Freshly made food but very dirty...

Friendly employees. The complaint is that it happens too often that they forget to put Caesar dressing, mayonnaise or orange juice on me. The service is fast, you will receive your order in a short time.

I want to place my order via the app but couldn't. I asked staff if he could help me, he was free and could do it, but he declined. So my big order wasn't made. There is also a smell of rancid oil in the restaurant. Never again.

Oreo ice cream had a strange aftertaste. The blonde branch manager (Sandra) was very arrogant and unaccommodating! When I pointed out the taste, she simply replied that they sell the ice cream every day and that no one would ever complain. With an undertone as if I was lying. Since I didn't want to get into any further discussion, I left it at that. Definitely not recommended!!!

The food was not served warm. Never had a cold burger in 20 years until I got a burger with cheese that wasn't even remotely melted. When I pointed this out, I was very cheekily told that I should go to the main train station if I wanted a burger with melted cheese and that I would only get a burger with cold, hard cheese again. Impossible behavior from a leader. It said "At McDonald's the cheese in the burger is never served warm" but in the photos the burgers are shown with melted cheese. 😉

Ordered from home for the first time via the app and then picked it up at the counter, everything was great, everything was perfect.

This McDonald's is by far the worst I know. Everything runs extremely slow there compared to other branches. You can easily stand in line for 5-10 minutes just to pay for the order you have already ordered.

And for the price you can prepare great food at home. However, many twenty-somethings are too comfortable and count it as part of their lifestyle... well... mine isn't. I met someone briefly to hand over the keys... that's what it was for. And the talk about quality, etc. is simply disproportionate to the price of home-prepared food... And for example water: A small bottle of water with 0.25L approx. 4 years ago 1.79€. That's astronomical! Converted to a box of water with 12 bottles of 0.75L each, that's a price of almost €65!!! for a box! Absolute madness! 🤣🤷🤦

Ordered via Lieferando and waited for almost 90 minutes. After a call they said it had been delivered. The order never arrived. Very annoying.

Free and handicapped-accessible parking spaces, barrier-free access, additional drive-thru, child-friendly design, taste and quality are also OK. I ordered Cheeseburger in Menu (drive-thru). The woman at the payment window explained angrily that in the McSmart menu there are 2 cheeseburgers. Das war nun wirklich das letzte mal in diesem McDonalds. Unmotivierte Mitarbeiter die hinter der Theke lieber quasseln und schäkern anstatt das Essen zu bringen. Kaum einer versteht auch nur annähernd Deutsch. Kalter, pappiger Burger mit Fleisch das so " saftig" ist wie ein Schuhkarton. Dafür dann 9, 99 Euro. Sorry aber irgendwann ist einfach Ende.

Today we ordered 2 Big Tasty Menus, chicken nuggets, cola and a milkshake at the drive-in. Everything was great here, fries very hot, Big Tastys fresh, cola and milkshake also good. We've been disappointed many times at McDonald's (not this one!), but everything was great here and our day was made. The clerk at the counter was also really nice. The only thing was that the cola glasses that were still advertised outside were no longer available. Thanks for the good experience.....

We waited about 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 cheeseburger. It was ready for pickup after 5 minutes but I still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. There were only 2 orders, what's your problem? If you're not ready yet, don't make it ready for collection. When I finally got my food everything inside was smeared (cheese and ketchup), it's all over the packaging!! By the way, it was also extremely oily. I've never been so disappointed with a McDonald's.

The food is ok, McDonald's has gotten better in recent years, but the reusable cup system is a rip-off and just passing the responsibility on to the consumer. Getting the deposit back is almost impossible. Since the cash registers are only ever manned by one super-stressed employee, a long queue quickly builds up, which is simply disproportionate for a €2 deposit. Nobody wants to wait 15 minutes to return their cups. No other employee can help you either because they don't have time and of course they aren't allowed to give out €2. I expect McDonalds to at least have a return machine because I know they won't hire anyone else for that. Otherwise it's just €2 more that the customer is being ripped off.

Actually, we always order from MCDrive and don't go in. Today my son really wanted to sit inside. It was pretty full, but there were still tables available. However, the free tables had leftover food from the previous person. There were enough employees behind it Counter, but no employee was interested in picking up the cloth and wiping the tables. Then there was the fact that my son had dirt in his Fanta and my MC Cicken Filet in his burger wasn't quite cooked through. After complaining we got a replacement but that's not possible. We visited the store last time.

If ordering works, half of it will be forgotten or mixed up. There are trays and trash everywhere, so you have to clear the table before you can even sit down. Even when there is little going on, the employees seem to be overwhelmed or simply don't feel like doing anything. When the store is full, the upper floor is generally cordoned off so that you can no longer eat on site.

Bestellt über Lieferando, Essen kam nach 50 Minuten, angegeben waren 25! Natürlich sind die Burger, Nuggets und Pommes eiskalt angekommen, dafür ist die Fanta lauwarm! Wenn man nicht genug Fahrer hat bereitet die Bestellungen doch so zu das sie warm ankommen! Das einzige was die richtige Temperatur hat ist der Salat! Anstatt Ersatzlieferung gab's dann eine Erstattung, jetzt kann ich zusehen, das ich woanders etwas zu Essen her bekomme um die Zeit! War früher echt tausend mal besser, da wurde sogar noch angerufen wenns länger gedauert hat, mittlerweile genauso schlecht wie die Filialen in Frankfurt! Jetzt wandert mal wieder Essen sinnlos in den Müll, was ich absolut verabscheue, aber nach einem Bissen war's das, absolut ungenießbar, schämt Euch! War definitiv das letzte Mal!

Digitale Bestellung über Tafel. Lieferung an den Tisch problemlos da Nummer im Bestellvorgang angegeben und der Aufsteller zum Tisch mitgenommen wird.

Also dass es da stressig zugeht und die Menschen nur am Rennen sind keine Frage. Aber um einen Kaffee mitzunehmen und diesen bar zu zahlen darf es keine 25 Minuten dauern. Die Kasse wurde nicht bedient obwohl mehrere Menschen anstanden

Leider hat die Qualität des Essens und der Zubereitung stark nachgelassen. Ich erwarte keinen perfekten Burger aber wenigstens dass der Käse nicht Knochenhart ist und der Salat zwischen dem Brötchen liegt und nicht in der Schachtel verteilt. Preise sind auch enorm gestiegen. Gehe nur dort essen wegen Monopoly.

Es fehlt halt immer was beim Bestellen Dann dauerts bis dich jemand fragt , was du brauchst wenn du am Tresen stehst Heute Mal wieder da gewesen. Toiletten schmuddelig, Display im Spiegel ohne Signal, Papiertuchspender leer. Seife leer.

Wir bestellten 3 Doppelcheeseburger am Drive in in Kronberg / Taunus. Später stellten wir fest, dass 2 der Burger nicht komplett waren. Es fehlte das Oberteil des Bams und das zweite Patty beim nächsten. Komplett war nur einer. Die gesamte Bestellung war alt und kalt. Der Käse hatte dunkle Ränder. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst genervt und unfreundlich. Man fragt sich unwillkürlich: Wenn dem Personal alles derart egal ist, wie gehen die dann mit den Lebensmitteln um? Kommen Pattys die auf dem Boden lagen auch in den Burger? Gehören Schweiß und Haare neuerdings zur Würze? Wie steht es mit der Hygiene, speziell dem Händewaschen nach der Toilette? Fazit ist: "Wenn bei einer so kleinen Bestellung schon alles falsch gemacht wird, will man dann noch mehr riskieren?"

War wieder Mal da. Bewertung angepasst. Wieder gut Hat Stark nachgelassen, die Burger waren schon mehrfach optisch unterirdisch. Essen zum Mitnehmen und der Big Tasty BACON kommt ohne Bacon und sieht aus als hätte sich ein Elefant drauf gesetzt. Pommes latischig. Kartoffelecken kleben alle zusammen wie ein Fettklumpen. Beim bächsten Mal schmeckt der McFish als wäre der Fisch aus dem letzte Jahr ..... geht garnicht.

Im Zusammenhang mit einer tollen Radtour von Kronberg nach Eschborn hier Rast gemacht. Automat Visa nicht angenommen. Recht lange gedauert bis Geschäftsführerin kam. Dann sehr freundlich behandelt worden.
