Krunchy's Fried Chicken offenbach in Offenbach am Main

I don't even know where to begin, because I'm at a loss for words. For €16.33, I ordered a Cheeseburger XL. I repeat: XL! At that price and with that name, I expect a large, high-quality burger bun with a juicy patty, plenty of cheese, fresh onions, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pickles, and a matching sauce. What I received, however, is an absolute outrage and a slap in the face to every guest and the entire restaurant industry! How can it be that a patty with a maximum thickness of 8 mm is sold as meat here? The bread was a cheap, standard product from a discount store! The tomato was less than half a slice, there were no pickles or onions, and the "lettuce" was chopped into tiny, almost transparent pieces. And as if that wasn't absurd enough: instead of cheese, there was a tiny amount of about 2 ml of an indefinable sauce! But the worst part is yet to come: There wasn't even any cheese on the cheeseburger! Excuse me? Then what am I paying for? Are you trying to fool your customers? This is outrageous and borders on deception! Seriously, this should be reported! Who gives you the right to sell such a "burger"? I've eaten at many bad burger joints, but you take the cake. It's truly questionable how you even got a license to operate a restaurant. Where do you source your substandard meat? How brazen and unscrupulous do you have to be to sell a cheeseburger without cheese? And now the crux of the matter: This "XL" is nothing more than a scam. The burger was tiny and almost without any toppings, as already described. It has absolutely nothing to do with XL! It's unbelievable that such a place even exists and that customers are tricked into spending a single cent here. I only took two bites to find out what the meat tastes like. But after those two bites, the burger had to go in the trash—out of sheer self-respect and fear of food poisoning. It was simply unacceptable to continue eating that "burger." From the bottom of my heart, I pray that I don't get food poisoning because of those two bites. Just thinking about the conditions in your kitchen makes me sick! To everyone reading this: You should steer clear of this place—and for good reason! What's served here has nothing to do with good food. It's not just about the lousy burger, which is simply a disgrace, but about the outrageous deception that's systematically practiced here. You pay for a supposedly high-quality product and receive nothing more than an inferior, carelessly cobbled-together something. This kind of service and quality is not only disrespectful, but also hazardous to your health. A kitchen that can't even correctly assemble the basic ingredients of a cheeseburger raises serious questions about hygiene and the ingredients used. I've eaten at over 280 different burger joints and have never experienced anything like this. Anyone who values ​​their money and their health should steer clear of this restaurant. A disgrace for the restaurant industry and a risk to every customer!

Ordered via Uber Eats 2 hours ago. The food didn't arrive and probably never will. No matter what phone number you find, they're all dead. DO NOT ORDER HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Ordered via WOLT and received nothing. It can happen, but what can't happen is the phone number listed on the website isn't in use! So, no clarification over the phone is possible... and unfortunately, this doesn't look like an oversight like "forgetting to cancel while on vacation" or even an "accident" (we hope not) - 1 frustrated star (we can't get any less).

The food arrived way too late. (A fixed appointment had been made.) - When the food finally arrived, the quality was beyond poor. Everything was fried and just disgustingly soggy, as the preparation was apparently beyond poor. Considering the price, it was actually beyond cheeky! The owner promised a 100% refund via Lieferando after they finally got through after 100 calls. This didn't happen; this is a restaurant that has a completely untrained approach to these things - I mean, it's frozen food, so if they do so much wrong here, it's actually embarrassing. Also, vegetarian dishes are simply mixed with meat dishes, which also makes it impossible to eat vegetarian here. Addendum: After promising a refund, the owner refused.

Scammers! We ordered food to our hotel via Uber Eats. The food never arrived, and the Uber Eats number is simply not in use. Don't order from here under any circumstances; at least 15 people from our hotel had the same experience that evening.

Fries were flavorful and quite cold. Chicken parts dry, the breading like cardboard. Only the people were nice. Really not recommended. It's a shame about the money.

Eins der besten Restaurants in Offenbach. Leider geht es etwas unter, da es nicht so zentral liegt. Man sitzt sehr schön, der Service ist gut und vor allem das Essen sehr lecker. Es gibt immer auch mehrere vegane Optionen.

The photos are definitely fake. But low expectations were not disappointed. You definitely can't eat at the booth there, it's right next to a gas station. The burgers weren't particularly good but they were edible.

Cheeseburger menu without fries, you only get a small 0.33 can for which you pay a deposit, but there is no deposit sign on the can at all! Cheeseburger is somewhat okay, store-bought buns are okay. We also took chicken nuggets that were still raw inside! 15 euros for a meal without fries, a cheeseburger would otherwise cost 10e, which would mean that you pay almost 5 euros for a can of 0.33 Coca Cola! Wir haben dort das erste mal bestellt, da unsere StammChicken Bude geschlossen hat. Ein Mal und nie wieder. Pommes waren labbrig, Chicken war nichts besonderes. Nur die Hot WIngs ließen sich essen. Der Steak Chicken Burger war auch nicht überzeugend. Und dann noch fast 30€ für zwei Personen bezahlt. Das einzig gute war die Lieferung, etwas früher angekommen als erwartet, essen war jedoch kalt…

Wollte mal eine Alternative zu KFC probieren. Hot wings waren super gut. Nicht zu scharf 🌶️ aber auch nicht zu lasch. Dann hatte ich noch Hähnchen Teile geordert. Naja ist anders als bei KFC. Ist mehr ein halbes Hähnchen in 3 geteilt und mit Panade frittiert. Teilweise sehr trocken (Brustteil) aber die Panade kommt an KFC ran. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten eigentlich zufrieden.

An sich bestellen meine Freunde immer gerne hier, diesmal habe ich bestellt. Burger und hot Wings waren gut aber die crisps waren nicht mehr crisp, die Pommes waren alt und ekelhaft, und der Meiskolben war verkocht und ebenso ungenießbar. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis müll. Ich weiss wie stressig es ist in dem Bereich zu arbeiten aber sowas kann man Menschen doch nicht servieren vor allem für den Preis.

Sehr netter Kundenservice. Habe da angerufen und mir wurde nachträglich nochmal das vergessene geliefert. Lieferzeit war sehr schnell. Das Essen war auch in Ordnung

Man glaubt es zwar nicht , das dass Essen dort schmeckt so wie die Lage und das Lokal aussieht. Hab mich aber eines besseren belehren lassen. Essen schmeckt mega lecker. War das 2. Mal schon dort Essen und auch beim 2. Mal wieder super lecker. Auch wenn es dort nicht so aussieht , sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Negativen Rezesionen könne wir garnicht nachvollziehen, das Essen (Burger, Chicken Wings, Chili Cheese Nuggets, Krautsalat, Pommes und Krunchy Filet Wraps) waren Super Lecker alles war noch Warm. Selbst die Pommes die wir bei anderen Restaurant bestellt haben waren nicht ansatzweise so gut wie hier. Die Burger waren nicht labbrig wie bei anderen Rezensionen gesagt wurde. Die Lieferung war auch sehr schnell und der Lieferant Nett. Ich kann mich nur erneut wiederholen das alles sehr sehr lecker war und wir das nur weiter empfehlen können und immer wieder gerne hier bestellen werden.

Habe dort schon oft bestellt und war immer zufrieden. Sau lecker und die Preise absolut in Ordnung. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bestelle immer in der Filiale Offenbach, falls es überhaupt mehrere gibt!? Hab hier was von Rodgau gelesen...

Hier bin ich etwas zwiegespalten. Lieferungen waren schnell, ordentlich und die Fahrer freundlich. Die Qualität bzw die Temperatur und die Beschaffenheit des Essens hat so stark variiert. Von Medium Rare bis well done, "tot" sowie leicht angebrannt oder fettig / staubtrocken war da alles mal dabei was die Wings bzw das Hähnchen in unterschiedlichen Varianten angeht. Auch die Pommes haben sich leider oft von Box zu Box deutlich unterschieden. Goldbraun oder hellgelb, fettig, heiß, kalt und weich alles schön gehabt in der selben Bestellung. Ich kann daher nur sagen, wenn es mal geklappt hat war es super und zum wohlfühlen, genießen optimal geeignet. Ansonsten haben wir auch viel Frust geschoben. Ist nicht mehr auf unserer Liste aber ich habe genug Bekannte die diese Erfahrungen nie gemacht haben und hochzufrieden sind. Daher gilt wie immer, macht bitte eure eigenen Erfahrungen und gebt den Restaurants mal eine Chance.

Wir haben öfters bei Krunchy's bestellt. Immer wieder war es lecker, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Meine Erfahrung war recht Positiv. Das Essen hat geschmeckt. Die Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Habt ein wenig Nachsicht bei schlechter Bewertung, es sind kleine Betriebe die vieles am laufen halten müssen. Es kann nicht immer alles perfekt gewährleistet sein!

Ich schaue gerade zu wie der Koch das Hähnchen mit den Händen trägt, ohne Handschuhe. Kein gutes Hygienekonzept.

hatte einen Salat mit Hähnchen, das Hähnchen war einfach nur ein fertig Burger Pattie. Die Hähnchenteile waren extrem trocken und ungewüzt. einzig positive war das separate Dressing.

War mal besser. Verstehe nicht wieso man Rezept und/oder Küche ändert wenn alles gepasst hat.

an sich gutes Essen, schnelle Lieferzeit. Jedoch muss ich anmerken das die Fritten ein bisschen Salz und das essen generell mehr würze vetragen kann und ich würde mich freuen wenn es zu einem Menü automatisch Ketchup oder Mayonnaise geben würde. :)

Gute Qualität sollte man hier nicht erwarten! Das Essen ist geschmacklich ok, allerdings hatten wir im Anschluss leider direkt Magenprobleme. Dann wohl doch besser zum "echten" KFC.

Naja. Imbiss-Futter im unteren Qualitätsbereich. Von außen und innen eine Katastrophe der Laden. Zwischen alten Reifen, Mülltonnen alten Fritteuse und jeder Menge Müll vor dem Eingang findest sich das von innen sehr unordentliche und schmadderiege Lokal. Es riecht nach altem Fett und von außen sieht man schon, dass jedes Gerät zur eEssenszubereitung eine geundreinigung nötig hätte. Das Essen war genießbar, aber ein zweites Mal würde ich nicht dort bestellen. Vorallem Mc D ein paar Meter weiter ist.
