Mc is Mc, wie überall und das ist das Gute daran. Freundlicher Service. Negativ: Preise für zusätzlich Ketchup Majo und andere Soßen sind unverschämt teuer, wie in jedem Mc. Meine Empfehlung, wer mit vielen Kids zum Essen geht, einfach Majo und Ketchup von zuhause mitbringen. Das spart richtig Geld.

Alles war perfekt! Sehr schneller Service am Tisch.

Angeblich öffnet er um 6 Uhr. Es ist jetzt 6:10 Uhr und ist immer noch geschlossen!

Kalt nach einer Stunde warten top Laden wurde geschlossen um 2uhr obwohl bis 5 offen gewesen wäre

Unzuverlässig und respektlos gegenüber Kunden – Öffnungszeiten werden hier ignoriert Ich bin heute Morgen um 04:47 Uhr zum McDrive am Kaiserlei gefahren, da die Filiale laut Angaben offiziell bis 05:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Während das Fahrzeug direkt vor mir noch bedient wurde, wurde mir an der Sprechsäule kurz und knapp mitgeteilt, dass die Kasse bereits abgerechnet sei. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, dass man 13 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Ende der Öffnungszeit derart abgewimmelt wird. Verbindlichkeit und ein Mindestmaß an Service sehen anders aus. Es kann nicht sein, dass Mitarbeiter nach eigenem Ermessen entscheiden, wann sie den Betrieb einstellen, während Kunden noch vor Ort sind. Das ist schlichtweg unprofessionell und respektlos gegenüber der Zeit der Kundschaft. Wenn ein Unternehmen angibt, bis 05:00 Uhr geöffnet zu haben, hat der Betrieb bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt vollumfänglich stattzufinden. Absolut enttäuschend – hier scheint der Servicegedanke völlig verloren gegangen zu sein.

Lecker,es war einfach perfekt, direkt neben dem Hotel,ein kleiner Snack und morgens einen Kaffee bevor es nach Hause geht. 👍👍Das Frühstück im Hotel wäre uns zuviel gewesen, bestimmt war es gut.wollten aber nicht mit vollem Bauch weiterfahren. Es war sehr warm und wir wollten nur nach Hause.

Leider, zum zweiten Mal...in kurzer Zeit, hat etwas,in der Bestellung gefehlt... ansonsten, ist es eben en ganz normaler Mc. D!

Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Im Gegensatz zu anderen MCDONALD'S Filialen ist diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Ich möchte eine Beschwerde äußern. Ich weiß nicht, ob dieses Problem auch in anderen Filialen vorkommt, aber in dieser Filiale, in der ich regelmäßig Kunde bin, kommen etwa 7 von 10 Bestellungen unvollständig an. Liegt es daran, dass zu viele Mitarbeiter an einer Bestellung beteiligt sind? Das weiß ich nicht, und es ist auch nicht meine Aufgabe, die Lösung dafür zu finden. Wenn man vor Ort ist, kann man mit dem Kassenbon zurückgehen und zeigen, was in der Bestellung fehlt. Wenn man die Bestellung jedoch zum Mitnehmen bestellt oder sie über einen Lieferdienst wie Wolt erhält, ist das deutlich schwieriger. Dabei geht es nicht nur um das Geld, das man für die fehlenden Artikel bezahlt hat. Das größere Problem ist, dass jemand am Ende ohne sein vollständiges Essen dasteht und dadurch unnötig verärgert oder sogar hungrig bleibt. Ich bitte Sie daher, die Bestellungen vor der Ausgabe bzw. Lieferung sorgfältiger zu kontrollieren, damit solche Fehler in Zukunft vermieden werden können. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit.

Porsonal sehr fresh schreit die leiteten an ohne Grund

Der Service war sehr schlecht, insbesondere von dem älteren Angestellten.

Wir habne zwei Mal eine falsche Bestellung bekommen und trotzdem waren die Arbeiter an der Kasse ganz arrogant und genervt. Die Arbeiter an der Kasse sind sehr respektlos und arrogant. Und service ist ganz schlecht die hanze Zeit falsche Bestellungen bekommen.

Es gab viele Parkplätze, freundliches Personal und es war nicht allzu weit vom B&B-Hotel entfernt, in dem ich das Wochenende verbrachte.

Wir alle wiesen wie es beim Mcdonalds ist doch leider haben sie die ipads wegemacht mit denn Kinder frühmals gespielt haben und die Toiletten sind manchmal ein albtraum.

Für mich deutschlandweit der schlechteste McDonalds. Nach einem Konzertbesuch in Frankfurt mit der S-Bahn hier her gefahren weil es am McDonalds FFM Hauptbahnhof voll war. Zu zweit haben wir unabhängig um 00:54 Uhr bestellt. Der erste bekommt sein Essen nach 40 Minuten. Die Nummern waren schon an der Anzeigetafel weg. Meine wurden auch schon nicht mehr angezeigt. Nach 1 std immer noch kein Essen. Mich dann beschwert das meine 2. S-Bahn jetzt weg ist und die nächste erst 1 std später kommt. Nach sage und schreibe 90 Minuten immer noch nicht mein Essen bekommen. 4 mal beschwert, nur 1 mal davon beachtet worden. Hab dann meine Kassenzettel zurück gegeben weil mir der Appetit beim warten vergangen ist. Es kam die Ausrede bei der Geldrückgabe, das ich mich ja hätte früher beschweren können, dann hätte mir man mein essen früher gegeben. Für lächerliche 6er Nuggets und ein Wrap nicht in 90 Minuten geschafft fertig zu machen. Es waren etliche die lange warten mussten und sich beschwert haben. Das Essen lag sehr lange in der Essensrutsche und wurde teils nicht ausgegeben. Organization gleich null. Pures Chaos. Da gibt es nichts zu entschuldigen, so ist es meist immer nachts und am WE. NIE WIEDER. Der McDonalds auf der Sprendlinger Landstrasse in Offenbach ist fast genauso schlimm mit der Wartezeit.

Ich stand eine Stunde im Drive In! EINE STUNDE

Immer wieder gerne!..insbes. seitdem das Essen bei der Ausgabe im drive-in abgewogen wird...sind die "Unregelmässigkeiten" weniger geworden.

Ich habe 16 Minuten auf eine Chicken Box gewartet. Und das Personal war absolut respektlos.

Ich esse gerne im Restaurant oder bestelle nach Hause. Das Essen, das Personal und die Atmosphäre sind 5 Sterne wert.

Der Service war sehr gut, obwohl man „McDonald’s“ normalerweise nicht mit teuren Restaurants in Verbindung bringt, aber der Service war wirklich gut, es roch angenehm, es war sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte, was bei dieser Hitze ein wahrer Segen ist

Die lässt uns nicht rein einfach ohne schämen die lassen mich verhungern.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von meinem heutigen Besuch (heute gegen 17:30 Uhr). Die Mitarbeiterin (schwarze Haare, Pferdeschwanz) hat meine Bestellung verwechselt: Statt 1 McFlurry und 1 McSundae gab sie mir 2 McSundae. Als ich sie höflich bat, den Fehler schnell zu korrigieren, da das Eis bereits schmolz und für ein Kind bestimmt war, wurde ich ausgelacht. Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter machte sich über meine Bitte (,,so schnell wie möglich, bitte") lustig und äffte mich nach. Die Kassiererin ignorierte mich daraufhin komplett und fing an, Pommes zu machen. Erst eine andere Kollegin half mir schließlich. So ein herablassendes Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Ich werde diesen Laden vorerst meiden.

Sehr schlechter Service, insbesondere die drei Mitarbeiterinnen am Tresen – unfreundlich und mit sehr unhöflichem Verhalten.

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung bei McDonald's gestern Abend zwischen 18 und 20 Uhr. Nachdem ich auf meine Bestellung gewartet hatte, sagte ich höflich „Entschuldigung“, um die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals zu bekommen. Anstatt professionell zu reagieren, verhielten sich drei Mitarbeiterinnen am Tresen äußerst unhöflich – sie machten sich über mich lustig und lachten über mich. Das war demütigend, beleidigend und völlig inakzeptabel. Ein solches Verhalten zeigt einen erheblichen Mangel an Professionalität und grundlegenden Respekt gegenüber Kunden. Niemand sollte so behandelt werden. Ich fordere das Management dringend auf, sofort Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, da ein solches Verhalten dem Ruf des Unternehmens schadet.

Ich wollte zehn Minuten an der Kasse mit meinem Essensbon warten, dann musste ich weitere 30 Minuten auf mein Essen warten. Anschließend sah ich, wie die Angestellten etwas schmutzige McDonald's-Boxen einsammelten, sie aber trotzdem wieder befüllten und jemandem gaben – sehr unhygienisch und groß.

Von Männern belästigt worden, direkt vor der Kasse. Das war in der Nacht vom 28.03. auf den 29.03. Die Security fand es witzig und hat seine Landsleute dafür gelobt das sie mit 4 Mann, 2 Frauen belästigen, beleidigen und bedrohen und abhauen durften, obwohl die Polizei gerufen wurde während diese nebendran standen. Diesen McDonald’s kann man nicht empfehlen. Essen schlecht, unsicher für Frauen, super dreckig und das Personal interessiert sich für nichts. Gerade die Security hat alles andere als sicherheits gewährleistet.

Ort ist in Ordnung aber ich hab zwei mal ein Happy meal bestellt und kein mal das richtige Spielzeug bekommen. Frech!!!

Bestellung war falsch. Das Spielzeug von meinem Happy Meal war nicht richtig und mein McFlurry war auch der falsche. Es war nicht viel los. Wenn es das nicht mehr gibt, was man bestellt hat kann man das doch auch wenigstens sagen!!!!!!!

Einfach unterirdisch schlecht. Der BigMac war kalt. Der Filet-O-Fisch lieblos zusammen gekleistert. Echter Realitätsschock zum Soll-Foto.

Wir nennen es das „rumänische McDonald’s“, da ein Großteil der Mitarbeiter offenbar rumänischen Hintergrund hat. Kritik scheint dort jedoch nicht erwünscht zu sein: Als ich nach 17 Minuten Wartezeit und es war wirklich nicht viel los, wir freundlich nach unserem Kaffee & Kuchen gefragt haben, wurden wir unhöflich angegangen und das Verhalten wurde von den Kollegen noch unterstützt. Für uns ein absolutes No-Go. Nie wieder!

Hat wohl keiner Zeit dir Tische zu wischen. - selber kaum einen Platz gefunden der nicht fettig war (Sitze und Tische) - Cola-Pfützen am Boden - Riesen O-Saft Pfütze am Stehtisch seit 15 Minuten wo sich eine Kindergruppe hinsetzen musste Sorry - aber nie wieder …. Dass der Burger trocken und die chicken Wings zuwenige waren, rückt da voll in den Hintergrund … Dann schließen Sie das „Hier essen“ wenn Sie das nicht hinbekommen !

Ich bin kein Fan von McDonalds. Wer etliche Male in verschiedenen Bundesstaaten der USA unterwegs war weiß, dass es sehr viel bessere Burgerketten gibt. Und von Fastfood Ketten mit anderem Fokus als Bürgern ganz zu schweigen. Ich nenne hier mal nur Whataburger, In 'n Out, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane's, etc. Kurz und gut, ein Big Mac oder Royal Cheese macht nicht satt, aber nach dem zweiten ist mir schlecht!

Hi, we were there for the first time a few months ago and discovered that McCes can do things differently. In my opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in this chain that we know. We come almost weekly now and have to say that it's always been top-notch. The staff are always very friendly, and the McCafe always looks well-stocked. The restrooms (not so great at some other branches) are always clean, too; that's very important to us! Because everyone can complain, but praise is also needed when it's justified!! The food is always good, except for one time when the fries didn't seem to be top-notch anymore. But the employee who brought us the food always asked politely if everything was okay, pointed it out, and they made us new ones without any problems. That's service! Unfortunately, the prices have gone up a bit more recently. But it's still good. Really, please, please keep it up 😊👍🏻👍🏻

The tables were a bit sticky, and there were flies and ants everywhere. We sat by the window. There was a dead fried fly in my fries, as well as in my Coke. That was really gross. My son's food was okay. I'm not going back to this place.

The food was an absolute disaster. It was dirty, disrespectful, and extremely messy. My order was mixed up twice, and when my correct order arrived, I was missing a whole burger and a whole pair of fries. The staff were just as disrespectful when I corrected them. They really freaked out because of my incorrect order, that's fair to say.

The place has a very cozy design, but still not the biggest McDonald's. The food is up to the usual McDonald's standard—not too good and not too rancid. However, stay away from the McPlant nuggets. I wanted to try them once and took a bite, but the whole nugget slipped out of the breading and landed on my tray. This happened several times after attempting to properly eat the McPlant "nugget." However, today I ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget meal with large fries, iced tea, two sweet and sour sauces, and one ketchup to take out. The food was ready relatively early, but when I opened the bag at home, I found only the nuggets and the iced tea, along with the two sweet and sour sauces. The large fries and the ketchup were missing. It can't be that hard for minimum-wage workers like those at McDonald's to remember their order. Not recommended. Parking is terrible. A small, narrow parking lot. It's cramped, crowded, and dirty inside. It's really uncomfortable. Overall, it's just too small for the location. We were there late on a Sunday afternoon. The children's books and Happy Meal games shown in the app were all sold out. Other stores seem to have a better experience.

Unfortunately the worst McDonald’s branch in Offenbach. I have delivered almost 3,000 orders as a courier, but only this branch has constant problems. Like many other couriers, I attach my delivery box securely to my bike - it's safer and healthier, especially in windy conditions. Nevertheless, the employees here won't give me the order if I don't take the box with me. When I ask, I get no answer, just rude behavior. Some employees are extremely disrespectful, don't greet you, look at you angrily - as if they were about to become aggressive. Completely different to the other branches in Offenbach or Frankfurt, where you are treated in a friendly and understanding manner. Even worse: the order is often only prepared after the courier is in the store. It seems as if only guests in the restaurant are important - if you order from home, you can wait? This setting costs time and reduces the quality of the service. I strongly recommend an inspection by the headquarters and training of the staff. This is not how you treat couriers or customers.

Just picked up an MC Crispy menu and was extremely disappointed... I've experienced a lot but I've never had a burger like this before. What you get here is an insult in the form of a Coke in a glass with lots of ice pieces that end up in your mouth because I don't have a lid or a straw. There's a risk of suffocation, and in my opinion, they've really gone overboard with their environmental concerns in this case.
