the worst delivery ever!!!!!! I made an order using Uber Eats, the order was not delivered, I called more than 30 times, they kept saying that my order would be delivered soon, I can provide all the confirmations

Clearly not recommended! Unfriendly, not service-oriented, not clean.

Unfortunately minus stars!!!!!!!! By far the worst KFC! Food (burgers) are served cold, employees can hardly speak German, are unfriendly, and an order takes forever. Unfortunately also very unhygienic. I definitely won't eat there again. A shrug of the shoulders when asked why the burger is cold, zero customer focus.

They didn't process our order and we waited at home for 2 hours until I went there myself to get it. I was told that they simply hadn't noticed that a new order had come in.

After my app order didn't work, I had to order on site at the terminal. My order was also immediately visible on the screen for customers (number 245). After 35 minutes my order was still not ready but higher numbers had been issued to other customers. The entire screen was filled with "orders in progress", my number was still way down there. When I asked the employees, they were irritated that I hadn't received my order yet. They then completed it relatively quickly. I would have liked an apology, perhaps a free drink or something similar for my long wait. I also can't understand why issued orders aren't deleted on the screen (or in the PC) to keep track of things. Then such mistakes won't happen! Is this abundance of pending orders intended to suggest that there will be a long wait at the terminal after ordering? It is not a transparent way of dealing with us customers.

It's a fast food joint in terms of the atmosphere, but you have to wait a long time for your food.

Good evening, So I'm really very happy with this KFC store because it's really very clean and has super nice employees. All I can say is that I only come here. I can only recommend it.

Just horrible and anti-social. They don't understand German, are slow and unfriendly. Totally dirty, tables and chairs stick. If we wanted to cancel, we had to discuss it with the employee for half an hour.

The drinks machine was not refilled when requested, so three drinks were not available. Chicken part was fried so dark that it was very dry and inedible. I remembered it better and am very disappointed.

I ordered online and pressed prepare now just before I arrived at KFC. At KFC my order number was also listed under “In preparation”. After 20-25 minutes I asked where my order was, only to be told that it hadn't been prepared yet. So the feature is pretty unnecessary if you have to give notice anyway. Even though there wasn't much going on, the preparation took forever. The chicken bites were over salted. TLDR: MID

The ingredients are so bad! The chicken nuggets were fried at least 3 times. No one in Germany supervises food safety.

Worst Kentucky anywhere. Wrong burger in the packaging. Only water comes out of the drink dispensers; when asked by the staff, none comes. Fries without salt. Chicken part had died twice.

The waiting time is too long for a fast food restaurant. KFC should better think about whether they still want to let these sleeping colleagues run the branch here.

As previous recessions have complained about: the waiting times are terrible. It no longer has anything to do with fast food and there is a different excuse every time you express your displeasure. Today is the highlight: you can't see the menu in the dark, apparently the lighting is broken. Difficult to impossible to read. Then you wait at the intercom but nothing happens. Well, it could be defective. So we continued forward. There you are not greeted in a friendly manner, but rather insulted as to why you are not waiting in the waiting area... Then I won't order anything from you today or in the future. I'd rather give my money to restaurateurs who actually deserve it. KFC is not one of them. Everything is becoming more and more expensive, the quality is declining and the waiting times are underground.

Absolutely not recommended. The staff is absolutely overwhelmed. We waited 50 minutes for our food. Fries are almost always cold. Napkin dispenser is only on the seller's side, who pulls each napkin individually out of the dispenser with his fingers. It's called fast food and I don't order and go shopping in the meantime and "pick up FOOD". Just pure disaster. Dirt and full tables everywhere. Please change it urgently! 🙏

I've ordered three times so far to pick up from Driver, every time the same thing is missing, or the wrong menu. Better North-West Center KFC as none are missing so far 1 star is a lot if you want to eat something. Pay anyway and get the wrong one

If you want to learn how fast food is prepared in slow motion, then you might be lucky enough to be able to watch this rare spectacle. Overall, just KFC, but the products were pretty decent.

Insanely bad service. You have to wait so long for the food and in the end the order isn't even correct. After 20 minutes of waiting my number was called only to be told they didn't have the right chicken. NOT THE RIGHT CHICKEN!!!!????? We are here at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!!!!!

Every time it's the same, diarrhea close to total food poisoning, but that's always the order of the day at KFC. 2-3 hours delivery time for food is the norm, you arrive at 10:50 p.m., they are supposed to be open until 24 hours, all the chairs are put up and closed. It's the same thing every time, it's just a burden and a drain on the franchise.

I order Driver for half a year and when I get home I always get a shock. KFC Frankfurt Nord-West Zentrum has not had any failures so far because of the 1 star rating for service

Too bad... We ordered online and wanted to pay at the checkout. The two ladies who were there ignored us when we said we wanted to pay. We weren't taken care of... after a good 20 minutes we were then cashed in by another lady. The two of them were definitely too overwhelmed and unfriendly...

Prices have gone up for the amount of food but the food quality is about the same and fairly better than other KFCs - variable. Tables were not cleaned and someone came when asked but honestly didn’t clean where we were eating but around us. Staff pleasant enough. Food is hot and arrived quick. One odd price seemed pink and undercooked. Atmosphere always buzzing nice to see families with kids. Pizza Hut next door you can eat from both of you choose which is fun but again don’t expect gourmet! We would go back for ease of parking but only annually or if we were in the area

It tasted great, the food was ready quite quickly despite the crowds and there was no lack of quality You can also refill your drink as often as you like, the tap machine is very modern with a display

The worst KFC in Germany. Nobody understands, let alone speaks, German or has any idea how the cash register works. Orders were all incomplete, fillet biceps were undercooked and the rest were completely cold and inedible. Women's toilet didn't flush.

This meal was fabulous Peter Elsner has no idea about taste. We may not be at BurgerKing, but taste is still important here at KFC King. This review was created so that we could get something for free at 00:46. (The shop closes at 1) Unfortunately I don't eat chicken at all but it doesn't matter.

Wait KFC, everything was perfect

15 euros for 3 pieces of chicken that are getting smaller and smaller. Fries are cold and are becoming fewer and fewer. 25min waiting time in an almost empty restaurant. The waitresses behind the counter move in snail mode and are more busy talking to each other than processing the few orders. Tables are dirty and storage carts are full to capacity even though there's nothing going on. We will no longer visit this KFC.

I waited over 20 minutes for 2 burgers, fries and a drink. The guests' orders were not completed via the terminal but were only called out. I'm assuming that this has to do with the fact that it shouldn't be included negatively in statistics. I wasn't the only one who waited so long. The restaurant wasn't full, but there was still some trash on the floor. Not very appealing. The burgers and fries were nice and fresh.

By far the slowest, worst and most incompetent drive-in I have ever seen. There were three cars in front of me and it took two drive-in employees over 30 minutes to process them, including incorrect orders. Never again...

Wrong burger, side dishes were forgotten, there was no original sauce, there were no toys for the kids menu either. The marinade on the chicken was too spicy for both children (legs and fillet bites). The staff doesn't speak German and only speaks poor English. All in all, it was exactly how I imagined a visit to KFC. was not disappointed Children's play area was of course closed

Ordered hot wings at the car counter and said I wanted it in a reusable container (vytal), when I got to the pickup window at the front I didn't get a reusable container. I talked to people, at first they had no idea (no wonder when people work there who don't know German well) then they wanted to take a look, but they only have reusable boxes for 6-9 hot wings (I had ordered 18). When I got home my friend ate her and GOT FOOD POISONING. Either it was intentional or it wasn't. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN ps: hire people who can speak German and not just any Habibis

I had to wait a full 40 (!!!) minutes for my food. Unfortunately, the two young ladies had lead plates on their feet and didn't understand me at all when I complained about how long it took. At times I had the feeling that they were saying goodbye to each fry individually. I realize that they don't employ skilled staff there, but that's not how it works.

Where am I supposed to find something positive? Order was placed at the terminal at 5 p.m. during the week. Then it took 25 minutes until I finally had the burger, chicken pieces, fries and cola. It was my first time going back to KFC in probably 10 years. Sorry, but what is that supposed to be? I know the burger from the BK, but it's much better. Two pieces of chicken with a little mayo and iceberg lettuce. No cucumber, tomato, or anything else. Paying 6 euros individually for this is a disgrace. Everything was fine, but not worth almost €15. Was my last visit in my life.

SO THE LARGE FRIES IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE SMALL THEY lied to us because two large fries were missing from the order and they only gave us two small ones and lied to them

Parking is available, and there is also a takeaway service. They share the indoor area with Pizza Hut. Food comes out hot, from potatoes to chicken. Even though it is crowded, the employees still bring out the products quickly. It's a good alternative when you get hungry after visiting the many big stores around...

3h wait via Uber eats for the order. Food came cold, without the condiments. Nothing uber eats will do about since the delivery is not handled by uber, so zero information about the delivery. Called the store 1.5h in and “it’s otw”. Extremely wrong representation of 25min delivery time on the app. So much for “fast food”.

The food is good, the service is usually good, but today it's a disaster. I come here quite often, but I haven't seen this yet. The lady and the gentleman in black T-shirts move like a fly in tar. My burgers sit for about 30 minutes before the order is prepared and are served cold. I will never come here again if the service is like this. Massacre

I ordered 18 chicken wings and had to wait 30 minutes. Since it was a drive-thru, I couldn't leave. When I got home, I opened the box and found that there were only 17 wings in it. Please count the number of wings carefully."

If I could, I wouldn't give a star. We waited 40 minutes for two menus. When they came, all the food was cold, the portions were tiny and what's more, you only had breading in your mouth instead of meat. Not one person could speak German. Thanks - but never again.

We once had a craving for KFC. But over 20 minutes of waiting, cold fries and ridiculously little chicken on the crispy cheese. Pure chaos at the front of the output, the tablet overview is not used. The orders were processed one after the other and the numbers were called out. The visit definitely killed any desire for KFC.

Food is always fresh and nice staff

I haven't eaten it for years and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were really tasty after we spent 14 hours at a competition. This really saved us. The employees were extremely courteous and friendly.

The employees are very friendly and especially the shift manager on duty is extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the waiting time at the drive through was about 15 minutes too long, which is why there is a small deduction.
