Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich meine kleine Familie sind total begeistert 👍🫶kommen jetzt öfters zu euch ihr habt uns überzeugt

Essen Typisch BK, nur mit knusprigen Pommes👍🏻. Personal ist hier sehr freundlich. Es ist ein gut gepflegter und sauberer BK. Sonst Standard Ausstattung, leider sind alle mir bekannten BK nicht mehr so schön an Ambiente, wie es früher mal war.

Sie können berichten, dass nur ein Drive-in-Schalter geöffnet ist, der Restaurantbereich ist geschlossen! Jeder, der zu Fuß dorthin geht, wird vergeblich versuchen! Das Gebäude wird renoviert!

Ich war bei einem Ladestopp beim SC. Quasi um die Ecke ist der Burgerking. Da ich 5 Wochen lang nur gesund gegessen habe, war Zeit für was geiles ungesundes. Hab mir nach 10 Jahren Abstinenz einen fetten geilen Steakburger gegönnt. Der Burger war innerhalb weniger Minuten fertig und so RICHTIG passend für meine Stimmung. Danke BK Team!!!

Ist sehr gut warte Zeit Ned so lang

Die Getränkestation war schmutzig. Aus irgendeinem Grund wird kein Bargeld angenommen, man muss am Terminal bezahlen. Der Burger war alt, das Brötchen hart und schmeckte komisch. Die Chicken Nuggets schmeckten nach altem Speiseöl. Nicht gut.

Immer frisch zubereitet. Bester Burger King den ich kenne. Personal weitestgehend freundlich. Alles Sauber. Passt 👍😃

Die Restauntleitung hat sich geweigert meine Bestellung an der Bedientheke aufzunehmen. Auf meine Bitte wirde ich an die Automaten verwiesen. Als ich das nicht wollte, wurde mir ein schöner Tag gewünscht... Wenn das Service sein soll, läuft bei Burger King irgendwas falsch!

Essen und Mitarbeiter OK. Aber die Sauberkeit lässt auf den Toiletten sehr zu wünschen übrig!!!! Wenn jede Stunde geprüft wird, sollte es 10 Minuten nach der Unterschrift nicht so aussehen wie auf dem Bild! Da hat schon Tage/Wochenlang keiner mehr geputzt!!! Hab es auch mehrmals selber gesehen, wie geprüft wird. Tür auf, Liste unterschrieben und rückwärts wieder raus! Da wird nicht links oder rechts geschaut, in den einzelnen Toiletten schon gleich garnicht! Wie kann es sonst sein, das auf der behinderten Toilette seit 3 Monaten!! keine Seife mehr im Behälter ist!? Da bitte dringend nach bessern und genauer schauen und reinigen bzw. auffüllen! Daher auch nur 2 Sterne!

Ich gehe oft zu Burger King, aber wie heute war mein Burger noch nie nicht teilweise durchgebraten! Also, um es kurz zu machen: Du hast echt Glück.

Wirklich katastrophal im Drive. Das 3. mal in Folge nun einen Long Chicken mit Käse bestellt und weitere Burger. Das 3. mal Käse bezahlt, nach hause gefahren und wieder kein Käse auf dem Long Chicken….muss ich jedesmal die Burger vor Ort auspacken um zu kontrollieren ob Käse drauf ist????? Ist doch nicht so schwer…..

Ein typischer Burger King. Der MA hat schlechtes Deutsch gesprochen. Aber das Essen hat die Erwartungen an Burger King erfüllt

Ich komme einmal die Woche abends, Toiletten um 21 Uhr verschmutzt, auf der Kontolltafel das letze Mal um 18:30 Uhr angekreuzt, ich habe kürzlich beobachtet wie ein Mitarbeiter mit einem Lappen alle Tische abgewischt hat, das war nur noch Schmier , und der Fußboden vor den leeren Behältern kleb

Man kann dort gut essen, aber es liegt ziemlich abgelegen. Die Lage ist nicht optimal. Ich gehe nur dorthin, weil ich ein Auto habe und ab und zu durchfahre. Ansonsten würde ich wegen der Lage nicht hingehen.

Ich weiß nicht, woraus sie bestehen, aber immer wenn ich etwas von diesem Zweig zu mir nehme, kommt danach Flüssigkeit.

Esse frisch und lecker wie immer,leider Klebrige Tische und Boden

Leider ist es mir jetzt öfters mal passiert, das ich in meinem Essen Haare gefunden habe. Ich finde es Ultra wichtig bei der Zubereitung vom essen wenigstens ein haarnetz zu tragen.

Für Nachts um 23 , es reicht für einen Burger

Essen und Aussehen super lecker kann ich nur jeden empfehlen. Der Service leidet allerdings, wenn viel los ist und die Freundlichkeit des Personals darunter ebenfalls preiswerte Speiselokal aber der Besitzer sollte drüber nachdenken, eventuell zu den Stoßzeiten mehr Personal einzusetzen, um diese zu entlasten

Preisleistung stimmt leider gar nicht.King des Monats bestellt und dann einen Mini Burger und Mini Pommes bekommen.Getränke schmecken leider abgestanden null Kohlensäure drinnen.Wir werden nur noch zu Mc Donalds gehen.Da wird auch was von der Mehrwertsteuer an die Kunden weitergegeben!

Wiedermal pommes nicht in der Bestellung to go dabei, also so dumm kann man doch nicht sein das jede zweite Bestellung falsch ausgegeben wird .Das wars jetzt aber endgültig mit Burger King .

Hygiene ließ wirklich zu wünschen übrig, vor allem, wenn man mitbekommt, wie hinter der Theke gearbeitet wird. EDIT: Haben es heute am 02.02.26 erneut probiert. Der Mitarbeiter am Drive In war nur sehr schlecht verständlich und sehr, sehr, sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv. So schlecht würde ich noch nie in meinem Leben überhaupt bedient! Es ging soweit, daß es uns nicht möglich war eine vernünftige Bestellung aufzugeben. Wir sind dann direkt in das Restaurant gegangen, wo wir von einem anderen Mitarbeiter auch freundlich bedient wurden. Jedoch war auch hier erneut der Getränkespender wieder dreiviertel leer und es gab kaum Auswahl.

War kein Kunde mehr da trotz dem fast 20 mi. Gewartet auf 2 Burger.

Gerade (20.02.2026/12:11Uhr) 20er Chicken Nuggets, X-tra long Chili Cheese(mit Bacon) und 'ne mittlere Pommes bestellt. Bestellung erhalten, wieder ab auf die Arbeit, nur um dann zu merken dass ich NUR die 20er Nuggets bekommen hab...sozusagen gut 19€ für eine Packung 20er Nuggets bezahlt...ganz großes Kino...Nuggets sind auch latschig und waren kaum in der Fritteuse...

Burger wie immer und überall nicht warm und nicht mal lauwarm - super

Wir haben für über 60€ Essen geordert und wieder hat etwas gefehlt… Das kann doch echt nicht wahr sein. 10€ umsonst… ich habe keine Lust jedes Mal kontrollieren zu müssen, ob alles in den Tüten ist… es nervt wirklich….

Alles nur noch über Terminal bestellen, Personal auch nicht auf der Höhe, hier kommen wir nicht wieder hin !

Viel besser als der andere Burger King in Schweinfurt. Größere Portionen, mehr Soße in den Burgern und gut durchgegarte Pommes.

Drive-in etwas schwierig zu finden besonders in der Nacht, dachten schon wir wären Geisterfahrer Service war gut, Personal nett, barbecue sauce wurde leider vergessen

I just went there to get something to eat, including a King Fusions Smarties Strawberry. What I received was a small, three-quarters full cup of ice cream without any strawberry, something I unfortunately only noticed now that I'm home. The situation was as follows: An obviously new employee prepared the ice cream and filled it too full according to Burger King standards (no big deal, it happens to everyone). The shift manager (a shorter man, around 35, wearing his cap backwards) saw this, took the cup away, and set it aside to show him how it's "properly" done. I generally don't have a problem with repeating the process and explaining it to the employee, BUT; when you then receive a three-quarter full cup for €4.49, which is also missing the strawberry syrup, I find that almost outrageous. The five stars for service are solely and exclusively for the rest of the staff, who always do a great job, are very friendly, and have never shown any signs of being in a bad mood. I would perhaps send the gentleman described, who seems somewhat overwhelmed, to a management training course.

We ordered from the meal deal, but everything was charged separately. The fries were missing, as was the sour cream sauce for the lattice potatoes. It wasn't the first time something was missing. Never again, I'd rather go to McDonald's!

We've stopped here several times on our way to grab a bite to eat – the food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Everything is very fast. We'll continue to stop here whenever we're passing by.

Ordered the King of the Month takeaway. The garlic crispy chicken didn't taste fresh; the meat was tough and didn't have a good flavor.

Just a regular Burger King. It was quick despite being busy. It just feels a bit heavier in my stomach than it used to.

Have it your way, unless you order in Schweinfurt. Absolutely a crap shop, really. Plain burgers aren't available with a coupon?!?! There are fewer ingredients, meaning the burger costs less to make! Even if you're allergic, it's apparently tough luck here. Can I get the burger cheaper on the regular plain menu? No! Kick Rocks!

Everything is available and bookable in the app. Then, when we get there, we're sobered by disappointment. Everything's sold out... please rework your app. We're off to McColl's now. At least they have the stuff they're selling there, and they don't lie in the app.

Can't complain. Nice people who make an effort, and I always enjoy the food there. The interior is certainly a bit standard, but I don't think it's that bad. P.S.: I particularly like the large selection of drinks, especially various flavors of Coke Zero.

Bad service at the drive-thru! I ordered ketchup separately, and they didn't wrap it either... The sauce from the burger was supposed to come off, and it stayed on! It must have been a new one. Stood at the window for 20 minutes before they finally got the cash register working so I could pay... Absolutely unacceptable, in my opinion!

The burgers are good. The drinks stand is top-notch with its variety. Service is quick.

Parking is easy here and I also like to use the free toilet 😉

I ordered food earlier and it was pure disappointment what is available on the coupons it all looks different on my Big King there was no cheese or salad on it the burgers were not even a hand big chili cheeseburger did not have a single chili so don't buy that pure disappointment

Whoever in the restaurant (restaurant manager) or higher-level management is responsible for the fact that soap dispensers and toilet seats have been broken and lying around on the floor for years needs to be fired. The restaurant staff are completely blameless; the cleanliness is impeccable, as is the food.

Visited this Burger King branch for the first time as we were passing through - highly recommended 👍🏻 The food was cooked to perfection, large selection of vegetarian products - that's what makes fast food fun 👍🏻 The ambiance is just like a fast food place, but very clean 👍🏻 The staff were also very friendly 👍🏻

A classic Burger King with the familiar menu. Inside, in addition to the option to order at the counter, there are several self-service kiosks as usual. There's always plenty of space, so no one has to stand. The restaurant is clean, and so are the restrooms. The food is fresh and hot. It tastes just as you'd expect. You can also use the drive-thru kiosk if you prefer.

Everything can only be ordered via terminal, and the staff are not up to scratch. We won't be coming back here!

When we were there, it was very pleasantly quiet and clean. I can highly recommend it.

Compared to other Burger King restaurants, it tastes significantly worse. The pickles were incredibly hard, and the patty didn't look particularly appetizing.

A roach on the tray that crawled on the cup. I instantly went to the counter with the picture and they had the courtesy to ask if I finished my food or not. Picture with metadata available for BK if they want to do in house checkups.

We waited a really long time for two small burgers. Not fast food.

A special Burger King. It's picturesquely nestled between a hotel and a gas station. It was very quiet, and our food arrived very quickly. The fillet steak could have been cooked medium, but the wine was excellent.

The food is getting worse and worse. Service is poor. Things are often missing from the drive-thru.

Dirty tables and trash. It's not clear why they charge such high prices.

Nice Burger King with friendly employees who refilled the Coca-Cola Freestyle vending machine upon request. The highlight is the Freestyle vending machine – unfortunately, other Burger King locations (Bamberg / Neustadt b Coburg) are dismantling their machines, so I hope this one stays around for a while longer!

Super friendly staff! Always helpful and attentive! I can't say much about the ambiance, since I only order takeout.

The shop is pretty run down. I think the floor in my workshop is cleaner than in this shop. Cobwebs hang from the lamps. And they've been for a while. Other people have already mentioned that in the reviews. So you can save yourself the "that's not our standard" response. Two out of four people even got diarrhea in the shop. That's when we realized that the restrooms are anything but clean! Just a complete mess. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. The vending machine, as always, isn't stocked with everything. There weren't even five different drinks, and that wasn't the first time. That was our last visit here.

The cleanliness is okay, so there's nothing wrong with the staff. But management is seriously lacking, as broken soap dispensers and toilet seats go unrepaired or replaced for YEARS.

It's so dirty there. All the windows are smeared, splashed, and really disgusting. If there have to be so many windows, they should be cleaned from time to time!! The restrooms need a renovation, and the walls, corners, and doors can all be cleaned too! Blind to the business??? So today, two months after my last review, I have to admit that it's getting worse and worse. At least the employee now knows that he's not allowed to give me a rag, but that it's his job to wipe the tables. I find the cobwebs on the lamps above the tables and the really sooooo dirty glass fronts so disgusting. Even what has been cleaned is just smeared.

The food was great, but I only stopped here because I needed a power outlet to power my laptop and even though there are power outlets in the stalls, none of them are working. So only 4 stars because of that. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

The outside area looks dingy. A Whopper costs €7.80. That's a lot of money for such a small burger. I'll never buy it again. Only with coupons.

Unfortunately, on March 18, 2025, I didn't get what I ordered at the drive-thru. There must have been a complete order mixup. Instead of Whopper, Big King and fries, I got Long Chicken, 9 Nuggets and fries. Annoying to have paid €13 for it.

Not recommended. Been there a few times now. You don't get what you order! Ordered three chili cheeseburgers and got three cheeseburgers. It took a while for him to understand the number three. Last time it featured the False King of the Month.

Pretty decent for a BK. Staff tried hard, but the waiting times were too long. Arrival and departure as well as the parking spaces are unfortunately a bit confusing.

Hot Blondie.... A wizened little thing, barely bigger than a tea light. If the store wasn't so incredibly dirty (the trays and trash are piled up next to the full clearance cart), I would have given it 5 stars. Just for having the courage to present such a visual mishap to the customer without comment. This is only surpassed by the business chutzpah of charging 4.50 euros for it. We seriously considered whether there was a 3 euro deposit on the serving dish (solution: of course not)

Danger! Rip off!! Different prices apply nationwide!! Cheeseburger (not double!!) over 3€. Long Chicken 8€!!!! Very different on the Burger King website.. An official complaint has been lodged with Burger King!

It's amazing that such discrepancies arise even within a franchise. This is without a doubt the most uncomfortable branch I have ever known. The room layout is very suboptimal. Customers who have ordered at the terminals (which are located in the middle of the room/path) cannot stand anywhere that doesn't get in the way - the waiting customer blocks some path everywhere. The majority of the goods were too cold and largely tasteless. The Fuze Tea tasted metallic. BK can't do anything for the too many children, so I don't rate them.

Was there for a quick snack. It's like any other Burger King. If you know one, you know them all. The food and service were still quite good.

The eternal suffering with the drinks machines Even at 11 a.m. in the morning, it doesn't seem feasible that at least one (!) of the two drinks machines would have all varieties available. I can't remember a visit in 2024 where this was even the case, in fact people have somehow gotten used to it: "Let's see what we have to drink today." In addition, last year the drinks were sometimes even room temperature when you tapped them (in contrast, I found it to be too cool in the restaurant, probably a saving measure in times of high energy prices, as many companies such as furniture stores etc. are taking). In the days before these machines I can't remember that the wish e.g. B. was rejected after a Fanta with the statement “This is not available right now”. So are self-service machines more of a step backwards than a step forward for us customers? It already feels that way to me.

What can you say? The food at Burger King is equally good everywhere. However, things haven't been so clean in the harbor lately. All the tables were dirty and no one cleaned them while I was there. I also personally don't think the ordering machines are that great. Ordering used to be quicker than it is now.

Ordering only possible at the machine...-> absolute no-go that would have earned -5 stars. The food is already more expensive enough for what you get, so I don't want to work there too...

By Burger King standards, the food was above average. Burger J ng in Goslar can learn several slices of this.

...it was empty, maybe 2 guests...I've never been treated so unkindly, and that's why I won't ever enter one of these again...

Clean Burgerking with the usual food and drinks. Waiting times are very long at peak times. Otherwise right on the motorway with good connections.
