Upgrade: Prices have increased dramatically. As a result, visits are declining. I have to say, this is one of the best restaurants in the area. Not only that, but the food is excellent, and the service is very friendly and attentive. The ambiance is very inviting and makes you feel at home. I'm already looking forward to the open conservatory when it's a bit warmer. Overall, I highly recommend it and will visit more often. Keep it up!

Very sweet little Italian with loving service and very tasty pizza. We had a very great salad as a starter and the lasagna was also the best we've ever had 🥰

All 6 of the 6 meals were too salty, the garlic spinach sauce was just too salty, the grilled salmon was slimy on the inside for some reason, the pizza base was light and the sauce was also too salty, the pasta was all too salty, the mushrooms weren't firm and were tasteless, and they were frozen?? If I sell mushroom dishes then I marinate them and fry them or blanch them until they're firm. The prices have also become far too high. I don't want to say anything but if the owner was Italian and Kurds and Turks are the owners then please try to cook traditionally! Thanks :) P.S. A very interesting menu with great dishes. Unfortunately, the pasta dishes were very bland & the dishes were generally very small, so we didn't get full

Unfortunately, we can't rate the food because 50 minutes after we ordered, despite repeated reminders to at least bring us the foccacia we ordered as a starter, we didn't get anything. However, guests who came after us were taken care of. Orders for pizza to go that were placed in our presence were also processed. After asking again, we paid for the drinks and left hungry. There was not a word of regret, let alone an apology. SHAME!

Preis/Leistung waren wir unzufrieden. Ebenso der Service da wir ständig auf uns aufmerksam machen mussten. Schade für Dellbrück.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed here. Had dinner here with a few friends and we were really looking forward to it; However, the food tasted as if it were frozen dishes. Hardly seasoned. The waiter didn't seem to really know what he was doing (two of us are trained restaurant professionals), was quite unfriendly and in the end literally waited for us to leave a tip. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

One of my favorite restaurants in Schwäbisch Gmünd. The atmosphere is always very familiar and Salva's food is a poem.
