The waiting times are outrageously long for a fast food establishment!

The parking situation is good and sufficient. Prices have increased compared to before. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tables were not clean, which somewhat detracted from the overall impression. The food, however, was tasty and well prepared. Children are always happy.

My food came 2 hours later, very poor service

The modern ordering terminals are a plus because they can speed up the ordering process. Overall, Burger King offers an average fast food experience. There are positive aspects such as the selection and taste of the main courses, but also weaknesses in terms of freshness and organization. Three stars is a fair rating.

Not the best shop, but to satisfy a small hunger (expensive and with a waiting time), okay... Toilets are not what I would like for a (restaurant), so another point is deducted.

This is the biggest dirty Burger King I've ever seen. Anyone who orders something here must really be starving. I would rather put my money in the gutter in front of the street than leave even €1 in this dirty place. Been there several times and waited over 20 minutes for an order. Worst Burger King there is, several times now I've gotten something different from what I ordered. The lettuce is old and rotten and the meat also has a bad taste and is gray. Waited 30 minutes for 3 burgers (2 crispy chicken, 1 double Whopper) and had to pay with a card where I wanted to cancel it and use my money to get food somewhere else. The self-service ordering terminals are often defective or mostly out of order. It's a shame that the technology isn't repaired. The terminals are all active again. During the last visits 👍

All in all, just as you know Burger King. One of the better ones in terms of hygiene, speed of ordering and friendliness.

Be sure to check the “lucky bag” at the “drive in counter”, especially if more than one menu has been selected. Because otherwise it could be the case - as happened the second time for me - that there is only one menu in this one... Update: Early October 2024 Drive in - only 2 vehicles in front of me - took forever to get my burger. It was cold, but still lukewarm in some places... A "fresh" burger tastes great at Burger King without reservation, but it can probably be compared to winning the lottery...

The employees work far too slowly. The thin colleague with the blonde hair who worked on Tuesday prefers the drive customers and prepares their food first, while the rest have to wait 25 MINUTES for their food. During that time, my girlfriend and I lost our appetite as slowly as the employee worked. This is by no means fast food but absolutely outrageous. A man who was also waiting for his food even left at some point because it took too long. FYI: there were maybe 6 people there.

He said the headset was defective, it was the same employee who put the chair behind my car and definitely saw me. He claimed he hadn't seen anyone and that the drive-in was closed. Now I finally wanted to place my order with him. He immediately said no, the other colleague is always responsible for orders. The other colleague in question looked briefly at the cash register and also ignored me for another 10 minutes, which was finally enough for me... what kind of behavior is that? Are you such a big billion-dollar company that you don't need a customer who simply pays?!? I have never experienced such impudence and audacity anywhere! As always, the food is system catering, so it tastes good if you like it. But the place is not recommended, even if it is centrally located. Loud, concreted over and not very attractive. Classic fast food with a downside for the chicken slices in my salad which were very dry.

Ordered a delivery for 11:45 a.m. today at 9:30 a.m. via the app. Food was there around 12:35 p.m. After opening the bag there was great excitement because all the caramel sauce from the churros was spread everywhere. The order was ice cold. The castle is just a mess. Sorry but we will never order from there again.

We've been standing here for an unbelievable 15 minutes, it can't be that we have to wait that long every time. just work in slow motion. Take an example and orientate yourself on your competition. Garbage everywhere, the tables were full of trays and there just seemed to be too few employees to handle the rush. The last time I was there was a year ago and nothing has changed since then. Too many customers, too few staff. The tenant should consider hiring more people. Maybe I'll drive by again in a year and see if things have gotten better. Tables: very dirty, some with leftover food, shock: tablets are cleared from the cart and not washed or wiped clean with a cloth, just clean paper on them. Was really shocked. Even my tablet had 2x dried ketchup or sauce.

Where should I start...BK has had a bad reputation over the years. I thought I would give it a chance, maybe something has changed. In the evening around 10:30 p.m., two customers who were already eating, so empty branches, no car at the drive-in. I then waited for over 1 minute, which was too long when no one was there. Then I only ordered 1 cheeseburger (2€ already exorbitantly expensive) from the cashier. (There were only two people on site) While waiting, I see another employee changing the bag at the trash can (located near the food shelf) without gloves. Immediately after he puts the new bag in the trash, he takes the last citizen who was already on the waiting shelf and goes to the back with it. I hope he washed his hands. (And didn't turn the hamburger into a cheeseburger) I thought to myself that there was an employee cleaning up, but then 1 minute later the same employee with a headset went to the DriveIn checkout at the window (I already waited 5 minutes.) Even though he washed his hands beforehand, he operated the two cars without gloves and touched the dirty money. More than 5 minutes passed again. Then the DriveIn employee saw that I was still waiting and gave me the burger with his unwashed hands. I waited about 15 minutes just for a citizen. I think it should be quicker with fast food. Even if the burger was packaged, I still have to touch the packaging to unpack it. And the burger was cold. So probably not that wrong with the cheese but didn't see it so just a guess but saw it with the money and that doesn't work at all. The first thing that is taught in the food area is that you shouldn't touch food with dirty hands. But in such ventures, money is probably the most important thing, but without customers there is no money. It's a shame I'll avoid BK for 4 years and go somewhere else. I'm not one to throw away food but this burger went straight into the bin.

Unter der Woche ist hier abends nichts los und trotzdem wartet man locker 25 Minuten auf seine - überschaubare - Bestellung. Fast Food geht anders! Die Angestellten arbeiten unfassbar langsam und schaffen es nicht, die Bestellung korrekt abzuwickeln. Entweder fehlt was oder es wird etwas doppelt eingepackt, das man nur einmal bestellt hat. Während der Arbeit das Smartphone wegzulegen würde vermutlich dabei helfen, den Überblick zu behalten.

War sehr lange nicht hier und war etwas erschrocken über das kahle Ambiente dort. Auch wenn es ein typisches Schnellrestaurant ist fühlt man sich nicht wirklich wohl. Bestelltvwerden kann nur noch über Displays. Sehr unpersönlich. Essen war aber gut und lecker.

Sehr lange Wartezeit am Drive In. Wir haben auf 3 kleine Bürger über 15 Minuten gewartet. Man kann ja auch schlecht einfach wegfahren....

War abends hier. Ausser mir hat nur ein weiterer Kunde auf sein Essen gewartet. Hab dann fast ne viertel Stunde auf meine Bestellung warten müssen. Zudem musste ich dann nach einem nach Hause Weg von 5 Minuten (im Auto) feststellen, das die Burger kalt sind. Gut ist anders ...!

Der Spruch von außen Hui und innen pfui trifft es ganz gut würde ich mal sagen. Personal absolut Unfähig, hab nach 20 Minuten die Mitarbeiter 2x Ansprechen müssen, dass ich mein Essen immer noch nicht bekommen habe (große Cola, große Pommes, 2x Chili Cheeseburger) quasi nix besonderes. Nachdem ich dann auch mal nach Öfterer Nachfrage mein Essen bekommen habe und netter Weise zur Entschädigung ein Cheeseburger bekommen hatte, bemerkte ich, dass dieser auch schon kalt war und mindestens 10 Minuten rum lag und angetrocknet war, naja egal besser als Nix dachte ich mir. Nachdem ich dann fertig mit essen war, wollte ich meine Händewaschen gehen. Hier bemerkte ich dann das ich gefühlt 20mal auf den Spender drücken musste damit da überhaupt mal was raus kommt. Zudem hat dann auch nur 1 Waschbecken funktioniert wo quasi auch nur ein minimaler Strahl raus Kam womit man sich nicht mal vernünftig die Hände waschen konnte. Ein Schlusswort für die Bewertung brauch ich wohl nicht bringen, das kann sich eh wohl jeder selbst ausdenken.

Wir essen nicht so oft beim Bürger King weil bei dieser Filiale ist es noch möglich mit Bargeld zu bezahlen. Wir gehen grundsätzlich nicht mit Karte essen. Dann gehen wir nicht dahin.

Essen schmeckt wie man es von Burger King kennt. Leider bekommt man den Burger ab und an mit noch nicht wirklich erwärmten Käse. Ansonsten ist aber alles gut.

Heute war der Bär los. Dies spricht aber auch für sich. Fast 25minuten gewartet.{drive in} Essen war super lecker... Kein Vergleich zu Mac doof.. Leider auch nicht billig.

Wer hier essen geht, weiß warum. Hektisch und schnell.
