The best schnitzel and fried potatoes for miles around, and the Wednesday soups are always fresh and delicious. Friendly chef. We always enjoy coming here :)

Nice service but manageable quality of the food

The overall impression was very appealing Unfortunately the Schwabenpfänle was a bit dry from the meat and not enough sauce. People expected more. Schnitzel was great and the fries were nice and crispy It's always worth a visit

UPDATE: The shop is now called differently *DAMAS SNACK* (probably Damascus/Syria) and has changed the operator. Unfortunately I couldn't give 0⭐e and this was the result: On May 1st, 2022 in the evening - I waited about 10/15 minutes for me to be served (even though there was only 1 customer to be served before me). Then, suddenly, a customer who spoke Arabic appeared and was promptly served before me (& the other customers)... It didn't seem to bother them and so they had a fun chat together in their native language - really lovely! After thinking about it for a while, I came to the conclusion that I didn't want to become a customer here now or in the future and left this place - that's not possible...! P.S. This shop hasn't existed for a long time! In the meantime there have already been 2 new openings! Currently closed again!

Excellent restaurant, traditional cuisine, a real Proust madeleine. A fair cuisine, simple but full of flavors. Fresh and well-prepared products, excellent wines. I can only recommend.

You can't pay by card, but you can pay with PayPal or cash. The two ladies are Hamburg's favorite people and prepare delicious, inexpensive food. I love coming here ❤️

Really stable doener. The chicken is wonderfully seasoned. The herb sauce I chose enhanced the taste of the doner to my liking. All other ingredients were also very fresh! The bread must have come from our own production, I have never seen a shape like this before - and it tasted much better! I don't want to comment further on the ambience, because it doesn't matter in this case. I received a tasty doner with super friendly "service" from the owner's daughter?!? I would love to come back!

I came specially here for lunch after following their signs but was greeted by a “takeaway only” sign so couldn’t eat there and it is freezing outside

We visited here twice for dinner. The food tastes very tasty. We had pizza, salad and Jägerschnitzel. The service is great and the staff is always friendly and accommodating (especially to our children). After dinner we were able to play at the dart machine. We were also given tips for our Düsseldorf trip. In short: We were very satisfied and can recommend the restaurant.
