Unfortunately, there are only four self-service kiosks available for placing orders. This is insufficient during peak hours, especially for customers who are unfamiliar with the machines and/or the products. Long waiting times are then inevitable. Despite the available capacity, the return stations were not adequately emptied. Given the completely overcrowded locations, it's a mystery to me why the responsible department overlooked such details.

Hello. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The server didn't know what a "box" was. We wanted to take the rest of our food with us—fries, etc.—and then she said I could get a box with the fries included. We didn't have one, but I said, "Yes, I did get one." She then said she only had one like that, which was exactly the one I meant. She wasn't normally allowed to give the box to someone else. I've never experienced anything like this in a [company name] before. What can be done to train staff so that this doesn't happen again?

It's been beautifully renovated since my last visit! The food was good, but unfortunately, the burger patties have gotten smaller.

A very good branch. Burgers 🍔 good as usual. The nuggets weren't as good this time. An important note... The restrooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell.

There are only vending machines for ordering. The cash register is only for cash payments. The burger was already cold.

I was sent away at 12:45 a.m. because the kitchen was supposedly already closed and nothing was available. Then two more people were sent away. After that, three people came and were still able to order. Thanks!

I ate here while my Tesla was charging. It's a typical Burger King. The staff were friendly and it seemed clean.

Unfortunately, that wasn't great. We stopped here on the way back from a day trip for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst BBQ joints I've ever been to. The fries weren't cooked properly. Some of the burgers weren't particularly fresh, and the toppings were also wrong. Only the milkshake was okay. But you can't go wrong with that.

BK on the Autobahn. Everything's fine. If there are too many people inside, try using BK Drive :)

Typical Burger King. You only go there when you're hungry. Always checking to see if the employees have packed everything. They forgot to pack a burger for us, and that was really annoying. The tables weren't cleaned, and the cart with the trays was overflowing... They should make more of an effort...

This is a great Burger King with friendly, fast, and competent employees. The food was excellent, it's spotlessly clean, and the parking lot is very spacious. It's worth the drive. You can fill up cheaply at the Esso next door and enjoy a very pleasant break at Burger King. We were very impressed.

A truly great Burger King! They have a fantastic drive-thru play area, which my toddler loved. It was a perfect break for a bit of exercise after the long drive back from vacation. The entire restaurant was spotlessly clean, and two cleaners were on duty, cleaning every nook and cranny of the play area and the entire restaurant during our stay. The food was also absolutely delicious and served very quickly. Highly recommended!

Can I recommend this restaurant? There's a lot to be said about this type of establishment, but essentially, it's all about getting greasy food quickly and cheaply, which, ideally, won't leave you with a nasty surprise when you have a bowel movement. Unfortunately, after a few test meals, I can't deny the latter. Therefore, you have to consider whether the food is good enough to punish yourself on the toilet afterward.

I ate there today, and a very friendly, curly-haired employee made me the best caramel ice cream with Twix I've ever eaten. It was like an explosion of flavors and completely changed my outlook on life. Thank you for this experience; everything was perfect. I'll gladly come back. A feast for the palate!!

It was well-maintained, the restrooms were clean, and there was even a small play area for children. I always stop there when I'm passing through and want a snack. Typical BK like most, but at least here everything usually fits, and it's always been fresh.

I'd rather not give it a star at all. The counter wouldn't accept my coupon, we wanted to order at the cashier, and the employee there didn't want to pay us. NEVER AGAIN!

The line stretches right out the door. The staff are very relaxed. When asked about placing an order at the cash register, they are directed to the terminals because, as confirmed, they don't feel like placing their order directly at the cash register. You can spend your money elsewhere. Customer service is a top priority here.

The tables and floor were dirty, even though it was very quiet. We received cold cheeseburgers and fries. When we complained, we were told the cheeseburgers would have to sit for a while because otherwise the cheese wouldn't melt. Reluctantly, we were given a new, cold cheeseburger with the same cold fries.

A simple order took over 10 minutes, while all other orders continued to be processed. The manager was unfriendly and didn't attempt to resolve the issue, only responding with snarky comments. Not recommended.

Very poor. Who are all of these customers who said it was quiet? Booming music and impossible to chat quietly. Salty vanilla milkshake? Now I'm very suspicious. Black flakey bits covering the fries? Burned oil, or just regular filth? That's toxic waste. Filthy tables, greasy and unwashed. Staff didn't seem to be in a hurry, they were too busy wandering around and watching the customers. Will be avoiding BK for the next few months, and hope that we haven't been poisoned. Congratulations, you have finally returned this branch to its ultra-low-level, from before their major refurbishment a few years ago. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. FU-BK

Stopped here for dinner. It took a while before our 3 person order was complete, but that's understandable during dinner time. The toilets could use a bit more looking after/cleaning. All in all I can recommend stopping here for a bite to eat. There is an indoor play area for children.

We stopped here for a quick rest on the way home because we needed to use the restroom after a long drive and were a little hungry. The restrooms were clean, and the service was friendly. This is a solid Burger King. It's not particularly good compared to other locations, but it's not bad either. The fries could be warmer, but the burgers are okay. A solid Burger King, in other words. Perfectly fine for a stopover.

Definitely for the last time. It just doesn't taste good anymore. Since the Double Steakhouse was allowed to die, the air has simply gone out. Outrageous prices that cannot be justified by anything. It's a fast food restaurant, a burger chain but prices like in a better restaurant. I'd rather go next door and get something "decent" for not much more money, receive friendly service, sit comfortably and not in a station hall atmosphere. The BK order displays are a real nuisance and I'm fed up with them anymore. Something in a hurry and for significantly less than in a "real" restaurant - those days are definitely over.

Burger King. A Big King turns out to be a tiny burger for me. Stupid self-typing and the staff is standing in a corner waiting for the order. No personal contact, no interaction. Very impersonal and relatively expensive.

It's a shame that you can only order via terminal. Nothing for older people. But the employee was very nice.

My review refers exclusively to the strawberry milkshake. For almost €5 you get a white paste, which is then provided with a few drops of syrup. You then have to mix it yourself with a tube, which doesn't work and if you stir for more than a minute, the paper tube dissolves into its components. So you drink the shake blank until you get a plug of strawberry syrup. Bottom line, a complete disappointment. Of course it used to be cheaper, no problem, but then reducing the quality to an unbearable minimum is not ok when dealing with paying customers... 😢

Hello, I only have one word "disgusting" we placed our order on the terminal, we got the wrong product. The manager (very unpleasant) refused to cancel our order and we had to make an additional purchase. Arrived at the table, the table was very dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. We were very hungry, finally seated, my hamburger was cold. Given the very unpleasant state of the staff, I did not dare ask them to make a hot hamburger. In short, poor quality, the place is dirty and the staff are unpleasant like the manager. Never again Burger King 🤮🤮🤮.

Actually a very nice and modern Burger King with friendly staff. Unfortunately, something is wrong with every second order, either a paid for burger is completely forgotten or a normal burger is packed in the veggie paper instead of a veggie burger. Unfortunately, it's no fun when you have to completely unpack and check every to-go order on site so as not to be disappointed...

Food is OK. Unfortunately, there is no table service like the competition. And the ambience is located on the highway. Easy to reach but not exactly relaxing. The free use of toilets is positive. This is no longer standard. New is a children's house in the guest room. For parents with small children, but sometimes louder and more stressful for other guests.

The staff is very unfriendly and dismissive when asked.

To all those who are making burger at 18.10 on 21.02.2025. please keep my 1 euro, in details 0.50 cents for Gurken and 0.50 cents for onions, as your tip. Because I didn't find Gurken and onions in my burger which was ordered as double chilli cheese and unfortunately it was on chilly cheese burger. Are doing such things to all your take away orders. For your reference the receipt is attached, if in case your manager wants to check it out. MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL PEOPLE HOW ARE DECIDING TO TAKE WAY THIER ORDERS, PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR ODERES BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER. Apparently Burger King needs to save on heating costs - it was just as cold in the station hall as it was outside at the station. Unbelievable. It was also sad to see an elderly couple left alone at the order monitors, completely desperate. Luckily there were still helpful citizens who stepped in.

A lot has happened here in the last few weeks and recently the children can look forward to a new play tower outside and a play area in Burgerking design inside. The detour from the motorway is worth twice as much.

It won't get any better. I have complained about the cold and barely heated cheese slices in this shop more than 20 times and each time they apologize and three minutes later the same thing happens at the next table.

We're in and out again. I think it's a disgrace when people just say that no personal orders will be accepted. I think something like that should be boycotted. It is still a "catering establishment". Not to be outdone in terms of unfriendliness... Keep it up... Without us!

The food was good. A tidy BK, modern. What's annoying is that the Wifi / W-Lan couldn't be registered. Neither on Android 11, nor on Apple 8. The next step after confirming the terms and conditions should be access to the Internet. But it didn't happen.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this Burger King. The restaurant is very very very dirty. The toilets look like those in the train station toilets in Frankfurt Central Station. And if you say something to the staff about hygiene in the restaurant, you will be treated stupidly with the statement. We can't do everything from either frying burgers or cleaning. Business concept still MUST be revised here

I was at Burger King Seligweiler by chance, unfortunately I didn't have my wallet with me, I asked the staff if there was another way to pay (bank transfer and something else) then when the boss found out, he gave me a menu given away, I would like to thank him very much, and I can only recommend the local 5*****

Solid, modern Burger King branch. Only when there is a little more activity will there be slightly longer waiting times.

No mobile ordering possible. Then on site we wanted to order the King Smart menu, but they said it wasn't available here. If the standard menu is not available, it is best to close it.
