Ich komme oft in diese Filiale und das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. 😊 Außerdem ist der Kundenservice sehr freundlich 🙋🏻‍♂️

Warte seit 10 Minuten auf meinen Burger und es ist nichts los.

Das ist der unfähigste Laden aller Zeiten. Für simple 3 burger 30 min Wartezeit. Völlig überforderte Leute, die jede Bestellung einzeln und nacheinander abarbeiten anstatt mal 2 burger mehr zu machen. Und dann fährt man los und die haben auch noch einen von 3 Burgern vergessen. Unfassbar, nie wieder.

Wurde anscheinend demnletzt umgebaut neues Ambiente ist wirklich sehr einladend und die Leute dort sind immer nett und schnell.

Wirklich schön seit dem Umbau. Nur stört mich das ich des öfteren (Nachmittags/Abends) die braunen Mitarbeiter beobachtet habe wie sie am Drive Fenster Vapen. Find ich total unhygienisch, genau wie das keine Handschuhe getragen werden beim zubereiten! Habe den Eindruck nur der junge Mann mit den Piercings und Tattoos arbeitet wirklich.

Meiner Meinung nach der beste Burger King. Gute Lage, man kommt super mit dem Auto hin, ruhig. Neues Restaurant, sauber und ordentlich, nette Mitarbeitende. Besser habe ich noch nie in so einer Art Restaurant gegessen. Gerade die Veggie-Sachen waren extrem gut. Aromatisches "Fleisch", total frisches und knackiges Gemüse. Hätte ich niemals von Fast Food erwartet und gehe auch in keinen anderen Burger King mehr.

Von innen top, essen schnell zubereitet und sehr angenehmes vibe. Preise sind auch angemessen. Würde weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe heute 3 Hot brownies mit Eis bestellt. Und der Mitarbeiter mit vielen Piercings und tattoos ist der größte Ehrenmann. Würde nochmal nur wegen ihm kommen. 10/10 Service.

Würde vor kurzem modernisiert. Nun gibt es wie typisch einen Getränkemischautomaten und Terminals zum bestellen. Es ist halt Fast food und daher ist die Qualität nicht schlecht aber halt auch nicht überraschend gut. Gleichbleibend ist denke ich der richtige Begriff, so wie man es erwarten darf. Ich persönlich mag die Ladeplätze auf dem Parkplatz, so kann man zumindest das miteinander verbinden.

Tische sind immer dreckig, menschliche Haare und Krümmel auf den Tischen allgegenwärtig.Hier wird nicht geputzt,free W-Lan gibt's auch nicht mehr.Kein Ort für Hygenie Bewusste..

Der Burger King lässt negative Rezessionen mit der Begründung "Verleumdung" löschen. Statt das man seinen Service verbessert wird der Kunde noch kriminalisiert. GG

Wir waren 3 Leute und für 3 Leute 1 Stunde gewartet unglaublich

Es dauert zu lange es haben 6-10 Personen gewartet wir haben eine halbe Stunde auf unser essen gewartet, sehr schlechter Service und zu langsam

Das Essen war leider furchtbar. Viel zu viel Soße. Der Speck war gar kein Speck. Das Fleisch war nicht durchgebraten, fast noch roh. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Nach dem Umbau sehr schön. Es nervt allerdings, dass die Mitarbeiter die Bestellnummern schreien. Es reicht doch, dass diese auf dem Display zur Abholung angezeigt werden.

War vorher eher Team McD, wenn es um klassisches Fast Food geht, allerdings war ich wirklich sehr begeistert von der Auswahl an plant-based-Produkten. Eine Riesen-Vielfalt, die auch preislich sehr in Ordnung ist. Bei den Nuggets dachte ich kurz, das wäre echtes Hähnchenfleisch. Von daher in diesem Bereich schwer zu empfehlen!

Wurde vor kurzem renoviert ansonst wie ein normaler Burger King

Heute sind wir mit meiner Frau durch den Drive gefahren, um ein Kindermenü und ein Menü für meine Frau zu bestellen. Am Mikrofon wurde uns gesagt, dass die Menüanzeige nicht funktioniert. Eine klare Antwort habe ich darauf aber nicht bekommen. Deshalb sind wir direkt zum Fenster gefahren. Dort habe ich noch einmal gesagt, dass das Menüdisplay nicht funktioniert. Wir haben ein Kindermenü und ein Cheeseburger-Menü für meine Frau bestellt. Das Kindermenü wurde sofort um 15:03 Uhr ausgegeben. Danach wurden wir gebeten, nach vorne zu fahren und zu warten. Wir haben 22 Minuten gewartet, aber niemand kam heraus. Schließlich sind wir rückwärts wieder zum Fenster gefahren. Dort sagte der Mitarbeiter, dass er nichts verstanden habe und die Bestellung deshalb nicht gemacht wurde. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. In dieses Restaurant werde ich nicht mehr kommen. So verliert man Kunden. Sehr schade…

Wir sind extra von weit her angereist und das Restaurant war nur durch den Autoschalter erreichbar. Nicht gut, es wurde auch nirgendwo ausgeschildert.

Heute mal wieder 18 Minuten im Drive-throu gewartet... 👍🏻 bei gerade mal drei Autos vor mir. Mein Bekannter direkt vor mir laut seiner Aussage sogar 35 Minuten, da weiß ich allerdings nicht wieviele er vor sich hatte, als er angekommen ist. Wenigstens war das Essen wie bestellt und komplett.

Ich habe eine halbe stunde gewartet um am ende ein kaltes essen zu haben, es arbeiten auch nur 3 Leute an dem essen wirklich traurig weil ich das essen eigentlich genießen wollte. Was auch blöd ist ist das es alles in der falschen Reihenfolge gemacht wurde ich finde das eine Frechheit.

Grauenhaft, das Fleisch im Burger sieht auch scheußlich aus. Schade, dass ich das Foto hier nicht posten kann. Ab jetzt mache ich Burger für meine Familie selbst.

Früher gab es dort eine große Maschine mit Dutzenden von Getränkekombinationen zur Auswahl. Jetzt haben sie nur noch eine langweilige Maschine. Ich würde die Bewertung auf 4 Sterne erhöhen, wenn sie die alte Maschine wieder einführen.

Einmal und nie wieder!! Schweineteuer,warm und nicht heiss. Die hälfte wird vergessen. Wenn man dann wieder hinfährt gibt's nur den Burger anstatt das Menü (15 Euro),vergessene Soßen gab es auch keine. Und das Eis fürs Kind wird auch vergessen. Saftladen Da ist sogar 1 Stern scho zuviel

Also gerade BabyBurger bestellt ganz Süs aber kalt auch essen von Kollegen kalt Pommes versalzen chillidip kalt und Mitarbeiter kein Verständnis 👎 Reinigung vom Tischen könnte saubere sein !

Ekelhaftes Verhalten am Drive!!! Ich habe zwei Hot Brownies bestellt und musste regelrecht darum betteln, einen Getränkehalter zu bekommen. Es gab weder eine Tüte noch Servietten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Service. Ich werde diesen Burger King definitiv weiterempfehlen!!!

Essen gut, wie man es von Burger King erwartet. Service vergleichsweise schnell, ging hier deutlich schneller als in anderer Filiale. Restaurant Design sehr schön, Durchgestylt in roten Farben, mit runder Form und viel Glas, auf einer Anhöhe über der Hauptstraße. Filmreife Location. Getränke in Selbstbedienung.

Leider wurde mein Burger einem anderen Kunden gegeben, so dass ich besonders lange warten musste. Während die, die vor mir warteten alle ein Eis als Entschuldigung bekamen und alle, die nach mir dran waren vor mir bedient wurden, wurde ich einfach nur mit der Erklärung abgefertigt.

Ambiente ist etwas traurig aber auch was man manchmal braucht nach einen langen Tag eigentlich macht es mich sehr zufrieden

Ich habe seit langem mal wieder im Burger King gegessen. Ich muss sagen, dass die Qualität wirklich nachgelassen hat. Unter anderem hatte ich am Tag darauf extreme Bauchschmerzen. Ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr so schnell zu Gast sein.

Schade dass die Getränke misch Maschine jetzt umgebaut wurde. Der Mitarbeiter heute war mega freundlich. Unser Essen hat etwas gedauert und als Entschädigung hat er uns einen gratis Hot Brownie gegeben ❤️

Ich war mit meinem Besuch bei Burger King sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, die Burger waren saftig und geschmackvoll, und die Pommes schön knusprig. Besonders positiv fand ich die große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist – auch vegetarische Optionen. Der Service war freundlich und zügig, und das Restaurant machte einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Auch die Preise sind fair für die gebotene Qualität. Insgesamt ein gelungener Besuch, ich komme gerne wieder und kann Burger King weiterempfehlen.

The food was unfortunately cold despite the restaurant being nearly empty. It seems they're no longer dispensing drinks from a vending machine, but rather pouring them haphazardly from a crate. Special requests are charged but not fulfilled, although they are marked off on the packaging. A very disappointing visit, and again the Burger King in the harbor is significantly better! A real shame!

Der allerletzte Laden. War mehrere Male am MC Drive und urde ignoriert Keine Ahnning ob die Lust zum arbeiten haben. Da hab ich mein Essen schneller gekocht. Das kann nicht sein für so einen renomierten Laden.

Food was good. However, ordering at the counter is no longer possible. Customer communication was nonexistent.

Not really clean and the wrong products were sold. And the wait times were far too long, without many customers.

The food was poorly prepared. The air conditioning was off in 35-degree heat. The second drinks machine has been broken for several months.

Burger King fries are moderately good, but they cost €4. And that's not even enough money for the heating. Employee comment: It's only autumn. It's only 8 degrees outside... My friend got an ice cream. The Oreo was just on top. Nothing left after the first layer. So, very meager.

I was at the Drive-In today, September 26, 2025, around 8:10 p.m. The lady who served us was very nice, polite, and accommodating. Her manner made my evening even more enjoyable!

The best meal I've had in over 50 years. The restaurant is a revelation, the staff highly trained. It couldn't be better. Believe me, really, really, really. Oh yes, I like to use the free toilet.

Review for Burger King Schweinfurt: I was absolutely shocked by this visit. The place was extremely dirty – sticky and unkempt everywhere. The food was so disgusting that it made me feel sick and I had to throw up. I've never experienced anything like it. Furthermore, the staff was very unfriendly. One employee in particular stood out to me because she was yelling at customers. I've made it clear: I will never eat here again.

Everything was fine until I spoke to an employee... I was immediately yelled at. With the words: "I'm not a technician!" I'd rather have a sandwich!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it... if I want to order something at the drive-thru and I'm not understood, then in my view that's a Mango service... I've been there twice now and both times the same problem... I personally won't go there anymore... I don't want to be annoyed after every order.

Unfriendly staff. Order was declined. The reason given was that it's no longer available. It's strange that I received everything the day before.

It's simply difficult to find decent staff these days, but at Burger King Schweinfurt, the employees can't even count to three. In an order of four fries, there were only two in the bag. I don't look in every bag to see what's in an order worth over €40. Cheekiness, stupidity, or a system? We'll never be back.

I went there with my children after soccer yesterday. It was busy, but there weren't many staff. I counted five. Orders at the counter weren't even taken, but rudely turned away. The employees were incredibly annoyed and overwhelmed. It's a shame they don't plan better in advance. Our order took ages. The order number was 15 minutes ahead, and after waiting half an hour, I asked. That's just how it is, was the answer. Everyone who had ordered after us got their order first. A man also told the staff, but they didn't seem to care. We had to wait 38 minutes. This isn't fast food anymore. One vending machine was broken, and the other one was out of Coke. The restrooms were paperless and dirty, and the restaurant area was also very chaotic. I'm really disappointed. They need to plan much better in the future.

Not a good store. I was there last Tuesday. It wasn't busy. The floor was sticky everywhere, many products—even standard items—were sold out. One of the two vending machines was out of order. The furniture outside was all over the place, and there was trash everywhere. We had to wait 15 minutes for our food. I also received the wrong drink, and the mistake wasn't corrected. The employees also preferred giving customers unpleasant looks rather than processing orders. This store isn't improving. Conditions weren't good even a few years ago—for example, waiting 20-30 minutes for food or being stuck in the drive-thru for 30 minutes.

Absolutely not a recommendation, unfriendly staff and even for fast food the quality is subpar.

Ordering food was easy but the food was always a bit warm or cold, although the fries were great.

Every time I'm there, everything is either empty, meaning sold out, or a machine is broken. I've hardly ever had a chance to get much to eat. The worst thing, though, is the drive-thru machine for ordering!! The staff are incredibly unfriendly and you can't understand a thing...every time there's just a static noise and the occasional word in between. A background noise and pure German. The floor inside is a disaster too, always covered in dirt and fries. I always walk out of there - backwards.

I went through the drive-thru. I once ordered the chili cheese nuggets and two cheeseburgers there. Conclusion: the nuggets were still frozen inside and the cheeseburgers were full of ketchup and cold. I paid €9.46 for this. I've never experienced such a bad BK.

Was there again for a long time, ordered a burger and then had to find a piece of plastic in the last piece?! Maybe an isolated incident but still annoying. The rest was great 👍 LG

Disrespectful! According to the opening hours until 10 p.m. - I was at the drive-thru at 9:55 p.m. At the window I ask if I can still order – “No, we are closed.” Seriously? I was there on time. Customer service? You obviously don't want customers. It's probably going too well for you. Awkward. Never again.

Food is quite OK, I find this BK to be clean and the staff is nice.

Just ordered in the drive in and unfortunately not checked, the portion of fries that was specially ordered for the little one was not included. Not the first time this staff has cheated on you!

Ordering food here at the Drive Inn is a joke. Waiting time 10 minutes for burgers that should actually always be in stock. When I ate them, they were cold and tasted like cold fat.

Open until 10 p.m. I was at the drive in at 9:55 p.m., still one car in front of me. When the customer in front of me had finished ordering, my colleagues suddenly switched off the display or the order column - 9:59 p.m., even though they saw that I was already waiting. Very unfriendly staff, very long waiting time. Not recommended. Tables are dirty, you have to do the washing up yourself and during that time the staff is having a good time, they are having conversations and laughing, but there is no time for work. The house lacks a real boss, no organization and structure.

If it weren't for the fact that the taste is very good, I would only give it 3 stars. The introduction of ordering kiosks is a tragedy. Four kiosks and only one person serving. Waiting time for Wooper Menu is 35 minutes.

The service was very nice, I can't say anything about that. Made a large order for 6 people and paid a total of 72 euros [to take away]. Among other things, two snack boxes for 15 euros each. After we got home and unpacked everyone's food, we discovered that the fries were missing from both boxes. The fact that the food was cold may have been due to the journey through the city, but the fact that the fries were missing from both boxes shouldn't happen.

Hardly any choice of drinks. We were there several times, one drinks machine is always switched off and the other doesn't have tea, zero drinks or vanilla etc. With luck, 30% of the drinks on offer are available. Otherwise it is clean and the staff is friendly.

The food was good, the shop was empty, but we were harassed by a Russian who didn't speak German. Although they have a clean toilet, the extreme water saving was noticeable! We ordered food from the restaurant but got the bag to take away. Then 3 things were missing from the order. At the end it was awesome, I wanted an empty paper ice cream cup, after a while the poorly spoken waitress said - €2.30. For empty paper cups!

Ordered 2 burger menus with fries to take away, burgers and fries were cold. Travel time approx. 4 minutes. It was like that a long time ago. It's never happened to me with the competition.

Long wait until you get your order and then they don't have everything there. Don't eat soory well. Kindness is okay. Cleanliness could be better.

Exactly what you would expect from a Burger King! Moderately motivated workers. Relatively inexpensive food. The taste of the food was okay, but it was sometimes better!

So me and my hungry family had just come from Prak to Schweinfurt and everyone was very hungry. We arrived half an hour before the store closed. We wanted to eat and the store was closed. The only thing that happened was that a few students harassed me. That's probably them Employees were I'll never come back thanks now I have hungry children.

Everything is OK, unfortunately everything is expensive now but well that's just the way it is

The quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. The burgers are lukewarm and dry. The tables would be sticky and the leftovers from the previous one would still be there. According to the cleaning schedule, the toilets have not been cleaned for a long time.

Very good mecces, really good, drinks are always refilled, good and friendly staff I would love to come back to mecces PS mixing all drinks is the best way and tastes very good And with this jr happy meal thing there are good toys BATMAN THE SUPERMAN
