McDonald's in Wermelskirchen

Although we also have a McDonald's in Remscheid, we prefer to go to Wermelskirchen, where people are friendly, it's quick and the McDrive is wide enough. In Remscheid I'm always afraid of scratches on the car.

Food ordered with table service for table number 3 and then being called out… Absolutely unfriendly.

Disaster. We live in Wermelskirchen and instead of McDonalds getting better, it's getting worse. cold fries, Sauces are missing, McRib without sauce and the drinks are just outrageous. When you get home you only have water in your cup with a little color. It's not the first time, it's not the second time, it's not the third time, it's every time. If you mention it, you will be apologized and the next time will be the same.

There is no ice cream or milkshakes

Worst McDonald's ever. Fits the MCDrive hope you have the right things... Something is simply being packed in, but maybe it's because the new specialists don't understand anyone...

Your license should be revoked as often as you close early as you please. Ordering in the app and standing in front of the closed door could have saved me a trip...

Disaster!! We ordered plant-based nuggets on two different visits. On one visit we also had some with meat between the nuggets and on the other visit we had all chicken nuggets in our box. There was blonde HAIR in my burger yesterday!! Just disgusting. Ended up straight in the trash!! Some of the employees are so overwhelmed and not well-coordinated as a team that the waiting time is far too long!

I sat here for a total of 2 hours because I was working part time. The staff doesn't care about any beeping from the equipment and it beeped for 2 hours straight. At least there was variety and the device that beeped changed every 2 minutes. Terrible atmosphere, I'll never come here again.

Food is as usual at McDonald's, you can't say anything. However, the cleanliness at the time of my visit was really a disaster. The floor was extremely slippery and not because it had been mopped. I don't know how many times we've picked up something at the drive-thru there, but I can't remember that even on one occasion everything was as it should be. Either entire hamburgers, fries or other side dishes were missing. Or the fries weren't salted, or the sauces were missing. What also doesn't work is that you get the drink you want. If you order a cola you either get a light cola or, as today, for example, you get a kind of water with a splash of cola flavor and because the water content was probably still too low in McDonald's eyes, they add ice without asking when the outside temperature is 16 degrees... ..The store is so bad….

There isn't a worse McDonald's in the area. The orders take forever, the food comes cold and you as a customer are ignored at the McCafé counter. Today an employee came behind the McCafé counter after we had stood in front of it for ten minutes, she made three coffees and we could see her looking intently in other directions. We couldn't order and left. Complaints to the branch manager are answered with “open a McDonalds yourself first”. It was our last visit today, so we'd rather go back to Remscheid like before.

Everything is great. Best rating. Food was ready super quickly, warm, fresh and tasted good. Table service excellent. Café is also served very nicely here. Nice air conditioned interiors and plenty of tables outside. Parking spaces are also readily available.

The cookies had no more drinks, only Adelholzner apple spritzer. With my colleague, however, they gave him a Fanta because they still had something.

Went out with our doggy today and were thrilled that dogs were allowed in the restaurant! We were able to eat the delicious M-burger in a relaxed manner. The employee who brought us the burger was also very friendly towards our dog!

At Mc Drive you have to check your order every time because they always forget something.

We always order products from the McPlant series and they were well prepared there. It was clean and the staff was nice - so everything was great.

Like all fast food chains, Mc D is never a highlight for me, it is more utilitarian and I eat there maybe twice a year.

Very bad....the worse McDonald's NRW, they never have ice cream, the machine is permanently broken or the ice cream machine needs to be cleaned, MC Drive sometimes 3 to 4 cars over a 15 to 20-25 minute waiting time.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, every day I have to wait AT LEAST 4 minutes before I can even place my order. Then it takes another 10-15 minutes until I receive it. Sometimes the fries or curly fries are still raw. I go to this McDonald's almost every day and something is always wrong.

I ordered three cheeseburgers and two chilly cheeseburgers to take away last night. What did I find at home? Got three hamburgers and two double cheeseburgers. It really pissed me off that out of 5 burgers not a single one matched my order. Well, at least I got something in the hatch...

Waited 25 minutes for a McFlurry to then get the money back, saying the ice cream machine wouldn't work... even though it was previously said that it would only take a while. The whole thing in a very rude tone.

Unfortunately we didn't receive the entire order again. The branch manager who was introduced to me seemed very unprofessional and only after a long discussion did I get the missing fries and 2 burgers.

Impossible!! A lot of money for nothing! Dirty shop, incompetent staff, absolutely unfriendly!! BigMac without Pati/meat! Absolutely no words. Complaints are not welcome, then you will be even cheeky! But, if you can rely on it, there is always something missing!! After all these years, that was it for us!!

We were guests 2 weeks ago. I ordered via the app and paid with Paypal. When I arrived at the store there was an error and I was told to pay again by card with the statement that the money would not be debited from Paypal. It was debited. Several emails later, I still don't have my money back because I'm expected to submit bank statements, my private address and my account details. I paid with PayPal. Why exactly should I give out my account details now? This is fraud and I'm reporting the whole thing. You owe me €30.21!!!!!

Beeping like in the intensive care unit, no vanilla ice cream available, service super friendly.

We were at Mc Donald's in Wermelskirchen on Friday evening at around 7 p.m. It was relatively full. The order was still taken promptly. Then I waited for a good 10 minutes and then positioned myself near the counter. I looked over and could see my order slip, but the team leader, presumably, said it might take a while. My Tasty Bacon appeared in the shelf for the finished burgers. Large pack, not to be missed. We also had a double cheeseburger, coke and fries. Just the usual. Fries were also ready. The double cheese as far as you can tell too. But only orders for outside were made. The “team leader” was running around the whole time, but in the end she didn’t do any work. No instructions to staff, no packing. Nothing. The tray with the burgers was sorted every now and then. My cheeseburger was definitely here. But nothing happened. The counter was now full to the brim with burgers, etc. Fries were ready, but other orders continued to be placed. But also extremely slow. After another 10 minutes our order was finally processed. Mind you, my Tasty had been there for at least 10 minutes. The fries have also been ready for at least 10 minutes as no fresh fries have been made in the meantime. Then Cola etc. At the table the Tasty wasn't even lukewarm. This means that the shelf is not heated or the stacked burgers are no longer heated. After one bite I had the faxes thick. Waiting for food in a fast food restaurant for over 20 minutes, poorly organized, no trash was taken out the entire time, and the tables were dirty. I returned the Tasty, but the lady acknowledged this with disinterest. I didn't want a new burger, but I wasn't offered one either. Although, I didn't really give the lady much time to react. Unfortunately, in Wermelskirchen it is apparently the norm to be understaffed. But if the staff also dawdle around, are apparently overwhelmed and the hygiene at the seats is, let's say, below average. then it doesn't work like that. Anyone who is “surprised” by a lot of customers on a Friday evening either doesn’t have their business under control or only lives to maximize profits. Unfortunately, Wermelskirchen is extreme. No matter when, 9 times out of 10 it always takes at least 15 minutes. It doesn't matter whether indoors or outdoors. You just can't get out of the queue outside by car! Maximum waiting time so far 35 minutes!! In a quick rest quarantine. This is quicker in a normal restaurant! And considering the prices are no longer that much more expensive. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I hardly ever come to McDonald's anymore. Almost 20 euros for cold food with an eternal waiting time and in dirty rooms is simply no longer reasonable. And Ms. Sonnenschein, as team leader, rounds it off with her expertise. P.S.: The fact that a tray was left on the counter to cool down for 10 minutes and that you only subtly called out "146" into the room (but only three times in the 10 minutes) and didn't even look for the customer was also wonderful Sign for the competence team at the counter. It used to be much better! Ordered in advance and didn't get everything. Contact with guest service for 1 month without success. I absolutely cannot recommend the store and will avoid it for the most part!! March 28, 2024 Addendum: From October 28th, 2023 until today, no solution to the problem has been offered by McDonald's or the franchisee! No response to the emails, nothing. For me this is pure rip-off and the behavior is simply incomprehensible! So be careful when ordering! To date, 05/2024, no problem solved from the incident on 10/28/2023!!

I can't say anything about the food because I wasn't served. When I asked if someone could cash in on my order, I received a rude answer. Do you have to wait? So I didn't order anything. The store is also just dirty and the toilets are worse than a highway toilet (you can smell it). Well, that was probably the last McDonald's I entered.

We were there at 11am and the place looked terrible. I had to go to the toilet and all 3 were dirty and one was clogged. This can happen when the place is full, but not on a Sunday morning! We waited 20 minutes for the food even though we ordered 2 mc smart menus without any extras. The lady at the counter preferred to fill the coffee machines with beans rather than give us our food. Everything was already finished and on display. None of the employees gave even the slightest indication that their job was fun. Everyone was walking around with a problem. When we got the food there wasn't even a note on the tray. I hope it was at least cleaned. I understand the bad reviews all too well.

It really depends on which staff is on the shift! I saw very friendly and highly committed employees who had the store very well under control. But I have also often experienced that there are a lot of very young staff on one shift and things in the order are often forgotten or there are communication problems (lack of knowledge of German). So it's not uncommon for someone from the drive or kitchen to call it up and have to take order numbers because other colleagues can't or are far too quiet. Since the new system was introduced in the drive (only two customers are processed at the same time), the waiting time has been slightly longer, but the orders are packaged correctly much more often and something is forgotten less often!

You often have to wait a long time, especially in the drive! Nevertheless, it is better than before, when things were quicker, but things were often mixed up or missing in the orders. Because a maximum of two cars are processed at the same time (one takes the order and the other waits), this happens less often. The staff is generally very friendly and nice! Although you have to say that it really depends on what time you come and who is working there! There are shifts that work very well together and everything in the store is processed quickly and in an orderly manner. But there are also teams that are often very young and seem to be inexperienced and a bit overwhelmed. These are usually moments when the order is not put together correctly and sometimes the quality of the food or the assembly of the burger suffers.

Eating normal McDonald's but the preparation often takes a long time

Normally I can't say anything negative about this McDonald's branch. The food is like any McDonalds. The staff is friendly. Everything is clean. Sometimes something is forgotten when ordering or the waiting time is very long even though it doesn't seem like it's busy. But it's manageable. You used to be able to order via Lieferando and have your food delivered. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible and it's a real shame.

I had dinner there with friends today (May 1st, 2024). I ordered a burger via the app, also paid via the app and ordered it via table service. About 10 minutes later a young lady called our table number across the store in an extremely aggressive tone. One of my colleagues then went to the front and complained because with table service you actually get the food brought to the table. Another 10 minutes and 3 screams from the aggressive cashier later, I went to the checkout because my burger still wasn't ready. I received this as soon as I got there, but I still found it extremely unfriendly that they offer table service but don't fulfill it.

I ordered a McMenu, dessert and a single burger there today via the app with table service. We (friends and I) then sat at the table and waited. Suddenly a young lady from the front shouted our table number across the entire store in an unfriendly, aggressive tone. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it the first time, but shortly afterwards the lady shouted the number again, a little more aggressively, through the store. So I went to the front and asked why they had to shout the table number across the store, after all I ordered with table service. I was then told in an unfriendly tone, “There is no table service.” I then complained that this was not announced anywhere, on notice boards or something similar. She wouldn't care, there isn't one. I then asked for shift management. Here I complained about this unfriendly way of dealing with a customer and whether it was normal, as well as about the fact that food wasn't brought to our table. Here, too, the only answer I got was that there was no table service and when I said I would then complain to a higher authority, she dismissed my complaint by saying that the lady shift manager said I could do that and left me standing. That was the first and last time I went there. It's simply rude how you are treated as a customer in this branch.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! First of all they got the order wrong (they didn't put what I ordered), then they didn't put everything that was supposed to and the food was cold.

I have no words for this branch. I have never experienced anything like this in any Maci branch anywhere in the world. Please change the staff. Absolutely bad management of this branch and a pace that doesn't even resemble a snail. Left again, didn't feel like waiting here or eating anything (to be honest, I found it horrible). Cleanliness isn't a big deal either. Very bad…really. Absolutely not recommended - please save your money and time! It's a shame, it could work very well under different circumstances.

There is the slowest McDonald's staff in Germany here. The store is still dirty every time you go there. It often happens that 15 or more tables are free, but they are all completely smeared and dirty. Nobody feels responsible for the cleanliness there. If it looks like this in the restaurant, you can imagine how important cleanliness in the kitchen must be to the employees and superiors... One of two order terminals defective. Toilets a disaster. Make sure you're clean because of Corona, but there's not even an automatic door opener. Everyone has to touch the door. Then it would be better to leave the doors open to a wedge!

Sometimes like this and sometimes like that... unfortunately the floor in the entrance area is always very sticky, which doesn't make the best impression. I just ordered a BigMac, a double cheeseburger and six pieces of chicken nuggets while driving in. Got 2 cheeseburgers, these cheap plant nuggets and an apple turnover. Please put someone there who understands even a little bit of German so that my evening doesn't get ruined again.

I’ve never seen a worse establishment, the service is just something out of the ordinary, the wait for your order is long, that’s an understatement, I think only the brave will go to the toilet, I don’t even remember where I’ve seen such dirt, well, the tables are dirty - it’s disgusting .

Since it's the only Mc's nearby, I actually come here every now and then, I can't say anything about the interior design, I'm always in the drive-thru, sometimes it takes a little longer. However, the service is totally messed up, so far I haven't received a single completely complete order. For example, today again, ONLY ordered the Smart Menu and 6 nuggets, which is really manageable, but the fries were missing. If you have an alternative, you should go somewhere else.

Very nice people but cheeky customers. With 4 employees in the kitchen, one at the drive and 3 at the front, it will be difficult to get everything done quickly. Especially when a lot of people come. Die schlimmste Filiale in der ich seit 20jahren je war extrem unverschämt freches unfreundliches Personal was den Kunden sagt man solle doch wo anders hingehen die unmotiviert sind und dementsprechend ist die Qualität des Essens unterirdisch schlecht es fehlen sachen oder die falschen werden ausgegeben und dan soll mann damit leben oder wo anders hin noch nie erlebt so etwas das solche leute überhaupt arbeiten dürfen dazu kommt das in und rund um sowie mehrere Straßen weiter alles vermüllt ist ich habe die Stadt und das Ordnungsamt auf diesen misstand hingewiesen schlimm das sich so etwas McDonalds nennen darf

Essen war sehr frisch zu bereite ,waren gegen 21 Uhr an einem Samstag dar. pommes gut gewürzt und Bürger war sehr heiß . Sehr freundliches und Kompetentes Personal.

Habe vorhin ein big mac Doppelpack menü im drive in bestellt.. zu Hause dann festgestellt dass der Big mac in dieser Filiale wohl sein ganz eigenes Rezept hat. Es war nur unten Fleisch drin und oben einfach Brot auf Brot und das direkt bei beiden big Macs. Hab noch nie sowas trockenes gegessen. Dann kann man sich direkt nen Cheeseburger bestellen. Katastrophe pur! Pommes waren auch nur lauwarm.

der durchschnittlichste mc donalds. war parmal da, hab was im drive in bestellt und bin wieder nach hause gefahren. hab einmal da gefrühstückt und war auch nichts besonderes.

Waren dort am Drive -In, aber jedoch auch ggf. als Sleep-In, umgestuft werden kann. Bedienung und Zubereitung extrem langsam. Dafür das es dann Frisch gemacht worden ist, waren die Pommes heiß und die Burger kalt. Was auch nicht passt. Dann wartet man schon dort an der Parkposition und bekommt in den Tüten noch nicht einmal Servietten. Nichts, nicht einmal über die Pommes. Da bestellt man einen McRibb und kommt auch kein Frischetuch. Die Leistung war einfach nur unterirdisch.

Letzen Samstag war ich bei diesen In einer belebten McDonald's-Filiale gibt es einen bemerkenswerten Mitarbeiter, der mit seiner außergewöhnlichen Arbeitsmoral und seinem Engagement für exzellenten Service heraussticht. Dieser Mitarbeiter, namens Jeton , ist für die Küche des gesamten Ladens verantwortlich und sorgt dafür, dass alle Bestellungen schnell und effizient zubereitet werden.

Wie auch in den anderen Filialen die ich Besuche gleich gute Qualität. Das Restaurant ist Sauber die Mitarbeitenden sind alle Freundlich. Es dauert in dieser Filiale generell immer etwas länger als ich es aus anderen gewohnt bin ist aber noch Okay.

Sehr schlechter Service!!!! Man bestellt einen Big Tasty Bacon OHNE Tomate! Und hat dann Tomate drauf!! Man bestellt 2x Süß Sauer sauce und erhält 1x Mayo und 1x Cury sauce. Mit den Kollegen hinter der Theke töttern und den Kunden beiläufig nur beachten geht aber sehr gut! Ganz ganz mieser Service!!!!!
