Burger King in Schweinfurt

It's so dirty there. All the windows are smeared, splashed, and really disgusting. If there have to be so many windows, they should be cleaned from time to time!! The restrooms need a renovation, and the walls, corners, and doors can all be cleaned too! Blind to the business??? So today, two months after my last review, I have to admit that it's getting worse and worse. At least the employee now knows that he's not allowed to give me a rag, but that it's his job to wipe the tables. I find the cobwebs on the lamps above the tables and the really sooooo dirty glass fronts so disgusting. Even what has been cleaned is just smeared.

No indication where the drive in is. Looks horrible from the outside. Very worn out. We left there again

Ate three cheeseburgers and got a Coke on the house. Afterwards the waitress rattled off a really good stay.

Unfortunately a burger was missing. In addition, the drink (Sprite) was extremely watered down (syrup empty?)

The food was great, but I only stopped here because I needed a power outlet to power my laptop and even though there are power outlets in the stalls, none of them are working. So only 4 stars because of that. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

The outside area looks dingy. A Whopper costs €7.80. That's a lot of money for such a small burger. I'll never buy it again. Only with coupons.

Unfortunately, on March 18, 2025, I didn't get what I ordered at the drive-thru. There must have been a complete order mixup. Instead of Whopper, Big King and fries, I got Long Chicken, 9 Nuggets and fries. Annoying to have paid €13 for it.

Pretty decent for a BK. Staff tried hard, but the waiting times were too long. Arrival and departure as well as the parking spaces are unfortunately a bit confusing.

Hot Blondie.... A wizened little thing, barely bigger than a tea light. If the store wasn't so incredibly dirty (the trays and trash are piled up next to the full clearance cart), I would have given it 5 stars. Just for having the courage to present such a visual mishap to the customer without comment. This is only surpassed by the business chutzpah of charging 4.50 euros for it. We seriously considered whether there was a 3 euro deposit on the serving dish (solution: of course not)

Danger! Rip off!! Different prices apply nationwide!! Cheeseburger (not double!!) over 3€. Long Chicken 8€!!!! Very different on the Burger King website.. An official complaint has been lodged with Burger King!

It's amazing that such discrepancies arise even within a franchise. This is without a doubt the most uncomfortable branch I have ever known. The room layout is very suboptimal. Customers who have ordered at the terminals (which are located in the middle of the room/path) cannot stand anywhere that doesn't get in the way - the waiting customer blocks some path everywhere. The majority of the goods were too cold and largely tasteless. The Fuze Tea tasted metallic. BK can't do anything for the too many children, so I don't rate them.

How often people forget to eat here when ordering. Incredible

Was there for a quick snack. It's like any other Burger King. If you know one, you know them all. The food and service were still quite good.

The eternal suffering with the drinks machines Even at 11 a.m. in the morning, it doesn't seem feasible that at least one (!) of the two drinks machines would have all varieties available. I can't remember a visit in 2024 where this was even the case, in fact people have somehow gotten used to it: "Let's see what we have to drink today." In addition, last year the drinks were sometimes even room temperature when you tapped them (in contrast, I found it to be too cool in the restaurant, probably a saving measure in times of high energy prices, as many companies such as furniture stores etc. are taking). In the days before these machines I can't remember that the wish e.g. B. was rejected after a Fanta with the statement “This is not available right now”. So are self-service machines more of a step backwards than a step forward for us customers? It already feels that way to me.

Doing orders completely wrong...they have a job reading things off the screen and putting it in the bag....

Can't complain. Nice people who make an effort and I always like the food there. Interior is clearly a bit standard but I don't think it's that bad.

What can you say? The food at Burger King is equally good everywhere. However, things haven't been so clean in the harbor lately. All the tables were dirty and no one cleaned them while I was there. I also personally don't think the ordering machines are that great. Ordering used to be quicker than it is now.

Ordering only possible at the machine...-> absolute no-go that would have earned -5 stars. The food is already more expensive enough for what you get, so I don't want to work there too...

By Burger King standards, the food was above average. Burger J ng in Goslar can learn several slices of this.

Clean Burgerking with the usual food and drinks. Waiting times are very long at peak times. Otherwise right on the motorway with good connections.

The dirtiest place I've ever seen. Today 10/6/24 at 4:30 p.m. Demotivated employees, very dirty tables, chairs and floors. The tablet cart was overflowing and everything was on the floor. And there really wasn't much going on. Never again !

I have eaten at different Burger King's around the world, and the 2 that are in Schweinfurt Germany are the absolute worst I have ever eaten at. If you are ever in the Schweinfurt Germany area do not eat at either Burger King's that are there!!!!!! You will not enjoy it.

Very slowly a lot of food is often not available

The Wopper here still tastes good and is tasty and the service is good and fast. The new terminals that you can touch yourself are not our thing, we didn't know about them, it's annoying. We only managed to cope with the support of a nice employee. By the way, at McDonald's you can also place an order at the checkout for the older generation. This should only be done via terminals, which is a shame. The large protective tarpaulin against Corona ensures that the staff and I cannot be understood. It's been a very, very long time in a BK. Ordered a coffee with milk and a menu... the waiting time was really bad, 30 minutes in total from ordering to leaving the restaurant (take away). Standing backrests would be really great so you wouldn't have to lean on the drinks table. I think the drinks machines are good, but the touchscreen doesn't work very reliably. The burger was slapped together carelessly, the taste is just BK. Unfortunately the ice cream machine was broken. All in all, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Steakhouse burger has no taste yes salt!! Milkshake chocolate without chocolate flavor. You only hear beeps, atmosphereless and too expensive. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! just drive on.

Steakhouse burger has a lot of flavor and was really delicious. The milkshake chocolate flavor with exht delicious taste. Tastes just like a chocolate bar. You hear really nice, moody music. Highly recommended. Would definitely go here. But I was right

Very friendly staff, professional management and consistently good quality of food and preparation, always highly recommended for in between meals or on the way through! The restaurant is clean and tidy.

Disgusting. We went there again after a long time and I regret it. The Cheese Onion Fries were cold and undercooked. The nuggets were cold too. The onion rings were limp and barely breaded. The Gouda Cheese Lover for €15 was simply thrown together and when we opened it it fell apart. And it was ice cold after 2 minutes. I have nothing against “foreign” employees, but if you order something and they understand you 0.0%, I don’t know what they will do at the checkout. English was also lacking. Even McDonald’s and KFC are 1000% better. I would absolutely recommend the store to no one. Never again!! Food and service actually -3 stars

As we searched hungrily, we came across this store that looked promising from the outside. When we opened the second door of the vestibule, our ears were met with a deafening, multible continuous beeping, mixed with the noise of the annoyed other guests and some hectic conversations from the kitchen. All of these pressures were mixed into our entire visit. The visit was like a last supper, only without spirits. One terminal remained black, the ones that were still working didn't accept coupons, and the orders from all of the other participants took an average of 20 minutes until the bell, which sounded softly in comparison, and his impersonal number were displayed. The tables, chairs and the floor were dirty and sticky, the toilets were somewhat accessible, and none of the employees dared to venture out from behind the safe, anonymous counter. Apparently there is more emphasis on the self-perpetuating principle. There were no further complaints about the food, although it was a bit lukewarm.

We usually get our food from the drive-thru. And once again something was missing. Luckily I noticed it in time, because unfortunately you have to check. As often as this has happened, you might assume it's a system! The Bacon King tasted different, probably wrong sauce. The fries have also been lying around for a long time... But the outrageous thing was the long chicken: between the two buns there was wilted, mushy lettuce and the chicken patty. That was all. I have tolerated this behavior towards myself as a customer for long enough. Now it's over. Never again BK!!!

We ordered burgers without special ingredients (cucumber) due to intolerance/allergies. All 4 burgers were normal and our request change was not taken into account. Since we ordered it to take away, the surprise came while we were driving. And last but not least there were ice cold fries. Children disappointed and parents angry. We could have saved ourselves the 45€.

The pictures sell you one thing and then you get it and swear the order is wrong. I think the burger patty can literally be 1cm think. Doesnt look like that in the photo. How big was the poor cow that produced a burger half the size of my hand???? It used to be that with a family's last dollars, you could visit a fast food joint and get a family meal. Now a family meal cost more than to fill up a brand new Harley with gas.

Die Toiletten sind gruselig. Falle immer wieder auf BK rein. Bin nur wegen der Schnellladesäule hingefahren und die war auch nicht schnell.

Pommesportionen werden immer kleiner und alles teurer. Chickennuggets als neues Rezept beworben, schmecken fürchterlich. Kann ich keinesfalls weiterempfehlen. Burger sind einigermaßen, aber mit einer lieblosigkeit Zusammengeklatscht, nee. Der Laden sieht mich so schnell nicht wieder

King der Burgerkings! 👑🍔 Mache hier gerne auf der Durchfahrt Pause, tolle Qualität, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, alles sauber und der Geschmackt passt auch. Weiter so!

Für den schnellen Hunger. Für Veganer nicht so tolle Auswahl Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und geben sich Mühe. Toiletten waren bei unserem Besuch sauber.
