3h wait via Uber eats for the order. Food came cold, without the condiments. Nothing uber eats will do about since the delivery is not handled by uber, so zero information about the delivery. Called the store 1.5h in and “it’s otw”. Extremely wrong representation of 25min delivery time on the app. So much for “fast food”.

The food is good, the service is usually good, but today it's a disaster. I come here quite often, but I haven't seen this yet. The lady and the gentleman in black T-shirts move like a fly in tar. My burgers sit for about 30 minutes before the order is prepared and are served cold. I will never come here again if the service is like this. Massacre

We once had a craving for KFC. But over 20 minutes of waiting, cold fries and ridiculously little chicken on the crispy cheese. Pure chaos at the front of the output, the tablet overview is not used. The orders were processed one after the other and the numbers were called out. The visit definitely killed any desire for KFC.

Absolute disgrace when you find 4.5 ridiculous pieces in the pack at home and you have ordered AND paid for 6 pieces!!! I will never buy anything there again!!

Hello, I picked up something at the drive-in yesterday at 1 p.m. The burger was a total mess, careless, cold and slightly squished. The fries were also cold and they forgot the sauce for the fries! The four hot wings were also cold. The employee also left me a single napkin in the bag. Service underground and that with the prices. Not to mention that I've been suffering from tension and pain in my stomach since the afternoon before yesterday and had to burp constantly that night, which is most likely related to my visit to KFC. It's a shame, because fresh and served as it should be, the food actually tastes good.

Good food in general, you have drink refills, delivery takes a long time. The place is clean and spacious to eat there, they have a Pizza Hut inside.

Delivery from this place is ridiculously lengthy, they mentioned 30 minutes but in fact is 2hrs++. The food arrived cold and tasteless. There is no Organisation between store and delivery driver.

The ordering process was very bumpy because the employee didn't speak German well and the intercom only worked fragmentarily. As a result, I received a vanilla shake instead of the caramel shake I ordered. The meal itself was deliciously seasoned, but the "juicy chicken part" included in my combo box was a back piece with a lot of breading, lots of bones and little meat. The large portion of fries surprised me, it wasn't really that big. It seemed like a medium portion, but certainly met the specifications (110 grams/portion). In my opinion the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable. (KFC was never "cheap", but the quality was always better than competitors)

What should I write? Self-explanatory. If you want chicken, you can get chicken here. That's it.

Pre-ordered food online. The preparation was then started on site. After half an hour I asked how long it would take. Then I had to show the app five times and repeat the order number, even though it was being prepared directly on the monitor. After another 10 minutes, my receipt was finally found and everything was put together straight away. But even then a burger was still missing. I've never seen anything so disorganized! Food was mediocre. Thank you, never again!

Such a pathetic place!! Never take your food from here. The initial time for delivery was 25 minutes, didn't arrive even after 1:30 hours. Called up restaurant and they told me that the delivery was handed over to delivery guy after 1:20 hours, have no idea when it will be delivered. Insisted on cancelling the order , and I quote the person on call - 'if I don't like the way it is, cancel it'.

The last time I was there was a few years ago. This time it was pure disappointment: we ordered 1x Twister, 1x LARGE fries, 1x coleslaw. The coleslaw was as usual, but the supposedly large fries were a joke: for 4.50 euros including ketchup, not a handful of fries!!! Apparently that was the big portion?! The guy at the counter didn't allow any discussion: does he have a problem with women in his culture? The Twister: little salad and really carelessly prepared. I know better KFCs! Too bad!

Ordered online directly from KFC for delivery. The delivery time shown was easily exceeded by 30 minutes. When I asked over the phone they said rudely that the driver had been gone for a long time. When the food finally arrived, the fries were ice cold and the burgers weren't much warmer. Plus, something was missing. We complained about this over the phone and were told again in an unfriendly manner that something like this had never happened before. The worst KFC I know!!! The food was cold and a complete disaster. The alleged chicken part was some indefinable part, neither leg nor breast!? Staff very unfriendly. Our visit to KFC was very disappointing. The food tasted old and was sometimes delivered incorrectly. The play area has been closed for years and the toilets are in a very unsanitary condition. In addition, there are components protruding from the ground outside that can easily be tripped over. Communication with the employees was difficult as some hardly spoke German. Overall the visit was a negative experience.

Underground‼️ I ordered a box of 3 with puree and coleslaw at the drive-thru and 6 bites. Waited about 15 minutes. When it was my turn, people preferred chatting to being served. Then suddenly there were no bites. I then wanted a 5 box instead of a 3 box. The gentleman at the “service” wanted to talk me out of it. But I insisted on the box of 5. I paid and had to wait another 3 minutes. When I got home I had a box of 3 with puree and coleslaw and a burger with crispy chicken and fries. A shame 😡‼️

The service is really weak and people are not friendly, even if there are few customers again you have to wait more than 20 minutes, today for one kids menus I waited around 25 minutes and was disturbing really. Another topic is you have to always check your food if it’s right as you ordered, few times I see myself and others checking and find out something is missing. Unfortunately there is no alternative around , I wish other brands like Popeyes or etc would have branch here at least we could enjoy their service and food and get rid of this branch.

I ordered at the drive-thru. There were 3 vehicles in front of me. However, it still took me 30 minutes to get my order. There were only 12 in the 18 hot wings bucket. This can no longer be an accident. Missing count by 6???? So go back to the store and complain. None of the employees there can speak German and they don't really understand English either. I only got 6 other pieces of chicken because there were no more hot wings. After several attempts to clarify, I was told hot wings would take another 10 minutes. I said I was waiting. While I waited, a bucket was brought out from the back and dumped into the warming area, the paper bucket was thrown away - looked suspiciously like the one I had complained about. The parts were given out to someone else. If that was really the bucket I complained about, it's really very unhygienic! I will definitely avoid KFC in the future.

Einmal habe ich sogar eine total fremde Bestellung erhalten. In diesem Fall Vorfahrt an der Bestellsäule, 5 Minuten warten, dann eine Ansage: fahren Sie vor. ( Wenn sie doch schon dran ist, hätte Sie da nicht die Bestellung aufnehmen können?) Vorfahrt zum Fenster ... wieder 5 Minuten warten - dann die Bestellung aufgeben - 2 Sachen !!! wieder 5 Minuten und 2x wegengehen ... dann, bitte fahren sie an die Seite ..... 15 Minuten warten und dann das Highlight: warme und kalte Speisen zusammen aufeinander gestapelt und das Hühnchen war einfach nur schlecht Ich war früher ein großer KFC Fan .... früher ....

Used to be a fan of KFC. But the prices are far too high for what you get for it. You don't even have half a chicken and then 20-30 euros. The restaurant and the toilets are clean. And these terminals are the last. I'd rather have service at the counter again.

The order that you have to enter on the "monitors" is not easy to understand. I needed help, but no one was there.

The microphone at the drive-in has been broken for a long time. After asking if they would like to put up a sign saying they wouldn't wait there forever, the only response was "it's ok". I then said that I had waited 20 minutes and those in front of me even longer. He ignored it and just said in English “what’s your order?” Can you no longer expect German service in Germany? He then took my order in English at the window and held his cell phone in both hands while I ordered, which he was still talking to via video chat. So customer service is taken seriously. Delivery takes ages (1h30). You pay €4 delivery fees, €0.30 transaction fees and they drive 5 routes at the same time until the food finally arrives cold, soggy and compressed. When I asked about it over the phone, I was brushed off in an unfriendly manner. Absolute juice shop, price/performance/service underground. If you prefer to eat locally, then at least it will be warm. Absolutely unsuitable for delivery!

I haven't eaten here for a long while. Chicken portions have got ridiculously small for the money. Over 10 euros for an eigth of a very small chicken, fries and a pepsi is too much. Probably 7 euros would have been nearer the mark. Fries were only "massig". Both drink machines had run out of standard Pepsi. Service was a bit slow, although the servers were doing their best.

Unfortunately I had to wait over 25 minutes for my food today - there were enough employees because all the employees were incompetent - it took 35 minutes for 4 orders from others waiting. I will probably avoid this market in the future.

I sometimes eat something from there and always regret it. My mistake. I also think the food is too expensive.
