But after several takeout orders, I've been screwed at least every other time at this store. Either the employees there are illiterate or trained to cheat people. Because either something is missing or there is something wrong. You can continue to make fun of the people at the drive-in, they'll only notice it when they're gone. But making fun of customers in a restaurant is simply the last thing, because you constantly have to check and have discussions with the employees. Why don't you just put the goods on a tray and a bag with it so that you can see straight away what is included and what isn't, then you can unpack it again and check it save money. I hope there will be a change to this problem soon.

The Plant Based King Rib is the most ungodly thing I have ever been allowed to stuff into my shameful mouth. It's probably been on display for an hour, dry, rock-hard plant-based patty and drowned in BBQ sauce. Besides, fanta was all Plant based long chicken is still tough

Absolutely bad, ordered the menu plus onion rings, and didn't get any fries (eaten in the branch) discussed at the checkout, no success despite the receipt. I haven't come across something so stupid in a long time. The drinks machine is a disgrace when it comes to cleanliness. I will never visit this Burger King branch again.

It's a shame, I've rarely sat in a Burger King as uncomfortable as I did there. Maybe there was too much going on in the store at the time of my visit, I didn't get what I paid for and didn't want to complain about it because of the waiting time. The store actually makes a good impression from the outside, but the inside is very dark and therefore not inviting. It was also very cold in there with no doors open, so you were forced to put your jacket back on. Unfortunately only one drinks machine worked, so you had to queue and wait again. Because of these experiences, I will avoid the store in the future.

Well, better than the BK on Dortmunder Str. The burger was lukewarm, the fries tasted old and the resto was frosty cold. There was some kind of music playing, but it didn't match the music videos on the TV. The employees weren't wearing any BK clothing, then a cloud of checkers came in and argued loudly in Pidgeon about what "Much Allah" meant in any situation and whether anyone knew what halal meant. One of them started searching the tray cart for forgotten vouchers. Unfortunately upstairs was closed.

There are so many young people there who act like they're in kindergarten. You think dico would be there. Quiet eating is not possible. Employees leave something to be desired. A very lifeless and dark Burger King, the staff is very young and unfriendly and completely overwhelmed, very unpleasant, the food is thrown down rather than served, no thanks, no please, no nothing, as is the ambience, more reminiscent of a canteen than of a diner. Very disappointing visit to Burger King in Hamm We were there on November 3rd, 2024 at 1:15 a.m. and are more than disappointed. The food was only lukewarm, the taste was okay, but that was the only positive thing. Even though we had ordered “to eat here”, we received our food in a bag instead of on a tray - as if they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. There were also some people behind the counter who seemed like strangers who didn't seem to be part of the staff - everything seemed unstructured and unprofessional. The chairs were already put up, making you feel completely unwelcome and unwanted. The entire area was also dirty and the outside lights were turned off as if to ensure that no more guests would come. The restaurant officially closes at 2 a.m., but an hour beforehand it seemed like they were determined to keep customers away. Even the self-service beverage system was turned off and the other system wasn't working either. You get the feeling that nobody wants to work here - which is also reflected in the atmosphere. If this is the service that is offered then this will be my last visit to Burger King in Hamm. I really hope that something will change here soon. That was really an imposition and a real shame for the Burger King brand. Otherwise see photos and pictures for your own opinion.

The drinks machine is broken incredibly often! Individual drinks are out, not cold or cannot be served. Probably the worst BurgerKing in Europe.

Ordered at 8:06 p.m. and the food is still not there at 11 p.m. Why do you have a phone number? You don't answer it. You call 20 times and nobody answers it. These were the worst burgers I have ever eaten at Burger King. It was dirty, free tables covered in sauces and fries. Also very dirty from what you saw behind the counter. Food tried once and thrown away immediately. I'll never go there again. It's a shame to produce such food for the money.

Apparently the incentive has waned a lot recently. We had just picked something up and unfortunately found out at home that the shakes didn't taste like chocolate and strawberry, but rather mixed with all kinds of flavors. The chicken burger had probably been sizzled three times and was crispy and extra dark and dry just the way you like it. That's it for us now.
