The burger tastes like shit, I'd rather eat cat food

Several times, items were forgotten in the order and/or different items were given out. I can't recommend it anymore.

Ordered takeaway food with a cheeseburger and liked the meat 👎

Horrible!!! I waited an hour for the order, I paid, but my order did not appear on the TV, I went to the staff and they said that they would solve the problem in 10 minutes, nothing changed. I do not recommend coming!!!

Dealing with customers simply impossible

There were only 19 of my 20 nuggets. My drink and two sauces were also forgotten. But I met the food checker.

At first I thought it wasn't very good, but when I went in I was wrong. It's very cool, the interior, the service, and the food are delicious!

I ordered food and it never arrived. Everyone is blaming everyone else. It's truly outrageous how they treat customers. Simply sad.

We just waited way too long because they forgot our order. 👍🏼•__•👍🏼

The employees are very unfriendly. The red-haired woman yelled at me just because I asked for something. She didn't bring my food for half an hour, so very, very unfriendly! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with children. My children were yelled at and got diarrhea. The red-haired grandmother said, "THERE'S REALLY NO MORE ALDO HERE!" Then I said, "I'll send you feedback," and she said, "WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME? SHOULD I GET THE MANAGER!" I'll never come here again!

The employee at the checkout was really nice and very friendly and accommodating.

Hello I was there today and they forgot half of my order

Food is now being delivered by regular bicycle without an electric motor. It's been freezing cold for the second time now, and I've had enough of this blatant behavior.

Ordered in the terminal. There were random numbers in the display so i kept on waiting for 20 minutes in front of the counter. When i reached out to a employee to ask where the h is my order he just blamed it on another one who might have pushed it out of the system thinking its done. Then the shiftleader came out and said that it can't be served since its an old order(20 min). 🤷🤦 finally after an arguement and getting little frustrated got my food with cold fries.

This comment isn't about the food, but about the incomprehensible service. Not to mention the staff standing right at the cash register, fooling around instead of serving the people waiting. They didn't give me two Coca-Colas. And when I spoke about the problem, they obviously expressed dissatisfaction, but then they returned my drinks anyway. But no apology, nothing, just dissatisfaction. He also took my receipt, as if I were cheating. They also didn't provide napkins or straws for drinks. My advice: Go somewhere else!

Food was tasty. As you know it from a McDonald's.

Worst experience in a long time. Starts when you order, table service is non-existent here. If you ask the employees about it, you will be ticked off... The order you receive is completely random and incorrect, it's a miracle that the number is correct, napkins don't exist, drinks are simply replaced with others, gifts for the HappyMeal or the MC menu are left out, if you talk to the staff, they assume that you have already received the gifts. We definitely won't come here anymore

Food great! Unfortunately we only got the wrong one, but after asking, this was possible. However, when we asked for a second spoon, this was denied!! Some employees are very unfriendly and gossip about customers in another language.

Food was warm and brought to the table quickly. The atmosphere is not very inviting and friendly. It wasn't necessarily the cleanest Mc either. The toilets in particular were in terrible condition.

Ordered online in the restaurant, entered the table number and had to wait around 10 minutes even though there was nothing going on in the restaurant. Food received 2 Bigmac lukewarm nuggets were fresh and fries as well, drink iced tea tasted a lot more like water... Syrup probably not enough in dosage, ambience is ok, staff friendly. However, there are other branches that are much better...

What happened here? Two customers, five employees, and I've just stood there for 15 minutes to pick up my cold food... No reaction from the employees... unbelievable... it used to be different

Hello, I ordered a cappuccino and a dark chocolate milk to take home for my girlfriend. When I received it, I thought to myself that one was a little lighter than the other (both size “grande”). When I got home, my partner asked me straight away if I had already drunk half of it, and we were surprised to check... I didn't drink half of it, I JUST GOT HALF! And for €5.40 when there was hardly anything going on, a real sign of poverty. Anyone who wants something from McDonald's would rather drive 5 minutes longer to Werneck where you won't be taken for a ride

Went there recently and had such a stomach ache afterwards. It's not good, it used to be much better

Unfortunately, the refill system for drinks has disappeared since the renovation. Too bad :( Cheeseburgers are also much more expensive than at McDonald's in other cities (€2.90). Edit: Since my review, the prices for cheeseburgers have actually gone down a bit! Unfortunately, the other menu items are still as expensive as before. There is also no refill station, where Burger King and KFC are clearly ahead.

The food is very limp and cold when you get it. Things were forgotten and damaged!

Worst McDonald's there is. I would throw this McDonalds in the trash. Send a delivery man up the Deutschhof with a bicycle. Given the gradient, it's no wonder it took 1.5 hours. Food was cold and would have looked neater in the blender.

Staff very friendly and accommodating

Coupon could not be scanned on the self-service order even though the product was there. I had to order without a coupon because the machine counted the coupon as used and the employee couldn't refund me the coupon even though the person had done so beforehand. Very dissatisfied

Food has deteriorated a lot, much smaller, I didn't even get the right burger

Seems to me to be a refuge for incompetent people. Employees just call out the number, a greeting and farewell is too much to ask. Often half of the order is missing. Is this Lebenshilfe 2.0?

I was in the McDrive from this branch 20 minutes before closing time and my experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that it can be inconvenient to work close to closing time, but I was there within opening hours and expected a professional service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. At first I wanted to order a McFlurry, but the employee said the machine was “broken”. It was obvious that this was not true and the machine had probably been cleaned ahead of time in order to close earlier. This is a clear lack of respect for customers. I then ordered a McMenu Der M MM and two additional plant-based burger patties (just the patties). I repeated this twice and confirmed with the employee that these were plant-based products. When I checked my order outside McDrive, I noticed that the burgers were not plant-based patties, but regular ones. I had to drive back to complain about the error. Although the employee exchanged the burgers, he showed an indifferent attitude, did not apologize and simply said: “Try it now”. As a vegetarian, I find this mistake extremely serious. Failure to follow specific orders can be problematic for people with ethical, religious, or health dietary needs. I hope that the service will be improved and that customers' concerns will be taken seriously. I cannot recommend this branch.

Went to McDrive and ordered 20 nuggets with sour cream menu with fries, mayo and a Caesar salad wrap. Had to wait and for what? NOTHING!!! Wrong wrap, instead of sour cream we got sweet and sour but instead we have tons of napkins!!! How can you NOT do something so simple right!!

I always enjoyed going to this branch. Unfortunately, I had to witness today how an employee was in the customer toilet and didn't wash his hands afterwards. Just disgusting 🤮. I won't go to McDonald's in the future if you can't even train employees properly on hygiene!!!

Was there forever yesterday. Absolute disaster. Fries cold and soggy. The rest was only lukewarm. Tables looked substandard. Apart from that, everything is gone by the time you go to the toilet. Anything but clean and it stinks. The only positive thing was the table delivery service.

It's a bit disgusting when there are dried cucumber slices on the wall in the toilet and the staff doesn't notice it when cleaning. If you pay in cash, you wait a long time until you are noticed, even though employees see you standing there. It's a shame - especially for the service

Oh my God! Attention, my review refers ONLY to McD's delivery offer via # Lieferando. Bad, worse, Schweinfurt?! Delivery time is probably an estimated guideline. Delivery incomplete! Delivery man: it couldn't be more dismotivated! Goods: can't I at least expect fresh goods given THAT outrageous surcharge? Sorry, but at a distance of 500m (as the crow flies), I personally would prefer that the food actually came after 30 minutes and was freshly prepared rather than after 12, soggy, mushy, lukewarm. Worth 5 minus stars!

Most people here are very nice and you usually get the food completely and correctly. But how can you not have air conditioning when it's almost 30°? Then, under these circumstances, telling me that I shouldn't drink my own water, even though my drink order hadn't arrived yet. Employees said that the boss didn't want to turn up the air conditioning. Great, then we won’t buy anything here anymore 😊.

Unclean, impersonal, poor service and the food was prepared by employees who obviously don't value hygiene when preparing food. Shouldn’t gloves be mandatory in system catering? What would the health department say about that?! One of the worst Mc branches ever....

Ordinary McDonald's. There is a possibility to eat outside or inside. There is a children's room. Toilets and tables were clean. You can pay by card and place an order yourself.

Nuggets just soft, fries felt like they were just thawed and served. Burger dripping with grease and everything disgusting. Cola had some kind of film on it as if it had dishwashing liquid in it. We won't come again and I don't recommend it to you either.

One star is already too many. The employees are not able to read an order correctly. This is now the second time that something was missing from my take-away order. I will no longer visit the store.

Just dirty MC D. The tables or floor were all totally dirty. Everything was stuck on the tables... there was rubbish on the floor under the tables and at the entrance. There wasn't much going on and there were enough employees!!! But that's already been criticized in all the previous reviews. The boss doesn't seem to be interested at all!

Ordered at 7:27 p.m., no delivery received until 9:52 p.m. Nobody can be reached by phone, but I received an email about how I liked the food. Excellent!

Staff very unfriendly and almost aggressive!!! Was served by an older lady, short haircut and glasses and regretted entering this shop. All the other young employees were very nice... and apologized for the woman's behavior.

Spacious, averagely clean McD. The food is usually very fresh and waiting times are reasonable. Not necessarily the best burgers in town, but a good place to go if you need a quick snack or coffee on the go after a busy day. Fits. Parking directly on site is of course unbeatable. The coupons in the app are “worth it”.

Leider ist immer wieder die Sprache ein Problem,man bemüht sich freundlich zu sein.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die kassiererinnen sind sehr nett der Ort an sich ist auch schön und ruhig und nur zum Empfehlen😍

You don't need anything else the staff is not aggressive.What else do you want and if u comlplane what's wrong with you ,let's say you order a vegan burger or something like that it will be worse than a normal Burger you still can order something else.(hopfely is helpful)

Ich habe den neuen vegetarischen Burger im Menü bestellt, den Käse und die Burgersoße abbestellt, so dass ich aus dem eigentlich vegetarischen Burger einen veganen gemacht habe. Bleibt halt nur Ketchup und Senf, wenn man diese aber verdoppelt, was leider extra kostet war der Burger dann ganz ok. Aber eigentlich für Veganer nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Zu wenig vegane Auswahl

Also die ganzen „coolen Gangs mit ihren Autos“ parken da unten und chillen… ich finde es gut dass der mecces am Wochenende bis 4 Uhr nachts geöffnet hat und essen ist an sich auch oke normal halt trotzdem bevorzuge ich den im Hafen vorallem auch weil durch diese vielen Bodenwellen ein tiefergelegtes Auto leicht Schwierigkeiten bekommt 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

Der Service war gänzlich überfordert mit 12 Kunden im Geschäft.Die Optik erinnert an ein Gefängnis,ganz besonders die Farbwahl und diese furchtbaren Trennwände. Deprimierend und nicht besonders gut schmeckend. Der Bacon in meinem BigMac TS Bacon war einfach nicht durch , die Gitterpommes natürlich kalt.Die Wartezeit für Fastfood definitiv zu lange. Früher gerne mit Freunden im McDonald's gechillt, mittlerweile einfach nur ein Trauerspiel.Komme dort definitiv nicht nochmal zum essen hin. Keine Interessanten Bürger zum probieren ,nur das Standart Angebot , wahlweise mit oder ohne doppelt "Fleisch" oder Bacon.

Es ist Fastfood, ja. Zumindest hat es immer für den Preis geschmeckt. Wir essen dort regelmäßig aber immer wieder werden wir vom Geschmack und der Qualität des Essens bei den letzten Besuchen enttäuscht. Zumal es eigentlich ja gleichbleibend sein sollte, da Franchise Unternehmen. Klimaanlage ist im Dauereinsatz, es ist oft sehr kalt im Innenbereich. Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Personal im Grunde freundlich allerdings sehr wortkarg wobei die Gründe dafür wahrscheinlich die mangelnde Sprachkenntnisse sind. Getränke sind oft ohne Kohlensäure und dass es nicht mal Papierstrohhalme gibt finden wir auch nicht so gut.

Standart McDonalds, Personal manchmal ein bisschen verplant aber an sich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen ist okay, Fastfood halt. Was mich bei allem McDonalds stört ist wie teuer das geworden ist. Selbst die Billigprodukte wie ein Cheeseburger sind einfach extrem teuer geworden. Leider lohnt sich es nicht mehr für das Essen so viel Geld aus zugeben. Parkplätze sind hier genug. Wurde auch umgestaltet und mir gefällt der cleane Look.

Der McDonald's hat enttäuscht. Service nicht freundlich, Chicken auf dem Burger halb roh und der Boden sah aus als wäre er eine Woche nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden
