Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers has declined recently. The bread is often dry, and the meat is undercooked. The sauces also don't seem as flavorful as they used to be. Furthermore, the wait times for orders have become far too long, which is very frustrating. Hopefully, this will change soon.

We waited 40 minutes for our order and in the end we were still missing a burger. Then we had to argue about getting our burger. There was no apology for the wait or for the misunderstanding. That's not how you treat customers. In the end we were told that we should have eaten it. What a disgrace.

I ordered ice cream and a shake. I had to wait 30 minutes, and my questions were ignored. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told they didn't have any chocolate shakes and was handed a Coke. If they had told me that right away, I would have gone straight to McKinsey's...

As always, the parents are to blame, in this case the top management at Burger King. In my experience today, you keep reading the commentators and apparently nothing is being done. So even if the employees were "bad", their superiors can only be at least twice as bad. I had another highlight today. The guests and the employees provoked each other so much that it led to a fight, even if it was a one-sided one. The fact is that, for this too, the management alone is to blame. You've lost me as a customer. On the one hand because I'm sure your restaurants are dirty, but also because the management does nothing, absolutely nothing, apart from collect the money because there are still too many people visiting this club. But at some point the point comes where there are fewer and fewer customers and then management no longer needs to intervene but just accept that the place is bankrupt - hopefully.

What I experienced today in this branch is simply disrespectful to paying customers. I ordered a Big King XXL meal – what I received was a carelessly cobbled-together burger that, both visually and in size, resembled a cheap cheeseburger. There was absolutely no sign of "XXL." The toppings were practically nonexistent. Even worse: The fries were completely missing – even though I had paid for them. No apology, no rectification, no explanation. And the icing on the cake: I stood in the drive-thru for 45 minutes – for two meals. With no information, no sign of organization or customer focus. That's not a bad day; it's a systemic failure in process, quality, and service. If a branch can't even get the basics right – a complete order, an acceptable wait time, a burger that lives up to its name – then something is fundamentally wrong. I can only advise everyone not to visit this branch. If this is the level that Burger King allows or even covers, then the question arises as to how seriously this company still takes its customers!!

My order via eats went through without a hitch and was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes (the distance to bk was just under 1km) - / I was informed on average every 5 minutes that my order was being delayed further and further - a total of a whopping 90 minutes 😳 When the food arrived, half of it was missing and it was ice cold. Since I paid with PayPal, I'm still waiting to see if I get my money back - but I'm really annoyed!!

The worst experience ever at Burger King. After ordering a long chicken, it didn't take long for me to feel really sick and even vomit. This state lasted for several hours. I don't want to know what I ate or how old my food was. Since then, of course, I've generally stopped eating at Burger King.

The staff are more concerned with talking than working, the work that is done is done in slow motion at best, the shop is unfortunately not particularly clean, the lady at the till unfortunately has no idea what she is doing and apparently hardly understands German, and according to my friend the women's restroom looks like a blood donation clinic, in the men's restroom there is a cubicle that cannot be locked, so you have spectators while you do your business, and the toilet seat is so pathologically bent to the left that you'd best wear your seatbelt when you do your business, I'll say it like Handofblood "You should know".

The tables were cleaned regularly, the floor was tidy despite rush hour, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Particularly positive: Despite the crowds, the waiting time was very short, and the order came hot and complete - no forgotten dip, no lukewarm burger. The location is also pleasant for families: there are enough seats, enough parking spaces nearby, and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you're traveling with children, you can treat yourself to a little time out here without stress - with a full stomach and in a good mood. I strongly advise against visiting this Burger King restaurant as the waiting times are unreasonably long. My order was delayed by 25 minutes, which resulted in a three minute delay in getting to work. Such a situation is unacceptable. I was about to place the order and leave the restaurant without food. The food was just as catastrophic as the employee! No “hello,” “please,” or “bye.” No eye contact, nothing :D just slammed the bag on the counter without a word and that was it. I felt really welcome with you! Never again. The lettuce on the burgers was brown and soggy and the nuggets and fries were inedible. As if they had already been fried three times. Children ran, screamed and played so loudly that you could no longer understand your own words. Several times we thought we had ended up in an indoor playground or a climbing gym. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👶🎉📣 The noise level felt like it was well over 90 decibels - almost unbearable in the long run. 🥴🔇🤯 Subjective feeling of security? Unfortunately bad. The crowd, the running children, the noise and the overworked employees meant that we didn't really feel comfortable or safe. 😕🫣🚨 Conclusion: The staff does their best, but the store is loud, chaotic and overwhelmed. What should be highlighted positively, however, is the plant-based offering, especially the plant-based Whopper. Burger King should urgently revise its hygiene standards and implement them consistently in order not to further lose customer trust.

Be sure to check the “lucky bag” at the “drive in counter”, especially if more than one menu has been selected. The employees work far too slowly. The thin colleague with the blonde hair who worked on Tuesday prefers the drive customers and prepares their food first, while the rest have to wait 25 MINUTES for their food. During that time, my girlfriend and I lost our appetite as slowly as the employee worked. This is by no means fast food but absolutely outrageous. A man who was also waiting for his food even left at some point because it took too long. FYI: there were maybe 6 people there.
