Very crowded late in the evening, but the team did a great job - our food arrived in a flash. This is how I imagine a well-functioning McDonald’s! Exactly as expected, absolutely recommended.

Always smiling and friendly staff. Morning coffee that is the best takeaway in the whole area. The place where we meet in the morning and from where we start our work.

Mc Drive very friendly and nice

I was there on the 27th around 2am and ordered to be delivered to my table. Glaz head man, like parents, incredibly nice. I hope you see and appreciate this. He greeted every table, apologized that the meal was taking a few minutes longer, brought food, wished you a good appetite, and asked if you still needed paper. I just ordered a McRib menu from your branch, Strahlbergerstrasse 103. Unfortunately, I discovered that both the meat and the fries were of very poor quality. The McRib meat was almost raw and definitely undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and a health risk. The fries were also barely edible - they were almost raw and tasted like cold oil, as if they hadn't been fried properly. I was forced to throw away the entire menu. This experience makes me question the quality of the preparation and the care taken by your staff. McDonald's not only stands for fast food, but should also stand for a certain quality. Unfortunately, I couldn't find that out on this visit.

Sometimes a bit noisy but all in all at the right time a very pleasant experience can’t really complain.

McDonald's does not need to be described. Always pleasant, full and interesting.

Everything is always there as ordered and the fries are better than at other McDonald's.

Unfortunately it was a total flop...ordered via the app, redeemed a voucher code and got a small fries and a chicken burger with bonus points. The total amount was 12.49 euros, paid via Paypal... exactly as shown on the display at the first counter. The chicken burger and the fries were crossed out from the price and the amount of O euros was next to it, like in the app...then at the payment window they suddenly wanted another 4 euros squeezed in???? I paid for everything via the app…apparently I ordered chicken burgers and fries…oh yeah? I didn't know that I could only make partial payments via the app and Paypal, that would be new to me. Then I called the shift manager and explained everything to him. He said the same thing, I would have ordered later??? I asked him how it would technically work if I paid the amount with Paypal and then ordered something else later? He didn't have an answer to that, but insisted that I still had to pay the 4 euros and a few squeezed ones. Absolute no-go and the last time I visited this shit shop. What can I do if the app or the internal payment system goes wrong?

We used drive thru service and the operator was a bit lost while getting our order! 😵‍💫 It was also very slow and took us longer than usual to get our food

This might just be foreigner bias, but the food is far healthier than what we get in Canada or the US. Everyone working there was very helpful and all patrons conducted themselves amicably - an experience I didn’t expect and frankly blew me away.

Real chaos on Sunday evening. There was a traffic jam as soon as we entered. Due to a lack of staff, very long waiting times. In addition, extremely expensive products. Will avoid McDonald's in the future.

I was there at 1am. I was really so disappointed 😞 with the quality of the nuggets I ordered. The nuggets were really hard (over cooked somehow or were already old) and the chicken was really old and completely dry. It just tastes bad!!! I hardly ate at all. Never again!!!

Parking lot entrance is single lane... And at the same time the McDrive lane... everything is blocked by a long traffic jam. Same with the exit… why only one lane

The 5 stars go to your current Polish employee at the drive-in checkout. By McDonald's standards, we had a lot of IQ when it came to communicating and problem-solving a coupon order. Further praise goes out to the good mood of a bald man. Being presented with your food with a smile and a joke gives you the right flavor for a good appetite. So really I only ordered 2 shakes and waited 20 minutes until I got what I wanted. I paid with the card and the cashier just left without giving me a receipt. In the end I stood there, the cashier was gone and the other employees told me I hadn't paid. ????????? I had to prove through my online banking that I had paid. I'm never coming here again. Terrible and really sad!!!!

Went through the drive in at 3:00-ish First off, the coffee is good. Never knew this before. But why 1 star? Because they didnt even get their fries right. My fries were soggy and stale, if not old. So was the patty on my burger, dry and old. If you mess up the fries... than what are the cooks actually doing? Don't let this stop you from going to mcdonalds, i just don't recommend going to this one in the middle of the night.

Boycott, I'll just miss the ice cream but I'll heartily avoid it!

Otherwise it's my to-go favorite because it always has warm and fresh burgers and friendly serving. Today, however, the service was subpar! I was handed a drink cup through the window that wasn't properly sealed. As a result, I had half the Coke in my center console and on my dress. The employee just said it was a problem with the cardboard lids. I had to ask him several times for paper napkins to dry my console and I'm still waiting for an apology!!!! It really happened to me for the first time there, mistakes can happen, but the way the employee handled it was really disappointing and just bad service.

The staff is not customer friendly. We came to Mac Donald because of Playmobil. My child already has the elephant, when our Happy Meal was brought, I asked if we could swap. I was told there is no other toy. Shortly afterwards, new guests arrived and the child at the next table got something as the elephant. I understand that the staff doesn't enjoy their work.

Food came quickly. Restaurant clean. Unfortunately there is no changing table! And you have to go down stairs to go to the toilet. Not handicapped accessible.

Despite paying 2 Mc Sundays in cash, these additional ones were billed with the bag ordered online. McDonald's is unable to view the cash register statement and requires me to provide proof of cash payment. Long correspondence for not even 4(!)€. From now on I'll drive one exit further to KFC.

Second time here the food is cold, fries as chips, half the menu sold out, they don't have table service with excuses as we don't have enough personal bus, like I've never seen in Germany 5 people at present chatting and laugh 👎🏼

It's tasty, my colleagues and I are there often, unfortunately the order doesn't always work out correctly and that's a problem for a colleague who has an intolerance. The employees are friendly, but there are often new faces. During the lunch rush, things sometimes get messy.

We were there shortly before 4 and the McDonald's was “closed”, you couldn't get into the restaurant anymore, even though there were still a lot of people sitting in the restaurant. We were told by unfriendly (inside) security people that we were in Mcdrive (without a car). should employ. It doesn't work at all. Poor organization, unfriendly service staff. A very friendly security staff tried to help, unfortunately in vain. Either you hire more staff or change the opening hours. You can't simply be turned away because of poor planning. We weren't the only ones turned away. We don't come here anymore.

I live in the area and spend a lot of time outside. 80% (no lie) of the trash I find in bushes and next to roads is yours. I understand that the people who are so lazy and don't dispose of their garbage correctly are the first to be held responsible. The McDonald's branch on Strahlberger Straße in Offenbach is a real exception in the McDonald's universe. While one often experiences anonymity and professionalism at the large corporation, this branch offers a warm and exemplary experience. A special thanks to Mr. Dan and the entire team, who are always super friendly. We love having breakfast there on Sundays and always feel like we are at home with friends. Thank you for this wonderful atmosphere!

Incredibly nice staff, service at the table took place within a very short time. The restaurant is very clean and the whole organization is incredibly good. It's a shame that we were only visiting here while passing through. We can definitely recommend this branch!

All good at this McDonald's. However, many McDonald's customers fall into the AI ​​camera rip-off trap and park in the large scooter parking lot right next door. You'll automatically get a €40 illegal parking ticket 3 months after your visit. The ticket is even available for Roller customers who combine their visit there with McDonald's. Even at night and on weekends, the parking barrier remains open so that you can collect money. The grill snack bar next to McDonald's is already bankrupt because of the parking lot rip-off. Be sure to only park in the McDonald's parking lot, there is also a small, free parking garage for customers.

Visited here a few times during my holiday to Germany. Took advantage of the McDonald’s app and their voucher system. Wide selection of foods. Ok service. Coffee was ok - and they had lactose free milk which was a bonus as they don’t have that in the McDonald’s in the uk; where I am from.

UPDATE one year later: no improvement. The staff are unable to put the order together without forgetting something. With a larger order, it is not possible to completely unpack and check everything. This kind of thing makes children angry and sad. In the end, that's all you pay for. Another star deducted from me. Something is always missing from the order. Sometimes a burger, sometimes a drink or e.g. an ice cream with the Happy Meal. With larger orders for the whole family, it is difficult to check everything without unpacking the items again and comparing them with the receipt. If it were just an isolated case, unfortunately that's not the case.

Unfortunately I got Royal cheese instead of Royal TS, but it was very tasty. The shift manager was a bit unfriendly to her employees

The Stuff make a horrible job. Instead of fresh food you will get heated trash. the prices are too high to be wasted on the Stuff.

Leider waren wir bei diesem McDonalds nicht vom Essen begeistert. Wir lieben McDonalds und hatten noch nie schlechtes Essen. Leider war dort das Essen nicht so gut und wir alle, die es aßen, hatten anschließend Bauchweh, Durchfall und erbrechen. Wir haben geschaut, wir hatten sonst nichts anderes zu uns genommen was auch der andere gegessen hatte. Möglich, dass hier die Hygiene ( Händewaschen o.ä.) nicht ausreichend beachtet wurde und ich empfehle da nochmal einen Lehrgang zu machen.

Rundum ein sehr sauberes Restaurant. Die Menüs sind frisch vorbereitet. Restaurant wie McDonald's auf der Hanauer Landstraße sollten sich hier mal ein Vorbild nehmen.

Sehr schönes McDonald's Restaurant, was jedoch häufig sehr voll ist. Hier weiß man, was man bekommt, es gibt zuverlässige gleichbleibende Qualität.

Über 50 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Nach 35 Minuten Geld zurück verlangt: "Nein! Sie müssen warten, ist viel los". Was für ein unverschämter Laden!

10.01.24 1.30Uhr. Laut Website ist es möglich einen McPlant Rösti zu bekommen. Hier nicht. Obwohl alles dafür vorhanden ist. Sehr traurig. Aussage vom Angestellte Chef erlaubt das nicht und man könne es nicht buchen.

Noch nie so ein schlechten Service erlebt, angebliche Geschäftsführer kam wollte seinen Namen nicht nennen und war auch extrem unfreundlich, schlechterste McDonald’s wo ich jemals gesehen habe

Wirklich hervorragender Kaffeegenuss in gehobenem Flair eines wirklich außergewöhnlichen und herausragenden Mc Drive Ambientes innerhalb dessen der Kaffee wirklich äußert liebevoll in einem hochwertigen Pappbecher drapiert wird! Ansonsten schon auch ähnlich wie andere Mc Donald’s die man so kennt.
