Very, very bad Burger King. Toilet for guests 1 euro and that in a restaurant. The cola you pour yourself was warmer than the food!! Paid just under 25 euros for garbage.

Unfortunately, we were there at a time when the trash cans were overflowing. The food was good and you could have whatever drinks you wanted.

Collect €1 for the dirty toilet in a restaurant! Incredible!

My chicken in the burger wasn't cooked through, the waitresses seemed unmotivated and bored, it was dirty, you have to pay an extra euro for toilets. One of the employees cheerfully reached into the french fryer with his bare hands and ate a few fries and otherwise walked back and forth in a bored manner.

Things are just getting worse with the fast food chain.

Everything was fine, clean and freshly prepared. The only negative thing I have to say here is that they don't offer their own free toilets here. You can only use the toilet next door at the gas station for money. There is also no coupon that you can redeem as is sometimes possible elsewhere.

Using the restrooms costs 1€ even for customers. The toilets were the reason we stopped and after here. No go.

The shop is really slow. I won't stop there again. Almost 20 minutes for 2 burgers is very long. There are 3-4 people standing at the counter waiting for something to come out of the kitchen instead of one person helping. There are free toilets at “Kentucky Fried Chicken” opposite. Maybe I should have ordered something there.

I had selected a menu from the coupons in the Burger King app. However, the code was not recognized as valid by the terminal. So to the counter. The employee at the counter then told me that the code was no longer valid. When I complained that the app was up to date and that the code was displayed there with a validity of 2.12.24, I received a verbal shrug of the shoulders. The lady in charge of the shift also told me that the code no longer worked. I was pretty angry and expressed it that way. It shouldn't be the case in 2024 that an app is so poorly programmed. After a short while, the shift manager asked me again what exactly my menu request was and found the correct code for me on her terminal. After a short wait I got the menu I wanted. Quality was good. The food was warm. Of course there are diners with better burgers, but compared to the direct competition with the M, I think the Whopper is very tasty

Just a normal Burger King restaurant. However, the fact that using the toilet costs €1 really annoyed us. Regardless of whether it is legally acceptable or not (I cannot judge that), in my opinion it is an impudence towards the customer! Therefore only 1 star!

Slowest restaurant ever. You go there because you want to eat quickly and move on. However, this branch wastes your time and the quality is very poor. If you want to go to the toilet, there are three bouncers there and even collect €1 from children.

You probably haven't quite grasped the concept of SCHNELLrestaurant yet! We waited a very, very long time for our food and of course it wasn't even lukewarm! But the now very long queue was too long for me to complain! The salad for 4.29 is downright a disgrace 😡 Four lettuce leaves with three thin slices of tomatoes and two slices of cucumber... definitely more dressing like lettuce!! The burger tasted really good, but would have been even better hot or maybe warm!

The store is full but no staff and half of the technology is broken. It's better to lock the door until everything is as it should be

Food was OK. But I think it's a shame to have to pay money to go to the toilet after I've eaten in a restaurant. Something like that just doesn't work.

EVIL!), the aluminum chairs in the outdoor area Almost all of them were bent, defective and sometimes extremely dangerous! The tables were so dirty that we didn't dare put our hands on them, let alone put our food on them! This Burger King store is not recommended at all. It's incredibly hot inside, no working air conditioning. Everything very dirty. The tables are obviously rarely cleaned and rubbish is piled up in front of the rubbish bins. But what really isn't possible, especially in these hot temperatures: - without exaggerating - lukewarm, non-carbonated broth comes out of the drinks machine. There are no ice cubes. It's an absolute disgrace that something like this is being sold to customers. This store should not exist in this form. The reviews say it all.

By far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. The garbage was already piling up outside, and this continued inside. Everything dirty. The drinks machine to get drinks wasn't cleaned, some of our cola had pieces in it! Toilet 1€ and super dirty! Disgusting. Fanta ordered, only water came out of the machine. Waiting for an employee, someone came around the corner and, as he walked past, he took fries out of the sieve with his fingers to eat them himself. Problem explained, he came back with something that looked like Fanta, but didn't taste like it. At second glance, there were lots of little black crumbs floating inside. Disgusting.

I've been to a few branches of this chain, but this one doesn't work at all. No well-done meat, drinks warm without carbonation, ice cube machine def., 31.8. with 3 people on site, 30 degrees, air conditioning not working... When asked by the staff, shrug their shoulders I am at a loss for words .

The burgers were lukewarm and the cola was at room temperature. Since the ice cube machine didn't work either, it wasn't really a dream. If the rooms are not even air-conditioned and the outside temperature reaches 30⁰C in midsummer, if not even cracks, it is a catastrophe. Sweating while eating is absolutely not nice. It wasn't possible to eat outside either because the wasps there were getting on your biscuits. The fact that the overall rating wasn't just one star was because I saw that the employees were sweating just as much as I was while eating and that in the end they couldn't do anything about the wasps outside. In this respect it is more of a criticism of the restaurant management.

While some employees are standing outside smoking, the outside area looks like a workshop. Everything dirty and chaotic. Why is there a shift leader who coordinates the team and monitors everything?

Tables dirty, floor sticky, return trolley packed, drinks warm and non-carbonated, ice cubes were empty and toilets cost €1 with a cheeky sign saying that you have to pay if you decide to use the toilets and that you shouldn't complain afterwards. The women's sink was broken and the men's urinals were all covered and out of order! The food was okay and came relatively quickly.

In my opinion, the €1 toilet price is asking far too much. Additionally, the staff clearly lacked knowledge of the dishes on offer. However, the warm cola without ice cubes and without carbonic acid, which tasted like water, beat everything. Savings are being made at every corner and that is simply cheeky. It is impossible for restaurant guests to have to pay 1 euro for the toilet. Even small children. A nonsense for a family of 5. Better to keep driving. Stars were given because you can't give 0 stars.

You have to wait 40+ minutes regardless of whether there are few or many people eating well and you can drink as much as you want. But the toilets cost money.

There are people lining up inside, but there's a note on the door: Edibles only available through the drive-thru. But I want to sit down and eat. If you can't entertain guests because the store is too small or whatever, build something bigger or close down. My recommendation: go to the KFC next door. Regular Burger King. Toilet price 1.00 euros without the usual consumption voucher and without lights. Serving drinks without a “free” toilet is simply not possible. Plus warm, non-carbonated cola (no ice cubes). Next time we will choose a different departure.

Too long a wait and too poor quality for people passing through. Duration. A long line when ordering because 1 of the 3 ordering kiosks is defective. No cold drinks due to faulty equipment. We waited a very long time (40 minutes) for our order of 3 chili cheese fries and 1 burger. Cold fries, probably because of the long wait. Paid extra for more jalapeños and more cheese sauce, but this is not an option. No apology from the unfriendly staff for the long wait. Rarely found such a bad BK.

Ambience okay. The drinks were warm (in summer). Instead of Sprite, water came out of the machine. The lettuce leaf on the Big King was a whole 2x2cm in size and the extra jalapenos were next to the burger, so they weren't freshly prepared, but simply placed next to a ready-made one. And at the end the toilet attendant complains to me because I only paid one euro once and I was only accompanying my five-year-old child. Great store.

The very worst BurgerKing I've been to! No air conditioning, drinks warm and you have to pay for the toilet. Normally one star is already too many. Staff who don't speak German are totally overwhelmed. It took a very long time and then half of it was missing and parts were wrong. The taste is not at the actual burgerking level. Absolutely not recommended.

Very nicely integrated into the truck stop and easily recognizable. Freshly prepared food. Friendly staff. Very short waiting time. Found a clean restaurant. Control terminal for ordering food yourself. Self-service beverage terminal. There is also an outdoor area with a children's playground and outside seating. Fast charging stations for electric cars in the parking lot.

I went in at 8pm and came out at 9:30pm for just a burger.

Terminals fast alle defekt, lange Wartezeit bis man bestellen konnte. Innenraum nicht sauber, Böden klebrig, Tische dreckig. Haben über 20 Minuten auf 3 Burger und einen Salat gewartet, obwohl drinnen kaum was los war und draußen auch nur zwei Tische besetzt waren. Frisch zubereitet wird hier gar nichts, die haben genauso geschmeckt wie in jedem Fast Food Schuppen. Statt Double Cheeseburger, kam ein einfacher. Kassenbeleg wurde bei Abholung vom Angestellten weggeworfen und so konnte ich nicht beweisen, dass ich was falsches bekommen habe. Burger waren fast kalt und für den Salat habe ich erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen eine Gabel bekommen. Nie wieder!!!
