Nicht mehr so wie es mal war. Früher war das Essen besser und qualitativ hochwertiger. Jetzt nur noch Standart und übelst teuer.

Ich war zweimal dort. Beide Male habe ich Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, und beide Male habe ich etwas völlig anderes bekommen. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen!

Für einen KFC ganz gut :) Einen schnellen Snack eingenommen und dann ging die Fahrt weiter :)

Ich habe gestern in diesem Laden Hähnchenflügel gekauft und darin Haare gefunden. Ich habe den Manager um mein Geld gebeten. Er bot mir neue Flügel an, aber danach konnte ich dort nicht mehr essen und verlangte mein Geld zurück. Der Manager hat es mir aber nicht zurückgegeben. Leute, ich rate euch dringend davon ab, dort zu essen. Es ist unhygienisch.

Essen war gut, es war wirklich viel los aber man wurde zügig bedient. Der Toiletten Bereich sorgt erstmal für ein huch bin ich hier falsch 😅? Da man sich den Waschbeckenbereich teilt.

Burger nicht erhalten aber bestellt und ich habe nachgefragt. Schlechtes Essen

Essen ist sehr lecker auch im Vergleich zu anderen KFC's meist frischer. Service ist sehr gut und freundlich.

Alles war frisch und heiß! Ich kann einen Zwischenstopp hier wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie auf Reisen sind.

Sehr enttäuschender Besuch bei KFC Schnaittach heute. Wir haben im Drive-in bestellt, und man sagte uns, dass die großen Hähnchenteile nicht verfügbar sind, außer wir würden etwa 20 Minuten warten. Deshalb haben wir stattdessen Wings und OR Bites bestellt. Leider haben wir nach dem Bezahlen festgestellt, dass die Bestellung unvollständig war. Es ist frustrierend, für Essen zu bezahlen und dann nicht alles zu bekommen, besonders wenn wichtige Produkte ohnehin schon nicht verfügbar sind. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber Service und Bestellgenauigkeit waren leider nicht gut.

Das Essen ist frisch, aber meiner Meinung nach gibt es in Polen besseres KFC.

Gutes KFC, mit Drive In. Sehr freundlicher Service

Kentucky Fried Chicken bietet hier das gewohnte Sortiment der Kette mit knusprigem Hähnchen und verschiedenen Menüoptionen. Die Qualität ist insgesamt solide, schwankt jedoch je nach Andrang spürbar. Teilweise sind die Speisen sehr frisch, gelegentlich jedoch etwas trocken oder nicht mehr optimal temperiert. Wartezeiten können auftreten, der Service bleibt dabei meist korrekt, aber eher routiniert. Der Gastraum ist funktional, jedoch ohne besondere Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein typischer KFC für den schnellen Hunger, mit ordentlicher, aber nicht konstant überzeugender Leistung.

Hähnchen war frisch und saftig.

Am Donnerstag, den 15 Januar 2026 war wenig Verkehr auf der Autobahn, was sich auch an der Menschenmenge bei KFC bemerkbar gemacht hat. Es war auch hier wenig los. Das hat mir und meinem Mann natürlich gefallen da das Essen sofort fertig war. Lecker und frisch, wie immer!

Alles ist super, zwei Frauen arbeiten dort. Sie verkaufen Eintrittskarten, helfen beim Duschen, putzen die Toilette und sind sehr gesellig und freundlich.

Kentucky Fried Chicken Schnaittach seems a bit more modern at first glance than the Burger King across the street. Brighter colors, an overall fresher look, less worn. That sounds like progress. Unfortunately, little of that translates into the actual experience. The visit feels sterile. Highly organized, efficient, emotionless. You go in, order, wait, eat. Everything runs smoothly, but there's no life. It used to be different. This was a place where you could just hang out. With friends, without time pressure, without expectations. You had fun, even if the food was never haute cuisine. That feeling is completely gone. Now you sit here and quickly realize you actually want to leave. Not because anything is specifically bad, but because nothing invites you to stay. The prices have risen significantly, and the ambiance is too cold, too sterile, too generic. For what's offered, there's no sense of ease or comfort. The food itself is okay. Predictable, standardized, no surprises. But also no joy. Not a single memorable moment. No thoughts like, "I'd love to come back here." Instead, there's a quiet question: why am I even sitting here? In the end, a sad impression remains. Not because everything is bad, but because a place that used to be uncomplicated and vibrant now merely functions. A meeting place has become a transit point. Conclusion: A bit more modern than BK across the street, yes. But even here, what used to make it fun is now missing. Okay for a quick stop. No longer a desirable place to linger.

Even though we ordered takeout, the atmosphere seemed great. Friendly staff and fast service. The quality of the food was top-notch! Really, nothing to complain about! I highly recommend it! ...A small point regarding other comments about the cleanliness of the premises: I found it quite clean considering it's a place where you eat and go with children. The crumbs are thanks to "well-mannered" people who seem to think that if you go to a fast-food restaurant, you shouldn't pick up your leftovers. The staff does their best. Please be a little understanding; we're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant. Honestly, we were very happy with our experience here. Of the several franchises we've tried in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, I think this is the best in terms of food quality.

There was a time when the chicken pieces were delicious. Today they were dry and far too salty. Also, the ordering system (i.e., the menu navigation) wasn't user-friendly when it came to customizing side dishes and sauces, so the order was suddenly completed without, for example, mayo or ketchup. The ambiance is more reminiscent of a garden trellis from a hardware store with a screen print…

The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. I will come again.

A good KFC... We were there late in the evening. Respect to the staff working the night shift. Our food was freshly prepared, so it took a little longer. Due to staff shortages, the cleanliness in the restaurant unfortunately suffered, but it's something you can overlook.

The food was fine for me, but my companions were disappointed. Unfortunately, the ratio of meat to breading was 2:1 in favor of the breading.

KFC at Nuremberg Central Station If you need a quick break at Nuremberg Central Station to warm up and grab a bite to eat, KFC is the place to be. With a view of the bustling train traffic, you almost feel like you're in a "DB Lounge II"—only with a delicious chicken meal. The service is friendly and efficient: my order arrived quickly. I was particularly pleased that the Coke—perfect for the winter chill outside—was served without ice. The chicken meal was quite filling, much more so than some of the competition's burgers. Just the thing if you want a decent meal before or after your train journey. Overall, a pleasant stopover with good value for money, friendly service, and a comfortable spot overlooking the station. Highly recommended!

Fast food just isn't my thing. I tried it again recently. It's gotten quite expensive. The service was good, though. The fries were the best part.

The fries were tasteless and soggy, the burger completely flavorless. The 7Up was the only edible option. The price was absolutely outrageous!

We visited the fast-food restaurant on a trip. It was clean, the service was attentive, the food was delicious, and it wasn't crowded.

Just Amy, more expensive than the Italian restaurant, better than M and B if you like chicken and cornflakes. Nothing healthy, but the advice from the trained staff was good, and the restrooms were clean.

I've always loved KFC. For about 20 years now. However, the quality has deteriorated so much, and the price-performance ratio is simply outrageous. The fries neither look nor taste good. They're soggy, floury, not crispy, and practically unsalted. They taste like nothing. The size of the individual hot wings has halved over the years. Apparently, they're now breeding bantam chickens for KFC. I'm very disappointed. I was a huge fan...

Set up like any other KFC, but unfortunately, the chicken isn't the same everywhere. It was very good here!!

The service was terrible. I picked up my order, and something was missing. After explaining it and comparing the receipt, the waitress claimed I had taken the missing mashed potatoes away with the other tray. There was a heated argument that the mashed potatoes weren't missing. No apology or anything like that. I've rarely tolerated such incompetent behavior. On top of that, the food was almost cold, which was inedible.

If you can, you should go to a different one. We usually go to Greding, but today our route meant we stopped here. Some of the restrooms are clean, but the doors are dirty and disgusting. At the terminal, you can only redeem one coupon (almost all the others in the region allow multiple coupons), which I find rather cheeky, as the items here aren't the cheapest. The staff themselves seem very nice and friendly. The chairs (steel chairs) are extremely uncomfortable, but maybe that's the way they're intended, so you don't linger long. Most of the tables were dirty, even though there was enough time and staff to go through them and quickly wipe them down. The bottom line is, we'd rather drive further next time and, if we can avoid it, avoid coming here at all.

The vending machine was spitting while filling. It took quite a while for the staff to take care of it. Otherwise, everything was fine. Staff very friendly.

Always delicious and freshly prepared, very friendly service and short wait times, and free drink refills. Clean branch; we always enjoy coming here when we travel. A good place for a break.

I usually like to stop at KFC every now and then. But this time the food was terrible. The fries were soggy, had lots of brown spots (apparently the sprouting spots weren't properly cut out), and were seasoned with a strange-tasting spice. What was particularly noticeable, however, was that the breading on the Fillet Bites was very salty. I've never had anything like that at any other KFC before. It's a shame. KFC isn't cheap anymore, either. You can easily go to a restaurant and get some "real" food.

Ordered something there at 10 p.m., and all the chairs inside were already taken, even though they didn't close until 11 p.m. It wasn't food. Fries were cold. Threw everything away, a waste of money. Strange people working there. Almost prime. Never again.

I called politely and simply wanted to ask if they delivered to Happurg. The employee replied, annoyed, that I had apparently called before and threatened to call the police. I find this outrageous; I'll never do that again.

We were served quickly, I liked the food, however I immediately started to feel sick... 6 days of intestinal upset (KFC was the only different food my partner had that was okay) The drinks were very watered down...

08/17/25, 7:55 PM. My order was for two Crispy Cheeseburgers and a Bites & Crispys bucket to go. But two fries were missing. It's a shame I trusted them and didn't double-check. I only noticed it when I got home and, of course, can't prove it now. However, I'm satisfied with the speed, the food, and the rest of the service.

Just fast food. Things to do with kids on the go. They don't like Burger King and there was no McDonald's, but we had to charge there (although the Aral Pulse app is total crap, but that's beside the point). If you're not familiar with the KFC menu, some items might be too plain for kids, but overall it was okay. You don't get served, but you can refill your drinks, which is common in the US, but not at other chains in Germany. The prices are okay even without the app.

Zero stars is best. The place closes at 10 p.m., even though it says it's open until 11 p.m. online and in front of the restaurant. Even drive-up isn't possible. They lock all the doors so no one can get in. Absolute cheek.

The food isn't as good as it used to be, the terminals are very inconvenient to use, and the prices are far too high for what you get. The only good thing is the refill on drinks.

Our daughter wanted to try KFC for the first time, but we don't have it here. Too expensive. Nothing special. We're cured. Fast food only in emergencies.

It's incredibly bad. 1] What I ordered didn't arrive - 15 euros. 2] The staff isn't friendly. I bought the large bucket, but it only came with 6 crisps. I spoke to the manager, but he yelled at me. And there's more.

The restrooms were extremely dirty, the hand dryer didn't work, and everything was generally dirty. Not recommended if you want to visit a clean restaurant.

You wouldn't believe it: restrooms for customers plus a separate baby changing room! It just seems the colleagues at BK next door haven't gotten around to it yet...

The best alternative to makes, or Burger King. Conveniently located at the car stereo for recharging batteries while traveling.

Kfc is like kfc, nothing special

We just ordered something to eat. As you can see from the receipt, it was a Kentucky Bucket, but there was something else in the KFC bag. 🙄 Since we live in Lauf, we can't/don't want to drive back to Schnaittach because that costs gas, too. It's a shame that the staff who puts together the drive-thru orders can't even check which product ends up in the bag. I didn't check this time because there were cars in the queue, and it was a mistake. At these prices, it's not too much to ask that at least the correct orders end up in the bag. Hence only 1 star. At least the staff was nice.

KFC standard maintained; toilets below standard

Beleidigt bitte kein koreanisches Chicken. What about "koreanisches Rezept" bezeichnet? Hat das jemand gemacht, der noch nie in Korea war? Hat man da ernsthaft Ingwer ins Chicken gerieben? Wenn man so ein Chicken in Korea verkaufen würde, würde der Laden zu 99% innerhalb eines Monats dichtmachen. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis? Einfach Katastrophal zu salzig und viel zu teuer. Don't insult Korean chicken. Who on earth made this a Korean recipe? Was it made by someone who hasn't even been to Korea? What kind of chicken did you put grated ginger in? If you sell this kind of chicken in Korea, 99% of the time it will fail within a month. And in conclusion, it is too salty and expensive.

I've had severe stomach problems since eating there. I'll stop by next time!

So, to recommend it without hesitation, I need more than what I got! Extremely long wait times, missing items when ordering, drinks from the vending machine were only sparkling water with color (something must have been empty), restrooms (men's) were not clean, and the door to one of the stalls couldn't be locked! Sorry, but there has to be more!

The food was good. When wiping the table, crumbs and other food scraps are simply swept onto the floor. The floor is very sticky and has stains in some places. The outdoor area is nice.

Better not again. We come here regularly, and after an 8-hour drive, hunger sets in. But next time, I'd rather drive the 150km to the nearest KFC, even though it's only half an hour to home and no longer worth it. The ordering terminal was extremely slow; we waited about 1-2 minutes after typing. The order was listed as €0.00 for a milkshake, which we then still had to pay. When we picked it up at the counter, extra salt wasn't a problem; the staff seemed friendly. But because they were talking on the speakerphone too loudly, we couldn't hear that we were being called. Unfortunately, the staff weren't interested. The food was rather warm and no longer hot, and the large fries were in a bag that was too small. The seat with the ridges leaves plenty of room for dirt. If I understood correctly, the branch is still quite new. All the worse. Simply 💩 planned. The restrooms are, as always, extremely cramped, but were clean so far. The sinks were soaking wet, and so was my top. Conclusion: not again! One bad meal is enough!
