Kochlöffel in Schweinfurt

No fries at 6:30 p.m.... chicken out.... no information at the terminal about sold out.... info after payment

I ate here on Sunday evening. The staff was very unmotivated and unfriendly. I saw the employees smoking outside the shop and not even washing their hands, which was very hygienic… I definitely won't be coming back.

The menu displayed online is long out of date; it still lists prices from a few years ago. It would be customer-friendly if they finally updated it.

Yesterday afternoon, I got currywurst and chicken wings, which tasted okay. However, the service was awful, and there were several dissatisfied customers there. A young man who clearly had no idea what needed to be done and was walking around at a snail's pace, and a completely overwhelmed older lady who prepared the dishes but then put them on the hotplate instead of handing them out to the customers (this only happens after being asked to), instead busily busying herself with a stack of drinking cups. The reason I will never get food from there again: they give the change to the customers and then, without washing their hands or wearing gloves, reach into a bag of chicken wings under the counter and put them in the fryer. Ugh!

I wanted to pick up my To Good To Go order, but was angrily sent away because I was late and they were closing, even though I arrived four minutes before the stated pickup time. An employee on the phone was extremely rude and then simply hung up when she realized she'd made a mistake.

Wooden spoon on TooGoodToGo, or: How to scare away customers without even opening the door. Pickup time according to the app: 8:45–9:00 p.m. Me: Exemplary human being, or something, there at 8:40 p.m. Wooden spoon: Door closed, no one there to pay attention, instead a woman gesticulating wildly, trying to tell me to go away. I briefly thought I was early. But no, I was just too stupid to believe that times matter here. When I called, I wasn't given a friendly explanation; I was given a really rude response. Original comment? Roughly: "What do you want? It's your own fault if you find yourself in front of a locked door." Right, my mistake. How could I have been so bold as to show up at the stated times? Service level: Escape room, but without the puzzle fun. Customer friendliness: Minus 10 out of 5 stars. So if you're up for a little evening adventure, go there, stand in front of locked doors, and get yelled at on the phone. There was no food, but there was a free reality show. Conclusion: Never again.

We ordered the 2-burger box with 2 cheeseburgers, 4 chicken patties, and sweet potato fries. The fries were tasty, but the sauce was smothered over them, even in a small amount. The nuggets were okay, but nothing more, and the bottomless cheeseburger could easily compete with a €2 one from the supermarket. It's a shame; we won't be back. Poor value for money, and for €15, it's not worth it to us.

Great service, fast, uncomplicated, and always friendly. Even though it's very hot with all the heat sources, they're always cheerful. The food is excellent, especially the chicken. Highly recommended

After waiting in line for a very long time without being noticed, and certain people were given priority, we left after 15 minutes.

PEOPLE DON'T GO THERE!! I went there with a friend today and it was terrible. I wasn't sure if the nuggets were pork or chicken and wanted to ask nicely what they were filled with (I was nice too), and then she really yelled at me and my friend, calling us stupid, etc. I stayed friendly and said, "It's fine, we won't eat there!" She continued yelling at us after that! Really, really disrespectful, I was traumatized! Horrible place!!! If I could give it zero points, I would go there.

Ordered a steakhouse menu, but received the wrong burger. With three guests in the entire restaurant, you should be able to get orders taken correctly.

It's not the best place but for cheap/fast food it's definitely enough

"A very disappointing visit to Kochlöffel. I ate there with my girlfriend and a severely disabled friend. Unfortunately, a young male employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. He made insulting remarks about my friend, who is wheelchair-bound, and showed no compassion or respect. When I confronted him about his behavior, he became even more rude and asked us to leave the restaurant, even though we were being completely peaceful. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. I paid the full amount and left the restaurant, but no one should have to go through such an experience. I hope management takes such complaints seriously and trains their staff accordingly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Kochlöffel!"

Delicious chicken, for fast food I would choose wooden spoon over mcd or bk.

It's a shame, eating on site is an unreasonable expectation for the guest. The staff makes no effort to show how the condition is affecting them. You walk into a wall of haze, your eyes burn and your clothes smell like grease afterwards. Ventilating for a long time doesn't work because it quickly gets too cold at temperatures below zero. Unfortunately there hasn't been any chicken for days because the grill is broken. The chicken crossis are getting smaller and smaller, not worth the price. How can you as an owner accept such conditions?

The food didn't taste good and was overpriced. The employee was wearing his normal street clothes, wiped his hands on his pants while preparing food, licked his fingers and did NOT wash his hands. Really disgusting!!! It was full of smoke inside and my eyes were burning. I wouldn't recommend anyone!!! We're only there because we have the gourmet block.

Such a beautiful wooden spoon branch! Everything was very clean and the ladies in service were super nice. Our chicken was exactly what we expect from a wooden spoon! Very well grilled, tasty seasoning, juicy meat, even though we were quite late. The price is right, we'll be back!

Food was okay, burgers not quite my taste. But what I didn't find so great was that 3 employees in an almost empty restaurant were talking about rosters etc., things that don't interest me as a customer. Maybe this belongs in the break 🙈 But the staff was very nice!

Today I bought a double cheeseburger here for the first time and was disappointed. The rolls were dry, clearly lacking in salt, and the chops were not at all juicy and didn't really taste like meat. I paid €8.58 for this burger and it is definitely not worth the money.

The boss there is incredibly nice and accommodating.

Well, the burgers used to be better, the meat is much too thin and looks like cardboard. Toletten is broken. I should have eaten a chicken instead!

Mega gutes Essen. Gelangweilte und unbegeisterte Mitarbeiter sind Standard, kenne ich nicht anders. Leider ist das Essen trotzdem einzigartig!

Sehr guter Laden, hält 4 Fach solange wie bei McDonald, nices und nettes Personal, relativ frisches essen, und mit der Chefin kann man immer mal witzig und informativ reden wenn man Lust und Zeit hat und nicht zum mittagsgeschäft kommt.

Ich hatte einen Cheeseburger und einen Kross-Chicken. Mit dem Cheeseburger war alles OK. Schmeckte mir sogar besser als im Restaurant zur Goldenen Möwe. Allerdings kam dann der Kross-Chicken. Bitte legt nicht so viele Burger auf die Warmhalteplatte. Wenn der Salat schon überlegt seinen Aggregatszustand von fest zu flüssig zu verändern, habe ich schon gegessen. Bereitet die Dinger doch lieber frisch zu. Vorfrittieren könnt ihr ja.... Pommes waren aber dann wieder voll mein Fall.

Schnelle Bedienung und freundliches Team. Alles sauber. Essen normal wie es im schnell Restaurant nun mal ist.

Also, es könnte wirklich besser sein, Essen ist super vom Geschmack aber vom Aussehen könnten die Burger wirklich besser aussehen... Am Service muss aber nochmal wirklich gearbeitet werden... Freundlich sind sie alle aber sehr sehr verwirrt gerne Mal. Wichtig ist, zu wissen was man bestellt und den Preis mit dem was man per Karte bzw. Geld wirklich bezahlen musste. Es ist schon sehr oft passiert, dass entweder Sachen vergessen werden oder man zu viel bezahlen durfte weil sie sich vertippt hat oder es falsch verstanden hat. Gerne sind die Mitarbeiter auch überfordert und dann ist Stillstand für ein paar Minuten und dann wird sich wieder gesammelt, dann wird wieder weiter gearbeitet aber gleich wieder so, das man überfordert ist, zumindest an der Kasse. Und wie gesagt, es wird IMMER oder mindestens bei jedem zweiten Besuch den ich hatte irgendwas vergessen oder so. Und günstig ist es hier auch wirklich nicht...

Preislich kann man nichts sagen, für jedes Menü faire Preise und die Qualität passt. Nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen fast food Restaurants aber wer trotzdem einen Vergleich ziehen möchte, geht es eher in die fried chicken Richtung.

Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Die Damen machen einen verschlafenen Eindruck bei meinem Besuch. Sind aber freundlich. Preise sind dafür ganz okay.

Immer ein gutes Hähnchen, sauber und ordentlich. Mit netter Bedienung! Leider kann man in der App, nur die extra Angebote für die App einsehen und der Rest ist auf der Internet seit! Etwas umständlich.
