The staff are terrible, they give you an incorrect and incomplete menu, and they don't even apologize.

Worst Burger King in the area. Ordered two takeout burger meals: King's Beef without tomatoes and a King's Whisky BBQ without jalapeños. What we received was a burger with doner meat and a burger with the handwritten label "without tomatoes," which, of course, contained tomatoes and an unidentifiable sauce. The drinks were ordered with ice. That was also missing.

It's just a Burger King. It's not just here that the ordering machines are annoying, where you have to click through numerous menus just to order two hamburgers. I prefer to do that at the counter. Otherwise, it's easily accessible, there's plenty of parking, and the seating inside is adequate.

I always order takeaway, and the order is always a bit larger. So far, at least one meal has always been forgotten, so my advice is: check your order to make sure it's complete in front of the staff!

The staff are nice, but otherwise, I have nothing but bad things to say. Even though I was there at lunchtime, they don't give you fresh fries; they taste like they're a few hours old. The Whooper also tastes awful. The bun is completely dry. The waiting times don't seem to be adhered to, or they keep getting reset. If you generally like Burger King, you shouldn't come here. I certainly regretted it.

I placed an order, called after an hour and complained. They said it was being prepared and the driver would be right there. I waited another 30 minutes, and then they canceled it. And I still have to wait for my money to be transferred back. A disaster. I'll never order from here again.

I ordered through Lieferando at 9:50 p.m., and at 10:05 p.m. I received a cancellation, and this isn't the first time. I don't quite understand why Lieferando is going along with this, even though it's all about money, and they still make money regardless of whether 5 out of 100 orders are canceled.

My favorite Burger King location always has very friendly employees who immediately greet you with a smile. The food is always fresh and tasty, which is important to me. The selection of burgers and sides is great, and I love trying different combinations. Additionally, the location is always clean and inviting, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciate that the employees are willing to accommodate special requests and accommodate individual orders. This positive atmosphere makes every visit a highlight of my day.

Unfortunately, they forgot my burgers again, and of course, they were the expensive ones... When I left, they checked them, and then came back and said something was missing. They always just said, "Tough luck, you should have checked earlier..." So, the service at this branch is very poor. I'd rather go to a competitor or another branch.

I've been to this branch several times and unfortunately, I have to say that the staff often seem very unfriendly and indifferent – ​​as if they're just forced to work. Even though there isn't much going on, you usually wait a long time. There are only two terminals to order, one of which is currently defective. Something is always forgotten or done wrong. Recently one burger was completely missing and the other had beef instead of chicken. The nuggets were available according to the terminal and in the end they weren't. It's getting worse and worse, the patties on the burgers are cold, the fries are also lukewarm, they want to save themselves work and only warm up the patties briefly so that they are handed over warm. If you then want to eat them, they are cold or sometimes the cheese doesn't melt properly not but is clunky and has not come into contact with a hot patty otherwise it would melt. They didn't seem to care if I wanted my burgers without certain ingredients or if I wanted a certain sauce with them. Instead I was told that it was too much hassle and that I had to take the standard compilation. This is definitely not the customer service I expected. When I finally received my food I was disappointed again. The burgers were carelessly thrown together and looked anything but appetizing. The meat was tough and dry, and the side dishes were barely seasoned. In addition to the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant was also a major issue. The tables were dirty and sticky and the floor was littered with food scraps. It was obvious that the staff had no time or desire to keep the restaurant tidy. Overall, my experience with this fast food chain was disappointing from start to finish. The rude staff, poor quality of food and lack of cleanliness of the restaurant have convinced me that I will avoid this restaurant in the future. Very friendly staff and good hygiene

At lunchtime, around 1:00 p.m., there were enough parking spaces available. The order went smoothly and the service was very friendly and we were asked about all relevant things when ordering. After less than 10 minutes the order was handed out. The food was very tasty and at a really good temperature, not as lukewarm as at a well-known competitor. Burger King always likes to do so!

Oinos completely soft. Zero crispy. Friendly I really different. I have no idea what has to do with the coupons. But really not good.

First of all, the toilet was really messy. I wanted to wash my hands before eating. The gentleman who ordered was also very uninterested. Then I wanted to be in peace with 4 more guests, Eat. But two employees from Burger King were sitting two tables next to us, then a third came along and they were literally shouting at each other during their conversation. All the guests including me kept looking at the employees, showing that we wanted to eat in peace. Even another employee who gave us food looked. But the gentlemen weren't interested in that. That was the last time I visit this branch.

I have never experienced such unmotivated, listless and unfriendly staff anywhere. I waited a full 23 minutes for two burgers with fries and a drink. And of course the best thing was that the burgers were cold despite the long wait. An impudence. When I pointed this out to the employee, he angrily took both burgers off my tray and pointedly put them in the bin. I then received two "new" reheated burgers 2 minutes later. I don't expect premium burgers from a Burger King but junk food. But there are certain standards that must be adhered to. The employees at this Burger King probably don't value simple things like hygiene, friendliness and customer satisfaction. June 2018 I've usually had more bad experiences than good ones when I'm hungry at night. Makes an unclean impression. The staff often has an unkempt appearance. Opening hours are not adhered to, and you are usually no longer served and sent away 5-10 minutes before closing time. 👎🏼

Update April 29, 2024: I was here again last Saturday and was surprised how something like this could even be. There were around 10 people walking around behind the counter, mostly obviously for private reasons, one person even with their little daughter. I was blasted with loud music. I assume that the employee in charge used the branch for private meetings with friends. This is not possible at all and is not hygienically acceptable. It doesn't help when the staff supposedly acts like a buddy but also loses all respect for the customer. The food somehow became a minor matter. Hunger drove it down, nothing more. 2019: I've been there many times. I've noticed that often when ordering to-go or at the drive-thru counter, not all items are packed. Most of the time I was missing French fries, but even whole burgers weren't given. When I asked the staff about it directly, I was insulted, even though it turned out that day that I was right.

Pretty mid burgers and fries, burgers kinda dry, fries not that crispy. Chili cheese nuggets were given in "plant-based" packaging even though they are not. Maybe they have issues with the two different packaging forms. Feedback form on receipt for free food does not work for this restaurant.
