Super rude!!! Super bad food!!! A small fries for €3.79 + €0.70 for the mayo... My stomach is still not feeling well again 😢

The food was okay so hot is something else. The staff was below every standard and I don't think it could be any more unfriendly. Luckily, McDonalds was the only one that had food because the one next to it was already closed. And a gas station sausage was out of the question. Unfortunately, this is becoming more and more common at McDonalds. Therefore, for me personally, the question arises as to how often I do this to myself.

Nice people but tastes like old shoe soles

I ordered 2 wrap menus. One looked normal even though it was cold, and the other wrapper was so "waste" that the tortilla was stuck to the paper. When I showed the wrap to the staff, they said this was normal and that "All wraps were like this". Then I showed them normal wrap no. 2, but they stood their ground and didn't want to make another one and they didn't want to give me the money back. Furthermore, the staff ignored me. When my husband came to help, the staff finally changed their mind and returned the money in some sort of protest, by returning a handful of cents, instead of euros- a total of 7 euros for the wrap.

Just pathetic for a McDonald's, I wouldn't call it a restaurant! Some of the tables are not cleared and are simply greasy. Unfriendly staff, no greeting, no please and of course no thank you. Orders will only be accepted at the terminal! People who can't keep up with technology are not welcome here! The toilets may not belong directly to McDonald's but here too, just dirt, overflowing toilets and no soap. Conclusion: If you're not starving at the moment or can take a little longer to go to the toilet, just keep driving. Every other rest stop is cleaner.

The worst mc donals we have ever been to. Disastrous service! The idiot with the fuzzies and slicked-back hair behind the cash register was terribly rude. I asked if he could give us 2 straws and he said that it is not so difficult to drink from a glass. I say is there a problem with giving us 2 straws and they say yes. He was cheeky as a bug. Reluctant. I would fire him in a second. The food was undercooked and the nuggets were full of oil. Never again!

A really small, but time-saving rest stop and reliable source of affordable food along the highway. The Sanifair toilets here are ALWAYS dirty, for years you have only been able to pay with cash and either the towel dispenser is broken, at least one toilet and at least one urinal. The disinfectant dispenser is also almost always empty. My tip: just climb under the turnstile. I won't pay any more for the inadequate "service" here.

So you can safely dismiss the would-be Ottoman at the checkout (07/06/2024, 8:00 p.m.). I have rarely experienced such a bottomless staff. Also: Is the colleague too nice to take an order? Just because he would then have to work? Throw the guy out, he's the biggest laughing stock. Sorry, I've never experienced anything like that before.. 😂

Went to McDonald's on the A1. Burgers delicious as always at McDonald's. Coupons were also accepted

The only thing that went quickly in this fast food restaurant was typing messages on the cell phone of the (only) waitress at the counter. The first time we bothered her to order our food, she only rudely pointed us to the self-service order machines. When I wanted to pay in cash with my receipt from the machine and interrupted her again, she stalked to the cash register in annoyance and did her job for the moment. When we waited forever for our few nuggets and two burgers, we could see overwhelmed staff in the kitchen who couldn't open the kitchen appliances or were overwhelmed with the frying machine. I really regret driving further before opening my meal... I've eaten ChickenMcNuggets many times.. at many locations, but they've never been yellow on the inside before... Appetite gone straight away. My double cheeseburger, which was carelessly slapped together, tasted quite “usual” but you weren’t allowed to look closely… Anyone who is hungry - keep driving. Reporting to the health department will definitely go out, as I would never have sat down at the tables there. It's sad what's possible these days. Especially as such a huge company, to show such an ambience... sad.

Everything is fine, but I don't like paying €2 more for the Mcsmart menu just because it's on the highway, that's cheating.

Has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been in. They tell you to order at the Terminal and that not in a very friendly manner. The fries were undercooked and after complaining they sad the fries taste like this lately. Kind of weird that the new fries were better. Very dirty rest stop. At MCD there were no more milkshakes or straws at 8:30 p.m. Apparently not well organized, especially since there was still return traffic from the Europa League game in Leverkusen that day.

Food/quality ok, as you are used to (difference from pictures on the menu and reality). Unfriendly employees who portray customers as idiots when they can't guess which order is in the unmarked bags ready for pickup. Next time I'd rather have a delicious kebab for less money...

That was a mistake. I barely recognized the two chicken burgers as such (see pictures). A crushed something. One burger was lukewarm, the other was decently hot (but still mashed). The fries were a bit of a shame. There was nothing crispy at all. That was money wasted. And the ordering computer did not accept the Sanifair voucher.

Extremely long waiting time and ordering is apparently ONLY possible at the terminal, not from an employee (despite there being a cash register). Not McDonald's standards.

No two fries can be made the same

A bit rushed. But always freshly made. No complaints so far.

Overall there is a very pleasant atmosphere but the service is very slow, there weren't many customers but we felt like we were in a long line to take the order. Why is the service still slow? The children liked the food, us parents less so.

A cool solution - a gas station and McDonald's in one place

All menus surcharge +2€ exorbitantly expensive. Driving 5km further is worth it. Price performance is not right at all!!!! The burger and fries were also cold

Much, much, much too expensive, sometimes €2 more than usual. Happy Meal €7.49, it's better to drive 5km further to another McDonalds.

This is the worst mc Donald I know. Last time they were shouting at me that I should order my things at the terminal and I basically should pixx off from the cash desk. I wanted just an ice cream and had no card. Yesterday I wanted to check again if some betterment was there. Still very unfriendly, they were just ignoring me and after a while, ca 8 minutes, they told me they will not talk or listen at the desk. Is that normal? If so, they could put a sign. But anyway, again the first time they were so shouting at me that all people looked into my direction and my wife was so terrified that since than she did not enter a mc Donald anymore. That’s now 4 month.

We are positively surprised! Very clean, even the table although there was a lot going on. Food including everything fresh and hot. Preparation was quick and routine. Friendly staff. We wouldn't have expected this at a rest stop. Please keep it up! Happy Easter ☺️🐰

The terminal does not accept coupons. The employees say that you are out of luck. Now I'm angry and hungry. There is also no breakfast here. You should just go to the bakery next door. You can't go to the toilet here without paying €1...

There are not many parking spaces, but there is a second parking lot with several spaces. Toilets at the station are paid but clean

Unfortunately I can't say anything about it, it was already too ⛔ I was there at 9:30 p.m. And they already cleaned up and didn't want to sell me anything. Although the opening hours are until 10 p.m. Well, I lost a few calories that day 😜 I mainly eat healthy and avoid fast food, but you can do that every now and then.

Endlose Schlangen vor den Bestellautomaten, es hätte mindestens eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Und man konnte nicht wie in anderen McDonald's bei den Mitarbeitern bestellen. So sind wir hungrig weiter.

Zumindest das Essen ist geschmacklich okay - zum Glück hat McDonald’s standardisierte Gerichte - wenngleich die Burger nur lauwarm waren. Das Bestellen am Bestellterminal dauert länger als die Wartezeit auf das Essen. Das Speisen mit dem Charme einer „Bahnhofsatmosphäre“ macht hingegen weniger Freude.

Ich bin noch nie so krass enttäuscht worden. Es hat erstens Essen gefehlt bei der Bestellung. und 2. ist ja zur Zeit das Monopoly am laufen und da haben mir auch gleich DREI Codes gefehlt. Und als ich reingegangen bin um das zu sagen habe ich nur einen dafür bekommen 😡😡

Tische dreckig, Pommes auf den Sitzmöbeln. Pommes kalt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ambiente wenn es sauber wäre top.

Für einen MacDonalds an einer viel befahrenen Autobahn erstaunlich sauber und aufgeräumt. Einige Parkplätze direkt am lokal, weitere dahinter, wenn man den Berg hinauf fährt. Es könnten vllt zu Stoßzeiten mehr Sitzplätze da sein. Das Personal ist etwas wortkarg, aber nicht unfreundlich. Die zwei Bestellterminals sind selbst zu wenig frequentierten Zeiten zu wenig, da könnte man noch nachrüsten.

Unverschämter Service, lange Wartezeit. Schlechte Koordination.

Die schlechteste Sanifair Toilette in den letzten 3000 Km die ich erlebt habe. Den Gutschein gab es erst auf Nachfrage nachdem der Automat keinen ausgab. Der arme Mitarbeiter wirkte resigniert und desinteressiert.

Kein Service, der besteht darin, dass mir das Essen an der Theke übergeben wird. Alles andere muß der Kunde selbst machen, angefangen mit der Bestellung am Terminal. Ein Mitarbeiter hat aber sehr freundlich seine Unterstützung angeboten. Das Restaurant war schmutzig und das Essen mittelmäßig. Keine Empfehlung wert.

Zu hohes aufkommen von Kunden u zuwenig Personal...

Essen war nicht warm. Wir hatten Chicken classic und Waffelkartoffeln die kalt waren. Das Personal meinte, da könnten sie nichts machen. Wir sind öfter bei Mc Donalds und kennen nur heiße Gerichte.

Tische könnten öfter gereinigt werden. Dafür bekamen wir das Essen sehr schnell.

Freundliches Personal und das Essen war heiß.
