You get what you expect from Burger King 👑 here. Everything was freshly prepared and served warm. Both vegan burgers and the normal Whopper were delicious, and fries were also still warm.

A foreign group came and, like us, had problems with the ordering terminals. I called the store manager and asked if they could open a manual cash register for the 10 of us to record our orders. The branch manager wasn't willing to do that and didn't want to help. My wife then helped everyone, her food was cold when she was finished. The new customers then had to wait until everyone had ordered. Nobody has ever been asked by Burger King if they would like to order using these terminals! So not us! I think Buger King's approach is unreasonable! By the way, my double Whopper menu cost €15.29. For 1 burger, fries and 1 coke that's also very expensive! He kept walking and asking what was going on. Then you keep complaining that he needs an FFP2 and he should turn around again. He took off the medical mask and pointed to the mask underneath and said he was wearing an FFP2. Then he was teased again that you couldn't see it. No apology or anything like that. He then asked whether he would still get something to eat. When the answer was “yes,” he laughed quietly and left the restaurant. I would have done it too if I hadn't already paid. But I noticed very clearly that people who have nothing to say and are too unimportant can finally act up and make themselves important in this situation. These are not employees but people who are damaging the business.

I bought a Kings Selection for just under €10. The bacon was ICE COLD, the cheese was unmelted like it came from the package, just slapped on without any enthusiasm. I hope this was just an isolated incident and is not the new standard for this branch. Only the ambience was good (modern branch and reasonably clean - which is what you can expect when there is little going on).
