All the work is being done at a very slow pace, but that's the least of the problems. This Burger King is absolutely unhygienic. An employee had his fingers up his nose twice. Cleaning? Forget about it! The place is filthy. This is a case for the local health department; they should be inspecting it at least once a week. I bought €16 worth of food, but after seeing this, my stomach and my head couldn't take it anymore, so I threw everything away.

Yesterday, we asked the clerk to make sure everything we received was warm. We'd gotten cold burgers before. And we got three COLD burgers again. The regular Coke smelled of mold. We complained. An employee tried it and confirmed it. The manager, who was there at the time, said there was nothing he could do. In the future, I'd rather drive 20 km away and not go there again.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy, the floor is sticky, and the staff is very unmotivated. They forgot half of our order. You had to go to the cashier three times for a drink, a fork that came with the doner fries, and my daughter's sauce. I had an ayran with my meal, but it was spoiled, which I unfortunately only noticed when I drank the bits on the bottom. Since then, I've had food poisoning. I spent the whole night struggling with the worst stomach pain of my life, and I can only breathe the taste of rotten eggs! I can't recommend this place to anyone, and the manager (a very short man) is a disaster. He mumbles incomprehensibly and is completely unmotivated. Thanks for ruining my awesome day with that garbage! Since ayran always tastes slightly sour and I've never tried the one from Burger King before, I unfortunately realized it too late.

I didn't like the place. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the staff were uncomfortably calm, barely spoke German, pulled faces, and the burger tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while. Well, you can eat here. The workflow seems to be uncoordinated. You wait forever for your food, even though the "kitchen" is well staffed. The ambiance is in need of renovation, and it smells a bit stale in some places.

Unfortunately, it was a disaster. There were only two employees on site, and at just before 10 a.m., there were no guests other than us. Both employees were listless; one was unfortunately more concerned with complaining about her tiredness than working. So we ended up having to wait a whopping 10 minutes for two coffees and one hot chocolate. All the ashtrays were full, and the place smelled accordingly. Restrooms are chargeable, stink, and dirty. Next time we'll stop in the middle of nowhere and catch a deer to grill. It's faster, cheaper, and cleaner!

A car breakdown landed us at a rest stop, and thus at this Burger King restaurant. It was a Sunday morning during the Bavarian summer holidays. We can't say anything negative about the quality or the staff.

As a customer eating in, I paid €1(!) for the toilet and even changing my baby's diaper. Wow! Never again.

Be careful eating here because the next day I had diarrhea. I don't know how the employees work or what products they get, but it's very easy to catch a virus in this place. Be very careful letting your children eat here.

Attention ⚠️ Discrimination against severely disabled people!!! ⚠️ There is a disabled restroom in front of the regular (fee-based) restrooms. When I opened the restroom with my key (I am severely disabled), a very unfriendly restroom attendant who barely spoke German yelled at me out of nowhere and refused to grant me access without an ID. If you were familiar with German law, you would know that you only get an ID card if you have 50% disability. Since I have 30% disability, I don't have an ID card, just the official documents from the state office. So I went to the restroom anyway. When I came out, the yelling continued, with statements like, "I'm looking at cars." When we said we'd like to speak to the supervisor, we were met with more trivial phrases like, "Do you speak German?", which is almost beyond belief when you're German. As a severely disabled person, it's a disgrace to be treated like this!!!!!! In all my years, I've never been yelled at by a restroom attendant to show my ID. Therefore, I don't recommend it. Spend your money at better rest areas. 👍🏻

Poor Treatment of Staff The food itself was relatively good, for a fast-food restaurant. But the way the (I assume) shift manager treats her colleagues is absolutely awful. Very snotty and loud. Very condescending and bossy. She chases the employees around with her hands. But she just stands there and does nothing. She displays this kind of behavior in front of the guests. It really ruined our appetite. We felt really sorry for the employee. The guests around us were shaking their heads, too. Please take away this woman's "power." Bad management.

Coke Zero was also out – only a lukewarm Diet Coke was available as an alternative. The ice cube machine was also broken, so we had to do without this refreshment as well. Charging 1 euro for the toilet, even for children! It's cheeky, and you'll be 'politely' ordered to pay in Russian. It's best to just go to another truck stop. We won't be stopping here again! The service is different.

The fries were pale and not even remotely crispy. The burger buns weren't toasted. That's not great. Then I wanted to order a coffee at the counter. No chance. The restroom costs 1 euro. Why?

The food was average as always. The atmosphere was awful. The tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down in days. The service was abysmal. A restaurant is incapable of providing a restroom. You have to pay extra for towels and soap. Even the baby changing room isn't accessible. When asked, you get rude, almost cheeky, replies. Even the littlest ones are denied free use of the restroom, despite having eaten a lot. The lady at the restrooms immediately becomes abusive and rude when asked. Good luck to the operator on the next inspection.

I just waited 35 minutes for ONE chicken nugget burger. Never again at BK; McDonald's is way faster. This was my last visit.

Can't complain, food was hot and the extras items were added and all was properly packed. Would advise gloves for anyone working with food though. Plenty of tables to sit at. Came in the middle of the night so ambience was quiet. No toilet in the restaurant but there is at the gas station for 1 euro. A 2 min detour from the highway and easy to get back out again.
