McDonald's in Offenbach am Main

Underground unfriendly staff. I'm incredibly angry Announcement like “Roll up the windows” and then getting a completely mashed and bitten cheeseburger. What are these conditions? I have so much anger in me and I would like to write such incredibly unkind things. But in the end it's my own fault, who gets something to eat at McDonald's in Offenbach.

Order incomplete for 6 items, after pointing out, two items are still missing. Long waiting time with little traffic and lack of interest in complaints.

I come here to eat regularly. This is the only McDonald's where my fries are always fresh and my burgers are still hot. The waitresses are always friendly to me. I like to stop here for a quick breakfast before work or on the way home in the evening. Haven't been disappointed once :D I can only recommend McDonald's!

The lady with blonde and red hair makes mistakes in every order. Unfortunately, there can be no talk of fast food here at 10:20 because there is more chatting than working. Great when you get along well at work and have fun, but stupid when you forget about the actual work. For 3 items a waiting time of 25 minutes even though there were only 2 customers with equally small orders in front of you. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately, everything I ordered was horrible. The sandwich didn't have any taste, the ice cream was melted before I eat the first spoon, fries were cold and passed. And all that happened in two different visits which make me conclude that the quality here is bad in general.

First you had to look for a table that was reasonably clean while several employees stood around and were obviously not too busy. Then the staff doesn't know what the point of table service is, instead of it being brought, they call the number once and then just put the food on the counter. And what's more, instead of the McPlant nuggets there were the normal ones because they were mixed up. Food was OK.

Fear of wasps and bees. It's really impossible to sit in front of wasps and bees.

European breakfast adapted by Mc, all in all acceptable.

I wasn't in the restaurant, I ordered 1 cheeseburger and a medium coffee. I only got the coffee, waited at the counter for another 5 minutes, but no one cared anymore

Average restaurant with the almost usual flaws. But : There are no straws 🤣 And more than 1 vehicle is actually processed per day, even if it takes longer. You can do this. Sad

Actually too expensive for the quality and quantity offered.

Regular McDonald, no surprise. The food was like any other.

Supposedly open until 1 a.m.... at 12:40 a.m. the doors are closed and the employee shouts about them... very unfriendly...

I recently went to the McDonald's branch and was absolutely disappointed. The toilets were flooded and disgustingly dirty - an absolute no-go. The staff didn't speak German, which made communication extremely difficult. To make matters worse, the napkins were also out. A really bad service and an unhygienic environment. I definitely won't be coming back.

Yesterday evening I was there again and every time I visit the restaurant I hear foreign music louder and louder, it bothers me a lot and I can't enjoy my food. The staff is also always busy with their cell phones instead of concentrating on the customers. Please take care of these things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems like the staff doesn't feel like working or helping you. They don't have straws, so you have to drink from your disposable cup that you squeeze like it's nothing. And then all the ice makes it harder to drink. And when you ask for a coke without ice. Then you get a lid where the ice still comes through. What a stupid lady.

Well, it's OK to eat because there are guidelines that aren't always followed. And the staff have no idea if anyone can say good morning or something like that, I haven't experienced them there yet. Team partly very snooty.

With every Mcdrive order, the Big Tasty Bacon was always missing. And every time, instead of admitting the mistake, different excuses came up as to why it wasn't in the bag.

Ordered two Mc Flurry and a milkshake as table service. Picked up the end of the song myself because the employee was screaming the number like crazy and then a Mc Flurry was not prepared enough. INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE

Hey, we came to dinner this evening and it looked like dirt, there was nowhere to sit and the tables were dirty everywhere. Neither inside nor outside. The tray service was extremely busy.

Clean restaurant and very friendly staff

A great experience. We only eat take-away. It is absolutely excellently prepared. The service can't be better. We like coming here. You even get a great bonus. Without question . Thumbs up

When you enter the restaurant, the first thing you notice is the extremely sticky floor. NO receipt will be issued after ordering and paying at the terminal. The staff is unable to make a copy of the receipt.

It's not the nicest McDonald's! Personally, I found the old system better. The people who work there are always stressed. It's very beautiful outside. The tables inside are almost always dirty. There is a bit of a lack of cleanliness and friendliness.

Actually like any fast food restaurant. Unfortunately I had to wait almost half an hour for two Big Macs and two Filet O Fish. Filet O Fish was definitely freshly prepared. Unfortunately the Big Macs were cold. I ate them anyway because I didn't feel like waiting any longer. I might try it here again. Of course, like everywhere else, the cleanliness of the tables is not particularly good. I understand that many guests are also the problem. However, you should probably start educating your customers. I expect clean tables. So I leave my table clean again. The others should do the same! The staff, on the other hand, was super friendly and very committed.

The boss was very unfriendly. I understand that they were all stressed, but rudeness is still unacceptable. If you can't deal with customers and people, you should choose another career.

Food tastes like McDonald's tastes everywhere but recently I wasn't allowed in with the escooter even though I've been going in there with the scooter for over 3 years and nothing was ever said, it was always ok. Maybe the employee had a bad day.

the shop opens at 7 a.m....at 10.30 a.m. all the outside seating is still wet. Nowhere a napkin or something similar to at least dry the wet benches yourself. The kitchen lady complains at 10.22 about our breakfast order (apparently heavily overworked) - we can't help it - breakfast is served until 10.30.

New vegan menu is so-so. Burger tastes no different than the usual one. Service staff also average

We were in McDrive and when I got home I realized that the meatball from my BigTasty was missing. Otherwise everything is great!

Never again, everything is mushy.

The facility is untidy, food papers on the floor and tables not wiped.

Normal quick snack like everywhere else.

Unfortunately, it seems to depend on the time of day whether you get fresh and therefore warm food or burgers that have been kept warm for what feels like ages, which you could see in the lettuce on the burger that hasn't been crispy for a while or the burger bun that was soft and was muddy. It's a shame because the inside is clean and tidy but if it doesn't go well with the food, unfortunately it doesn't go together for me. But finally something positive, at least I had fresh and warm food on 2 out of 5 visits, there is definitely still room for improvement.

Was insulted because I apparently looked at someone the wrong way. I was then followed and threatened on the way home.

We tried this McDonald's as part of a bike tour from Frankfurt Central Station along the Main to Offenbach and was very impressed by the friendly service and the excellent coffee, which was even served in cups

This was the worst restaurant I've ever seen... Forgot napkins, forgot ketchup, the waitress sprayed her lips like a balloon and behaved really badly. When I told her that, we went through the receipt twice for an order of 65 €.. it's really 0 stars from me, I'd rather starve.. and the ice cream machine is broken as always!

This location cannot completely pack a McDrive order and has been doing so for over 20 years.

Completely stressed staff. Miscounted the nuggets, 19 instead of 20. Unclean tables, nothing worked for 15 minutes. Collecting points were deducted and then the goods were not available. Overwhelmed service staff, poor language skills. Never again Offenbach 😫

The food was “M” as usual. The staff could have looked a little happier. Unfortunately, the toilets were being renovated and were closed. Replacements were available in containers in front of the restaurant. These had been in an underground condition.... If we had known, we would have gone to another "M"...

Saturday evening, about 15 standing in the kitchen waiting for your order.

Service was great. Unfortunately, she can't do anything if people don't speak German. There was a traffic jam. She made it all go away with her laughter and charm.

Loud and cold. The Christmas lights are blinking horribly hectically.

Very clean and hygienic there but sometimes it takes longer to wait for the food but otherwise it's great

Sehr höflich bedient! So schnell bedient, bin..sprachlos! Ok es war nicht viel Betrieb! Vielleicht Glück! Aber voll zufrieden !

Essen war gut. Personal mit dem Andrang jedoch knadenlos überfordert, Tische nicht abgeräumt geschweige denn gereinigt. Dazu dient der Außenbereich eher einem Kindergarten als einer Terasse zum Verzehr des Essens (nicht auszuhalten).

Wie immer halt, jedoch in letzter Zeit sieht es so aus das die Burger einfach zusammen geklatscht werden. Hier ist das Auge nicht mehr mit, der Hunger treibt es rein.

Hier in Offenbach wie Immer alles Bunt seit langer Zeit mal wieder unterwegs und siehe da alles verkleinert Sogar die Hamburger 🍔 🍔 🍔

Nettes Personal innen und außen Bereich gut kann ich empfehlen

Die Tische waren schmutzig und es gab viele Bienen. Alles andere war in Ordnung.

Viel Personal, aber trotzdem fast immer viele Leute die warten. Obwohl nicht mal in der Stadt sondern an einer Ausfahrstraße, immer gut besucht.

Mega voll ... Angestellte waren überfordert

Ein üblicher MC Donalds alles soweit okay nur die Prozesse im Drive müssten optimiert werden zu lange Wartezeit da die Parkplätze zum warten nicht genutzt werden. App Bestellung kein Problem wurde sehr gut damit umgegangen.

Das Lokal ist ok, leider hat das Personal kein Überblick auf die Kundschaft so das neben uns Kunden gemütlich ihren Hund mit reingenommen haben. Für uns als Tierfreunde kein Problem nur hat ein Hund leider nix im Restaurant zu suchen. Bei der Bestellung Abholung am Tresen wird garnicht geschaut wer was mitnimmt. Ich als Kunde könnte einfach eine fremde Bestellung mit nehmen und keinen interessiert es.

Gut wie immer. Typisch McDonalds.

Sehr verwirrende Öffnungszeiten Laden hat bis 2 Uhr offen war aber um halb 1 schon zu. Konnten nach info der Einheimischen die dort noch aßen nur an etwas zu essen kommen indem wir zu Fuß durch den Drive in gehen.

Sehr gut, es gibt immer Luftballons so motiviert man die Kinder immer ein Eis zu holen und sie haben gute Laune. Eins der besten und saubersten Filialen.

Hin und wieder muss ich bei MC Dpnald anhalten um Energie zu tanken für den nächsten Job. Zum Essen brauche ich mich wohl nicht zu äußern. Alle Motarbwiter mit denen ich zu tun hatte waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Essen lecker aber langes warten

Bei der Bestellung fehlt einfach immer etwas, seines die Soße oder einfach mal ein Burger usw. Das habe ich in keinem McDonalds erlebt wie hier, das es einen einfach nicht interessiert die richtigen Produkte dem Kunden zu überreichen. 2 Sterne gibt es, weil das Personal immer sehr freundlich ist.

Etwas ranzig und dreckig ist es hier leider. Der Service war auch nicht besonders gut, da bei unserer Bestellung etwas vergessen wurde.

We kwamen hier toe op een druk moment. Op verschillende tafels stonden plateau's met niet opgegeten frieten en burgers. Logisch, want de plaats waar je ze moest achterlaten was al even niet opgeruimd. Ook de grond lag lekker vol met etensresten. De burgers waren niet warm, en niet lekker, zelfs niet naar de standaarden van McDonalds. Personeel was vriendelijk, maar miste duidelijk een sitemanager.

Das Essen ist bekannte McDonalds Qualität. Service ist allerdings nicht existent. Tischbestellungen werden auf dem Tresen ausgegeben und nicht an den Tisch gebracht. Unsere Kritik, dass die Speisen jetzt kalt seien wurden damit kommentiert, dass man in mehrfach gerufen habe....tja, Tischbestellung, da steht niemand an der Ausgabe. Die versprochene „Lieferung“ warmer Speisen erfolgte leider erneut nicht, nach zehn Minuten holten wir diese, sowie sämtliche vorher vergessene Sachen (Kids Eis-oh, haben wir ja gar nicht mehr, Happy Meal Spielsache und Glas zum Menü) am Tresen ab. Fazit, nie wieder zu diesem McDonalds....gibt genug Alternativen in Rhein Main.

Schlimmster McDonald's in Offenbach wir haben leider heute Abend da ein paar sachen geholt da fehlten 2 große Pommes 2 spielzeuge wir sind dann nochmal dahin gefahren die haben uns die pommes zwar gegeben. Der Chef war aber ganz unfreundlich und genervt und hatten kein mitleid das wir dann alles kalt gegessen haben. ich hatte gutscheine auf dem handy sie haben den nur für einen bürger gescannt. Da ist es richtig dreckig. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten ohne handschuhe ohne nichts und fassen das geld an und dann bereiten sie das Essen vor einfach nur widerlich. Ist einfach nicht zum Empfeheln

Siffig, dreckig, langsam, unhöfliches Personal..... schade... hätte nicht geahnt, wie gekonnt man um Flecken auf den Tischen drumherum wischen kann. Nach Bestellung am Terminal erfährt man dann leider erst bei Abholung, dass einige Bestellungen wie z.b. Eis nicht verfügbar sind. Sicher kein Problem, wenn man viel Zeit hat. Aber zur Erinnerung, wir haben ein Fast-Food-Restaurant aufgesucht... die Umbuchung war etwas erschwert, da nur wenige Mitarbeiter ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse hatten.... Es lebe Offenbach

De bestelling die keurig aan onze tafel werd afgeleverd had wel wat warmer gekund. De medewerkster van de McCafe liet ons op niet mis te verstane wijze weten dat we niet bij haar konden bestellen, enkel ophalen. Had dus wat klantvriendelijker gekund.
