Hi, we were there for the first time a few months ago and discovered that McCes can do things differently. In my opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in this chain that we know. We come almost weekly now and have to say that it's always been top-notch. The staff are always very friendly, and the McCafe always looks well-stocked. The restrooms (not so great at some other branches) are always clean, too; that's very important to us! Because everyone can complain, but praise is also needed when it's justified!! The food is always good, except for one time when the fries didn't seem to be top-notch anymore. But the employee who brought us the food always asked politely if everything was okay, pointed it out, and they made us new ones without any problems. That's service! Unfortunately, the prices have gone up a bit more recently. But it's still good. Really, please, please keep it up 😊👍🏻👍🏻

I think the most delicious burgers are here because it is open 24/7 and fast, and it is right in the center.

There is always an integration problem between their feedback system and cashier. I earn a coupon after the feedback but I need to validate it a few times before it gets valid at the cashier.

The tables were a bit sticky, and there were flies and ants everywhere. We sat by the window. There was a dead fried fly in my fries, as well as in my Coke. That was really gross. My son's food was okay. I'm not going back to this place.

Disaster: Waited 20 minutes for a burger. Never again

The food was an absolute disaster. It was dirty, disrespectful, and extremely messy. My order was mixed up twice, and when my correct order arrived, I was missing a whole burger and a whole pair of fries. The staff were just as disrespectful when I corrected them. They really freaked out because of my incorrect order, that's fair to say.

The place has a very cozy design, but still not the biggest McDonald's. The food is up to the usual McDonald's standard—not too good and not too rancid. However, stay away from the McPlant nuggets. I wanted to try them once and took a bite, but the whole nugget slipped out of the breading and landed on my tray. This happened several times after attempting to properly eat the McPlant "nugget." However, today I ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget meal with large fries, iced tea, two sweet and sour sauces, and one ketchup to take out. The food was ready relatively early, but when I opened the bag at home, I found only the nuggets and the iced tea, along with the two sweet and sour sauces. The large fries and the ketchup were missing. It can't be that hard for minimum-wage workers like those at McDonald's to remember their order. I just wanted something to eat while playing Among Us with my friends. Thank you, McDonald's, for ruining my evening. Unfortunately, Google requires one star as the minimum rating. Not recommended. Parking is terrible. A small, narrow parking lot. It's cramped, crowded, and dirty inside. It's really uncomfortable. Overall, it's just too small for the location. We were there late on a Sunday afternoon. The children's books and Happy Meal games shown in the app were all sold out. Other stores seem to have a better experience.

I ordered a McFlurry and got a bit of it melted, so I can certainly overlook that. However, I wanted some caramel sauce. I mentioned this and even offered to pay extra. The rude employee denied my request in an annoyed tone, saying, "It wasn't possible." When I asked why, I was ignored. Outrageous, and I won't be back!!!

Unfortunately the worst McDonald’s branch in Offenbach. I have delivered almost 3,000 orders as a courier, but only this branch has constant problems. Like many other couriers, I attach my delivery box securely to my bike - it's safer and healthier, especially in windy conditions. Nevertheless, the employees here won't give me the order if I don't take the box with me. When I ask, I get no answer, just rude behavior. Some employees are extremely disrespectful, don't greet you, look at you angrily - as if they were about to become aggressive. Completely different to the other branches in Offenbach or Frankfurt, where you are treated in a friendly and understanding manner. Even worse: the order is often only prepared after the courier is in the store. It seems as if only guests in the restaurant are important - if you order from home, you can wait? This setting costs time and reduces the quality of the service. I strongly recommend an inspection by the headquarters and training of the staff. This is not how you treat couriers or customers.

Nice staff who prepare the food quickly and the food arrives to the customer almost hot. The waiting time is also very short. Even with a full house, orders are processed carefully and very quickly. We'd love to come back :)

Just picked up an MC Crispy menu and was extremely disappointed... I've experienced a lot but I've never had a burger like this before. Hopefully just an oversight, otherwise you should speak to the staff. That doesn't work at all. I'm glad I was at the MC Drive and couldn't eat until later. Thank you for this lunch

I was there on the 27th around 2am and ordered to be delivered to my table. Glaz head man, like parents, incredibly nice. I hope you see and appreciate this. He greeted every table, apologized that the meal was taking a few minutes, brought food, wished you a good appetite, and asked if you still needed paper. I just ordered a McRib menu from your branch, Strahlbergerstrasse 103. Unfortunately, I discovered that both the meat and the fries were of very poor quality. The McRib meat was almost raw and definitely undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and a health risk. The fries were also barely edible - they were almost raw and tasted of cold oil, as if they hadn't been fried properly. I was forced to throw away the entire menu. This experience makes me question the quality of the preparation and the care taken by your staff. McDonald's not only stands for fast food, but should also stand for a certain quality. Unfortunately, I couldn't find that out on this visit.

Unfortunately it was a total flop...ordered via the app, redeemed a voucher code and got a small fries and a chicken burger with bonus points. The total amount was 12.49 euros, paid via Paypal... exactly as shown on the display at the first counter. The chicken burger and the fries were crossed out from the price and the amount of O euros was next to it, like in the app...then at the payment window they suddenly wanted another 4 euros squeezed in???? I paid for everything via the app…apparently I ordered chicken burgers and fries…oh yeah? I didn't know that I could only make partial payments via the app and Paypal, that would be new to me. Then I called the shift manager and explained everything to him. He said the same thing, I would have ordered later??? I asked him how it would technically work if I paid the amount with Paypal and then ordered something else later? He didn't have an answer to that, but insisted that I still had to pay the 4 euros and a few squeezed ones. Absolute no-go and the last time I visited this shit shop. What can I do if the app or the internal payment system goes wrong?

This might just be foreigner bias, but the food is far healthier than what we get in Canada or the US. Everyone working there was very helpful and all patrons conducted themselves amicably - an experience I didn’t expect and frankly blew me away.

Went through the drive in at 3:00-ish First off, the coffee is good. Never knew this before. But why 1 star? Because they didnt even get their fries right. My fries were soggy and stale, if not old. So was the patty on my burger, dry and old. If you mess up the fries... than what are the cooks actually doing? Don't let this stop you from going to mcdonalds, i just don't recommend going to this one in the middle of the night.
