Toilets dirty / fan broken. The food is far too overpriced and definitely not good value for money. The whole restaurant had an unpleasant burnt smell. Heartless burgers and chicken pieces.

If I could, I'd give zero stars!!! Honestly... A cheese and bacon burger meal, and they couldn't even pack everything! What was missing? The burger, of course! This has happened so many times now! Why? Is it really that hard to pack an order? Completely? The biggest problem, unfortunately, is the language barrier. They simply don't understand you. You call to say something is missing, and you get an unfriendly response, like they can't change it now... What am I supposed to do? Was I even asked? Thanks a lot! This is the worst branch ever! The staff was incredibly unfriendly. They simply left half my order out, and the other half was spicy, even though I specifically ordered it regular (not spicy) and I have an allergy to it. The store is spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly. I visited during lunch on a weekday, and the food was prepared so quickly that I was out and about in 15 minutes... (Koreans are fast-paced people.) There's also a playroom(?) next door, which is located indoors, making it a great place to bring kids.

I was a little worried because of the poor reviews, but the fried chicken was good, and the chicken burger was pretty good too. I bought it during a promotional sale, so it was a great deal. I got eight pieces of fried chicken and two burgers for 15 euros. The chicken burger was spicy and delicious, and the wings were delicious. In my case, the fried chicken was okay. It's worth stopping by every once in a while when you crave Korean fried chicken.

What can I say? The place has a nice location and attractive design, but that's where the positives end. The rest is, to put it mildly, a disaster. We ordered food at the terminal and were immediately told it would take a while. Okay, fine, so we used the time to go to the restrooms. That's where the first outrage occurred: the toilets, sinks, and floor were filthy, as if a herd of wild boars had been there. I've never in my life seen such disgusting toilet brushes and holders, black deposits in the toilets—unbelievable. I'd somewhat recovered, and then after 20 minutes, our veggie meal arrived, and the next disaster followed. Almost cold burgers, soggy fries, and a fries sauce that tasted like fish—a disgrace. The service staff were only moderately friendly and always trying their best, giving the impression of sleepwalkers. The tables were dirty, the return carts completely cluttered—I've never seen anything so utterly awful! We should have ordered fresh food, but in our opinion, it wouldn't have been any better. Incidentally, we weren't the only guests at that time, and no one was particularly impressed or satisfied. We quickly drove off onto the highway.

We ordered at the drive-thru, waited 10 minutes until "just a moment please" was over. Then we ordered two burger meals too far and a bit of this and that. Then we went home to the couch, opened everything and the burgers were missing. I called three times, nobody answered. Then I thought to myself: come on, I'll go and get the meal replaced, chains like that are very accommodating. When I got back, I explained my situation and said that everything was cold now, showed him that I had called and said that I would like to eat everything warm together and would therefore like everything replaced. I left the things at home, thinking they would be thrown away anyway and was annoyed by the situation anyway. He said he can't give me more than a chocolate cookie as compensation. At least a voucher, I said - but he said there's nothing he can do. He then said that if I go home and get it, I can get it replaced. What nonsense. Bad customer service, bad customer support. Very disappointed.

It was really bad. I waited over 3 hours for food. I was already in bed when the doorbell rang and there was a guy standing there with cold food that had been there for 3 hours and was probably even older. I said I wasn't taking it anymore and he should go away. I tried calling several times but nobody answered the phone at KFC Eschborn and KFC Eschborn said they don't give the money back, a shop that can sell rubbish, they'd pass it on to someone else, neither KFC Eschborn helped nor Lieferando said they were delivering but had nothing to do with it, amazing, they delivered 3 hours later but had nothing to do with it, a similar thing happened to friends of mine, they no longer order from Lieferando and they don't order from any KFC because the food just doesn't taste as good anymore, bad goods, they just want to make money, these companies don't care whether the food is sold properly, I've deleted everything and will never order again, I'd rather go and get my food myself and from decent businesses, not from rip-off companies, there's no more money from Lieferando and KFC Eschborn

Horrible food. I don't understand how anyone can go to that store. I think the customers have no food culture. They just stuff their stomachs and be full. I don't know where the people who work there come from. They come from a single nation, but it's not good. Why should there be German managers? The products should be analyzed and checked by people with a conscience. I've never eaten such a horrible KFC. I just advise being careful. The potatoes are old and the chicken is dry and not crispy. Some things that keep coming up at this KFC: -Restrooms are disgusting, no way to dry hands after washing (fan broken, no paper towels), no soap. -Tables are greasy and not cleaned properly. -Vending machines are constantly sticky and dirty. Often, only water comes out instead of a drink. -Staff are always not very fluent in German, so they never understand a problem or anything else. And about my visit today: The special for almost €6 included fries with cheese sauce. I tried something new and ordered it. At the checkout, they gave me a half-filled cup. I complained, and she said it was a single portion. The manager or something who was called over later also explained to me that it was the way it was specified, a single portion.... Guys...then damn it, use a smaller bucket for the fries and not such a big one. They didn't even offer any kind of goodwill, and that's with the outrageous prices. No customer service!

KFC, that's it. Fried chicken, you can't go wrong. Anyone who goes to KFC (it's in the name - Fried Chicken) knows what they're getting into. The chicken pieces were delicious, the fries were slightly over-salted, but both were nice and piping hot. Modern, cool interior, overall pleasant atmosphere. The option to eat outside by a small pond is great. It would be even better if it were better maintained. It seems neglected overall. Very friendly staff and fast service. What's irritating when ordering in-store via the mobile app is the immediate question of whether the order is for takeout or eat-in. While this is asked in the app during the ordering process, it's apparently not passed on to the restaurant afterward. So you're immediately informed that the food is ready for pickup - but then the only question is whether to takeout or not. Nevertheless, the wait time is short and, as already mentioned, the staff are very friendly. Because of the discrepancy between the ordering process and the forwarded order, I'm giving it "only" four stars; otherwise, the restaurant itself would get five from me.

A Korean chicken burger was a complete disappointment. What you get for €8 is an absolute disgrace...see picture. A small piece of chicken tossed in some kind of Korean sauce... Simply disappointing. If you order something to go via the app, it takes 30 minutes for 4 burgers. The burgers weren't the best, the sauce was completely overfilled, the meat was limp and the buns were dry. The service was very slow and I was very confused at work. I ordered a bucket of 18 chicken wings last Sunday. The chicken wings were completely dry, tasteless, and dark. The meat inside was covered in dark streaks and looked disgusting. And I had stomach pains and diarrhea for two days afterward. And I only ate KFC all day, so it should only be from KFC. I will never recommend KFC to anyone here in Erschborn and Hauptwache again. I regularly order from KFC in Eschborn via Uber Eats and am always satisfied! Delivery is usually super fast – usually within 30 to 40 minutes – and right to my door. Combined with the regular offers and discounts via Uber Eats, the value for money is truly excellent. The food is always hot, fresh, and as expected – exactly what you want from a delivery service. If only I'd read the other reviews beforehand. I thought KFC was KFC, but I was wrong. Well, maybe it will help others avoid an unpleasant experience. The checkout line is overwhelming if you order more than two. And as for the Squid Game special: just yuck 🤢 Regular crispies with sauce poured over them. They look a little different in person than in the order picture. There's nothing crispy about them. A little tip: one exit further in the MTZ, there are two Korean restaurants that do a better job (and aren't more expensive). Or you can go to the Pizza Hut counter. That one is okay.

I understand a lot of things, but calling us at midnight, telling us we're no longer delivering and we should cancel ourselves, etc., I find that downright cheeky 😅 We've ordered several times before and could overlook a two-hour wait. But that was simply impossible.

Menu ordering online isn't possible. Local... huge line. Restrooms... terrible. Drive-thru... no one answered my order. I ordered at the counter. I rarely go to fast food chains like this, and then only to JFK... but this place... is awful. The fries were a bit old and lukewarm. The chicken burger was okay. The drink, which was supposed to be a Pepsi Cola, was a watery broth with lots of sugar and no flavor. If you can't maintain the usual quality standards, you just have to raise the prices... Quality costs money, but probably not many people are willing to pay anymore or just don't know what it is. Sorry for the review, but it has to be said.

I want today to be the last day. As you can see in the picture, the color difference between the two types of chicken is striking. The chicken was fried too much and burnt, and it was soaked in oil for a long time, so it was soggy and salty. I had to spit out what I put in my mouth after a long time. What a shame... I tried again after a year. I ordered the Korean bucket, but I was disappointed that the chicken was too wet with seasoning. I'm sad that people think this tastes like Korean chicken. ㅜ.ㅜ

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can tell that your stay is going to be unpleasant – the heat is unbearable. It seems as if the air conditioning is deliberately not turned on properly, presumably to save electricity. This was my second visit to this branch. The first time, I thought the air conditioning was broken and I was just unlucky. So I wanted to give it a second chance. But the situation was identical – oppressive heat, no functioning cooling system. As I was about to complete my order at one of the self-service kiosks, an employee approached me and informed me that the machine was out of paper and therefore wouldn't print a receipt. I was also told that the food counter staff barely spoke German. So we had to switch to another kiosk and go through the entire ordering process again. The order display showed how the orders were piling up – complete chaos and no overview of the process. It took over 25 minutes for the food to be handed to us. Already drenched in sweat and exhausted from the heat, I was hoping for at least some cold drinks. But here, too, I was disappointed: There's no ice. Drinks are always served without ice. I was forced to go to the nearby Rewe supermarket to buy plastic cups with ice. Only then was my meal halfway enjoyable. The service was abysmal – unmotivated staff who barely spoke the local language, and an overall disorganized atmosphere. I will definitely never set foot in this branch again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

We ordered online and specified a pickup order – to go. However, when we arrived, the food was served on a tray and then carelessly packed into a bag that was even torn. When I asked about the toy for my child (part of a kids' meal), they simply said they were out – without explanation or alternative. The food itself was already cold, the bread was carelessly thrown on the table, and overall, the presentation was very unappetizing. The wait was very long despite ordering online – so long that you could have cooked your own food at home in the same amount of time. Overall, a disappointing visit. I would recommend the Sossenheim branch instead.
