The three of us went there for the first time and it was simply fantastic. 👌🏽😊 Beautiful, pleasant, and peaceful ambiance, very tidy and clean. 👌🏽 Very nice and friendly service. 😊 The food was outstanding, absolutely delicious and flavorful. 😋👌🏽☺️ The portions were perfectly generous. 😊👍🏽 And the prices were completely justified. You could tell and taste the passion the food is cooked with. 👌🏽👍🏽😊 The really friendly and personable conversation with the staff and owner of Bistro del Sol was also very nice and pleasant. 👍🏽☺️😊 Conclusion: If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely go... you really won't be disappointed! A clear recommendation. 🫶🏼😊

Very good, down-to-earth German food. The owner asked, concerned, if there was anything wrong, because some food was left on the plate; the portion was too large, even for an experienced eater. So, definitely go there and enjoy a delicious meal.

Schnitzel with heart! Ate at Bistro del Sol yesterday – simply fantastic! Freshly prepared, cooked with love, and you can taste it. The chef is super attentive, and the drinks are great. If you bring good food and time, you'll be happy here. Full marks!

Everything was super delicious, with a good selection of schnitzels. I've never had such good schnitzels at any other restaurant.

We were there yesterday with our regulars, some for the first time, and everyone was thrilled. They have simply the best schnitzels. Super tender and with a truly unique flavor, no pre-mixed Maggi sauce. We can only recommend it. 👍🏻👍🏻

We were there for the first time today, the food was excellent 👍👍👍 If you would like to try schnitzel in a different way, you have come to the right place!!! In addition to the usual variants, there are also a few unusual ones, which we really liked and tasted very good too! The ambience is a bit reminiscent of a holiday, very cozy and unusual!!! Everything was perfect, the atmosphere was great! Food great.

No tables for two people. Fries melt in your mouth. We had to wait over an hour for the side salad. The baguette with the feta cheese was just a roll. Music plays from YouTube with ads, and someone has to confirm you're still there every half hour.

If you don't want to be noticed by the waitress, if you want to wait an hour for your side salad and 2 hours for your meal, please come by. The food was poor and the fries were in the deep fryer for too long. Horrible experience

For the first time in Aßlar and this restaurant was recommended to me. Very good if you want to eat a really good schnitzel with great sauces. When I'm here again, I'll come back...

We came in and were surprised that the ambience was more of a feel-good restaurant atmosphere than a cool bistro atmosphere. The schnitzels are super juicy and fill you up. Of course, homemade and no bought pre-breaded pieces. Everything at a suitable price, nice service and free schnapps afterwards. Great!

Delicious. My wife ordered a rump steak with herb butter and I ordered a “Greek style” cordon bleu. First came the small side salad with a yogurt dressing. Before the main courses were served, the boss asked again if he could add Caribbean seasoning to the steak. My wife gratefully accepted this. When the food was brought he explained the spices he used and what you could taste and smell. The atmosphere is pleasant, not a huge restaurant, but you can tell it was made with passion. The service comes quickly and asks if the glass is empty if there is anything else. We called ahead to make sure we got a table. The portion size is good and the price is reasonable. We'll be back, the next table is already reserved.

We ate a very tasty stuffed schnitzel and breaded feta with salad. Both very tasty! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very nice.

The food is super tasty for me the best schnitzel large portions. The boss is very friendly and attentive. The service could be friendlier.

Anyone who likes to eat large schnitzels will get their money's worth here. The portions are still right here... Delicious food and a cold beer, what more could you want...

Sehr lecker! Bin positiv überrascht - waren dort weil was anderes geschlossen war und wir online drauf gestoßen sind. Komme wieder!

Was soll ich sagen? Wir waren mit unserer Männer-Truppe dort weil ein anderes Restaurant zu hatte. Einfach mal zum ausprobieren. Ihr werdet uns wieder sehen. Freundlich, Herzlich und sowas von lecker!!!

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen im Bistro Del Sol. Also Vorspeise hatten mein Mann und ich uns die panierten Pilze mit Knoblauch Dip geteilt und jeder seinen Hauptgang . Mein Mann hatte ein Cordon Bleu ganz klassisch mit Schinken und Käse, ich hatte das Cordon Bleu spanische Art mit chorizzo, getrocknete Tomaten und Käse . Alle 3 Gerichte wurden frisch zubereitet ( man hat gehört wie er Schnitzel klopft 😊),waren super lecker und die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bis zum Schluss gut umsorgt . Wir kommen definitiv wieder 😊👍🏼

Das sind die besten Schnitzel die ich jemals gegessen habe bin mit vollem Bauch raus. Seher große Schnitzel. Alles super. Freue mich mit Frau auf das nächste Essen. Kann das Bistro nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr sehr lecker da. Danke für den schönen Mittag

Leckere Schnitzel, hatte eins mit gebratenen Champignons und Zwiebeln. Man hörte das klopfen des Fleisches aus der Küche, somit keine TK Ware. Die Pilze waren auch frisch, besser geht es kaum. Von Außen unscheinbar von innen Ungewöhnlich aber mit liebe und Charme eingerichtet. Das Personal und der Chef sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gastronomie mit Herz und Geschmacklich wie bei Mutti und Oma. Soulfood vom feinsten. Riesige Portionen und dafür faire Preise. Ein Geheimtipp in Aßlar.

Eins vorweg: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren das erste Mal dort. Obwohl mitten in der Woche, war das Lokal gut besucht. Die Gerichte sind deftig, aber es findet sich auch eine ganze Seite mit Salaten in der Karte. Die Portionen sind wirklich groß und absolut ausreichend. Das wir gerne weitergegessen hätten, aber es einfach nicht mehr ging, sagt eigentlich alles. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
