Essen schlecht, kein Service. Nicht zufrieden.

Schnelles Essen, einfach und unkompliziert. Nichts Besonderes, aber völlig ausreichend, wenn man nur kurz vorbeikommt und etwas Schnelles möchte. Die Preise sind fair und der Service ist schnell.

Ich war heute mit meinem Bruder dort und wir haben beide das halbe Grillhähnchen-Menü bestellt. Wir waren wirklich begeistert! Das Hähnchen war super saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Die Pommes waren unglaublich lecker – vielleicht sogar die besten, die ich je gegessen habe! Außerdem war die Portion sehr sättigend. Danke! Klare Empfehlung und schöne Grüße aus Augsburg. 🤗

Unverwechselbarer Geschmack seit Jahren! Bei Kochlöffel bekommt man immer die gewohnte, hervorragende Qualität. Der Geschmack ist einfach konstant und immer wieder ein Genuss. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die klassische, leckere Gerichte suchen.

Leider waren die Pommes und der Hamburger kalt und ziemlich poppig. Die Currywurst war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Pommes und der Burger werden vorgefertigt, liege lange in der Auslage. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

Service war zwar schnell aber leider nicht freundlich. Wahrscheinlich wegen zuviel Stress. Essen. Naja hab jetzt kein Foto gemacht aber leider sehr unsauber. Da ich in meinem Hänchen ein zwar totes Tier gefunden habe, aber es definitiv nicht zum essen gehörte. Der Gast wo neben mir gesessen ist hat auch gleich aufgehört zu essen. Und ich habe zwar dann freundlich mein Geld zurück bekommen. Aber leider seht ihr mich nie wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter sind mega freundlich, das Essen (Veggie Produkte) schmeckt mega. Aber die Kälte da drinnen im Winter geht garnicht! Bitte nicht geizen und die Heizung an und die Türen zu. Auch für die Mitarbeiter ist das sicher ein Segen.

Mein negativen Bewertung muss ich nun ändern weil.: Ich war vor kurzem nochmal in der Ulmer Filiale war sehr Positive überrascht. Alle Mängel wurden entfernt und das Essen war wieder lecker und gut wie gewohnt. Super 👍

Wir haben dort große pommes bestellt und nicht Süßkartoffeln und die haben und Hälfte pommes Hälfte Süßkartoffeln rein gehmacht

Sehr freundliches Personal. Nur bei Kochlöffel gibt es die leckeren holländischen Kroketten. Die Hähnchen sind viel besser als bei den üblichen Verkaufswägen und schmecken wie selbst gegrillt. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten innen sind etwas ungemütlich und kühl. Bei schönem Wetter draußen prima. Einzigartig und lobenswert: Handwaschbecken im Speiseraum, damit man die Hendlfinger waschen kann!

Ein großartiges Erlebnis! Eines der besten Grillhähnchen der Stadt.

Chicken Wings mit Pommes. Hat gut geschmeckt. Schön knusprig. Die Qualität der Pommes könnte besser sein und es hat leider viele Fliegen.

Sehr lecker, immer frisch und mit viel Liebe gemacht. Die Besitzer sind super herzlich – man merkt, dass ihnen ihre Gäste wirklich wichtig sind.

Der Kundenservice war mangelhaft, unsere Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen und das Essen schmeckte mittelmäßig und war sehr trocken.

Please renovate!!! The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired 🙈🙈🙈 Flies and dirt everywhere! The staff, however, are very nice and friendly.

The food wasn't good and there was no sauce on the hamburger. 10 fries for €4 were way too expensive. It also smelled of pee and poop. But it was good that there was a sink for dirty hands from the tables and chairs.

The older employee with blonde hair gave me a normal double instead of a double vegetarian burger. After 10 minutes I noticed it and instead of the double one I ordered I got a simple one and had to give the other one back. At the same time, it seemed like she was mad at me for it and gave an annoyed and half-hearted apology and it didn't seem like she even realized that it was okay.

Food there is actually quite tasty and varied for a fast food restaurant. However, on Saturday I stood in line for quite a long time to get a veggie burger. When I got to the checkout, I was told rather rudely (not advertised anywhere) that no veggie burgers are sold on Saturdays because it's not worth the stress of frying them in other fat. I didn't really understand the reason because I was rejected quite quickly without an alternative suggestion, so if that isn't the real reason, I'm wrong. However, I think it's a shame to exclude all vegetarians and put them in a drawer; personally, I wouldn't have minded the way it was roasted. However, it seemed to me like you just didn't feel like thinking about it. Too bad.

Were disappointed with the food for the money. The menu said large fries and we got a very small portion. The taste wasn't that good either, the cola was diluted with water and it tasted almost like nothing. One of the worst fast food restaurants in Ulm 😶

Not recommended! Cold atmosphere, not clean. Half chicken wasn't crispy. Fries didn't taste good. We definitely won't be back.

Surprisingly delicious. I stumbled across Kochlöffel by chance and, as a poultry lover, wanted to try it. The drumsticks were fantastic, but the half chicken could have been grilled a little longer. Furthermore, I can recommend making the sauce selection a bit more unusual and of higher quality.

Not suitable for disabled people! The toilet is down steep steps. In general, it’s cozy and the grilled chicken is delicious, next time I’ll try their fries 🍟 and hamburger 🍔

Very tasty food selection at reasonable prices. The only drawback is that either the music should be turned down or the staff has to come out of their counter area a bit so that you can hear which food is ready to be picked up. Perhaps a table for picking up food near the seating area would also be practical, because then those who take their food with them cannot contaminate the food of those who eat there.

I've honestly never eaten anything so bad. The chicken wasn't even cooked ..the fries felt like they were 3 days old One star is really too much for this restaurant

Unfortunately I wasn't able to try the food at all. The woman at the counter already had 10 finished cheeseburgers and she really wanted to sell them. Since I only eat plain cheeseburgers; This wasn't possible - the woman refused my order and said "they don't make a *plain* cheeseburger".. then I walked away. Her strength isn't friendly either - unfortunately. Good location for Ulm... and one of the employees made an effort to clean the tables outside.

The “restaurant” is a disaster, we only went there because we wanted something quick. The service was unfriendly and impolite, and the way the “branch manager” treated the others was also horrible. About the food: Every burger is already packaged, cold and not really enjoyable. The fries are apparently from pre-war times, because they were also cold and soggy. All in all, the food is not particularly tasty or good, the service is unfriendly and the food is also too expensive. Clearly, NOT a recommendation.

On September 12th, 2024 at 11 a.m. a really unfriendly little dark-haired waitress with glasses. Customers were standing in line but the good lady wasn't interested. Instead of serving, she filled her burgers and gave the customers aggressive looks after waiting for 10 minutes because she left the store without anything eat . I say super customer friendly employee who knows how to wait and drive away customers

The food is good and inexpensive.

The employees are all super friendly and hard-working and have been for decades. I've never encountered unfriendly staff there. The burgers etc. are freshly prepared. By the way, I think it's great that Hawaii burgers have recently been available again. Keep it up :-) 5 points.

Eating like it was 30 years ago. Service is unfriendly compared to before and slouches on the counter facing the street. The inside is small, there's hardly any space. Outdoor area directly on/in the pedestrian zone. You don't feel comfortable eating here.

Had half a chicken and fries! The chicken was lukewarm and the skin was mushy. The fries were cold and soggy, the mayonnaise had a very strange taste. It's been a long time since I've had a wooden spoon again and I regretted it, I felt bad all evening!!! The Heidenheimer cooking spoon is definitely better and cleaner.

The worst currywurst I've ever eaten. The sauce just tasted like cheap curry ketchup. The fries weren't great either. Like the previous speaker, I had stomach/intestinal problems afterwards. Once and never again.

We were here on a Sunday. It was very nice here. Food was delicious.

We ordered the double burger box. For the price you should get warm and not lukewarm burgers. The fries were lukewarm. The only thing that was hot were 4 nuggets.

In the restaurant someone comes who forces a mini rose on you and then shamelessly asks for €2.

It's just something to go to for a while, just like the competition, unfortunately Kochlöffel (for me) can't keep up with the competition in terms of taste. I was here on March 4th with my brother and unfortunately we both didn't like it at all. That's why I can't recommend going there. You can't or don't want to stay there because it's already very cold there. I actually remembered it differently and I don't know whether I should give it another chance because, as I said, we didn't like the burgers at all. But the employee was nice.

The currywurst sauce just tastes like ketchup, and that same evening I threw up because of the currywurst. It also happened to 2 other friends that they had to throw up because of it. I wouldn't recommend.

Never again! On Saturday lunchtime there are bums sitting there drinking alcohol, talking to my sister and me and staring at me the whole time. Plus, it's just as cold inside as outside. The food is completely cold in minutes. The service is equally terrible. Our cups were wet with cola. We cleaned the outside ourselves. We had a voucher for 2 menus for the price of one and got a normal and a small portion and had to pay even more because I quote “the boss said so”. No receipt, no information that we have to pay more or that a portion will be smaller. Rip off!

Food overpriced and the shop is very dirty

A normal fast food, with chicken and burgers. Unfortunately, the good potato croquettes have shrunk significantly and the price for them has risen enormously. There's nothing wrong with the taste.

Nothing exceptional and the portions are a bit small. It is also quite expensive and there are cheaper options in the area.

Ich mag die holländischen Kroketten, habe sie auch in Ulm, Bamberg, Aalen, Schwäb. Gmünd gegessen. Gibt es glaub schon lange, in jeder Kochlöffel Filiale. Die gibt es aber nur bei Kochlöffel. Bitte erhaltet sie.

Äußerst freundlicher Service, richtig klasse! Wir hatten halbe Hähnchen, die sehr gut gewürzt und saftig waren.

Leckeres Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen

Positiv: Arbeiter sind nett und Preise sind angemessen. Negativ: Coleslaw Salat was verfault (wirklich) und der Laden war voll mit Fliegen

Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Ich war bisher immer zufrieden. Currywurst, Grillhähnchen und Pommes esse ich hier sehr gerne. Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher als früher. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach aber immer noch.

War ziemlich lecker und alle sehe freundlich

Wenn ich in Ulm bin, ist mein erster Weg zum Kochlöffel. Ich bin gerne dort zum Imbiss.

Als ich dem Service gesagt hab, dass meine (sehr kostbaren!!) Pommi's kalt und labbrig sind hat man mir nur gesagt ich soll mich nach draussen setzen und sie aufessen. Als ich dann fertig war und noch drinnen wollte um aufs Kloß zu gehen wurde mir vom Hähnchenbräter ein gehfehler gegeben und die Angestellten haben mich alle ausgelacht. Ich bin echt sauer! Die Pommes waren trotzdem ganz gut.
