I ate at the restaurant and parked in the parking lot. One week later I received a parking ticket because I supposedly parked there illegally.???

The food is getting more and more expensive and the portions smaller and smaller. The store isn't heated, so it's very cold in winter. Even the employees were working in thick jackets and hats.

The dirtiest Burger King I've ever seen. The restroom was the worst I've ever used. I wonder if the health inspectors ever come. The food gave us terrible diarrhea; I think it had been sitting in the display case for ages. It was cold inside, with no proper heating, just a small unit. We won't be coming back. I hope they inspect it sometime.

I'm actually a fan of the hamburgers and fries. The staff's German ranges from poor to okay. It's happened several times that my hamburgers have been topped with something I specifically asked for, but didn't want. Despite the digital cash register, the staff occasionally struggle to give change. I've started checking more carefully about it. The last few times, I've received too little change and then suddenly too much. In the 5-star reviews, I keep reading about the food being prepared very, very fresh. Unfortunately, that's not often the case.

The burgers are freshly prepared, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The flame-grilled flavor, in particular, sets them apart from other fast-food chains. The fries are crispy and always piping hot, just as you'd want them. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I especially appreciate the wide selection – whether it's the classic Whopper, vegan options, or limited-time specials, there's something for everyone.

We were just there on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 11:20 a.m. and ordered a milkshake and ice cream. The employee poured the milkshake, then blocked our view with his body. However, we saw him transferring the shake, which we found odd. My friend took a sip of her shake in the car and almost threw up because it was bad. She went back immediately. The employee wanted to sell her everything, but nothing was fine. She reminded him that she was the customer and we had paid. Burger King will never change. If you read the reviews here, the store should have been closed long ago. I will inform the health department about this. Mr. Wallraff should conduct inspections and bring Burger King into all the media again. We will not let this behavior, including the celebration of spoiled food, go uncommented. This is my health, and endangering my health is a crime.

It was busy, but all orders were processed very quickly.

So, folks, this Burger King branch: - Great people, great service - The PommBox doner kebab style with garlic sauce is absolutely amazing, very tasty - The shop is clean, and you always get hot food. Respect! I highly recommend Offenbach. 5 stars, just one small thing: next time, I'll fry the doner meat really crispy. Otherwise, perfect!

The place is really getting on in years, and it could use a bit of a renovation. The service is okay. But the Double Chili Cheeseburger was terrible. I've only ever seen such a discrepancy between photo and reality at a yellow M. The taste, with all that "cheese" mush, was a total disgrace. But the curly fries were fresh and delicious.

I was at the Waldstrasse branch today and ordered a burger and fries. Unfortunately, the portion of fries was very small and contained hardly any real fries, but rather old, unappetizing leftovers. When I asked the employee about it, she explained that they were out of fries. Shortly afterward, however, I saw fresh fries being prepared for other customers. My impression: Apparently, old and long-seated products are being passed on to customers, while freshly prepared items aren't being offered to everyone. This seems unfair and unhygienic. They urgently need to focus on quality and equal treatment of all customers.

This place is just awful! The food is okay, the employees don't want to work at all. Unfriendly doesn't even begin to describe it. Drive-thru, man, instead of a warm welcome to Burger King, they just said, "Yes, please!" This place is truly the worst.

The toilet smells like a fish shop , why ? Check the picture. It's stupid system. You are saving water, but people vomit after using your toilet, then we need more water

The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The guy should learn German. He insulted me and told me to go eat at McDonald's and refused to take my order. It happened at 8:25 PM on July 26, 2025.

Reading Michael's review from April, you understand why Burger King is so bad. Absolutely no interest in the customer. He comments on McDonald's and their "stinking toilets" and receives a pre-prepared reply. And that's exactly our experience: unfriendly, a soulless place, abysmal cleanliness, and the food, in terms of appearance and quality, is just like everything else. We haven't been there for almost two years now, and after this experience, that's how it'll stay. It's a shame, because we used to be real Burger King fans, but they've completely ruined it for us.

The food tastes terrible, the tables and toilets are unclean, and it's simply far too expensive for the poor quality.

It's unbelievable how bad this Burger King location has become. Not only is the service at the drive-thru unfriendly, the employee at the counter always seems as if you're bothering her with your mere presence, but the orders are always wrong or incomplete. And as if that weren't enough, the burgers are simply thrown carelessly into the bag, completely squashed, and ultimately taste absolutely inedible. Soggy, cold, and of simply disastrous quality. This is not how you treat paying customers. I can only strongly advise anyone not to spend their money there; it's a complete waste of time and money.

The staff is difficult to understand and not particularly friendly. The outside area is unkempt, the building is visibly dated, and the burgers should be renamed "Mini King" if they get any smaller.

Ordered via Uber Eats, delivery took forever, but that's irrelevant here... A completely wrong order arrived (it can happen). Our order was worth almost €50, but we got food worth €15. When we called the store to clarify it and possibly receive our real order, we were brushed off, then pushed away and from then on, no one could be reached by phone! Absolutely rude, zero understanding and a very unfriendly guy. Typically Offenbacher I would say...

Ordered 3 nugget burgers and had them delivered. It took an hour and a half and the food was cold... I'm sick at home and was happy to finally be able to eat something and then this. No one could be reached by phone. I'm a Burger King fan but I was very disappointed. PS: It wasn't the first time something like this happened to me.

Do you want bad food and service? Then come here or order there. It's probably cold, you got the wrong thing or something is missing. Every effort is made here to get the worst possible rating. The food was cold, the dessert came without sauce and instead of Cola Zero there was regular Cola. Throw out the people who screw up things like that! BurgerKing should wake up at headquarters and finally take action! Actually you have a top menu but with something like this your reputation goes down the drain.

Drive-in used: Service staff hardly understood. The lady spoke so quietly and listlessly, I had to really try hard. Then of course forget the sauces. I made a purchase for €50 and didn't receive any points that are now available as bonuses. The store was very poorly equipped and had many app offerings not available (e.g. various sauces and numerous chicken burgers). Communication was also made difficult by the lack of knowledge of German and English.

The lady with black hair simply had no idea about her job. I order a king salad and she forgets to put meat on it. When I asked her to do it and calculate it, she said it wasn't possible. Instead of her simply charging extra for a new salad with the meat and then canceling the salad... then she just had to buy nuggets that cost more than the salad

Today I was eating in this branch and the employee Mr. USMAN was incredibly disrespectful!!! As if it were my fault that his hearing functions don't work, he just throws the change at me very aggressively.

Mr. Maazouz was quite unfriendly and not particularly competent for this work. Completely misunderstood the order and claimed that the menu wasn't available, which the nice lady apparently did when asked.

Tables and chairs greasy and sticky and lots of dust. Dear Burgerking, the competition does it much better, next time I should only come to take away.

So now we come less and less often. Living around the corner. The lady at the Drive IN counter today at 6:15 p.m. had black hair and a braid. Incredibly UNSYMPATHIC. Order directly at the machine... no hello, no please, nothing... you'll be forgotten at the counter... then you'll have to pay twice, crazy... there wasn't much going on either. And what else happens... clearly forgot the burger. Just don't feel like it anymore. Now we're just going to McDonald's... bad luck!

I enjoyed the food at Burger King quite well, and I have to admit that I rarely eat fast food. Every now and then I treat myself to something at Burger King. The food was clean and properly prepared. The restaurant was clean, the seats and tables were cleaned. 5 stars for the delicious food.

The manager's communication skills are zero. You can't speak a whole sentence of German. They speak their own language with their employees. The restaurant manager is always angry. If my 6 year old girl orders the wrong burger and he forces her to eat it and says it's not my fault and he yells at everyone, the staff are nice, they are helpful, I will never do that again there!!

Die wollten mir doch beim Burger King in Offenbach, Waldstraße, glatt 3,99€ für ein einfaches SOFT-Eis mit Schokosoße abknöpfen. Sag mal spinnen die 🤦🏻‍♂️!!! ÜBRIGENS, das King Sundae kostet laut Recherche 2,19€ und sollten die Mitarbeiter sowie der Schichtleiter wissen......andernfalls falscher Job.
