McDonald's in Remscheid

After a long time I wanted a chicken burger again...I was really horrified!!! small bun where a dry one!!! Chicken pätti was in between!! and the whole thing for just under €5!!!! People really now?? and the young man at the drive-in counter was almost impossible to understand...then I'll make some myself, so I know what I've got!! Never there again😡

The breakfast wrap was very tasty, but unfortunately the mini pancakes have nothing to do with pancakes. They were neither warm nor fluffy, more reminiscent of cookies. Maybe they just weren't fresh🙁

To Leonie-Sarah Sondergeld: where can you find the BigMac on the receipts you showed? With an order as large as yours, it is natural that mistakes can happen. We are always guests here on vacation, but never have any problems. Strange. Maybe you also think about the fact that the employees there work under stress. Let's always do it and have humanity and UNDERSTANDING.

I'm there right now & really pissed off. Worst MCDrive I've ever been to, I have a cafe voucher from Monopoly that supposedly couldn't be redeemed, cheeseburgers for 400 points can't be redeemed from the app, then you don't advertise it if you're incompetent and use this Sinan that you got there, There's no need to talk, I'm definitely not going there anymore.

Totally haphazard and uncoordinated. Ordering machine broken. Tables and restaurant dirty. All the burgers looked like a puzzle of ingredients.

I ordered 2 Mc Flurry and only the bottom was covered with ice. I went to the employee again to draw attention to it, at the same time the shift leader (big German gentleman) came who apparently completely missed his job. Unfriendly as can be, and claims that it is always so little. Yes, ok, I'm buying Mc Flurry for the first time. The ice cream was for my children, who were also totally disappointed. We then went to the competition for ice cream again. By the way, if you're lucky, you can get ice cream and shakes there two weeks a year, otherwise everything always breaks down. (Employee statements) Well you can really avoid it for the price you can get something everywhere.

I'm on site right now and it's a disaster, very unfriendly staff. Only two tables were available for sitting even though the shop was open until 3 a.m. Even asking for a napkin is too much. The meat on the burgers is burnt and old. If you then complain about it, people will discuss it and lie about it. The shift manager completely out of place. They even managed to burn the bread. I've never experienced an underground shop like this. Despite returning the bad products, there was no improvement. Instead there was still a face-pull and not even an apology. The salt for the fries was probably empty too. I've been here once and will never come again and I'll advise everyone against it.

It's problematic when ordering because you can't understand the language very well at the car counter because you don't know much German. Otherwise everything is ok

We were there quite late and almost all the tables were littered with rubbish. The cars were all full too. I've never seen it like this in any McDonald's. But it's certainly also because many people don't know what's appropriate. I saw it myself. People ate, got up and left. Many people certainly haven't learned anything from putting things away.

We ordered food here with 4 people, waited half an hour, and in order to finally get our food we had to ask (despite table service), it seemed as if the orders had been ready the whole time, the food was sometimes not complete, the food was already cold, not recommended

You order food then you wait 30 minutes and you get nothing because the cash register is broken 😤 NEVER AGAIN

They are all very quick and I have rarely experienced the bags being packed incorrectly or something missing.

I ordered a salad for dinner (this wasn't the first time but the 3rd) which wasn't delivered. When I called there and explained the situation, the lady said I could pick it up tomorrow. I told her I couldn't pick it up and she repeated that it was the only option. We also ordered a BigMac that was completely messed up and had no sauce. We found the sauce in excess on our McChicken Classic. The McWrap Chicken Caeser was hard, so much so that I could almost crumble it. Overall it's just unfriendly and inedible

Like all McDonald's, food is unhealthy but always tasty and good for quick hunger...

You wait in Mc Drive for no reason and are not served. When you drive up, the employees look at someone but still don't serve you. Please avoid using other branches!!! Food cold and old things!!

All in all good. Simple and uncomplicated ordering and payment options via the app, no messing around with cash, no long waiting times

Located on the highway, parking spaces in front of the door like Mac Donut is, otherwise there is nothing to complain about👍

Catastrophic experience. Slow, dirty, and parking only for small cars.

This McDonalds is a disaster. Every time something is missing and you have to go back in to get it. This time the mayo was missing again and instead of 6 nuggets there were only 5. So I'm really not interested in that kind of thing anymore. Never again...

It just became extremely expensive and the (new) employee at the drive gave me completely the wrong food and half of it was missing, and there wasn't any receipt either! 47€ for a....! 😤 Never again, I'd rather drive 2 km more and go to Radevormwald... September 25, 2024 8:30 p.m

Breakfast service is relaxed and pleasant, eating better than in hectic times. The constantly cordoned off upper floor is visually a disaster and off-putting.

The food there is no surprise and is OK, but the waiting area and ordering kiosks are completely overcrowded. The tables were full of trays and were pretty dirty... not really inviting.

Absolute impudence when I ordered, the order was delivered to a completely different address and I didn't get my money back

Toilet terrible, it stinks, it's dirty etc.

Finally decide, sometimes until 2 a.m., sometimes 24 hours a week, then only on the weekend and then again...

As always, flimsy rolls and exorbitant prices.

One of the worst McDonald's branches I've ever experienced!!? We waited an unbelievable 43 minutes for the food to be served in the drive. It was not possible to turn back because there were already 6 more cars behind us and the driveway to the parking lot/drive is so narrow and steep. This has nothing to do with “fast food restaurant” anymore!!!

The staff are very unfriendly… They don't feel like working, they've forgotten a lot of things. The nuggets taste like those from Lidl

Burgers tasted like cardboard. The chicken nuggets were also lukewarm and horrible. Never again.

Should be a wrap for which you obviously pay money & the service. Is it done in such a way that everything stays stuck? It was no longer possible to remove the wrap from the packaging; it was also hard. Extremely annoying, it wasn't the first time this happened in the branch, it was my last visit here :)

Google Maps says it's open 24 hours a day. I made a special detour here, but it turns out it's not open.

With a lot of goodwill I give 3 stars. But only because the team was very nice and new employees were trained properly. The rest wasn't so exciting. Long waiting time. Ice cubes in a milkshake, Fries distributed in the bag. Wrong sauce... Toilet unclean, tablet trolley full. And that on a Saturday lunchtime. I don't want to be here at peak times.

That was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in a long time. The staff is very rude and forgetful.

I look forward to visiting this McDonald’s every time the Albanians are working. Great service and both were very friendly and always tried hard.

My kids wanted more chocolate sauce. We ordered two MC flurries. There wasn't even a small spoonful of sauce in it or hardly any sauce at all. The employee then said it no longer worked. And was very unfriendly! I wanted to pay for it too. Sry but where is the humanity? Where is the problem with pressing the sauce dispenser??? You should really think about your behavior!

Chaotic branch. The burger was lukewarm. The trays were all thrown on top of each other. We've waited a long time. The upper floor was completely closed even though there was a lot going on. No recommendation

It has become far too expensive

An outdated fast food restaurant. The ordering terminals are very slow, and shut down several times during the ordering process. The “summer staff” is visibly overwhelmed with the assigned tasks. Waiting time for a menu exactly 13 minutes.

I PAID €4.20 FOR AN ICED COFFEE SHAKE CHOCO SO THAT I END UP WITH A VANILLA MILK SHAKE WITH CREAM?!?!?!??!? you guys have officially ruined my day, I only came here for this iced coffee :(

Simply a disaster. Worst McDonalds in the area tables dirty. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a few weeks. Had to clean my table. Everything dirty!

It's starting to get annoying, something is missing from every fourth order and you can get rained into your car when ordering at the drive-thru. The only reason to go there is to save gas.

Was there today and something was in the air. Suddenly everyone around me started coughing. Until I suddenly had a scratchy lung and had to cough. When we left there were already a few others standing in front of the door who had to go out because everyone had that scratchy throat. As if someone had sprayed irritant gas.

A MCDONALD'S like you can find almost everywhere.. today the pickup number screen was broken which made the pickup a bit tiring.. food was good as always and everywhere from the provider.

Had 3 Mcflurry, the first shop where the ice cream was filled to the top.

As is the case everywhere, you have to bring your time. Too many guests, too few employees... However, a little more friendliness would be nice... Check your order carefully. Pay attention! Otherwise the food was okay. Warm and edible :)

Unfortunately, the opening times stated are probably incorrect. We came down from the motorway on our way through and stood in front of a closed door at 5:55 while 5-6 people (including employees) were eating a feast outside. Maybe you should adjust the opening times.

Half of the ordering machines were broken, you weren't allowed to order at the counter, so it took forever. Of course the staff didn't care at all.

We just wanted something quick to eat after swimming with the kids. We were there with our friends who got their food quickly after 7 minutes. After the first 15 minutes we told our friends that they should just eat. After 20 minutes our order wasn't even in the preparation list. We then left with our friends after canceling our order, which was never prepared. 35 minutes without lifting a finger is not fast food. And oh wonder, we quickly got the same quality at BurgerKing a little further into the city.

The food was good as expected. The staff was friendly. The ambience was as you know it.

McDonald’s restaurants have exactly 2 tasks: 1: Kill time while my car charges 2: Give me something to eat when I'm drunk at night There is no Tesla Supercharger and they were closed when I was drunk. I have ordered Latte Macchiato Grande ADD 1 oat drink ADD 1 shot of espresso ADD 1 shot of caramel BUT I GOT LATTE MACCHIATO GRANDE WITHOUT A LID.😡

Ordered a Happy Meal at the drive-thru, and oh surprise when we arrived at our house, no drink and desert!!

Staff changed often, usually only part of the building was open and the upper floor was completely cordoned off (despite the large number of customers). Toys in Happymeal are often forgotten, as are sauces, drinks, etc. It's okay, but not the McDonald's branch of my choice

You order there and only half of it is delivered. You will be greeted unfriendly on the phone and portrayed as a liar! I had to eat my happy meal without being happy! Very sad ! There were no toys inside and no drink, so I was looking forward to the toy! Never never never again

My wife and I got ready in the morning and took public transport to have breakfast. We were soaked and I was really cold in the wheelchair. Took a lot of effort and we were at the counter 2 or 3 minutes after 10 o'clock. We weren't allowed to have breakfast because it was too late. I complained over the phone at home. I was told that it wasn't technically possible. Sometimes it was suggested that it was my fault. You could plan for things like that or at least show some humanity. Very unfortunate

Good food and place for children to play

It's been a while since I've seen such a bad McDonald's. Ads are broken, you should check your order twice, toilets are disgusting: they stink, are dirty and the furnishings are broken. The staff is friendly but totally overwhelmed.

Sehr dreckig, MC RIP nur reingebissen und weggeworfen. Merkwürdig geschmeckt. Viele McDonald's gesehen... Aber dort ist es ein Zustand.

Cheeseburger war ein Hamburger. MC Chicken lag beim auspacken schon auseinander. CurlyFries waren kalt!!! Statt Majo gab es SourCream. Milchshake gab es angeblich wieder nicht, wie immer Maschine kaputt. Trotz Gutscheine 25€ umsonst raus gehauen, nie wieder!!

Essen war so wie mann es gewohnt ist. Service war ok. Ambiente unterirdisch. Sehr dreckig. Wir wollten uns setzen, jedoch waren 2 Plätze so dreckig( Soßen auf der Sitzfläche) das wir lieber im Auto gegessen haben. Es war auch nicht so voll, dass mann nicht mal eben den Tisch wischen hätte können.

Take the extra 15 minutes and drive to the next one. You will be better off. The parking lot is empty and the wait is ridiculous. Cars are waiting on the street for the drive thru. These people are either sleeping or dead.

Ohne Worte Big Mac falsch gebaut Brot 2xFleisch 2xBrot reklamiert , Mitarbeiterin hat ohne Handschuhe den Big Mac mit ihren Händen umgebaut und zum Kollegen durchgeschoben der Ihn wieder nach vorne ,habe gesagt das ich es gesehen habe und den nicht essen möchte ! Mitarbeiter meinte was mein Problem wäre. Habe lauter gesagt das ich das nicht esse eine andere Mitarbeiterin gab mir dann einen neuen. Traurig das man diskutieren muss wenn man mit eigenen Augen sieht das die Hygiene nicht eingehalten wird !

Ich habe echt schon einige McDonald's Läden gesehen aber noch nie einen Laden, wo dass Personal der maßen überfordert war. Keine Schichtleitung vor Ort bzw anwesend, Bestellungen kamen durcheinander und wurden mit DriveIn verwechselt. Alle Tische und der Boden sahen aus wie Dresden 45, die Damen kamen geschockt von den Toiletten. Wohlgemerkt, wir reden von einem Sonntagnachmittag, wir sind hier mit 15.Leuten noch Kur von einem Workshop reingesprungen. Wir reden nicht von Dortmund Hbf nach einem Dörbi...

Toilette war sauber. Essen schmeckt halt wie fast food

Obwohl ich den Kaffee zum Verzehr vorort bestellt habe, wurden uns Papierbecher hingestellt. Meine Beschwerde wurde mit unverständlichen Blicken beantwortet. Eine Änderung wäre nicht so einfach möglich.
