KFC in Schnaittach

If you can, you should go to a different one. We usually go to Greding, but today our route meant we stopped here. Some of the restrooms are clean, but the doors are dirty and disgusting. At the terminal, you can only redeem one coupon (almost all the others in the region allow multiple coupons), which I find rather cheeky, as the items here aren't the cheapest. The staff themselves seem very nice and friendly. The chairs (steel chairs) are extremely uncomfortable, but maybe that's the way they're intended, so you don't linger long. Most of the tables were dirty, even though there was enough time and staff to go through them and quickly wipe them down. The bottom line is, we'd rather drive further next time and, if we can avoid it, avoid coming here at all.

The vending machine was spitting while filling. It took quite a while for the staff to take care of it. Otherwise, everything was fine. Staff very friendly.

I usually like to stop at KFC every now and then. But this time the food was terrible. The fries were soggy, had lots of brown spots (apparently the sprouting spots weren't properly cut out), and were seasoned with a strange-tasting spice. What was particularly noticeable, however, was that the breading on the Fillet Bites was very salty. I've never had anything like that at any other KFC before. It's a shame. KFC isn't cheap anymore, either. You can easily go to a restaurant and get some "real" food.

Always delicious and freshly prepared, very friendly service and short wait times, and free drink refills. Clean branch; we always enjoy coming here when we travel. A good place for a break.

Ordered something there at 10 p.m., and all the chairs inside were already taken, even though they didn't close until 11 p.m. It wasn't food. Fries were cold. Threw everything away, a waste of money. Strange people working there. Almost prime. Never again.

I called politely and simply wanted to ask if they delivered to Happurg. The employee replied, annoyed, that I had apparently called before and threatened to call the police. I find this outrageous; I'll never do that again.

Classic KFC atmosphere, service staff very friendly and accommodating - unusually good for a chain!

We were served quickly, I liked the food, however I immediately started to feel sick... 6 days of intestinal upset (KFC was the only different food my partner had that was okay) The drinks were very watered down...

08/17/25, 7:55 PM. My order was for two Crispy Cheeseburgers and a Bites & Crispys bucket to go. But two fries were missing. It's a shame I trusted them and didn't double-check. I only noticed it when I got home and, of course, can't prove it now. However, I'm satisfied with the speed, the food, and the rest of the service.

Just fast food. Things to do with kids on the go. They don't like Burger King and there was no McDonald's, but we had to charge there (although the Aral Pulse app is total crap, but that's beside the point). If you're not familiar with the KFC menu, some items might be too plain for kids, but overall it was okay. You don't get served, but you can refill your drinks, which is common in the US, but not at other chains in Germany. The prices are okay even without the app.

Fast food as it should be. Fast service, and the food was delicious. Restrooms OK.

Zero stars is best. The place closes at 10 p.m., even though it says it's open until 11 p.m. online and in front of the restaurant. Even drive-up isn't possible. They lock all the doors so no one can get in. Absolute cheek.

The food isn't as good as it used to be, the terminals are very inconvenient to use, and the prices are far too high for what you get. The only good thing is the refill on drinks.

Our daughter wanted to try KFC for the first time, but we don't have it here. Too expensive. Nothing special. We're cured. Fast food only in emergencies.

It's incredibly bad. 1] What I ordered didn't arrive - 15 euros. 2] The staff isn't friendly. I bought the large bucket, but it only came with 6 crisps. I spoke to the manager, but he yelled at me. And there's more.

The restrooms were extremely dirty, the hand dryer didn't work, and everything was generally dirty. Not recommended if you want to visit a clean restaurant.

I always enjoy coming here. I've never been disappointed. The food is always good. Improvement would be the general cleanliness of the tables and restrooms.

The best alternative to makes, or Burger King. Conveniently located at the car stereo for recharging batteries while traveling.

Portions are getting smaller and smaller, and prices are getting higher. I used to like KFC, but with this price/performance ratio, I'd rather go out for a proper meal.

I went to KFC for the first time today, and I have to say I can't understand why there are bones in a burger. You just want to bite into it with relish. Is that normal?

Kfc is like kfc, nothing special

We just ordered something to eat. As you can see from the receipt, it was a Kentucky Bucket, but there was something else in the KFC bag. 🙄 Since we live in Lauf, we can't/don't want to drive back to Schnaittach because that costs gas, too. It's a shame that the staff who puts together the drive-thru orders can't even check which product ends up in the bag. I didn't check this time because there were cars in the queue, and it was a mistake. At these prices, it's not too much to ask that at least the correct orders end up in the bag. Hence only 1 star. At least the staff was nice.

KFC standard maintained; toilets below standard

Beleidigt bitte kein koreanisches Chicken. What about "koreanisches Rezept" bezeichnet? Hat das jemand gemacht, der noch nie in Korea war? Hat man da ernsthaft Ingwer ins Chicken gerieben? Wenn man so ein Chicken in Korea verkaufen würde, würde der Laden zu 99% innerhalb eines Monats dichtmachen. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis? Einfach Katastrophal zu salzig und viel zu teuer. Don't insult Korean chicken. Who on earth made this a Korean recipe? Was it made by someone who hasn't even been to Korea? What kind of chicken did you put grated ginger in? If you sell this kind of chicken in Korea, 99% of the time it will fail within a month. And in conclusion, it is too salty and expensive.

I've had severe stomach problems since eating there. I'll stop by next time!

So, to recommend it without hesitation, I need more than what I got! Extremely long wait times, missing items when ordering, drinks from the vending machine were only sparkling water with color (something must have been empty), restrooms (men's) were not clean, and the door to one of the stalls couldn't be locked! Sorry, but there has to be more!

The food was good. When wiping the table, crumbs and other food scraps are simply swept onto the floor. The floor is very sticky and has stains in some places. The outdoor area is nice.

Better not again. We come here regularly, and after an 8-hour drive, hunger sets in. But next time, I'd rather drive the 150km to the nearest KFC, even though it's only half an hour to home and no longer worth it. The ordering terminal was extremely slow; we waited about 1-2 minutes after typing. The order was listed as €0.00 for a milkshake, which we then still had to pay. When we picked it up at the counter, extra salt wasn't a problem; the staff seemed friendly. But because they were talking on the speakerphone too loudly, we couldn't hear that we were being called. Unfortunately, the staff weren't interested. The food was rather warm and no longer hot, and the large fries were in a bag that was too small. The seat with the ridges leaves plenty of room for dirt. If I understood correctly, the branch is still quite new. All the worse. Simply 💩 planned. The restrooms are, as always, extremely cramped, but were clean so far. The sinks were soaking wet, and so was my top. Conclusion: not again! One bad meal is enough!

Meat is Kentucky like very good. With vouchers, the menus are also reasonably priced. However, the drink selection is subpar. Refilling doesn't help either. What would be drinkable (7up) is only available as zero. Ordering via app didn't work, probably just a temporary problem. At least the order was quick and there was enough parking space.

Absolutely NO for take away. Enjoy in the restaurant!!! Possibly yes. Zinger made only from breading... cold fries... The next day I happened to be nearby again and introduced the manager to the miracle. Shrug my shoulders and I wasn't there yesterday...And the best thing, submitted a review to the website with a request for a call back...No response so far. Unfortunately.

We were passing through and headed to KFC for lunch. Were also very satisfied, toilets clean, food good. We can recommend the KFC.

The food was very good and the service was also great. The ambience was good but the floor of the toilets was sticky. I would recommend it to my friends.

Were here for the first time. Toilet was clean. Large selection of burgers. Tastes good, but sometimes too expensive. Very nice service and you had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. There were 3 people in front of us. Location is good because you drive straight to it from the motorway exit.

Price performance not appropriate. Very dirty, garbage everywhere in the hallways while the staff prefers to smoke with guests in front of the restaurant.

Very good service, familiar environment. Unfortunately the FiletBites were a bit overdone and tough. Otherwise everything as always. Thank you! Devaluation ambience refers to the drive in. This is not so well solved here, when driving with a van.

The food tasted amazing, and the service was top. I should have waited 6 min for some bites, but I was on the go, and honestly, in a hurry. The staff asked if I wanted something else, and I got a box full of crispys. That was very considered, and I was thankful for the switch and upgrade in quantity. Keep up the good work.

Nothing for us. Fried food the same. Everything tastes the same. Prices absolutely overpriced. Service was nice. Parking right in front of the door.

Makes great chicken. What more can you say? Every bucket also comes with a free cardboard hat once you've finished eating it. Your mashed potatoes continue to satisfy my friend in many ways. We'd love to come back. To them too.

When employees pick up your order and talk to each other about what you ordered and gossip about it as you leave, I find it a little unprofessional, but it doesn't matter

Even though the service was ok The inside is ok and clean. Unfortunately, the chicken pieces were served on Monday at 11 a.m. (since eating them, I have been poisoned, vomiting, abdominal pain occurred in two people, and I have been suffering for the second day.

A very good place to have a break with delicious food. The Staff is also very kind and can help you with different questions.

It was my first time ever getting anything from Kentucky Fried Chicken. I don't get in that direction that often and we already know the competition. That was probably the last time. Not because the food is bad (it tastes pretty good), but because I can buy a whole organic rooster for the money. Honest. For 30 euros a burger, fries with bacon and cheese, a few pieces of chicken, 2x large fries and a coke. I specifically picked out the deals. The large fries are left over. Sorry. The food isn't that good to justify these prices. Individually it would have been even more expensive. 6 pieces of chicken for 20 euros? Phew... I was wondering how big the chicken pieces would be. The location is of course great. Directly at the motorway exit. Since I ordered takeaway, I didn't look around much. Just a typical fast food atmosphere.

I can now give this KFC 4 stars again because the staff issue seems to have been resolved and the restaurant is at least always open.

The taste was pleasingly good after a number of disappointments at other KFC locations. I would like to see a little more zeal when cleaning the tables and cleaning up the mess at the drink dispensers.

Second time at KFC. The shop is very narrow and small. Seats ran out quickly when we were there. The waiting area is too small when it is a bit crowded. The food was great!

The toilets weren't clean. The fries weren't really hot. We wouldn't have to wait long until it was finished.

Never seen dirtier plumbing in a fast food restaurant. Underground Faucet broken, entrance doors and windows completely sealed. Drinks dispenser also very neglected.

By far the worst fast food experience in recent years. Waited 10 minutes for a normal menu; That was actually OK, as expected. But we ate among the dirt, garbage and bones on the floor (and that after (!!) the unmotivated cleaner had half-heartedly swept through there). But the real horror only begins in the toilets: clogged urinals filled to overflowing, sinks in them the taps are so rusty that they almost fall apart just by looking at them and of course there is no soap or paper towels anywhere. A clear case for a visit to hygiene! For us once and never again!!

Extremely expensive, two people €30 and hardly anything on the plate... Cleanliness is neglected = tables and benches with leftover food, portions and drinking cups smaller, food is delicious. 3 stars have to be enough. We are NOT coming anymore!

Expensive for fast food that you have to bring to the table yourself. Customers in jogging suits. Order on one device. Snack bar charm.

The location is well located and easy to reach from the highway. Food was good and service was okay. Unfortunately, the interior was very dirty because there was still food, or rather leftovers, lying around everywhere. No matter whether on the tables, chairs or the floor. It feels like the return trolleys haven't been emptied for 2 days. The staff preferred to stay behind the counter instead of just sweeping through. Would have given a much better picture without much effort.

Now completely overpriced, the price/performance ratio is no longer right here.

The food was very fresh - everything was really hot. The young woman who served us was very friendly, competent and easy to deal with. Only the coffee (latte macchiato) didn't convince me. Therefore only 4 stars.

The space on the highway is very good. Unfortunately the coleslaw was a bit too cold, but otherwise the food was very good. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to eat there again.

Well, what can I say, I had to wait forever in the mcdrive until I got my food, the people were totally overwhelmed even though there wasn't much going on. The good things to order are constantly being thrown out and the prices are slowly becoming a disgrace, for what I have to pay the quantities are very poor. I'll think about going back three times.
