Ordered at the terminal. Had to wait 15 minutes. We were the only ones there. Every day 11.30 a.m. Still the food was cold. Toilets weren't cleaned for weeks. The toilet brush alone looked catastrophic.

It can certainly happen, but it's annoying in the drive-in: I paid for the Whopper with cheese and bacon and later noticed at the hotel that neither was on it 😐

I bought chicken nuggets at the drive-thru. They are the worst I have ever eaten. I rarely buy something like that in general. Maybe they are bad everywhere. In any case, I won't buy them from Burger Kimg anymore.

The team here is always friendly. And if there are problems with the ordering machine again, you can quickly reorder at the checkout. Whether it's to take away or eat on site, I like coming here. Unfortunately, the ambience gets 2 stars deducted because the tables are very rarely wiped down every now and then and are therefore full of crumbs.

The lady at the checkout was very unfriendly and listless. The food was cold and inedible, the employee gave me a broken bag which then tore. I recommend you don't eat there!!!

It's getting worse and worse, the patties on the burgers are cold, the fries are also lukewarm, they want to save themselves work and only warm up the patties briefly so that they are handed over warm. If you then want to eat them, they are cold or sometimes the cheese doesn't melt properly not but is clunky and has not come into contact with a hot patty otherwise it would melt. Just disappointing they save where they can.

It's just Burger King, but it's always clean and the people there are always nice. We've always had good experiences and at least there are a lot of vegan things in Burger King, unlike McDonald's

Disappointing experience with a fast food chain and rude employees As a long-time fast food lover, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with a particular fast food chain, which unfortunately was less than satisfactory. From the rude staff to the overall quality of the food, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. First impressions count, and unfortunately the reception at the checkout was anything but friendly. The employees seemed disinterested and sometimes even annoyed with their work. No smile, no greeting - just a cold and rude atmosphere. When I finally placed my order, the staff were unwilling to accommodate my specific requests. They didn't seem to care if I wanted my burgers without certain ingredients or if I wanted a certain sauce with them. Instead I was told that it was too much hassle and that I had to take the standard compilation. This is definitely not the customer service I expected. When I finally received my food I was disappointed again. The burgers were carelessly thrown together and looked anything but appetizing. The meat was tough and dry, and the side dishes were barely seasoned. In addition to the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant was also a major issue. The tables were dirty and sticky and the floor was littered with food scraps. It was obvious that the staff had no time or desire to keep the restaurant tidy. Overall, my experience with this fast food chain was disappointing from start to finish. The rude staff, poor quality of food and lack of cleanliness of the restaurant have convinced me that I will avoid this restaurant in the future. It's sad to see a once-popular fast food chain lower its standards so much.

the girl in the drive thru is very arrogant, she is always ready to fight. I work the late shift, so I always go there at night. The shift manager closes the door 30.40 minutes ago and starts cleaning the lobby, and Indian music is always playing at Burger King. No uniform, no discipline. I wish the owner would see my review and take action regarding Burger King's schedule. They always close the door when we ask why, then they speak in their language and laugh at me, that's not acceptable.

Food was good as usual, Fuze Tea was inedible and tasted strongly of dishwashing liquid.

It's unbelievable you order there, the food is delivered, what you call is missing and the only thing that comes are people who say we can't do anything about it, Lieferando is to blame, I think to myself, does Lieferando mean the burgers closed or Burger King? Like any fast food chain. Fast processing, you'll be full for a while. The staff was really nice and it went very quickly. Tables could possibly be cleaned a little more often. However, the visitors are certainly partly to blame for this. Nevertheless, I would eat here again.

Waiting time for a drink at lunchtime is 45 minutes with hardly any customers

Wasn't exhilarating. The McDrive was asked several times and then the wrong one was delivered. Apparently the colleague didn't understand that. So this is not recommended.

Very friendly staff and good hygiene

At lunchtime, around 1:00 p.m., there were enough parking spaces available. The order went smoothly and the service was very friendly and we were asked about all relevant things when ordering. After less than 10 minutes the order was handed out. The food was very tasty and at a really good temperature, not as lukewarm as at a well-known competitor. Burger King always likes to do so!

Great place with good food and affordable prices

Oinos completely soft. Zero crispy. Friendly I really different. I have no idea what has to do with the coupons. But really not good.

First of all, the toilet was really messy. I wanted to wash my hands before eating. The gentleman who ordered was also very uninterested. Then I wanted to be in peace with 4 more guests, Eat. But two employees from Burger King were sitting two tables next to us, then a third came along and they were literally shouting at each other during their conversation. All the guests including me kept looking at the employees, showing that we wanted to eat in peace. Even another employee who gave us food looked. But the gentlemen weren't interested in that. That was the last time I visit this branch.

Addendum: 05/05/24 6 years after this one star review was first written, the experience described below has deteriorated. I have never experienced such unmotivated, listless and unfriendly staff anywhere. I waited a full 23 minutes for two burgers with fries and a drink. And of course the best thing was that the burgers were cold despite the long wait. An impudence. When I pointed this out to the employee, he angrily took both burgers off my tray and pointedly put them in the bin. I then received two "new" reheated burgers 2 minutes later. I don't expect premium burgers from a Burger King but junk food. But there are certain standards that must be adhered to. The employees at this Burger King probably don't value simple things like hygiene, friendliness and customer satisfaction. June 2018 I've usually had more bad experiences than good ones when I'm hungry at night. Makes an unclean impression. The staff often has an unkempt appearance. Opening hours are not adhered to, and you are usually no longer served and sent away 5-10 minutes before closing time. 👎🏼

Cold food, long waiting time, unfriendly staff Never again

Update April 29, 2024: I was here again last Saturday and was surprised how something like this could even be. There were around 10 people walking around behind the counter, mostly obviously for private reasons, one person even with their little daughter. I was blasted with loud music. I assume that the employee in charge used the branch for private meetings with friends. This is not possible at all and is not hygienically acceptable. It doesn't help when the staff supposedly acts like a buddy but also loses all respect for the customer. The food somehow became a minor matter. Hunger drove it down, nothing more. 2019: I've been there many times. I've noticed that often when ordering to-go or at the drive-thru counter, not all items are packed. Most of the time I was missing French fries, but even whole burgers weren't given. When I asked the staff about it directly, I was insulted, even though it turned out that day that I was right.

Twice said the Big King and the cheeseburger without pickles. She looks into my eyes and nods. Cheeseburger without cucumber, Bicmac with cucumber. The older lady's ears were turned to the wind. That's no fun. Prices are skyrocketing. Quality of service is constantly decreasing. As a customer you don't feel taken seriously. Why is there no specific meat weight information? I give up.

Pretty mid burgers and fries, burgers kinda dry, fries not that crispy. Chili cheese nuggets were given in "plant-based" packaging even though they are not. Maybe they have issues with the two different packaging forms. Feedback form on receipt for free food does not work for this restaurant.

Super Burger King. Selten ein so sauberen Laden gesehen. Nettes Personal an der Theke (So. Abend). Burger so wie man ihn erwartet. Klare Empfehlung!

Schmeckt immer! Bestellautomaten manchmal kaputt…

Das Ambiente ist schön. Leider lässt das Essen wieder sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es riecht beim reinkommen schon nach allem Fett. Das Essen ist sehr fettig, kommt sogar durchs Papier durch. Schmeckt bei den Burgern teilweise ranzig. Wir haben das meiste weg leider geworfen. Bei 2 von 5 Personen kam es zu massiv verdorbenem Magen. Am Ende haben auch noch Artikel gefehlt. Vor Jahren gab es das Problem schon einmal. Leider ist der Store wohl nicht umsonst so leer. Wirklich schade!

Sehr gutes Lokal, schnelle Bedienung allerdings muss man seine Bestellung immer kontrollieren im Stress geht manchmal was vergessen.

Ich war zum Zeitpunkt meiner Ankunft der einzige Gast. Hatte mit einen Burger mit Bacon bestellt. Am Platz stellte ich fest, dass - der Bacon schlichtweg kalt war. - die Pommes wie aufgewärmt schmeckten Diese Lokalität sieht mich nie wieder!!

Zur zeit mit der neuen Mitarbeitern läuft es gut, fruher war es nicht der Fall

Seit Jahren zum ersten Mal wieder bei Burger King gewesen. Burger waren hervorragend. Service beim Drive In auch gut. Das Gelände nicht so toll. Man möchte ja dort auch nicht übernachten. Anscheinend merkwürdiges Verhalten unter den Mitarbeitern. (Übergriffig??)
