McDonald's in Offenbach am Main

Extremely slow service! I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food, even though there were fewer than five orders in the restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable at McDonald's—it was by far the slowest location I've ever visited.

The food is as usual, like at every mccs. The service is poor as you don't get any lids for your drinks. I only had to ask to get a lid myself (lids aren't freely available and drinks with ice are difficult to drink). Outside the whole place is full of wasps, which makes it impossible to have a relaxed meal.

I went to this McDonald's with my wife for breakfast. Either my dietary expectations have fundamentally changed, or the quality of this breakfast selection is absolute rubbish. Only the cheeseburger remains consistently nostalgic. The matcha and cappuccino arrived 10 minutes after eating. You'd think that chain restaurants would be cleaned regularly. But even though we were among the first customers, it's obvious that the place hasn't been cleaned. Neither the floor nor the tables or benches were mopped. There were also visitors on the terrace.

Bins full of garbage, chairs and tables dirty, nowhere to sit, rubbish!!!

Floor very dirty and food leftovers everywhere

It's creepy, the rats are running around, climbing into the cart where the leftover food is, and hanging out in the climbing frame that's for children. The staff was informed about this, and they just said they'd pass it on. The tables aren't cleared and are dirty. People in the store would rather talk nonsense and stand around than keep things tidy outside. My husband took pictures.

I quickly ordered a Happy Meal and a chicken burger on my phone, then went to the McDrive, paid, and picked it up. The people were friendly, but everyone had a pretty annoyed expression on their faces. Unfortunately, I forgot to check if everything was in there right away because I was in a hurry. When my son unpacked later, we noticed that the toy was missing, as was his fruit dessert. Very annoying, since things aren't that cheap anymore these days. And my son was, of course, very disappointed.

Ordered veggie nuggets - got chicken. Absolutely not, what's the point?!?! There are reasons, like allergies, why you don't eat meat. Unfortunately, I just ate it on the highway and was too far away to post it on the counter. Stress or not - some mistakes are unacceptable.

I ordered from McDonald's via Wolt – unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. Four burgers were missing from my order, which is unacceptable for an already expensive order. When I called the branch, the manager spoke to me in an annoyed, loud tone. Instead of showing understanding or offering friendly assistance, I was rudely told that they had nothing to do with it and that Wolt was responsible for delivering the order correctly. No hint of customer service, no apology – just rude replies. Because the matter was important to me, I went straight to the branch – unfortunately, I was treated there with no understanding or even the slightest bit of courtesy. I was snapped at, made to show my ID as if I had done something wrong, and treated very unfriendly overall. No consideration, no understanding, no apology – the manager's behavior was completely inappropriate. It raises the question of how someone with so little empathy and respect for customers can even hold a management position. Very disappointing – I expected significantly more professionalism from a company like McDonald's. I hope this is urgently improved – both in customer service and in cooperation with delivery services like Wolt.

Cold food and no salt can't be too much to ask

I'm not sure what it is about some towns in Germany but how the staff can refuse to speak English in a McDonald's boggles my mind, the worst service I've ever experiences in any of the stores. Took me 3 attempts to get a straw for my 2 year old. Unbelievable

We often visit the MC on Sprendlinger Street. So far, everything's been fine. What was particularly disturbing today, however, was the unacceptable behavior of an employee who verbally attacked her colleague in a completely uncouth way. She was absolutely embarrassed. She couldn't contain herself. The employee who was attacked like that must be new; I saw him for the first time today, at least. At our workplace, things can get harsh, too. Such insults would have resulted in immediate dismissal at our company, as in many other companies. I hope that the people in charge at this branch are aware of this and haven't simply taken advantage of a moment when management was essentially free. I'll address this on our next visit, and if I hear of it again, I'll take it up and forward it to headquarters. If you're not capable of working with people, you should consider another job, like "button counter in the basement."

I'm slowly starting to think my orders are a surprise menu, different every time, never exactly what I want. 🙃 Maybe there'll be a collector's card soon: 5 incorrect orders = 1 correct one free? 😂 And no, a friendly apology and one or two apple turnovers unfortunately don't make up for it. Especially not if you can't eat certain things or simply don't want to. It's simply disrespectful to pack something for the customer without asking. I don't want any extras, I just want my correct order. Period." Less chatter, more focus, please & thank you.

Unfortunately, there's no longer a proper breakfast like there used to be. Toast, scrambled eggs.

This restaurant doesn't deserve a single star. First I wait about 20 minutes. Then I get a not yet heated burger and unmelted cheese. When I complain, I wait another 15 minutes and they give me a slightly warmed burger. DISASTER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The restaurant was clean, the service friendly and attentive. The location was well-suited for a business meeting, and there was also the option to work on a laptop.

The staff are really bad, from unfriendly to rude. Unfortunately, the kids like it there, so I have to put up with it.

Instead of an iced coffee shake, I just get a vanilla shake! Thanks for nothing! Unfortunately, this isn't the first branch to completely omit the coffee.

Employees cannot speak German and gave the wrong order

We ate at McDonald's, and unfortunately, the food wasn't right this time. We politely pointed it out, and the shift manager took care of it immediately. She was very attentive, professional, and resolved the problem quickly and easily. We would like to thank you very much for that! That's what good customer service looks like – thank you very much!

Always check the bag before picking up your order! I was in a hurry and didn't have time to check or go back. One of the 9-piece plant-based nuggets was missing from my order. €6.50 wasted for nothing, well, thanks. The main thing is that they remembered the sauces, lol.

They can't even do an order right and are really really disrespectful. They make a mistake. We paid and didn't even get what we were supposed to and even less than we ordered. Then the employees were really anti-social when we discussed it. Worst McDonald's.

She refused to replace the incorrect orders and showed little interest in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, our visit to this McDonald's was disappointing. Every time something is missing and then when you unpack it you realize that it is actually the wrong product. Very disappointing but I'm actually no longer surprised with this shed!

Long waiting time for preparation just for fries.

Really disappointing. Toys were missing from all three children's menus - the real highlight for the children. Sauces? None. There wasn't even anything in the hamburger. If you're going to forget something, let it be the food - but pack double the toys.

Outrageous, just ordered at Mc Drive at 5 p.m. At home discovered that the drink and Happy Meal were missing.😡 Even though there wasn't much going on.

I recently visited a McDonald's restaurant and was shocked at the behavior of the shift supervisor who is supposedly the manager. Their treatment of the employees was extremely insulting and demeaning, as if they were slaves in the slavery era. Yelling, belittlement and disrespect towards the staff were evident and created an atmosphere of fear and discomfort, not only for the staff but also for the restaurant's patrons. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and requires an immediate response from senior management. No employee should suffer workplace abuse, and such incidents damage the company's reputation and consumer trust. I call on McDonald's management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

The food is like everywhere else, I won't say anything about that. But the cleanliness? Catastrophic. All the tables were dirty and the staff preferred to sit around and chat with the manager instead of cleaning. Only a young member of staff cared after I actively asked for a rag. Ordered two Royal TS, paid the price for them and discovered at home that there was only a measly cucumber on them, nothing else. A Royal TS has lettuce, fresh tomato sauce, there was nothing. impudence.

We always enjoyed being here. But...when my wife eats vegetarian and we notice at home that the blunt is missing, it sucks. She sent me out because she was in the mood for burgers. And I don't check the bag. Annoying for me!!!!! She's angry. And it's my fault 🤔how can you make such good food and put someone so unqualified in this position. Incomprehensible to me. Earlier at 11:58 I was there to buy something, I ordered online as usual, unfortunately they supposedly don't accept card payments. The employees looked at me strangely and of course made fun of me, yes the blonde woman said we don't accept card payments. Well, the system was active, they just ripped me off at the checkout. I'll never go there again, they don't even notice that they've already lost a customer. Then they just say sorry, what's wrong, I left empty-handed for nothing. Rude people who work there. Bad.👎👎👎🫤

This McDonald's has good food and everything you need

I stopped going to McDonald's since they are always a disappointment, service , food and ambience. Today, February 12 2025, a lady greeted me with a friendly, good morning, I'm sorry I didn't see you there. My morning suddenly felt warmer. She recommended something I can afford 🤩 Awesome 😍 I had two cheese burgers, coffee and hot fries💥💝🙏 Was I fortunate that this lady with pigtail was there🤔 I'll come back and I shall see, if, this is my dream McDonald's 🤩 store. I don't know the lady's name but I won't forget her friendly face. Thank you 🙏

Oh well. It's just a fast food shop. But so far everything is good. The restaurant is almost always spotlessly clean and the staff is friendly and competent. I don't come here often, but I can't complain.

We wanted to have coffee with my girlfriend, they brought it in a paper cup, I said I wanted it in a regular cup, they said they didn't have one, and then when I said I was allergic, they brought it in a regular cup Cup, they gave me a fork to stir the coffee, the staff is not good at all, the service is terrible 🤢

This McDonald's ripped us off instead of a large french fry, they gave us a small one and instead of a large cola they gave us a medium one. Our order was mixed up and was given to someone else

I wanted a BigMac with extra cucumbers, but without a middle slice of bread roll. Answer: "Cucumber works, but we can't leave out the roll." As a normal thinking person you don't have to understand that. Oh well. At least you can admire the private zoo outside the window for free while you eat.

I had come from near AB after an appointment at the SanaKlinik OF to have a snack (MC Smart Menu) on the way back. I placed the order at the terminal and then picked it up at the counter. The waitress, a young gentleman, was quite reserved. My food wasn't that great, the fries weren't fresh, quite cold and sometimes too soft or too hard, the hamburgers were fresh but also sometimes cold. I can think of better branches here!!! Also when it comes to order. The tablets and the stuff spread over three whole tables from a large family group who had left them were only put away by an employee after a long time. And even then there was still a bit left and the tables weren't even cleaned. The toilet was also messy, thank God I was only in there to wash my hands. Well, I don't necessarily have to have this anymore.

I ordered a café with 5 sugars but got 3. I would only charge you a juice like that again. Attention, the café is really bad

Underground unfriendly staff. I'm incredibly angry Announcement like “Roll up the windows” and then getting a completely mashed and bitten cheeseburger. What are these conditions? I have so much anger in me and I would like to write such incredibly unkind things. But in the end it's my own fault, who gets something to eat at McDonald's in Offenbach.

I come here to eat regularly. This is the only McDonald's where my fries are always fresh and my burgers are still hot. The waitresses are always friendly to me. I like to stop here for a quick breakfast before work or on the way home in the evening. Haven't been disappointed once :D I can only recommend McDonald's!

The lady with blonde and red hair makes mistakes in every order. Unfortunately, there can be no talk of fast food here at 10:20 because there is more chatting than working. Great when you get along well at work and have fun, but stupid when you forget about the actual work. For 3 items a waiting time of 25 minutes even though there were only 2 customers with equally small orders in front of you. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately, everything I ordered was horrible. The sandwich didn't have any taste, the ice cream was melted before I eat the first spoon, fries were cold and passed. And all that happened in two different visits which make me conclude that the quality here is bad in general.

First you had to look for a table that was reasonably clean while several employees stood around and were obviously not too busy. Then the staff doesn't know what the point of table service is, instead of it being brought, they call the number once and then just put the food on the counter. And what's more, instead of the McPlant nuggets there were the normal ones because they were mixed up. Food was OK.

Fear of wasps and bees. It's really impossible to sit in front of wasps and bees.

I waited half an hour for my order

I recently went to the McDonald's branch and was absolutely disappointed. The toilets were flooded and disgustingly dirty - an absolute no-go. The staff didn't speak German, which made communication extremely difficult. To make matters worse, the napkins were also out. A really bad service and an unhygienic environment. I definitely won't be coming back.

Yesterday evening I was there again and every time I visit the restaurant I hear foreign music louder and louder, it bothers me a lot and I can't enjoy my food. Seems like the staff doesn't feel like working or helping you. They don't have straws, so you have to drink from your disposable cup that you squeeze like it's nothing. And then all the ice makes it harder to drink. And when you ask for a coke without ice. Then you get a lid where the ice still comes through. What a stupid lady.

Well, it's OK to eat because there are guidelines that aren't always followed. And the staff have no idea if anyone can say good morning or something like that, I haven't experienced them there yet. Team partly very snooty.

With every Mcdrive order, the Big Tasty Bacon was always missing. And every time, instead of admitting the mistake, different excuses came up as to why it wasn't in the bag.

When you enter the restaurant, the first thing you notice is the extremely sticky floor. NO receipt will be issued after ordering and paying at the terminal. The staff is unable to make a copy of the receipt.

It's not the nicest McDonald's! Personally, I found the old system better. The people who work there are always stressed. It's very beautiful outside. The tables inside are almost always dirty. There is a bit of a lack of cleanliness and friendliness.

Actually like any fast food restaurant. Unfortunately I had to wait almost half an hour for two Big Macs and two Filet O Fish. Filet O Fish was definitely freshly prepared. Unfortunately the Big Macs were cold. I ate them anyway because I didn't feel like waiting any longer. I might try it here again. Of course, like everywhere else, the cleanliness of the tables is not particularly good. I understand that many guests are also the problem. However, you should probably start educating your customers. I expect clean tables. So I leave my table clean again. The others should do the same! Food tastes like McDonald's tastes everywhere but recently I wasn't allowed in with the escooter even though I've been going in there with the scooter for over 3 years and nothing was ever said, it was always ok. Maybe the employee had a bad day.

the shop opens at 7 a.m....at 10.30 a.m. all the outside seating is still wet. Nowhere a napkin or something similar to at least dry the wet benches yourself. The kitchen lady complains at 10.22 about our breakfast order (apparently heavily overworked) - we can't help it - breakfast is served until 10.30.

New vegan menu is so-so. Burger tastes no different than the usual one. Service staff also average

Unfortunately, it seems to depend on the time of day whether you get fresh and therefore warm food or burgers that have been kept warm for what feels like ages, which you could see in the lettuce on the burger that hasn't been crispy for a while or the burger bun that was soft and was muddy. It's a shame because the inside is clean and tidy but if it doesn't go well with the food, unfortunately it doesn't go together for me. But finally something positive, at least I had fresh and warm food on 2 out of 5 visits, there is definitely still room for improvement.

Was insulted because I apparently looked at someone the wrong way. I was then followed and threatened on the way home.

We tried this McDonald's as part of a bike tour from Frankfurt Central Station along the Main to Offenbach and was very impressed by the friendly service and the excellent coffee, which was even served in cups

This was the worst restaurant I've ever seen... Forgot napkins, forgot ketchup, the waitress sprayed her lips like a balloon and behaved really badly. When I told her that, we went through the receipt twice for an order of 65 €.. it's really 0 stars from me, I'd rather starve.. and the ice cream machine is broken as always!

This location cannot completely pack a McDrive order and has been doing so for over 20 years.
