It's just not nice there anymore. Totally sad atmosphere, food freshly prepared and yet cold. It's a shame actually.

Food was average. Waiting time of 25 minutes. The order was clearly too long! Tables hadn't been cleaned and there were leftovers from previous guests on the floor. This can definitely be done better!

If you know one, you know them all... the same concept as everywhere (and like the competition) eating is always the same (yes, that is also part of the concept). Here you know what you are getting.

One of the “better places to work”. So far, a burger has been forgotten in my order, but the friendliness and accommodating response after this problem makes up for it all. The food is typical of fast food chains. Chemically delicious...

Very disrespectful behavior from the shift manager on May 11, 2024, 10:50 p.m., she insulted me several times and remained unobjective. How can you treat customers so inappropriately? And she takes on the position as shift manager?? So unprofessional!

It took 10 minutes to get noticed at the checkout to order. The burgers took over 20 minutes even though the place was empty. These were a plant base and an action burger. Conclusion Waited 30 minutes in an almost empty Burger King for 2 burgers. Fast food with a difference.

Garbage everywhere, the tables were full of trays and there just seemed to be too few employees to handle the rush. The last time I was there was a year ago and nothing has changed since then. Too many customers, too few staff. The tenant should consider hiring more people. Maybe I'll drive by again in a year and see if things have gotten better. Unfortunately, I have to say that there are nice alternatives.

If you go there with children you have to clean it yourself, I don't have to say anything, you can look at pictures, the floor hasn't been cleaned for a month or so and the windows

By far the slowest and most disorganized Burger King I have ever encountered... waiting times of +25 minutes. are the order of the day and no effort is made to carry out the orders quickly, who should expect this at a fast food restaurant.

Mixed feelings. Sometimes the fries are tasty, sometimes they are bad. I order Plant Based Whooper. When they are made fresh, they are great. Recently the cutlet was dry, burnt and probably falling off.

We ordered via the app. After several phone calls our food arrived after 3! Hours finally on. It was almost cold. The fries were completely soggy. It was the last time we ordered there. It's a shame actually...

As usual, there is a large selection and good quality for a fast food chain. Cleanliness and order is a complete disaster. Tables are never cleaned in a timely manner, even when there is little activity, the tables are not cleaned, food carts remain full and you can tell that the clientele of customers behaves the same way. Trays are not put away, leftover food flies over tables and benches. Obviously just accepted.

Here you get what you expect...fast food well made, especially freshly prepared and well topped burgers, the way you want it and that's how you get it. However, I have noticed several times that some customers have difficulty ordering at the terminal. There are a variety of reasons for this, from visual impairments to low affinity for technology to ... I prefer to order in person. You have to accept all these and other reasons. Unfortunately, I recently observed how a father with his two children was turned away at the counter and directed to the terminals. It should be the case that both options for ordering are available.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Food was ice cold!!! Never again

Worst BK ever!! Waited over 3.5 hours for delivery and food was lukewarm to cold!! Complaint to BK Corp and BK Germany. Nothing works here

Tables: very dirty, some with leftover food, shock: tablets are cleared from the cart and not washed or wiped clean with a cloth, just clean paper on them. Was really shocked. Even my tablet had 2x dried ketchup or sauce.

For everyone who has a lot of time and wants to wait a really long time... For me it was 24 minutes...

Standard roaster. However, there are sometimes very long waiting times. Update: Unfortunately, I have to drastically lower my previous rating of three stars to one star today. My most recent visit on 02/16/24 was absolutely disappointing. Despite a wait of over 25 minutes and an inquiry about the status of my order, I was only met with an indifferent shrug of the shoulders. When I pointed out that I would wait a maximum of five minutes, the staff reacted rudely and impolitely. Surprisingly, my food was ready within four minutes. For this lousy treatment, I discovered at home that two dishes that had been provided were missing.

Please fire the one with the glasses who orders wrong every time and doesn't want to do his job

Where should I start...BK has had a bad reputation over the years. I thought I would give it a chance, maybe something has changed. In the evening around 10:30 p.m., two customers who were already eating, so empty branches, no car at the drive-in. I then waited for over 1 minute, which was too long when no one was there. Then I only ordered 1 cheeseburger (2€ already exorbitantly expensive) from the cashier. (There were only two people on site) While waiting, I see another employee changing the bag at the trash can (located near the food shelf) without gloves. Immediately after he puts the new bag in the trash, he takes the last citizen who was already on the waiting shelf and goes to the back with it. I hope he washed his hands. (And didn't turn the hamburger into a cheeseburger) I thought to myself that there was an employee cleaning up, but then 1 minute later the same employee with a headset went to the DriveIn checkout at the window (I already waited 5 minutes.) Even though he washed his hands beforehand, he operated the two cars without gloves and touched the dirty money. More than 5 minutes passed again. Then the DriveIn employee saw that I was still waiting and gave me the burger with his unwashed hands. I waited about 15 minutes just for a citizen. I think it should be quicker with fast food. Even if the burger was packaged, I still have to touch the packaging to unpack it. And the burger was cold. So probably not that wrong with the cheese but didn't see it so just a guess but saw it with the money and that doesn't work at all. The first thing that is taught in the food area is that you shouldn't touch food with dirty hands. But in such ventures, money is probably the most important thing, but without customers there is no money. It's a shame I'll avoid BK for 4 years and go somewhere else. I'm not one to throw away food but this burger went straight into the bin.

Should be open until 3 a.m. But it closes at 2:30 a.m. Totally unfriendly staff. Unreasonable…

Unter der Woche ist hier abends nichts los und trotzdem wartet man locker 25 Minuten auf seine - überschaubare - Bestellung. Fast Food geht anders! Die Angestellten arbeiten unfassbar langsam und schaffen es nicht, die Bestellung korrekt abzuwickeln. Entweder fehlt was oder es wird etwas doppelt eingepackt, das man nur einmal bestellt hat. Während der Arbeit das Smartphone wegzulegen würde vermutlich dabei helfen, den Überblick zu behalten.

War sehr lange nicht hier und war etwas erschrocken über das kahle Ambiente dort. Auch wenn es ein typisches Schnellrestaurant ist fühlt man sich nicht wirklich wohl. Bestelltvwerden kann nur noch über Displays. Sehr unpersönlich. Essen war aber gut und lecker.

Sehr lange Wartezeit am Drive In. Wir haben auf 3 kleine Bürger über 15 Minuten gewartet. Man kann ja auch schlecht einfach wegfahren....

Leider nicht so tolles essen.wenn ich Fleisch bestelle möchte ich auch Fleisch bekommen ..

War abends hier. Ausser mir hat nur ein weiterer Kunde auf sein Essen gewartet. Hab dann fast ne viertel Stunde auf meine Bestellung warten müssen. Zudem musste ich dann nach einem nach Hause Weg von 5 Minuten (im Auto) feststellen, das die Burger kalt sind. Gut ist anders ...!

Der Spruch von außen Hui und innen pfui trifft es ganz gut würde ich mal sagen. Personal absolut Unfähig, hab nach 20 Minuten die Mitarbeiter 2x Ansprechen müssen, dass ich mein Essen immer noch nicht bekommen habe (große Cola, große Pommes, 2x Chili Cheeseburger) quasi nix besonderes. Nachdem ich dann auch mal nach Öfterer Nachfrage mein Essen bekommen habe und netter Weise zur Entschädigung ein Cheeseburger bekommen hatte, bemerkte ich, dass dieser auch schon kalt war und mindestens 10 Minuten rum lag und angetrocknet war, naja egal besser als Nix dachte ich mir. Nachdem ich dann fertig mit essen war, wollte ich meine Händewaschen gehen. Hier bemerkte ich dann das ich gefühlt 20mal auf den Spender drücken musste damit da überhaupt mal was raus kommt. Zudem hat dann auch nur 1 Waschbecken funktioniert wo quasi auch nur ein minimaler Strahl raus Kam womit man sich nicht mal vernünftig die Hände waschen konnte. Ein Schlusswort für die Bewertung brauch ich wohl nicht bringen, das kann sich eh wohl jeder selbst ausdenken.

Wir essen nicht so oft beim Bürger King weil bei dieser Filiale ist es noch möglich mit Bargeld zu bezahlen. Wir gehen grundsätzlich nicht mit Karte essen. Dann gehen wir nicht dahin.

Essen schmeckt wie man es von Burger King kennt. Leider bekommt man den Burger ab und an mit noch nicht wirklich erwärmten Käse. Ansonsten ist aber alles gut.

Schnellrestaurant ?! 15 min als einziges Auto am Autoschalter gewartet und zu guter Letzt fehlt der Dip für die Nuggets

Heute war der Bär los. Dies spricht aber auch für sich. Fast 25minuten gewartet.{drive in} Essen war super lecker... Kein Vergleich zu Mac doof.. Leider auch nicht billig.

Wer hier essen geht, weiß warum. Hektisch und schnell.

Bester Burger King in der Umgebung. Aus dem 1 Stock hat man einen schönen Ausblick und eine ruhigere Atmosphäre.

Mit Abstand eine der schlechtesten Burger King Filialen die ich kenne!!! Grundsätzlich auch wenn kaum was los ist Wartezeit ohne Ende. Hab durchaus schon eine dreiviertel Std gewartet. Fünf von zehn mal ist fehlen entweder Sachen oder ist falsch und zu guter Letzt wirkt das meiste Personal so motiviert wie eine Dose Valium. Echt traurig! Das Ambiente in der Filiale hat sich leider auch zum negativen hin verändert. War früher eindeutig einladender! Ein paar Kilometer weiter in Lennep ist zwar das Ambiente ähnlich bescheiden allerdings auch wenn viel los ist kleine Wartezeiten und die Speisen sind so wie sie sein sollen!

3 Vegane Long chicken und die waren glaub ich die besten die wir bei einem Burger King je gesehen haben. An Alle Filialen macht es wie Remscheid!! Patty war noch sehr heiß, Salat knackfrisch, Brot noch richtig frisch! Der Service war auch super und auch sehr sauber also kann man nur empfehlen, macht weiter so! 9

Essen war ok. Service eine reinste Katastrophe. Die Hälfte hat gefehlt. Für die Kinder war das Kindermenü unvollständig. Wir mussten 4x aufstehen weil immer was fehlte. Der komplette Laden ist total versifft. Überall klebt es und ist es dreckig. Schade

Es gab leider am bestellterminal keinen Bon und es fehlt eigentlich immer was. Diesmal konnte ich leider nicht belegen, dass was fehlt. Und der Chili cheese Burger hat sich zu Hause als Cheeseburger entpuppt. Ansonsten ist es halt Burger King.

Hab 20€ gegeben für rechnung von 18€ und hab 30€ wieder bekommen danke an denn typ mit glatze.

Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur meine Chicken Nuggets lagen anscheinend schon etwas länger drin. Die waren tot gegart und ziemlich trocken.

Kennst du einen Burger King, kennst du alle. Essen gut, Ambiente ok, Service variiert je nach Standort. Warum nur zwei Sterne für den Remscheider? Weil zum dritten Mal aus einem Doppel Whooper durch Zauberei nach dem Auspacken ein normaler Whooper wurde. Sprich ein Patty weniger, aber immerhin ist der Preis gleich geblieben. Sarkasmus endet an dieser Stelle!

Personal komplett unterbesetzt und überfordert. Sauberkeit war im Erdgeschoss gut aber oben wirkte Alles wie seit 1-2 Wochen nicht gründlich sauber gemacht. Toiletten waren sehr sauber, außer die Türgriffe. Das Essen lässt sich in der Zubereitung gut beobachten und da konnte ich sehen, dass es aussenstehend hygienisch korrekt ablief.

Servis war sehr schlecht. Aufs Essen haben wir 20 min gewartet bis es fertig war. Alle Tische waren dreckig !!!! Das sehr junge Personal hatte sich garnicht um die entsorgung des Müllwagens bzw. Tablett wagen gekümmert alles qwalmte über und auf den Tischen daneben standen die Bleche schon auf dem Tisch, da die Leute nicht mehr wußten wohin damit. Teilweise habe die Leute dir Sachen auf dem Tisch bei sich stehen gelassen und sind einfach gegangen das Personal hat sich auch nicht um die Reinigung der Tische gekümmert. Toiletten waren super aber es war kein Toilettenpapier da egal welche Kabine!!! Das Essen war gut und die pommes war sehr lecker. Der einzige Plus Punkt.
