Very crowded. Kiosks too close together and broken. Long wait to order. 30 mins and still waiting for food. If you are busy, do not stop here. Everyone is waiting 30+ minutes for food. Toilets are dirty.

A very good place to have a break with delicious food. The Staff is also very kind and can help you with different questions.

It was my first time ever getting anything from Kentucky Fried Chicken. I don't get in that direction that often and we already know the competition. That was probably the last time. Not because the food is bad (it tastes pretty good), but because I can buy a whole organic rooster for the money. Honest. For 30 euros a burger, fries with bacon and cheese, a few pieces of chicken, 2x large fries and a coke. I specifically picked out the deals. The large fries are left over. Sorry. The food isn't that good to justify these prices. Individually it would have been even more expensive. 6 pieces of chicken for 20 euros? Phew... I was wondering how big the chicken pieces would be. The location is of course great. Directly at the motorway exit. Since I ordered takeaway, I didn't look around much. Just a typical fast food atmosphere.

Opening at 9am we are the first and yet the tables are dirty and the soap boxes in the toilet are empty... PS you have to like very salty food

I can now give this KFC 4 stars again because the staff issue seems to have been resolved and the restaurant is at least always open.

The taste was pleasingly good after a number of disappointments at other KFC locations. I would like to see a little more zeal when cleaning the tables and cleaning up the mess at the drink dispensers.

Second time at KFC. The shop is very narrow and small. Seats ran out quickly when we were there. The waiting area is too small when it is a bit crowded. The food was great!

The toilets weren't clean. The fries weren't really hot. We wouldn't have to wait long until it was finished.

Never seen dirtier plumbing in a fast food restaurant. Underground Faucet broken, entrance doors and windows completely sealed. Drinks dispenser also very neglected.

By far the worst fast food experience in recent years. Waited 10 minutes for a normal menu; That was actually OK, as expected. But we ate among the dirt, garbage and bones on the floor (and that after (!!) the unmotivated cleaner had half-heartedly swept through there). But the real horror only begins in the toilets: clogged urinals filled to overflowing, sinks in them the taps are so rusty that they almost fall apart just by looking at them and of course there is no soap or paper towels anywhere. A clear case for a visit to hygiene! For us once and never again!!

Extremely expensive, two people €30 and hardly anything on the plate... Cleanliness is neglected = tables and benches with leftover food, portions and drinking cups smaller, food is delicious. 3 stars have to be enough. We are NOT coming anymore!

Expensive for fast food that you have to bring to the table yourself. Customers in jogging suits. Order on one device. Snack bar charm.

The location is well located and easy to reach from the highway. Food was good and service was okay. Unfortunately, the interior was very dirty because there was still food, or rather leftovers, lying around everywhere. No matter whether on the tables, chairs or the floor. It feels like the return trolleys haven't been emptied for 2 days. The staff preferred to stay behind the counter instead of just sweeping through. Would have given a much better picture without much effort.

Now completely overpriced, the price/performance ratio is no longer right here.

Sometimes I go to such places in Europe, the advantage is the Polish language on the menu and paying with our Blik😁

Waited forever, some people in front of us in line even received their food after us. Quite salty and overly seasoned. My sister's chicken burger wasn't even cooked through...

The food was very fresh - everything was really hot. The young woman who served us was very friendly, competent and easy to deal with. Only the coffee (latte macchiato) didn't convince me. Therefore only 4 stars.

The space on the highway is very good. Unfortunately the coleslaw was a bit too cold, but otherwise the food was very good. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to eat there again.

Well, what can I say, I had to wait forever in the mcdrive until I got my food, the people were totally overwhelmed even though there wasn't much going on. The good things to order are constantly being thrown out and the prices are slowly becoming a disgrace, for what I have to pay the quantities are very poor. I'll think about going back three times.

Everything will be fine. The chicken is good, fresh. There were good price/quality offers, there are drink refills. Spacious, although there are quite a few people.

Great from the outside, bad from the inside. 60% of the tables were dirty and smeared with leftover food. The mixer tap on the toilet was hanging loosely on the sink and the hand dryer didn't work. Paper towels weren't there either.

Most of the tables were dirty even though there wasn't much going on. The fries are kept warm forever and that's how they taste. Same with the chicken pieces. The faucet on the sink in front of the toilets wobbles around. Too bad. We won't stop here again.

Once again the lady put puree in the bag instead of fries. The same thing happened 3 months ago. I assume the puree has to go. Rs cannot be a coincidence. No, I'm no longer driving around stupidly for 20 minutes to correct the mistakes of poor communication. I definitely won't make any purchases here again, I won't pay €47 to find an instant plörre in my pack for the umpteenth time. Food was good as usual. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE TOILETS WERE AWESOME, a big minus

Never again. We have never had such bad food. Not cooked and completely over-seasoned. After a chicken portion we left. It wasn't until too late that we noticed that everyone else present had eaten burgers.

A very clean and modern branch. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. There is also enough parking space right in front of the door. The toilets are also clean and tidy.

Clean place with many self-service checkouts. Very easy exit from the highway on the way to Poland. Nice service. Lots of tables available inside and outside in the garden. The waiting time for food is short, up to a few minutes. The place was not crowded during our visit

Unfortunately, as in almost all branches, there are very long waiting times. But you'll be entertained while waiting because someone is constantly complaining about their order because something is missing 😂

Next time will try different burgers because they have a lot of them in menu. Atmosphere in restaurant very nice. Very clean, employees take care about cleanliness on tables, I like it. Restrooms clean, soap in dispensers, towels available, very good! Big parking lot. They deliver food because I saw koc car. Definitely will be back there next time on roadtrip. Recommend them 👍

Service very bad, fries dry and not good. Order very confused despite the machine. Various orders were thrown together. Burger dry and not good. In addition, sauces are expensive and you have to pay an extra 50 cents for a mini pack of ketchup. Disgraceful for the overall overpriced products.

Ordering is predominantly done via terminals. Only then did we see that there was also a personal counter, but it was not manned. There is an assembly line. This feels cold and impersonal. No smile, no kind word. At least the food was very good. Therefore at least 3 stars.

Very dirty, all the tables were dirty from previous guests even though there wasn't much going on...the food is known to be delicious but the lack of cleanliness means it's not a nice experience!

Unfortunately, the restaurant area is not really clean, which doesn't make staying inside very pleasant. Toilets also not clean. More frequent cleaning would certainly be appropriate here.

Food was delicious, staff very friendly. But the cleanliness. It starts with the fact that there is a deregistered car in the parking lot with broken windows and everything in the car is littered because some guests think that's part of it and put their garbage through the broken windows. If the nice staff, who were really nice and friendly, would swing a broom every now and then or wipe down the tables I would really give it 5 stars

Drinks extremely watery, more dough and breading than meat, veggie tastes good. Nobody ordered and yet every table was dirty and all the returns were full.

There is a very big difference between what was ordered and what was delivered. And it is very price intensive.

Hardly any alternatives to poultry! The service was rather bad than good. So the service employee thought of looking for orders for all the customers in front of me. I would probably still be waiting for my fries today if another employee hadn't asked me what I wanted at some point. The ambience was rather cool and dark instead of warm and friendly.

This was the worst KFC I have come across so far (we were there on June 7th, 2024). There was almost nothing going on (so definitely no stress - the employees were standing around). The garbage was piling up at the return points, the tables were endlessly dirty, there was no soap in the toilet, and the fries were inedible. As a manager of the restaurant I would have been out of it!

On the way back to Berlin we went to a KFC again after a long time and were very positively impressed by the food, quality and taste. The restaurant is clean, as are the toilets. Thank you for giving us a real break. It wasn't the last time for us. This stop is reserved. Thanks.

Toilets were a disaster. Wet everywhere, empty of soap and garbage lying around. Nobody checked it as the log on the door was supposed to show, but the page was blank. Staff very bored and sluggish. Hardly gets a word out.

Apparently the promotional ticket where you get 6 highs if you consume at least €6 is a complete lie. After I had consumed €24.60, the manager told me that it was only possible if I then consumed €6 more, nonsense!

Chicken was good, the fries were really bad, tasted stale, there was dirt around, service was ok.

Very very very expensive!! 32€ for a few chicken pieces.... If you're in the area, okay... but certainly not more often.

Expensive doesn't taste good and little

I haven't been to KFC in ages and was very pleasantly surprised. Restaurant is very modern. Food was fresh and tasty. Sufficient staff available. Staff could be a little more motivated - but it can definitely be done next time...

We took a quick drive through the drive in to buy fries and vegan tenders. There was only one car at the counter in front of us, but it still took quite a long time before we could even order. We then had to wait another 5 minutes at the pick-up counter because the tenders had to be prepared first. Wouldn't be a problem for us now, as they would at least be very fresh. Still, we were a little disappointed as they were relatively dry. We haven't had anything like this at other KFC's. The fries, on the other hand, were very good!
