The worst KFC I know!!! The food was cold and a complete disaster. The alleged chicken part was some indefinable part, neither leg nor breast!? Staff very unfriendly. The burger for my son was filled with cartilage and fibers. We left more than half of it standing. Thanks, I've now lost my appetite for KFC. What praise do I have for the KFC in Mainz Kastell...Eschborn would have to be closed! Disgusting!

Ordered online directly from KFC for delivery. The delivery time shown was easily exceeded by 30 minutes. When I asked over the phone they said rudely that the driver had been gone for a long time. When the food finally arrived, the fries were ice cold and the burgers weren't much warmer. Plus, something was missing. We complained about this over the phone and were told again in an unfriendly manner that something like this had never happened before. A subsequent delivery was promised, for which we then waited almost 2 hours. Will never order anything there again.

Our visit to KFC was very disappointing. The food tasted old and was sometimes delivered incorrectly. The play area has been closed for years and the toilets are in a very unsanitary condition. In addition, there are components protruding from the ground outside that can easily be tripped over. Communication with the employees was difficult as some hardly spoke German. Overall the visit was a negative experience.

Order is simply forgotten. Quick answer: they called the number. Friendliness above all else. Toilet has an extreme smell, more like a train station toilet.

So that has nothing to do with fast food anymore. We waited 50 minutes !! The children's menu for €5.29 consisted of 4 small nuggets and a few fries, there were no toys either. Do yourself a favor and go to Mecces if you can't do without it. But the employees were nice and probably can't help it. Significantly more people would have to be hired.

Underground‼️ I ordered a box of 3 with puree and coleslaw at the drive-thru and 6 bites. Waited about 15 minutes. When it was my turn, people preferred chatting to being served. Then suddenly there were no bites. I then wanted a 5 box instead of a 3 box. The gentleman at the “service” wanted to talk me out of it. But I insisted on the box of 5. I paid and had to wait another 3 minutes. When I got home I had a box of 3 with puree and coleslaw and a burger with crispy chicken and fries. A shame 😡‼️

I ordered at the drive-thru. There were 3 vehicles in front of me. However, it still took me 30 minutes to get my order. There were only 12 in the 18 hot wings bucket. This can no longer be an accident. Missing count by 6???? So go back to the store and complain. None of the employees there can speak German and they don't really understand English either. I only got 6 other pieces of chicken because there were no more hot wings. After several attempts to clarify, I was told hot wings would take another 10 minutes. I said I was waiting. While I waited, a bucket was brought out from the back and dumped into the warming area, the paper bucket was thrown away - looked suspiciously like the one I had complained about. The parts were given out to someone else. If that was really the bucket I complained about, it's really very unhygienic! I will definitely avoid KFC in the future.

The service is really weak and people are not friendly, even if there are few customers again you have to wait more than 20 minutes, today for one kids menus I waited around 25 minutes and was disturbing really. Another topic is you have to always check your food if it’s right as you ordered, few times I see myself and others checking and find out something is missing. Unfortunately there is no alternative around , I wish other brands like Popeyes or etc would have branch here at least we could enjoy their service and food and get rid of this branch.

In the past it was much faster and more pleasant here. The branch in Mainz Kastel is significantly better and the staff is also much more pleasant. We actually waited 40 minutes for our food HERE. We will then prefer to take the journey in the future.

Used to be a fan of KFC. But the prices are far too high for what you get for it. You don't even have half a chicken and then 20-30 euros. The restaurant and the toilets are clean. And these terminals are the last. I'd rather have service at the counter again.

The order that you have to enter on the "monitors" is not easy to understand. I needed help, but no one was there.

The microphone at the drive-in has been broken for a long time. After asking if they would like to put up a sign saying they wouldn't wait there forever, the only response was "it's ok". I then said that I had waited 20 minutes and those in front of me even longer. He ignored it and just said in English “what’s your order?” Can you no longer expect German service in Germany? He then took my order in English at the window and held his cell phone in both hands while I ordered, which he was still talking to via video chat. So customer service is taken seriously. There were no customs like thank you, please, have a nice evening, bon appetit. I have never experienced such a high level of unprofessionalism.

The food is good, you just can't eat fries. It could also be presented nicer. Everything looks much tastier when you order. The outside area could also be a little nicer.

Delivery takes ages (1h30). You pay €4 delivery fees, €0.30 transaction fees and they drive 5 routes at the same time until the food finally arrives cold, soggy and compressed. When I asked about it over the phone, I was brushed off in an unfriendly manner. Absolute juice shop, price/performance/service underground. If you prefer to eat locally, then at least it will be warm. Absolutely unsuitable for delivery!

Unfortunately I had to wait over 25 minutes for my food today - there were enough employees because all the employees were incompetent - it took 35 minutes for 4 orders from others waiting. I will probably avoid this market in the future.

I haven't eaten here for a long while. Chicken portions have got ridiculously small for the money. Over 10 euros for an eigth of a very small chicken, fries and a pepsi is too much. Probably 7 euros would have been nearer the mark. Fries were only "massig". Both drink machines had run out of standard Pepsi. Service was a bit slow, although the servers were doing their best.

I would prefer to give zero stars. It's been a long time since I've been to KFC, it's already started at the terminals, only 2 of what felt like 10 were active. Okay then to order, why the hell don't you have any more spicy chicken pieces??? Then I ordered without spicy. Number drawn, waited 25 minutes even though there were only 3 people in front of me. Took takeaway food, walked 30 seconds to the car. Fries cold, chicken pieces dry that it became more and more in the mouth. Forgot a piece of chicken and packed hotwings instead that I didn't order. I was so annoyed and stupid, I wanted to give KFC another chance for years, but that's over. Never again ! Oh and the landing isn't cleaned either!!! There are food packaging rum from other customers everywhere. Luckily I wasn't on the toilet.

After KFC has become drastically more expensive over the years and recently, and especially the chicken pieces have become smaller, I have to find out today, after a long abstinence, that the crispy, spicy chicken pieces are no longer available. I was literally laughed at when I asked about it and was told that it hasn't been around for two years. OK, dear KFC, then KFC has finally died for me, because those crispy chicken pieces were the only thing that motivated me to eat anything else in your store. But since I have apparently endured two years without you, I will continue to be able to do without you.

The restaurant has apparently been renovated. The service is becoming increasingly poor. Now, like in other similar restaurants, there are ordering terminals, but calling out the prepared menu orders only works sufficiently. Hello, I think the kfc is really good, it's right next to Aldi so when you're done eating you can go shopping.👍 The taste of the food was really good but it took 5-10 minutes until we got the food and it is definitely recommended.

Ordered colonel burger meals on unber eats from this establishment. Chips were so stale and cold, they couldn't be eaten and had to be thrown away. The few we ate tasted 2 days old. Chicken was dry and burger had virtually no mayonnaise and a few strands of lettuce. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. The service staff doesn't understand a word and doesn't know their own menu. It was not possible to order in the DriveIn, despite repeated explanations. After the third employee wasn't able to serve us, we left.

Food was very good. Chicken wings nice and juicy and well done. Chili cheese fries good portion and plenty of sauce. And everything was still warm. Lots of drinks to choose from. The serving only took more than half an hour. But there was a lot going on that day. And the chicken wings were missing from one menu, which of course they gave us afterwards. Unfortunately, there has been no play area for children for a long time.

Disaster 1 star is a lot. Yesterday I ordered KFC via delivery. I waited 2 hours for my order. In the end the order didn't even reach me, but the Lieferanda delivery guy gave MY order to a kid in my building and I don't know that kid. Very poor service from KFC because I waited an hour for my food and the delivery guy should be fired for irresponsibility for not asking for the order number or not calling me. Someone else ate my and my husband's dinner and I didn't even get a refund. Catastrophe!!!!

Absolute disaster - we waited 35 minutes for our order. All the burgers were also crooked and crooked - just carelessly thrown together - if you're looking for decent FAST food you should go somewhere else. Tables not cleaned/wiped, mountains of rubbish piled up in the tray storage trolley. Burger leftovers/wrappers are floating in the pond Not suitable for Tesla drivers - such a long waiting time threatens to pay penalties at the Supercharger ;-)

Horrible customer service for takeaways. Yesterday, I had ordered some chicken, burgers and fries. Once they handed over the packet, I came straight to my car and drove home, without checking the contents. Checking the contents is difficult, as you have to almost take everything out and put them back in. After coming home, I realised they had completely missed the two packets of large fries and the sauces, that were part of the order, worth €6.58. This is totally NOT acceptable, as we had to make do with an incomplete meal. Once you are home, you don't have the energy and time after a long day to go back and reclaim it. They should carefully check the delivered contents against the order. This step is totally missing in their processes. Hope they improve soon. I will stay away from this place as long as I can. The chicken was also very salty yesterday.
