Kochlöffel in Ulm

The employees have absolutely no interest in their job... I've never seen anything so unfriendly... this store will never see me again... catastrophic, how can you pay people for such a service?

I've honestly never eaten anything so bad. The chicken wasn't even cooked ..the fries felt like they were 3 days old One star is really too much for this restaurant

Unfortunately I wasn't able to try the food at all. The woman at the counter already had 10 finished cheeseburgers and she really wanted to sell them. Since I only eat plain cheeseburgers; This wasn't possible - the woman refused my order and said "they don't make a *plain* cheeseburger".. then I walked away. Her strength isn't friendly either - unfortunately. Good location for Ulm... and one of the employees made an effort to clean the tables outside.

The “restaurant” is a disaster, we only went there because we wanted something quick. The service was unfriendly and impolite, and the way the “branch manager” treated the others was also horrible. About the food: Every burger is already packaged, cold and not really enjoyable. The fries are apparently from pre-war times, because they were also cold and soggy. All in all, the food is not particularly tasty or good, the service is unfriendly and the food is also too expensive. Clearly, NOT a recommendation.

On September 12th, 2024 at 11 a.m. a really unfriendly little dark-haired waitress with glasses. Customers were standing in line but the good lady wasn't interested. Instead of serving, she filled her burgers and gave the customers aggressive looks after waiting for 10 minutes because she left the store without anything eat . I say super customer friendly employee who knows how to wait and drive away customers

Super tasty, fresh chicken! The kids went crazy for the fries :D The staff was super friendly. Gladly again!

The food is good and inexpensive.

The employees are all super friendly and hard-working and have been for decades. I've never encountered unfriendly staff there. The burgers etc. are freshly prepared. By the way, I think it's great that Hawaii burgers have recently been available again. Keep it up :-) 5 points.

Were ignored by the two employees, who apparently had a private conversation that was too important. We just stood there for a while and then left.

Eating like it was 30 years ago. Service is unfriendly compared to before and slouches on the counter facing the street. The inside is small, there's hardly any space. Outdoor area directly on/in the pedestrian zone. You don't feel comfortable eating here.

Had half a chicken and fries! The chicken was lukewarm and the skin was mushy. The fries were cold and soggy, the mayonnaise had a very strange taste. It's been a long time since I've had a wooden spoon again and I regretted it, I felt bad all evening!!! The Heidenheimer cooking spoon is definitely better and cleaner.

The worst currywurst I've ever eaten. The sauce just tasted like cheap curry ketchup. The fries weren't great either. Like the previous speaker, I had stomach/intestinal problems afterwards. Once and never again.

We were here on a Sunday. It was very nice here. Food was delicious.

We ordered the double burger box. For the price you should get warm and not lukewarm burgers. The fries were lukewarm. The only thing that was hot were 4 nuggets.

In the restaurant someone comes who forces a mini rose on you and then shamelessly asks for €2.

It's just something to go to for a while, just like the competition, unfortunately Kochlöffel (for me) can't keep up with the competition in terms of taste. I was here on March 4th with my brother and unfortunately we both didn't like it at all. That's why I can't recommend going there. You can't or don't want to stay there because it's already very cold there. I actually remembered it differently and I don't know whether I should give it another chance because, as I said, we didn't like the burgers at all. But the employee was nice.

Food as always very good. Crossis very tough. Staff far too hectic and unfriendly. The store is visually very old

The currywurst sauce just tastes like ketchup, and that same evening I threw up because of the currywurst. It also happened to 2 other friends that they had to throw up because of it. I wouldn't recommend.

Never again! On Saturday lunchtime there are bums sitting there drinking alcohol, talking to my sister and me and staring at me the whole time. Plus, it's just as cold inside as outside. The food is completely cold in minutes. The service is equally terrible. Our cups were wet with cola. We cleaned the outside ourselves. We had a voucher for 2 menus for the price of one and got a normal and a small portion and had to pay even more because I quote “the boss said so”. No receipt, no information that we have to pay more or that a portion will be smaller. Rip off!

Food overpriced and the shop is very dirty

A normal fast food, with chicken and burgers. Unfortunately, the good potato croquettes have shrunk significantly and the price for them has risen enormously. There's nothing wrong with the taste.

Nice street food place with nothing fancy and quite small dishes. Just ok.

Nothing exceptional and the portions are a bit small. It is also quite expensive and there are cheaper options in the area.

Lange Wartezeiten, Essen geht. Die Schokoladen Soße für die Churros schmeckt wie Kakao Pulver

Ich mag die holländischen Kroketten, habe sie auch in Ulm, Bamberg, Aalen, Schwäb. Gmünd gegessen. Gibt es glaub schon lange, in jeder Kochlöffel Filiale. Die gibt es aber nur bei Kochlöffel. Bitte erhaltet sie.

Äußerst freundlicher Service, richtig klasse! Wir hatten halbe Hähnchen, die sehr gut gewürzt und saftig waren.

Card payment was not working. If you eat inside flies are everywhere. The food was good.

Leckeres Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen

Positiv: Arbeiter sind nett und Preise sind angemessen. Negativ: Coleslaw Salat was verfault (wirklich) und der Laden war voll mit Fliegen

Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Ich war bisher immer zufrieden. Currywurst, Grillhähnchen und Pommes esse ich hier sehr gerne. Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher als früher. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach aber immer noch.

War ziemlich lecker und alle sehe freundlich

Wenn ich in Ulm bin, ist mein erster Weg zum Kochlöffel. Ich bin gerne dort zum Imbiss.

Nettes Personal und erschwingliche Preise. Nur die etwas enge Kundentoilette war zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr "siffig"

Von wegen MC Donalds sei besser - die Currywurst die ich gegessen habe war super lecker und die Bedienung war super freundlich...!!

Als ich dem Service gesagt hab, dass meine (sehr kostbaren!!) Pommi's kalt und labbrig sind hat man mir nur gesagt ich soll mich nach draussen setzen und sie aufessen. Als ich dann fertig war und noch drinnen wollte um aufs Kloß zu gehen wurde mir vom Hähnchenbräter ein gehfehler gegeben und die Angestellten haben mich alle ausgelacht. Ich bin echt sauer! Die Pommes waren trotzdem ganz gut.
