Burger King Hamm in Hamm

Well, better than the BK on Dortmunder Str. The burger was lukewarm, the fries tasted old and the resto was frosty cold. There was some kind of music playing, but it didn't match the music videos on the TV. The employees weren't wearing any BK clothing, then a cloud of checkers came in and argued loudly in Pidgeon about what "Much Allah" meant in any situation and whether anyone knew what halal meant. One of them started searching the tray cart for forgotten vouchers. Unfortunately upstairs was closed.

Absolutely incompetent staff, don't even know what king deals are... that's no way to keep customers... Pathetic!!!

There are so many young people there who act like they're in kindergarten. You think dico would be there. Quiet eating is not possible. Employees leave a lot to be desired. The employees' clothes look like street clothes and are very unkempt. Everything is cold and unsightly, nothing is decorated there with any heart. I have never seen such a bad Burger King.

A very lifeless and dark Burger King, the staff is very young and unfriendly and completely overwhelmed, very unpleasant, the food is thrown down rather than served, no thanks, no please, no nothing, as is the ambience, more reminiscent of a canteen than of a diner. The parking lot is totally dark and there is only one toilet, for men and women, so it looks like a train station toilet and that's what it smells like... Not nice and never again!!!!!!! Never seen such an antisocial Burger King!!!!!!!!!! I've even been to Burger King at a train station and it definitely did better... Find new staff and do something about the facility...

Delivery was over an hour and a half late. A complete menu worth €15 was missing. The driver is also unfriendly and rude when you ask why it took so long. The incompetent driver doesn't accept a single call on a private number even though you called 50 times. Then there's the fact that the rest of the food was cold and disgusting. Just disrespectful. Something is missing from every order, so burgers are often forgotten or despite extra sauce you only get a small dollop. The orders are so often wrong that the employees told me I was intentionally placing the wrong order if I complained to get things for free, what's the point?!

The food is good as always. But after several takeout orders, I've been screwed at least every other time at this store. Either the employees there are illiterate or trained to cheat people. Because either something is missing or there is something wrong. You can continue to make fun of the people at the drive-in, they'll only notice it when they're gone. But making fun of customers in a restaurant is simply the last thing, because you have to constantly check and discuss things with the employees. Why don't you just put the goods on a tray and a bag with it so that you can see straight away what's included and what's not, then you can unpack it again and check it save money. Impossibly unclean everywhere, the tables were full of rubbish, the tables hadn't been wiped and the ground was full of rubbish. And it wasn't too crowded so it could have been cleaned up. The tray tray was almost empty

Very disappointing visit to Burger King in Hamm We were there on November 3rd, 2024 at 1:15 a.m. and are more than disappointed. The food was only lukewarm, the taste was okay, but that was the only positive thing. Even though we had ordered “to eat here”, we received our food in a bag instead of on a tray - as if they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. There were also some people behind the counter who seemed like strangers who didn't seem to be part of the staff - everything seemed unstructured and unprofessional. The chairs were already put up, making you feel completely unwelcome and unwanted. The entire area was also dirty and the outside lights were turned off as if to ensure that no more guests would come. The restaurant officially closes at 2 a.m., but an hour beforehand it seemed like they were determined to keep customers away. Even the self-service beverage system was turned off and the other system wasn't working either. You get the feeling that nobody wants to work here - which is also reflected in the atmosphere. If this is the service that is offered then this will be my last visit to Burger King in Hamm. I really hope that something will change here soon. That was really an imposition and a real shame for the Burger King brand. Otherwise see photos and pictures for your own opinion.

The drinks machine is broken incredibly often! Individual drinks are out, not cold or cannot be served. Probably the worst BurgerKing in Europe.

Service via Lieferando: almost 2 hours of waiting time, the salad in the burger was black, the ingredients I didn't want were still in there, the fries were almost cold

Ordered at 8:06 p.m. and the food is still not there at 11 p.m. Why do you have a phone number? You don't answer it. You call 20 times and nobody answers it. These were the worst burgers I have ever eaten at Burger King. It was dirty, free tables covered in sauces and fries. Also very dirty from what you saw behind the counter. Food tried once and thrown away immediately. I'll never go there again. It's a shame to produce such food for the money.

Apparently the incentive has waned a lot recently. We had just picked something up and unfortunately found out at home that the shakes didn't taste like chocolate and strawberry, but rather mixed with all kinds of flavors. The chicken burger had probably been sizzled three times and was crispy and extra dark and dry just the way you like it. That's it for us now.

The 2 burgers were cold and so bulky wrapped in paper that you had to check whether it was even a burger. The fries were also cold. Taste was just like fat. You then have to pay over €25 for this. Cheeky. I've never seen anything so carelessly put together. Then I went to the restaurant to complain about the things. I noticed the tables in the restaurant that were overflowing with trash. A lot of things became clear to me then. I'd rather make the burgers myself in the future. Update: After another visit, in my personal opinion, it got even worse. Half a salad stalk on the burger. Cheese wasn't even melted and was cold. It tasted nothing at all. Every snack bar does this better. I won't be coming back!

One of the nastiest Burger Kings I've ever been to. So if you've been here, every other Burger King seems like a star restaurant 😅 You come in, it's dark, uncomfortable and the seats are dirty. You wait a long time for your food, but at least you think that's why it's fresh... well, the burgers were cold, the cheese didn't even melt and I wouldn't have preferred to look at the patty... - it looked absolutely unappetizing, but I got it Of course I still ate it because I paid for it 🫣 If you happen to be in Hamm, definitely save yourself a visit there and go to the restaurant at the airport opposite. All in all a good fast food restaurant. Fully satisfied our expectations. I think unisex toilets are a good idea when there is little space available.

Essen war typisches BK Essen. Mussten extrem lange warten (~20 Minuten). Total dreckig und versiffter Laden.

Solide. Am WE leider nicht immer eine Wohlfühl-Oase aufgrund des gemischten Publikums, aber zumindest auch kein gefährlicher Ort ;)

Extrem kalt im Laden . Alle saßen mit aufgesetzten Kapuzen und Handschuhen beim Essen. Extrem ungemütlich.

Es könnte Sauberer sein. Trotz wenig Betrieb alles Kassen geschlossen,somit muß man an den Terminals bestellen. Mach ich grundsätzlich nicht,bin dann durch den Drive In gefahren Nächstes Mal geht's gleich zum goldenen M.

Burger nicht schlecht etwas zu kalt dafür daß es relativ voll war. Leider keine Servietten nachgefüllt,sonst aber OK.

Haben bestellt und fehlt ein Burger an sich nicht schlimm aber wenn man versucht anzurufen bekommt man keinen Kontakt. Vor allem es Klingelt und Klingelt und Klingelt aber abheben tut da niemand.
