Absolut 0 Sterne verdient !!! Was ein Saftladen ! Essen online über lieferando bestellt ... nach 3 Std heißt es Bestellung wird bearbeitet. Dann kurze zeit später Fahrer sei unterwegs . Und dann einfach Bestellung seitens MC Donalds storniert . Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Absolut Unfähig!!!

Bei McDonald's wird der Leitsatz umgesetzt Gewinn wird durch verdünnen generiert. Wenn man für mehrere Pommes im Drive in kauft sieht es so aus .

Verarschung hoch 10. Gläser bekommt man nur wenn man über die App bestellt. Leider ist das W-Lan so schlecht, dass man die App ohne Guthaben vergessen kann. Das war das letzte Mal in dieser Kette!

Sehr lange gewartet, dafür aber frisch zubereitet 👍🏻. Ziemlich laut gewesen, aber OK.

Eismaschine oft defekt, Kinderrutsche noch zu, sowie zweite Etage mit Kinder-Ecke.Also wenig attraktiv für die Familienausflug Toiletten und Tische leider oft dreckig.

Ich habe mit meinem Kollegen zwei Getränke bestellt, die neue in Action waren. Habe dann das falsche Getränk bekommen und mir wurde sofort vorgeworfen, dass ich das falsche Getränk selber gesagt habe und nach 10 Minuten diskutieren hab ich dann auf Krampf das neue Getränk bekommen, was so halbherzig gemacht wurde. Es hat nicht mal mehr geschmeckt einfach nur zum kotzen. Ich bin tiefst enttäuscht. Ich bin dafür, dass man Mitarbeiter einstellen sollte, die Deutsch auf gutem Niveau beherrschen können und nicht sich anhören, als wären sie frisch in Deutschland. No,front ich bin selber Ausländer

Waren gerade da… Essen in Ordnung. Service…Katastrophe. Nachdem wir 20 Minuten auf unseren Tischservice warten mussten, sind wir zur Theke gegangen. Kurz darauf kam ein Mitarbeiter, und stahl unsere schöne tischnummer, während er etwas unverständliches über „15 Minuten“ faselte. Als wir daraufhin wieder zur Theke gegangen sind, um zu schauen, wo unser Essen geblieben ist, stand es dort. Wir haben ganz klar Tischservice bestellt. Zurück am Tisch bemerkten wir, 3 Artikel waren entweder falsch oder garnicht vorhanden. Beim dritten Besuch der Theke, wurde uns zunächst nicht geglaubt, das unsere Artikel fehlten. Anschließend wurde ein höherrangiger Mitarbeiter geholt, und dieser überprüfte unsere Kassenzettel, und brachte uns schließlich die fehlenden Artikel. Und als ob das noch nicht genug gewesen wäre, war der uns dann gebrachte McFlurry nur zur Hälfte befüllt. Das war unser erster und letzter Besuch in diesem McDonalds!

Das Essen war mal besser. Zum "Service": Getränk vergessen, falsche Stückzahl an Nuggets und dann in der Tüte obwohl zum Essen vor Ort bestellt. Also einmal durch die Bank daneben gegriffen... Immerhin freundlich dabei. Da eher wenig los war, war es soweit sauber und ordentlich.

Wir haben zwei Wraps bestellt – einen mit Hähnchen und Bacon, der andere sollte Honig-Senf sein. Die Enttäuschung war groß: In meinem Wrap war nur eine einzige Scheibe Bacon, und beim Honig-Senf-Wrap war die Soße nur ganz am Ende – buchstäblich für zwei Bissen – und der Rest war voll mit Mayonnaise. Wenn man bedenkt, dass so ein Wrap über 5 € kostet, würde ich ihn überhaupt nicht empfehlen.Geschmacklich war es auch schwach, und selbst das Einwickeln war nicht gut gemacht – alles ist auseinandergefallen… obwohl eigentlich gar nicht viel drin war, was hätte herausfallen können.

Für das Geld waren die Brötchen der Bürger trocken, als wären sie mehrere Tage alt und das bei mehr als 4 Bürgern. Spielzeug wurde komplett vergessen. Alles in allem bei diesem Mc nicht nochmal. Parken ist auch ein Arbenteuer für sich.

Also, ich wollte eigentlich nur einen Cappuccino im DriveInn haben, die Dame konnte man sehr schlecht verstehen, man musste schon mit dem Kopf raus, um sie zu verstehen, vor mir 1 Auto, erst lange Wartezeit bis jemand an den ersten Terminal kam, dann eine extrem enge Einfahrt, dann stand der Wagen vor mir wieder extrem lange bis er bedient wurde, obwohl nix los war, musste den Wagen ausmachen, wurde schon nervös, wegen 1 Cappuccino * also ich finde das geht gar nicht.

Leider wurde einmal was bei der Bestellung vergessen und dann sogar noch der falsche burger ausgehändigt, andere Bestellung waren 2 falsche Burger

Haben mit drei hungrigen Kindern mehr als 40 Minuten warten müssen. Hat meiner Meinung nach mit Fast Food dann nichts mehr zu tun. Schade

Heute wahr ich bei mac habe eine Bestellung gemacht die Hälfte hat gefehlt. Die wollten mir den rest nicht geben ob wohl ich bezahlt habe. Die Mitarbeiter gehen rauchen und waschen sie die Hände nicht und bedienen Menschen. Was für ein asoziales Pack. Niewieder gehe ich dahin.

Super McDonalds geht immer schnell, Laden ist sauber und das Essen ist halt Standart McDonalds aber wenigstens warm und frisch das gibt's nicht überall.

Ich habe zwei Cheeseburger ausm Drive in bestellt.. Ich habe einen Bissen genommen und ihn gleich wieder in die Tüte gespuckt.. Widerlich! Hat geschmeckt als wäre das "Fleisch" verdorben gewesen.. Das grenzt schon an Körperverletzung 💀

Essen hat echt nicht so gut geschmeckt. Pommes waren kalt. Von Service kann man hier eigentlich nicht mal mehr reden. Mein Kollege wollte einen Strohhalm für sein Getränk haben und diese nicht symmetrischen Mitarbeiter haben keinen gegeben. Dazu kam noch ein Falsches Getränk. Ambiente war auch nicht nice. Unter unserem Tisch war so eine Wimper zum aufkleben. Nicht Sauber! Nicht lecker! Nicht Nett! Nicht Empfehlenswert!!!

Essen war nicht sonderlich heiß, der Service war allerdings besser als gewohnt. Die Tische werden sehr zügig sauber gemacht. Sehr gut!

Von den mir bekannten McDonald‘s einer der schlechten

Der Laden war schon vor dem Umbau Anfang des Jahres schlecht, aber jetzt ist es leider noch schlimmer. Eng, unübersichtlich und laut. Desinteressiertes Personal daasteilweise kaum deutsch spricht....

Ein Stern noch zu viel. Was ein asozialer Service in dem Laden. Nach 10 Minuten frage ich den Mitarbeiter , wo meine Bestellung bleibt.Bekomme dann eine patzige Antwort , von dem jungen Hugo mit der Brille . Junge , such dir einen neuen Job , wenn du nicht vernünftig mit Kunden kommunizieren kannst.Beim nächsten mal , bekommst du ne noch bessere Ansage von mir , als eben schon !

Also abgesehen der App, wo man Zuhause alles bestellt um am Drive in "ein Artikel ist nicht verfügbar " liest und dadurch der Bestellprozess nicht abgeschlossen werden (also wieder raus ausm drive in, neu bestellen und neu anstellen)... Jedes Mal fehlt etwas oder gibt es nicht. Ich musste bereits 2x ohne Spielzeug nach Hause was mein Kind mega blöd fand. Etwas anderes gabs auch nicht außer "sagen Sie beim nächsten Mal Bescheid, dann gibts 2".. Pustekuchen. Letztens fehlten komplett alle Nuggets, es wären 18 an der Zahl gewesen aus 3 Menüs. Heute u.a Punkte eingelöst und komischerweise fehlt genau der Mc Chicken. Es fehlte sogar schon die Soße und Garnitur auf einem BigMac. Man zahlt viel Geld und bekommt nur die Hälfte. Dazu sind die Pommes oft kalt und labberig. Demnächst nurnoch in eine andere Filiale.

Für einen McDonalds sehr sauber. Und essen kmmer perfekt warm und frisch.

Unglaubliche Wartezeit am Drive In. Über 30 Min. haben wir gewartet. Das ist kein slow food, das ist schon snail food. Essen war aber wiederum super und frisch, beste Pommes seid langem. Dafür ein Stern extra.

Am Autoschalter Mc Ripps und Pommes gekauft. Unfreundliches Personal. Mac Ripp hatte kaum Soße. Bei so einer Qualität werden wir auf einen Besuch in Zukunft verzichten.

So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Ein Bestellannahme am Schalter würde nicht angenommen. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte es ginge nur über den Terminal.

Diese McDonald’s-Filiale ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Ich empfinde sie als nicht besonders kinderfreundlich, da mein Kind ein anderes Spielzeug haben wollte, das direkt am Eingang in einem kleinen Fenster mit allen verfügbaren Spielzeugen abgebildet ist. Kinder schauen sich diese natürlich an und äußern, welches Spielzeug sie gerne haben möchten. Dies wurde vom Mitarbeiter sofort abgelehnt mit der Aussage, man müsse das Spielzeug akzeptieren, das gerade ausgegeben wird. In all den Jahren und in keiner anderen McDonald’s-Filiale hatte ich jemals ein Problem damit, ein Spielzeug zu tauschen – vorausgesetzt, es war in der Filiale verfügbar. Zusätzlich war der Mitarbeiter laut und unfreundlich, was die Situation unnötig verschärft hat. Aus diesem Grund fahre ich künftig lieber ein paar Kilometer weiter und besuche eine andere, deutlich kinderfreundlichere McDonald’s-Filiale.

Bei der Nachfrage ob die Pommes kein Salz haben wurde mir wortlos einfach ein kleines Tütchen Salz hingelegt Sehr schlechter Service. Sowas kenne ich von andren MC Donalds nicht.

Wir waren im Drive und haben unsere Bestellung auf gegeben und es wurde mal wieder eine Burger vergessen. Kommt leider viel zu oft vor. Schaut alles super genau nach, nicht mal überfliegen. Das Problem haben aber viele Filialen, man könnte meinen das das eine Masche ist.

Finger weg von Uber Eats!!! Wir haben zum ersten Mal mit Uber Eats bestellt. Erst am Ende der Bestellung hat man gesehen, dass wir 2,99€ Servicegebühr plus 4,99€ Versand zahlen müssen. Ok, wir gerade im Umbau, Kind müde und hungrig, haben dann trotz der extremen Gebühren bestellt. Im Bestellprozess wurde unsere Hausnummer nicht aufgenommen, sodass nicht geliefert werden konnte. Kontaktaufnahme schlug fehl, weil ich mit den Kindern beschäftigt war und das Handy nicht gehört habe. Kurier hat das Essen dann mitten auf den Bürgersteig gestellt, bei Schnee. Essen war weg, als ich 10 Minuten später nachschauen konnte. Uber sagt, die Lieferung wurde an einem sicheren Ort abgestellt und erstattet das Geld nicht. Keine Möglichkeit, das zu klären, nur ein Chat mit Standard-Antworten, vermutlich Chat-Bot oder Callcenter in Fernost oder sonst wo. Absolute Frechheit!

Leider nimmt die Qualität der Burger immer weiter ab. Das ist aber ein generelles Problem und nicht das Problem dieses Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Es ist nichts los und trotzdem ist die Bestellung falsch. Wenn man dann auf Fehler hinweist wird das Personal frech und behauptet man würde lügen/klauen.

So ein Mitarbeiter (hat zuvor wen darauf hingewiesen dass es nicht Kollege heißt) hat es anscheinend konsequent auf Kunden abgesehen. Egal was man macht, solang man nicht einfach stumm sitzt und wartet hat der einen auf dem Kieker. Zudem schien er es nur auf Leute mit Migrationshintergrund abgesehen zu haben. Mein Türkischer Freund wurde angeschnautzt weil er ein Bild von mir gemacht hat und wurde gezwungen dieses zu löschen. Auf dem Bild war weder der Mitarbeiter oder sonst Irgendwer anders zu sehen. Ich hoffe es gibt Konsequenzen, ansonsten werde ich diese Filiale in Zukunft meiden müssen. Mfg

The worst McDonald's ever is the one in Remscheid Jägerwald!!! They're extremely stingy with the sauces, every burger is dry and has been stored for ages, so it's cold. It seems to open and close on a whim. Today, Saturday, at 12:50 a.m., we arrived to find the doors closed, while the website and Google both say it's open until 3:00 a.m.... What a terrible place! Is there any way to complain to the chain about this manager? I'd rather drive to Wermelskirchen, Radevormwald, or Schwelm....! On top of that, the milkshake machine is ALWAYS either broken after 10 p.m. or in cleaning mode... They just can't be bothered to run the cleaning cycle after closing time like they should... This place is the absolute worst!

A rip-off. The burgers are getting more and more expensive and are much smaller than they used to be. You can't get full for under 20 euros anymore, and even if you do, it won't last long.

One of the older and smaller McDonald's restaurants. It could definitely use some renovation and/or expansion. But the most important thing is that the food is good and the service is fast.

Terrible service! I ordered from the drive-thru and have been sitting in my car for about 25 minutes and nothing's happened. "Fast food" 😒😡 I could have made it at home; I thought it would be quicker this way because I didn't have time... Disaster!

The staff are really fast. A good team. Everything is fine, I think.

Firstly, it's far too busy, and the staff is completely overwhelmed. I was there to pick up food for work. I paid €64.00 by card. Afterwards, we discovered that all four Big Macs hadn't been packed. We called, and they said they would take my name and I could pick them up within seven days. I went back two hours later, but they knew nothing about it. When I said I had complained and spoken to an employee, the unfriendly woman said that anyone could say that. So, I'm not going back there; I'm not paying for something I didn't get.

I placed an order worth just under €25. According to the app, I should have received three Monopoly stickers with a 20-piece nuggets box, a large drink, and a large order of fries. On the phone, they said no, that couldn't be right, they didn't have any of the old packaging anymore. I tried to explain that they did still have some of the old packaging, but the man on the phone wasn't willing to help and instead argued about three codes. Very incompetent.

One star is way too much. I got food there today with my son and a friend, and we both got such terrible stomach problems that tonight's going to be a nightmare. Never again!

I went to McDonald's today and bought an iced coffee. Unfortunately, the shake was spoiled; the whipped cream was sour and definitely tasted bad. When I pointed this out to the employee, I was simply told that "everything was fine," even though that was obviously not true.

First of all... the parking lot is a disaster! The kids wanted to go to McDonald's after the pool. We regretted it so much. I can only say the employees there were completely out of their depth. Despite it being quiet, we had to wait 25 minutes for our order. We ordered table service but had to pick it up ourselves. The fries were ice cold, and the burgers were forgotten. Even the kids thought McDonald's was terrible and they never want to eat there again. They loved the outdoor slide, though. We definitely won't be coming back!

I agree with the recent negative reviews. Yesterday we ordered a Big Mac and, to our disappointment, discovered when we got home that the meat patties had been left on the burger. I thought I was watching the wrong movie, but unfortunately, it was true.

I had a milkshake for the first time in a long time. Are the straws getting worse? Completely unusable after 5 minutes. Tastes disgustingly like cardboard. I couldn't drink half of it because the straw was broken.

Absolutely terrible. I made a reservation and had to pick it up myself. The hot apple turnover must have been sitting there forever; it was cold. And to top it all off, a hair on the cheeseburger. People, do yourselves a favor and avoid this McDonald's.

It's catastrophic what's going on here these days. Wrong sauce, half-sized portions of fries, and drinks that are too small – and this isn't an isolated incident. The staff is clearly overwhelmed. Something needs to be changed urgently, or this branch will be done for.

Things are getting worse and worse at this branch... The people who work there are simply overwhelmed! Today, once again, the order was awful! You order mustard sauce for nuggets... and you get mustard dressing... The fries are only half full... and we immediately complained about the drinks because they only served 0.25 liters instead of 0.5 liters! You should take care of your incompetent staff!

Terrible. All the employees were completely unmotivated. After the first few bites, our stomachs ached. Dirty. There were enough fries lying around under our table to fill us up. Sorry, never again.

One star is too many. The parking lot is impossible and cramped. Needless to say, it was absolutely filthy. The restrooms were almost nauseating. They stank, were dirty, and extremely poorly lit. The floor in the restaurant's seating area was disgustingly dirty. The way the crevices looked, you're sure to find new types of bacteria in the crevices. There was a sticky, dried puddle in the direct passageway to the ordering machines. Some of the food was cold, and the sundae was only half-filled. The staff babbled some incomprehensible gibberish—although their casually unfriendly manner and the informal use of the informal "du" form of address couldn't be ignored. I would only visit the place again if it were torn down and rebuilt. I paid the full, expensive price and left feeling like throwing up. I've never seen a worse McDonald's. I visited on October 7, 2025, at approximately 11:20 PM.

At mc ric you don't even get a wet cloth to clean your hands

A fairly standard McDonald's. Nothing special. It's actually quite clean, too. I wouldn't go to the restrooms. Also, the upstairs area is usually permanently closed.

Within a month they forgot to pack things three times. It is one of the worst McDonald's in Germany and they don't speak German either.

3.99 for a double cheeseburger, assembled like this. That's outrageous. I demand a "regular" double cheeseburger. I have the right to a repair.

Order received relatively quickly, but unfortunately, a special offer burger was ice cold when it arrived at the table. I went down to complain, and the only response was: "The kitchen did it that way, nothing new." An absolute no-go and so outrageous for today's prices. The staff should act reasonably when dealing with complaints and, above all, always decide in the customer's favor to ensure their satisfaction. There will be an official complaint, as this behavior is unacceptable.

Bad service, the place was a disaster. Tables full of tablets, and we ordered a new ice cream flavor and got just plain chocolate ice cream. Never again!!!!!!

Ordering via the app is always a mistake. I order in the app that I want to eat in the restaurant. Always packaged in a bag. Cappuccino with lactose-free milk IN the restaurant is prepared in a cup. Not in Lennep, however. Paper cup. Even though it was ordered to be eaten IN the restaurant. When asked about lactose-free milk, "oh." The women's restroom is disgusting. For months, one of the two doors was locked. Open again, but it's a pigsty. All in all: No thanks. I'd rather go to Rade. Clean, friendly, super organized.

Personally, I can't recommend it because of one of the employees. He came to our table a second time because we had ordered separately. He yelled at us that there were no table orders here because there were no staff for that, and disrespectfully shoved the tray onto the table. There was no notice at the entrance or at the tables stating that table orders weren't possible. Impossible!! The wraps were lukewarm.

I was really surprised by the freshness of the products! The team was fun to work with and super friendly. I haven't had a McDonald's experience like this in a long time – totally cool!

Seriously? I've rarely experienced such disgusting behavior from the two cashiers as I did here! Sunday evening... drove many kilometers... the kids wanted something to eat... the service from those two ladies was inhumane and absolutely disgusting!!! I'll never stop here again! Worst McCes I know. There's always something missing, and the drive-thru takes forever. But it's been like this for 15 years and nothing's changed. I only come here when I have no other choice.

Everything is top-notch except for the service! There are five employees responsible for one order, so the line at the checkout gets longer by the minute, and when you speak to them, they look at you as if they were saying, "If it doesn't work out, then it's okay!" McDonald's Remscheid used to be top-notch, but for the past few years, people have been reluctant to go there.

How can you change the vanilla shake so much for the worse? The food tastes so different sometimes. It's often lukewarm, too. The atmosphere could be much nicer. Prices: too expensive!

May 17, 10:45 p.m., it's not busy. Picked up the order at the drive-thru and then got home to the disappointment that the anniversary glass was missing. We were actually only there because we generally avoid this McDonald's, as something is often missing and the burgers are always crooked and crooked. It's best to always check everything meticulously immediately if possible. Update July 17, 2025: Ordered at the drive-thru, ate at McDonald's again after weeks. Bam, there were the wrong products in the bag again. How bad is that 🙄.

We were there today. Unfortunately, part of our order had been ready for a while, and so it was only lukewarm when it arrived at our table. However, the service was very friendly. The shop was clean.

The fries were soggy and cold, and above all, undercooked. The burger was also cold and slapped into the packaging without any care. This is the second time I've had this. I won't be ordering it here again! Thanks!

Two Big Mags and a regular coffee for €16.57 is the most expensive McDonald's for miles around. In the surrounding area, you'd pay €14.17 for the same order. Never again!

The employee was unfriendly and couldn't help me with the app after it failed to transmit my order. The fries were absolutely disgusting, but the burgers were okay.

The staff were friendly, and the food was generally okay. The burgers (Medium/Big Mac Chicken) were quite unevenly topped, and in some places there was either too much or too little sauce. I would describe the hygiene of the restrooms as abysmal. It stank of feces, the walls and floor were dirty. The mirrors were dirty. The ceramics had residue that looked old. The wastepaper baskets were full. No one seemed to take responsibility for this. The overall impression of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The seating in the dining area could also use replacing, as most of them have extensive cracks. This doesn't resemble the quality you're used to at McDonald's.

A typical McDonald's, but with a touch of Remscheid flair. Also, the parking spaces are more for bicycles than cars.

I'm not going back. I was there on June 22nd – it was sweltering inside. Don't they have air conditioning? Dirty tables. Half-cold food, soggy curly fries, shakes that weren't cold...disgusting. The wait time was abysmal, so I don't understand why the food was so lukewarm. Trays of trash were piled high on the container cart. Very inviting. They would do well to employ more staff, give them a bit more energy, or pay them better. I'd rather go to KFC in Haan; it's quick and doesn't look like a mess.

We celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday at McDonald's today – unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing overall. Right from the start, we weren't asked whether it was a boy or a girl – even though we would have appreciated a little personal touch. According to the website, there was supposed to be a cake for the birthday girl, but it wasn't offered or brought to us. It also said online that the meal was free for the birthday girl – yet we still had to pay for it as usual. There was no explanation or apology for this either. It was also extremely hot in the restaurant, and there was obviously no working air conditioning. This is particularly unpleasant with small children. When the food finally arrived, the employees seemed very stressed and didn't even smile – which was a shame, especially on a day when we would have liked a little warmth and friendliness. Overall, we had imagined my daughter's birthday to be much nicer. We hope that McDonald's will place more emphasis on service, atmosphere, and child-friendliness in the future – especially on occasions like this.

I've visited this McDonald's several times, and the food is generally up to standard. The wait times are consistently extremely long, even during off-peak hours. You can easily wait 30-40 minutes for a regular Big Mac meal.

Disappointing Visit – Unfriendly Store Manager I was at the McDrive at the Remscheid Jägerwald branch today and am honestly appalled by the way customers are treated. After ordering, I checked my order as usual and noticed that an item was missing. I politely pointed this out to the employee, but he couldn't help me. Then the store manager (name: Jannik) came over. Instead of dealing with the matter professionally, he immediately became rude, didn't even let me and my companion finish their sentences, and made no attempt to investigate the error or find a solution. An apology or any kind of compensation? None. That's definitely not how you treat customers – especially when the error can be proven with the receipt. I expect a different level of service on my next visit – or there won't be another visit.

I'd rather not give it any stars at all. I ordered two cheeseburgers. After a long drive, as I was biting into my "cheeseburgers" on the way back, I noticed that the consummate professional at the counter had only put one slice of cheese in each one without a burger patty, which I had to wait 20 minutes for. It's totally fantastic. I wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately, it's often overcrowded, especially the restrooms and outdoor areas are unkempt, tables are often dirty, and the garbage trucks are overflowing. Waiting times of 30-45 minutes are not uncommon.
