The food had hardly any flavor, and the menu wasn't complete. - The wait time was okay. - The "spicy" Mc is NOT spicy! The sauces are, but the burger isn't. McDonald's used to be better than it is now. We'll never come here again!

Employees are almost always overwhelmed, resulting in orders being assembled incorrectly and incompletely. This has happened three times in a row so far. Whether an employee is sick or the staff is understaffed is ultimately irrelevant to the paying customer. Unacceptable.

Everything here is top-notch! Great staff and the food is always amazing. It looks beautiful after the renovation. I love McDonald's in Schwalbach. ❤️

After the drive-through was remodeled, I've given the restaurant three more chances – enough is enough. The new system is simply chaotic. Two checkout lanes, but usually only one person serving both at the same time – it causes total confusion. Afterward, you stand in line forever because the cars have to be redirected back into one lane. When paying, you're ignored because the staff continues to talk to the ordering stations. The result: Of course, your order was also incorrect. Add to that the ever-increasing prices – simply outrageous for this level of service. It's a shame, I used to enjoy coming here, but definitely not like this anymore. I wish you continued success – just without me as a customer.

By far the best McDonald's I've ever been to! The taste isn't that great, of course, but the staff is incredibly clean, modern, and very, very friendly. With all the negative reviews I've read here, I sometimes really doubt the intelligence of people who confuse McDonald's with a Michelin-starred restaurant and have the same expectations. As I said, for us as a family with a small child, it was absolutely fantastic! There's no trash even outside, all the ashtrays are empty, and everything is well-maintained! We'd love to come back and would even make a detour for this branch.

Before the renovation, everything was great; after the renovation, everything is terrible. The interior has definitely improved, but there's no air conditioning, and you can't sit inside in the summer. The burgers are mediocre, and the fries are uneatable. We once had to go to the cashier and say the fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Then we got three bags instead of two, all three of which were cold and like cardboard. You can't go here anymore. What a shame.

How can you renovate, restore, and so on, your store and simply become much worse than it was before? You wait 45 minutes at the drive-thru or at the checkout, and every time something is missing.

It's been simply miserable since it reopened. It takes over 20 minutes to get some cold burgers (just not the first time). Staff are irritated and unfriendly. Always checking to see if the food is still hot.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It was completely overcrowded, total chaos. We waited 40 minutes for our food, and then one burger was wrong, one was missing completely, the fries were cold, and the drink cups were completely soggy. Never again.

Products are simply substituted with the words "We don't have that" when they check out. Nothing was said about this when ordering. Overall, this branch was very good and I was always happy until they hired an employee with dark hair. She has forgotten a Coke, burger, or fries at our drive-thru every single time since she's been there (5-6 times). That's extremely annoying. Tonight, I wanted to really cozy up and treated myself to a Big Mac at the McDrive. On the way home, I was already filled with anticipation—almost as if a little feast was waiting for me. Then, at home, the surprise: I opened the bag and was immediately shocked. "Is this really the Big Mac I ordered... or a diet version?" 😅 The taste, of course, was typical McDonald's—familiar and solid. But the biggest ingredient was probably the discrepancy between expectation and reality.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to reserve a table. What a pity!

After the renovation, a new concept was implemented. The 'kitchen area' was cordoned off and is no longer visible. Items are now handed out at a very small, enclosed counter, which sometimes gets a bit congested. I liked the old concept better: even though you don't associate a visit to McDonald's with a culinary dining experience, but usually just want to order a quick burger, it all became a bit too impersonal for me. On top of that, they're unfriendly and lack motivation. Customer satisfaction is not a priority in this shop, service is a low priority, and if there are mistakes in preparation, the delivery people are blamed even though they have nothing to do with the preparation of the food, just with the delivery. After the last 5 orders, something was ALWAYS missing, prepared incorrectly, cold and I was even yelled at, even though I was the last to blame for the mistake, I will NEVER order from/eat at McDonald's AGAIN! I've been a regular customer at this McDonald's for years. I go there at least once a week. And there were good reasons for that. A lot has changed since the renovation. The entire staff has been replaced. The new staff is completely incompetent and has extremely poor to no German skills. The one young manager at least does his best. Orders are mixed up. Personalizations are ignored. I was able to pick up an order I placed at the new auto-pick-up stations on a tray after I walked in after 20 minutes. The wait times are extremely long, even for the smallest order. I haven't had an order yet where I haven't had to deal with something that didn't annoy me. Truly a disaster in every respect, and it all only got worse after the renovation. By the way, I wrote this entire review while waiting at the McDrive for over half an hour (there was nothing going on). Please change something and make this McDonald’s what it was again.

The reopening/renovation killed this McDonald's. Before, it was by far the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. But since then, everything has been completely ruined. This branch managed to mishandle an order three times. Over €35 worth of burgers and other items were missing from our order. After we went back, three more burgers were incorrect, and the bags were apple turnovers instead of pineapple turnovers. Even after the third complaint, we were only given the wrong burgers, even though we both brought our receipts for reconciliation. The staff seemed hopelessly overwhelmed.

The people who work there are very, very nice, but only 20% of the order was correct. I went there and complained, but they only received 30% of the ordered goods.

The most important thing about this restaurant is that it's extremely clean. Both the kitchen and the seating areas are very clean and hygienic, which is commendable. Other McDonald's operators could learn a thing or two from this...

The new employees are working hard, are very friendly, and courteous. It didn't bother me at all that they didn't speak German; we live in the 21st century, after all. The furniture is in great condition and looks like new, the lighting is pleasant and works well, and the entire interior is inviting. The floors, walls, and tables appeared clean, and a service employee was constantly walking around, tidying up, picking up papers, etc. We were last there at 9:00 p.m., and the branch was still busy. Yet there was no noise; everything was very relaxed and quiet. From preparing our order to picking it up, it took less than five minutes, and overall, this second visit once again left an excellent impression on us.

The atmosphere has been very unpleasant since the renovation. The planning team for this new McDonald's probably works for Burger King or KFC. Unbelievably bad. Save your money and your nerves and don't go here.
