“American Express” is written in bold when paying at the terminal, but it is not accepted. Laughable.

Ordered there several times in the last few weeks, 9 out of 10 orders are incorrect. Either a side dish that was deselected was still added, the fries were missing from the menu, or the wrong food was delivered. What's always interesting is that if the delivery is wrong, you never make a plus like one too many fries or too many burgers. Every time you pay more than what you get. Therefore, there is a strong suspicion of rip-off on a large scale. Sad.

Very slow service. I waited 25 minutes for a small order. Cutlets in burgers are fresh and not salted at all. Other food is also tasteless.

I've been waiting with my friends for our order for a good 2-3 hours and no one answers the phone when you call, something like that is really outrageous and that's on the topic of customer satisfaction and customer service 😡

There's no one there when the store is empty and they still don't manage to pack the order properly. Do they think it won't be noticeable if you get food and one person doesn't get anything? Never again -8 stars

I'm always quite happy here. So far I have only had positive experiences with the staff and the food. I can only recommend this branch. And when it comes to ordering time: whether inside or in the drive-thru, it takes a short to normal time. Unless it's Friday or Saturday evening when the hut is full. I don't come here very often, but I always enjoy it. Very good option for some quick tasty burgers.

Unfortunately the order was delayed and still incomplete. Of course no one could be reached by phone! Hungry, dissatisfied and unjustifiably poorer by €6.99...what a shame!

Disappointed again today. Really little works in this BK branch. Normally we don't even go there anymore because it takes forever, the staff is super unfriendly and sometimes incompetent. There's always something missing. Today we were spontaneously hungry and thought we'd try again. What happened. Half of the things no longer existed. The bucket looked great, unfortunately only in the advertising...we were missing nuggets and fries. So always check everything! Unfortunately we didn't check the bucket. And because unfortunately it wasn't the small version, it was a really disappointing €14. Never again...but really now.

Ordered and waited over 2 hours, food looked like a total loss and lukewarm....thank you never NEVER again, disgusting...the one star is only there because you have to click on something, just the very last one. ..

Burgers as usual. Service very(!) friendly and clean. What more could you want?

Absolutely bad for deliveries. They confirm a delivery time of 34 minutes and after over 60 minutes no one even answers the phone despite calling several times (20 times)!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolute Burger King to kick the habit. Their franchise license should be revoked, which damages the entire reputation of the chain.

Never again. Burger buns sticky. Fries tasted like fish and were lame. Off to the trash can. Where was the sauce on the wooper? Burgers all dry. Delivery time stated as 34 minutes. Arrival 1 hour 10 minutes. I tried again after a long time, unfortunately the quality has deteriorated.

Best of all, no star at all, the lady has zero interest in guests, prefers to spend all her time on her cell phone and never does live again, you really have to do something. I haven't seen anything like that in a long time

I rate fast food chains as long as they ask. Yesterday it wasn't that time again for weeks. Hunger and haste came together. Burger King was just on the side of the road. Left Burger King, hungry, went quickly. That's what the 3 points are for. But...this American restaurant culture is an insult to the word and I'm sorry...I refuse to call it food. Whether Turkish, Italian, Balkanese... I can get handmade food for 2 euros more. But as I said... I was there voluntarily and I achieved my goal.

The Burger King is good! The food is delicious and served quickly. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Sometimes the order processing could be a little more efficient, but overall a positive impression.

I bought 4 hamburgers here about an hour ago. I waited 40 minutes. Two of the burgers I bought were meat burgers and two were chicken burgers. However, they gave everyone chicken. I paid 40 euros and half of the ingredients are missing. The bread is terrible, the food is ice cold. I haven't gone back yet because I was in Bergkamen. I will come here tomorrow with the receipt and they will either refund me my money or I will go to a lawyer. You stole both my time and my money!!!

Toilet very unclean otherwise ok

The toilets are just so disgusting and they are all blocked to the brim with urine and piles. The employee in Brandenburg says he doesn't see it as a job and he doesn't care anyway because he has a staff toilet. So that's really disgusting. Burgerking just smells like a sewer.

If you order via Lieferando, the delivery time is simply increased from one hour to two hours. Then the food should come, the app says it was prepared and delivered. At the end of the song, no one answers the phone and the phone is switched off. Food that was ordered still hasn't arrived after 4 hours. If you don't feel like working, then close your dirty shop

Eating “normally”, . Generally very slow to put together (3* were completely forgotten because "smaller" orders are probably processed preferentially). Even though there really wasn't much going on, there was trash piling up everywhere because the tablet carts were already full. Only when there was more activity was the rubbish cleared away. In the future we will only visit BK outside of Hamm!

The Burger King branch on Dortmunder Strasse has slacked off a lot. When the order was taken on May 19, 2024 at around 7 p.m., you couldn't take the lady seriously because the colleague was constantly giggling while the order was being taken. On top of that, instead of a Bacon King, there was a wrong Plant Based Burger, it was our mistake to just check the number of burgers in the bag. Apparently you have to open each bag at the counter and check the order. For a chain of this size, this is absolute misconduct, urgent action needs to be taken by the branch manager or similar. Collect the money, but forget to pack some things, if you order a lot you don't have an overview and you can't check it on site because it is packed tightly... afterwards, when you get home, you realize what was forgotten... .even though I tell the people 2 or 3 times not to forget to pack anything, it's annoying that you're being ripped off... the problem is that it's not just one person packing things, but several people at the same time, that's why I'm totally pissed!!!

Hello, the size of the order is often stated incorrectly, you order a large menu and get a medium/small portion of potatoes, the same applies to the drinks.

Staff wear unhygienic clothing or walk in and out with their vests on, and you can smell the smell of cigarettes as you walk past. Hands are not washed either. We stood at the checkout for at least 15 minutes and weren't served because it was more important for them to discuss who got off work early. We then drove to the other Burger King (:

I ordered plant based menus at the drive in, I got 2 burgers too few, then I went back and pointed it out again, I then got another 2 burgers that were supposedly plant based. After checking in the car, they weren't plant-based burgers, so they went back to the country and then the whole procedure again. The burgers had all gotten cold from the long wait. NEVER AGAIN Burger King

Went there to eat today, burgers were also prepared quickly. I have to say that there wasn't much going on. All in all it was fine. However, we discovered that almost all the tables were dirty and sticky from the soft drinks, and of course the floor was also sticky. There definitely needs to be an improvement.

By far the worst Burger King I've been to. The employees are totally unfriendly and unprofessional. Even though there are no customers, you have to wait forever for your food. And then it's bad too. There's a guy there who makes me wonder what he's doing there? The guy picks up cigarette butts on the floor and smokes them and then he sweeps up the Burger King. Looks more like a homeless person sweeping there for a little food. I don't have anything against it, but he comes to our table and clears away even though we haven't finished eating yet. I'll never go to this disgusting store again.

Every time an order is missing or the order is accepted incorrectly. No wonder if only children who have no experience work there. The waiting times are terrible. By far the worst Burger King in the country. The crowning glory is the bum who is there every evening and thinks he is the employee and touches all my things from the order and ruins my appetite.

After a long time, we went out to eat with the family at Burger King again and it was a complete disappointment. The food was cold and therefore inedible... but that wasn't even the worst part. The way the staff treats the customers is anything but acceptable. After the fries and burgers were all served cold, I went to the front to ask if this was normal and I won't forget the answer I got to that question for a long time. Instead of listening to me sensibly and addressing my problem, they said, "It's not the way they cook at home." Even when I tried to explain my problem and said that I was aware that the food at Burger King cannot be the same as it would be at home, she kept repeating this statement. I didn't get a reasonable answer and went back to my seat disappointed and angry... At the end the branch manager came to our table again and then explained to us sensibly why the food was cold. You would probably no longer be able to store the food warm, which is why the cheese on the burgers would no longer melt. Even though we liked the burgers with melted cheese better, I was grateful to be able to get a reasonable explanation at the end. But this employee should definitely work on her behavior!

Absolutely incompetent staff. Slow, listless and unfriendly. The entire “Shisha Bar clientele” works there. If you put half-strong Dilaras and Mehmets in the store who have never heard of responsibility and work ethic, then something like this will come out. The other reviews speak for themselves. The food is also inedible in most cases. Coupons are skillfully ignored. Sometimes too much money is debited. Just an absolute disaster. It's really a mystery to me that the franchisee allows this to happen. I also don't understand why the parent company doesn't close the place down or point out the defects to the franchisee. But now I'll skilfully write down and complain about the snot shop.

I go there just to get coffee and each time I have to wait 15 minutes for two coffees. There are new staff at work. I understand, but people need to be trained properly because they don't even know what a sweetener is.

Old burgers are reheated here. Tested several times and the same thing every time, I only got a fresh burger when asked. All employees were very unmotivated except for one young woman who was very nice. Grade 6 Update 03.03.24 after years I went to test it again and I'm sticking with grade 6... The employees forgot half of the order, the Fanta was non-carbonated and tasted like water... ultimately the Fanta was yellow but that wasn't even the case completely filled... the fries ice cold and when I say cold then I mean cold... the employee who didn't serve could at least speak German... But he was too stupid to take an order. SORRY IT WAS THE LAST TIME.

Give the term "fast food restaurant" a completely different meaning. It was completely empty except for one car at the drive-in serving window and I drove straight to the ordering column. I waited there for 10 minutes without anyone trying to take an order. But it wasn't that there was no one there, because from my car I could see the counter clerk talking to the driver of the car standing at the window the whole time. Then I didn't feel like it anymore and left very quickly.

This branch is the reason why I will never set foot in a Burger King store again. It feels like every second order at the drive-thru is missing a part of the order, apparently you don't have to be able to count to three or the whole thing happens on purpose. I could understand it if it happened sometimes, but here it happens almost every time. I've known this branch for 15 years or even a little longer and it's always been like that, I've been there and complained to the management, but apparently something like that doesn't work, which for me can only mean and confirms my suspicions that it's... It happened purely on purpose.. now I'm fed up with being ripped off and will never enter this dirty shop again or any more.

Disgusting and unfriendly!!! Actually you should give 0 stars. My XtraLongChiliCheese made me sick to my stomach. This has never happened to me before. The meat was undercooked and smelled strange! I actually spit out the bites and it still disgusts me! In the store itself you could see a prime example of how overwhelmed people can be. Complete chaos, dirty and uncoordinated. The icing on the cake was the lady behind the counter who bullied almost everyone about who had which order, etc. In a tone of voice - I've never experienced anything like that. I'm going to avoid all branches for now because just thinking about the burger makes me sick again. Definitely a case for a next report!!!

Toilette war ziemlich Dreckig! Dafür das wir nicht lange warten mussten aufs Essen, war das Essen nicht frisch und hat nicht geschmeckt. Hatte nach dem Essen sooo extreme Bauchschmerzen & Magenschmerzen! Das muss mus mit dem Essen was zu tun gehabt haben!! Also es war ein sehr schlimmes Erlebnis!!

Burger waren i.O. Geht besser....aber auch definitiv schlechter. So Fast war das Food zwar nicht, aber annehmbar. Parkplatz bei Starkregen wie ein Teich... Sauberkeit OK mit Luft nach oben

Seit dem Umbau wird es immer schlimmer. Die beiden Damen an der Drive-in in Kasse wissen gar nicht mehr, wie ein Drive-in funktioniert. Nach einer Wartezeit von 10 Minuten an der Bestellaufnahme bin ich zum Schalter vorgefahren und da hat mir die Dame gesagt, dass ich hier nicht bestellen kann! Und ich hab mich noch gewundert, warum der Kunde 2 Autos vor mir, nach ewig langem Warten, ohne Essen, das Drive-in verlassen hat. So geb ich dem Laden wirklich nicht mehr lange. Heute hat die Bestellung mal prima funktioniert, nur hat es immer noch über 10 Minuten gedauert, bis ich meinen Whopper bekommen habe und das obwohl nur 3 Autos vor mir standen.

Wir wollten uns heute am Drive in ein paar Burger kaufen. Leider kam es nicht dazu, nach gut 4 Minuten sind wir wieder gefahren, der Mitarbeiter ging sich lieber mehrmals durch die Haare und quatschte am Fenster mit anderen Personen, wie eine Bestellung an zu nehmen. Nicht nochmal

Leider dauert es viel zu Lange bis das Essen kommt . Dabei dachte ich Fast Food und Drive sind ein Konzept wo es schnell gehen soll. Ich habe dieser Filiale mehrere Male die Gelegenheit gegeben und daher in den letzten 2 Jahren alle Monate mal aufgesucht. Es ändert sich nicht , wird nicht besser. Am besten schließen! Die Qualität des Personals lässt ebenso zu wünschen übrig. Der Serviceraum hat immer einen Beigeschmack als ob nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Ich weiß nicht ob hier die HCCP Standards eingehalten werden. Das war es mit Burger King in Herringen . Ich hatte mich auch schon früher beschwert . Es bringt nichts. Ich war vor 1 Woche unter der Woche Abends dort . Da ich wusste das eine Bestellung nichts bringt habe ich mir einen Cafe und mein Begleiter ebenfalls ein Café und dazu noch einen Brownie bestellt. Bin mir nicht ganz sicher. Nach 20 Minuten sind wir gegangen. Ohne Cafe. Den hatten wir dann auf. Unsere Zahl erschien am Monitor aber na ja . Nebenan zur Tanke rein raus mit Cafe weiter Richtung Autobahn. Das System funktioniert hier einfach nicht. Zu wenig Personal . Sehr schlechte Einarbeitung !!!!! Hier müssen die Mitarbeiter eingearbeitet werden . Das Thema mit dem Terminals ist ja wieder was anderes. So ein Blödsinn. Das geschieht den Franchisenehmer richtig. Investiert in das Falsche System und lässt sich ausbeuten mit Umbau, Terminal , Lieferung. Aufwachen . Ihr super schlauen. Man investiert nicht in so ein System und wenn doch macht es richtig. Mitarbeiter einarbeiten , Personal aufstocken , System anwenden . Wo anders geht es doch auch. Ich weiß das ich Nie wieder dahin gehe . Einfach kapituliert . Ich hoffe der Laden macht zu. Von Burger bin ich eh weg. Spart euch das . Geht richtig Burger Essen. Gebt 3 Euro mehr aus und ihr bekommt einen echten Burger . 🍔 diese System Dinger bringen es einfach nicht. Leider .

Essen halt typisch Burger King, aber das Personal ist einfach leider nicht pfiffig genug. Bemüht, aber trotzdem fehlen fast immer Teile der Bestellungen (Drive-in). Bitte IMMER nachkontrollieren. Wenn was fehlt, ist das Personal auch ganz nett und das "Problem" wird auch behoben...

Musste der Dame (die der deutschen Sprache scheinbar NICHT mächtig ist) am Micro im drive in 3 mal sagen was ich möchte, warte mehr als 20 min im Auto um zuhause festellen zu müssen das komplett andere Burger eingepackt worden sind. Wenn eure Mitarbeiter unfähig sind und der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig, wieso werden dann keine da hin gestellt, die es können?! Letzte mal bei euch gefressen.

Manchmal recht langsam am Arbeiten u essen oft nur gerade warm gewesen...Geht aber auch manchmal alles schnell u heiß.Gleichzeitig schmeckt es auch besser...

Einfach gut bei M…. Ach Quatsch waren ja bei Burger King. Und vermutlich nicht zu letzten mal. Bestellung sind schnell gekommen, waren bei uns frisch und warm. Am besten finden wir die mit mit Extras dabei. Klasse. Auch die veganen Produkte schmecken.

Wollte nach über einem Jahr Abstinenz wieder einmal einen extra long chili cheese essen. War Vormittags und der Burger 🍔 war extrem schnell fertig. Die Patties sind wohl alle schon fertig gebraten gewesen und nur noch kurz im Konvektiomaten oder Mikrowelle erwärmt worden. Zumindest schmeckte es so. Das waren früher ( über 10 Jahre her ) immer meine absoluten Lieblingsburger. Muss ich wohl jetzt selbst herstellen 🤷

Was soll ich über Burger King Hamm sagen, am besten nichts. Cheeseburger die nach Alkohol schmecken, Getränke die warm sind und oder kein Sirup haben und deswegen nach Wasser schmecken. Man war ich früher überzeugter Burger King Fan, wo alles wirklich super geschmeckt hat. Jetzt schmeckt es immer schlechter und McDonald’s wird immer besser. Das Blatt wendet sich gerade, nicht gerade FÜR Burger King, eher FÜR McDonald’s.

Leider war der Laden sehr schmutzig. Alle Tablettwagen,mehr als voll. Toiletten dreckig. Tische dreckig und klebrig. Relativ wenig Kunden im Laden. Mit und insgesamt 6 Bestellungen. Mussten 25 Minuten warten. Nach Burger King Hamm werden wir definitiv nicht mehr fahren

Essen top gibt sogar noch Tomaten auf den Burgern. Personal sehr freundlich

War dort nur auf Toilette. Auf den Kaffee danach habe ich dann verzichtet . Toiletten sahen sauber aus aber: Tür ließ sich nicht verriegeln , Seifenspender OK jedoch kein Wasser oder etwas zum abtrocknen. Traurig bei dem ersten Eindruck. Sonst lasse ich dann immer etwas Geld da , so aber nicht.

Leider bei jedem Besuch sind die Toiletten immer Defekt und dreckig…

Geschmack ist nicht gut. Teilweise war das Essen schon kalt. Man bekommt schnell das Gefühl das keiner so richtig interessiert ist. Für mich absolut keine Empfehlung wert
