Nice little pizzeria, tasted good.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner, and it was very good. The meat portions were huge. The pasta portion could have been a bit bigger for me. Very attentive service. And absolutely delicious.

A very pleasant visit, with good food and competent, attentive, yet unobtrusive service. The menu is well-thought-out and not overly extensive. Vegetarians will also find something to eat. The interior is quaint, clean, and a bit dated. The tables had a bit of a lack of legroom.

My favorite Italian restaurant. Everything is just right here. The appetizer, the service, the food—everyone was super friendly and absolutely delicious. The first time I ate the involtini there, it was like an orgasm on my palate, and I haven't experienced any comparable Italian restaurant where it tasted so good. I would even give it six stars.

More expensive than alternatives in Lennep. The food is good, but you have to be careful not to get talked into overpriced extras. The recommended starter can easily cost more than the two main courses combined.

The first impression is unassuming, but one glance at the menu and you know you've come to the right place. Anyone who loves good Italian cuisine will be in good hands here. And we will definitely be back, even though we don't live around the corner.

The food was delicious, and even though it was very busy, the service from the owner and his wife was excellent. You should definitely reserve a table.

A small, incredibly friendly place with great attention to detail is waiting to be discovered by anyone who loves Italy and its food. I was so surprised just by the sight of this pizza that I even got out of the car to express my enthusiasm in person. Next time, I'll take the family. Best regards

Yesterday at Nico's home-made spaghetti with gamberetti, green asparagus and light tomato sauce. That was so incredibly delicious. The pasta was perfect in taste and bite, the gamberetti was nutty, asparagus had a bite and a very tasty sauce. Greetings to the kitchen, Robert!

Pizzeria Pomode surprises positively - a real insider tip for everyone who likes good pizza with style without having to travel to Naples. The shop looks modern and cozy, with a clear concept: fresh, tasty, uncomplicated. The pizza was really good: thin base, well baked, slightly crispy on the outside. The tomato sauce is nice and fruity, the cheese is of decent quality and not overpowering. What's particularly nice is that the ingredients taste fresh and are well combined - no run-of-the-mill toppings, but well-thought-out compositions. The Margherita had real flavor, the special pizzas were creative without being over the top. Pasta and salads are also recommended - everything beautifully presented, with a touch of Italian lightness. The service was friendly and attentive, but with small fluctuations: sometimes quick, sometimes a little uncoordinated. No drama, but for the 5th star the process would have to run a little more smoothly. Prices are reasonable, the ambience invites you to stay seated. Not a loud snack bar, but more of a place for relaxed enjoyment. Conclusion: Pomode delivers strong quality with only minor weaknesses. If you're looking for a solid pizzeria with heart, you've come to the right place. I'll definitely come back - maybe with family and very hungry!

In the Lennep you can eat good Italian dishes, but it's better with resaw.

By far the best Italian in Remscheid, first-class food, service super friendly, but you should make a reservation, especially on weekends, as the restaurant is quite small, which makes it very cozy. My recommendation is definitely the carpaccio followed by saltimbocca with spaghetti aglio e olio.

We moved to Lennep at the end of last year, and every time we drove past, we swore we'd eat there sometime. Recently, we finally did. It's a real eye-catcher on the outside, and the inside confirms it. A small but truly beautiful restaurant. Super friendly and attentive staff. The food prices are very fair. Pizza rolls with dip are on the house. All in all, a very successful evening. I can understand why this restaurant has been around for over 40 years. We'd happily return and highly recommend it!

Great cozy Italian restaurant with very tasty food

One of the best and oldest Italian restaurants in Remscheid. We had pizza and lasagna. The pizza with ham and vegetables was excellent. Normally, the vegetables are overcooked, but here they were al dente: wonderful. The lasagna was excellent with a truly delicious Bolognese sauce, fantastic.

I was visiting Radevormwald and this restaurant was recommended to us. We were lucky enough to get a table. And once you're there, you'll understand why. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the pizza was fantastic; I've rarely eaten such a good and delicious pizza.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant. You feel comfortable and welcomed, and it's pleasantly quiet even when it's busy.

Been to Pomodoro several times. Like the atmosphere and the food is always delicious. Had a small appetizer platter, tortellini al forno, truffle pasta, tiramisu and a chocolate cake. I deduct one star for the truffle pasta and my tiramisu. Truffle was good in the dish, but a bit watery due to the zucchini. The tiramisu was very runny... but everything else tasted great. Owner always nice :) and stressed because the restaurant is (rightly) always full. Hence a star deduction because we had to wait longer after the main course to order drinks and dessert. But always happy to come back

Decent Italian cuisine without any significant highs or lows. Only the pizza is served in mini format. Tastes good, thin dough, but the prices are above average for the quantity offered. Good eaters will probably need an appetizer and/or dessert. On the other hand, there are more than enough pizza rolls from the house, but for us the pizza would be better if it were a little larger. The ambience has remained unchanged for ages, the furniture is already a bit old. But everything was very clean. There are no complaints about the service either. It just so happens that in some Italian restaurants the regulars are treated differently. That doesn't bother us and kiss-bussi clientele is somehow part of it. You can do it. If it's convenient - a cinema in Rade or something like that - we'll come back occasionally. 3 stars!

Very rude... We only wanted two drinks and were literally kicked out on the grounds that the tables were reserved. The message was that they couldn't do that. The manner was very condescending. Eventually we had to get up and leave.

We went in there because it looked nice. Then unfortunately the wrong dish was brought and when we pointed it out, the service and boss became very unfriendly. Then the dish was, well, no better than a frozen product. We were hoping for more given the other good reviews :(

Seit Jahrzehnten eine top Adresse in Remscheid, immer wieder gerne gesehen und besucht! Das Essen ist toll, das Team rund um Nico eine Wucht und somit wärmstens zu empfehlen! Aus voller Überzeugung überall fünf Punkte!

Inhaber leitet das Restaurant schon seit Ewigkeiten. Das merkt man auch! Guter Gastgeber, toller Koch,herzliche Bedienung. Hier speisen wir immer gerne.

Super Ambiente, vor allem das Obergeschoss ist toll. Lecker Essen und Top Service.

Das Essen war top, der Laden gut besucht, aber wir haben trotzdem noch spontan einen Platz angeboten bekommen. Es war ein bisschen eng, aber insgesamt sehr schön und lecker. Insbesondere die leckeren Pizzateigkugeln mit Kräuterbutter als Vorspeise ist sehr positiv zu erwähnen.

Bin vor kurzem aus Berlin nach Rade gezogen. Hatten dort eine Geburtstagsüberraschung für unseren Chef gemacht. Ich bin total begeistert. Das Essen absolut mega und so toll angerichtet. Der Chef und Personal super nett und das Lokal einfach schnuckelig. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Schade das es keine 10 Sterne gibt.

Ein kleines Italienisches Restaurant, am Rande der Lenneper Altstadt. Von ihnen hat es seinen ganz eigenen Charme und lädt zum verweilen ein. Von den Tischen in der ersten Etage hat man einen schönen Blick auf eine Zufahrt zur Lenneper Altstadt und die Katholische Kirche Sankt Bonaventura. Mein Geheimtipp, nach einer leckeren Pizza oder der super guten Lasagne ist das sehr leckere Tiramisu! Aktuelles Update: Auch die Nudelgerichte sind sehr lecker zu genießen. Ich hatte einen schönen Abend mit der Freundin zu einem super Preis, bei netter Bedienung!

Sehr schnuckliges kleines Restaurant, super gemütlich. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat regelmäßig gefragt ob alles ok sei oder wir noch was wünschen. Das Essen war super lecker und das preis leistungsverhältniss 100% in Ordnung.

Es war so schön!!!! Nach langer Zeit (leider) mal wieder da gewesen und absolut begeistert. Es ist so toll per Handschlag begrüßt zu werden und vom Chef bedient zu werden. Danke lieber Nico! Das Restaurant Ist Kult! Nico kenne ich, seit ich 15 war. Das Pomodorro war früher Unser Wohnzimmer - nun lebe ich woanders, aber ein Besuch ist regelmäßig Pflicht! Absolut empfehlenswert in allen Bereichen 😋

Das Pomodoro, ist seit vielen Jahren unser Stamm Italiener. Neben der familiären Atmosphäre ist die Qualität des Essens zu betonen. Nico und sein Team zaubern aus jedem Besuch ein unvergessliches Ergeignis. Unser Tipp ihr Individuelles Menu sprechen Sie mit Enzo (dem Cehfkoch) ab. Wenn Italiener in Remscheid dann Pomodoro.

Für das kleine Lokal ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, vor allem draußen durch den dort Wachsenden Baum der sich durch den Aussen Bereich zieht. Hat alles einen ziemlich angenehmen Flair von der Ausstrahlung her, das Essen bzw die Pizza (die wir dort aßen war echt super. Genau wie die Vorspeise und die Bedienung (die stehts vornehm und höflich so wie Freundlich war). Meiner Meinung nach Empfehlenswert dort zu essen!

Der Service ist gut und das Essen war wieder lecker. Wie immer. Das Restaurant kann man wirklich empfehlen.

Etwas eng, überall und besonders in den noch ungenutzten Außenanlagen etwas unordentlich, aber gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Seit 1987 unter der selben Führung ist das 'Pomodoro' schon eine Traditionsgaststätte in Lennep.

Wir sind sehr gerne dort. Das Essen ist köstlich, leckerer Wein und Sonderwünsche kein Problem. Der Service ist immer sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Persönlich mit Engangement u Leidenschaft geführt. Essen mit zuverlässiger Qualität. Immer nach Extras außerhalb der Karte fragen. Z. B. Weisser Thunfisch. Plätze angenehm. Kann mal etwas enger sein

Auch hier steigen die Preise wie im Flug... Aber es ist gemuetlich, urig.. Bedacht dekoriert und sehr netter Service... (Recht eng)

Sehr freundlich, unser Tisch wurde spontan von oben nach unten verlegt, da wir kurzfristig eine gehbehinderte Dame dabei hatten. Essen köstlich!!! (Involtini, Saltimbocca, Garpaccio, Antipastiteller, Scampis), geringe Wartezeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leckere Pizza etwas kleiner aber dafür sehr gut belegt Service 1a gerne wieder.
