Burger King in Remscheid

This place is a complete dump! In the afternoon, you wait over 20 minutes for two burgers... the hygiene inside is questionable. Orders placed through Lierand0 often come with completely wrong orders, and they're unreachable and offer no goodwill whatsoever. This Burger King is a total waste of time and money. What a shame!

Zero stars, really! Over 30 minutes of waiting time for just a few burgers at the drive-thru. And the employees moved in slow motion.

The food isn't to blame; after all, Burger King delivers the same products to all its branches. BUT this branch in Lennep is an absolute nightmare when it comes to the staff, especially the "management."

It always takes forever here, just waited over half an hour for food again, it's always annoying being here.

For a fast-food restaurant, the wait times are consistently quite long, always the same, even when it's not busy. The same problems are mentioned repeatedly, but Burger King doesn't seem to care, as there's been no response from them. Then, on Wednesday evening, December 10th, 2025, shortly after 8 PM, the restaurant was empty, but as you can see in the pictures, they hadn't done much to clean it – tables weren't cleaned, etc. I'll say it again: Burger King, and I'm not just referring to this branch but also their headquarters, doesn't seem to care about customer feedback. This was also my last visit, solely because of the excessively long wait times. Last time, it took 21 minutes for two cheeseburgers with only four customers. If I hadn't paid in advance at the terminal, I would have left. So, I won't be coming back.

Two burgers, half an hour wait. Only two employees. This place is absolutely terrible.

Deliveries are often prepared incorrectly. With a waiting/delivery time of well over an hour, our mood is rather subdued. We are now quite dissatisfied and will not be eating here again.

This is a disaster… it's already arrived a few times and my order isn't complete. I've called 10 times and 11 times the phone is off.

Far too expensive. Despite self-service, there were long waiting times and some of the burgers were cold. Now it's just as bad as the competition.

I had a Kings Whisky BBQ Chicken meal for €14.39. The service was quick and very friendly. The meal was delicious and highly recommended. The beeping noises from the machine were a bit annoying, but otherwise everything was great.

I've been to this Burger King several times and have always been warmly welcomed. The service was excellent. Quick, straightforward, and informative. Two sauces were missing from the order, and the wrong surprise for the child was included. After we asked, the toy was corrected. Waiting 20 minutes at the restaurant wasn't ideal either!

Absolutely abysmal wait times at the drive-thru. There was only one car in front of us... no more, yet we still waited a good 5 minutes to order, and then another 10 to 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers... Absolutely unbelievable. When the two cheeseburgers finally arrived, they were ice cold, the cheese not even remotely melted... awful.

Delicious as always! The branch is clean, and when I just arrived, everything was being wiped down! Burger King is always a good choice.

The wait times are truly unbelievably long. I've been nearby several times in the last month and wanted to "quickly" pick up something. No matter how big the order or how busy the store was, I always had to wait at least 10-15 minutes. I'd rather go somewhere else and still get my food faster.

The food here at Burger King is quite good. However, what's noticeable again and again is that the employees are overworked. When there's a large rush of customers, it gets hectic because there are far too few staff on staff.

Extremely poor service, the employees completely overwhelmed and rude when asked questions. The machines are terrible; you order, and the thing constantly crashes. Things are constantly forgotten when ordering. I don't recommend it.

Wait times are far too long. One person at the front to prepare the order. So the bottom line is, others are better and faster, sorry. And please don't cut costs on staff, otherwise the customer will become dissatisfied in the long run and give a bad review.

The Burger King in Remscheid-Lennep is truly top-notch! The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and ordering is always quick. I'd especially like to commend Mr. Shubh; he's super friendly, helpful, and makes you feel at home as a customer. Truly great service, just what you'd want! Highly recommended.
