Loud, condescending, arrogant – a complete disaster. Instead of taking responsibility, they argue and react rudely. Such behavior has no place in the restaurant industry. What they pass for service here is a bad joke. Friendliness? Non-existent. Structure? Not a chance. Respect? Absolutely not. This wasn't an isolated incident; it was a systemic failure – and you can feel it in every sentence, every glance, every action. This restaurant is a disgrace to the McDonald's brand. Anyone who wants to eat here should prepare for frustration, chaos, and blatant disrespect. My verdict is clear: the worst McDonald's around – a complete disaster. Never again. Period.

Since the restaurant was closed for renovations, ordering was only possible via the drive-thru. We placed two orders through the app and specifically pointed out at the counter that we had ordered and paid online. At pickup, we were given a large bag containing two smaller bags. When I asked (twice) if this was for both orders, I received a dismissive "Yes." After a 15-minute drive to the office, we unfortunately discovered that one order was completely missing, and we had wasted €25. This is truly outrageous. It's understandable that one or two burgers might be missing, but an entire order?

Most of the time there's no ice cream or chocolate sauce, you're in line for nothing at the drive-thru, and the tables need to be cleaned regularly.

So, aside from the fact that you're expensive and the patties are smaller than everything else, today was amazing 🔨 Should I learn other languages? Very unfriendly me and my friends will never go there again

I ordered two cheeseburgers and a small coffee. The burgers were hot and delicious, as was the coffee. Based on the reviews here, I checked everything. The tables were all clean, the restrooms very clean, and the menu arrived within three minutes of ordering. The staff were hygienic, but I can't rate their friendliness. You should use your head every now and then and consider what you're doing with a devastating review...you should visit the location several times and give it a second chance. Overall, it has to be right, but we're talking about a "fast food joint" and not a 5-star restaurant...Maybe you should think about that soon, otherwise you'll have to eat a burger for 15-20 euros in a restaurant. But many people are too stingy for that... 1 star deducted because the tray carts for return food had apparently been overflowing for a while.

If you like cold fries and MCRib with a hint of sauce, this is the place for you.

Dirty as a train station restroom, service is always poor, and you have to allow 45-60 minutes for the McDrive if there are more than eight cars in line. The freshest and hottest McDonald's muffin I've ever had at McDonald's. Table service was excellent, and the coffee was delicious, too. Nothing to complain about at breakfast.

Bought the grimace shake today, it didn't have the blueberry stuff in it, it was just a vanilla shake, and for €4 it's unfortunately very weak. I was very disappointed and won't go to that shop again, it's simply a disgrace. I went there too and didn't get a new one.

Order a double chicken burger, what do you get? Order a simple chicken burger + 2 strawberry shakes and what do you get? 2 vanilla shakes.... On top of that the staff lie to you if you ask if you can have different toys with multiple happy meals and not the same figure, they say there is nothing else and you see that there is something else... Every time you spend money and don't get the right thing!!!!

Once again, only half the items were there at the drive-thru. I immediately contacted them shortly afterward, but they only gave me a rude reply: if everything was there, we'd be out of luck. We won't be going to this store again.

We were just harshly punished; we had ordered a large caramel macchiato. When we complained, we were told it was the grande.

We were there yesterday evening and ordered food for two people. Aside from the fact that we were massively dissatisfied with the order itself, we both had a major 🤮 today. The lady at the mc Drive-In was extremely incompetent. She didn't understand a word we were saying and had to ask a hundred times! Didn't understand the voucher numbers; what other numbers would there be at mccs?! I ordered 20 plant-based nuggets and got nuggets made from body parts!! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. If it's busy, just say I would have gladly waited for my plant-based nuggets! I'd prefer zero stars for the garbage you're producing!

I have to agree with another user's recent review. The service, unfortunately, in no way meets the standards of a McDonald's franchisee. We waited 33 minutes for a €20 order (photo attached, not from the moment of delivery). Several tables that had ordered much later and in larger quantities were served before us. When we asked again after 20 minutes, we were told that the food was ready and would arrive immediately – a complete lie. Unfortunately, the wrap was only half full, the Sprite was extremely watery, but the rest was fine.

One of the worst McDonald's in Germany. There's always a man at the drive-thru who doesn't want to speak loudly, so as he says he won't ruin his voice. Food is constantly delivered incorrectly or incompletely. Salad and sauce are canceled, even if it's on the slip of paper that's stuck to the customer, but everything is still there. Unfortunately, this happens over and over again. McDonald's Germany should examine whether this franchisee is truly capable of maintaining McDonald's standards. This isn't possible if you only pay minimum wage and then wonder why the staff keeps quitting and you have to find new ones. It's a shame, I'm used to much different things from other branches. Something like this can happen once, maybe a second time, but unfortunately, it's always like this in this restaurant.

The server didn't apologize to the waiting customer for the inconvenience. Disappointing.

Worst McDonald's ever! We stood in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes without any progress. As we were about to leave, other drivers asked us to let them through – clearly, they were just as fed up. When we politely addressed the issue with the staff, we received a rude and impertinent response, something along the lines of: "That's not our problem." Such disrespectful behavior is absolutely unacceptable! The staff were completely overwhelmed, disorganized, and rude. It was simply chaos. We will never visit this McDonald's again and strongly advise against it. Bad staff, bad service, simply disappointing.

I drive through the MCDrive maybe once every six weeks, but every time, I forget something from my order or don't put the right product in the bag. The MCDrive operation is really unreliable. The bags are often packed in such a way that it's difficult to check the products in the car. I'd rather go to the kebab shop; they do everything right.

Monday, 1:30 p.m., May 26, 2025 Phew, the food tasted just as awful as the behavior of the service employee at the service terminal. Disgusting. To be yelled at like that for a perfectly normal question, with the words "Next, next!"... I should have really demanded my money back. Not being able to pronounce the pickup numbers clearly in either German or English should be a prerequisite for this position. I come from a fast-food industry myself and understand a lot of things, but this was completely detrimental to the business.

The food, as always, was unfortunately cold. I thought I'd try it again after a few years, but I was disappointed again. Table service isn't offered here. Table numbers are missing at the self-service terminal. It's not particularly dirty, but it's not clean either.

The staff can be quite irritating at times because the language barrier means you constantly have to ask what was requested when ordering. Ordered and paid items are often missing from the bags or on the tablet. Instead of mayonnaise, they give you ketchup, and when you politely ask if you can exchange it for the item you ordered, you get the answer. Then you just eat ketchup. You can do it that way, but it's not very customer-oriented, especially since the error wasn't the customer's, but the employee's. This is just one of countless examples that make neither picking up food nor eating it in a restaurant a pleasant experience. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Chairs and tables smeared with food are not cleaned promptly. All in all, this branch is only recommended for those who have the time and inclination to repeat their order several times, are resistant to dirt, are happy to eat food they didn't order, or are tech-savvy and can order at the ordering terminal.

Today I had to wait 9 minutes in the drive-in without a single car in front of me - and that in an absolutely empty parking lot, no rush hour, nothing going on. After 9 minutes I was finally allowed to order. The fries were cold and the employee offered no apology or compensation. This has nothing to do with fast service - it's just annoying.

I can definitely not recommend this McDonalds 🙈 we went to McDrive twice and each time something was missing. Our orders are simple. Just cheeseburgers for everyone. Apparently the employees can count. The last three times we went in specifically to be able to check the order directly. Everything was there, so far so good. Wrong ice cream, but that can happen. Was corrected immediately 👍 BUT...we order some cheeseburgers without a cucumber and what can I say...the sticker says "without cucumber" and what's in the burger 🤬 a crappy cucumber, some even several. What's that supposed to mean?! Every time you get annoyed instead of enjoying the meal. They will definitely never see us again!! There are much better branches that really make an effort.

Update from February 22, 2025: Been there again today. And what can I say? Forgot 3 things again. A large fries, a hot chocolate bag and an apple bag. You can't check everything directly. Otherwise, the dashboard has a new grease stain design when you take all the stuff out of the bags. I'm so fed up with this place. But unfortunately they have a monopoly in this area. I don't know how many times we've picked up something at the drive-thru there, but I can't remember that even on one occasion everything was as it was supposed to be. Either entire hamburgers, fries or other side dishes were missing. Or the fries weren't salted, or the sauces were missing. What also doesn't work is that you get the drink you want. If you order a cola you either get a cola light or like today, for example, you get a kind of water with a splash of cola flavor and because the water content was probably still too low in the eyes of McDonalds, they add ice without asking when the outside temperature is 16 degrees... The store is so bad...

Mostly chaotic here. It always feels like it takes forever for the food to be ready, even if there are few people there. On the last visit we waited another 15 minutes, and two toys were forgotten in the Happy Metal and the wrong sauces were packed. Not the first time. I don't even know where to start. If you drive into the drive in, there is no escape. And every time I know straight away it was a mistake. A 20 minute wait at the drive in is the minimum. I've stood in the drive-thru for over half an hour just for ice cream for my son and tadaaa “we're out of ice cream”. What you can rely on here is that when it's finally your turn to place your order, you'll ALWAYS say "Welcome to McDonald's, just a moment please"... then you go and kill yourself. If anything from the menu is still there and you have ordered, you can expect to wait at least another 10 minutes until you can drive up to pay and then at least another 10 minutes until you can drive up to receive your order . What is highly recommended here is the practical waiting strip, because you need it to check your order, which is missing something by default. Today it was over 40 minutes and then one of two burgers was missing. But at least my son had already finished his ice cream before the rest of the order was ready. I could have shopped, cooked and eaten in that time. Or you can watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

From the entrance to the McDrive to the food being served it takes a good 30-45 minutes, then sometimes something from the order is missing or it is simply already cold. Underground. Disaster!! We ordered plant-based nuggets on two different visits. On one visit we also had some with meat between the nuggets and on the other visit we had all chicken nuggets in our box.
