I just had breakfast here with a friend. We had received a coupon from another company, which unfortunately neither of us could redeem despite repeated attempts. The friendly employee (glasses, ponytail) helped me very kindly. There was no sign of FAST, and we were able to enjoy breakfast. 😌 To the employee, many nice customers, good life and good health. Thank you 🙏

It's just fast food Not everyone's cup of tea

Ordered food on a Friday evening, and after 30 minutes it was simply canceled. Hence the one star too many.

Honestly, one star is even too many. Unfriendly staff, cold food, burger was easily over half an hour old. When I asked why the fries were ice cold and the cheese on the burger was already dried out, they just shrugged and said, "That's just the way it is, their problem." The wrap only had one chicken, so it wasn't even half full. I paid for a cappuccino, but got a regular coffee because the coffee machine was off.

If you want to grab something quick during your lunch break, you shouldn't use the drive-thru. I've been standing in line for 25 minutes. Two cars ahead of me. Medium fast food...

There was a wasp in my fries. I complained. They showed no sympathy, as if it were normal. Very poor service...

Unfortunately, the quality of MC D. has declined significantly recently, and the price has skyrocketed. I'm not rushing into these stores any longer; they're all just rip-offs!

The service is so bad during the late shift. When I asked for the number at the table and asked if they could add it, I got an unfriendly reply saying we were understaffed, which wasn't even true. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately the food has become far too expensive. The second problem is that you get hungry again after a while, so I avoid these shops.

I went to the drive-thru twice this week. A super friendly Franconian lady was at the speaker/sales window. My cheeseburgers were super hot and tasted just like they always do at McDonald's. Great...

Very, very nice and friendly sales staff! We received more friendly service than at any other McDonald's before! Overall, we felt like we were in a 5-star restaurant. All in all, it was a very relaxing breakfast after a long drive, and I'll definitely repeat it on the way back!

The interior is so-so, the staff is mostly friendly, and the food for me as a vegetarian is okay. There's a veggie burger and veggie nuggets. They could expand the selection, like at Burger King, for example, where all their burgers, etc., are also available in veggie versions. McDonald's posters also advertise the amazing new tomato mozzarella wrap, but they simply don't have it, just two with chicken. What can you say about fast food? It's okay sometimes, but still extremely unhealthy.

On the evening of January 24, 2025, the most bored group of employees I've ever seen in my life worked there. Expensive food. They didn't say a word. Unfriendly. A menu was completely forgotten. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. However, there was one incident that surprised me a bit: an employee licked her fingers after snacking on caramel before serving me my coffee. We ordered via the McDonald's app and already paid with Paypal. The payment was reflected in our Paypal account. The unfriendly employee at the drive window told us that her system didn't work and therefore PayPal payments didn't work and that we should pay again in cash or by card. I refused this and asked what would happen if the payment was debited. The employee said I could contact you again and then get a number to contact. CONCLUSION: We went without eating, but the money was still debited from my PayPal account 2 days later. So far I haven't received a response from McDonald's about this.

Es ist für einen MC Download's sehr gemütlich und die Bedienung ist schnell. Ganz großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter. Ich war etwas ungeschickt und habe meine Cola über den Tische, den Stuhl und den Boden verschüttet. Der junge Mann, den ich ansprach, war super nett. Das nenne ich Service. So nett ist man nicht überall, besonders wenn man wegen einen reinigen muss. Danke :)

Sehr enttäuscht. 2,50€ für den einfachen Cheeseburger mit gefühlt einem Hauch Fleisch ist einfach nur noch unverschämt. Auch das neue Konzept hat nichts mehr mit fast food zu tun. Bei den Preisen und der Wartezeit geh ich dann doch lieber in ein ordentliches Restaurant

Speisen warm und fehlerfrei. Das Restaurant leider ein ziemlicher Dreckhaufen. Überall liegt Essen herum Tische dreckig, Bänke versifft. Etwas mehr Personal würde hier guttun.

Leider muss ich sagen das ich etwas genervt bin. Wenn wir was zum mitnehmen holen bekommen wir nicht was wir bestellt haben. Zb. Einen big Mac bacon ts nur ohne bacon oder einen big Mac ohne Fleisch🤨 Das mcflury Eis mit Coupon enttäuschend!! die Hälfte war im Becher entgegensetzen zu meinem Mann seinem Eis das voll war

Über Preise muss man nichts sagen ist halt ein McDonald´s Das Personal war sehr Freundlich Ambiente Standard halt aber Sauber.

Immer wenn man diesen McDonalds besucht, darf man erstmal selber die Tische abwischen. Obwohl nicht viel los ist und man genügend Personal sieht, schaut es immer sehr wüst aus (Tische dreckig, Essensreste und Servietten am Boden, klebrige Tische und Böden) Beim letzten Besuch mussten wir sogar beobachten wie das Personal Bekannte/Freunde oder Familie mit kostenlosem Essen, Trinken und Spielsachen bedient. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde ist er 5x zu dem Tisch und hat reichlich aufgefüllt. Bei den Preissteigerungen hätten wir auch gerne ein paar Burger gratis genommen

Wir gehen ab und zu gerne hier essen. Doch leider werden die Burger immer kleiner, aber dafür immer teurer... "Lohnt" sich eigentlich nur, wenn man passende Coupons hat. Das war früher besser.

Essen gut. Dort ist aber immer sehr viel Lärm, was anscheinend am Einzugsgebiet liegt. Man hat drinnen dann kaum Spaß, weil man sein eigenens Wort nicht vesteht.

Gutes Restaurant gleiche Qualität wie vorgeschrieben. Der Außenbereich wurde vor kurzem überdacht und modernisiert. Innenraum aufgeräumt und größtenteils sauber. Ich verstehe nicht warum nicht zu gewissen Zeiten die Tische gesäubert werden. Da sollte öfters kontrolliert werden. Nichts ist ekliger als Zwiebel, Gurke oder Ketchup vom vorherigen Kunden vorzufinden. Mal davon abgesehen ist das auch ein unmögliches Benehmen vom Kunden vorher!?!!!?! Die Toiletten sollten renoviert werden und öfter kontrolliert und geputzt werden-ebenso der Handtrockner

Essen war recht schnell fertig, aber kalt. Happy Meal war unvollständig weil angeblich ausverkauft. Mir wurde auch keine Alternative angeboten. Service war grauenvoll… sehr unfreundlich!!! DIENSTLEISTUNGEN UND SERVICE NICHT VERSTANDEN.

Essen wurde sehr schnell durch das über die App bestellen an den Tisch geliefert. Personal im großen und ganzen kompetent und relativ freundlich. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Also ein guter McD.

Ich habe im drive in 2 Burger bestellt. Die Dame hat mich mehrmals im gebrochenem deutsch gefragt ob ich ein Menü wolle. Das verneinte ich 3 mal. Das erste was die Dame mir dann in die Hand drückte war eine Cola die ich nie bestellt hatte. Anschließend kam das Menü das ich nicht bestellt hatte. Anschließend haben sie das menü zerpflückt und einen Burger davon rausgegeben. Anschließend musste ich fast 10 Minuten warten und bekam 2 kalte Burger. Da war das Maß endgültig voll. Servicewüste Deutschland. Traurig....

Ich habe bei 3 Autos vor mir 20 Min am Drive In verbracht…

Essen ist leider nicht immer Warm. Aber das betrifft viele MC Donald 's oft bekommt man sein Essen aus der Warmhaltetheke. Abhilfe schafft da einfach was weg lassen oder dazu nehmen beim Hamburger, dann wird er normal frisch gemacht. Kleiner Tipp
