Clean place with many self-service checkouts. Very easy exit from the highway on the way to Poland. Nice service. Lots of tables available inside and outside in the garden. The waiting time for food is short, up to a few minutes. The place was not crowded during our visit

Unfortunately, as in almost all branches, there are very long waiting times. But you'll be entertained while waiting because someone is constantly complaining about their order because something is missing 😂

All ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Food was hot, juicy and soo tasty. Fries crispy and salty as should be. Crispy chilli burger was boomb! Combination chicken and melted cheese with spice soo delicious. Next time will try different burgers because they have a lot of them in menu. Atmosphere in restaurant very nice. Very clean, employees take care about cleanliness on tables, I like it. Restrooms clean, soap in dispensers, towels available, very good! Big parking lot. They deliver food because I saw koc car. Definitely will be back there next time on roadtrip. Recommend them 👍

Tables and chairs in the interior and exterior have not been cleaned, toilets are unclean and overflowing, the stand with the tray has not been emptied for a long time, which attracts a lot of wasps, it is not recommended that you should not eat here

The outside area was very unkempt and dirty. Toilets also urgently need to be renovated (faucets loose). Only one order terminal was operational. The dining area was also dirty and unkempt (smeared windows). I lost my appetite and didn't order anything

It's just system gastronomy It wasn't full, everything went very quickly, the store was pretty neat, tasted as expected, that's how it should be in a fast food restaurant

Very dirty, all the tables were dirty from previous guests even though there wasn't much going on...the food is known to be delicious but the lack of cleanliness means it's not a nice experience!

Ordering is predominantly done via terminals. Only then did we see that there was also a personal counter, but it was not manned. There is an assembly line. This feels cold and impersonal. No smile, no kind word. At least the food was very good. Therefore at least 3 stars.

Unfortunately, the restaurant area is not really clean, which doesn't make staying inside very pleasant. Toilets also not clean. More frequent cleaning would certainly be appropriate here.

Delicious. Ordered twice, got a free milkshake once and an upgrade once. Otherwise everything went well and the employees are very nice.

Tried again for a long time and was disappointed again. Laby chicken pieces in lukewarm and similar fries. It will take me a while until I forget that.

Food was delicious, staff very friendly. But the cleanliness. It starts with the fact that there is a deregistered car in the parking lot with broken windows and everything in the car is littered because some guests think that's part of it and put their garbage through the broken windows. If the nice staff, who were really nice and friendly, would swing a broom every now and then or wipe down the tables I would really give it 5 stars

Drinks extremely watery, more dough and breading than meat, veggie tastes good. Nobody ordered and yet every table was dirty and all the returns were full.

There is a very big difference between what was ordered and what was delivered. And it is very price intensive.

Hardly any alternatives to poultry! The service was rather bad than good. So the service employee thought of looking for orders for all the customers in front of me. I would probably still be waiting for my fries today if another employee hadn't asked me what I wanted at some point. The ambience was rather cool and dark instead of warm and friendly.

This was the worst KFC I have come across so far (we were there on June 7th, 2024). There was almost nothing going on (so definitely no stress - the employees were standing around). The garbage was piling up at the return points, the tables were endlessly dirty, there was no soap in the toilet, and the fries were inedible. As a manager of the restaurant I would have been out of it!

I am very disappointed, the fries were cold, I was not offered any sauce, the bun was dry, the meat was good.

On the way back to Berlin we went to a KFC again after a long time and were very positively impressed by the food, quality and taste. The restaurant is clean, as are the toilets. Thank you for giving us a real break. It wasn't the last time for us. This stop is reserved. Thanks.

Toilets were a disaster. Wet everywhere, empty of soap and garbage lying around. Nobody checked it as the log on the door was supposed to show, but the page was blank. Staff very bored and sluggish. Hardly gets a word out.

Chicken was good, the fries were really bad, tasted stale, there was dirt around, service was ok.

Apparently the promotional ticket where you get 6 highs if you consume at least €6 is a complete lie. After I had consumed €24.60, the manager told me that it was only possible if I then consumed €6 more, nonsense!

Very very very expensive!! 32€ for a few chicken pieces.... If you're in the area, okay... but certainly not more often.

Expensive doesn't taste good and little

I haven't been to KFC in ages and was very pleasantly surprised. Restaurant is very modern. Food was fresh and tasty. Sufficient staff available. Staff could be a little more motivated - but it can definitely be done next time...

I will never have such severe stomach pain again, the health department will have to take a look at you

Deeply relaxed staff who can prepare two coffees very slowly. One of two soap dispensers in the toilet is broken.

We took a quick drive through the drive in to buy fries and vegan tenders. There was only one car at the counter in front of us, but it still took quite a long time before we could even order. We then had to wait another 5 minutes at the pick-up counter because the tenders had to be prepared first. Wouldn't be a problem for us now, as they would at least be very fresh. Still, we were a little disappointed as they were relatively dry. We haven't had anything like this at other KFC's. The fries, on the other hand, were very good!

A KFC like any other...but I would like to welcome the friendliness of at least one of the employees...it was extremely nice...it's clean too...and the menu...hot wings...very tasty...could be spicier But that's just me....and the fries...totally fresh....was really pleasantly surprised....thumbs up

This branch constantly has a problem with the card reader! It can't be due to the internet connection in Schnaittach, because the device always works perfectly at BK next door. It's a shame, then I won't go to this branch anymore!

The idiots always forget something about the order

So far everything is OK. Food was warm and the service was friendly.

Unfortunately an original bucket for almost 25€ that only consists of chicken parts that were not only too fatty and unseasoned but also only consisted of bones and hardly any meat!!! The whole thing took forever to finish. So it doesn't work that way! Total flop absolutely bad!

An employee kicked us out with children because we wanted to exchange goods that we didn't have based on. Totally unfriendly boss.

We ordered a double burger twice but didn't get it but only had one part of it. I'm disappointed and won't stop there again. A pity.

This review refers to the KFC in Schnaitach. After waiting 10 minutes, nothing will be sold to you because it was exactly 8 p.m. The waiting time at the drive is always very long, I've never experienced anything like that. I'm really angry about the behavior of the employees, who even open the drive window in front of you without at least saying an apology. Worst KFC in Germany.

10 € for 6 minibites, small, cold weak fries and a small drink. No thanks 😏

Just fast food. But it's actually good if you can suppress your guilty conscience. I like it here because I know a few places near the forest where you can eat alone in peace.

Toilets were 3/4 clean. Burger was ok, had to dispose of the fries, cold and just salty. Mayo was enough for three fries only anyways. Staff got seriously angry because i couldnt decypher my order number as "8" ..i mean look at it.. What is ot supposed to be? A toilet? A penguin? Certainly no nr.8.... What an experience, you should try it!

Can't complain. Especially if you know the BK next door, this is simply the better alternative

Leider wird bei Verzehr im Restaurant nur noch 0,25L Becher ausgegeben erst auf Nachfrage bekomme ich die großen normalen Becher. Ich finde es eine sehr merkwürdige Vorgehensweise

Boden, Tische und Stühle werden nicht regelmäßig gesäubert. Toilette war ok. Pommes sind weich und laut warm, als würden sie schon mehrere Stunden stehen. Hot Wings sind ok. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Wie jeder andere Kentucky ist es lecker aber recht teuer für das was man bekommt. Dieser KFC hatte Bestellautomaten, sodass man nicht an der Kasse bestellen muss, was die Wartezeit verkürzt.

Bestes Fast Food an der Autobahn. Essen war lecker, Service sehr schnell. Ambiente ist okay. Das Lokal und die Toiletten sind sauber.

Positiv ist, dass zwar älter als McDonalds, aber nicht so hektisch. Es geht ruhiger zu. Kalt-Getränke sind kostenfrei nachfüllbar. Es ist jedoch ein Schnellrestaurant mit den üblichen kulturellen Eigenheiten dieser Art der Versorgung.

Dieses Restaurant hat mich vom Hocker gehauen, das Essen ist super lecker. Toiletten waren auch sehr gut, essen kam 3 Minuten später, sehr schneller Service.

Essen auch zur späten Stunde schmackhaft und vor allem die Pommes heiß. Das lobe ich mir.

Erwartungsgemäß Fast Food, aber trotzdem geschmeckt.

Enttäuschend. Es war unser erster Besuch bei KFC. An der Autobahn wohl nicht die beste Wahl. An sich war das Essen ok, aber zu dem Preis 4 Stück Fleisch in einer zu großen Pappschale (das wirkte wirklich lächerlich), zu dem Burger bestellten wir die Option „extra Butter“ und bekamen ein kaltes Stück verpackte Butter auf das Tablett gelegt. Seltsam. Das Restaurant war schwach frequentiert und dennoch war der Servicewagen randvoll, es stapelten sich die Tabletts oben drauf, so dass Besucher ihre einfach auf den Tischen stehen liesen. Letztendlich fühlten wir uns wie in einer schlechten Fastfood location und waren danach nicht zufrieden.

Grundsätzlich wie man es sich vorstellt. Beim Essen leider nicht ganz so toll. Das Hähnchen war ziemlich mit Sehnen durchzogen bei meinem Burger. Die Wings waren ganz OK. Die Pommes waren zwar gut gesalzen aber nach kurzer Zeit so schlapprig, das wir sie nicht mehr gegessen haben

Service und Essen top.. Tische und Toiletten könnten etwas sauberer sein.. war aber auch viel los.. Aber wie gesagt, insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Keine Wartezeit. Nette Mitarbeiter und Essen, so wie man es von einer Fast Food Kette erwarten würde: Lecker, aber nichts besonderes.

Die Filets leider sehr trocken, langes Warten am Bestellterminal Mitarbeiter macht einen sehr gestressten Eindruck, Essen insgesamt sehr lauwarm dafür dass ich auf dem Parkplatz das Essen verzerrt habe.

Überall dreckig, Servietten auf dem Boden und klebrige Getränkeflecken. Die Pepsi-Maschine hatte natürlich keine Pepsi und niemand machte sich die Mühe, eine neue Nachfüllung einzufüllen. Alle Angestellten arbeiteten, als wäre dies kein Fastfood-Restaurant! Das nächste Mal probiere ich einfach Burgerking aus, das direkt neben KFC liegt. Hoffentlich ist die Situation nicht dieselbe!

Schön das man eine Bestellung auch noch persönlich aufgeben kann ohne immer an diese unpersönlichen Bestellautomaten zu gehen. Lecker,appetitlichen Veggiewrap gegessen. Mitreisende waren ebenfalls zufrieden. Preiswerter guter Kaffee und Toilettenbenutzung inklusive
