Nette Mc Donalds met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Complimenten voor de staff, mag ook weleens gezegd worden. Helemaal top!

Ich hatte ein Iced Coff Shake und das war der schlimmste den ich je getrunken habe da war nicht einmal Kaffee drin der hat auch nicht einmal nach Caramel geschmeckt und ich hatte noch 2 Cheeseburger und auf beiden waren Gurken drauf und ich hatte extra gesagt ohne Gurken. Auf meinen Hinweis reagierte die Kassiererin sehr unfreundlich und patzig. Bin einfach nur enttäuscht!!!!!!

The service was super unfriendly and annoyed. Customers came and wanted to order at the checkout. They were shouted at in a mushy tone that this wasn't possible here, only at the machine. Since the customers were older people, they left the restaurant because they didn't give any help or instructions on how to order. We also received a rude welcome. Despite the small restaurant and not much activity, the staff is annoyed. Please look for new staff! The customers are running away and we too will have bad memories of this McDonalds and will go to another one. You felt totally unwanted.

Very unfriendly customer service every time I come here with my family, the employees at the checkout are always unfriendly and don't even give you a smile. At the drive, the food was literally thrown into my car by the one southern employee, so I'm a southerner myself, but that was a little too much for me by far the worst customer service in a McDonalds I have ever seen.

1 star is excessive. There are not enough staff, we had to wait 30 minutes for burgers/wraps and fries. The fries were cold and fried. My wrap was thrown together, it didn't look like a wrap, a lettuce leaf was lost and the sauce was everywhere. The best was the cola. All tables were dirty. Then it's better to hire one more person.

Nuggets lukewarm, fries soggy and pale, BigMac worked like that... Tables outside dirty and not cleared. At the kids menu giveaway, they brazenly lied when they politely asked about a specific figure: "It's always a coincidence what's in the box." It is printed on the box which Smurf is inside. It could still be exchanged with a colleague later, but the star was extra.

With the McDrive it's better to check that everything is correct before you leave the yard. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that I hadn't received a receipt. Three Chessburgers were actually missing meat.

They can't speak English and eat bad food.

Sehr schlecht stinkt voller öl meine Burger ist immer veraltet und das Fleisch trocken, Obwohl so viele Mitarbeiter da sind, dauert es 10 Minuten, bis meine Bestellung angenommen wird.

If the lettuce were washed, you wouldn't see any insects falling out of the burger with the lettuce. I would prefer to take the extra proteins differently.

Simply disgusting! If you think it couldn't get any worse, just take a look here. 1. Staff totally overwhelmed 2. Tables dirty 3. Eternal waiting times 4. If you order more than three things at the drive in, be sure to check everything. Something will be missing. PROMISED!! All incompetent there. ....04/14/2024 new update: Ordered via Lieferando, " Lieferboy " came with the wrong order, of course I didn't accept it. Then immediately called McDonalds. At first the error was of course blamed on the delivery man employed by Lieferando, who had taken the wrong bag. But that couldn't be true because the receipt (with order contents and name, €26.50) was stapled to the bag. So mistakes on their part. Then they called Lieferando and called me back....Quintessence: I got my money back and nothing to eat. You have to imagine this. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience in this McDonald's branch. Unfortunately, our food was almost as cold as the cola. After I handed over the fries, I got fries almost as cold again with a very stinky face from the MA. In the end, they said “and it’s warm now” I will definitely not visit this McDonald’s branch again 🙂

I was there three times in total and each time I ordered a Mc Plant menu. Two out of three times I had a meat patty in the vegetarian burger. The first time I thought it was an accident. In retrospect, however, it seemed a bit strange to me because beforehand the cashier at the McDrive counter involved me in a short conversation about proteins and vegetarianism. She didn't seem very convinced about the vegetarian option. Luckily I was still able to complain about the burger. Unfortunately, this didn't work in the second and final incident because I had already left in the car. At the issue the employee confirmed “MC-Plant” to me! This is absolutely impossible and bold! Either the employees are stupid, poorly trained or there is a system behind it, since the vegetarian alternatives are twice as expensive as the meat versions. I can't imagine that such a bad shop can survive on regular customers. The only thing that saves it is the direct location on the motorway entrance and near Zurbrüggen. You then drive past it once and never again. The veggi label should be withdrawn from them. Worse than Burger King. This is a case for Wallraff!

Was there again yesterday. I ordered online and got it completely wrong, when I realized it I was already home. Of course I paid too much. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been there three times in 8 days. The food was always cold and the order took forever to arrive. And last but not least, I had to listen to the employees arguing!!! Very very bad branch, food thrown in the trash twice. PS: nobody cares about the complaints

When we brought our order, the waitress held the tray askew and poured half a liter of cola into one of us's crotch and over our backpacks. It took two minutes for someone to come with a rag and instead of offering it to our friend for his backpack or yourself, we started dry cleaning the table. There was NO compensation. Covering the cleaning costs (which McDonalds is legally obliged to do in this case) was only offered upon request. Apart from that, pretty much all the tables in the branch were dirty and the burgers looked like they had been thrown onto the floor in the kitchen.

The tables were completely dirty throughout the restaurant. Before we could sit down with the children, we had to clean the table ourselves. After that the cloth was black. It doesn't work at all. The shift manager was quick when I asked her about it and told me that we should let us know in advance if we wanted a clean table. The burgers were lukewarm. In the three quarters of an hour we were in the restaurant, no one was even seen cleaning the tables. There were chips and mayonnaise, ketchup and half-eaten nuggets on the restaurant floor all the time, without any of the staff being comfortable enough to clear them away. The term restaurant should actually no longer be used here. Really disgusting. I wonder whether the people in Herne don't care enough about their home and workplace that they let it get so dirty. Really embarrassing for the restaurant management and employees.

If you no longer have new Cola glasses, please inform your guests directly and remove the glasses option from your ordering machine. I wanted to collect your new Coke glasses to order a double meal and your ordering machine clearly indicated that there was still one glass (turquoise) available. When I picked up my food and noticed that there was no glass in the bag and asked the staff about it, they responded very rudely and complained about why I hadn't asked earlier. I can accept the fact that the glass was sold out but not the way they spoke.

McDonald's as you know it. I found that the boss was very customer-oriented and also had a great handle on her team. Despite high frequency, hardly any waiting time. Gladly again...

I would have liked to have judged better but it really wasn't a special experience to be a guest here. The food was cold and took 18 minutes to be brought to the table. The burger 🍔 was pretty dry. The restaurant was very dirty and all the carts were full of empty trays. But that has to get better.

Unmöglich! Man muss am Termonal bestellen auch wenn man nicht in der Lage dazu ist. Alle bekommen Ohr essen, wir warten schon 30 Minuten nichts passiert, man muss das Personal drauf hinweisen...nie wieder hier essen das war das letzte mal! Traurig sodas!

Offers that are on the menu are NOT really available :( Service was absolutely unfriendly and BRUTALLY incompetent. Worst McDonald's branch ever. Take the 5 minutes and drive the few kilometers to the nearest McDonald's. Solid 0/5 stars!

What is that? There are only machines that take orders. The staff has not yet noticed that their jobs are disappearing.

I ordered a Coke and there was no straw. When I asked nicely at the checkout if I could get a straw, the employee said no. Mixed up the toys in the Happy Meal but instead had warm food.

Pure disaster, one star is still too many! Rude staff and especially not fluent in German. The staff has made mistakes and doesn't see how to fix it.....👎

We've been there twice in the last few weeks because we spent some time near Zurbrüggen. The first time the restaurant and food was ok. Last Monday (after 8 p.m.) the restaurant was extremely dirty. Many tables were dirty with ketchup and indefinable things, packaging and loose fries lay on the floor. We also had to wait quite a long time for our food, and there wasn't much going on. Takeaway cheeseburgers (for my in-laws) were A…cold at home, even though they live 3 minutes away. Royal TS and Big Mac on site were fine. There were flowers on some of the tables... nice thing - if the shop had been better looked after.

I've never experienced anything more disgusting in my life than that insect in my nugget box... I threw away my entire order because I was so disgusted and still am. I want to stick my finger down my throat and choke it all out. You ruined everything for me and my family. I've been coming here regularly since I was a child. I will never leave a dime at McDonald’s again. I will tell everyone around me about it. I had a dead insect in my food and that's just what I saw. Who knows what else I had in my food. Maybe it laid eggs??? Every time I think about it I want to puke...

As so often, sauces that were paid for separately were missing. Instead of 6 chicken only 5 and cold burgers. Service not really good. Mc Drive: Person barely understood (spoke German very well), but he wore a mask and could hardly be understood through it. Points were scanned but not credited, there was something wrong with the transfer. I'll go to another branch in the future because it always happens - with larger orders! I can't count the chicken in the car now.

They just can't manage to get the order out completely. Even when it's empty. If it's full you'll be stuck in the drive for 45 minutes, even if you booked in advance. I don't think the concept of preparing food when ordering is particularly suitable for a "quick restaurant". The food piles up and remains in the serving area all the time. Because it is issued according to receipt and not after completion.🤔 A woman next to me waited over half an hour for a latte ice cream shake. It doesn't work at all.😅

I was really shocked yesterday. At 1:30 a.m. I wanted to order something before they made it. A customer or whoever it was came to the front with his dog and the shift leader touched the dog and gave it something to eat. The dog was shaking and his saliva was everywhere. We were there on February 24th. there in the early afternoon, catastrophe!!!! Cheeky and unfriendly staff, I wasn't served but very rudely directed to the dirty order displays. There wasn't much going on, but there was discussion and shouting (impossible!) because orders were probably wrong. Overall, very dirty impression. We then went out for some real food... Hello MD bosses: another customer less!!

Checked everything on site to make sure everything was there! In a hurry, I didn't look at Happy Metal and they forgot the fries again! Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home! This has happened to us so many times! It's slowly enough. I don't want to always have to check whether my food is complete! That's annoying! That's not in the spirit of a happy customer! That's why I haven't been there to get food for a long time, and I'm not going anymore!

First of all, the lady at the drive doesn't even know what she's selling, she doesn't understand it very well and in the end she forgot a burger and a cola and that was the only cola

I ordered vegan nuggets, specifically asked if they were really vegan, and still got meat nuggets. After the first bite it was immediately clear that they were chicken nuggets. That's not possible at all!

We have never been treated rudely. Never again for me. The burly lady in the red dress literally shouted at us from behind that we were only allowed to order from the machine. Freelance employees were standing around!?! No go. Then it's better to go somewhere else.

Saved money! I tried entering a code from the McD app at the order terminal. After entering the code I was logged in, but the code was not redeemed. Did the whole thing three times, no success. Saved €10. Fine!

The food was pretty much cold, the service was okay, nothing special and the interior was fine. But since you go there to eat and not to stay, it's a bad, almost stupid restaurant. The toilets were catastrophic.

Really cheeky employees, despite the McDonald Group's promise that you still have to be served personally, the employees cheekily refer you to the epidemic-smeared grease panel. I don't call that service. They're supposed to bring the food to the table, but the service doesn't become personal anymore. Then we left hungry and went to BK, where we served customers personally. All I can say is bad service, dirty, tables full. Sorry

Initially unfriendly when placing the order. Drink spilled by the waiter, OK that can happen but it should be possible to make a new one. Then cold food and return. The place was dirty, several tables were full of leftover food, apart from the floor. I don't understand how the store isn't already bankrupt

Der erste positive Eindruck täuscht! Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt unfreundlich und sehr unmotiviert. Die Wartezeit war sehr lang, obwohl nicht all zu viele Gäste vor Ort waren. Das Essen war leider kalt. Erinnert der schlechtesten McDonalds, sie wie bisher besucht haben.

Sehr lange Wartezeit. Haben 30 Minuten auf unser Essen warten müssen und haben uns das gemecker einer Mitarbeiterin anhören müssen. Sie meckerte nicht mit uns sondern mit den anderen Mitarbeiter. Nach 30 Minuten fragten wir nach der Bestellung und ein Mitarbeiter sagte das er sie vergessen hat und gab uns unser Essen. Das Essen war noch warm aber nicht so lecker wie bei anderen McDonald's Filialen. Eine Mitarbeiterin sagte auch noch während ihrer Arbeit an der Pommes „verfault“ was mich irgendwie angeekelt hat. Eine Katastrophe 2/10

Geschmacklich eig ganz gut aber für den aktuellen Preis zu wenig Wollte an der Kasse zwei Burger kaufen aber Ich wurde ein paar Minuten ignoriert und dann wurde ich gefragt ob ich noch bezahlen müsse Auf meine Antwort "ich habe noch gar nicht bestellt" wurde ich zum Automaten geschickt obwohl ich erwähnt habe das ich Bar bezahlen werde Also ist man jetzt bei diesem McDonald's verpflichtet bei einer Bar-Zahlung an den Automaten zu gehen welche oft nicht funktionieren und MEHRERE Fenster einblenden ob man nicht noch dies und jenes dazu bestellen will..... Um dann die Bestellung an der zuvor erwähnten Kasse zu bezahlen. Da die erste Version dieser Rezension gelöscht wurde werde ich meine eigene Meinung hier nicht hinschreiben aber ich denke die kann man sich denken....

Essen ist ganz ok McDonald's halt. Personal war schon immer fragwürdig aber nach Personalwechsel absolute Katastrophe.

Essen halt mäcces. Aber Service gar keiner vorhanden. Hälfte vergessen, lange warten und nur assi Kids da. Danach hatte ich auch Corona. Danke nein nie wieder.

Er was verwarring achter de kassa bij het klaarmaken van de bestelling waardoor we met de medewerkers de order moesten controleren. Vervolgens was het eten ook nog eens lauw en de frietjes slap… Medewerkers waren vriendelijk maar verder niet tevreden.

Obwohl es nicht besonders voll war, haben wir ewig auf unser Essen gewartet. Nach 40 Minuten war fast die gesamte Kundschaft bereits zwei Mal ausgewechselt (und wir hatten nur Standarddinge bestellt). Auf Nachfrage, ob wir dann zumindest schon mal die Menüs der quengelnden Kinder haben können, gab man uns direkt ein Tablett mit der Hälfte unserer Bestellung (kalt natürlich). Der Rest sollte dann jeden Moment an den Tisch gebracht werden. Das ist leider weitere 15 Minuten nicht geschehen. Auf unsere Beschwerde hat man aber angemessen reagiert und alles innerhalb von 1 Minute mit freundlicher Entschuldigung geliefert. Wahrscheinlich werden wir wieder hingehen, aber schön war dieser Besuch mit drei kleinen Kindern gar nicht.

Incredibly badly organised. People not knowing what they are supposed to do. Orders being moved from “in preparation” to “ready for pick up” without having the food anywhere near ready (probably to manipulate the waiting time KPI), etc. if you come here, you might as well eat before to not be hungry while waiting to get your food.

Leider ist es hier viel zu unruhig, auf das Essen wartet man viel zu lange. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht freundlich, aber völlig unkoordiniert. Jeder macht alles und nichts. Es dauert ewig, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Schade, aber das kann man verbessern.

Leider hatte ich das Problem, dass meine Abholnummer nicht nach der Reihenfolge vergeben wurde. Die Leute, die nach mir gekommen sind, hatten ihre Bestellung schon abgeholt, während ich noch warten musste.

Einer der besseren Filialen in Deutschland. Sauber und freundlich.
