The preparation time is extremely long. The staff seems unengaged. The food was okay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The burgers were delicious as usual, even though we got the wrong one. Ordering at the counter was easy. The wait for the food was a bit annoying. It was quick until we got our food. There were plenty of employees there, but it felt like many were just standing around doing nothing. The number display is very small, making it hard to read for people with poor eyesight.

The staff doesn't enter the coupon numbers correctly into the system. You end up paying too much and then have to spend a long time arguing with the manager. In the evening, you sometimes wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru, even though there are only five cars in line.

Everything is fine except the cola tastes disgusting

Ordering takes forever, chips were missing and the “motivated” employees don't understand what was ordered. Apart from that, it's dirty outside and there's rubbish everywhere

At Burger King the burgers are still as big and tasty as they were 20 years ago, at McDonald's everything is smaller and more expensive.

It hurts to say that because I used to like BurgerKing. But today it was just sad.

I ordered two chicken burgers. When I looked in the bag there was a third burger. I was happy because it was free, but after I unpacked it I realized that it was very old. Hard on the outside and dried out. Unfortunately I had to throw it in the trash. Normally you can't give things like that to people anymore. Simply disgusting 🤮

Tortillas are an absolute game changer! My wife is also blown away by the plant-based version. Would suggest re-branding: “Tortilla King”😉. Lattice potatoes were perfect too.

No water at the drinks machine, only sweet soft drinks, no ice and the soft drinks warm.

Were there 20 minutes ago (drive in) at the counter the man called the wrong tortilla, I repeated it 3 times and the man at the counter said yes. I wanted Orion Rings as a side dish and when we got home everything was wrong except 1 tortilla was right. Instead of onion rings I got chicken nuggets and the other tortilla became the wrong one and ketchup became mayo. Such a crap. Who has my Onion Rings!!???

Never again after 7 times, wrong order within 12 months and when you bring it up, Ma is considered stupid and Ma is dismissed. Pay 25€, get a service and food for 15€ and then you don't get what you ordered wrong. Worst drive in Germany at Burger King, from now on only McDonalds, you are treated better there and the employees don't have a negative IQ.

I feel quite comfortable there......tasty burgers, everything is clean, I can only recommend it. I like eating Whopper and Big King.

When you order at the drive-thru and when you get home you notice that you're missing burgers and instead of large fries you only get small ones. If things go so badly wrong, you can assume that it was deliberate. Trust is good, control is better.

On January 6th I bought a vegetarian tortilla and vegetarian nuggets there. The next night I had food poisoning. The health department should definitely pay you a visit.

First impression all the tables were dirty. Drinks machines empty except for Fanta and Sprite. Staff informed about empty machines, still nothing refilled after half an hour 🤷🏼‍♂️

Waiting times are a disgrace. Even at a non-fast food restaurant I would complain about the waiting time.

Had burgers again today at Burger King Bruchsal. Burgers were okay, but what really annoyed me were the drinks machines... Sorry if I offer so many drinks at a vending machine and 70% are not available, that's not possible! Then I spoke to an employee in a friendly manner, but he didn't feel responsible. Oh well...

We went there because of the one-piece menu. We haven't been there since the other branch burned down. The fast food restaurant has a very modern design. The service was fine. Some of the employees apparently don't feel like it. The burgers were warm and tasted good. Only the price was steep. However, that was probably because of the menu.

I was there earlier and ordered 2 menus to take away, unfortunately they forgot another citizen. This isn't the first time, I've been missing something before. Really shit.

Nice branch with a good location. The employees are always very friendly. The food is exactly as it should be at a BK and the seating options are very good here. The only drawback: The employees often forget the ketchup when you drive through the drive. Otherwise everything was great!

A nice Burger King with professional staff and good management. Food is always ready quickly and I think it's great to refill drinks with a huge selection thanks to the Cola machine.

There are always incomplete orders because the BK station is always very busy and the employees are probably overloaded.

Opening hours for drive in are incorrect

Every time, literally every time, something is missing when I order at the drive-thru. I always say I want mayonnaise, and yet every time they put ketchup in the bag. How many times has a burger or fries been forgotten! How can it be that something is really forgotten every time? This is a complete waste of money...

For a Burger King it was clean (and we came on a Friday evening) and the food was adequate for fast food. It just took a little longer.

Terrible. Not that my sour cream sauce is forgotten every time. There are people at the drive who can't even understand the word "beef" and wanted to turn on PB several times. After several explanations we finally “understood” what we wanted to order. In order to achieve the final result, not even two Longtexas had to be put together. It was just a chili cheese burger inside.

Disaster, employees don't understand anything, eating takes longer than a 5 star restaurant and the drive is very confusing. 100 meters away at the McDonald's you need exactly 2 minutes from ordering to eating, here at the BK it takes at least 30 minutes

I ordered a crispy chicken with curly frise... for which I had to wait 35 minutes even though there weren't 20 people in the restaurant... then I got the burger and fries which were pretty much cold. Of course the drive-in also runs alongside. But 35 minutes is clearly too long for such a small dish, especially since you didn't get what was actually ordered.

Despite only two customers in the store, the order took over 12 minutes. There were four employees there at the time, with only one working. In addition, a waitress prepared my food with her hands in a very unhygienic way.

More attention should be paid to hygiene and cleanliness. Tables and toilets.

BK apparently has to save on staff, but they try not to keep the customer waiting long. There were eight orders in front of me and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my food. However, I was allowed to fill up my drinking cup with cola after paying. Fries were crispy and not over salted. However, the long chicken with too much mayo and taste no longer like it used to be. But otherwise a good BK, it was just a stopover from the motorway.

Unfortunately, waiting times are getting longer and longer despite there being few guests. Quality also drops sharply...Selection at the machine, specially ordered without cucumbers, delivery with cucumbers. The personnel carrying out the work should be explicitly informed of this again.

How can it be that you buy water in a bottle for €3.99 and don't even get a cup when you ask? What kind of service is that?! Why do children have to drink from a bottle or buy the smallest cup for €2.79?! By far the worst Burger King I know of. I don't know what's going on in the store. Ordering almost never goes smoothly. You order at the drive in box, then pay at the checkout and are always sent around the corner to wait. At least one burger is generally missing. The burgers available are usually lukewarm. Only one terminal was free, so a long queue formed. Ordering directly at the checkout counter was only possible with cash. Drinks were piping hot. Some ingredients were missing from the burgers. We got 0.4l of cola instead of the 0.5l we ordered. The cashier didn't give me enough change.

We were at the drive in around 10 p.m. that evening. Employees with very bad German and quite unfriendly. We didn't get the food we ordered. I think it was something vegan or vegetarian, but it was inedible. Never again. The food there is not recommended.

On September 1st, 2024 I had dinner with a colleague at Burger King. Drinks machine was catastrophic, almost everything was empty so we only had Cola to choose from and then warm Cola. A few customers also complained that the drink was undrinkable. It wasn't clean. We waited 25 minutes for our food. The employee apologized, which I thought was ok. But condition of Burger King 👎 still needs to be worked on in terms of cleanliness.

Burger King Kammerforststr.3 I've always been happy until today, I've always looked forward to the Wopper Jr and I've always ordered the menu. But tonight I'm so disappointed 😞 the Curly Nasties looked like a leftover product, the Cola zero that wasn't there, so I must have Cola sugar-free tasted stale and it was warm and not even cooled. And then the Wopper Jr. I've never had anything like that in all the years I've eaten at Burger King. The meat tasted...I can't express it in words...rrrrrrr. ..... I don't want to talk about salad. Normally you would have had to throw it away. It was no longer edible. I even had pickles on the meat. Did you confuse it with a hamburger and quickly throw salad on it???? The Wopper Jr. wasn't warm either, it was cold. I will never go to this branch again.

That's a Burger King! Super nice “industrial ambience” that really looks good. Everything is very clean and the waitresses are very friendly and have a smile on their faces! The cheese on the burger was fresh and not melted. The fries are super tasty because no “old” fat is used. It's also very nice that you can get drinks again from the vending machine. Yes, you can also leave the store with a smile yourself. Thanks for that... What more could you want! 👍

In my opinion one of the best BK I've visited recently. The only one was the trainee who took longer to put the orders together. Otherwise clean, friendly staff, food was tasty.

I usually make my own burgers. I get full and know that all the ingredients are fresh. If I were to rate Burger King based on the quality of my burgers, the rating would be poor. So I say mediocre. Regarding the service: 3-4 people stand around and wait until one person in the kitchen has prepared everything. Without a line, it took a solid 10 minutes for my order to be ready.
