BURGER KING (Drive-In) in Offenbach am Main

A very clean restaurant. The service is great, the staff are always so nice and friendly. The food is always made fresh and is not left on the counter. Will be going there often to get food and drink.

Burgers were ordered via Uber-Eats all thick and fat WITHOUT cheese. But they were all delivered! Never again!

Unfortunately, a burger was forgotten when I ordered. Since I only noticed this when I got home, I was unfortunately very disappointed.

Never again. Looked like a battle. ALL tables were dirty and there was leftover food on them. A homeless person was sitting in there barefoot and the whole place smelled.

Do you want bad food and service? Then come here or order there. It's probably cold, you got the wrong thing or something is missing. Every effort is made here to get the worst possible rating. The food was cold, the dessert came without sauce and instead of Cola Zero there was regular Cola. Throw out the people who screw up things like that! BurgerKing should wake up at headquarters and finally take action! Actually you have a top menu but with something like this your reputation goes down the drain.

A renovation and modernization would slowly be necessary.

Drive-in used: Service staff hardly understood. The lady spoke so quietly and listlessly, I had to really try hard. Then of course forget the sauces. I thought so and wanted to check, but the bag was too full. At home then annoyed. Well, I guess it's my own fault. The clientele there is also rather creepy and shady. I wouldn't have wanted to get out there, on a Friday at 10 p.m. But at least it tasted good. The food was fresh and warm. Anyway...

Food is fine. Bit pricy here. And the infrastructure is outdated man as compared to other burger King outlets.

The food was carelessly prepared. The service is subpar and the atmosphere is slightly dingy and very untidy. For me, a return visit is out of the question.

Food ok as usual at Burgerking. Employees are polite but in a bad mood. It was probably due to the 32 degrees outside temperature.

Very nice place with tasty food, unfortunately the soft drink machine had recently been cleaned, so there was a disinfectant taste in some drinks, but very friendly staff and fast service.

The Burger King was generally clean when we visited and the service at the counter was impeccable. Small point deduction for the outside seating because they weren't wiped down. There would have been enough time for this, there were around 5 guests in the BK. Otherwise everything was ok, the food was also ok.

Miserable burgers. One was completely cold (it was replaced immediately) and the Whopper just wasn't tasty. BK has completely stopped visiting me.

Very old interior. Doesn't even have machines to order. They sat me down with only half my order and forgot my sauce. Then they brought my burger, but it was the wrong one. Very mod experience.

It's clear to see that these people hate their job there and take it out on the customers.

I was briefly in the women's toilet and I don't know who among you thought it would be a good idea to install windows IN THE CABIN? The window was tilted and people were walking past all the time; they only had to look down once and see me if they hadn't already. Fast food but clean, quick, nice advice and close to the town hall

I made a purchase for €50 and didn't receive any points that are now available as bonuses. The store was very poorly equipped and had many app offerings not available (e.g. various sauces and numerous chicken burgers). Communication was also made difficult by the lack of knowledge of German and English.

The lady with black hair simply had no idea about her job. I order a king salad and she forgets to put meat on it. When I asked her to do it and calculate it, she said it wasn't possible. Instead of her simply charging extra for a new salad with the meat and then canceling the salad... then she just had to buy nuggets that cost more than the salad

Today I was eating in this branch and the employee Mr. USMAN was incredibly disrespectful!!! As if it were my fault that his hearing functions don't work, he just throws the change at me very aggressively.

Mr. Maazouz was quite unfriendly and not particularly competent for this work. Completely misunderstood the order and claimed that the menu wasn't available, which the nice lady apparently did when asked.

Tables and chairs greasy and sticky and lots of dust. Dear Burgerking, the competition does it much better, next time I should only come to take away.

So now we come less and less often. Living around the corner. The lady at the Drive IN counter today at 6:15 p.m. had black hair and a braid. Incredibly UNSYMPATHIC. Order directly at the machine... no hello, no please, nothing... you'll be forgotten at the counter... then you'll have to pay twice, crazy... there wasn't much going on either. And what else happens... clearly forgot the burger. Just don't feel like it anymore. Now we're just going to McDonald's... bad luck!

I enjoyed the food at Burger King quite well, and I have to admit that I rarely eat fast food. Every now and then I treat myself to something at Burger King. The food was clean and properly prepared. The restaurant was clean, the seats and tables were cleaned. 5 stars for the delicious food.

The manager's communication skills are zero. You can't speak a whole sentence of German. They speak their own language with their employees. The restaurant manager is always angry. If my 6 year old girl orders the wrong burger and he forces her to eat it and says it's not my fault and he yells at everyone, the staff are nice, they are helpful, I will never do that again there!!

Die wollten mir doch beim Burger King in Offenbach, Waldstraße, glatt 3,99€ für ein einfaches SOFT-Eis mit Schokosoße abknöpfen. Sag mal spinnen die 🤦🏻‍♂️!!! ÜBRIGENS, das King Sundae kostet laut Recherche 2,19€ und sollten die Mitarbeiter sowie der Schichtleiter wissen......andernfalls falscher Job.

Wenn es mal frisch ist zu wild das chicken schon knusprig

Das Burgerking in Offenbach hat viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten das Eis schmeckt super das Ambiente ist ok , es ist nie richtig voll hier so das man Eigentlich immer in ruhe essen kann, ein Stern abzug von mir weil ich finde das , das Burgerking in Offenbach zu wenig Aktionsprodukte hat b.z.w zu wenig Aktionen meiner meinung nach Anbietet, auch hier sind die Verkäuferinen und Verkäufer sehr nett

die Herrentoilette stinkt nach Urin, bin froh das der Burger nicht zurück kam! Die Tische sind nicht gereinigt, liegt an den Schulkindern die zu dieser Zeit dort speisen und ihren Dreck hinterlassen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht und freundlich aber die ganze Anlage ist aus dem letzten Jahrtausend. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr ungepflegt. Nicht gerade einladend das ganze...

Schneller Servis und warmes Essen

Essen ist immer frisch und gut, Personal ist nett, im Restaurant dtin ist aber bisschen heruntergekommen. Update : (Meine alte Bewertung war 4)Heute war ich Drive in bereich,habe Menü Chile cheese Bürger bestellt bekommen nur Cheeseburger, gemerkt habe ich zu hause, von Monitor zu lesen muss doch nicht schwer sein!

Liegt teilweise wie ein Stein im Magen. Edit: Toiletten sind der absolute Horror. Auch hier lässt die Hygiene zu wünschen übrig. Genauso wie die Tablettstationen. Teilweise überfüllt.

War mit meiner Schwägerin dort und sie meinte, dass das der beste Service in einem Drive-In war. Tatsächlich wurden Sonderwünsche angenommen und richtig umgesetzt. Mitarbeiterin am Schalter war auch super nett

Eine sehr gut besuchte Filiale, aber das Personal ist sehr auf Zack . Es wurde ständig geputzt und schnell bedient 👍

Service und Essen gut, allerdings wurde den lärmenden und herumkasperndenJugendlichen kein Einhalt geboten, sodass der Aufenthalt macimal 2 Sterne wert ist

Unter aller Sau.. Sorry für den Ausdruck Essen um 20:58 bestellt. Dass das etwas dauert ist verständlich. Kein Ding Dann warte ich über 1,5Std. Laut der Lieferando App wurde das Essen ausgeliefert. Bei uns per Paypal bezahlt und nie angekommen Darauf hin versuchte ich Lieferando zu kontaktieren. Auch kein positives Ergebnis. Dann bei der besagten Burger King Filiale angerufen und eine patzige Antwort bekommen. Eine Bodenlose Frechheit ist das. Irgendwann rief mich der Fahrer an, bei welchem es auch an Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit mangelte. Jetzt haben wir 22:56Uhr und ich sitze hier hungrig da. Das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir (unsere Firma) mit dem Laden schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Nie wieder werde ich dort bestellen

Einfach nur schön schlecht man kann keinem empfehlen hier her zu gehen Pommes und Bürger sind kalt und ohne jeglichen guten Geschmack
