Auch Dienstagabend ist das, im Haus der Kreishandwerkerschaft gelegene, Lokal gut besucht. Das Ambiente wurde behutsam um indische Elemente erweitert. Die Karte bietet Hauptgerichte zwischen 14 und 20 Euro. Der Service, augenscheinlich die Inhaber, ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Ich entscheide mich für "Tandoori Mix (Drei marinierte Fleischsorten gegrillt mit drei Saucen)" Das Fleisch ist zart, ich hätte mir das Gericht insgesamt noch würziger gewünscht. Where should I start. We travel a lot in Remscheid and the surrounding area and have seen many restaurants but in my humble opinion this is my clear favorite. The atmosphere invites you to linger and I was greeted with a broad smile by the innkeeper. The waitresses were also very polite and knowledgeable. Now to the food! I had a schnitzel with paprika cream and my wife had a steak. The schnitzel was very powerful and extremely tasty. The pepper sauce is incredibly delicious and I would love to buy a whole bucket of it. The steak was cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. When I asked, I was told that this comes from a local butcher shop and you can taste it too. The drinks were well chilled and the Bergisches Landbier is my clear favorite. We will come back often and had a great evening.

Fresh cuisine at a high level that is convincing in terms of quality and taste! If you want to enjoy upscale fresh cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere in Remscheid, you are still in good hands at Heldmann & Herzhaft. For example, the excellent two-course goose with a wonderfully reduced jus is highly recommended in the run-up to Christmas. But there is still some time until then. This time we were able to sit under this gigantic parasol in the beautiful outdoor area when the temperatures were actually summery. The menu is deliberately kept small and is constantly updated; vegetarians/flexitarians will also find what they are looking for here. The offer was absolutely not mainstream, so the loved one was happy about goat cheese in strudel dough with ratatouille and paprika sauce, then tagliatelle with chanterelles (1A product) and pimentón de la vera. The tapas starter from the Hola Espana menu and the lamb nuts with ratatouille, polenta and an excellent jus are equally convincing. I've never had the pleasure of tasting such a creamy, delicate polenta before - that's what I call impeccable culinary craftsmanship. Be careful with paprika hummus with bread served in advance, as there is a risk of addiction. Here we cook at a high level using the best products and Uli Heldmann can make sauces anyway. The service was impeccable, the hosts were friendly and the young gentleman on duty was also a good catch. We particularly like the fact that no glass stays empty for long. This is how good, attentive and at the same time unobtrusive service works! Crystal clear recommendation!

Das Essen war der Hammer! Preise sind auch sehr gut und nicht teuer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich würde Pho und die Sommerrollen empfehlen!
