Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man wird auch gut beraten, wenn man Probleme hat.

Kam gerade aus Offenbach und habe keine Lust gehabt, heute zu kochen. Trotz der Hitze hat alles zu, somit Burger King. Es gab außer mir zwei Gäste, die dort aßen. Folglich war ich der einzige Gast an der Theke. Nach 10 Minuten konstatierte ich, dass die farbige Angestellte irgendwie keine Kunden mag, oder keine deutschen Kunden. Jedenfalls ging ich, blickte mich um, und registrierte ein fieses Lächeln der Angestellten. Danke.

Jedes Mal wenn man dort etwas bestellt zum mitnehmen, muss man kontrollieren ob auch alles drin ist ... JEDES Mal wird irgendwas vergessen

Das Essen war furchtbar. Ich wusste ja schon, dass es kein echtes Fleisch war, wollte aber trotzdem den Geschmack probieren. Das Brot war jedoch gelb und das Fleisch geschmacklos.

Es ist schon seit Jahren schlecht und keine Besserung in Sicht. Essen kalt und Service grandiose unfreundliche. Nie wieder!

Das Essen entsprach meinen Erwartungen, aber der Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Angestellten waren nicht sehr freundlich und schienen nicht bereit, Englisch oder andere Sprachen zu sprechen; sie bestanden darauf, nur Deutsch zu sprechen. Das erzeugte unnötigen Druck bei der Bestellung und trübte das Erlebnis. Ich hoffe, das Team wird internationaler gegenüber offener und zuvorkommender.

Da es sich um eine Lieferbestellung handelt, konnte ich die Bestellung bei der Übergabe nicht vor Ort überprüfen. Leider wurde die Bestellung nicht korrekt zusammengestellt. Ich habe einen Doppelburger bestellt, erhalten habe ich jedoch nur einen kleinen Burger mit einer einzelnen Fleischscheibe. Außerdem habe ich einen Rindfleischburger bestellt, bekam ich einen Hähnchenburger.

Ich war mit Familie essen. Personal lustlos, für essen mehr als halbe Stunde gewartet fast 45min .Dann musste das bestellte essen gleich zurück reklamieren weil war kalt ,von vier Menüs waren drei kalt.Als ich zurück gebracht habe waren ziemlich viele ausrede von Schichtleiter ,nur dan nach habe ich warmes essen bekommen nach 1 er stunde und nach Debakel mit schlechter gewissen gegessen. Somit ein Stern für Ort . Für das essen 0. Personal 0 . Sauberkeit 0 .

Jedes Mal wird etwas vergessen. Heute zwar "nur" ein Dip (nur 0,80Cent), dennoch auf die Dauer echt nervig... (Uber Eats)

Was man hier für sein Geld bekommt ist einfach nur bodenlos.

Unfassbar, so etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Das war mit Abstand der dreckigste Burger King, den ich je besucht habe. Ich habe ein Menü bestellt und beide Burger waren bereits nach etwa 20 Sekunden fertig, obwohl sich nur ungefähr sechs Gäste im Restaurant befanden. Dadurch entstand leider sofort der Eindruck, dass die Burger schon länger vorbereitet waren. Einen der Burger musste ich deshalb sogar noch einmal aufwärmen lassen. Der gesamte Sitzbereich sah katastrophal aus. Fast jeder Tisch war dreckig, unter einem Tisch war bereits der ganze Boden voller Cola. Ein Gast wollte schließlich selbst einen Tisch sauber machen, dabei ist ihm die Cola ebenfalls umgekippt und die nächste große Sauerei war da. Kurz darauf habe ich einen Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen, der nur wenige Tische weiter saß und am Handy war. Auch der betroffene Gast hat das Problem zusätzlich noch an der Kasse gemeldet. Trotzdem hat sich niemand darum gekümmert. Stattdessen kam später ein weiterer Mitarbeiter aus der Küche und setzte sich einfach zu seinem Kollegen, als wäre nichts passiert. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts von ungefähr einer Stunde wurde kein einziger Tisch gereinigt, obwohl ich zeitweise sogar der einzige Gast im Restaurant war. Unter diesen Umständen möchte ich ehrlich gesagt gar nicht wissen, wie es in der Küche aussieht. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich dabei die komplette Gleichgültigkeit der Mitarbeiter gegenüber den hygienischen Zuständen im Restaurant. Ich habe in meiner Schulzeit selbst in unterschiedlichen Fastfoodketten gearbeitet und weiß daher, dass viele Kontrollen oft vorher angekündigt werden. Genau deshalb sollten solche Zustände nicht einfach ignoriert werden. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, ähnliche Erfahrungen dem Gesundheitsamt (bzw. in Google "Beschwerde Button Hessen" eingeben) zu melden, damit auch unangekündigte Kontrollen stattfinden und die tatsächlichen Zustände überprüft werden können. PS: Die Bilder habe ich gemacht, nachdem ich über 1 Stunde im Burger King saß!

Essen geht meist klar. Service ok. An der Einrichtung ist öfter was kaputt aber das schlimmste und ekligste sind einfach die Toiletten. Klare Ansage in der Gastro. Die Reinlichkeit von WC und Küche sind meist identisch. Die aölermeisten Raststätte WCs sind besser!!!

Standen ewig am Drive in. Keine Nachfrage, kein: bitte warten sie einen Moment. Einfach nichts. Ich erwarte gar nicht sofort bedient zu werden, aber es wäre einfach nur nett gewesen, eine Info zu bekommen, ob der Drive in uberhupt besetzt ist. Danke für Nichts

Das Essen schmeckt hier nicht mal mehr nach Burger King, sondern schäbig und fettig

Plant-based chicken nugget burger bestellt und plant based long chicken bekommen. Außerdem hat es super lang gedauert. Der long chicken triefte vor Fett. Habe gesehen, wie der noch mit Fett tropfend direkt von der Fritteuse auf den Burger geklatscht wurde. Auf Grund des Zeitmangels musste ich es leider essen.

War am Freitag Abend gegen 22:00 ihr da und hab essen bestellt für mich und meine frau bei meiner frau war ein langes dickes schwarzes haar in ihrem burger und musste sich danach übergeben. Die hygienischen Standards werden nicht eingehalten. Kein kopfnetz für Mitarbeiter/in mit langen Haaren beim Zubereitung der burger. Es war sehr unhygienisch. Werde da nie wieder essen gehen

Meine Bestellung – Getränke und Pommes – war falsch. Als ich die Fehler bemerkte, reagierte das Personal ablehnend: „Nein, Ihre Bestellung ist korrekt“, und weigerte sich, sie zu ändern. Ich zeigte ihnen meinen Bestellbon, aber sie korrigierten die Fehler trotzdem nicht. Kurz gesagt: Das Personal und die Getränke waren ungenießbar.

Totales Chaos ich habe maxi menue bestellt nur normal bekommen. Getränk mit Eiswürfel bekommen ohne bekommen Tablet vollkommen überfüllt. am Bestellautomat Druckerpapier leer. Anderen erging es ähnlich. 4 unfähig Mitarbeiter bei der Ausgabe

Absolut widerlich!! Vertrocknete kalte Pommes, vertrocknete kalte Burger, Cola schmeckt wie Spüli. Für das Geld hätte ich was frisches und schmackhaftes essen können.

Absoluter Horror, so oft nochmal ne Chance gegeben, keine Ahnung was da los ist aber jedesmal werden alle krank nach dem essen. Dieser Laden gehört geschlossen! Ihr solltet an der hygiene arbeiten!

Unverschämtheit, der Doppel Whopper kostet trotz Mehrwertsteuersenkung immer noch so viel wie mit 19% Mwst. Wo bleibt die Entlastung der Bürger/Kunden? Geschmacklich ist dad Essen wie in jedem Burger King.

Am liebsten 0 Sternen. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Wir haben bei Burger King bestellt und das, was geliefert wurde, war eine absolute Zumutung. Falscher Burger, völlig scharf, obwohl ausdrücklich keine scharfe Soße bestellt war. Stattdessen wurde alles ignoriert, was wir extra angegeben haben: Keine Zwiebeln → Zwiebeln drauf. Röstzwiebeln gewünscht → keine vorhanden. Keine scharfe Soße → natürlich trotzdem scharf. Die Pommes waren kalt, trocken und ungesalzen, als wären sie seit Stunden irgendwo rumgelegen. Der absolute Tiefpunkt: Ein Haar im Burger. Sorry, aber Haar im Essen ist widerlich und ein absolutes No-Go in der Gastronomie. Danach war uns einfach nur noch schlecht. Als wir angerufen haben, um das zu melden, waren die Mitarbeitenden frech, desinteressiert und unverschämt. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen, nichts. Schlechte Qualität, ignorierte Sonderwünsche, Hygieneproblem und dann auch noch unterirdischer Kundenservice. Das war unsere letzte Bestellung. Nie wieder.

Worst Burger King in the area. Ordered two takeout burger meals: King's Beef without tomatoes and a King's Whisky BBQ without jalapeños. What we received was a burger with doner meat and a burger with the handwritten label "without tomatoes," which, of course, contained tomatoes and an unidentifiable sauce. It's just a Burger King. It's not just here that the ordering machines are annoying, where you have to click through numerous menus just to order two hamburgers. I prefer to do that at the counter. Otherwise, it's easily accessible, there's plenty of parking, and the seating inside is adequate.

I always order takeaway, and the order is always a bit larger. So far, at least one meal has always been forgotten, so my advice is: check your order to make sure it's complete in front of the staff!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, warm, delicious food.

The staff are nice, but otherwise, I have nothing but bad things to say. Even though I was there at lunchtime, they don't give you fresh fries; they taste like they're a few hours old. The Whooper also tastes awful. The bun is completely dry. The waiting times don't seem to be adhered to, or they keep getting reset. If you generally like Burger King, you shouldn't come here. I certainly regretted it.

I placed an order, called after an hour and complained. They said it was being prepared and the driver would be right there. I waited another 30 minutes, and then they canceled it. And I still have to wait for my money to be transferred back. A disaster. I'll never order from here again.

I ordered through Lieferando at 9:50 p.m., and at 10:05 p.m. I received a cancellation, and this isn't the first time. I don't quite understand why Lieferando is going along with this, even though it's all about money, and they still make money regardless of whether 5 out of 100 orders are canceled.

My favorite Burger King location always has very friendly employees who immediately greet you with a smile. The food is always fresh and tasty, which is important to me. The selection of burgers and sides is great, and I love trying different combinations. Additionally, the location is always clean and inviting, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciate that the employees are willing to accommodate special requests and accommodate individual orders. This positive atmosphere makes every visit a highlight of my day.

Unfortunately, they forgot my burgers again, and of course, they were the expensive ones... When I left, they checked them, and then came back and said something was missing. They always just said, "Tough luck, you should have checked earlier..." So, the service at this branch is very poor. I'd rather go to a competitor or another branch.

I've been to this branch several times and unfortunately, I have to say that the staff often seem very unfriendly and indifferent – ​​as if they're just forced to work. Even though there isn't much going on, you usually wait a long time. There are only two terminals to order, one of which is currently defective. Something is always forgotten or done wrong. Recently one burger was completely missing and the other had beef instead of chicken. The nuggets were available according to the terminal and in the end they weren't. And the most important thing, namely the taste, has also become significantly worse than before. Then go to McD.

Ordered via Uber yesterday. Two items were missing upon delivery and the food was cold. Complaining to the branch was completely pointless. I should complain to Uber Eats so I can get my money back. The team here is always friendly. And if there are problems with the ordering machine again, you can quickly reorder at the checkout. Whether it's to take away or eat on site, I like coming here. Unfortunately, the ambience gets 2 stars deducted because the tables are very rarely wiped down every now and then and are therefore full of crumbs.

The lady at the checkout was very unfriendly and listless. The food was cold and inedible, the employee gave me a broken bag which then tore. I recommend you don't eat there!!!

It's getting worse and worse, the patties on the burgers are cold, the fries are also lukewarm, they want to save themselves work and only warm up the patties briefly so that they are handed over warm. If you then want to eat them, they are cold or sometimes the cheese doesn't melt properly not but is clunky and has not come into contact with a hot patty otherwise it would melt. Just disappointing they save where they can.

It's just Burger King, but it's always clean and the people there are always nice. We've always had good experiences and at least there are a lot of vegan things in Burger King, unlike McDonald's

I ordered a take away today (15 wings and 3 mid size fries), I got home to discover just a single small size fries. Check you package before you take away. Pretty mean
