Unfortunately, the quality/care seems to have deteriorated. I just picked up a large order for the whole family. Unfortunately the 20 chicken nuggets box was missing. Of course it's annoying when you only notice it at home in Gescher. The children then make long faces. It's a shame, because things used to go better.

It's starting to get a little too expensive. Please make more offers in the 5 euro range and NOT 10 euros.

Admittedly, there was something going on in the restaurant. But this is to be expected on Sunday evening and can therefore be planned. You can adapt to it as a company. Unfortunately an order terminal was broken. Can happen. Table service wasn't really possible because the standees with the number provided for this were missing. They weren't refilled either... Unfortunately it happens more often when I'm there. So I picked up the order at the counter. Unfortunately a burger was missing. Happens to me very often. Every order has to be checked, which I think is a shame. Mistakes can happen, but unfortunately you can't rely on anything here. At least it was handed to me without any problems. Another burger was already cold. Unfortunately, what I notice every time is that there are almost no clean tables. Unfortunately I only ever find dirty ones. I've never seen the floor clean either. McDonald's is not a cheap home, that is well known. The prices are now proud. To be honest, I expect better service, but above all more cleanliness. Maybe I'm always there at the wrong time, but it should always be clean.

Pommes kalt, Cola ohne Kohlensäure, Burged kalt - eigentlich ein Fall für den Mülleimer. Mein Sohn hatte sich auf den Besuch gefreut… der Appetit war vergangen.

Got into the store at 9:05 a.m., placed my order and waited 5 minutes until someone came to the checkout because I wanted to pay in cash. Order 9.14 according to receipt ready 9.30 as the only customer in the store. 15 minutes for 5 things isn't exactly fast. Maybe it's because the employee from the kitchen was smoking outside first. Everything was actually ready a few minutes earlier, except for the mini pancakes, which seemed to cause problems. But the gentleman at the MC drive was already getting impatient in the car and quickly took the MC Muffin Baron n Egg out of my bag because it was sitting there anyway and then made a new one... seems super unstructured. Believe ahaus and coesfeld have the same boss... Ahaus runs 10x better

Cold burgers, tables, floor very dirty and rubbish on the tables. Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen.

Things were a bit chaotic today. 1 order terminal is down, no table service signs. Relatively long waiting time for "small orders" (1 happy meal and 1 medium menu). But it's cleaner than some other places

As in previous years, the chances of winning in Monopoly were once again withheld. My menu should have had a Monopoly sticker on the drink, fries and burger, but the sticker on the burger was missing, or the burger box had no sticker. Shit that seems to be the rule there. The burger is cold and it couldn't be worse

Fries cold, fischmac was more krispi than fish and the burger was cold including fries which were also cold, I have no idea what it looks like inside, I ordered at the car counter. Was there for the third time now and I'll never go there again, there's always something wrong.

Ordered in drive. Order not ready yet, sent to parking lot. It's all ok. But... again the sauces were missing. Repeatedly again. If you get it, no problem. But you have to pay extra to get in again.

This large and modern McDonald's branch is located in the city center of Coesfeld. There is a McDrive, a McCafe, a separate indoor and outdoor children's play area and plenty of seating. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Sufficient parking spaces directly in front of and next to the building. Staff were friendly and attentive. Cappuccino very tasty!

Your new employees (hopefully interns) don't get anything done, forget orders, mix up citizens, run from left to right in the store, the entire restaurant has the wrong food

I shouldn't do it anymore! Every time (about twice a year) I go to McDonald's I regret it afterwards. In the hope that I would be full and eat somewhat tastefully, I was of course disappointed again. I can't recommend any of the food on offer, drinks are okay. Too bad about the money

Everything is fine. Food was quick and came to the table quickly. Tables were clean.

Even though there was nothing going on, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The employees and also the restaurant manager were all running around aimlessly. The kitchen had our wrap ready in less than 5 minutes, but we then had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest. Instead of the restaurant manager helping a relatively new-looking employee, he turned napkins back and forth and typed on his tray and walked around the kitchen bored. The Iced Latte Caramel we ordered was lukewarm, without ice and the wrap was the wrong kind that we hadn't ordered. Conclusion: I don't have to go there again.

For work I am near this Mc's I go online and I find that they have the vegan variant, I must say that it was good, the service was kind and fast

Nice place to find fast food. And also they open until 3AM. So when you feel hungry at midnight, you still can find this shop for eat in the city. Because most shop in the city everything close at 9pm to 10pm.

Order via app Then there were problems at the terminal (apparently there were no more nuggets... I couldn't believe that...) We approached an employee who was able to help us competently and satisfactorily...There were still NUGGETS... :-)

Really just sad... So many times I've just ordered something there but with every order it seems to be too difficult to get what I actually ordered. It's best to check your order at the window, even the types of ice cream seem to be difficult for employees to distinguish between.

We waited over 1 hour for our food

Unreliable... They didn't give us everything we ordered to take away, but they still deduct money.

I ordered a McSmart menu and only got the Coke and the fries. Then I went and said I was missing the two burgers. They then said that it had not been paid for, even though half was there. Very rude. Then I paid extra.

Is a typical McDonald's. Important to know: Always check everything, almost every order in this store was missing something.

Delicious nuggets but there was a squashed insect in my daughter's Happymeal (see picture). REALLY DISGUSTING!

After the order wasn't complete yet again, I called McDonald's. The employee told me he couldn't understand me and hung up. After repeated attempts to call there, I was always pushed away or simply no one answered. So I wrote an email asking for the missing items to be delivered or a refund. To date there has been no response or refund. Overall, the service there is becoming more and more disastrous and friendliness is becoming more and more irrelevant. A pity.

We were in McDonalds today around 3:30 p.m. I would say that for the first time we got a good meal, everything was clean, the shift manager was nice and he served us Unfortunately we are from here otherwise we will come here often. Thanks Good experience

Unfortunately, we are often overwhelmed with everything. Ordering takes forever and even the shift manager can't get it done. Everything was unsuitably packaged for transport and, as always, there was the wrong product (this time a drink, otherwise also incorrectly topped burgers, etc.). And once again there were no fries, today the burger wasn't there. At least the shift manager is friendly and provided quick relief.

I only come to Coesfeld occasionally, but I was there again today after months. Wanted to order a coffee from McCafe today. Standing at the unoccupied counter, someone usually comes. The employees looked at me several times and left me standing there for a while. At some point a lady shouted something to me that sounded like: "Don't order anything." When I asked if McCafe was out of stock, I was ignored and I left the store without ordering.

Was great. Food was still relatively hot 🔥. Condition was nice and friendly. It was clean there too. Weather was good. The outside area was also clean. Was fun.

Tastes like any Mces. However, you should inspect your burger every time as long as you have ordered special requests, because something tends to be forgotten or just added on if it's double extra. 3 out of 5 orders were not filled correctly. So either forego special requests or just see if it fits

Unfortunately, McDonald’s is going downhill a lot. Some employees cannot speak German. Shop is dirty and food is getting worse in quantity of ingredients and freshness. Waiting times are now a disgrace.

It was dirty, there was garbage everywhere on the floor and on the tables. Was there late at night, probably there wasn't enough staff. Cheeseburgers were also only lukewarm.

The only one who is friendly, (Mrs. S.) at the drive counter.... (Although she is a bit mentally ill, she does her job well) It's always best to check when you order!!!! I'm always missing something. The service from the other employees leaves a lot to be desired. Addendum: I have to add today that the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... There is someone walking around, but nothing between the benches and windows has been cleaned for a long time...

We got so little sauce with the royal cheese offer - I'm used to something different from mcs - and I only ordered one of three fries without salt and they were all prepared carelessly without salt and with little effort. Very capable of improvement.

Unfortunately, with McDrive you always have to check everything. Not everything was there 3 times already. So it's better to order inside to take away.

We were there at rush hour on a Saturday evening and something must have gone wrong. We waited 35 minutes for food. Several customers came back to the counter with their food because something was missing or wrong. In some cases, people waited even longer than we did. I think on normal days things go quite well there, but the peak times should be kept under control.

Essen kann ich nicht bewerten weil die Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage sind eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Ein Mann vor mir wollte 3 Menüs bestellen nach 15 min wurde es mir echt zu blöd noch länger zu warten. Terminals zum bestellen hängen sich auf. Nie wieder!!!

Cola wie Wasser, bestimmt gepanscht. Burger 🍔 einfach nur zusammen geklatscht. Lange nicht mehr so einen schlechten Burger gehabt.

An sich ein stabiles Restaurant. Aber die Kassendame die immer im 1. Häuschen sitzt um ab zu kassieren, ist extremst Lustlos bei der Arbeit... Wenn ich weiß das sie da ist gehe ich dort nicht mehr hin. Ich hoffe wirklich das sich dort etwas am Personal ändert oder der Chef da Mal ordentlich durch greift.

Ein kanz normales McDonald's in einer kleineren Stadt. Hier ist das Essen ein wenig besser als in anderen Filialien, aber ansonsten ist das Essen hier nicht sondderlich besonders. . Das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und wir konnten es recht schnell mitnehmen. . Insgesamt ist die Filiale im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald's Filialen ein wenig besser.

Ein relativ typischer McDonald's. Das Essen ist hier besser als bei den meisten anderen Filialen, es ist warm und vernünftig zubereitet. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet und das Ambiente im Laden ist okay(McDonald's typisch) dafür ist der Parkplatz mit Aussicht auf die Hauptstraße zum Essen im Auto umso besser.

Ich habe zwei mal über Lieferando bei Mc Donalds bestellt und nun fehlen zum wiederholten Male Menüs. 👎🏼

In die Jahre gekommene Filiale, könnte eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen. Deutsche Sprache ist dort auch nicht an der Tagesordnung, Verständigung mit Händen und Füssen von nöten. Nie wieder wurde ich da hingehen.

Sauberer laden, leider sind relativ häufig nicht mehr alle Zugaben zum happy meal vorhanden.

Ich war Abend dort und mir was zu essen zu holen mit einer Freundin und wir wollte nur eben was zu essen holen und dann nach Hause deswegen waren wir auch nicht wirklich schick angezogen halt eine Jogginghose und ein top als wir dann unsere Bestellung bekommen haben kam eine Mitarbeiterin zu uns und beleidigte uns als schl@mpen und wollte und das ehrlich schlagen aber wir sind einfach rausgegangen weil wir kein Bock auf sowas hatten als wir dann unser Essen durchgeguckt haben, haben 3 Burger gefehlt und dazu noch wurde und Ketchup über unser ganzen Essen geschüttet und sowas kann nd aus Zufall passieren ich will es immernoch nicht wahrhaben dann wir dort als schl@mpen beleidigt wurde und sie sich dann auch noch draußen mit uns schlagen wollte das geht garnicht und ihr solltet euch mal gute Mitarbeiter suchen und nicht Sowelche

Eine einzige Katastrophe! Leute, lasst den Lieferservice einfach sein! Seit zwei Stunden warte ich auf das Essen! Zwei Stunden! Wir sind in Coesfeld, nicht in Berlin. Ans Telefon geht natürlich auch kein Mensch. Ganz großes Kino. Edit: Nach knapp zwei Stunden kam die Bestellung. Kalt und ohne Getränke und ohne Majo bzw. Ketchup! Der Fahrer konnte mir nicht helfen, da er kein Deutsch sprach. Ich habe mit einer Mitarbeiterin des Restaurants telefoniert, Sie hat sich dafür entschuldigt und mir eine Entschädigung angeboten. Danke dafür! Dennoch sollte man den Lieferservice abschaffen wenn man nicht hinterher kommt.

Meine Erfahrungen sind , dass es neuerdings keine Essensausgabe mehr am Schalter stattfindet (Mc Drive) sondern fast immer auf den Parkplatz verwiesen wird . Nach 18 Minuten warten kam mein Essen und 1 Burger fehlte !

Wir standen 10 min vor der kasse und keiner kamm nach dem ich gesagt habe ich möchte jetzt bestellen bei den zwei eis war sogar 1 falsch und das Personal ist unfreundlich

Normale Nuggets statt Plant Nuggets bekommen. Schon blöd. Direkt ausgespuckt, da ich kein Fleisch esse. Erst zu Hause bemerkt (war zum Mitnehmen). Kassenzettel gabs auch nicht. Der Bestellautomat hat nichts ausgespuckt.

Das Essen war okay, es wurde mir erst nur die Hälfte der Bestellungen gegeben. Zunächst habe ich die saußen bekommen aber dir falschen, Frechheit

Es wäre vielleicht mal sinnvoll Personal einzustellen, die auch deutsch sprechen können. Man muss immer die Bestellung kontrollieren, weil da immer was fehlt. Das kannst eigentlich nicht sein! Bei mir ist bis heute nicht vorgekommen dass meine Bestellung vollständig war. Und wenn man sich beschwert, dann wir man noch blöd angeguckt! Schade! 👎🏻
