McDonald's in Herne

ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!! it's disgusting!!! The shop and kitchen are dirty. Disgusting. My burger tasted disgusting. Dry without any hassle. Fries? Disgusting!!! They were as soft as vomit and tasted like nothing but cardboard. Also, DESPITE DIABETES AND A CLEAR ORDER, I got a Coke instead of a Coke Zero. Thanks! One star is still a gift, zero hits it anymore. Disgusting. Never again!!!!!

Finally the shop is closed, they were even too stupid to make coffee. Make quick money, they're not interested in the rest.

Einfach nicht normal die Filialleiterin,über 45min auf unser Essen gewartet und dazu war auch noch alle Burger Eiskalt. Nachdem fast alle Kunden sich an der Kasse beschwert haben,war die Filialleiterin sehr sehr unfreundlich und beleidigend. Nie wieder werden wir diese Filale besuchen. Mann sollte die Fresche Filialleiterin sofort Kündigen.

The restaurant is easy to reach, it's in the train station right next to the bus station. The staff in this restaurant is really unfriendly. You can't complain about the food, but what gives it one star less is that the cola tastes like mineral water. I wouldn't recommend buying a cola instead of cola, otherwise the burgers are very good. The restaurant looks very nice from the inside, but it's difficult for wheelchair users to get in because the doors are very narrow, especially without someone who can't hold the door open. It takes a very long time, there are only 2 employees, it was renovated but it was still dirty and I had 2 MC Chicken Classic and almost had to throw up afterwards! One was fresh, the other appeared to be older and the flesh was gray! Cheeseburgers have been lying around for ages, the paper is already softening through it's really disgusting!! The store should be inspected more often by the health department, that's not possible, especially not with the prices! Not to mention that you can't redeem points

Ordered online. Not one menu was done right. That's quite an achievement, the employees weren't even lucky. A burger for a lot of money wasn't even included. At least you can't go wrong, from a positive perspective. Subterranean bad employees working there. Reading from a monitor or reading at all is probably not a prerequisite for employment.

The store is a disaster! Everything was dirty and the seats hadn't been dusted or cleaned for weeks. A little boy (5 years old) came in and urgently had to go to the toilet and the owner told him in half German in a loud tone that there were none here and sent him away twice to pee outside around the corner. Bottomless!! .. dirt loading

Disgusting smell of smoke when entering the McDonalds. And two sprites with black floating particles, look in your drink! ;)

The McDonald’s is small and not the most well-maintained McDonald’s. There are some friendly employees but also unfriendly ones. It's nice that McDonald's is very central. It is located in the middle of Herne town center in front of the train station.

The rooms are very small. I didn't like the ambience of the store. The furnishings and interior design appear old-fashioned.

The older employee with the white hair is really rude and should be fired. He treated me like I was getting food for free. Very rude and dubious for such a shop. I will never order from there again. I absolutely do not recommend this fast food place! One star is even too many!

They refuse to scan the application in which you can collect points for your orders, do not explain the reason and generally do not want to listen or hear you. A very rude and unfriendly cashier who behaves as if I came to his home and demanded something. The food quality is terrible..... This is a small McDonald's, with a small flow of people, but when I went there a couple of times, I witnessed that the burgers are already cooked and packaged in the delivery area, and when you place an order, they give you this cold burger that has been lying there for who knows how long.... . I don’t advise anyone to order anything there, at least until they change the management and current employees, in particular the rude cashier...

Short time in Herne!!! I'm really speechless. The last time I went to McDonald's was probably a year ago and wanted to try the vegan nuggets. That was probably the reason why I had to wait so long. The only thing that was freshly prepared. At least I can say very tasty and warm. I immediately threw away the cheeseburger. Ordered both to take away! Unfortunately, I didn't initially notice how unclean it looked behind the counter. Otherwise I would have left straight away! I was so shocked, it doesn't even look like that at the main station in Hanover. The floor full of large, visible dirt, garbage that is overflowing and some of it was lying next to it, a garbage was probably changed at that moment but the bag was placed on the back of the counter to be unfolded... The health department should check more regularly. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures. And I would have liked to have wanted my money back afterwards when I was already waiting for the order, but unfortunately that was the kind of moment that happens...

The Arab employee who is always at the checkout tried to pull my girlfriend away. He also claims that he was in the right, where we said that he should show the surveillance cameras, he immediately gave the money back. Very unfriendly and very dubious!

Worst McDonald's ever, a bald employee absolutely destroyed my desire to eat. I just wanted a happy meal, but left without a meal and sad. A few McNuggets would have really improved my mood, but not with such unfriendly people! McDonald's brand stands for moments of happiness, joy and consistent quality. The restaurant at Herner Bahnhof absolutely drags down the brand's reputation! It's an absolute disgrace that McDonald's allowed something like this to happen. My recommendation, a complete renovation with new screens, as you would expect from McDonald's, and employee training would also provide an advantage.

If you want to lose weight and get food poisoning, go ahead. They have almost nothing in their range and the fries taste like old oil and the bread is so hard!! Never again - staff incredibly unfriendly

Die Burger liegen viel zu lange im warmhalte Bereich, war kurz vor einer Lebensmittel Vergiftung! Der Laden muss dicht gemacht werden 🤮

Eigentlich wie alle MC Donald Läden, mal kleiner mal größer. Service und Ambiente fast wie überall, das Essen mal frisch manchmal auch nicht so frisch Ansonsten kann man dort in Ruhe Speisen.

Es gibt dort sehr wenig Auswahl, Eine Renovierung ist sehr notwendig. Personal ist freundlich.

Etwas eigenartiger Laden! Die Sitzgelegenheiten nicht ganz so sauber, Verkäufer teilweise sehr schwer zu verstehen und sehr wenig los! Das Essen war aber in Ordnung!

Eine sehr kleine Mc Donalds Filiale wo die Hälfte des Standartsortiment nicht angeboten wird. Cola war zur Hälfte mit Eiswürfel gefüllt. Die Burger waren lieblos und lauwarm . Und ich wurde um 1€ beschissen. Auf Nachfrage und unter wieder Willen habe ich mein Rückgeld erhalten.

Der Mc Donalds am Bahnhof war sonst besser organisiert, der Service war auch nicht so schlecht wie wir es heute vorgefunden haben. Ein Mitarbeiter an der Kasse der sich so cool vorkommt und denkt er hätte alles unter Kontrolle 😄 Die Burger waren an einigen Stellen angetrocknet, Getränke gab es nur Cola und Eistee, auf Nachfrage war der MA schon patzig.. Bei 2 Menüs mussten beide separat aufgegeben und einzeln bezahlt werden...🤷‍♀️ auf Nachfrage sagte er ganz langsam erst das eine dann das andere... Insgesamt war alles sehr unzufrieden stellend.. für einen Snack zwischendurch zu stressig und nervig.Werden sicher nicht nochmal hingehen.

Kassierer war sehr lost, der Typ der hinter uns stand hat Auge auf meine Tasche gemacht der war eh dichter als sonst was. Essen war Okay. Das Ambiente war schrecklich. Overall 2 Sterne.

Beste Mc , die Burger sind Frisch und bekommen wir die Bestellungen sehr schnell Mitarbeiter sind sehr Freundlich und net . Nur kleine Dinge manschmal funktioniert copons und EC Karte nicht

Haben leider nicht das komplette Sortiment. Bei der Bestellung fehlten bei den Happy Meals die Spielzeuge.

Bez rewelacji. Najsmutniejszy Mac, w którym byłem. Bardzo stare wykończenie - konieczna rewitalizacja środka, bo wnętrze chyba pamięta lata 90-te (stoły, ławy, ściany... no wszystko aż się prosi o zmianę) . Odnośnie samego jedzenia: polecam. Trzyma standardy i jest smacznie. Przyjazna obsługa. Stąd w ogóle dwie gwiazdki.
