McDonald's in Schweinfurt

Nachdem ich 10 min an der Kasse ignoriert wurde (Privatgespräche der Angestellen) habe ich versucht ein Red Bull Waldmeister zu bestellen. Mir wurde gesagt das sie kein Eis hätten und das nicht machen können (12.07) Bei 35 grad draußen. Die Bewertung gebe ich nicht mal deswegen ab. Sondern weil sie 4 Wochen am Stück kein Eis hatten im Sommer. Absolut lächerlich.. egal bei welchen Mac ich schon war.. sehr enttäuschend.

Leider war es wirklich eine schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem McDonald's, wenn eine Frau (Managerin) da ist. Nachdem wir am Kiosk bestellt hatten, standen wir an der Kasse, um uns den Fifa Cup anzusehen und zu erraten, welche Spieler in welchem Fifa Cup sind. Es waren nur wir, nicht andere Kunden, damals dort. Aber sie kam zu uns und bot uns an, zu sitzen (?), obwohl wir nur standen und keinen Lärm gemacht haben. Sie war sehr unfreundlich. Während des Essens hat sie meine Kinder mehrmals angeschaut.🤷🏻‍♀️ Das andere Personal war sehr nett!!👍🏻👍🏻

Sehr unfreundlich die Mitarbeiter..

Obwohl viel los war, haben wir problemlos einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen kam nach wenigen Minuten. Das Restaurant wirkte sauber. Insgesamt einer der besseren Standorte von McDonald's.

Ich rufe an wegen folgenden Anliegens: In meinen Chicken Nuggets, die normalerweise knochenlos sind, war ein Knochensplitter, in den ich reingebissen habe. Mein Zahn tut weh, was mir recht egal wäre, doch als ich am 10.06.26 um ungefähr 19:53 Uhr anrief, konnte der Mann am Telefon kaum richtig sprechen, was in Ordnung wäre, wenn er freundlich gewesen wäre. Ich fragte ihn nach einem Kontakt für die Zentrale. Er sagte: „Sie kriegen nächstes Mal ein Nugget mehr.“ (Wow, das bringt mir jetzt viel.) Als ich erneut nach einer E-Mail fragte, sagte er: „Rufen Sie in München an.“ und legte auf. (Da sage ich nur: Leck meine Nuggets, Mann, das regt so auf. Dann geh einfach nicht ans Telefon!)

Personal schnell und freundlich, Tische und auch die Toiletten waren sauber. Essen ist halt Mc Donalds, so wie überall.

Kaffee defekt, Sirup Refresher defekt,

Bei 27 Grad und um 12:30 Uhr bestellt man einen Iced Coffee und es wird gesagt das die Maschine kaputt ist. Auf die Frage ob es gar keinen Kaffee gibt, wird gesagt das die Maschine nicht kaputt ist sondern noch nicht bereit. Um 12:30?? Noch nicht bereit?? Jedes Mal das selbe.

Zuerst wurden wir 5 Minuten an der Kasse ignoriert um zu bezahlen obwohl keine anderen Kunden da waren und genügend Personal hinterm Thresen die aber offenbar wichtige Privatgespräche führen mussten. Irgendwann hat sich doch ein Mitarbeiter wieder willig bereit erklärt da es ja schließlich nicht "seine Kasse" war. Einen Sitzplatz müssten wir dann auch länger suchen. Alle Tische draußen verdreckt mit Essensresten, überall Müll und Zigarettenstummel am Boden. Das lag aber wahrscheinlich daran, dass das ganze Personal aufgrund privater Unterhaltungen einfach für Ordnung und Sauberkeit keine Zeit hat....das muss man schon verstehen... Ich hoffe die LÜB schaut da mal vorbei....es war einfach nur widerlich und der Service echt unter aller Sau!

Absolute Müll Bude an Mc Donalds. Jedes Mal wenn ich da bin verkacken die Mitarbeiter die Bestellung und vergessen die Hälfte. Von Soßen hat der Laden auch nie was gehört, weil die auch immer vergessen werden. Sollten mal lieber dran arbeiten die Mitarbeiter mal richtig zu Schulen. Komplette Verschwendung

Leider war mein Besuch eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Service wirkte sehr unorganisiert: Meine bestellte Cola wurde zunächst komplett vergessen. Erst nach erneuter Nachfrage wurde mir ein neues Getränk ausgehändigt. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass ich auf dem Weg zurück zu meinem Tisch die ursprüngliche Cola entdeckte, die einfach an der Café-Ausgabe vergessen worden war. Auch die Qualität der Speisen konnte nicht überzeugen. Das Essen wirkte qualitativ minderwertig und wurde zudem nicht ausreichend warm serviert. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass die Kommunikation mit dem Personal aufgrund massiver Sprachbarrieren kaum möglich war, was die Klärung von Fehlern sehr mühsam gestaltet. (Kaum einer spricht deutsch oder fühlt sich angesprochen oder verantwortlich) Insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, schnelle Ausgabe.

Wir wurden wegen der Anwesenheit unseres Hundes des Ladens verwiesen. Toiletten waren auch noch dreckig. Da kann einem der Spaß echt vergehen.

Meine Bestellung wurde nicht nur falsch aufgenommen sondern die Hälfte kam auch falsch an, das Essen lag da locker n halbe Ewigkeit hinten und nach dem ich drei mal zur Theke gegangen bin und endlich alles bekommen haben was ich bestellt habe. Meine Freundin und ich konnten endlich das Essen beginnen um zu realisieren das das Essen schon kalt und Geschmackslos war. Das Essen war trauriger als mein Geldbeutel

Das Fleisch war EISKALT und der Käse nicht mal geschmolzen. Dumm, dass ich mal wieder Lust hatte, good ol‘ Mc Drive zu nutzen. Irgendwann ist ma gut jetzt. Ich kann kein Ambiente bewerten, wenn ich den McDrive benutzt habe.

Leider gab es kein McFlurry-Eis. Dafür waren die Erdbeeren auf dem Kuchen noch gefroren 🤣😬 Der Kaffe ist immer noch sehr gut und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und nett

Mc Donalds ist halt Mc Donald einfach traumhaft sobald Mann das Eis lutscht bekommt man Emotionen einfach das beste Eis oder wenn man den guten alten Cheeseburger 🍔 nimmt einfach geil so was gutes bekommst du nirgends außer bei Mc Donald ich komme wieder zu Besuch ich freue mich schon Super liebe Grüße Leo Weber

Waren hier schon öfters, weil wir nah wohnen, aber es ist ein übler McD, der sich auf seiner aktuellen Monopol-Position ausruht: * zu klein * kein McCafe * kein Spielturm draussen * in die Jahre gekommen und selten sauber. Meiste Tische IMMERZU schmutzig und nicht aufgeräumt * Klo eklig * Services unter Durchschnitt Die De Santos sollten mal nach Wertheim fahren und sich ansehen, wie schön und toll ein moderner sauberer McDonals sein kann. Da liegen Welten dazwischen. McD von Werneck vom gleichen Besitzer ist genauso lieblos und "kostenoptimiert" geführt...

Ich hatte eigentlich nicht vor, die leckeren Big Testi zu probieren, aber ich wurde positiv überrascht. Alles war sehr schmackhaft. Vielen Dank!

Das Bestellen & Bezahlen am Computer ist für ältere Menschen sehr schwierig!

Wir waren heute (22.11.25) das 1. Mal in diesem MC Donalds und waren enttäuscht. Wir hatten den Tischservice. Die Menues kamen sehr schnell. Die Pommes ein bißchen warm und hell - nicht cross - die Burger auch nur halb warm - sie hätten etwas besser angebraten sein können. Ein zweites Mal werden wir diesen Mac Donald nicht mehr besuchen.

Unverschämte Mitarbeiter! Hatten über Lieferando bestellt, ein Teil kam nicht an. Ans Telefon in der Filiale ging niemand. Ich bin dann hingefahren. Die erste Mitarbeiterin der ich den Sachverhalt geschildert hatte, wirkte als wüsste sie schon Bescheid, wirkte etwas beschämt. Dann kam ein älterer männlicher Mitarbeiter, der wohl dachte, das ich nicht rechnen kann und bat mich meinen Taschenrechner auf dem Handy aufzumachen und nachzurechnen, natürlich stimmte der Betrag des tatsächlich gelieferten Essens und der Rechnungssummer nicht überein. Ich hatte mehr gezahlt, als geliefert wurde. Der Mitarbeiter hat das nicht eingesehen und hat mich dennoch als dumm hingestellt. Angeblich hätte die Filiale nicht zu viel abgezogen, sondern Paypal und wenn ich ein Problem hätte, müsste ich das mit PayPal regeln, so die Aussage von ihm! Richtig unverschämt. Wir werden dort nie wieder etwas bestellen und auch niemals wieder in dieses Restaurant gehen!!!

Update: Auch 6 Jahre später, nicht besser 1. An den Kiosk-Terminals Schlangen, also an die normale Kasse gestellt 2. An der normalen Kasse angestellt, wurde aber gebeten doch die Terminals zu nutzen, sie haben keine Zeit - ok Kunde stört, hab verstanden 3. Dann doch den Drive In genutzt, wollte Bar bezahlen "habe kein Wechselgeld, max. 5 Euro" - nur Kartenzahlung.... Ok, super "Service". Da hilft der Papa auch nicht weiter ;)

Eben essen bestellt . Kann ich die Punkte noch sammeln ne ist zu spät , warum ? Ich habe schon fertig gemacht tolle Masche !!!

Der Service ist schnell und es gibt einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Leider ist diese Mc Donald's Filiale zu klein.

Gerade frühstücken hier gewesen mit Begleitung. Von einer anderen Firma hatten wir Coupon bekommen die wir beide leider bei mehrmaligen Versuch nicht eingeben konnte. Die nette Mitarbeiterin (Brille, Zopf) half mir sehr freundlich keine Spur von FAST und wir konnte somit das Frühstück genießen. 😌 der Mitarbeiterin viele nette Kunden ein gutes Leben und Gesundheit. Dankeschön 🙏

Ordered food on a Friday evening, and after 30 minutes it was simply canceled. Hence the one star too many.

Honestly, one star is even too many. Unfriendly staff, cold food, burger was easily over half an hour old. When I asked why the fries were ice cold and the cheese on the burger was already dried out, they just shrugged and said, "That's just the way it is, their problem." The wrap only had one chicken, so it wasn't even half full. I paid for a cappuccino, but got a regular coffee because the coffee machine was off.

If you want to grab something quick during your lunch break, you shouldn't use the drive-thru. I've been standing in line for 25 minutes. Two cars ahead of me. Medium fast food...

There was a wasp in my fries. I complained. They showed no sympathy, as if it were normal. Very poor service...

Unfortunately, the quality of MC D. has declined significantly recently, and the price has skyrocketed. I'm not rushing into these stores any longer; they're all just rip-offs!

The service is so bad during the late shift. When I asked for the number at the table and asked if they could add it, I got an unfriendly reply saying we were understaffed, which wasn't even true. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately the food has become far too expensive. The second problem is that you get hungry again after a while, so I avoid these shops.

I went to the drive-thru twice this week. A super friendly Franconian lady was at the speaker/sales window. My cheeseburgers were super hot and tasted just like they always do at McDonald's. Great...

Very, very nice and friendly sales staff! We received more friendly service than at any other McDonald's before! Overall, we felt like we were in a 5-star restaurant. All in all, it was a very relaxing breakfast after a long drive, and I'll definitely repeat it on the way back!

Top location, fast service, good food

Somehow everything is not very good... The pork is flabby and not salty, the meat is somehow dry... In other countries it is somehow tastier in my subjective opinion...

The outdoor slide is no longer there. But there is a playroom.

The interior is so-so, the staff is mostly friendly, and the food for me as a vegetarian is okay. There's a veggie burger and veggie nuggets. They could expand the selection, like at Burger King, for example, where all their burgers, etc., are also available in veggie versions. McDonald's posters also advertise the amazing new tomato mozzarella wrap, but they simply don't have it, just two with chicken. What can you say about fast food? It's okay sometimes, but still extremely unhealthy.

On the evening of January 24, 2025, the most bored group of employees I've ever seen in my life worked there. Expensive food. They didn't say a word. Unfriendly. A menu was completely forgotten. I went back. No apology, nothing! Never again McDonald's! You can do without it! Never, never again!!! The lousiest thing I've experienced in Germany in the last 37 years.

The staff is friendly and the service is fast. However, there was one incident that surprised me a bit: an employee licked her fingers after snacking on caramel before serving me my coffee. I found that unhygienic. The McDrive is very cramped and poorly designed; I would say this area needs improvement. For this reason, I'm giving it 3 stars. We ordered via the McDonald's app and already paid with Paypal. The payment was reflected in our Paypal account. The unfriendly employee at the drive window told us that her system didn't work and therefore PayPal payments didn't work and that we should pay again in cash or by card. I refused this and asked what would happen if the payment was debited. The employee said I could contact you again and then get a number to contact. CONCLUSION: We went without eating, but the money was still debited from my PayPal account 2 days later. So far I haven't received a response from McDonald's about this.

Good MC unfortunately no breakfast on the weekend. Staff friendly. Most of the rooms are clean, even the toilet almost always looks great. Food 90% hot. Burgers mostly well made. one of my favorite MCs in the region. Free charging of e-bikes and e-scooters possible.
