After a trip there. Ordered a large menu. The citizen and fries were children's portion

It's a well-run Burger King, there's nothing more to say.

Order food from the machine. It's great. And clean. Unfortunately not enough parking spaces. It would be great if there were more. Otherwise great.

Fast food restaurant 08/15. It can't be that 4 customers wait 20 minutes for food 🍴. Then don't call it a fast food restaurant, but rather "Waiting King".

A bit difficult and hidden to reach, but everything was clean and the staff was friendly. There was nothing to complain about.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, not eating sauces and specifically not wanting mayonnaise and ketchup. Both sandwiches arrived at my house full of sauces. And it's not the first time. I strongly advise against it, inattentive service, frozen chips and poor quality

That's really a disgrace. You pay enough money for the food and get dry burgers and half a children's menu. I have no idea what kind of people work there, but they probably don't even know their own menus by heart. You have to constantly check that everything is there. You don't want such dry rolls!!! That was the last time I will order anything there.

It was good, the food was fresh with a short wait, friendly staff, the place was clean and nice.

Incredibly unfriendly. Ordered Freestyle Cola at the terminal (mix with cherry, lemon, etc...) Normal Coke was served. When asked, they said: There is no freestyle here, we don't know... We asked to show it to them at the terminal if the employees didn't know what they were offering. This was not complied with. We think this branch is doing so well solely because of its location. That's why there is probably no need for management to change anything about the quality of the service. By the way, the ice cream machine seems to have been broken since 2008... Employees stand around bored and then have the nerve to use a rude tone to the few customers who come at this time. Unfortunately it has probably become normal in the industry.

Welcome to Germany's worst BurgerKing with the rudest staff. If you complain that the food is cold, it goes into the microwave and is then grilled by the staff. If this continues with Burger King, they will abolish themselves. Incomprehensible

At the moment the most beautiful BK in Ulm and the surrounding area. Pleasant wait, the food is always hot and the restaurant is bright and clean with plenty of seating.

Every now and then an alternative to satisfy hunger

I once preferred Burger King to Mc'Donalds. But now Mc'Donalds has simply left you behind in many things. When I go to a fast food restaurant I am primarily interested in fast food. And here Mc'Donalds is clearly ahead. I order at home, pay straight away via PayPal and pick up my food. I don't have to wait in line at the restaurant for long anymore, I sit down, order what I want and it is brought to my table. Too bad Burger King. If that's how it works for you, that would be really great and up to date.

Should come down today and pick up my food from the front door. This was loudly shouted at me by the driver. It's a real shame that he was able to forget his tip. Unfortunately I forgot to tell him😪. But not recommended in any way. Don't spend your money at BK.

Always very empty, so you never have to wait long for your food. Prices are really super low. Food tastes very good 9/10 of the time.

The visit was at the drive counter on May 29, 2021 at around 12:20 p.m. The employee didn't seem to be in the mood and only managed a quiet hello, so when I said a quiet hello, I got an even quieter "yes". I then waited another 10 seconds to see if anything would come, but nothing came, so I ordered and asked if the King Mustard had one or two meats. Then there was just an unfriendly “wait”. I should have said that I didn't want anything more and was going somewhere else. When I paid it went on like this, unfriendly and when I got the food the employee didn't say anything and he closed the window. The employees there have always been strange and uncomfortable, but that was the end of it. I also got a messy burger vomit for €7.50, which was packed with the bottom up. There is a KFC and Mc Donnalds nearby, I can only recommend everyone to stop going there! update: after the first bite things got even better, I bit on a huge piece of tomato, which caused the whole burger to fall apart. Worst Burger King I've ever been to, the staff was really bad, the one at the checkout lied to me even though I spoke very politely. He then looked at me angrily the whole time and went into the kitchen to take my order even though he was I was responsible for the checkout, I had ordered a chillie cheese fries. and it wasn't even half full and my "large fries" was just a small one and the cart was of course unsalted, the burgers were cold and just sat there for a long time I ate the order with fear because the man looked at me so badly as if he had spit in my food. I don't recommend this Burger King to anyone and will never go there again

My bag was stolen from Burger King with €1100 in it. Watch out people.

It was my first time here and I was immediately disappointed. A burger with extras worth €9.99 was missing and unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. Unfortunately I wasn't prepared for such bad service otherwise I would have checked the order. Update: A year later, I'm still pissed every time I drive past this Burger King. I didn't receive any compensation other than an automated email. Yes, I hold a grudge and will continue to avoid Burger King.

I don't come here often. My impression was quite good. Clean tables, fast service (as it should be). The burgers are really okay, I especially want to praise the chicken burgers.

Hello, I ordered Burger King last night at 00:38. This has not arrived. A delivery person just rang the bell the next morning at 9:30 a.m. (the next day) and left ice-cold food in front of the door. Overall, you just have to say: It's rubbish, it's your own fault if you go there. And at the same time, every now and then it just has to be dirt. Food: BK used to be an authority on fries, they were just awesome. It's now a real game of chance. Sometimes well fried and seasoned, sometimes stale and weak, apart from the countless black spots... Sometimes the ingredients don't seem like they meet health regulations. Service: OK so far, but you sometimes have to wait forever if you don't complete the order completely at the self-service terminal. There is still a minus star for the delivery fee in the ordering service. Ambiance: BK just... neither beautiful nor ugly, I would call it functional.

Why is there someone in a leather jacket and street jeans working at the deep fryer? March 15, 2024 Quality varies quite a bit. If the boss is there, it's of course good, but it's not uncommon for cold and older burgers to be served. If you complain, you have to wait a minute to get the same burger again and only colder.

The last few times I was here they always said there was no ice cream. The reason was as follows: “Sorry, the ice cream machine is broken.” Now I'm wondering why it never gets repaired or whether people just don't feel like cleaning the ice cream maker? Very often the journey here was free, which is a real shame.

Unfortunately, very long waiting times even for simple standard products (Whoppers and Wings, each as a single order). Unfortunately the quality was poor, the bacon on the Whopper wasn't cooked through. In addition, the delivery drivers were in the kitchen area and one of them wiped his nose several times and packed the burgers with the same hand (see photo), unfortunately you see that when you wait. I'm actually a Whopper fan, but after the visit I'll take a break.

When we ordered in the drive-thru, the person who took our order could hardly speak German and therefore barely understood us. We were then allowed to drive to the next counter, paid and then had to wait about 20 minutes for our order, which was incomplete, and then mentioned it. The person behind the window then started discussing things in bad German. After a discussion and some more waiting, we received the rest. Conclusion: the food is ok and the service is, to put it politely, terrible.

Was thrown out 20 minutes before loading ended!!!! CHEEKY. No food has been eaten yet and there is no feast in the freezing temperatures outside. never again!

We were just there and wanted to redeem voucher 198 (20 nuggets). The lady said they didn't have it. Huh??? We then showed her the QR code and asked are there no more nuggets or what? And she just means the voucher doesn't exist. But how does that work? Don't we have the code? Finally she said her boss had decided that they simply didn't have the voucher. How does that work please? Can everyone decide which vouchers are available in which branch and which are not?? We actually wanted to order more, but in the end we were so annoyed that we didn't order anything. We've had a very bad experience with this BK before and now again.

It tastes different somehow. Something is missing. Whopper used to be juicier.

Essen schmeckt mittelmäßig, also Fast Food standart. Drei männliche Mitarbeiter arbeiten in Privatkleidung (Winterjacke o.ä), keine hygiene. Andere Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich. Normalste Burgerkingerfahrung 👍🏻

FLEISCH SCHWARZ ANGEBRATEN UND DIE POMMES SIND WIE IMMER HART WIE STEINE

Habe heute über Lieferando bestellt, essen kam schnell an und war auch noch warm, allerdings habe ich ein stilles wasser dazu bestellt und habe stattdessen Wasser mit Sprudel bekommen. Dies ist jetzt leider schon zum zweiten Mal passiert! Sehr ärgerlich und nicht in Ordnung! Aus gesundheitlichen gründen, kann ich kein Sprudel trinken! Sehr ärgerlich! Ihr solltet besser darauf achten und nicht irgendwas liefern!!!

Service wird hier klein geschrieben, oder mit leeren Kugelschreibern. Habe via Lieferando bei BK Blaubeurerstraße bestellt und anscheinend wurde die Bestellung nicht übermittelt. Habe dann eine Stunde später angerufen und nachgefragt ob dem so ist. Die Mitarbeiterin bestätigte mir dies und ich sagte ihr, dass ich ein zweites Mal bestellen würde und nicht doppelt beliefert werden möchte. Dies wurde zur Kenntnis genommen. Dann kam ca. 15 Minuten später ein Anruf von einem anderen Mitarbeiter der mich fragte ob er beide Bestellungen liefern solle da ich angeblich dann doch zwei mal bestellt hätte. Ich sagt ihm, dass ich mit seiner Kollegin gesprochen hätte um genau das zu verhindern und, dass ich natürlich nur eine der beiden Bestellungen geliefert haben möchte. Daraufhin wurde der eh schon unfreundliche Mitarbeiter auch noch frech und meinte er würde dann mal schauen wie er es macht. Es ist jetzt exakt eine Stunde und 15 Minuten nach dem zweiten Gespräch. Ich habe bisher immer noch nichts geliefert bekommen, es wurde nicht mehr angerufen und ich bin sauer! Dieser Laden ist ein absoluter Witz. Als ob es nicht schon reicht, dass die Qualität des Essens ständig heftig schwankt und es meist kalt geliefert wird obwohl ich luftline ca 1 km entfernt wohne! Salat matschig, pommes lätschig und Lieferungen auch schon unvollständig. Über all das konnte ich seither hinwegsehen da es bestimmt heftig zugeht wenn viel los ist! Aber jetzt reicht es mir! P.S. Bestelle hier jeden zweiten Samstag während des zockens. Weshalb ich hier auf solch eine Häufigkeit komme. Absolut unterirdisch und nicht mehr zu empfehlen! Absofort wird nur noch bei kleineren Lieferdiensten bestellt die noch liebe in die Arbeit stecken. Der Eine Stern da oben ist nur weil es nicht ohne geht!

Sehr nette Personal und die Bürger sehr lecker

Mittlerweile echt runtergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Autoschalter ist mit Blechen hingepfuscht, als ob es keine Handwerker mehr gäbe. Fahr da aber eh nur wegen dem Hot Brownie hin.

Zwiebelringe waren zu lang in der Wärme waren nicht mal lau warm. Egal wann wir da sind Tische sind meist schmutzig

I'm always happy to eat there. Quality is always on top. Prices are good enough. Don't forget to try the plant Burger or plant nuggets, these are awesome. Inside the restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere is really friendly. I fully recommend!!!

Typical Burger King. You get, what you know, for the typical price. Service was good. Bathroom facilities could have been cleaner (quite a few were also out of order).

Bedienung sehr freundlich. Mir ist aufgefallen dass das Personal seit langer Zeit beständig ist. Kein ständiger Personalwechsel. Sind gut gelaunt und haben immer wieder ein lächeln übrig 👍🏼 Fast Food...Ambiente Burger King Ambiente...Tische sauber. Das ist das wichtigste.

An dich wie jeder Burger King, also Essen wie erwartet, Bestellung per Terminal, wenn man will. Was mir hier nicht gefällt, die Filiale ist total klein, wenig Parkplätze, kaum Plätze zum draußen sitzen und es wird wohl nicht besonders auf Sauberkeit geachtet...

Pommes super Burger kalt lag warscheinlich Schon zu lange.

Waren die ersten am frühen Morgen

Wir waren im Drive in und haben dort mit Sparcodes aus der App bestellt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Chili cheese Pommes mit extrem viel Soße 👍 eine sehr nette Bedienung also alles bestens gerne wieder.
