After the drive-through was remodeled, I've given the restaurant three more chances – enough is enough. The new system is simply chaotic. Two checkout lanes, but usually only one person serving both at the same time – it causes total confusion. Afterward, you stand in line forever because the cars have to be redirected back into one lane. When paying, you're ignored because the staff continues to talk to the ordering stations. The result: Of course, your order was also incorrect. Add to that the ever-increasing prices – simply outrageous for this level of service. It's a shame, I used to enjoy coming here, but definitely not like this anymore. I wish you continued success – just without me as a customer.

By far the best McDonald's I've ever been to! The taste isn't that great, of course, but the staff is incredibly clean, modern, and very, very friendly. With all the negative reviews I've read here, I sometimes really doubt the intelligence of people who confuse McDonald's with a Michelin-starred restaurant and have the same expectations. As I said, for us as a family with a small child, it was absolutely fantastic! There's no trash even outside, all the ashtrays are empty, and everything is well-maintained! We'd love to come back and would even make a detour for this branch.

Before the renovation, everything was great; after the renovation, everything is terrible. The interior has definitely improved, but there's no air conditioning, and you can't sit inside in the summer. The burgers are mediocre, and the fries are uneatable. We once had to go to the cashier and say the fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Then we got three bags instead of two, all three of which were cold and like cardboard. You can't go here anymore. What a shame.

From the customer's perspective, this is unfortunately the only McDonald's nearby. If there were a choice, no one would visit this branch anymore. Since the renovation, we've had bad experiences on every visit. There was always something missing, something was packed incorrectly, or the food was simply cold. The branch is very dirty, and the employees are rather irritable. I'm an absolute burger and McDonald's fan, but I won't be visiting this branch again. Based on the reviews, I think this branch needs to make a serious change, because what we experienced there is damaging to its reputation. I would appreciate any feedback.

Overall, this branch was very good and I was always happy until they hired an employee with dark hair. She has forgotten a Coke, burger, or fries at our drive-thru every single time since she's been there (5-6 times). That's extremely annoying. On top of that, today's burger fell apart, but luckily that rarely happens. The other employees are all very nice and really try hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and up until then I was always very, very happy here 👍 Addendum: The lady with the long, wavy hair on the night shift does by far the best job here and really gives her all 💪🏼 Huge compliments to her!

After the renovation, a new concept was implemented. The 'kitchen area' was cordoned off and is no longer visible. Items are now handed out at a very small, enclosed counter, which sometimes gets a bit congested. I liked the old concept better: even though you don't associate a visit to McDonald's with a culinary dining experience, but usually just want to order a quick burger, it all became a bit too impersonal for me. Unfortunately, ordering over €80 means waiting longer than waiting in line to be accepted as an asylum seeker in Germany. If you're lucky, the food will still be about as warm as ice cream straight from the freezer. Of course, the fact that some items are missing from the order here and there shouldn't be ignored. It's been a disaster since the renovation. There's almost always something missing. If you want to report it on site or by phone, the staff have problems with the language skills. On top of that, they're unfriendly and lack motivation. Customer satisfaction is not a priority in this shop, service is a low priority, and if there are mistakes in preparation, the delivery people are blamed even though they have nothing to do with the preparation of the food, just with the delivery. I've had enough. After the last 5 orders, something was ALWAYS missing, prepared incorrectly, cold and I was even yelled at, even though I was the last to blame for the mistake, I will NEVER order from/eat at McDonald's AGAIN! It's outrageous to provide such unacceptable service for these prices.

I've been a regular customer at this McDonald's for years. I go there at least once a week. And there were good reasons for that. Before the renovation, this McDonald's was truly the best I've ever visited. Truly above average. There was hardly anything to complain about. By McDonald's standards, it's truly 5 stars. A lot has changed since the renovation. The entire staff has been replaced. The new staff is completely incompetent and has extremely poor to no German skills. The one young manager at least does his best. Orders are mixed up. Personalizations are ignored. I was able to pick up an order I placed at the new auto-pick-up stations on a tray after I walked in after 20 minutes. The wait times are extremely long, even for the smallest order. I haven't had an order yet where I haven't had to deal with something that didn't annoy me. Truly a disaster in every respect, and it all only got worse after the renovation. By the way, I wrote this entire review while waiting at the McDrive for over half an hour (there was nothing going on). Please change something and make this McDonald’s what it was again.

The reopening/renovation killed this McDonald's. Before, it was by far the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. But since then, everything has been completely ruined. I've been there 5 times, and 5 times something was missing. And then, the special requests you make are repeatedly ignored. Aside from that, the employees often just stand around and chat, which would explain why nothing's happening. And luckily, I only have one intolerance, but what if someone with allergies gets something that, in the worst case, lands them in the hospital? And what also doesn't help is the very inadequate German skills of the new staff. I often don't quite understand what they're trying to say, or even whether they've understood me, because they look at me as if I've insulted them. Generally, they always seem disinterested and don't even try to appear accommodating or friendly. This McDonald's has been a frequent stop for six years now when you don't feel like cooking, and in those six years, there have been exactly three mistakes, two of which we even received a free apple turnover as compensation. And now, as I said, five times there, five mistakes, and the same as mentioned above. My opinion: better train your staff or put someone in their place who doesn't care as much about their job as your current employees seem to. And what I have to add is that the quality of the burger assembly has also suffered considerably, even though it has never been perfect, and the temperature of the food is increasingly leaving something to be desired.

I've never experienced anything like this before. I ordered a cheeseburger without onions, and it came as a "cheeseburger" without onions and without cheese. Then I reported it to the front counter, and the cashier accepted it without any problems and also confirmed that it should be without onions but with cheese this time. Then I waited and waited, and only after 10-15 minutes, when I spoke to him again, did he apologize and give me something. The check revealed it was exactly the same mistake: a cheeseburger without onions and without cheese. Before that, I had ordered a McSundae without caramel with table service. Since there was still nothing after about 25 minutes, I approached one of the employees who distributes the tablets, and he immediately went to get a McSundae. However, he came with a McSundae with chocolate sauce, and only afterward with the corrected order. And by the way, since we were sitting not far from the McCafe counter, I overheard another customer ordering a donut, but receiving a cookie. There wasn't much going on, and the employees were milling around listlessly. Still, we had to wait. The shift manager, who needed our food, wasn't particularly motivated either. Unfortunately, the fries were missing, and what we did have wasn't exactly fresh. Another disappointment at this store.

The new employees are working hard, are very friendly, and courteous. It didn't bother me at all that they didn't speak German; we live in the 21st century, after all. Everything was done very neatly behind our backs, and even the smallest mistakes, like forgetting sauce—let's be honest—it's really common practice for this to happen in other branches.

Great and, for me, a showcase branch; at least on my last two visits. The furniture is in great condition and looks like new, the lighting is pleasant and works well, and the entire interior is inviting. The floors, walls, and tables appeared clean, and a service employee was constantly walking around, tidying up, picking up papers, etc. We were last there at 9:00 p.m., and the branch was still busy. Yet there was no noise; everything was very relaxed and quiet. From preparing our order to picking it up, it took less than five minutes, and overall, this second visit once again left an excellent impression on us.

How can it be that you wait 30 minutes for your food in a fast food restaurant? Maybe hire people who understand German and don't have to be explained exactly what to do with every order. There's an employee at the cash register who's been chilling for 15 minutes while 40 people are waiting for their orders, and when you ask him what he's doing, he can't even answer because he speaks neither German nor English. It's not difficult to remember 1-10 things that are in an order. Where do you find these people who don't understand the difference between royal ts and royal cheese? Generally speaking, who hires people who have to have everything explained to them in English while they work because they don't understand the menu, which basically consists only of English terms? This place is the biggest disappointment. The worst thing is, I bring food to friends who have been waiting for 30 minutes, and I don't even get any of their food. I've been double- or triple-shaveed by this place.

Since the renovation, it's been an absolute disaster. The store's only two electric doors were broken on several visits, leaving over a dozen customers and me trapped inside for almost 10 minutes. The employees weren't bothered, and no one wanted to help. It's hard to imagine what could happen there in an emergency. Aside from the ordering terminals, which are constantly broken, I sometimes waited almost an hour for my food, which was then served cold, of course. It didn't taste good either. The atmosphere has been very unpleasant since the renovation. The planning team for this new McDonald's probably works for Burger King or KFC. Unbelievably bad. Save your money and your nerves and don't go here.

Back on the drive-thru: should be faster: chaos and unfortunately takes forever. From two lanes back to one lane, it's just chaos distributing the bags. A shame. Positive: the charging stations are finally online after 2-3 years. Old review before renovation: For the umpteenth time, a burger/fruit bag that was charged is missing: really annoying. Toilets dirty / fan broken. The food is far too overpriced and definitely not good value for money. The whole restaurant had an unpleasant burnt smell. Heartless burgers and chicken pieces.
