I like this McDonald's branch, the staff is very, very friendly

Really rude staff. Saying please and thank you clearly and kindly should not be too much to ask. Unfortunately, the food was also cold... as if the Bigtatsty had waited longer. Too bad.

I come in all full of rubbish or children running around. we would be ignored and insulted by the staff when we asked if we could pay. The reaction was disrespectful. In the end I decided on the Aldi opposite where everyone was very friendly and helpful. My conclusion is don't go to this McDonald's and if you're hungry go to Aldi. Best regards

The ordering machines at this McDonald's are particularly slow and it isn't one of the cleanest either. Nevertheless, the food is very good. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit.

Lately, something is always missing from the bag when you order at Mc Drive and sometimes I wonder whether the wrong things are intentionally packed or what is left out. I recently had a piece of paper stuck to my flesh, disgusting. Some time ago this Mcs was great, but unfortunately not anymore. Addendum: The last few times there was ALWAYS something missing from the bag. Is this a cost-cutting measure because it is assumed that drivers will not go back? It's truly unbelievable that something is ALWAYS missing!

The cleanest and most attractive McDonald's I have ever seen. We were here on Sunday evening (2nd Advent) and had something to eat and drink in the restaurant. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Also worth highlighting is the waste separation system and the attractive furnishings. It's worth getting off the A3 for a snack, as the restaurant is right on the entrance and exit and there are also several gas stations on site to fill up if necessary.

Terrible. I waited forever for an employee in the McCafe area. When someone came, he didn't serve me, but instead told me that I should order at the fast food checkout. In the cafe area there were a lot of people sitting there eating fast food and not drinking coffee. Tables and benches greasy as always. The chicken nuggets I took with me later were lukewarm. This branch was very good per se and I was always satisfied until an employee with dark hair was hired. Since she's been there (it's been 5-6 times), she's forgotten a Coke, burger or fries at our drive-in every single time. This is extremely annoying. The burger had fallen apart badly today, which luckily happens extremely rarely. But the other employees are all very nice and really try to make sure everything runs smoothly and up until then I was always very, very satisfied here 👍

Freshly made food but very dirty...

Oreo ice cream had a strange aftertaste. The blonde branch manager (Sandra) was very arrogant and unaccommodating! The food was not served warm. Never had a cold burger in 20 years until I got a burger with cheese that wasn't even remotely melted. When I pointed this out, I was very cheekily told that I should go to the main train station if I wanted a burger with melted cheese and that I would only get a burger with cold, hard cheese again. Impossible behavior from a leader. It said "At McDonald's the cheese in the burger is never served warm" but in the photos the burgers are shown with melted cheese. 😉

This McDonald's is by far the worst I know. Everything runs extremely slow there compared to other branches. You can easily stand in line for 5-10 minutes just to pay for the order you have already ordered.

And for the price you can prepare great food at home. However, many twenty-somethings are too comfortable and count it as part of their lifestyle... well... mine isn't. I met someone briefly to hand over the keys... that's what it was for. And the talk about quality, etc. is simply disproportionate to the price of home-prepared food... And for example water: A small bottle of water with 0.25L approx. 4 years ago 1.79€. That's astronomical! Converted to a box of water with 12 bottles of 0.75L each, that's a price of almost €65!!! for a box! Absolute madness! 🤣🤷🤦

Das war nun wirklich das letzte mal in diesem McDonalds. Unmotivierte Mitarbeiter die hinter der Theke lieber quasseln und schäkern anstatt das Essen zu bringen. Kaum einer versteht auch nur annähernd Deutsch. Kalter, pappiger Burger mit Fleisch das so " saftig" ist wie ein Schuhkarton. Dafür dann 9, 99 Euro. Sorry aber irgendwann ist einfach Ende.

Today we ordered 2 Big Tasty Menus, chicken nuggets, cola and a milkshake at the drive-in. Everything was great here, fries very hot, Big Tastys fresh, cola and milkshake also good. We've been disappointed many times at McDonald's (not this one!), but everything was great here and our day was made. The clerk at the counter was also really nice. The only thing was that the cola glasses that were still advertised outside were no longer available. Thanks for the good experience.....

We waited about 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 cheeseburger. It was ready for pickup after 5 minutes but I still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. There were only 2 orders, what's your problem? If you're not ready yet, don't make it ready for collection. When I finally got my food everything inside was smeared (cheese and ketchup), it's all over the packaging!! By the way, it was also extremely oily. I've never been so disappointed with a McDonald's.

The food is ok, McDonald's has gotten better in recent years, but the reusable cup system is a rip-off and just passing the responsibility on to the consumer. Getting the deposit back is almost impossible. Since the cash registers are only ever manned by one super-stressed employee, a long queue quickly builds up, which is simply disproportionate for a €2 deposit. Nobody wants to wait 15 minutes to return their cups. No other employee can help you either because they don't have time and of course they aren't allowed to give out €2. I expect McDonalds to at least have a return machine because I know they won't hire anyone else for that. Otherwise it's just €2 more that the customer is being ripped off.

Actually, we always order from MCDrive and don't go in. Today my son really wanted to sit inside. It was pretty full, but there were still tables available. However, the free tables had leftover food from the previous person. There were enough employees behind it Counter, but no employee was interested in picking up the cloth and wiping the tables. Then there was the fact that my son had dirt in his Fanta and my MC Cicken Filet in his burger wasn't quite cooked through. After complaining we got a replacement but that's not possible. We visited the store last time.

If ordering works, half of it will be forgotten or mixed up. There are trays and trash everywhere, so you have to clear the table before you can even sit down. Even when there is little going on, the employees seem to be overwhelmed or simply don't feel like doing anything. When the store is full, the upper floor is generally cordoned off so that you can no longer eat on site.
