McDonald's in Ulm

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vier von fünf Sternen Grundsolide und entspannt Ich war zu einer Zeit dort, als sehr wenig los war. Das Ambiente ist der klassische, grundsolide McDonald's-Standard, den man gewohnt ist – sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt ein entspannter Besuch ohne lange Wartezeiten. Kann man absolut empfehlen, wenn man unkompliziert etwas essen möchte!

Der Laden ist sauber, modern und sehr gut organisiert. Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und das Essen war frisch, heiß und genauso zubereitet, wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Team die Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam, höflich und haben trotz viel Betrieb ruhig und professionell gearbeitet. Auch die Wartezeit war deutlich kürzer als in vielen anderen Filialen. Die Sitzplätze waren sauber, die Atmosphäre angenehm und insgesamt hatte ich einen richtig guten Besuch. Für mich einer der besten McDonald’s Standorte in der Region.

Leider kennt keiner Gluten und somit auch nicht, ob glutenfreie Produkte verfügbar sind. In der Schweiz gibt es ein größeres Sortiment glutenfrei, warum nicht bei uns?

Crazy, I was a little late at the drive-in this morning but I had already ordered and paid for my breakfast and everything went smoothly and quickly, a super friendly team, big thanks to the two employees (an Asian and an Indian?) Toller Service, wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit ☺️

Es ist wie in vielen Filianlen. Die Tische und Stühle werden einfach nicht sauber gemacht. Oder mal der Boden auf der Terrasse gekehrt. Obwohl nicht viel los war und das Personal somit Zeit gehabt hätte bevor der nächste große Ansturm kommt. Ansonsten war alles in gewohnter McDonalds Manier.

0 Sterne wären noch zu viel. Wir haben über 15 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet – bei vielleicht 10 Gästen im Laden. Für einen Fast-Food-Laden ist das schlicht inakzeptabel. Dadurch konnten wir nicht einmal vor Ort essen, obwohl das geplant war, weil wir wieder zur Arbeit mussten. Das Ergebnis: komplett kaltes Essen. Begründung vor Ort war, dass ein einzelner Burger angeblich 15 Minuten gedauert hat – während gleichzeitig im Drive-In alles im Akkord abgearbeitet wurde. Als Kunde im Laden fühlt man sich dabei einfach ignoriert. Und damit nicht genug: Die Getränke waren falsch und die Sauce ebenfalls. Unterm Strich: lange Wartezeit, falsche Bestellung und kaltes Essen. So stellt man sich weder Service noch eine entspannte Pause vor.

Super sauber, ständig wird hier gereinigt, ob Tisch oder Fussboden. Freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereich. Rollstuhlfahrer wurde vom Personal ungefragt die Tür aufgehalten. Komme wieder.

Dieser Mc ist ja mal alles andere als einladend. Im kompletten Laden ist der Boden dreckig, überall Essensreste, alles klebt. Getränkepfützen mit verklebten Fußspuren... Fast alle Tische und Bänke schmutzig. Service war allerdings sehr schnell und freundlich.

Es war Lecker , es sah sauber aus 👍🏻

Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen frisch und lecker

Wir waren diese Woche spontan zum frühstücken da. Mitarbeiter haben uns freundlich begrüßt. Haben dann bestellt und festgestellt das es zum FRÜHSTÜCK kein Kaffee angeboten wird, alles war "nicht verfügbar". Habe dann gefragt ob es wirklich kein Kaffee gibt.. meinte nein. Haben dann eine Wrap gegessen und einen Burger. Nach dem Wrap gibt es meinem Mann jetzt 3 Tage eledig. Er konnte seit dem Essen nichts mehr zu sich nehmen. Wir vermuten eine Lebensmittelvergiftung!

Waren am Dienstag zum Frühstücken dort, Essen sah soweit gut und frisch aus (was man halt von McDonald's erwartet). Ich habe mir Leider eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen. Nach dem ich ins Auto gestiegen bin ging es ganz schnell, zum Glück war der Ikea nicht weit weg. Bin jetzt 2 Tage nicht mehr vom WC gekommen. Gegessen habe ich ein Wrap mit ei und Speck. Kaffeemaschine hat auch nicht funktioniert. Also nicht weiter zum empfehlen

Sieht schlecht aus verranzter Laden und essen hat viel zu lang gedauert hat. Slowfood statt Fast Food

Habe in der App zur Abholung bestellt. Für meine Prämienpunkte habe ich Produkte zur Bestellung hinzugefügt. Als ich zu Hause war, stellte ich fest, dass die gratis Produkte fehlten. Die Punkte waren aber weg.

Einfache McDonalds Filiale halt. Obwohl wir spät Abends noch hin sind, war unser Essen warm und frisch.

Kenne diesen McDonalds schon seit Jahren und wurde noch nie enttäuscht

Wir wurden nicht aufs Klo gelassen, obwohl sie offiziell noch 4 Minuten geöffnet hatten und wir Kunden waren. Das ist ein Grundrecht, was nicht verboten werden darf, vor allem wenn es ein medizinischer Notfall ist den wir Ihnen auch mitgeteilt haben!

The sales staff are very unfriendly and don't speak German. They just stare blankly at you when you ask questions. Afterwards, they talk amongst themselves in their own language and laugh strangely. Very unfriendly.

I ordered four Mac Smart Meals and three of the burgers were moldy. The fries were disgusting, and I even had to go to the hospital because of the spoiled burger. I filed a complaint, but nothing has been resolved yet. A very bad restaurant. Burger King is much better; a bit more expensive, but you get full faster and have more sides. It's McDonald's. Good branch. Fairly clean. Busy at lunchtime.

An incredibly unfriendly employee. He doesn't even look you in the face when he takes your order. And then he's rude because you can't add up the change quickly enough. I certainly won't be visiting this branch again.

I was with you today but unfortunately my order was forgotten and a colleague forgot the burger in the order. We told a member of staff he was very nice and understanding and brought everything. While we were waiting for the burger there were three women at the cash register and they just looked conceited, very cheeky but the man was very nice and polite, they should take an example from him.

Today we redeemed a coupon for Filet-o-Fish and 6 nuggets. My boyfriend also had two double cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, the employee forgot the chicken nuggets. He did, however, add the sauce. Absolutely crap. I still paid for everything. Absolutely unacceptable!

We ordered one nugget for €7.19 for nine pieces. When we got home, we opened the bag and found that the staff only had six nuggets for us. We were shocked. Our son wanted to visit McDonalds because he saw cool commercials. I knew that McDonalds was a place with bad food. Today I had the worst BigMac ever, I also had a chicken burger that I didn't dare eat because it was soaked in oil and looked rotten. McDonalds food is rightly called junk food. There's not much to say about that... The staff speak almost no German, and every time you order something to go, something's missing! It's hard to read an order from the screen and correctly pack it into a bag.

The food is as always at McDonald's. Not really good, not really bad. The staff is fast and friendly. But the crowd at this fast-food restaurant is, even by McDonald's standards, awful, abysmal, and lacking in class. Absolutely terrible.

Small McDonald's. It seems fairly clean. It has the same amenities as anywhere else. It also has a small outdoor area with a children's slide. Parking is available.

You order online, especially for the glasses, and then you don't get any. If you call, they tell you, "We're out of stock," but they don't inform you about it, and they tell you today is the last day. If today is the last day, then where are the glasses? The food was okay.

We were passing through and had a quick lunch there. My children love McDonalds. On the one hand there are the Happy Meals with a gift and on the other hand they like to romp around on these play towers. Worth its weight in gold on a longer car journey. I had already entered and ordered our order via the app while driving. As soon as we were seated at the table I gave the table number and after a reasonable wait our order was brought to the table. I love this feature! Unfortunately, the Happy Meal was filled with 2 x small fries instead of fries and chicken nuggets. Our large fries were missing. The Happy Meal gifts weren't included either. I then complained about the chicken nuggets and gifts. I also received it without any problems.

BUT: I can still make out a few differences in comparison: ULM and Mallorca, which actually shouldn't be there at all ❗🤔❗You're in Ulm the BIG MAC' is much better: the sauce is much more intense.... Fries taste like MC fries, on Mallorca: cold, "laetschig", without salt... the same applies to the hamburger, cheeseburger etc ...AND: There is NO MC RIB in Mallorca❗❗❗😭😭😭.....But now my question: Shouldn't the BIG MAC, for example, taste the same all over the world ❓❓. It's a franchise after all 🤔❓❓❓

Ambience and service were good. Toilets reasonably clean. Fries and Chicken McNuggets were mediocre (fries soft and too salty). So far so good but the fact that there is only a hint of bacon on a burger that is advertised as having bacon is unbelievable. I was a regular here at lunchtime for years. Food was always prepared quickly and almost always hot and fresh. As long as everything works, you won't have a problem here. But: since app coupons have been available, you have to be careful (probably not only here): I redeemed several coupons via QR code at the checkout and paid in cash. But my exit fee was far too small. Of course: for one of the coupons that was supposed to cost 9.99 euros, the cash register system in this restaurant simply charged 13.33 euros. Clearly an error in the system, because the employee who tried the same thing with his cell phone received the same, incorrect price. They couldn't or didn't want to help me because they had no influence on it. They simply kept the money they overpaid, despite repeated complaints. It doesn't work that way, people! No money refund, simply referred to the contact email address. With the note that my food is ready and getting cold. Despite the circumstances, I contacted them several times in a friendly tone, but didn't even get an answer. Absolutely disgraceful.
