The food here is actually quite good but the waiting times are unacceptable.

Once again you didn't get what you ordered, but it says so on the bill.

Unfortunately, it's not as clean as you'd expect. And the service is also quite unfriendly.

Very good mcs food always comes complete and warm, equipped like every mc donalds with play area for children and toilet area (very clean and hygienic) mako are the long waiting times sometimes even at 1 o'clock on the weekend this is due to the high number of people thanks to the motorway, therefore only 4 stars

Once again, two of the four ordering machines are broken. Ordering at the cash register is impossible, and the drive-thru is completely overcrowded. Even the coupon codes have expired because it took so long. Fast food is different.

I ordered the same burger as at another branch. However, they were prepared with significantly less sauce. The taste was OK, but it was disappointing for me, because I remembered the burgers at another branch two weeks earlier being much tastier and with more sauce.

After noticing that two customers before me had already forgotten items from their orders, I really should have checked before leaving the restaurant. When I got home, I noticed that two fries, one lattice fries, the apple turnovers from the Happy Meal, and two bottles of apple spritzer were missing, and the chicken nuggets were plant-based instead of standard. The staff was nice, but a little more focus on their work would have been great. I ended up leaving with a loss of almost €10 and a bit frustrated...

Absolute crap!!! Burgers are really cold! Fries are cold... the service is unfriendly and completely out of character. Never again 🤮

The staff was very friendly and responded professionally despite the difficult circumstances. But several employees were clearly missing. The result: pure chaos. Trash piled up on the tables, which were greasy, and the guests were becoming increasingly annoyed. The fact that the team handled it all so kindly is truly remarkable. The owner should be ashamed of this – it was an outrage for both customers and employees. I've never experienced anything like it.

Half of the order was forgotten, and we had to wait 30 minutes for the food to even be ready. Hygiene is neglected, and it's total chaos. Not recommended; any MC at a train station is even better.

Small, fresh bouquets of flowers were placed on the tables for breakfast. I've never had a more relaxing breakfast at McDonald's.

The friendliest McDonald's branch in Germany. We've been here twice, and the branch is very clean; there are even fresh flowers on the tables. The food is always cold, even though the drive home is only three minutes. Preparation time is never less than 30 minutes. When ordering, something is either forgotten or the wrong item is given. With the exception of two people, the staff is completely unfriendly. Hygiene is abysmal. I honestly don't know how this McDonald's survives.

I was there for breakfast and it was practically deserted. I can't say whether everything is as good during peak hours. However, it was very chilly in the restaurant.

Ordered a happy meal on Friday. Minion stuff from 2022 with an ad 'now in theaters'. The kid was so sad. 3-year-old stuff. Unbelievable. There were no diced onions on the cheeseburger. The pickle was missing, and the dash of mustard seems to have been discontinued. Instead, the ketchup was dripping, and the kid was disgusted. There were no napkins either. Straws only available upon request. Friday, August 22nd, around 9:15 p.m. We're not going there anymore.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hamburger. It had no flavor at all, didn't even come with lettuce, and it tasted completely artificial.

If the machines work, everything is fine

We've been going there for a long time and are often satisfied. And when you're out and about a lot, you realize what you're getting.

Very friendly staff. They brought us our food, asked if we were satisfied, and cleared it away! It's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. We were offered a sample portion of a new burger, thank you very much for that.

At 10:15 a.m., I found a dirty women's restroom with a puddle of urine next to it. Certain coupons from the app can't be activated before 10:30 a.m. The option to only use coupons once will also cause McDonald's to suffer significant revenue losses. Not only are the burgers juicy, but the prices are now too. What a shame.

You know McDonald's and know what to expect

I don't understand how anyone would put such an unfriendly and rude person at the McDrive counter. The older lady, in particular, who clearly has difficulty with German, repeatedly stands out for her disrespectful and rude behavior. Very unfriendly staff. Even if you order fries, they always send you to one of these ordering machines. You can't understand the staff there at all, since no one speaks proper German. And if you ask again because you didn't understand anything, the unfriendly attitude returns. My food was already ready, and I still had to wait forever to get it, since people there prefer to chat among themselves. I went through that three times, and now they'll never see me there again.

Unfortunately even one star is too many. Every time we've been here we've gotten different things than we ordered. The tables were littered with rubbish, the floor was sticky and our food was cold. We were sitting at our table and saw that a ready tray was ready. Half of our order was already with us and the other half was missing. The employee walked past the tray several times and even started to prepare a new tray next to it, but he didn't take the finished tray away? No chance. When I went to him and asked about the rest of us, he looked at me in irritation and told me not to make such a fuss. The food was cold, but he obviously didn't care. He walked through the store several times and flirted with two women. Work ethic is unfortunately different. And that's how it's been on every one of our visits so far... this was definitely the very last time we're here. We'd rather take the longer route and drive to McDonald's in Bochum.

Never experienced anything so slow in a fast food restaurant. The employees are completely overwhelmed with even the smallest orders, everyone randomly packing something into the bags, so that the orders end up arriving at the customer's wrong address. They only serve the drive-thru, while customers in the store can expect a 25-30 minute wait (not an exaggeration!). Other branches are much faster. You should definitely avoid this McDonald's!!!

Traveling with 2 children. Order 20 nuggets, 2x happy meal. Waiting time was a whopping 25 minutes. Dirty empty tables. Chattering employees. A listless employee who brings the food to the tables. An employee with a headset who lets his friends book food for around 9.80 euros and brings 2x Happy Meals including 4x toys (4x different figures), 4x burgers plus fries and drinks to a family of 4 who ordered after us before us. Frustrating and infuriating. Especially since the statement was there are only 2 different figures. Incomprehensible for children. Not fair for children. It's dirty and not recommended.

Worst McDonald's there is. Staff serve McDonald's chicken without any chicken. My colleague gets his food before me, even though I was offered table service. When I ordered, they weren't able to serve the new Crisp P. sauce, but instead served the Nether Flame. If I were the department manager, I would have at least apologized, so basically zero stars. I'm over 40, and I've never experienced such terrible staff anywhere.

I wanted to return deposit cups. They only accepted one of the five because I only had one lid for the cups. The others weren't accepted because the lids were missing. It was also missing when they were handed out... Ridiculous

Such a great surprise. I got two large treats for my sweet little dogs for breakfast. I was so surprised and excited. I can only recommend this great McDonald's.

The slowest McDonald's in all of Germany!!!!

I haven't been to McDonald's in years, and now I remember why. The burger was cold and mushy, like it was squashed together. The fries were cold too, and the taste couldn't compare to what they used to taste. You can't order anything at the front; everything has to be done at a terminal. A very unfriendly system for a lot of things. And way too expensive for such mush. I'm incredibly disappointed. If it had been me alone, I would have sent it back.

5 stars I was in the branch today and was served by a young employee named Marcel – and I have to say: I've rarely experienced such friendly and attentive service, especially at a fast-food chain! Despite the typical stress of everyday life, he was extremely polite, courteous, and simply spread a good mood with his manner. When I asked him about it, he simply said that it was second nature to him – after all, you're at work, and treating customers with respect is simply part of it. An attitude I absolutely share and one that you unfortunately see far too rarely these days. Kudos to Marcel – someone like that really elevates the McDonald's experience. More of this, please!

Overall the experience was not particularly pleasant. Therefore I give 3 stars.

A modern ambiance. You can also order at the terminal here. Use the app if possible to take advantage of special offers. The service at the checkout was friendly and quick. The restroom was clean during my visit. A furniture store is nearby.

The burger was squashed and without my special order. Classic Burger King, oh no, oops.

I placed my order at the kiosk and when paid it didn't print me a receipt with my order number. I am lucky that I can speak a bit of German and so I was able to communicate it and understand my order number. The staff wasn't sure which number I had so I had to listen carefully for two possible numbers. The biggest problem is there are no screens showing your order number, meaning you have to rely only on your ears. Very inconvenient. On top of that my wrap was poorly wrapped, the paper couldn't be taken from the wrap itself, therefore it was impossible to eat it.

Minus 5 stars. I read all my unread emails at the drive-thru. Then I updated my calendar and WhatsApp status. No service, why? I drove on... On another visit, I wasn't served at the counter and was sent to the ATM... Could it be worse?

You order two Happy Meals with nuggets and a strawberry shake at the McDrive. When you get home, one nugget is missing, and the strawberry shake was a vanilla shake.

Within a very short space of time, I was served so badly in the drive-through twice that I suspect it was intentional. Once I had a hot chicken burger instead of a cheeseburger. This time it was really bad. Instead of three cheeseburgers, I had three hamburgers, so each time there was something in it that cost less. And this time I wasn't given a receipt, so I couldn't even complain. People, avoid the oil shop or at least always insist on a receipt.

Erst bekamen wir einen falschen Keks zu unserer Bestellung (kann ja mal passieren), diesen haben wir dann problemlos umtauschen können. Danke dafür! Kurz darauf stellten wir fest das eine Capri Sonne bei den 4 bestellten Happy Meals vergessen wurde. Wir wiesen an der Kasse freundlich darauf hin und bekamen eine. Kurz darauf kam ein Mitarbeiter und riss unserem Kind die Capri Sonne wieder aus der Hand und reagierte sehr unfreundlich und sagte "Da steht nur eine Capri Sonne auf dem Kassenbon! NUR EINE!" Meine Freundin wies darauf hin,das zwei drauf stehen würden und er riss den Kassenbon aus der Hand. Und unterstellte uns sogar Diebstahl...Kurz darauf kam ein weiterer Mitarbeiter schaute auf den Kassenbon und sagte "Da steht die zweite Capri Sonne doch." Das bestellte Eis auf das sich ein weiteres Kind freute hatte kurz darauf von dem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter keine Oreostückchen, das andere mit purer Absicht keine Schokosoße. Was bitte ist das für ein Mitarbeiter ? Wie kann man so jemanden dort arbeiten lassen??? Enttäuschung pur und geschockte Kinder. Hier sollte der Teamleiter dringend mal mit seinem Mitarbeiter sprechen und ihn richtig einweisen in Kundenfreundlichkeit. Wir werden diese Erfahrung weiter erzählen und definitiv hier nicht mehr essen!

Shortly afterwards, the ice cream that another child was looking forward to had no Oreo pieces from the unfriendly employee, and the other child had no chocolate sauce on purpose. What kind of employee is that? How can you let someone like that work there??? Pure disappointment and shocked children. Here the team leader should urgently talk to his employee and properly instruct him in customer friendliness. We will continue to share this experience and definitely won't eat here again!
