Leute kommt schon, ihr könnt doch nicht jedesmal den Leuten kalte&vergammelte Burger verkaufen, ich habe echt früher gerne im Burger King gegessen, aber das was hier qualitativ passiert ist echt eine Frechheit. Diese Kritik soll zur Besserung der Qualität dienen, damit die Kunden wieder gerne kommen!

Ein saubere Burger King mit freundlichem Personal. Aufgrund der großen Baustelle ist sehr wenig los, aber man kommt trotzdem hin.

Ich hatte bei Burger King einen Hot Brownie bestellt. Statt mit Softeis wurde er nur mit der Softeis-Soße serviert. So war er einfach ungenießbar.

Qualität leider sehr unterschiedlich. Mal super frisch lecker, sehr freundich. Dann wieder falsche Bestellungen (z.B. ich bestelle plant based und bekomme einen Burger mit Fleisch. Das geht gar nicht!), manchmal fehlt was oder könnte wärmer sein. In letzter Zeit ist es aber gut. Im Winter ist es im Restaurant recht kühl.

Naja der Herr hinten hat alles ohne Handschuhe zubereitet vorher noch schön im Gesicht gespielt.

Im Internet steht ab 9 Uhr geöffnet haben sie aber nicht an der Tür steht 11 Uhr steh jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal um 10 Uhr da ohne Einlass nervt einfach Endlich mal Zeiten anpassen !

Belegpflicht kennt man nicht, wenn ich für 40 eoro einksufe...bacon extra bezahlt bdkommen ... fast ro wie auch die chilli chesse nuggets in der mitte gefroren.... schämt euch

Der beste BK weit und breit. Wir waren vier Personen die richtig rein gehauen haben. Ich glaube das war der erste Mal das absolut nichts vergessen wurde. Sie waren so freundlich das es schon fast unheimlich war. Wir wurden begrüßt, wir wurden danach gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat, ob alles gepasst hat und wir wurden sogar verabschiedet 🥰. Ich glaube wir würden wirklich 50km fahren um nur hier essen zu kommen. Macht weiter so, ihr gebt uns die Hoffnung daß es wirklich der perfekte Burger Laden geben kann. ❤️🥰❤️

verarschen kann ich mich selber, lehnt doch einfach die online bestellungen ab anstatt leute hier stunden waren zu lassen und dann kurz vor ladenschluss zu stonieren, ekelhaft wirklich, für was haltet ihr euch?

Das einzigst gute an diesem Ort war die Umgebung, essen wurde 3 x Falsch gemacht, Bürger wurden falsch zubereitet, bzw Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen, nach Rücksprache mit Personal wurde man 15 Minuten lang stehen gelassen um einen Burger zu bekommen, der wieder falsch belegt war. Nie wieder.

Es ist der schlechteste Burger King in Deutschland. Es gibt Pizza bei der tanke, würde ich eher nehmen. Immerhin die Krone hält den Burger King noch auf Kurs. Essen Katastrophe!

Es war unsauber, die Angestellten desinfizierten ihre Hände nicht und wechselten zumindest nicht ihre Handschuhe während der Bedienung. Ich musste sie bitten, sich die Hände zu desinfizieren, bevor sie meine Bestellung aufnahmen, und bat höflich um andere Pommes. Die Bedienung verlief reibungslos, aber der Laden wirkt im Vergleich zu früher deutlich verlassener. Mir fiel auf, dass die Angestellten während der Bestellabwicklung ihre zugewiesenen Plätze nicht einhielten. Der Koch und der Sicherheitsmann – oder wer auch immer das war – liefen in der Küche herum. Ich persönlich finde das nicht in Ordnung; es handelt sich um ein Unternehmen mit einer Küche, in der Essen serviert wird. Unbefugte haben keinen Zutritt zur Küche und umgekehrt.

Online bestellt, vor Bestellung geschätzte Lieferzeit 30min. Nach Bestellung fast 120min. Angerufen um zu stornieren weil ich zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr daheim gewesen wäre. Pampiger Mitarbeiter sagt mir in unfreundlichem Tonfall er hat nur 2 Fahrer, außerdem kann er es nicht stornieren und er hätte die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit schon den ganzen Tag auf 90min. Habe ihm gesagt dass ich dann nicht bestellt hätte, aber vor der Bestellung stand dort 30min. Er sagte er liefert trotzdem, ich daraufhin "das kannst du dir sparen da bin ich nichtmehr daheim, das ist dann für'n Arsch". Er schrie mich an ich solle ihn nicht beleidigen (welche Beleidigung) und ihn nicht duzen (nachdem er mich die ganze Zeit geduzt hatte). Es folgte eine Diskussion woraufhin er sagte er würde die Bestellung stornieren. Es kam ca 10min keine stornierungs Mail/Meldung in der App, ich rief also nochmals an. Er sagte wieso stornieren, die Bestellung geht in 2min raus. Wir einigten uns darauf zu stornieren da ich mit Sicherheit unter diesen Bedingungen kein Essen bei dieser Person bestellen möchte. Wieder kam keine Stornierung, mein Essen wurde auch als "unterwegs" in der App angegeben, ist aber nie geliefert worden. Zum Glück hatte ich Barzahlung ausgewählt sonst wäre das Geld auch nicht weg. Hier ist der Kunde sicherlich kein King.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und gegen 18:30 Uhr hat uns der große Hunger überfallen. Zufälligerweise sind wir an dem Burger King Ulm vorbeigekommen und gingen spontan hinein, um einen Burger zu essen. Das Ambiente entsprach dem einer alten kalten Bahnhofshalle am Hauptbahnhof morgens um 2:30 Uhr. Es war eiskalt in den Innenräumen, und das wurde nur noch getoppt von eiskalten Burgern mit eiskalten Patty und kaltem Brötchen. Von Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war nichts zu merken. Ich kann nur sagen, Burger King, Ulm? Nein, danke! 👎

Leider einer der schlechtesten Burger Kings in dem ich je war, das Personal oft unfreundlich und Unfähig. Der Laden wird auch 15 min vor Ladenschluss verschlossen so das man nicht mehr rein oder raus kann, was absolut nicht in Ordnung ist. Sollte es hier zu einem Notfall wie einem Brand kommen sitzt man in der Falle!!!

Burger King hat kein Geld zum heizen. Drinnen genau so kalt wie draußen bei minusgraden.

Burger King ich hoffe es gibt euch noch lange und noch flächendeckender in Zukunft - apropos die Filiale in Heideheim killt euren guten Ruf. Schickt unbedingt mal eine Aufsichtsperson dahin, das grenzt schon an Lebensmittelvergiftung was die da im Heidenheimer BK machen.

King ist schon lange nicht mehr King (großgeschrieben), und ich habe die Schnauze voll. Kleine Burger sogar bei den teuren Menüs! Lieber Döner – die sind zwar auch teuer geworden, aber an den richtigen Stellen bekommt man wenigstens noch etwas fürs Geld.

One star is actually too much. Visited on December 28, 2025. Outside temperature around 0 degrees Celsius. Inside, it wasn't much warmer! All the customers were sitting there wearing jackets and hats. How can they possibly skimp on the heating? Food was lukewarm to cold. If it stays like this, I wonder how long this branch will last.

So, the good points first. The food was okay to good. It arrived warm on the tray. The temperature inside the restaurant was well below 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit). Because of this, the food got cold quite quickly, but the ingredients were fresh (well-stored, since the entire restaurant was essentially a refrigerator). I took a look at the technical setup, and if I saw correctly, in addition to the five infrared heaters (four on the ceiling and one in the middle of the room on the partition wall), the ventilation system was also running. This provided a slightly warm breeze, but nothing more. The white panels that I saw as infrared heaters were plugged into the wall sockets with a standard European plug. The temperature was so high that I could barely sit without a parka (a heavy winter jacket). I visibly told the staff (5-6 people) that it was cold, and they said they were freezing too. At first, I suspected cost-cutting measures at the expense of compliance with the regulations governing working hours, since business was slow due to the construction work. It would have been cheaper to redeploy two staff members and limit the seating capacity (only drive-thru and pick-up). I just looked at some old reviews. A year ago, the place was already in a terrible state, with lots of staff who seemed to have nothing to do. Now I'm really curious who turned off the heating—the owner or the staff (to reduce their workload). I won't include the staff's conversations amongst themselves here; they weren't exactly family-friendly, and I hope my children didn't overhear them. If there's interest, I'll provide the exact date to management. But as I said, the food was okay. Island-style food was something new for me. My active cold isn't exactly thrilled about it.

I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here. The burgers and fries sit in the display case until they're sold, no matter how rancid and dry they get. Inedible!

I've only ordered from this place a couple of times, and always for takeout. The food isn't particularly good, but every single time they forget to give me something to take away, like a bread roll or the fries. And instead of fixing it right away, I always have to wait half an hour or even longer. I don't know if they have an organizational problem or if the problem is with me. Mistakes happen, but not every time. This will definitely be the last time I order from this place. One last thing: be careful with the paper bags for food, because the ink on the printed labels stained my tablecloth, and I don't think that's normal.

...and on top of that, a parking ticket for 30 euros for exceeding the parking time by 10 minutes.

I groan every time I bite into my burger!

The burgers were lukewarm despite appearing to be freshly made. After complaining, the burgers were replaced without any problems; the only issue was that the new, freshly made burgers were also lukewarm.

I haven't seen such a well-maintained and very clean Burger King in a long time; even the employees walk around asking if everything is okay. The food is ready incredibly fast. Great service, keep it up! 👍

Like any other Burger King. Fast food, but better than McDonald's. Unfortunately, they only use a self-service kiosk for ordering now. That's unhygienic! How do you know if the person before you picked their nose and then touched the screen? That's pretty disgusting!

It would have been a clear 5-star experience – clean restaurant, friendly staff, solid Burger King quality. However, there was room for improvement in the details: - 1 star: The free Wi-Fi didn't work – a real shame if you want to get something done while waiting. - 1 star: Ordering via the terminals with app login was a complete disaster. I configured three menus on two different devices, and each time the system crashed during checkout. - 1 star: I ordered at the counter instead – but there was no way to use the app there. So, no bonus points for around €40 spent; according to the cashier, they couldn't be redeemed retroactively. On the plus side: short wait time, friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. Note: Parking is free, but only allowed for 90 minutes – it's unclear whether parking discs or video surveillance are used. Conclusion: Burgers were good, service was attentive, but the technology was a flop. 5 stars were within reach, but in the end, a fair 2 stars.

Food wasn't warm. The cheese I specially added to my burger wasn't melted, and the meat itself was only lukewarm, not hot. I thought I'd give them another chance, so I ordered a single cheeseburger. It was the only orded on the list, and it arrived colder than the previous one. I can't recommend this place.

Warning: If you're not in a hurry and spend more than 90 minutes there, the parking lot operator will send you a €30 ticket. Despite presenting the receipt and the fact that it was at night and the parking lot was anything but crowded, no appeal will be accepted. Great customer service!

I ordered there on Sunday, October 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., and my burger tasted like bleach. My mouth burned and my throat was scratchy. I'm going to the police and reporting this to the public order office.

Just now my girlfriend and I were sent away from the drive-thru because I couldn't communicate with the employee because he couldn't speak German well. The reason for being sent away was that I didn't want any other sauce because the one for the menu was sold out and the employee didn't want to accept cancelling ONE menu and was very unfriendly.

Hello, we (4 nursing staff) wanted to order something about 50 minutes ago because we work night shifts. It's about 5 minutes by car from your branch. The man on the phone was totally bored and annoyed 😴🥹 we wanted to order 4 Big King XXL meals + 3 cheeseburgers + 2 extra portions of fries! But the man asked if we couldn't have thought of it earlier that we were hungry 😳 apparently he's only allowed to accept deliveries before 12:30 a.m. and we were still within that time! The shop was open for at least another 40-50 minutes -.-! I specifically asked him again in a friendly manner if he could make an exception because we all have a long night ahead of us!!! He said no, he certainly doesn't make exceptions on his first day at work! He also just hung up!! We are very disappointed with this service! & unfortunately we will now have to spend the night without food. A reason for me never to visit a Burger King again!!

I went to Burger King Ulm with my friends to eat. Unfortunately the food was not tasty at all. My Chicken McNuggets were hard and the meat stank. Unfortunately I also threw up. Not recommended at all.

If it were possible, I'd give Burger King a negative star rating. I got two chili cheese fries yesterday and have never had such disgusting food. The ancient fries were completely dried out, and the sauce I paid extra for wasn't even a hint of it.

Negative reviews are only exceptional cases here, I recommend a Whopper and french fries because of the exemplary service and it is better than from other suppliers.

Bad service and long waiting time.

Stood in line for 10 minutes at the drive through by car, only to find out at the last moment that only cash was accepted. You should write this down when you drive in so that customers don't have to queue unnecessarily by car!

Complete disaster. Staff were overwhelmed with the order. Despite checking the receipt, it was issued incorrectly. At the end I thought you can't go wrong with a Michlscheak (strawberry). The sheak was white and tasted like a chemical strawberry additive. The Sheaks used to be really good, but this one ended up in the trash can. The food was just acceptable in the past, but this time it was subpar. I will steer clear of Burger King in the future...

I ordered shortly after opening and the burgers were ready quickly, but the taste was an absolute disappointment. They had a strange aftertaste and were so greasy that the entire packaging was soaked - even though I ate them straight after ordering. Definitely the last time!

Struggling with diarrhea after eating.. Be careful!!!

I once preferred Burger King to Mc'Donalds. But now Mc'Donalds has simply left you behind in many things. When I go to a fast food restaurant I am primarily interested in fast food. And here Mc'Donalds is clearly ahead. I order at home, pay straight away via PayPal and pick up my food. I don't have to wait in line at the restaurant for long anymore, I sit down, order what I want and it is brought to my table. Too bad Burger King. If that's how it works for you, that would be really great and up to date.

Far too bright and cold white LED lighting in the parking lot and inside

Service was super nice, but unfortunately the large fries were missing, hence the rating. €4 isn't nothing, that's cheeky.

I recently ate in this branch and discovered that the hygiene regulations were apparently not being adhered to. Shortly after consuming it, I experienced symptoms of food poisoning, which indicates improper storage or preparation of the food. I cannot therefore recommend this branch and advise other guests to be careful.

I ordered food over 2 hours ago, but the food came very late. Apparently I was called, but they can avoid lying because you can trace calls on your cell phone. The food was simply left in front of the door and sat there for I don't know how long. Because they just didn't feel like calling me, I can now eat cold burgers. I should give 0 stars just for the blatant lie they called me. 1 star is already too much.

Worst and slowest and unfriendly BK in the world

The food is BK standard, so nothing special. But there are no guests in the restaurant at 3:30 in the afternoon, and it's almost more comfortable to sit outside at -2 degrees! The air conditioning is still running in summer mode, the ice-cold air flows directly onto the tables! Room temperature anything but inviting, unbearable without a jacket.

Most expensive burger ever! Parking rip-off! We were there because it is near the train station and we had to drop off Freuen there. So we parked there too, even with a parking disc. Afterwards we received a letter saying that we had parked for 1:31 hours instead of the permitted 1:30 hours and they wanted €30 for that! It's an absolute disgrace to rip off your paying customers like that, especially since I doubt that it was actually 1 minute too long. That's very unbelievable just over the maximum parking time. Really sad, but I hope that the review will prevent at least one or two people from making the same mistake as us and choosing a different snack bar instead. Food was okay, but not particularly good either. Especially not for the price! We are really very angry!

Attention: when eating there, pay close attention to how long you park, otherwise it will quickly get expensive! We ate there with friends and chatted. We then received a €30 parking ticket for exceeding the parking period. I understand that this is a customer parking lot. But to rip off paying customers like that is a disgrace!

The food is usual, it was very cold in the restaurant, so you had to eat in a jacket. Garbage everywhere, dirty toilets, grumpy staff.

It echoes badly and the usual Burger King beeping is just annoying. It was very cold when we visited in winter. Apparently they rely more on the drive-through customers than on those in the restaurant.

Easy parking enough space, fast menu preparation. Kiosk is easy to use as well

No heating inside. No warm water for washing hands in the men's toilet. This is the second time that we have mixed up the drinks on two different orders. The Long Chicken sauce tasted very sour. Only Cola/Fanta and water have been available as drinks for 3 weeks. That wasn't the case 2-3 years ago. The old boss had a much better handle on the shop.

Since we were passing through on vacation and were so hungry, we had to get something in our stomachs at 10:30 p.m. The closest place was this Burger King. The store was pretty empty so hopes were high that it wouldn't take long. Placed order (a burger, fries) and then waited 10 minutes (OK if the burger is freshly made). Apart from the good mood of the staff (everyone can understand what they want), the burger was as cold as hell. Unfortunately, I was already back in the car and drove off, otherwise I would have gone back in. The competitors' food doesn't cool down like this within 2 minutes!!!!

There is hardly any heating in the winter and it is cold inside. The employees wear jackets and sometimes a scarf. This means the food gets cold just as quickly.

No, but what a bad organization! On a children's takeaway menu capable of forgetting dessert and fries. A real scandal, of course we realize it once on the highway... Our large portion of fries ordered in addition was the size of a small one.

The worst Burger King, the cashier tried to rob me of my free t-shirt from the Ruffy Burger, the burger was disgusting and didn't even have the right ingredients on it and he was rude too. Shortly afterwards I had food poisoning. The cashier was tall, black skin, short hair and extremely arrogant, I hope he gets fired.

Ordered at the drive-in counter. It probably wasn't that important to the employee because unfortunately we only ordered two large drinks. It was very quiet in the restaurant and the MA was probably constantly making jokes and couldn't help but laugh stupidly. After waiting almost 5 minutes, we drove away from the counter without a drink.

Freezing cold inside. No heating on. Very uncomfortable when sitting. The food was cold. The nuggets were cold and hard. Not edible. Never this branch again. The staff shows no willingness to work. They stand around and just chat. This branch should be closed.

The patty from the Whopper fell apart. When I opened the burger there were several pieces as if they had been patched together from old castles. Perhaps the company should consider kicking out such franchisees, which will damage the reputation of the brand. Thank you for the stomach ache

Never forget everything dry + drink again, even the chiros prefer to order dry from the one in Neu-Ulm! If you get food poisoning you will be hit by the health department! Sadly, we hoped for more.

We didn't even get in. The parking lot appears to be designed for 5 cars. No possibility to park, the drive in is very narrow and as is often the case when you drive through a drive in, half of the order is missing! The annoying running in because something is missing and, as mentioned, no parking option. This Burger King is terrible.
