Sie sind nicht meine Kunden, Sie sind Kunden von Lieferando" Das wurde mir heute vom Chef am Telefon gesagt, dann legte er auf. Nachdem wir jahrelang zufriedene und treue Kunden waren, hatte ich zum "Salat Caprese" das Feedback ,dass die Portion von 160g Eisbergsalat (statt wie auf der Karte angegeben Rucola) plus Tomaten und ein Mozzarella meines Erachtens für 10.50 nicht angemessen ist. Es waren im genau 2 Gramm Rucola vorhanden. Ich war freundlich, höflich und dachte dass mein Feedback zumindest professionell angenommen wird. Stattdessen wurde ich mit " Es war kein Rucola mehr da " und " Sie sind nicht meine Kunden, Sie sind Kunden von Lieferando" abgewertet und der Chef legte auf. Ja Kunden die man nicht hat, kann man auch nicht verlieren. Praktisch. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht über diese Art des Umgangs.

Had a delicious burger with a juicy bun and patty. Actually very cool, BUT the jalapenos could be a little hotter. Otherwise very tasty!

Staff very friendly and the food was very good. I had ordered Adana kebab with rice, unfortunately it ran out. It was also very tasty with fries. There were 3 different dips from the house. The price is justified and I will definitely come back.

We had dinner there on Friday On the half board they had goose leg on offer. They then offered me duck leg as an alternative, but it was already cut quite small. The sauerbraten was very firm to the bite, well there are other restaurants too

Price performance very poor, a lot of money and great mini pizzas. The portions leave a lot to be desired.

This is my first and will remain my last Google review... but after more than 30 years of visiting the pizzeria snack bar at the Kreishaus, it deserves it like no one else. In these years the incomparable quality has remained unchanged, in my opinion there is no other Greek restaurant or snack bar that can even remotely compete with this in the Bergisch city triangle... and I have visited almost all of them. In addition to the meat dishes, the fantastic pizzas and the salads, the French fries and the mayonnaise have not been available anywhere better since the world champions closed in Remscheid (RIP Uwe). Above all, however, is the lifeblood of this family business, which is second to none... as others have described here several times, you come home from home when you stop there... and always the question: "Christian, drink You an ouzo?"... God how I missed them during the absurd Corona period. Thank you for over 30 years and here's to the next 30 dear Costa and team, Yamas!. .... so, today (8/21/24) I would like to reiterate all of this again. Arrived spontaneously at 9:20 p.m. and received a perfect grill plate for two people, with delicious meat, salad, etc...
