Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gute Beratung passend zu den Bedürfnissen sowie heißes und frisches Essen! Es waren auch genug Parkplätze vorhanden!

Genau, wie man sich KFC vorstellt.

Die Chicken Teile sind wie immer sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich bei der Bestellung an der Theke. Immer wieder gerne. Das Restaurant ist bei jungen Menschen sehr beliebt.

Es wurden bei uns 3 Burger vergessen bei einer Bestellung von über 40€. Leider erst zu Hause aufgefallen. Ich will nicht ständig kontrollieren müssen ob alles drinnen ist. Ist schon wirklich oft hier passiert. Es nervt und kostet einen Haufen Geld.

Wir waren gestern im Drive und ich muss ehrlich sagen die Twister Wraps waren Mega nur die Pommes gehen halt mal gar nicht finde es schade das es keine normalen Pommes mehr gibt .

Absolut solider kfc, service ist schnell und gut

Aber die neuen Pommes ist ein Katastrophe und das ist ein Problem überall Geschmacklos Nicht mehr knusprig Auch das Gewürz darauf schmeckt nicht Ich würde es begrüßen, ein anderes Produkt wieder zu bekommen. Gute Pommes immer wenn ich in KFC bin. Versuch ich ohne Pommes zu bestellen. Vorher waren sie so gut es ist einfach geschmacklos deswegen bin ich dann manchmal zu McDonald’s, obwohl ich gerne zu KFC gehen würde. wenn es um Chicken geht 5 Sterne Pommes 0 Sterne

Leider ist es nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Ich weiß.nicht woher die Teile kommen aber das sind keine Hänchen Flügeln.So klein sind die. Wie klein müssen die sein.Ne Danke Ich gehe nicht mehr zum KFC.

Wollte eigentlich mich nicht beschweren dass die Getränke absolute kacke geworden sind.. Aber heute weil ich meine cola dabei hatte haben sie mich rausgeschmissen.. Also, nie wieder rein gehen.. Vielleicht Drive in... sehr sehr traurig..

Federn in der Panade, sieht eher aus wie Haare Aber ein Huhn nicht richtig zu rupfen ist eine schlechte Produktqualität

Essen war gegenüber anderen Standorten sehr gut und wie ich es mir wünsche, wenn ich zu KFC gehe. Ambiente, Jo eben typisch nichts außergewöhnliches. Service war sehr freundlich.

Hab mir chickenwings und einen burger geholt und bin so mies enttäuscht. Im Eimer hatte ich nur panate und Knochen minimal "fleisch", der burger war kalt. War vorerst mein letztes mal.

Sie können sehr leckeres Hähnchen genießen.

Essen schmeckt halt wie KFC schmeckt, das ist ja auch das Ziel. Aber der Laden war blitzesauber und die Bedienung Nachts um 23:30 super höflich und hilfsbereit!

Es gibt einen Grund, weswegen KFC in den USA zu Grunde gehen darf, weil es hier in Deutschland und anderswo floriert. Bin es nicht gewohnt, solch schlechten Service zu erhalten und minderwertiges Fleisch serviert zu bekommen.. ja, KFC. Die Konkurrenz schläft nicht. Ein Tag wird kommen wenn Popeyes or Chick-fil-A an der Deutschland Türe klopft

Wir waren heute mal wieder bei KFC, leider gab es schon letztes mal keine Chili Cheese Pommes mehr. Heute gab es dann auch keine warme Käse-Sauce mehr, auch wurde hier die Portion beim letzten Besuch extrem klein bei gleichem Preis. Die Pommes sind auch andere. Schade, wir werden wohl nicht wieder kommen.

Kurz vor Feierabend und dem Super Bowl Tag nochmal den bereits gereinigten Bereich für die Fussball Mannschaft geöffnet - echt Klasse und Danke dafür👍👌

Wartezeiten viel zu lang. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, aber scheinbar zu wenige.

Alles ganz toll ,aber welcher schwach Maat is für die Musik verantwortlich? Die sollte schon die breite Masse ansprechen...ntz ntz ntz... wirklich?!?

Immer wieder der Beweis, daß es richtiges Essen ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Fastfoodketten, da es einfach wirklich satt hält.

Good in itself, but they've completely sucked at removing Korean chicken from their menu. Shame on you! I was so happy.

The fries were soggy. The hot wings could have been crispier. The breading on the crisps was soggy and had already fallen off. The burger was okay.

I just wanted to commend the employee who served us today, September 15, 2025, at around 6:30 p.m. She used "please" and "thank you"! She was super friendly and very understanding when I got a bit stuck because my debit card wasn't working. We paid in cash, but she didn't let on the stress and was super nice, even smiling with us.

A classic fast-food restaurant. The food here in Schweinfurt was good. Better than the Golden Seagull and the other franchise burger place. Very clean. There's always someone with a broom and rag around keeping the tables and floor clean. Top-notch.

Since the renovation and reopening, it's unfortunately not as good as it used to be. Spicy chicken pieces, chili cheese fries, and regular fries have been discontinued. Long wait times, and something is missing from almost every order. Prices have increased. The dining room has become very noisy these days. It's a shame. We used to go there often, but that won't be the case in the future.

We're disappointed that they're no longer offering chili cheese fries. That used to be the highlight of KFC SW. The new fries aren't good in our opinion, and the food also tasted very greasy. The quality has declined considerably.

It's worth doing once in a while. The food is delicious, but not exactly cheap. Still, I recommend it.

KFC food as usual, however we'd like to thank to the very nice ladies who helped us with the order - the lady who speaks really good English and helped us with the payment issue and the lady who packed our food, she knows why :) Excellent service!

When I go to KFC, I look forward to the cheese sauce the most! And they've recently discontinued it. I suspect it's because it's too expensive (cheese is expensive), so I don't think it's a good idea for KFC to remove a product that customers really enjoy. Furthermore, I think the drinks have changed in taste! They taste like Zero, even though I prefer the classic version, and they taste very artificial. They've probably cut corners here, too. Sorry, but if the quality of the food drops, I won't come back. A visit with three people costs about €50, so I expect quality!

The staff was extremely friendly. The price would be okay if the product had been the right size. The taste was completely fine.

There was just a stone there, that is unhygienic

The food has significantly lost quality, fries lacked seasoning, burgers weren't spicy at all... Changes that weren't a problem before are no longer possible, no more chili cheese fries... they would have had them taken away... I think even the nice employee couldn't understand his employer's business policy anymore 😅 To make matters worse, they also packed a burger incorrectly - it can happen, no blame on the employee... but all in all, a very frustrating visit... especially given the prices... It was the last time for us for a while...

I've always loved going there, the food is delicious, but today it was a complete disappointment. They said they'd never have chili cheese fries again, and there were no toys on the kids' menu, which is a shame. Significantly downgraded.

We wanted to order food and were told they were out of chili cheese sauce. We left and won't be coming back. There were no play areas for the kids outside either!

The food was good as usual. The bre's really treat you and always give you a little more than you order.

Everything's been renovated and looks pretty good. But the food here has been better and the prices lower.

Dear KFC team... we really always loved driving to Schweinfurt and getting food. But that's over now... unfortunately. The team and co. can't help it, but the chain can!!! They're simply removing the best (which was KFC's trademark) from the range. How could they possibly take out the chili fries!??? Or the legendary cheese sauce!??? It's a real shame for everyone involved. Good luck in the future.

In terms of taste, this is the best KFC I've ever been to. The staff is always friendly, it's clean, and everything else is just perfect. The grilled twister with cheese and the chili cheese fries – definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, the quality of the KFC in Schweinfurt has declined considerably! The hot wings are barely spicy and tiny, and the Zinger Burger suddenly tastes like a classic burger without any seasoning. Even with the corn on the cob and the burgers themselves, it's clear that the portions have become smaller and less caring, in contrast to the prices, which continue to rise. The renovations inside have made everything cold and uninviting, so we preferred to sit outside. The service was friendly, but overall, the visit was disappointing! Currently, we see no reason to return anytime soon.

We always love going to KFC, especially here in Schweinfurt, but the quality has really declined significantly, and the prices have risen even more! The hot wings are almost not spicy anymore and are so small (see photo). The Zinger Burger tasted like a Classic/Colonel Burger. Where did the spice go?! The corn on the cob is also only a quarter of the usual corn on the cob, if that, and unfortunately, the burgers are increasingly made with more buns instead of chicken. The restaurant's interior has apparently been renovated, and the atmosphere is now absolutely cold and not at all inviting or cozy. The service was nice, but we probably won't be coming back anytime soon.

You can eat really well at KFC in Schweinfurt

I love going to Kentucky, but what's going on in Schweinfurt? The entire meal was lukewarm at best, the air conditioning was freezing cold, the order was incomplete...etc. You've done better before. I wouldn't recommend the Schweinfurt place at the moment!

I have not been on the bike for the quest and I have not been on the bike for the quest and then I have confirmed the expiry time. Can I no longer do it or is it not so good and I have the whole time at school and I have it in front of the window general chaos in the same days as that day I am at home and then the next day and night I thought of you and wanted to ask how it doesn't work. You gave me a picture of the workpiece and then the next day I went to the bike and it was still at home. I went to town and did the quest. It was our birthday and then school.

Probably the worst KFC I've ever been to. The price/quantity was okay.

Friendly staff at the counter with the usual quality. 3 stars, not because anything is bad, but because it's fast food. Super satisfied as always when I drive by and have the chance.

I can only recommend takeaway to a limited extent. Of the 6 chicken pieces, five were more or less cold and one was warm, but it wasn't cooked through. The entire place desperately needs a makeover. The composition of the chicken parts was questionable. Apparently the leftovers had to be sold, and as we all know, it's better to eat outside than inside. All in all, hunger drove it in, but it wasn't the burner. Cashless payments can only be made at the checkout, the self-service terminals were blocked for card payments, so it was a bit tricky. There are better KFC branches, much better. However, the staff was very friendly and on the ball.

I ate a box of cheeseburgers, and the taste was good, but the portion was a bit small.

It's a small KFC. Nice patient staff. Just eat KFC. The chicken pieces, coleslaw and puree were delicious. The burgers so-so. Toilet available.

I'm so happy that the kebab house is finally in Schweinfurt and we get fresh food for our money and not something adulterated that only makes your stomach ache and doesn't fill you up. You have to take a leaf out of your mouth

KFC is simply one of the last fast food restaurants that can still make good chicken. The store in Schweinfurt is always neat and clean, and the food is always ready quickly.

We waited half an hour for our food. When we politely asked, and ten other orders were waiting with us, we were insulted. I asked for my money back and left. Seven other people were with us. There are no words

Food was incredibly delicious. Service was good, all the food was ready for pick up within seconds.

Nice staff who also bring the order to the table. The food is delicious. The garlic dip is recommended. The order is processed quickly. Toilets are clean and the tables and everything else are clean too.

Ordering takeaway food online worked great. So when we got home 5 minutes later, the food was no longer really warm. But otherwise it was fine

Today sealed it for me I wount be dining here in the future. Food quality has gone down terrible over the last two years. The only thing I've always praised about this place. Now it's just a rip off.

Sorry, but what's currently being served as hot wings is really bad. These things are small, as if they had been used directly from chick wings, every second to third wing has its bones broken... You don't sell something like that. I've never had such a bad meal with you. At least the service at the drive was nice.

Mainly use the drive-in. Mostly super nice people. Make sure to combine offers. Very accommodating! The house hot sauce is always the highlight of the meal for me!

The lady who works at the counter or the shift manager is really unfriendly and you shouldn't let her work with customers. If you order over €100, she won't accept €200, but her colleague will.

We were back there after 7 p.m. on December 8th and when we finished eating, the children played a bit. A slim lady in her 50s started screaming from the cash register, in front of all the customers, to our children and then immediately to us. She could actually come to us and we would have done something, of course, but she decided to scream horribly, especially at customers. I would normally have called the manager but since it was a Sunday I couldn't do that. I love the food here and we go as a large group almost every other Sunday evening. We always order for hundreds of euros because we are there with a lot of children. All I can do is be sad and complain here in the hope that the managing director will see it and do something about it. Otherwise we will have to say goodbye to KFC!!!!

Never seen such a cool and loving KFC in the world! Our little Markus went to KFC for the first time in his life. And all the food is very fresh!

I went to get food for my kids on December 7th around 8 p.m. and was served by a very unfriendly older lady. Next time I'll get the managing director involved! That's not how you treat customers.

Food on site very good. Staff, well, very unfriendly but do their job. Absolutely bad choice of drinks out of 6 possible ones are 3 zero and 1 table water. If I order fast food, I don't want zero pörre with my meal.

Very unpleasant, rude service telling the customer that he ordered something else, the customer pays extra for a whole chicken leg and they want to give him an old chicken wing that is dried out, something should be done about these employees here, they are rude, they give products that are dry and not tasty after sitting for a long time and with them you can poison the customer, recently I was poisoned with products from this KFC, moreover because of the rudeness of an employee who have pretended to be the manager of the establishment, my company's lawyer will file a lawsuit against KFC and we will demand consequences and the dismissal of such a rude employee who has no right to address the customer in this way, they are trying to Something good to tell you is that you can see in black and white that the product has been left for several hours and cannot be consumed
