Service komplette Null. Einmal als Erstkunde ! bestellt per Telefon und nach 8x Anrufen jemand erreicht. Essen wirklich gut. Und schneller als 1,5 Std. angesagt 👍 Heute wollten wir es wiederholen. 12 x angerufen, keinen erreicht. Online bestellt keine Rückinfo per Mail, heisst, ich weiss nicht ob meine Bestellung angekommen ist, geschweige denn, ob ich sie bekomme. Also bei der Konkurrenz bestellt, telef. und Zusage innerhalb der nächsten 45 Min. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glockenstuhl in Remscheid ist unternehmerisch eine echte Katastrophe !!! Schade für euch, weil das Essen gut war..... Viel Glück für euch bei der anstehenden Insolvenz......

Der Chef macht schon ewig gute Pizza und Salate

Vierter Kindergeburtstag. Zum Abschluss wurde zwei Pizzableche für 17:30Uhr vorbestellt. Um 18Uhr keiner da, ans Telefon geht niemand. Wir hingefahren, keiner weiss was. Pizza "kommt". Mittlerweile 18:15. Teil der Gäste verabschiedet sich. Wir immernoch vor ort. Keiner übernimmt verantwortung. Anruf von frau, pizza ist da. Fast eine Stunde zu spät. Normalerweise würde man einen kleinen Rabatt anbieten. Vor ort oder vom fahrer nix. Könnt froh sein, dass wir grad nicht da waren als die Pizza kam. Hättet sie direkt mitnehmen können. Service sieht anders aus. Da wird nicht nehr bestellt für geburtstage

Wir hatten alle etwas anderes gegessen und alles hat wunderbar geschmeckt, ob Pizza oder Pasta . Der Service war liebevoll und zuvor kommend. Vielen Dank dafür. Das war nicht das letzte mal .

Heute Angerufen um ein Tisch zu bestellen, am Telefon wurde mir ein Tisch für 2 Personen zu gesagt. Dort angekommen war kein Tisch mehr frei der Mitarbeiter bat zu nächst ein Tisch bei zwei betrunkenen Damen an, warum sollte Ich mich zu fremden an den Tisch setzten wenn ich extra einen bestellt hatte unverschämt und ließ mich einfach stehen,ohne sich zu entschuldigen oder der gleichen. Ich war schon öfter dort war an sich immer zu Frieden aber das war heute zu viel des Guten. Unfassbar enttäuscht. Nie wieder auch wenn die Pizza an sich super ist.

Wir haben vor einigen Tagen mehrere Pizzen abends bestellt und sie waren alle mega lecker. Sie wurden schneller geliefert als vorher angesagt, waren heiß, sahen gut aus und schmeckten alle sehr sehr gut. Vielen Dank, wir hatten dadurch ein tolles Essen zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter!!!

Heute zum ersten mal Bestellt. Also so eine Mega reichhaltige Pizza, die war der Wahnsinn. Ich bin so Pappsatt und lecker war es auch noch.......10 Sterne, kann ich nur empfehlen. Einfach Top👍👍👍👍👍👍

Unfortunately, it's always a disappointment. Even though we ordered a day in advance, the food regularly arrives significantly late – sometimes more than an hour after the agreed time. This is simply unreliable and annoying, especially when you're waiting with several people. The pizza itself is okay, but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. If you order extra early, you should at least be able to rely on the food arriving on time. We will order elsewhere in the future.

Food wasn't bad but it felt like you were in a pub. It's very narrow and loud. What really bothers me, however, is that the owner tried to rip us off and wanted to charge more than what was ordered! It was the last time for us.

Not only did the order take an extremely long time, which was manageable under the circumstances, but several pizzas were missing from the order, which is really unacceptable. We ordered, 1.5 hour wait but it's a holiday so everything's fine. Unfortunately the food only arrived lukewarm. Pizza is okay but the edge is not crispy and otherwise not a really good pizza. Casserole dish only 3/4 full and lukewarm, cheese was already solid again. It's a shame, we expected more and probably won't order again

Pasta was soggy, sauce tasted like it was diluted. We make 6 liters of sauce from 3 liters of tetra sauce But the pizza rolls were great. First time there after Rosi. I'm already very salty in my diet, but both the pizza dough and the cheese are very salty - even for me. I took the rest with me - but even when it's cold it still doesn't work as far as the salty stuff is concerned. Definitely too much cheese for an Italian pizza - with mozzarella it might have worked - but not with fatty Gouda. Unfortunately, my husband's Rigattoni al Forno wasn't any better either - little pasta - not even al dente, lots of sauce and even more Gouda on top. Before it was quieter and more comfortable. The tables are too close together - it's difficult to sit down if the person behind you doesn't move a millimeter. Unfortunately, due to the small space, it is very loud and uncomfortable - especially when there are fellow countrymen as guests - which unfortunately were very loud. In addition, due to the renovation, the dining room has lost all of its flair as a pizzeria in the old, cozy half-timbered house style. My conclusion - it's a shame for you, but unfortunately never again

Ich war vor ein paar Jahren dort und die damals bestellte Pizza war bis dato die für mich beste in RS. Gestern erneut da gewesen, Pizza nach wie vor super lecker, frisch belegt und preiswert. Die Einrichtung dort ist eher wie in einem Restaurant, gemütlich, altertümlich, rustikal. Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert und schafft eine Atmosphäre die ich von Pizzerien nicht kenne. Werde dort auch wieder öfter hin, lohnt sich.
